I trust this message finds you well. I sincerely regret the inconvenience you've experienced. Following a review of your order, it appears that the fact that your motorcycle was in a metal crate was not communicated to our sales team or the agents during order verification. The booking agent advised the use of wooden skids to ensure optimal security during transport. As for the contact information for the transport company was not provided, the contract details were still pending finalization. Please note that a full refund has been processed for both of your orders with us.

I am sorry to learn about the inconvenience of your transponder being charged. We do state in our shipment emails, as well as on our website, that transponders should be removed from the vehicle before transport. In transport, it is possible for transponders to be scanned by toll stations. Neither Montway nor the carrier would be responsible for any devices left inside the vehicle.

Toll companies are completely separate businesses from Montway. As the owner of the vehicle, you would need to contact them yourself to resolve such an issue. At the time of delivery, you should have been provided with a Bill of Lading. You can use this, as well as your order confirmation, to dispute the charges. These documents are proof that your vehicle was on an auto transporter during this time.
