We were relocating, so we needed to transport our vehicles. I chose them because they could do it in the timeframe we needed. They weren't less expensive, but they were the ones that could do it when we needed it and could guarantee closed transport for one of the vehicles.
The drivers were great. Although it was a big pain in the beginning trying to get scheduled, getting callbacks and getting inaccurate information. I ended up having to go through the management. It was such a heartburn getting so many different stories and then finding out one of the cars couldn't get closed transport. It was pretty time-consuming. But it worked out in the end. Other than that, I had a great experience with Montway.

I looked at two transport companies and Montway was the best deal. We moved from North Carolina to Hawaii, and they were great. The rep I talked to answered all my questions. Any time I needed help, they gave me everything I needed. The quote was good too, and the final cost ended up matching the quote.
The vehicle was good when it was delivered. We got here in January, but I knew it was going to take a while to get home. We left out of Boston and they picked it up there. I wasn’t even there when that got picked up as we had already flown out. The car was at my son’s house, and they came and picked it up over there, and transported over to California. I kept in touch with him about when it was supposed to be here. They got here when they estimated it would be here, and it was fine. Overall, everything was good.

Montway was recommended by a friend when we were having a vacation to Florida from Texas. I made some phone calls and spoke to some people. Montway acted as a broker for other smaller transport companies and they vetted them properly. We were very pleased with both. They were very reliable and communicated well. Our vehicle was picked up and delivered on time and in perfect condition. Also, the price is very fair. We’ll use them again if possible.

Setting up transport with Montway was seamless. Pick-up and delivery was from my home in Castle Rock, Colorado to Porsche in North Scottsdale. The young man showed up and was very careful, kind, and cordial. He took pictures of both the vehicles all the way from front to back, all around, and inside, for liability purposes. You could tell it wasn't their first rodeo. These guys had done this and did it professionally. He had the cars there the very next day and showed up at Porsche out here in Scottsdale. The vehicles were offloaded and Porsche said they were perfect. I would recommend Montway highly.

Last year, I had used someone else to ship a car, it was nothing but a major headache. I was so upset with everybody because at the last minute, nobody knew when they were gonna pick up the car. But this time, when I spoke with Montway, I did ask whether I was speaking with the company itself and not some broker, and it worked out well. They do personal. They take care of the people who pick up their vehicles and deliver, and make sure all goes well. The driver was very nice, very thoughtful, very considerate. Everyone that we worked with Montway, was just all professional people. It's a great experience.

I chose Montway for their lower cost and their reviews. I selected an open truck for the move. The quote was slightly higher than another quote that I got, but pickup and delivery went perfectly as planned.

I've used Montway once before and I just went back to them again. Their representative was willing to wrap things up. I got a quick call back and they were professional about business. They were very fine to talk to. It was a good customer service experience. The price had not gone up substantially in the past few years and I also got $100 off for paying upfront. The pricing was more than fair. The pickup and delivery was just simple. I had no problems.

This is not the first time I've used Montway before. Setting the transport up with them was good. The quote was average and we had no issue with the representatives. The driver was also great. Everything was good with the vehicle when it arrived at the destination.

We found Montway through Google, and we called and got quotes. The price was right and we could do it in the time frame we were looking for. Setting everything up was very easy, simple and thorough. The person who worked with me was very accountable and thorough, and he was easy to work with. The quote was less than what we expected to have to pay, and it was on the mid-range with all the quotes that we had.
We moved a truck and a small crossover vehicle, and they offered an open transport. Pickup was seamless. The driver was as thorough in the best way I can put it. He met us and loaded up, and they were delivered a lot sooner than we expected them to be, and so it was very simple. We would do it again. We would just highly recommend them.

My parents lost their house in the California Pacific Palisades fire, and I live in Connecticut. So, they were relocating the car temporarily so they have something here. It was a very stressful time. The people at Montway were easy to work with and quick to get back to me. The quote was also easy to read, competitive, and accurate. I used Montway to ship a car to a different state. Setting up the transport went perfect. They were quick to respond. The price was very reasonable, and there was no price change. They showed up on time. My relative was at the house at the pick-up, and he said good things about them, that they're professional and did a great job. It was a pleasant experience all the way around. I was giving a car to my son in another state, and when I scheduled it, I immediately got an email from Montway. They guaranteed me a pick- up time and they constantly sent me updates. When I needed to talk to them, I called and somebody always picked up, or they called me right back. So, the communication was great. It was cheaper than I expected, so that was excellent.

Their service is top notch! I used their service in September of last year when I needed to transport a car from Florida to Colorado. It was easy to book, and they were upfront about the cost and process. Upon booking I received a call from a representative who confirmed all the details. I was ensured my car would be well taken care of, given a direct line and name for someone I could call if I had any questions or issues. I felt very confident about the process. They updated me along the way to notify me of the expected delivery date. My car arrived in perfect condition. New car transported from the dealer. Montway was easy to work with as the broker, but the transport company used did stand behind the damage caused the to the vehicle. We tried several weeks to get a resolution and the transportation company just ghosted us. Montway is pretty hands off once it's turned over to the actual transportation vendor and offered no assistance to resolve our issue despite being copied on the correspondence. Maybe Montway should pick better vendors who understand customer service so as not reflect poorly on them.

Our vehicle had guaranteed pickup for Tue 4/1. They said no long distance carrier was available and had a local company pick up the vehicle. The long distance carrier was finally assigned on Thursday 4/3. After I contacted him, he said he would not be picking up the vehicle until Monday 4/7 for a Wednesday or Thursday delivery as he had 2 stops before us. However - he didn't actually do so until late Tue 4/8. On Wed he said we were his 3rd stop and delivery would probably be Friday. This is when I told both the driver and Montway that we would not be available Saturday after noon.
Both said that wouldn't be a problem and they would accommodate my schedule. On Thursday 4/10 the driver said his trailer was being repaired. Friday night he said the repairs were finally completed and we were his third delivery. No ETA was given. Sat at 9AM he said the vehicle was on the way with a different driver and sent me the driver's and office contact numbers. I called the driver and he said the delivery would be Saturday afternoon - the one time since April 2nd we were not available. I told him that would not work and offered to meet him after our Richmond event at a truck stop between Richmond and Fredericksburg.
As it turned out we got done a little early and he was running a little late so we met instead at a shopping center in Fredericksburg. Last year we used a different company with guaranteed pick-up. The vehicle was picked up on time and delivered two days later. I only used your services because of the AARP recommendation. This delay also caused me to spend additional money to rent a car for Thursday 4/10.

I was relocating to Florida for work and needed to transport my vehicle. I went through options online and saw Montway on Forbes. There was some ad that said they’re one of the trusted companies, so I went with them. Everything was very smooth and easy. The best part of the experience was the driver. He constantly updated me by texting and calling. On the pick-up side, he chose a very good spot near where I originally wanted to be. It wasn’t inconvenient at all since it was just down the road. He even offered to take me back to my apartment after I dropped off my vehicle. I thought that was a nice gesture from him. The transport took a day sooner than I expected, which was perfect. I’d definitely go with Montway if I ever have to relocate again.

We used Montway for a transport in Kansas. One of our normal transports didn’t have anything going out that way. We were running out of time with the delivery, so we went with Montway instead. It was a nine-hour delivery. The driver called us, let us know he was here, picked up the car, and reached out to the client. It went smooth. They're efficient and their biggest asset is the two-day guaranteed pickup. It allows everything to be on a good timeline. My old GM used them before too. We’ll continue doing business with them.

After looking up various companies online and talking to a few people, I decided to go with Montway. Price and professionalism were factors. Even though Montway is a middleman and hires companies to do the transport, it seemed like they had the experience of finding the right people.
I wasn’t available at pickup, but my brother said everything went very smoothly. It was very professional. When I received the car on the other side of the country, it was pouring down rain, but the guy was very good. He communicated with me, and it was a pretty smooth process. I was impressed by how quickly the driver got across the country. I wasn't in a big hurry, but it's always nice to have it done quickly and not drag out forever. It took him less than a week to get from Florida to California. I’d use Montway again if I ever have to transport a vehicle.

Montway moved a car from Maryland to Florida for me. I got it in two days. I had no problem setting it up, though I had to pay extra to get the exact day they pick it up. Otherwise, it was gonna be a three-day window. The pick-up worked out fine. I had to drive the car about a mile or two away from my house, and the driver picked it up on a road. I put an AirTag in the back seat or glove compartment so I roughly knew where the car was at different times. On the drop-off, somebody called me and said when they were gonna be there. I had a good experience and have no complaints.

The actual setup of the Montway transport was excellent. We scheduled a week and the guy showed up on the day that was convenient for him. The payment was also accurate to the quote I was given. We moved the car out of the garage down to the street and onto the truck and he drove it away. It was delivered 24 hours later. The driver was perfect. It was a classic car and he was very careful with it. He took special care and got it on and off the truck very carefully.

Wonderful service. Reasonable price. Helpful staff. On-time delivery. I really recommend Montway for transporting your car. The staff was really nice and helpful and tried their best to accommodate my needs. The price was a little higher than other companies but it is definitely worth it! The pickup time was within the time frame they said and the delivery was super quick, within 7 days from east coast to west coast.

I had purchased an out-of-state car and needed it shipped to California. I shopped around and Montway had the best overall price for an enclosed trailer that I was looking for. Their timing was good and the car was clean and fine once it arrived. The truck was parked out on the main street outside of my neighborhood. My wife dropped me off there so I could drive the car back up. I would use them again.

It was desperation. The dealership didn’t deliver from Utah to Arizona, so we found one online – Montway. We set it up ourselves. Everything was fine. It was fast, easy and convenient. Communication with the driver was great. He was very friendly and nice.

We had used Montway on the way to LA, so we just decided to stick with the same one since our son was using the car out there and we’re just returning it back to ourselves. The delivery was good, and there were no problems there.
Customer service was good and they answered all my questions, plus I had good interactions with the driver. The actual quote they provided was accurate. The pricing could have been a little bit better, but it was still pretty competitive with other brands. Overall, it was a great experience.

Everyone at Montway Auto Transport was responsive in answering my questions when I had questions prior to the pickup. The driver was really good. However, I literally had a five-minute notice that my car was about to be picked up. That was a little difficult. I didn't get to put everything I needed to put in my car because I had just gotten off from work. I know with pickup, it all depends on where the driver is and they give you a range. But they should provide at least an hour or two so the person can surely prepare for the pick up.

We sent our car about 1200 miles away, from Florida to Texas. After an initial miscommunication via email, we ended up having a satisfying experience with Montway. The driver came when expected, was very courteous, and the car arrived at its destination much quicker than expected. I would use Montway again for a similar need and would also recommend to others.

Great service! They were able to shipped a car for me in short notice and the driver went above and beyond their duties! Had a change the address pick up and the dispatcher was very accommodating with all the minor changes I had to make for same day pick up. The driver was on point too! Highly recommend this company everyone!

Montway did what so many others failed to do. They got my truck, in a timely manner and had it delivered in a timely manner. I had waited for a week ad a half for other shipping companies to satisfy my requests for moving a pickup from ohio to california and it proved to be more difficult/complicated than I imagined, it's a jungle out there with these shipping companies. Montway did a professional job.

I purchased a 2019 Corvette Z-51 from a dealership in Wisconsin. Since I live in California, the most economical way to get the car to me was to use a vehicle transportation company. After researching several options I found Montway. It was easy to set up and communication was great. I opted for covered transport due to the distance and winder conditions. After the sale of the vehicle was finalized I let Montway know the car was ready for transport. They found a driver (actually 2 drivers) within a few days and the car was enroute more quickly than I expected.
The dealer (Marquart motors) sent me photos of the vehicle being loaded and the driver confirmed receipt and indicated he was en route with an ETA of about a week... which I expected. Within 3 days I received a text from the driver that he would be at my house the following morning! A full 2-3 days ahead of schedule. The truck pulled up next to my house and the car was delivered. The driver and I reviewed the pre-existing condition notes and I signed for receipt. The whole process was painless. Montway had the lowest price of the 3 places I requested bids from. I paid cash to save some money and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Excellent experience and kudos to the careful and thoughtful drivers and company.

There are a lot of fly-by-night shippers/brokers on the internet. Don't fall for those ridiculously cheap shipping quotes because you'll NEVER get your car picked up by anyone. Montway by far has the best legit pricing and great service. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my auto shipping needs. They are one of the largest in the country. Just trust it.

Excellent customer service arranging pickup and delivery for two vehicles, reasonable pricing for cross country service. I had a good experience with Montway Auto Transport. I looked at three other companies, but it’s the biggest and has a great reputation.
The service was problem-free. It was scheduled several weeks in advance, and I was given a window of a couple of days. I dropped the vehicle off for service at a car dealership and after that was done, I had it picked up, and I never spoke to them again.
At the drop-off, somebody showed up in my driveway who was not an English speaker. He asked me to sign a document on his phone, and I looked over the car and signed the document. The car was fine, and the stuff was in the car and the trunk. I prepaid, so the price was set.

I bought a new home in Florida, and I needed to transport one of my cars down there. I went with Montway over other companies because of their ratings, reviews, and the Better Business Bureau rating. The transport organizer was terrific. He answered all our questions, and when I called to keep track of the ETA of the car, he called me back and gave me a really good ETA.
For the pickup, he couldn't get it in where I live because we live on a cul-de-sac, so we met him about two or three miles away from our home, near one of the nearest highways, near a mall parking lot. He did a really good inspection. He took out his phone camera and went up and down the car, back and front. Drop-off was seamless. He kept my son informed as to when he was going to be there. It was in a supermarket parking lot, and my son was there to retrieve the car.
The quote was accurate and competitive, maybe a little higher than I really wanted to spend, but I was really more concerned about the safety and the quality of my car getting there. I’m already recommending Montway to my brother, who is looking to buy a home in Florida to transport his car.

The transport organizer stayed in contact, let me know about the steps involved and was accurate in what the things they were saying. It was good. The transport took five days from Charlotte to Las Vegas. The driver was good and the inspection was smooth. We checked everything over and took pictures to agree on any previous damages, then I signed off on it. He texted me directly and gave me his number so I could get an ETA and if he was on target with his course.
There's a lot of complaints in this industry. The number one complaint people had in the reviews was a lot of these companies try to pull a bait-and-switch and raise the price at you last minute thinking you don’t have these options and you have to be somewhere. Another company tried to do that to me before I went with Montway. It was Transport Masters and they were very shady.
They tried to charge me $300 more and then tried to do my pick-up on the last hour of the window. It was a four-day window. At the end of the day, it was still cheaper than Montway. But I didn't trust them anymore at that point. I left my car, flew out, flew back, and then arranged it through Montway. I chose them based on reviews and ratings, and they are reliable and accurate.

I’ve used other carriers but they’re not up-front and they take too long to schedule and have the vehicle arrive. But with Montway, my experience has always been good. For the most part, they stay in communication and sometimes, they come early, which is always nice.
Also, the cost is good. I have a rep and he usually helps me out and do the best. I ship a lot with Montway and he’s able to help me out a little bit more than the other reps just to get a fair price. It’s usually in line with what I pay for transport with other transporters. But when I use outside transport, I use Montway. Also, they get a little busy sometimes, but for the most part, I’m able to get ahold of somebody and they’re able to help me out then and there.

I used Montway to ship my son's car from Texas to Seattle, Washington. We had shipped his car once before, and I was trying to use the same company we had used, but then Montway popped up. I sent a little message, and they responded the fastest. Also, I saw the reviews, so I was like, "We're just going to use them."
The setup was easy. I filled out a form online, and then they contacted me to give a pickup date. The only issue was that the pickup was supposed to be on a certain day, but they didn’t pick it up until two days later. It was a little inconvenient because we were flying out to Seattle, so I had to have my cousin leave the car at their house. On top of that, trying to contact the company on the weekend was very hard. They give you a phone number, but I wasn’t getting through to anyone, so you just have to wait for the driver to call.
The driver who picked up the car was very knowledgeable. They did charge an extra $200 because they said the car was overweight. I wasn’t there to dispute it, and that was the one thing I didn’t like. Since we had already paid the full price, I couldn’t get a refund.

Montway was fantastic. I was surprised how quickly they were able to set it up for me to pick up my car and transport. I was real happy with that. We only needed to do open transport for the type of vehicle that I was shipping. It was a small car. I was shipping my daughter's car from here to Florida to New Jersey. I purchased a vehicle out of state and I needed to get it to the state that I live in. I did some research of who were considered the best transporters of classical cars in the States and Montway's name came up on more than one site. So, I decided I'd go with them. They weren't the least expensive, but they weren't the most expensive either. Everybody that I dealt with was really nice and very helpful. When the car arrived, the driver was able to come down the road that we live on and he unloaded it off the truck.

I needed a transport service because I bought a car in Phoenix, Arizona, and I needed it shipped to my house in Humble, Texas. And I chose Montway out of the three companies that I checked because of how quickly they could do it and their price. And then setting up the transport went relatively easy. I was satisfied with what the representative told me.
Since I wasn’t there during the pick-up, I sent all the information on what the company’s pick-up hours were. I think it was till 4:30 in the afternoon. And apparently, the driver showed up at 6:30 or 7:00 on Saturday. And there just happened to be somebody there who talked to him. And then he said he was gonna come back the next day, but that didn’t happen until Monday.
And then the driver stayed in contact with me through texting back and forth after they had the car, and all that worked out perfectly. And during the drop-off of the vehicle, since I’m on a cul-de-sac street that is difficult to turn a trailer around in, I contacted the driver and gave him an alternative place, which was right at the end of my street. It was across the street, in a parking lot. Actually, it was on a side street. And he wasn’t on an 18-wheeler, but he had full behind, so just a parking lot across at the end of my street would work, where he could just pull in and unload right there in the parking lot.
And the vehicle was fine when it arrived. I’ve never seen it before, but it looked like how it probably should look. And their quote was spot-on to the final price.

I needed to pick up my father’s car after he was deceased out on Long Island but I couldn’t find someone who would give me a ride. It would take all day, it was inconvenient cost-wise to get out there and drive it back myself. I went online and was trying to find some pricing from three companies. The others were going through a lot of stuff but Montway had the easiest website to get a quick quote. I used their chatbot to get scheduled and it was really good.
The delivery was great. My only issue was not with Montway but with the E-ZPass charging my dad when the vehicle went through the toll. It was hard fighting them but everything else was perfectly fine.

It wasn't actually a residential area. It wasn't too bad. He did make sure that he had room with his truck and unloaded it pretty quickly. It was in the exact condition that it was picked up in. It went good. If you were looking to move a vehicle from out of state, you should look into Montway.

We bought a car in Carlsbad, California, and it needed to be shipped to Texas. So, I looked online, and Montway was the best one in the market at the time, listed by Forbes. So, I talked to an agent, and he asked me questions about my car. And then he gave me a quote. And then I asked him if there was a discount, and he said that a discount could be given.
And my car shipping date was not certain. So, we just set up a tentative date, and we had to keep moving it until the shipping date was certain. But the representative was available most of the time on the phone with these updates, and I was also always able to get somebody to update the dates for me.
And in the beginning, the quote that was given was increased slightly because the drivers weren’t available. And then finally, there was a driver, but he was asking for a little bit more. And they checked with me if I was okay or not. And I said I was okay, then that went forward.
So, the car was shipped by the dealer, and it took two weeks, at the most, before it was delivered to me. And then the person who brought me the car texted me saying that he was going to be here in a certain amount of time. And then he came, and he unloaded the vehicle. He was nice about it, let me check the vehicle, and he was gone. So, the car was in great condition and had no problems at all.

I needed to ship a little car for almost 800 miles. And so, I just did a Google search and chose Montway because of the price and because they had good reviews. And so, I went to Montway’s website and started the process, and then somebody reached out after that. And the customer service I got from the representatives was good. I have no complaints with them. They responded, and they did what they said they were gonna do. I opted for either open or closed transport, but I got closed, which is kind of cool. And the price was competitive.
I wasn’t there during the delivery, but my son said it went fine. My son lives sort of down a country road, so they met close to the house, in a fairly large parking lot. So, it went really well. And the communication from the driver was good. It was agreed upon that he was gonna give my son two hours' notice, and he did what he said he was gonna do on that. So, it wasn’t over-communicated, but it was effective, and it was timely.

We had an old Datsun 510 we were shipping to our son. It was his since he was a boy. He got married in Dallas. So, for Christmas, we sent it out to him. Working with Montway was easy and wonderful. I did the process online. They told me that they sent me something about my driver and that he would be calling me. The next day, I got something saying, “I'm sorry. That driver is no longer available. It will be this driver.” They sent me another driver later. They told me the car would be picked up between 4 and 10 days, and it was picked up on the 10th day. So, it was picked up during the time frame they told me.
The car was put inside a brand-new truck. The driver said, “I just picked up one car. Yours is going on the top all the way in the back.” He said he was going to Vegas, and pick up three more cars. Then he said, “I will be at your son's house on this day.” He was. His truck was beautiful. We live in a gated community. The driver couldn't drive in. He parked out on the street and he walked in about two blocks, and he didn't mind at all. The car was in the driveway. He was able to drive it. He was wonderful.

We were on vacation for three months, so, rather than renting a car, we decided to send ours out because was a whole lot cheaper than renting. I looked at car transportation on the internet and then I called a few of them. I got some quotes, and from the people I talked to, Montway seemed to be the best among the ones I checked.
In setting up the transport, you have to tell them what kind of car it is and then where you’re going, when you need it there, and then they do that on their own. Our car came two days early. It was picked up in Minneapolis, Minnesota and it was delivered to Palm Desert, California. They picked it up on a Sunday and I got it here on Wednesday -- they said it would be here on Saturday.
On the pickup, they got into my residential area to pick it up. They couldn’t deliver it with their truck, though, where I’m staying. So, we got that all worked out with the guy whose house we were renting and also the gate people. The guys in the truck worked it out with the gate people and it was in the garage when we got here. The driver and his driving partner would let us know where they were and when they thought they were going to be able to deliver it.
Overall, everything was clear and above board. It was very plain and easy to understand. The quote was right on with what they took out of my credit card. It was a whole lot easier than I thought it was going to be. It was the first time we’ve ever done it, so we had our own worries about things. And by the end, there was nothing to worry about. Now, they are going to come and pick it up at the end of April and take it back home.

My car came in time. My van was a little bit difficult to transport because it's a utility van and it has an awning for camping. He was able to remove the awning, and then assembled the awning back when he got here, so that was nice. He did that free of charge, but I tipped him. It was expensive, but they're all expensive. The thing with Montway is that you don't know who's going to do the actual transportation because they contract it out to different companies, but it went smoothly.

I just looked Montway up, and they had a good rating. So, I used them when I transferred one car out to Utah, and they did a great job. They got there on time. And so, I did it again and was equally pleased. I was just fine with everybody.
I thought they did a good job. I think they communicated with me as things progressed and stayed in touch. And then, I had the driver's information and number. He called me, and we met at a certain place. I got the car. It went very smoothly. So, it was a good experience.

Montway was fine, and the transport organizer was very good. I've used them before, and they're great and efficient. The time of pickup and drop off from Illinois to California took five to six days.
I was there during the pick up. I had them at my office and there's a big street. So, that was no problem.

Montway had good reviews and a competitive price. They were also more responsive than the other company I asked for a quote from. Montway’s quote was on the ballpark of the competition, but it was maybe a little lower. Customer service was good. During the move, there was a little issue because they told me I could load the car up. When the driver got there, she said there was a limit, so they ended up charging me some money for it. The rest of the move went really smoothly.

We were transporting my husband's truck. I liked that I was able to get a ballpark estimate online with Montway, which helped me do the same process with a few other companies. I did a little bit of research to support that and saw an overall positive feedback. We just confirmed the make and model of the truck, long bed, short bed, all that good stuff, and the estimate was accurate, so I was happy about that. I have used Montway Auto Transport twice and had a good experience both times. Their customer service representative is great and quick to take action. When I used them for the first time back in 2021, the driver did not meet the deadline. I was about to miss my flight, so Montway hooked me up with another driver in 20 minutes. For this reason, I contacted them again for the second time. There were multiple ways to reach them. I know they are available online. The second time I talked to them, they offered text messages. Their pricing is fair. The first time I decided to move across the country, I compared multiple quotes from several companies. The second time, I did not because the price was lower than the first time anyway. With inflation over the past three years, I expected the price to go up. When I saw the price went down, I took it. I'm recommending them to anyone who wants to move across the country and not drive for 40 hours.

I moved from New Jersey to California. I transported a car using Montway Auto Transport. The representatives were very responsive. Every time I had an issue, I just called the customer service number and they responded immediately. It was a really good and pretty easy process.
Pick-up was fine, but it got delayed by a few days. They gave a five-day window of when it would get picked up, and then another five-day window of when it would be delivered. So, it all worked out fine.
I looked at just a few transports to gauge the average price. And I thought their quote was reasonable compared to other carriers.
If I have to give one critique, it's the five-day window. That's kind of like a long window to be ready for the car to get picked up and dropped off. But it wasn't that big of a deal, though.

Montway was on my list of people to call six months ago. The company I went with at first didn’t come through, so I cycled back to the other names on the list and tried Montway. The rep said he could get me what I needed, so I went with them. Their cost is higher than most others, but I got what I need and the communication with them was great.

I've had good luck with Montway. Last year, when I used them, I had an excellent driver. He was really quick. He spoiled me.
Of course, there have been delays this time with the pickup, but you have to expect those things. I hired them to transport my car while I was in Florida, but it hasn’t been delivered yet. Customer service was very good, and I was provided a good quote.

A complete breakdown in communication. One email said the car would be back in two days. Five days later I discovered the car was sent to Dallas - not Chicago. I had to call to find this out. Then I was told on Sunday that the car would arrive Wednesday. It arrived two days early on Monday. At no point did Montway make an attempt to contact me.

I had my car transported from Charlotte, North Carolina to Houston, Texas with Montway. The coordination was very easy and my car was delivered on-time and in perfect condition. My only concern which did not happen is the trailers are super tight. It is a challenge to get into the car to back it out (and put it in). The driver performed gymnastic moves... A couple of months ago, my car broke down in Palm Springs, and I wanted to get it back to the auto repair place that I use in Orange County. The tow truck company wanted $1,600 and I figured I'd get a better price with an auto transport company. Montway quoted a fair price, they picked the car up and delivered it as expected. We were transporting a classic car from Florida to Pennsylvania. We chose Montway over five other transport companies because I thought the communication was really good. There was a constant follow-up, and even when things were changing, I was constantly kept up to date. I just thought the overall service was good. They had great reviews, and I was looking for a carrier with experience transporting classic cars. I didn’t know what I needed to do because the car was not running, and they completely explained that to me, so I was able to get it all taken care of. It was very easy and smooth, especially for someone who had never done this before.
I did most of the process myself. I submitted the inquiry, got some quotes back, and when I was ready, I was able to do it all online and through chat. I had some concerns about the car since it wasn’t running and how it would be towed, and I needed to make sure they were contacting me because I had a counterpart coordinating the pickup. It wasn’t a hard sell like the other carriers I looked at, who constantly inundated me with calls morning, noon, and night, which is a quick way not to get my business.
For the delivery, I talked to the driver multiple times, and he called me to say he was an hour away, and he was. He unloaded the car, which was the first on his carrier, and brought it down my very long driveway into the garage. He secured it, unhooked it, we made the payment, and he was gone. It was a very easy process. The car was in fine shape when it arrived. He had pictures of it, we took pictures, and there was no damage. We couldn’t have been happier.
I’ve never done this before, but I thought the quote was fair and pretty close in line with everyone else’s. The financial aspect wasn’t necessarily a motivating factor for me, and I think they were all pretty competitive. The communication was constantly smooth, which is very important when you’re shipping something and trusting people you don’t know. There’s a huge trust factor on both ends. I just gave a very small deposit, and the rest wasn’t due until I got the car. Knowing where we were in the process, when the car was getting picked up, and when it should arrive made it easier.

I like Montway’s the price and the response time when I reached out. Their customer service was good and helpful. Montway was the better option. It wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive for the service.

We were moving from Oahu to Colorado Springs and I needed to transport my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I used Montway before when I moved from Colorado to Oahu. They transported my Kia. I just went with them again because I knew how quick the service was and how well priced they were.
I was given conflicting information, though, ‘cause the State of Hawaii has different shipping requirements. The representative told me that I could put 100 pounds worth of personal belongings into the vehicle to ship back. I planned to do that, and then I hadn't heard anything, so a couple of days before I needed to drop off the Jeep, I called to confirm. And they said that they don't allow any items in the vehicle at any time. So I ended up having to ship 100 pounds worth of things.
Overall, it was good. They were communicative, polite and professional. I think it was just mixed information about the requirements at Pasha Hawaii where I dropped the Jeep off at. For the delivery, I got a text. And then they called just to let me know that they were gonna be here within 24 hours or so. They showed up way before the delivery time that we had initially anticipated, so that was nice. They pulled it right into my driveway and asked me if I could take a look over it. Everything looked great, and they just handed me the keys. It was easy.

I needed to transport 1949 Oldsmobile Convertible in an enclosed container from Idaho Falls because I moved to Gold Canyon, Arizona, and our experience with Montway was good. The car got here in good shape, and everything was good. The guy was cool and brought it down here.
I’m living in a gated community, and he called for the code. He pulled up right in front of my house, and his car trailer had another car in there too. It was low to the ground, so he dipped his ramp down and he did it professionally. And my car was in good shape. And I could tell he was very cautious when he brought it out of the trailer and parked it on the curb for me. I was very pleased.
I was going to do it myself, rent a U-Haul truck, and pull a trailer. But, I settled with them and it was a lucky day for me. I got ahold of somebody, and he said that he would get a quote and call me back. And he did right away. I figured the quote was about the same as me going up there and doing it myself. So, it only made good sense to go with his price and them do it. I’ve got their name and number written down in my notebook, and if I have any transport needing in the future, I’d certainly call them. Price was reasonable and the service was good. If you’re that happy, why would you go anywhere else?

Montway got back to me the quickest, so I went with them. In scheduling, they had me set what my recommended days were, and they set me up with a distributor. Then, they called me and set up a pickup date and then the drop, and they kept me informed while they were traveling here. The transport took 10 minutes, and the driver was very friendly. We had a vehicle that was in need of repair, and we weren’t able to drive it up. So, we had to have it transported up to the mechanic shop. I’ve purchased vehicles and have had them towed to me from various parts of United States since 08, and I wasn’t 100% satisfied with others’ service. I saw that they had some good reviews, so I gave it a shot.
I told my son who wants to mimic what I am doing while he is in school, “When you do purchase a vehicle, this is the company you should contact for transport. I’ve used Montway quite a few times in the past and it’s been a great company. I’ve had multiple vehicles delivered by them without any issues and they’re usually one of the better rates. The other thing is speed of service. I can have someone pick my vehicles up within a day or two. I’ve had really good luck on short notice getting somebody to grab my vehicle and get it to me safe and sound. I didn’t really look much else when I did this last transport either.
Montway is the best transport service currently available. I’ve used a couple other ones and they’re good, too but the communication is key. Setting up a transport is very simple and I love the email notifications.
The phone calls to me are very vital to be able to have somebody on the other line that you can actually speak to and understand. It’s huge to be able to have that communication back and forth and know that my vehicle is being picked up. I have their number available and I can call and ask for updates at any time. I always get somebody to answer and I’m not left hanging.

We relocated and needed to transport a passenger vehicle. My initial contact with Montway was very positive. Their price was fair and competitive too, so I went with them. The pickup and delivery was very easy. They made sure to let the driver know the best spot to pick it up. In our previous residence, it was very tricky. There was a big hill and it was very restricted. So, I met the driver down the bottom and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. I recommend Montway without hesitation.

Yesterday, I wanted to set up a transport. Montway quoted me $1,200, and I offered $1,100. He said $1,200 was the best price. I’ve done business with Montway before, but I told him I was going to get a competitive quote. I’m going back on April 15th and will need transportation from Sunny Isles Beach to Lake Barrington, Illinois.
I paid $900 for the service last year, and I also paid $900 earlier this year for Montway to get here a short time ago. The representative said this is the busiest time of the year, which is why the quote was $1,200. I contacted another reliable company, and for now, I’m going to wait to see what the competitive quote is before making a decision. I’m leaving in about a month.
I was disappointed because I thought I could have done it for a little less money. I did ask if, for the extra $100, there was any kind of customer loyalty discount they could offer, and I would have appreciated that. It was $200 more than what I paid back in January, just a few months ago. So that’s what it is.
This isn’t the first year I’ve done business with Montway. I used them last year and in previous years as well. Based on my past experiences, everything was done as promised and on time. I wouldn’t have contacted them if they weren’t a good company. Montway is a very reliable company.
Montway had good Google reviews and a good reputation. I’m not familiar with all the companies across the United States, but I am very familiar with the company I’ve been doing business with for 25 years in the Chicagoland area. The other company is reputable, but I chose Montway because they gave me a much better price.
If the price difference is about $100, I’ll stick with the company I’ve been doing business with. But once the difference is $200 or $300, the loyalty isn’t worth that much. For a $100 difference, I don’t mind staying loyal. To be honest, there was one year when I didn’t use Montway and went with a different provider because the difference was a couple hundred dollars.

It was easy, and communication on their end was good. The quote was fair. Montway was actually the second car hauler I contacted. The first one didn’t work out, and I was very disappointed with how they handled the process and the lack of communication.
I was only on the receiving end, but I didn’t hear any complaints about the pickup or how that process went. As far as the delivery, everything went great. When you go through a broker, you have to be flexible with the schedule. There’s no guarantee they’ll be there at a specific time. Overall, everything worked out well.

I live in Virginia and then I bought a truck in Texas. I had been looking around ‘cause it’s my first time having a car transported. I went with an independent transport service who claimed to have all these connections but it was getting dragged off about two weeks. I was on vacation. So, that’s why I really wasn’t worried. But at the same time, I did want the car ‘cause I had already purchased it.
Gabrielle of customer service was very nice. She told me exactly how it was gonna work, the timeframe, and the payment. Everything she said that was gonna happen and how the process is gonna work is exactly how it worked. She guaranteed a timeframe and I was really impressed for my first time having a car transported.
Gabrielle is laid back and she spoke with so much confidence. So, I could just tell that this wasn’t your regular company. And then even though I didn’t speak to her again through the whole process, any time I called, everybody there was on the same page. So, every rep I talked to was able to get an answer back to me immediately.
Montway has a good network. And I understand that they have to find drivers that are going that way. But I was impressed as how they were able to keep everything within the parameters of their process exactly how they said they were.
I have a guy that I go to church with who is an independent dealer. He was telling me at first that it would be nothing over 800. He gets cars from Manheim in Pennsylvania and comes back to the D.C. area, where I live at. And he brings cars back that way. But he was dragging it out and didn’t have any connections at all. If you wanna take the cheaper route, expect the cheap customer service, a lot of gains and a lot of foolishness.
But Montway was definitely worth the money and it’s a lot of value in their price. They’re a little bit more expensive but to me, I’ve always been the kind of consumer to believe that you pay for what you get. And so, even though it was around $1,300, I felt very comfortable, especially coming from Texas.
I had just sold my home in Virginia so, they had to go by that address ‘cause they had to match up. The gentleman that they contracted to come and delivered the vehicle was nice and respectable. He texted me his ETA and he let me know where he was at and kept in contact with me. So, not only did Montway keep their word about the process, but they deal with quality transporters and independent contractors.
The transporter delivered on time. He had three pickup trucks and my pickup truck is in the middle. So, the one behind me didn’t start. My cousins have an aunt on their mom’s side who lives a couple of doors down. They had to get a pickup truck and pull it over. It was about an hour ordeal but we laughed about it and had a good time.
The transporter was a very personable guy. He said he ran a business with his cousin, his uncle and his brother. The transport was great. The car came in and not a scratch on it. It was a beautiful and a great experience.
And then even with the tracking system that they have, I was able to click on it and see exactly the timeline. They said they were not gonna charge until they find the transport and have everything confirmed. The dealership actually had their own service but they were trying to charge me three times as much.
We did everything over the phone. The tracking was all right there within the email and I was able to pull it up that way. I like their system. It’s very unique. It’s been a couple of months since I looked at it but I remember that it was very easy to navigate through and I felt comfortable in waiting. Once I was put in contact with the transport, he texted and called me to let me know that he was 25 miles out. It went so smoothly.
I’m just thankful to God I happened to talk to Montway and I felt very comfortable. They’re very reputable and trustworthy. I was very impressed with the service and if I ever had a car shipped again, I would definitely use them and I wouldn’t deal with any other company.

I just recently transferred to Texas for college and I was going to drive the car myself. But then I realized I needed it a little sooner. I had a family friend who lived in Texas who said they use Montway and it was really easy and really good so I called them. I set up the transfer online and the communications were through email and then I got one phone call. The process was super quick, easy and very thorough. The quote and the final price were completely accurate. I did not see a difference.
The car came in great condition, aside from being dusty. The transport wasn’t as bad as I thought, considering where it had to go through. I’d definitely use them again. I got a job several states away and my primary vehicle is an EV, which would have been a pain to drive that far. I put my information on a Facebook ad and then everybody started to call me. But I ended up going with Montway ‘cause they seemed like middle or upper price so that I could actually depend on somebody picking up the bid.
The initial pick-up was Indiana and then the drop-off was North Carolina. They did the trip in a day. They picked it up on a Thursday and it was delivered on a Friday. The driver was courteous. He was a little worried about the weight ‘cause I had put some things in the car, but I was doing my best to keep it under the 150 that was on the site.
The only issue I had is I wasn’t in North Carolina yet. So, we were trying to work with my Realtor and the sales agent for the house to sign for the car. And they were a little worried about who was gonna meet them where, but they kept calling like an hour out. In the end, we got it all taken care of.
Overall, my experience was a little daunting at first trying to figure out what car company to use, but then it was simple once it was all done. My in-laws are actually following us out here to North Carolina, and I told them I used Montway and recommended them.

Also, when I was having trouble. It was a complicated situation where the guy I was buying the car from was not always there, so I had to work around the schedule, and it was around the new year. So this company was very good about helping me choose a time that would work for me and for the seller. I talked to three to four people, and each one was very professional, and I was impressed by that. They emailed me back when they said they would, and did things in a businesslike way. I live in Arizona and my father lived in Indiana, and when he passed away, I got his car. I had to get it to Arizona and I didn’t want to drive it that far. So, I hired Montway to bring it out to me. I called and got the pricing. They explained the process, and they gave me a date when they would pick it up. They showed up on time, and they delivered it early.
The transport was supposed to take four days, but it only took three. The vehicle was picked up at a business, so the driver had plenty of room to pick it up. The driver was very nice and he seemed to know what he was doing. He also explained the process to us. Their price was reasonable and it was right on track. They made the process very easy, and the vehicle arrived in perfect condition.

Within the last year, I was named fleet manager, and we have vehicles all over the country. And I had to have them transported back here to Birmingham. I got online and looked for vehicle transports and came up with Montway. They had good ratings, so I chose them. I have been using them ever since.
They are easy to deal with. They give me truckers’ phone numbers, so I can call the truckers. I can talk to service reps. One of my pet peeves is not having an individual, an when I call back, they have to figure out who I talked to, Montway doesn’t do that. They give me a name and that’s who I talk to about the individual transport every time. So, I like that.
We’ve had four delivered this year, and a couple of months ago, they picked one up in Illinois and brought it back in Birmingham. They were great. I told them, “Do not deliver on the weekend,” and they agreed to that. There was one time where they delivered after everybody was gone. I gave them a gate code. They put inside. They took pictures of my vehicle inside the gate. It was obvious where it was sitting from the pictures. And they have been good. I’m happy with them.

We were relocating off island, and we researched a few different transportation services. Montway Auto Transport had good ratings. When we spoke to them, they were very efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and quick with being able to answer our questions. They had the scheduling done.
The whole process started in Hawaii, on Oahu. The vehicle was shipped to Los Angeles and then, by car carrier, it was transported to Illinois. The driver was great. The car was picked up and delivered timely. They communicated with the individuals picking it up. He arrived on time. The transport took four days total. It was very stress-free especially when transporting one of the most valuable items.

I live in New York and I have a vacation home that I just built in Arizona. I'm gonna be moving to it once I retire, but my 80-year-old mother and my partially disabled brother wanted to move there. It was too long of a drive, and we figured to transport the car and just fly. I googled the best moving companies and Montway came up.
Montway gave us convenience and good communication. They factor in costs of stopping and staying at hotels. Pickup was in western New York and then they transported the car to Arizona. It took about six days and they delivered it on the day they said they were delivering it. The driver was super friendly, too. He was delayed a little bit. I know you can't say, "I'll be there at 8 o'clock," when you're driving that distance, but he kept me really up-to-date. He got a little lost because the area is really remote. He called and we found a common place that he knew where. I met him down there and got the car. All in all, it was fantastic with Montway. If you need to move something, use them. I highly recommend them. We have a couple of vehicles and maybe we'll drive one down there, but I'm gonna have to ship it when we move out there permanently. I'd definitely be using Montway again.

Since I transferred from California to Virginia, and I can only afford to drive one vehicle, so I researched the best one online and Montway came up. I went with them based on reviews, dependability, and recommendations as far as military is concerned. Setting up the transport for my 2020 Kia Forte was easy and the rep I dealt with was very helpful as far as expectation for what details I needed to have. They answered every question to the best of their knowledge. If there was something they couldn’t find at a time, they were able to get back to me quickly.
When the pickup happened, I was informed of a contractor, which was the right company that picked it up. I just didn’t know the direct person for it. But, the truck driver was validated. He was very approachable. I took pictures of the driver, and he was very accommodating. I took pictures of the vehicle and of the truck for my own comfortability.
The transport was scheduled to take five days, but because of the weather it became seven days. They told me that delay was going to happen, which was early on. We moved over here during winter, and truck drivers and the winter do not work well, so I understood the safety aspect. This is the second time I used Montway.

I needed to get a vehicle from an old town I was in, to where I was currently living – to towns away. It wasn’t safe to drive on the highway. I was shopping around online to see who would charge for what per mile. And as far as reliability and price were concerned, Montway was about the best option I had, regionally. I needed someone that could tow long range without charging a premium per mile. And long range here, people only go one town over before they start bumping up price like crazy.
The sales team was initially a little confusing as to what they wanted to charge me for, and they tried to upsell me on a couple things that I didn’t need or want. They tried to charge me for an oversized vehicle fee when all I had was different tires on it. So, they seemed a little too happy to try and tag on more charges. I explained to them what model I was shipping.
I’ve been in the auto industry for a while, so I could be more informative. The dimensions of the vehicle were not quite what they were expecting. So, I had to kind of paint them a better picture. I sent them a lot of pictures including a three-quarter angle, and the driver verified the condition of the vehicle before he picked it up from my dad’s driveway.
The pickup was in Topeka, Kansas and the drop-off was in Olathe, Kansas, and the vehicle was transported overnight. The driver was straightforward and informative. He kept in touch over text to let me know that he was parking it and locked overnight before he could come out on his way. The vehicle was on the same condition as when he picked it up. The quote was fine, and I didn’t have time to act on the initial quote. It would have been cheaper, but it’s not a big deal because it still ended up being fair market-wise.

I moved to a different state. I shipped a CRV and a Toyota Corolla through Montway. They had good reviews and I thought they were trustworthy. Their rep told me how it’s gonna work step by step and what I was supposed to look at. He spoke very highly about how he can do the job well. The delivery was done really well. They called me, took pictures, showed me the cars and brought them to me. The price is reasonable but could have been worked about.

I was moving from Cleveland, Ohio to Las Vegas, Nevada. The person from Montway that booked me was a little bit too stiff. It was my first time so I really didn’t get a good bargain like I was advised but I was running out of time and I really needed my truck shipped so I could pack up my stuff before the month ended so I could leave that house. Montway’s price was too much but I didn’t want to sit there and go back and forth because he was not bending when it came to me putting some luggages in the truck so I let it be.
I know it’s business, but we are no longer in the years where some businesses were having monopoly and were the only ones in the market. There are a lot of transportation companies. But other than that little bit setback, everything’s great.
The pickup and delivery was excellent. The person kept to the approximate time he said he was gonna pick it up. He checked the car which didn’t take that long. His questions were straightforward and he was respectful. Same thing with the delivery. It lasted a couple of minutes and we parted ways.

I transported my Acura RDX from New York to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Everything was grade A, 100%, top tier. I looked through maybe five other vendors, and this was the cheapest. They were able to answer everything I had. I don't think it could have been any faster. It was delivered less than two days later. I already recommended them to a friend. The staff was very helpful and always courteous. The driver was honest and so accommodating and very kind and professional. I've used them several times to transport my truck or customer cars. Great customer service and pricing. Always available and on time. Open or enclosed transportation available. Vehicle tracking and estimate pick up and drop off times are very accurate. I will probably used them again in a few months when car show season starts.

The auto was picked up on the date Montway quoted. We were allowed to send items in our car. The firm they contracted with to deliver our auto was excellent. We were given the cellphone number of the driver of the transport. He was most responsible and alerted us to the approximate time that our car would be delivered. We were able to make arrangements at that time for someone to receive our car at our rental unit so it was there when we arrived. Everything went very smoothly.

Can’t say enough about the attention to details and concern for their customers that Montway Auto Transport has for their clients. I called a little early because the web app said it had arrived but wasn’t off the boat yet. We really needed are vehicle because are daughter had found a job here and needed transportation and it was getting difficult with a family of 5 going back and forth between jobs with one vehicle. They were so accommodating and we went down and had us in and out with all our I’s dotted and T’s crossed. Super friendly and informative, can’t say enough about the way they treat you. Marker lights were all broken upon arrival. Windshield was cracked when it arrived. Also the antenna was damaged. All of these issues were confirmed with the dealership to not be damaged before the truck was shipped. Photos of the damage can be provided if any compensation is offered. Other than that it was fine.

I was extremely pleased with the enclosed transport rig and driver; it was a very professional setup. I enlisted Montway to move from PA to SC. They performed as promised. The delivery was a difficult one, specifically, the drop off location. I was still on the road not able to receive the vehicle when delivered. The driver followed instructions and sent me photos when he parked my car. It reassured me that the car was where I wanted it. It was left in a secure area and in perfect condition.

The customer service with Montway was excellent with the people that hooked me up with a driver. So I was very happy I had them. The quote was reasonable and fairly competitive. But I did switch to a covered shipment, so the price changed as well.
The first company that they hooked me up with was difficult to get ahold of. It did not go well at all. Because of the dates I needed, the person that the company assigned to me could not do it. I had difficulty confirming that the person contacted me and he insisted on picking it up on a holiday even though the pickup location was a dealership that would be closed. His next option was he wanted to pick it up after 11:00 PM and just have the dealer put the keys somewhere. I found that very unsatisfactory.
I let Montway know this and they took care of that and arranged another company for me. Everything went very well with that. They took care all the hassles for me.

I had a terrible experience with Montway Auto Transport. I arranged for my Jeep to be delivered from California, and it ended up being over a week late. Initially, they promised a delivery date, but it took almost three weeks to arrive. Half the time, they couldn't even tell me where the Jeep was, using excuses about truck trouble, which I doubt were true. The delivery cost over two grand and was on an open trailer. When the Jeep finally arrived, it wouldn't crank, likely due to engine flooding, forcing me to change the plug. There was no physical damage, but the mechanical issue was frustrating. Despite their assurances, I received no compensation or follow-up after delivery. This experience was especially disappointing because I chose Montway based on their seemingly good recommendations and higher rates, hoping for reliable service. I wouldn't recommend using them based on my experience.

Delivery dates are issued in estimates and only include business days. Dates are subject to change due to many factors that fall outside of the carrier and Montway's control therefore we only work in estimates. Montway is only able to pass information along as we receive it from the carrier and all of the communication during this transport does indicate that there were mechanical issues with the carrier's truck which caused the delay. Our team escalated this situation and the carrier has been addressed accordingly.

The owner of the car I was purchasing recommended Montway, and their service was excellent. Scheduling the transport was seamless, and the pickup and delivery went smoothly. The driver was punctual and kept me informed by calling my cell phone as he reached the destination.
The cost of the service was reasonable, despite the general tendency to complain about expenses. I found Montway's pricing fair for the service they provided. However, if I were to be a bit particular, I noticed some handprints on my car post-delivery. I understand the driver was managing a tight fit and had to use some lubricant on the racks, but as the owner of a repair shop, cleanliness is something I emphasize to my technicians, especially with high-value cars.
If it were a less understanding customer, particularly one with a new luxury vehicle, they might have been more concerned about the minor dirt marks. But overall, I was pleased with the service and would recommend Montway to others. They did a great job with my valuable car, and I appreciate the professional and timely service they provided.

I saw Montway Auto Transport advertised through a military website that I get Facebook messages from and decided to choose them after considering several options, including American Van Lines, who had previously helped us move our vehicles and furniture. Montway had many positive reviews, particularly from military families, which was important to us since we’re retired military.
The quote they provided was fair, and the entire process from ordering to pick-up and delivery was seamless. We used them for transporting two vehicles at separate times. The first delivery went to our son since we hadn’t relocated to our new home yet. They called an hour before arriving and got there exactly as they promised. The second vehicle delivery was equally smooth. I was pleased with the attitude of the drivers because a company is only as good as their frontline workers. Both the drivers were professional, kind, and communicated effectively, despite having heavy accents, which was a relief considering our struggles with communication due to language barriers during a recent house painting.
Overall, I would rate my experience with Montway as excellent, giving them 5 stars for both the pricing and the customer service received. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

I used Montway to transport a vehicle I purchased in Philadelphia to Columbus. A friend who previously used their services referred me to them. Although I briefly considered another company, I trusted my friend's recommendation and chose Montway. The vehicle was a wrecked Nissan Frontier. The delivery was slightly delayed due to Thanksgiving, but I felt confident it would have arrived on time otherwise. I wasn't present during pickup, but the driver, who used a pickup truck with a trailer capable of hauling three vehicles, maintained excellent communication. He kept us informed of his schedule and arrived as expected. Upon arrival, the vehicle was in good condition, just as promised. My recent experience with Montway Auto Transport had its ups and downs. Initially, I chose Montway because they offered insurance coverage in case my vehicle was damaged during transport. However, communication could have been significantly better.
I didn't receive any proactive communication from the driver and had to reach out multiple times to get updates on the delivery status. On the night of delivery, I was told the driver would call 15 minutes before arriving. He claimed to be in Dallas, which is around 30 miles from my home in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, but it ended up taking him three hours to reach the pickup location, where I had to wait the entire time.
Despite these communication issues, the vehicle arrived without any damage. Prior to delivery, I received an email with a diagram showing marks indicating potential damage, which was concerning. Fortunately, when the car was dropped off, it was in perfect condition, and the driver mentioned that the marks were automatically added by the system.
Overall, the service was acceptable and the transport cost was fair. Based on this, I would rate the service at 4 stars.

I had two trucks transported. The driver was given the two titles, yet did not give them to Lotus. We were not aware and we thought that the titles were going to be mailed. I was looking to get my vehicle transported from Ohio to South Carolina, and I used Montway. They were recommended by some people in the Poconos who've used their services and were satisfied in the past. The setup was very easy, and the quote was reasonable. The vehicle was picked up in Ohio at our condominium with a small, one vehicle trailer and taken to another location where it was put on a multi auto transport. They told me when it would be delivered roughly. And it was delivered within at least two hours of what they gave me as an estimate. They called me when they were close, then when they were getting off the interstate. I told them where to go to drop it off and when. They said they would call me when they were there and unloading it, and they did. I arrived and the car was in good shape. They took lots of photographs before and after, and I could see that there was no damage. So, I was very pleased.

The driver was exceptional. When he was going over the car with me, he went over everything that he had marked on it when he picked it up. He saw these little tiny things that I didn't even see. The car also came three days early.

Montway gave me the best quote. Some people gave me cheaper quotes, but I didn't trust them because they didn't have any website. But Montway has everything, and they have good reviews as well. I had them transport my car from California to Virginia. When I called them the first time, they answered my questions. They sent me emails too. We scheduled the pickup, and everything was perfect. Once they picked up the car, they told me it would take two to three days. They were prompt and I got the car in perfect condition. The driver was excellent. When he picked the vehicle up, he called me. When he dropped it off, he called again and I met him. If we have to move somewhere else, I will use Montway again.

Montway has done a job a couple of times for me and I was satisfied. They showed up. The drivers were very nice. This latest time, the transport took longer than it ever was before. But I had moved and I was in a little more of a remote area than right near Manhattan. So, I thought that might have been the reason. It used to get there in two days. It took four and a half days this time, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, the car arrived in one piece. I recommended Montway to a few different people already.

I went through Montway’s website and set up a transportation service through them. The price was reasonable and I was impressed with the efficiency and quickness of the rep who set it up for me. I arranged an auto transport service through Montway Auto Transport. First and foremost, their service was fantastic. I chose Montway because of their great reviews and recommendations, and they did not disappoint.
The driver was very meticulous and courteous during the pickup. They noticed the car, an MR2, wouldn't clear the ramp and ingeniously placed a board to ensure it would. The vehicle was picked up on time and delivered as expected.
In terms of cost, the pricing was competitive, and overall, I found it justified given the quality of service received. There wasn't anything they could have done better in my opinion. I would rate Montway Auto Transport 5 out of 5 stars for their exceptional service.

BEWARE. READ THE FINE PRINT. IF THE TRANSPORTER DAMAGES YOUR VEHICLE MONTWAY WON'T BE RESPONSIBLE. They did that to me. The transporter they hired damaged my vehicle then cancelled and said they couldn’t transport it but they didn’t even tell me about the damage. Now I’m stuck with a 6k repair and Montway told me they are not responsible for the damages that I have to contact the transport company that they hired

Don’t Use Montway or ABA Logistics. Montway is an auto transport broker who does not stand behind the company they hire to transport your automobile. I had my car picked up in Md and transported to Fl. The car had 200 more miles on it than when they picked it up. Pictures of the odometer before and after proved it. They did nothing and the transporter themselves did nothing and would not call me back. Use another company….

I've used Montway Auto Transport twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The first time, they shipped a Ford Mustang from New York to Florida, and more recently, they transported my wife's BMW coupe. Before choosing them again, I did shop around, but Montway's pricing was competitive. I decided to go with them because of their great customer service and my previous positive experience.
The customer service has always been great—answering all my questions and keeping me updated on the shipping status. The quotes they provided were competitive, although I did pay slightly more to get a more secure and timely delivery option, as both times I opted for enclosed trailers.
The delivery was excellent on both occasions, and the truckers they used were very professional. Considering the cost and the high level of service, I thought the quality was fantastic.

I had a great experience with Montway Auto Transport. The primary reason I chose them over competitors was their favorable price point. The first time, I compared about 10 different quotes before deciding on Montway. They were reliable, which is why I chose to use them again without considering other quotes the second time.

I have been using Montway Auto Transport for the past five years, and my loyalty is due to their reliability; they usually arrive and deliver as promised. The drivers are always professional, and they have transported some pretty unique cars for me, including a Bentley this year. I used Montway Auto Transport to move my vehicle and was highly impressed with their service. Based on the reviews, I decided to choose them, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The driver who picked up and delivered my vehicle were lovely. He was on time, very capable and communicative, and overall, he couldn't have been nicer.
In terms of pricing, I found it to be very fair considering the quality of service provided. If I were to rate their service, I would give them a perfect score. I appreciate the experience and would recommend Montway Auto Transport to others.

I discovered Montway Auto Transport online a few years ago and they've been perfect to deal with. The drivers have also been perfect. There've been no issues with them. However, there was one instance last year where Montway struggled to find a truck to transport us back home, despite having a reservation. Unfortunately, this meant we had to find an alternative transport solution. Our experience during this particular incident was a bit challenging.

I recently moved and needed to transport my SUV about 1800 miles. Montway Auto Transport offered both open and covered transport options. Though I wasn't home for the pick-up and delivery, the team was professional and punctual: they called ahead to inform us they would arrive in about 10-15 minutes. My wife handed over the keys at the pick-up point, then my son received the vehicle at the delivery location.
The transport service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, Montway Auto Transport provided exactly what I needed without any issues. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

I recently used Montway Auto Transport to move my vehicle from California to Louisiana. After considering a few other transport companies, I chose Montway because they were the only ones who could accommodate my tight schedule. My interactions with their customer service were great, and I found the quote they provided to be fair and comparable to others.
The transport driver was very personable and professional, providing ample notice before arrival so I could be prepared. The whole process took slightly longer than expected due to some bad weather, which wasn't Montway's fault. Unfortunately, the delay caused some impatience from the customer who was purchasing the car from me. There was a small issue where the front valance of the vehicle came off due to the way it was strapped, but I regard this as an understandable mishap when transporting vehicles.
Overall, the cost was reasonable — not the cheapest, but not overpriced, aligning well with other quotes I received. I'd rate my experience with Montway as a solid four out of five. The customer service and marketing were excellent, and I appreciated their transparency and efficiency in handling everything.
