The person that I spoke with was definitely very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Made the process really simple. The quote was accurate to the original pricing as well. It was a bit more than some of the other folks, but I just really liked what I felt like I'd be getting with Montway. I was able to reach someone quickly anytime I had questions. It was easy to reach someone to chat, and no one was pushy. While I wasn't here for the delivery, I spoke with the leasing office here and asked them if they could do it. The person delivering my car came and spoke with the manager at the leasing office. He got the keys from the leasing office manager and was able to put my car in the garage for me. It was smooth and seamless.

I was very pleased with the services of Montway. They're very professional. The whole process was shorter than a week. I had a 48-hour notice that I would be shipping out of California. I was able to contact the company and they got the car shipped within 48 hours and delivered within four days.

Montway had a reasonable price. They were easy to work with too. They reached out to me and explained the process. They made me feel comfortable trusting them with my car. The experience was very painless. He came to my home and picked up the car. He explained to me that he would be at the location when I got there. He called me and told me he was out front of the apartment and there was my car. If I'm moving again, I will call Montway.

My brother had used Montway and all the rates seemed similar, so I went with them. I got bounced around to a couple reps but they were able to answer my questions and make it a smooth process. Pickup and delivery went smooth as well.

The driver was great on pick up. He communicated well with my daughter. She had to drive her car out of the neighborhood, which was fine, because he wasn't sure he'd be able to get the truck down. He was very easy to get ahold of and easy to speak to. Even when we were trying to see exactly when he was coming, because my daughter was having an issue with her car that it was at the mechanics, and he was very accurate on the time.

The system set up the majority of the transport. It was pretty automated. The driver was really nice. We kept in contact during pick-up and delivery. He let me know really far ahead of time that he was gonna be here.

We went back and forth with trying to figure out a pricing. I was trying to get the best price and Montway came back with a price the second time around. In the quote, it showed it’s for a closed transport. I accepted it, and then they changed the pricing on me. They said it was because they quoted an open transport and I wanted a closed transport.

I was surprised how quickly Montway was able to pick the vehicle up and get it out there. They had one driver scheduled and had to back off but another one came right up. So they were able to get it even quicker. They were really good about keeping me informed on everything that was going on. Their quote was reasonable and in line with the other ones.

The reps were terrific. The first person I called was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Everyone, subsequently, that I talked to was fine. In fact, we had an extended period of time where we were in touch, because it turned out that my wife got diagnosed with cancer and had to have some surgeries. We put the car in storage, and they held the contract open for almost five months. When we came back, it's like we never quit. It was very easy. They referenced the number and knew just what we wanted to do.

I submitted a request for a quote and got a quote back fairly quickly, within a day. Then, they had originally found a truck that they thought was going to be going through the local area for pickup. But then that fell through. Then within a couple of days from that, they found another carrier that was going through the area. From there, the process was really smooth. Communications were very good about the pickup times and day. He was there right on schedule, very pleasant to work with on both ends, good at communicating, got the vehicle there about one day earlier than scheduled, arranged a suitable pickup location and pickup went smooth. I tried to make some adjustments to where I had him meet me that was going to be easy for him so that he didn't have to try to drive through very congested areas and have difficulty turning around. It worked out really well with Montway.

I bought a motorcycle on Cycle Trader from Waco, Texas and I needed to have it transported to Eugene, Oregon. I called Montway and they were very responsive and did a great job. I got multiple text messages regarding the process and I was fully informed all the way through. It was very impressive. The transport took almost three weeks but it was wintertime, so I didn't need the motorcycle immediately and I wasn't worried about the time that it took. But I was communicated to along the way, as far as where the trucker was.

Everything was good. Pickup and delivery were very swift and I got the vehicle the day they promised. There was no issue with the car as well. All in all, Montway has everything lined up perfectly.

Montway's communication back and forth online was excellent. I moved a truck from Texas to Ohio. The initial quote and ending cost were spot on. There were no glitches. I've moved vehicles before where there were a lot of poor communication. Montway was quick to communicate via email and then via text. Then I had the driver in the dispatch phone number. The driver was outstanding. He was polite. I had my three-year-old granddaughter with me. He let her come over and look at the truck and put the flashers on for when it was coming off. The truck was as it was when it left. It was a little dirty, but that was the week of the ice storm in Dallas. They got out right before the ice storm hit. Overall, Montway's quote comes in right. Use them. They were not the absolute cheapest, but they weren't by far the most expensive.

Montway did a good job. I got my truck all in one piece and I had no issues and no excuses. They did what I asked them to do. I'm satisfied.

I made the call to Montway, and they were very helpful and prompt in talking to me. So, I stayed with them. My son, some time ago, transferred himself to a job in San Francisco from upstate New York, and COVID came along. As a gift to him, we transported his car out there. He was without a car for a long time. We just put it on a truck and sent it to him in San Francisco. It left on a Friday and it got there on a Thursday. I talked to the driver for a little bit. He was a good fellow. Montway did a good job. I'm very happy with them. It was the first experience I ever had moving a car like that, and they did a good job.

I did everything online and it was great. The quote was right on too. There wasn't a penny less or more. When I have questions and I went back on the chat line, the rep picked up my service request number, and they put me in contact with the person that was handling me, so I was dealing with the same person. The driver also called me when he picked the car up and then when he got up here, he called me again then I went and picked it up.

I needed to transfer my vehicle from New Jersey to Michigan. Montway had the best one from what I got the information from. Their rep called a couple of times and made sure that the car was on its way and when to expect it. When they first quoted me a month ago, it was like $50 less. But it was more after when the car came in. As far as the pickup, I had the driver drop the car off at a nearby hotel, which is only about a mile from my place, because it was a lot easier for him to do that than try to come into my driveway on a busy street. That went real smooth. He gave me a call when he was about five miles out and I met him over there. Everything worked out fine. I recommended Montway a couple of times when people were asking on our online forum about car haulers.

Montway offers good insurance and I saw good reviews. Also, when I was dealing with them, they were very speedy with replies, and that helped me decide. I liked them. Especially when they sent the wrong truck and the guy couldn't move my car. They got right on it and sent another car. I was happy about that.

I had a Lexus SUV transported through Montway and for the most part, everything was good. We had a little bit of a problem with changing an address for the delivery. But it was just a mishap. What happened was we changed the address and it wasn't put in the system as it should have been. So, it went to the first address. Someone wound up paying the driver for it. Montway took care of it. They sent a gift card for $50 and they also took some money off with the delivery charge. There was good communication even though things got screwed up with the address. Someone called me back. They called me to see how the delivery made out and I told them what happened, and then they had a manager call me back. I have recommended Montway to somebody else who shipped their car a couple of weeks after ours, and they had no problem.

I chose Montway because they have a variety of carriers that they can rely on, not just one. I used them to get the car to my address in Florida from Tampa. That worked out really well. The next step was getting it from Florida to Virginia, so I relied on them the second time. It turned out, both times, to be excellent service. They kept me informed, which is important.

Montway's customer service rep was very good. The gentleman that did the pickup and delivery did a good job and was very informative.

I really enjoyed using Montway and I was pleased. Everything was good. It was quick, efficient and the car was moving in less than a week, which is impressive. Pick up was fast. Delivery was also quick and less than four days. The driver kept me updated almost every couple of hours. He would text me and tell me how far they were, which was helpful. It was also door-to-door, which I liked.

When I called, the man I talked to was great. He answered all my questions and took me through the whole process. He explained to me how they would do the transport. They would arrange with me what would be a good range of days they could pick up the car, and I would give them an address to drop it off. He also explained what the charges would be and that we needed to have the car in running condition. We had to replace the battery on our car before it would be ready to be picked up because it had sat out for a while.

Everything was great with Montway. The driver called me ahead of time and let me know he was coming for the delivery. I told him where I would meet him, went there, reviewed the vehicle and walked around. He unhooked it and gave me all of the documentation for the vehicle.

Montway's prices were comparative but it was the reviews and my dealership down in Huntsville that had used their service before and was quite happy that made me go with them. I had a phone call within an hour, setting everything up. Three hours later, the driver was emailing me. I wasn't down in Huntsville at the time of the pick-up but my dealer called me right away and said they had a beautiful truck. Everything went smooth. When the driver was supposed to be here, he was having an issue with his truck about three hours south of my location but he got that taken care of and he was there. It was spot on. The only anything I didn't like about the driver was he didn't drop off the Ferrari with me. I asked him but he wouldn't do it. Other than that, I was extremely happy and I will be using Montway again. It was worth the money.

The reps at Montway were very helpful and not pushy. They asked questions that I felt like needed to be asked. Some others, not so much. I talked to somebody at Montway and the other one, and they seemed knowledgeable. They explained the process. I ended up talking to a couple of different people ‘cause there were a couple of delays and some different things but every time I talked to anybody at Montway, I felt very satisfied with the way they handled themselves.

The guy picked up the car in Washington and delivered it to Oklahoma on time and no damage. There was no communication once he took off until he got here. But we really didn't need it. We had a tag on the rearview mirror so we knew where the car was at all times. As far as communications, my communication was direct with the truck driver after the company contacted me and gave me his contact information. He told me when he was gonna pick it up and who he was. I was very well-informed. I told him where I’d meet him. He showed up on time where we were supposed to meet, loaded the car, and went on his way.

The rep and I got together on a price and the pickup point, and it was on the island of Bainbridge. It worked out very well. They met with the owner, transported the car and came back. It was fast service and the driver knew what he was doing. It was a newer truck and he had to back it in for about two blocks rather than taking a chance on being able to make a U-turn. He was very good about it and I was very happy.

I used Montway once before and I was pretty satisfied with them. I went with them again and it went really well with the driver. I would definitely recommend them.

There were two people with Montway that I communicated with over a few weeks. Because we were still trying to determine when the car would move, looking for titles, so it didn't happen right away. They stayed with me, that part was good. The only downside was, two weeks later, when I finally said I'm ready to go, the price went up 100 bucks. But the price was still very fair. The driver was excellent. He met me at our auto mechanic’s place because the car would overheat, so we had to get it taken care of before we could drive it. He helped me get the car to the mechanic. He was very friendly and helpful. Montway took good care of us and stayed in close communications. They also didn’t damage the car. We were satisfied.

Montway was on time, experienced and reliable, and I recommended them to a friend. The driver picked the vehicle up when they were going to pick it up and when they came down here, they kept me informed. However, Montway quoted me a price of 949 and right before the pickup, they said they would have to increase the cost to 999 because of either fuel cost or competitors. If it was a little bit more notice, I may have said no. But because I needed the car, I went with them anyway and I'm glad I did because everything worked out fine.

The reps at Montway were professional over the phone, answered my questions right away and were able to schedule things pretty quickly. The driver showed up on time. He went across the country with the vehicle, stayed to the timeline that he promised and did a great job. The price was what I expected and there was no damage to the vehicle. The only thing to improve is the truck I was dealing with. It was a huge trailer so the driver wasn't able to get to my home. I had to meet him on a large street that was a couple miles away.

Dealing with Montway Auto Transport was much easier than I anticipated, given the size of the company. It's a really large company and so the service is really good on the front end. Montway has tons of drivers that are contracted so some are probably better than others. This particular vehicle was a higher-dollar vehicle. So, my only concern, and it was no issue of Montway's, was waiting and hoping to get a winner. It was a little bit worrisome not knowing who the transporter was going to be until it was confirmed and they were heading your way. But I've had nothing but luck with Montway. They do a pretty good job vetting their drivers. The driver I got was exceptional. I've had shipped a lot of cars and he may be the best I've ever worked with. So I would definitely do it again.

Montway worked great with us. They were honest when I asked for one thing and they said they couldn't do it. They told us what they could do and we worked around it. The drivers were in touch and very easy to get ahold of too. They called back when I needed them to and delivered the car when they said they were. The car also arrived in good shape and no issues versus a couple other transports that we had that didn't go so well.

Things were efficient with Montway. The driver was very good at communicating when he was coming to pick the vehicle up and where he’d meet me. I met him and we got the vehicle loaded. Before he got to Albuquerque, he called and said he was getting ready to pull into town. He wanted to verify the contact information for the person who was going to receive it. I confirmed that with him and he arrived pretty much when he said he was going to. He got the vehicle off the truck and my son took care of it. However, there was some slight damage on the front of the vehicle. I didn't notice it until my wife and I arrived to town about a week later. By that time, when I called the number on the invoice, the guy said, “You have to point that out immediately.” I was a little disappointed that they couldn't do anything about that. But as far as the transport, everything went very smoothly. They got the car here pretty quickly.

The quote was reasonable and the delivery was on time and accurate. It was seamless. Overall, my experience was all very positive, and I would use Montway again.

I had confidence in Montway from the first contact. I specified an enclosed truck and the truck was well outfitted and the driver couldn't have been better. He contacted me two or three times about where he was and when he'd be there and he got there within minutes when he said he would. Also, I can't say enough good things about the care he took in unloading the vehicle when he got here.

My daughter scoped all the transport companies out and Montway was the most reasonable and was able to accommodate the dates. Also, they had the best price as far as that goes. Everything worked out well and the whole thing went very smooth. The driver was on time picking up and dropping off the car. Also, he made sure he noted all the dings and little damages that were on the car presently before he took it and did the same when he got to the destination. He's a good guy.

The driver got it here early. He also called me several times on the way in so I knew when to meet him. It was easy. I liked it.

I set it up and two days later, Montway had it booked to have somebody come pick the vehicle up. Two days later, they picked it up in Colorado and three days later, it was in Wisconsin. They communicated very well. The driver contacted me when he was getting closer then he contacted me with the exact time that he was going to be here. I went and met him in town and he showed up a couple of minutes before he said he was going to be here. I would definitely recommend Montway for anybody's needs. They took care of me like I would take care of one of my friends.

There was good communication on when to expect the pickup and interaction between who was doing the pickup and when it was being delivered. I'm in Boston so it’s a pretty packed area with traffic. The driver got me updated when he was getting close and we had a quick and easy interaction when he delivered the vehicle. It was a very seamless process.

Montway was extremely kind, very transparent and they had a great price. There was excellent communication throughout the process. They accommodated the need by transferring the vehicle safely and by letting me know exactly where it was via text or email and the estimated time of arrival of the vehicle, to make sure someone was there to pick it up, or if I want to have it left on my residence. I looked at a handful of companies and decided on Montway because of a recommendation from a neighbor who also used them. It was easy to set things up and for the most part, it was all on the up and up. All things considered, the cost was very fair. You're traveling something all the way across country. It's not like you're sticking a bottle in a ups box and sending it by freight mail. We met the driver at a Target parking lot and they inspected the vehicle. From there, they took the keys after they gave us the inspection report. They proceeded to loading it onto the vehicle for transport, and then they contacted us along the way to let us know where they were en route.

I got a better price from Montway. Things were as expected. Communication was good and they checked our answers all the time.

I used Montway before. I used them again recently and it went as expected, the same as before. I was also in constant communication with the driver. However, they’re a little more expensive than others. I used someone else for a different car transport and it worked out well, too. So, I know it can be done for a little bit cheaper.

I called Montway and someone else. I got the bid which was pretty much for the same amount but I liked the experience on the phone better with Montway. Also, the dates worked. They gave me the phone number for the person who would be doing the driving. I spoke to him and he was quite nice and well-spoken also which was a relief. He showed up when he said he would. We told him we live on a cul-de-sac so we asked him about getting his trailer into our cul-de-sac and my husband had some visions of things we've had with some of the moving trucks. They're really long, getting in. He said yes, he would have to back into our cul-de-sac. We said, “Why don’t you just park right outside the cul-de-sac and give us a call and we'll drive the car out to you instead?” That worked beautifully.

I had used Montway previously. They got right back to me. They made sure that all my questions were answered. They delivered on their promises and it was easy to make transactions. I was always in contact with the driver. Everything was really well done.

I talked with the Montway customer service and they were very helpful. Then the driver responded to me very quickly when I called. The cost with Montway Auto Transport is fair enough. If I had driven, I would still spend $600 or $800. I have told my friends and they said if they have to use it, they will use the Montway.

Montway is the online thing where you pick a vendor to ship your car. Compared to some of the other sites, it's a little bit more trustworthy. Also, compared to the other companies that would endlessly call me over and over again, it was the easy one and done deal. The coordinator was super helpful, answered all my questions, and very informative, where he had all the information, especially about insurance-wise, which a lot of people couldn't answer. That was also part of the reason I went with them. The driver that actually got my car was amazing and super nice. He picked it up in Texas, drove to California, and my mom and brother got it where they met him. Everything went super well. I like how they recorded everything and a very thorough job on the pick-up and drop-off.

Montway Auto Transport was one of the cheaper ones so I went with them, and then I realized that they were reliable and pretty good with their transportation. So, I just kept using them. I've used them three times now and they're fast and easy to deal with. The driver showed up earlier than expected. He helped me push the car into the driveway 'cause one of the cars I had didn't actually start just because it was from an auction.

The quote that Montway provided to me was great but the delivery wasn’t so great. The driver wanted me to pay his part in cash and he refused to give me a receipt for that. So, I sent a reply back to Montway and let them know I would use them again next time I needed a transport but I would not accept the same driver. Montway did everything they said they would do. The service, other than the delivery, was fantastic.

They were great. Everyone was so kind and so accommodating. When they came out to pick up my car, immediately, I knew that my car was in safe hands. The delivery was right on time. It was what they said it was gonna be. It was perfect. There was some bad weather everybody had to get through. That was when they had the freezing and the ice storms. But my car got here just perfectly.

The driver gave me updates so that I know when he could pick up my car and when it would be delivered. The quote was a bit higher than other market options but it was acceptable.

Montway's customer service team was really good. The ending bill was the exact same quote they gave. They did a great job.

Montway said they'd do what I wanted but my move ended up terrible. It took forever and they kept passing the buck. They kept promising and promising and never picked up the car. Also, they quoted the move at 680 but they got to the point that they said, "Well, if you give us 900, we can pick it up right away." I'll never use them again.

The person I talked to at Montway sounded nice and helpful. Carlos, the driver, was awesome and I was very impressed. I want to give him kudos and pass on to the powers that be that I was very pleased and happy with him. It was worth it shipping the vehicles over trying to drive them myself. If Montway’s drivers are all as good as Carlos was, I wouldn't hesitate about them.

The person I originally spoke to from Montway was really knowledgeable and had good information. They provided the quote quite quickly. The communication between the driver and Montway was good and the delivery of my car was on time. The final cost was $100 more than I had originally expected but it was because they allowed some items to be left in the vehicle which helped me out a lot. I’d use them again, for sure.

I found a coupon online for Montway, so I used them to ship my car back home. It was quick and easy to set everything up with their rep and I got a fair price.

The transport of my motorcycle from Philadelphia to Florida took about a week. Montway did a great job and everything went smoothly.

Montway is an awesome company and if I need them again, I'll definitely be calling them.

I reached out to Montway because I needed to transport a vintage Volkswagen that I had repainted that was out of state. My vehicle didn't have an engine in it so I had to get somebody that wasn't afraid to do the move. It took a while for the car to get done so they kept following up with me. When it was time to do the move, it got done. Everybody was helpful and the price was fair. The driver took good care of us. I was really impressed and I would definitely recommend Montway.

When they picked up my vehicle, everything was professional. They picked it up in a U-Haul moving vehicle and put it on a specially made pallet for transporting motorcycles. The quote was for 875 but in the times that we're living in, everything's very expensive. I took that into account and it didn't seem like the move was too overpriced. Spending another 150 bucks to have something transported from one side of the country to the other safely, that's worth it to me for an extra 150 bucks. I would definitely recommend Montway. I'll probably use them in the future.

Montway Auto Transport had a little lower quote than everybody else. The difference was not a lot but I got the best deal out there. The Montway rep explained the process. I was told that there would be a little window of when they pick the car up from the time I made the booking. But they had someone available and they said that he could be there in 40 minutes. The driver is a lovely guy and it's a really nice transport truck. We knew when he was coming and we knew when the car was arriving. I'll use them again when I move back, for my car.

I had sold a car in 2015 and the buyer of it used them. Then when I was ready to have a car hauled, I did an internet search and recognized the name Montway. It was the best quote out of the three that I received. The rep communicated with me almost every day. The car was coming from California to Pennsylvania and he was very good at keeping me abreast of where he was and when he anticipated being here. The cost was exactly what they quoted me. I was completely satisfied. I’d use them again if the opportunity ever came up.

Before I set up the schedule, I called them to change the date. It was too early. The driver was there when I wanted. So, it was a good experience. The price was good too.

It was a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend and Montway was able to deal with the fact that it wasn't a normal motorcycle and were able to give a fair quote. It was a little higher than most, but then again, it was a unique product. It wasn't just a normal typical motorcycle, it's actually a small car.

I used Montway for transporting my car to California from Maryland and then, from California back to Maryland. I had a great experience. The reps were very helpful. Initially, there was a little communication issue. It was completely new for me and they didn’t quite explain how the process was going to go but once things got rolling, the communication got better. The drivers were very flexible with me as well in terms of setting up. I told them my availability and they were flexible with the date and time of pickup. They contacted me when they were on their way. So, it was a good communication process. The quote was accurate and it was what I expected. Plus. Montway has a good turnaround service. There was some time to even deliver prior to the estimated time that you can expect your car to be there at a decent time. You don’t have to wait very long and your car will be delivered to you in good condition.

I was moving a vehicle that I purchased from the other side of the country, which was something I'd never done before. So, it was very scary. Montway was not the least expensive of the two or three that I got quotes from, but they were the highest rated. So, I decided to spend a little extra money and see if it would work out and they were great. When I had a specific question, I got a customer service chat, with a real name, back with the answers to the questions. They also provided an accurate estimate of when the car would be moved with the caveat that they weren't moving it, so that would be up to the mover. They also transitioned me very smoothly over to working with Montway.

Montway arrived the day they said they would. Everything went smoothly. During drop-off, they took down the car, started it, and left pretty quickly. Everything seemed like it was the way they told me in the beginning. They were very reliable, helpful, and on point.

Sometimes, when you go to search on the internet, you search auto transport and it's not really the company that moves it, it's a broker, then they assign it to somebody. When I called Montway, they were indeed one company that does it all. When I got ahold of them, I said, "The most important thing to me is communication and it's all one company. So, this number that I called, can I call you back?" The person that handled the reservation for me said, "Yeah, just call the number back." Everything was great with the delivery. The things that they promised me that the driver would reach out to me when it's closer to pick-up time, that happened too. I was totally happy with them.

The driver was great. He would let me know where he was at. Montway was just super to work with. I'd use them again.

I got in contact with Montway and they were able to put me in contact with somebody locally. The rep was very easy to work with. There were lots of communication and things were good. The driver was fantastic. Montway did what it needed to do.

I called Montway and asked some questions. They knew what they were talking about and got back in a timely fashion. Overall, the experience was solid. I kept on talking to the same guy over and over again, which is good too. There was continuity. I wasn't getting transferred to different people. They knew my name and where the product was getting shipped. So, there's a lot of good consistency with it. Montway was awesome and the communication was very good. Montway kept me posted along the way. My bike was picked up and delivered on time. There appeared to be no issues at all with the bike. So, I was very happy with them and I’d use them again. They were a very professional transport company.

It took a few days longer than expected, but that was because there was a bunch of storms around the country. But, it got there pretty fast. Montway got some good drivers. When they brought a car to me a couple months ago, the driver was courteous and right on time. This guy had a really nice rig. It could haul three cars and it’s enclosed. It’s expensive to haul nowadays. The cost was twice as much as it used to be but it's okay. I got what I wanted and I was happy.

The driver went above and beyond. This car was delivered in the middle of a horrific snowstorm and the driver had to back down my street with a semi. He probably was afraid he wouldn't be able to turn around. He backed a third of a mile at least down this street, and then helped me get the car off the driveway because I was knee-deep in snow. It was horrible, but all went well. I was very satisfied. I would love for it to have been cheaper, but we all want that. If I had another car, I would use Montway again.

Dallas got socked in with that bad storm when I was transporting my vehicle so we had lots of problems. Every time we thought that we could get a truck into Dallas, we couldn't do it. The shipper would cancel and then Montway would put another one. But they finally got a truck and they delivered the vehicle. We put the drop-off in a place where the driver could drive in and he did a fine job. I'm pleasantly happy with how we were treated. If a friend or family needed to get a car across the country, I'd tell them to call Montway.

It took a minute to get someone confirmed for the pickup. We booked more than a month in advance and they told us that they don't get a driver until a week or so out, which was a little nerve-racking for us. We were leaving our house so we had to get the cars picked up and we were getting the cars picked up a couple of days before we were scheduled to leave. But the people were engaged and the driver that picked up did a good job. Also, the transport took a little bit shorter than they said. The cars were extremely dirty but there were no issues or damage. Overall, our experience was pleasant and we’d use Montway again.

I love the guy Montway sent to drive because he was a real car person so I knew he cared about making sure nothing happened in the car. Also, the quote was exactly what was said.

Every time that I spoke to a representative at Montway, it was great. The quote was fair especially checking against other companies what the price would be if I went with them and there were some additional fees. The delivery of the vehicle was very prompt. I've shipped quite a few cars through Montway. My last experience with them was good and I'll continue to use them. I've used one other transport company and made an attempt to use another. But it wasn't as easy and the timing of the pickup and drop-off was horrible with other carriers. Montway seemed to narrow down the days for both pickup and drop-off much better for me. In the instances that I used them, they were very convenient on that aspect, which can be a huge issue if you're not ready for how they do things. They also don't mind if you throw a few things in your trunk while other transport companies are dead set against that kind of stuff. Aside from that, Montway is very competitively priced.

My Montway coordinator was very helpful and responsive. I spent two days in Arizona to check out a car. Within a couple of hours - right after I paid for the car, got the title, and was waiting for my plane to get back to Seattle - he already sorted out everything. The whole transaction was very quick. I talked with the driver to make sure I knew what time the truck would come. The truck company was very helpful and they tried to work with my schedule. Everything was smooth.

The transport happened to be right in the middle of the winter storm. Then two hours after the driver picked up the vehicle, he was involved in some type of automobile accident that disabled his truck. It was a one-ton truck pulling a trailer with three vehicles on it. Montway called me the next day and let me know what had happened. They sent me pictures and let me know the vehicle was in good shape. They contacted the driver and he was working to get repairs done and that he was planning to leave. He picked it up on a Thursday and then he was gonna leave on Monday, but the weather stayed complicated. A few more days went on and the driver, a couple of times, said that he was gonna leave, but he never did leave.

Everything worked out great. Pickup and delivery were easy. No issues with the vehicle, as well.

We had half an hour's notice when my vehicles were picked up. It would be fair if they had a bigger window when they were gonna be here, like between 8:00 and 12:00 rather than calling that they'd be here in 30 minutes. That was the only downfall. Other than that, everything about the whole experience was perfect. We liked that during pick up and delivery, they inspected the vehicles and walked us through them.

The driver went around the whole car and looked at it. It was a little dark at night so he was going around with a light just to make sure there weren't any flaws on the vehicle. Everything was just like I expected when the vehicle arrived.

Everybody from Montway was easy to work with. I wasn't there when they picked the F-250 up and I just left it and told the rep that the keys were in the door. The transport was smooth and everything went as I was told. I gave the vehicle to my son and he said that it was in good shape.

Everything went accordingly when I shipped my 1995 BMW from Jacksonville, Tennessee to Charlotte, North Carolina. It took Montway four days tops to transport it and their customer service was excellent. The cost was a little bit more than the final quote but only on my end. Most of the time, I had a vehicle that wasn't running, but I thought it was. Other than that, I've used Montway before and they're pretty good.

My daughter used Montway and she had a good experience so I picked them as well to move one of my vehicles from California to New York. Customer service was seamless and the quote I got was fair. The move was quicker than I thought. Everything went well and I would recommend Montway.

Usually, there's a bit of a language barrier when I talk to Montway on the phone and sometimes, it's kind of hard to understand them.

The car transport I had down to Atlanta, Georgia took one day. The driver picked it up on time and delivered it the next morning. Everything was great, except for that ticket that I got from the toll booth for $50. They took a picture of my tags and sent it to me. Other than that, I will definitely use Montway again.

When Montway was going to pick up our car, they were going to be a day late. But they let us know that. They also let us know when the vehicle was going to be dropped off. Point A to Point B was less than a week.

Last year, my van lines hooked me up with them and they were very good. Everything was excellent right down the road and my vehicle got here exactly when they said it would. I would use them again.

He kept us informed and the move was fast. The weather was bad but still the move from Connecticut to Iowa was two days. But, the quote Montway gave was a little low. The cost was a couple hundred more by the time it was all done.

The trucking company that would do the move of my motorcycle called me that day. In two days, they picked up the bike. There were three snowstorms that blanketed the Midwest all the way up to the Eastern Seaboard and so the move was delayed by four days. But the bike still came earlier than when Montway said it was going to be at New Hampshire. The final cost of the move was reasonable. If I ever do this move again, I would use Montway.

The reps were great and the driver was amazing. But, we would have liked to be able to track exactly where the car was. Everything else was wonderful. Montway did a good job with the quote. We ended up with the first quote we got which was low.

Montway was reliable, the most consistent on calling me back, and the easiest to work with so I went with them. I had scheduled a couple of different pickup places so I had to call them and set a time. They canceled the first one that I needed cancelled and still went through with the next one. And they told me when, where, and how much on the same phone call. Also, the final quote I had wasn't bad. I did it around Christmas and it was pretty cheap but then afterwards, it was pretty high. It was weird to see that change a couple of times but my quote was good enough to go with them. The transport took seven days and my vehicle was unharmed.

We were pleased with them. It was easy to reach them and their price was competitive. However, their online teaser is not even close to accurate. But once I got an official quote, it didn't change after that.

The transport started off a little rough because it was promised that the vehicle would be picked up on a scheduled date. A one-day transport was turned into a delay of about five days because there was a trailer issue with the tire. Then, the driver was sick and I had to wait. It was a little frustrating at first but the vehicle eventually got here so that's good. Still, it’s a little hard to place a bunch of trust in a company when it was wishy-washy. Nothing was damaged in the car, too. When I get ready to move in a couple of years again, I'll use Montway again.

Shipping a car to car people is a big deal. First of all, you don't wanna be troubled with a whole bunch of quotes and dealing with people that say one thing and it’s not true. If I purchase with Montway, my car's gonna move in this timeframe. It has always happened. I've moved so many cars in my life that I know that once I found Montway, I would stick with them because I know what I'm getting. Also, the price has been decent. I've decided that going with Montway is the best to buy my time and not have to worry about it. I've recommended Montway to one of my friends. Another thing that makes Montway’s service so good is that you can get a quote quickly. They email with the price and it's not a whole lot of badgering. Even their closed shipping price is not egregious. So I've used a closed ship as well with them.

I sent a car to my kid in an army base. I knew somebody who just used Montway a month before and they said to check out Montway. I was told they're gonna take care of me and that's what they did. The delivery came in earlier than expected and the driver was incredible.

The driver arrived during an ice storm and it was the worst day. He was diligent. He had to take off two cars and then take mine off, and do this. He got the car delivered on time. Everything was great.

Montway got good reviews, was recommended, and that's what we went with. Everybody was professional. The driver who picked up the car was excellent. What gave me great peace was because it was an 18 wheeler, we had to meet the truck in a parking lot, in a place where he could pull in. But in that truck, the driver had $2 million worth of other cars, and I thought, “My car will be fine.” Obviously, Montway moves expensive cars. My car isn't worth that much so I felt it would be just fine. The quote was exactly the same with the final cost. I would recommend Montway highly to anybody.
