The person gave me a pick-up date and got there. But I was back in New Jersey. I was allowed to leave Vero and my neighbor had the key then he contacted me saying my car is gone. I was pleasantly surprised. Then I got a call the day after that and the person said he was there. He checked something about turning into my block and the vehicle was in front of my house. It just didn't work out because of the timing, but I recommended it and I would again. In fact, I gave his name to my buddy across the way who wanted to get down to Florida this month. I was extremely pleased with the way the whole thing worked out.

Montway stayed in communication via text, call and email. The driver was polite. He got my car here in perfect condition. But the price was $400 more than what I was told I had to pay. I just wish I would have known what I was paying up front.

Montway's reputation was really good and offering covered transport was a plus since the bike was going through multiple states and it's kind of the rainy season. Their availability was also quicker than some of the other transport companies I had contacted. I called in the first time for the initial setup and the second time was to sort out a delivery date. However, they had typed in some information incorrectly and to update it required generating a new order. The only hiccup was I never got the notification for the new order. But they did do it, apparently, since I got the bike.

The driver was very professional, nice, and did his job right. He got there sooner than what I thought. The lady that answered the phone was also very nice. Her English wasn't horrible but it wasn't the best and I couldn't understand some things. I have a hard time understanding something sometimes ‘cause I was in a bad accident. So, if you don't clearly make sure I understand, I'm not going to get it and I'll be confused. Better clarification from the person that answered the phone would be nice. I had to call her back a second time to make sure I understood what she was saying. However, she was even more understanding when I told her what was going on. Sometimes when it comes down to me doing certain business, my brain takes a minute to click in.

I had an easy and quick experience with their rep. The questions that I had were answered. I was able to get in contact with someone and get status updates whenever I needed to. The quote was cheaper than the other two places I was looking at that had worse reviews. It was completely accurate. The truck got to us in the exact same condition as when we dropped it off. Montway was very efficient. They have great service and good pricing.

The price range of Montway was reasonable. They are responsive and I had a good experience with customer service. But they defined a one-week time range. I had my friends so that was not a problem for me. But if I had no one and I just wanted to get my car on the exact day, they need to work on that part and be more precise.

My experience with the rep was good and it was fast. The quote was a little higher, but the delivery was good. It took three days.

Montway did a great job. The process was done via the app and it was pretty seamless. We were in good communication about the drop-off, pick-up and delivery. However, you pay the driver directly. It’d be great if you could just pay the whole thing all at once via Venmo or whatever credit card.

When we checked, Montway had good reviews and they quoted us better than some of the other ones that we looked at. We called and set up the date and time. Since we were not in Vegas at the time, we already set up somebody who could release the cars beforehand. Working with our mother-in-law, we were able to get those cars handled and released.

I looked at two companies and chose Montway because they were able to dispatch. The reps were good, and the driver and I had adequate communication. There was a scratch on the car, but overall, my experience was good.

The customer service of Montway was great. Their quote was reasonable too. Everything arrived accordingly. I'd recommend them.

This is the first time I did this. Montway gave me a student deal, which was better. The contractor outside who picked up the car was excellent. He walked to the home because we have lots of trees near and then picked up the car. I drove behind him to where the big truck was. The timing was just what I expected. Everything went well.

Process to ship SUV from VA to HI began several months prior to pickup. Gave 5 day window for P/U from VA as requested in May and let them know that I would be flying into VA from HI to ensure transport prior to 5 day window. Charged debit car the total price of over $2700 after they booked with Matson despite having no driver to transport to CA. Bottom line is that no driver found well after the shipping date from CA and called me for more money to get a driver. Had no problem talking with "customer service" but was told the same thing over and over, "still looking for driver". I cancelled the order and was charged $199 cancellation fee. Do not know how Montway has a 5 star rating but I would give minus 5 stars. How can they charge the full rate before car pickup date?? Backward process to "get the Money".

Everything was really smooth. Receiving the car on the other end was pretty easy. The guy met us close to our house. He was communicative and flexible with meeting up with us. It was a little bit expensive, but the service was good.

It was pretty flexible to book online and I got a quote almost instantly. Also, I had a good experience with all the contacts I had. I received a phone call 30 minutes before the driver arrived, I met up with him, and I signed up all their documentation required. He was pretty helpful and friendly.

They were professional. They got all the details from me. Whatever price they quoted, they continued with that same price. There was absolutely no change from the money perspective. They also delivered on time. Whatever date they committed, they delivered on the exact date. Everything was great with my experience with Montway.

They did the transport very fast and efficiently. Whenever I had any questions, they were willing to answer them. The service was very affordable.

Everything with Montway was excellent. I was surprised I got my own car and my own trailer in a day. My car is a 1974 Corvette, and I just didn't want to drive it all that way for 1,000 miles. It’s got a perfect paint job on it, so I don’t want any chips on it. That was why I wanted an enclosed car too. I didn’t want it to get wet. I contacted Montway about a year ago, and I never did anything because we didn't move it yet. Then they contacted me again this year, and I just followed through with it. They had the prices and what I was looking for. It worked out great. I would recommend this company to anybody.

I've had dealings for years with Montway and last year was a little funny because of COVID. But they got the transport put together, they got a truck for me, and they got the car here safely. They did a good job. Montway has been a good company for me.

The customer service reps were extremely patient and informative, and it was wonderful dealing with them. The quote was exactly what they charged me and it was right in range with everyone else. It was perfect. Montway’s was a lot better. The drivers explained the whole process to my dad and it was the same thing when the vehicle was delivered. They explained to my friends where it was coming from and they signed the paperwork. Everything was good. I'm fixing to ship a truck out there and I'm calling Montway to see if they can do that.

The reps from Montway were very helpful and kept me updated on the status of when they would pick up my car and when they would deliver it. So, I had no issues. The driver came right on time. The only thing that would have been nice was to have the car washed when you receive it because these are on open carriers going across the country. They dropped it off in Phoenix in a lot that was dirt. So, when the car came, all the wheels were completely dusty and dirty. When it was driven into my garage, it was messy. Some companies do service and at least give it a wash.

The delivery process was easy. They called, we confirmed, and they dropped it off. It all went smooth and I was very satisfied with the service. Montway is a good way to ship a vehicle.

Going with Montway was a pricing decision. The quote was competitive. It was better than the others. The car was here before I expected it. It was quick. If others will ask, I'll say, “Don't hesitate to use them. It was a great experience.”

The driver called me or texted me from the road and we set up a time for him to be there. My parents live in a smaller neighborhood where it would be tough to get the truck in there. I said that I could meet him somewhere and he told me that he would just park somewhere close by and just drive over, and then I could drive him back to the car or he could take an Uber. He was a super-nice guy. As far as cost for this particular company, it was very competitive. I just think it's an expensive deal in general. If you got a bunch of cars, to ship it always seems a little bit much. But gas is expensive and they got to pay the drivers, so I get it. It’s good value for the money. The whole thing was super-smooth.

The people called me from the hotel then I came out and just picked up my car. It was very convenient and a good experience. Next time, I will also consider Montway.

My daughter talked to the driver on the departing side and she had trouble communicating with him. His English language skills weren't great. But she figured it out. Montway had a very fair price compared to any other company. My one complaint is that they have hounded me for reviews. They have too much follow-up. I have gotten multiple texts and emails. But I've responded and referred them to friends.

Montway was okay although it took a little longer than expected for pick-up. Otherwise, the people I dealt with were very courteous and professional. The drivers were superb and very accommodating. When they were only a couple of miles away, they were able to contact me and we were able to meet somewhere that they would pick up. I'm on a military installation so it's almost better for me to go off-post with the car than trying to spend an hour trying to get on-post and going through all the security measures. So, it was good communication.

I drove from San Francisco to Georgia to Virginia. I didn't want to do the cross-country trip again, so I just shipped my car. When I was getting the quote, Montway seemed much smoother and the website design was more friendly. There were some spots on the windshield when it was delivered, but that was expected given it was a cross-country drive and had an open-air thing. I'd recommend Montway.

They got back to me super quick and the communication was great. I had put in a couple of requests with other companies and did not hear back from them near as promptly as I did from Montway. Everyone at Montway was super helpful. I was able to get in touch with someone as soon as I had a question. It was an easy transaction. I really appreciated the ease of communication and the process for me. It was not that much work.

The pickup went smoothly and the driver brought the car to my job. He was a very nice guy. I wasn't expecting to get it while I was working but it worked out fine. It was over 2,000 miles of driving and I got a fair price from Montway so it wasn't bad.

The reps were being helpful but they couldn’t keep their word on the pickup date. Still, the driver was great and the cost was more than fair. People should most definitely use Montway.

The driver was very courteous and nice. He kept us informed of his location and ETA. He was right on. The only thing that I wasn't happy about is the fact that Montway gave me a quote and then after that, they called me and said that they have to change the number. The final price was about 18% higher than the original quote.

The price was in between the lower end and the higher end that I researched and spoke with different companies. On top of that, we were kind of last minute, which is our fault. With transport, they're always like it can be within these three or four days, so it makes it really hard. However, it magically fell into the perfect time. We were still loading and packing our stuff and the guy actually came. One of my cars did not run so I had to pay a little extra for it. However, he opened the hood and he got it to run. He went above and beyond. In the end, it made it easier for him. However, it was a huge bonus for me. Then he kept in communication through text messaging. Just helpful, informative, nice. It all worked out perfectly. I would recommend Montway to anybody else and I would hire them again if I needed them.

Everything was good, including the information. The driver was very good and professional. I enjoyed communicating with him.

I contacted Montway on their website and everything was handled very smoothly. I got a call, made the arrangements, and had good communication back and forth. They told me the dates that they would pick up the car and when it would be delivered and followed through just as they had said. Pay attention to posts that are made regarding the service that was given and attention that was paid to one's particular needs. Look at multiple reviews. There's always gonna be people unhappy about things. But if it repeats over and over, pay attention to that. I just didn't see that with the service that I had.

I would recommend and use Montway again. I had a good experience with them although there should probably be more agreement between the driver and Montway as far as my requirements. I didn't want it delivered before a certain date so they had a little trouble with that but I understand how that all works. I had someone pick up the car but it was cleaned before the driver dropped it off. Montway has good service and people should use them.

Montway was fabulous and I was 100% pleased with them. What I liked was, every time I had two or three questions and I called somebody or was online, I got quick responses. My sister shipped her car about the same time I shipped mine and both the drivers were excellent. They were thorough and professional. And we felt totally confident, not only in shipping out, but when they were to be received. It worked out beautifully in both cases, so we couldn't do better. Other than that, I initially talked to another company and they said I couldn't put anything in the car at all. But much to my surprise, when I called Montway, they said I could put 100 lbs. in or I could pay extra money and put in more weight. That was perfect.

The driver communicated his approximate time. Then he contacted me to verify that we were gonna be present and that his transport vehicle would be able to fit. They came the day that they said they were going to come and the time that they were going to come. They also got the vehicle there within the timeframe that they said. Working with Montway was good.

The communications were very good and the responses were very timely. Montway took our car ahead of schedule and got it delivered in three days. It was the same as it was picked up.

The driver was kind, professional and did a really good job. Had a slight schedule change and communicated it well and was on the mark for delivery.

Everything went well with the service from Montway. The reps gave me a quick quote, set it up and within a week or so, somebody had picked up. So, everything was fast and what they said it was. I spoke to one person that I had a very difficult time understanding. It was just miscommunication about whether or not I was allowed to have anything inside the vehicle. I couldn't understand what he was trying to explain to me. He just kept saying, “Well, is the stuff you're going to put in your vehicle over the windows, like over the height of the windows?” and I was like, “I don't know, I didn't put anything in it yet. I need to see if I'm allowed to.” What it came down to was, certain providers do not like you to have a lot of personal things in the vehicle for liability reasons.

I got quotes and Montway wasn’t necessarily the least expensive but they were the most responsive. I literally found them on the internet and nobody recommended them to me. I just got lucky. I had a couple of questions and I wound up getting the quote before we needed it. He kept following up and when I was ready, he was available. So, he got the car here. There were no problems at all. When the reps said they were picking something up, they were there exactly on time. There was one little snag but it was totally not Montway's fault. The driver who picked up the car forgot the keys. He realized it when he was three states away and I sent him to the shop where the car was going. Everything went like clockwork and the service was ridiculously easy. I would recommend Montway.

Everybody did what they said they were going to do. The driver communicated with me the day before, and within a couple of hours out. He showed up on time, was friendly, professional, took my car away, told me exactly what was gonna happen, and sure enough, he got there on time, reached out to the person that was receiving the car, and he got there safely without any issues. Montway did a thorough job. I will definitely utilize them again and recommend them to anybody that I come in contact that is looking to transport their vehicle.

The representative was very good and the driver was excellent. They picked up the vehicle a little earlier than I was expecting, but it all worked out just fine. Right at the last minute though, they jacked the price up extensively, because it was in an area that nobody wanted to go. I didn't care for that, but I couldn't do anything about it. I paid it. Apart from that, the delivery was good. The fellow called and told me where he'd be, and I picked it up.

So far, it was a good experience overall with Montway. They offered me a service for a specific amount of money. I gave them the money, and that's exactly what I got.

I had them transport two cars for me. The first time was five years ago. I called them and I asked them if they have any military discounts the first time I used them. They gave me a 50% discount. Then, the last time, the guy gave me a 20% discount. But it still was cheaper than me using anybody else. The guys that picked up the car were super-fast. Their service was great. I got the same service five years ago. Then, I got a great service again. Even the drivers were good.

The customer service of Montway was excellent. Just all around, it was great. The driver was good. He stayed in contact with my wife the whole time. We met him up there at Washington. He got there a day early and was willing to meet her wherever she needed.

That was the only thing that was not great about this whole experience. The driver couldn't wait for me, so I had to go pick up the car 20 minutes from my house. It was not a big deal, but I expected to receive the car at my place. Other than that, the car was in good shape. It was ready and it was not dirty.

They were about 35% higher than several of their competitors. But they delivered on what they promised. The driver also talked to me directly.

Montway was on time when they picked up and delivered an old Fiat Spider for me. The car arrived in good condition and everything went well. They also moved an Audi A6 for me a year before that and I'd use them again.

Montway had the best rate and reviews. Their representative and I communicated mainly online. We had about two phone conversations and it was fairly smooth. There were no communication issues. Montway handled the transport very professionally. They got everything taken care of and they were willing to work with me for any unique circumstances. Their reps seemed very knowledgeable and professional in terms of transportation. So, I was impressed. The quote was very accurate to the final pricing. The delivery was fairly straightforward. My vehicle arrived where they said it would. I met with the Montway driver. He took my vehicle off the truck, inspected it and made sure everything was okay and then sent me on my way. There were no issues with the vehicle.

When you have somebody take your car, it’s like, “I don’t want to do that. I want to drive it.” But it was great. I’m glad I did it with Montway. It saved miles and it saved me time. Max, the driver, was cool too.

I purchased a vehicle and I asked the consignment that I went through who they normally use. They mentioned Montway first. They sent me a quote, which was very competitive. I shopped around. I ended up changing from an exposed trailer to an enclosed trailer. Montway's price was the best, so I went with them. I got a phone call. Then everything was scheduled and set up. Once the driver got close, he let me know where he was at and when he was gonna be dropping the vehicle off. Everything worked out according to the schedule that they gave me.

The quote wasn't far off from other websites that I looked into. Montway was more secure based on the marketing and reviews. The driver kept texting me saying he would here on X day and that he'd call me when he's closer so the communication was definitely great. The car arrived earlier than anticipated and then it was dropped off accordingly. I had no issue whatsoever.

The entire process with Montway went really well. The guy that transported the car called a little earlier than the date we had scheduled. But that still worked out. The car made it there on time and in one piece. They were really good. They answered all the questions I had. I felt really comfortable. The quote was also right on spot. It didn’t change. They charged me what they charged me. They took what I thought was a really small deposit. I thought they would at least ask for half, but I only had to pay a $250 deposit. The only thing I didn't like about the process was I had to have cash for the driver when he got there.

It was hard to get a slot on the truck and there was some back and forth. Everyone was pretty booked, but eventually it all came together. The overall process with Montway was easy and pretty straightforward. Their reps were professional and the driver was on time. Then, the final cost was exactly as stated in the quote they gave me. I also recommended them to somebody else who booked with them.

I looked at three companies and I chose Montway because they seemed more organized. I also had some doubts on the other ones I talked to. The Montway rep I dealt with was experienced and very good. I trusted him. I met with him when I took the car down then he loaded it up. The quote that they gave me was fair and they delivered for what they quoted me. The driver dropped off the car at the house for us and he unloaded it. It was in the same shape I left it in, so there were no issues. I would tell my friends that Montway is a good company to move your vehicle and I would highly recommend them.

I asked for the covered truck, but when I got my car delivered, I found out that Montway used the uncovered one. The condition of my car when it arrived was good, so I don't have any problem with the results. But what I paid for was the covered truck. Other than that, the rep I talked to was nice and the driver let me know when was the estimated time to deliver.

The rep was very nice and prompt. The driver was great and kept in touch with me throughout the day. Everything was good plus the final cost was exactly the price that I was quoted. If I ever need to move a car again, I'm recommending Montway or choosing them again. I’m very satisfied.

Montway did a great job. I was able to get in touch with the guy and he was always following up. There was a little glitch in the fact that they came to pick it up early and I told them I wasn’t going to be able to do it then. But they rescheduled it to the time I needed. I’d use them again.

Also, I didn't get a lot of crazy phone calls and emails from them even when I approached them like I did from the other companies, which was very upsetting to me. At the end of the day, I chose Montway because they had excellent ratings. And I didn't see too many serious complaints. The people at the office took care of everything very quickly and were very courteous and professional. They were not hesitant about any of the particulars of the move, like the distance and what time they would pick up the vehicles. They were fluid about the whole thing, very quickly made changes.

I needed to move a car from California to Connecticut and working with Montway was great from start to finish. A friend of mine had moved a car last year when she moved her job from California to Connecticut, and she used Montway. She was really happy, so she gave me the referral. I made the reservation. They were able to book it really fast. Every person communicated with me really well. I only had to call one time when I had the questions as I was starting to book it, and the coordinator was great and answered all my questions.

We were quite happy with Montway. They were competitive in their pricing and they were very prompt to arrive when they said they would. Then, the car got there when they said it would and there were no problems. The driver was very polite as well.

The customer service reps from Montway did a good job. They communicated with us. We had a couple people offer to do the job through some intermediary who, when we told them that we could not have the cars arrive before we did, found us someone else who could do it. There were multiple companies involved, so I'm not sure who's responsible for what. The actual check for the car on delivery was made to the people who were working through the process we went through to find someone. The driver was courteous. He tried to get the cars from us in a reasonably close location and he took pains to drop it off in a place that was reasonably convenient because we had to walk there. So, I was very happy with the service.

My cousin told me he used Montway so I used it. The guy who was transporting our car was pretty nice, but he was there a little bit late. Still, he got our car on time in Texas so we didn't have to wait for him. Before we arrive from our flight, our car was here in the parking lot. It was easy to set up, too. The driver took care of everything. He was texting me. I was texting him. So, it was easy to communicate with him. Even if I'd call him, he would pick it up.

Montway found a trucking company for me, and we had a phone call, and then some follow-up emails. They answered all the questions. The driver started communicating with me before he even picked up the vehicle, and then, communicated with me all the way down here. It went smoothly. I was pleased with the service.

The whole experience with Montway’s customer service was great with talking to the guy on the front end and the folks that were coming to pick up the car communicating with me frequently. When they got to the destination, they called me and let me know and didn't require me to be there. It was seamless and easy. They called me when they were getting close and when they would be dropping the car off. But if I would have called, I would have got ahold of somebody, which was good. It was all accessible and the people did a good job explaining.

Everybody was really good and helpful. I appreciated everything they did to help, and they made me feel comfortable. The final cost was the same as what they quoted me. The drivers were really good. They seemed professional. The communication was good.

The remarks for Montway were good, and the response from them when we called was excellent. The communication skills were good, so we stayed with them. We had a unique transport. It was an F-450, so it was a larger truck with a utility body on the back. It wasn't going to be just a standard pickup and put it on the rack. It needed to make sure that they had room for this vehicle. They were aware of that, and they told us right up front that it would take a while to get someone that would be able to pick that up and move it.

Montway did good. I like their price. It was about 20% cheaper than some of the other ones. They got a quick transport. I reached out to them a few times to check on the status, making sure I was gonna be home for the transport. When I called a few times to track the vehicle, everybody gave me the information over the phone pretty quickly. So, I knew where it was the whole way. Montway met what I needed to get done, so it was all good to me. I could recommend it being a car transport.

I didn't need a definite date of when to leave Florida, and I wanted a cheaper rate, so I saved $400. Montway is owned by a family company. A young guy who is about 23, the son of the father who owns the company, was the sweetest guy. And they only take two cars at a time. The carrier arrived at the exact time and got my car back into New York also at the exact time. It was delivered to my daughter's place in the city. And it was very convenient. Really an outstanding company.

Communication was good. The guy that was delivering the vehicle always called me. He was supposed to pick the car up at one time and have it to me 6:00 at night, but he called and let me know something had happened. I was fine with that, but he ended up picking up the car and he dropped it off to me at 2:00 in the morning. Still, I would highly recommend Montway.

I opened a request with several providers and Montway got back to me quickest. They provided the most thorough information on how to proceed, and they were the most efficient at setting up my transport needs, so I went with them. It was a long transport, and from the time that the arrangements were finalized until the time that I took possession of the car, it took a week. I was satisfied because they stayed in touch with me the whole time (a couple times via phone and a couple times via email) and updated me on where things were at. Although there was also a small change and they had to increase the price slightly, they explained why to me very thoroughly. I was perfectly okay with that.

I made the deal with a company that was going to come and get my car. Nobody came so I called Montway and they told me that they would do it within eight days. They did it exactly when they said they would do it. They called me a couple of times to verify they were going to do it. I had no trouble with them. The car was to be moved from Gulf Shores to Savannah. A friend of mine was there for the pickup and I was in Savannah for the dropoff. The quote was exactly how much they wanted when they got here. My only problem was the man who did the move was not proficient in the English language. But he worked at trying to understand to do what you ask so it was no big deal. He was very careful. On the whole, I was really pleased with Montway.

The delivery driver and I texted a little. On his way, he kept me informed of his whereabouts and made sure there wasn't anything that was gonna happen to my car. We texted back and forth as we got closer and then finally made it and told me, "I'm outside." He brought the car exactly to the address I had on file. I could see that he had been in it, and it was a little dirty, but it wasn't that big of a deal. I was completely satisfied. It went faster than I thought. If someone was looking to get a car shipped with Montway, I would tell them, "Go for it."

My family used Montway and they were very pleased. I used it as well. There was lots of communication. We had a very good experience.

We had a great experience with Montway. They were very flexible and they gave me the dates that would work for them. The moving crew was on time and they notified me where they were. The shipping to St. Louis took four days. They dropped off the keys to me at a gas station close to my daughter's house. They had to be able to take the car off of the semi or trailer. It was very convenient and easy. They were communicative the whole time. Also, we had some things that were in the back of the car and everything was there.

Montway was a little more expensive than other quotes I got, but the service absolutely made up for it. He pulled up right outside on a space in the middle of the street for unloading, and he unloaded the car. I got in it and just drove it right into the park. He was really personable. He was helpful.

Montway was excellent. I had an address that I was having the car delivered to and then the day before, I changed it. It was adjusted from one part of the town to the other part of the town, but it was a non-issue. That made it very nice for me.

Montway’s website was terrific and it was easy setting up with them. You go online and it gets sent, and I was contacted to confirm the booking. The driver was personable and he did a nice job keeping us up-to-date on where he was. When he got close, because he had such a big rig, he asked to meet me down the street, which was fine. He hopped in the car and drove it to the driveway and I gave him a quick ride back. The quote and the timing were both accurate and the service was good. So, Montway exceeded my expectations.

We normally do things local when we hire drivers but this is an isolated case where we needed a vehicle to go to California, so the salesman coordinated with the sales desk manager. It was authorized and I got the bill and paid it. It doesn’t happen very often but when it does, the salesperson wants to see the sale through so they’re gonna see it gets to where it needs to get to. But they don’t have the authority to authorize the purchase. They have the authority to get the quote and then have their manager sign off on it before we do anything. The transport didn’t take longer that we thought it would and the quote was in line and available. We had other carriers that were in the same price range, but they couldn't pick up the vehicle for a little while and it would be longer than Montway would have taken, so we went with that.

Everybody was prompt and fast on responding to me, and they kept in touch the whole way throughout the process until I received the vehicle. The quote was accurate too. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid. Where I’m at, Harbor Nissan, we have leads that come in for transportation about having vehicles shipped to other states and I've been putting Montway ahead on that list.

The process could have been better on giving updates. Other than that, the driver that we had on the most recent one was the most punctual. He was really good.

And then, the communication was good via cellphone. A lower price is always good. But it was overall very positive. Give Montway a shot.

The last time I listed with Montway for a price, I got bombarded with a lot of calls for a cheaper price. But when I tried to go for the cheaper price, they almost tripled their price. They dragged me around about three weeks. So I went back to Montway and in about three days, they picked the car up and had gone. Montway was more reliable.

I liked Montway's setup online, especially the ease of use when scheduling. Montway called one time to confirm the pickup would happen within a couple of hours. And they called back just to confirm that the delivery of the vehicle had gone okay. When the guy showed up for the delivery, he said, "I've got your truck. Where do you want it?" I just walked outside and told him where I needed. But the first time, the guy already had the vehicle off the truck by the time I walked out there.

I called Montway and I was able to make an appointment right away. The only problem was the dealership. They kept putting the days back so I had to wait a couple of days extra for the driver to get the car from Colorado to Green Valley. The neighbors were highly entertained because he arrived around 8 o'clock at night and it was dark. He had to take five cars off before he got to mine. I also had a problem with an oil leak in the car. It came off and I had this huge oil leak in my garage. They said that the oil filter malfunctioned. That came from the dealership. Looking under there, there was no damage to the undercarriage so it was not Montway's fault. On the whole, I'm happy as a clam. Everything was great and the price was good.

The driver was professional and well-spoken. He called me to set up a date and time for the pickup and he called me on his way before we got there. He had the vehicle ready and then he had the vehicle on the trailer and he was off. I got a call a few days later from my family down at the destination and he had called them and made arrangements. Montway does the job. I'm very grateful.

I get a lot of emails and texts though from Montway and they're a little pushy on that part. But the company itself was good and everything else was smooth and super easy to do.

Between the times I called, the price changed and I was a little frustrated 'cause it went up quite a bit. Montway gets quoted by third parties so I don't blame them for that. The only thing is it's hard with the truckers. They don't really care if you've got work and they don't give you a lot of notice. I cleared my whole day for the guy for pickup and he never showed up. I called and he said he blew a tire so he couldn't come that day. I wish he would have told me that four hours before. I didn't want him to come that day to begin with. He was the one who insisted and he never told me until I tracked him down. The car came a few days later and it was totally fine.

I spoke with one company and they were telling me that they didn't have any hidden fees, that the fees they were giving me was a base fee. Then in that same call, they also said that the price might change if the driver changes it. It wasn’t making sense as they just said there were no hidden fees. After that, I was a bit cautious. The man that I spoke to at Montway gave me the price, and that price never changed. There was no funny business.

Montway had a couple of people that weren’t native English speakers. There was a guy who spoke like Russian. Then the quote wasn't as accurate. They added on some additional amount because they said that the driver that they had wanted more money. Montway only took $150 and the rest went to the driver. But then my mom met the driver when she got the car and he was really sweet. He actually lived in the county where I had my car delivered. Then, him and my father had a great conversation as well when he dropped the car off. He brought me right to my housing complex, which is kind of narrow, so I was happy about that. I would recommend Montway. It was a great transport and people should use it.

When I first called Montway, customer service was really great. I shopped around for a bit and ended up signing with Montway because of the customer service and the competitive price. I called them one day, and they told me the time frame. It was like, “Oh, we can pick it up during the week. It'll cost extra." It was some sort of something where I was like, “Okay. Pick it up whenever you're ready to come.” He gave me the days that they’d pick it up. They picked it up on a Wednesday, and the car was shipped out.

I paid them ahead of time when I made the order then the next day, they called me and scheduled the transport. My wife made the initial contact to Montway, and from there, I dealt with them and they found somebody that was willing to meet my timeframe. Pickup was okay. I had to meet the semi truck at a mutual location because due to constraints in maneuverability in our subdivision, the semi wouldn’t fit. It wouldn't have been able to turn around. They gave me an estimate on when the car might show up. During the transport, we had no communication as to where the car was. But it's pretty much understood that somebody is gonna come and pick up the car, and all we needed to know was if it was enclosed or open. They found an enclosed carrier that would meet my needs pretty quickly.

It was very professional and quick, so I was very satisfied. I put all my information online. Website worked well. The representative also asked all the necessary questions and provided all the information about shipping. I had a few questions in terms of how the whole process worked, and he was able to answer it. He didn't waste a lot of my time and got right to the point. He did a very good job. We went through everything, and I was very happy with that.

I was able to look at the carrier that they were gonna use too.

We bought a car over on the east coast and needed it transported to Idaho. Montway had availability and an enclosed trailer, which is what we needed. Delivery was good. The guy got here in a timely fashion in the enclosed trailer like we had ordered. Everything seemed to be okay when he unloaded. He seemed very courteous. He picked up when he said he would, and brought it here. He was here a day earlier than he originally had planned to come, but that was fine with us. The car was tied down good and didn't seem like it had been rocking and rolling in the trailer and did any damage. So, we were happy with it.

Their reviews were also good, so I went with them. I went directly to their website and they handled everything exactly as they said. They took the initial payment, and we gave the driver the cashier's check at the end.

Our house burned down in Las Vegas and we had to get back quickly. Montway was the cheapest one and we decided to go with them. Everything was fine along the way, except for the driver that scraped the sides of the front of my Marquis. They messed up my car more than my wife’s. They also let most of the air out of my tires and didn't say that until I got in it and they left. Other than that, they were on time and I knew where my car was most of the time.

One guy got lost the last couple of miles, but that was no big deal. It only took half an hour before he figured it out and got to where he needed to be. We moved cross-country from California to Florida. I have used Montway in the past successfully for similar-type moves, so I just called them up and arranged for the move. The movement of the car was fine. However, I had an unusual experience where I placed an airbed in the car that I shipped cross-country, which was going to get here ahead of me. Our thought was, when we get here, we will not have furniture, but we'll have the airbed within the car to sleep on. The car was here, in our garage. The real estate agent put it in there, but when we opened up the car, the only thing that was there was the instructions for the airbed.

My interaction with the driver was good. He was right on the money and everything was smooth.

Montway quoted me a price and I scheduled. They called me a week before and told me because of the increase in fuel, I had to pay more money. Once I signed a contract, made a deposit, I couldn't believe they were charging me more money. And the other thing is, I don't understand why I wasn't told that the trailer couldn't come on to Hilton Head Island because I see trailers that big all the time on the island going into the developments. So I was called the second day before that I had to drive from Hilton Head to Bluffton to pick up the car at 7am. I wasn't happy about that, especially since now they charged me more money for gas. There was nothing I could do at that point, because I had already paid them. A move is stressful to begin with.

The experience with Montway was very good. The first time we used them was five years ago when we were moving from one state back to Texas. We checked on some transportation companies for one of our vehicles and Montway came up with a decent reputation. So, we used it moving from Arizona back to Texas. When we made the move back, we were comfortable with the relationship we had so we called them and they took care of us. Also, the quote was in line with the cost.

I used Roadrunner's service and they were horrible. The car sat in the driveway in California for weeks. I needed to find another shipping company so I googled “guaranteed delivery” this time. Montway's name popped up first. Customer service was very professional and the process was all online. Somebody also called me once to see how things were going. We got a driver and he was an incredibly responsive guy. He called me along the way to tell me when he was going to be there.

The whole thing was great. There was very good communication. We were waiting for the car to be ready and we had some other things going on. We had to reschedule three or four times and the guys were great. Then, the vehicle got here real quick.

I had an experience with Montway before that’s why I got them the second time. Online, I could just talk with them if I didn't wanna call them, and they were very responsive. Now, the second time, I had to cancel the order because they told me the pick-up would take six days or so. I waited for eight days and it was never picked up. They said there was a backlog of thousands of cars waiting to transport, so I didn't stand a chance. The way I had left the car, there was no exception. I had to go and get it myself. Overall, I'm satisfied. I understood how things were.

I called and spoke to someone at Montway. They were really nice and they did what they said they were gonna do. They stayed in contact with me. When the driver was en route to pick up my vehicle, she gave me a call. We also spoke as she was leaving with the vehicle and just gave me a very comforting feeling. I was very reassured that my vehicle was gonna be in good hands. My car went from Cumming, Georgia down to LaGrange, Georgia. The pick-up and delivery for my vehicle were all on the same day. The driver got there early in the morning. It got the car delivered by that afternoon.
