My experience with Montway was good. They were great and efficient.

It was overall a positive customer experience with Montway. They were very professional, very courteous and very attentive to what I wanted. They worked with me every step of the way. They called me. They gave me an ETA of when somebody would be there to pick up my car and when my car was on its way and how long it would take for it to be delivered. They provided me with the assurance I needed to know that my car was safe and it was gonna be delivered without any issues. They did a fantastic job in delivering my car. With the distance from where the car was picked up to where it was delivered, the quote was reasonable. I'm satisfied. I would definitely utilize their services again without a second thought. I would refer them as well, which I have.

I had a vehicle that had a blown engine in the Austin area and I had to get it to Greenville, Texas. I called up Montway and told them what I needed and where I was going. I gave them the model number and they came back with a quote. It was cheaper than me flying down there and towing the vehicle myself so I went with that. The driver showed up where the vehicle was and the people that had it said he was very professional and polite and he knew exactly what he was doing. The vehicle was the same when they delivered it to my family in Greenville. It's all very easy and quick.

I bought a 15-year old BMW and I didn't want it on an open carrier so I paid extra for a closed one. It turned out, coming down, a guy with a pick-up truck hauled it in a carrier that was big enough for two cars. I felt comfortable with that but the way they got me in the door was their quoted price was cheaper than anybody else for a closed carrier then it turned out being more. There wasn't a single driver available for the price they quoted me. They called me up a couple of days later, very last minute, saying, "Hey, we got somebody, but his trailer's premium." It was gonna be 100 bucks more.

Using Montway Auto Transport was a very professional experience. They kept me informed and they were timely. The driver was impressive with my father in law and I liked him. Montway's price is right too. All-in-all, I was pretty pleased with the whole experience. This is the way I'd go if I had to do this again.

I needed a car transported from Louisiana to my house. I looked at Montway and five other companies and some of the other companies didn't ship to my region. It was outside of their path and to put you in their path, they made you pay for it. So, the price was astronomically higher. I also had a couple that declined. I decided to go with Montway and everything was great with them. The timeliness was fantastic, too. I've shipped through other companies in the past and I've had friendship in other companies. They would say that my car was in their transporter and it got picked up. Then I wouldn't get to see it for a week and a half. So to see the car the very next day, within 24 hours of when MOntway picked it up, was phenomenal.

I dealt with Montway a few years ago. The service was good and the price was reasonable so I went with them again. The transport took three days which is reasonable for 1,700 miles. What they quoted me is what I paid and I'm pleased with it. It was a good value for the price.

I had a good experience with Montway. Their pricing was better than other companies. The guy that I spoke with was very helpful, patient and professional. The driver also communicated with me throughout the whole process.

I would recommend Montway very highly. I happened to see them on the internet then I took a shot and went with them. It was a fair quote and it was no more, no less. They sounded good too. Everybody was very professional. They notified me when they were coming to pick the bike up, the time, where it was in transport, and when it was getting to me. Everything worked out. The bike I put on the truck was in the exact same condition when I received it. They were excellent. I would definitely use them again.

Montway was recommended by my sister-in-law and I needed them so I could move from Minnesota to California. When I called, they picked up and it was good connection. It's all really good experience of knowing where my car was and making secure that everything was good. The transport took a good three, four days. The driver came to the residence and dropped them off and I was satisfied that the cars were still good. They were going from state to state and it was probably weather because of the snow but no matter what, the cars were still the same. Montway has great services and they always do a lot of good connection. They are highly recommended.

I give Montway 10 thumbs up. I’ve used them two times and I'm very happy with them. They were extremely professional and my vehicle was perfect upon arrival.

Everything was excellent. A husband and wife team picked the vehicle up Tuesday night and delivered it to me Friday afternoon. It was 2,500 miles and they did an awesome job. My car was in perfect condition.

I was moving to a new location, about 1,000 miles from Kansas City, Missouri to Churchville, New York. I did some research, came across Montway and thought I would try them. The customer service was excellent and my vehicle arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Montway to anyone. They did a great job and my car arrived before I thought I would even think about getting it back. It was smooth sailing all the way.

I got a reference from one of my friends who had used Montway way back. I called them and the rep was really nice. Everything was very smooth during the pick-up and delivery. It was as promised. The driver called me 30 minutes in advance before picking up the car and he showed up at the right time. I didn't have to wait. I just went and handed over my car to him. During the pick-up, it was very seamless. He gave me a two-hour window in advance, he arrived on time and I picked up my car. I was very satisfied with Montway Auto Transport. The cost was around 100 bucks more than the other transporters but that was fine for me considering the quality of service they provided.

I got the price on Montway and I called to verify that was the correct price. It was. It was a good pricing compared to the other six I was looking at. I scheduled a drop-off date and that was pretty quick and easy. When I went to drop off my vehicle, that was also pretty fast. It was a quick inspection and they took it from there. It got to the destination pretty quick too. I dropped it off in Long Beach, California and I had it shipped to Hawaii on Oahu. I thought that was going to take a while but that took maybe a week or two so that was pretty nice. When I finally got to the island, I picked it up. That was also another quick transaction. They gave me a quick walkthrough in the vehicle. There was no damage. They gave me a coupon for a free carwash so that was nice too. For the price that I got from Montway and everything that went down, it was pretty impressive. Everyone was very helpful.

Montway seemed like they had some pretty good experience moving cars from Florida to Massachusetts and that was what I was looking for. The people across the board have been fantastic to deal with. They were probably one of the most communicative companies for the price I've ever worked with. The trucker who did it was incredibly communicative. He even called to say, "Hey, I can be there earlier." Initially, they were going to do it, but then said, "No." They wanted to do some extra work on the car. So he said, "Okay, I'll be there when I said I was going to be."

Montway had a reasonable rate. The driver was also professional and very efficient. The condition of the vehicle when it arrived was fine. There was no damage.

I called Montway and a couple of other companies. Montway came in with the best bid. The customer service they provided was really good, especially from the pick-up standpoint. They picked up my vehicle faster than I thought they were going to. The driver told us where he was along his route and worked out a spot to drop off the vehicle because the transport truck was too big to pull into our neighborhood. Everything about the process was really smooth and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on.

The delivery was good and the pick-up was good too. The transport was from Connecticut to Arizona and it took them around 5 days. We were surprised that there were no problems. I would use them again.

I sent an inquiry to get a quote and I got it instantly. The driver's contact information was sent to me. He would text me or I would text him. He kind of let me know an ETA or if he was running late. I got the vehicle within 48 hours so I couldn't have asked for anything more than that. I've never had to transport a vehicle, but it was seamless.

I was very satisfied with Montway. My experience with them went very well. I like their pricing. The coordinator was great too. He gave me what I needed, paperwork and the steps to take in order to have the transportation done. He said that they do reservations and then the actual company would call us back. That was what happened. It was awesome. The transporter, the actual guy who drove the truck, was really nice too. He kept me up to date every couple of hours to let me know his status. It was a very great company. Highly recommended.

We did stuff through the email when we set up with Montway and the reps were very responsive and helpful. I wasn't there when the driver picked up the truck and I was already moving but they were still able to do it. Everything went better than I thought. They said it would take seven to nine days and it ended up taking four. So, they were a lot faster, which worked out well. I'd be happy to recommend Montway again.

Montway did two transports for me - a truck and then a car. Both occasions were very good. Good communication. They texted me when they were 30 minutes out like they said they would. The first transport was over 1,000 miles, and the second one was 1,500. Montway was quick to get back to me. They were always available. And their apps and website were straightforward. The first one took was really quick, like five days. But that was from the time that they had to find a driver and then get it here. I was very pleased with how quick it was.

I went with Montway because of the price and the courteous service I had on the phone. I had a Mercedes delivered to us from Colorado and it got to our house sooner than I was expecting. There was no problem with it when it arrived. We're very satisfied.

I needed to get my car from Nevada to South Carolina. We've got two cars and I can only drive one at a time. I'd done a deal with another company but what they did was kind of a bait and switch. When I came down to finally submit, the cost had suddenly gone up $600. I then did better research and came up with Montway. They seemed to come second overall. I also looked at some of the reviews and they looked good. I got about three quotes and most of the quotes were about the same figure in the sort of $1,200. I'd spoken with my local servicing agent for the cars and they seemed to think that would be about the cost. Time was a factor too. From thinking everything was nice and straight and we were all organized, suddenly, we were not. Nobody was moving my car. But Montway didn't seem to have a particular problem. They took it on board and did it very efficiently.

Montway seemed to work best with the schedule to get the vehicle prepared for shipment. I emailed and did a chat online with the Montway employee and gave him the information about the pickup place and the drop-off. Then I was provided a quote and the quote was reasonable. I had some questions about the payment and the questions were answered. I then proceeded to inform the car dealership of the company that was gonna transport the vehicle and the day that the truck was expected to be at the dealership. Then I was contacted by the dealership that the truck was there. The dealership provided me photographs of the vehicle being loaded on the truck.

I filled out the form online, where it was to be picked up, what it was, the destination and how I wanted to transport it whether enclosed or open. Montway responded with a quote that was realistic so, I consigned them. It was all done via the internet. I knew what I wanted and I gave them the necessary information. They gave me the quote and it was perfect.

Montway is a good company. This is the third car that they delivered for us and it was an excellent service. The way that they deliver and the faster service are what we are looking for when we need the service. The lady that delivered the car took care of everything. She was so nice and looked so professional. The way that she pulled the car out of the trailer was very delicate. She knew what she was doing. Everything was perfect.

At first, everything was really good with Montway. The only improvement that I could suggest was a little bit more clarification on how fast the vehicle was gonna get picked up, from the point of ordering a truck to pick it up, to that 24 to 48-hour window. What I expected to do was order it and then have the truck come and pick it up the same day. But I just didn't order that portion. Probably a misunderstanding on my part, 'cause it would've been easier for me to be there. But the guy came and picked it up within 36 hours. I was already home, but it went fairly easy. The vehicle also was in good condition upon arrival.

The Montway reps took care of everything. The transport was for 1,500 miles. The subcontractor that they used was very good and the communication was great. The quote they gave me was fair. The delivery of the vehicle was prompt and efficient. They left California and got to Texas when they said they would be here. My nephew used Montway's services and was pleased, and everything he said was true. I am also very pleased. Everything turned out exactly the way I expected it to and they kept all their promises. I would recommend them to someone if they needed to do the same thing in the future.

I was shipping a Tesla from California to Texas and Montway was recommended by someone who had used them before. I set up the transport through the internet and contacted customer service through text message. The driver called me when he was within 30 minutes, which they told me would happen. He asked me exactly where my location was and he allowed me to look at the car to make sure there was no damage or anything. The vehicle is just like I left it. Then, he had me sign a release and that was it. My experience with Montway was exactly how it was described on the internet. The price was right and the arrival date was within range of when I needed the car. I recommend them.

Montway was awesome. Their rep coordinated very well. We shipped the vehicle from California to my daughter in New Jersey. They gave us a time frame and it came a day earlier than we expected. They did an excellent job. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them.

Montway was really easy to deal with. They were very straightforward and very easy to communicate with. Everything went very smoothly. Things fell together perfectly in place. As I was making the transaction for the car, we had to go to the bank and sign over titles and by the time we got back, the truck was pulling up and ready to go. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I had already used Montway a couple years ago to transport my truck and my car to Oregon. So, I was already familiar with them. But during that time, I looked at four companies before I decided on them. The reps who set up the transport were very professional and helped me out. They knew what they were talking about and everything went very smoothly. The quote was very fair because they went from Oregon to Texas, which is a long way. It was a huge truck so the gas was expensive but the cost was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. The battery on the vehicle was dead so the driver helped me jump it and he also helped me get it in my driveway. It went very well. The transport was a couple of days early, which was very nice, and the vehicle was in perfect condition when it arrived.

I was pleasantly surprised. They picked the cars up sooner than what I kind of thought that might happen and they got here to our new house a lot quicker. It was awesome. However, what I was exactly getting was a little bit unclear as far as the way it was written up. I didn't see any names and the price even was kind of weird. It just said 15. It didn't look like it could have even been American dollars. I was a little bit nervous about it 'cause I had never transported vehicles before. Other than that, I was pretty happy with it. They were very friendly and polite people that I dealt with. They answered questions very clearly.

I specifically researched Montway directly and Prestige Allied, the moving company that moved us, referred us to another auto transport company. It was one that they had had experience with. They gave me their contact information and I contacted them. They were about $1,200 more than the quote I got from Montway and when I let them know that, they said that it was a little surprising that it was that much difference. So, I said thank you for the referral but I was going to go with Montway.

I went online and I checked a couple of different ones, but there were some good reviews for Montway. They were known to give you one price, and that was a good, reasonable one. Making the reservation was very easy and professional on the other end. I felt comfortable. Everything was explained to me. Also, they gave me a range of when it might happen. And then, and that was exactly what happened. And then I got a call. They kept me in the loop because there were a couple of issues. That’s why they would be slightly delayed from the original date. But they called me and told me why. And then, on the delivery, the same thing. They thought they would be there a bit earlier than they were. But they let me know that it would be a little bit later so I could let my brother know. So, we did not wait unnecessarily. Everything worked as I was explained it would. I was very happy with that. What I was quoted is the exact charge, and there were no add-ons.

I was transporting a BMW X1. It was my moving company that recommended Montway. At one point, I was keeping a full sheet of everybody, and it was just ridiculous. Montway came in under everybody else by $150. The car was picked up right on time, and delivered about five days later. I understand that the fellow ran into some weather issues in the Midwest. My dad used to do long haul so I know that you run into all sorts of things that are unexpected. It might get under the skin of some people, but I was okay with it. Had I been on a very strict schedule, this time of year would not have been the best time to have transported. My car arrived in good condition. The guys who picked up and delivered were very courteous and efficient. If I have to move long distance and ship a car again, I would certainly call Montway. My brother buys and sells cars through eBay. He asked me about my experience, so I told him about them.

Montway's reps were very professional and they handled the cross country transport of my vehicle very well. But I didn't need much interaction and my experience with them was limited. Plus, I've done it many times, so I knew what to expect. I’ve also used Montway before and they are more expensive than other carriers. But it's a premium-level service and they do a better job than most people. In the end, my recent experience with them went perfectly. They were earlier than expected and the car was in perfect shape as it was picked up.

I've never had a vehicle transported before, so I went online and googled top transport companies, and Montway came up as one of the top five. So I reached out them and not only did they give me a reasonable price, but their customer service was over the top exceptional. They under-promised and over-delivered. They said we would get the vehicle at a certain time, and we received it three days early. The vehicle was in great condition. There was no damage from the transport. I was so overwhelmed with how many of these transport companies were trying to contact me, and the quotes ranged from one extreme to the other. Montway was what I had in my mind that I was willing to pay. But for the customer service that I received from them, you would expect them to be charging a lot more.

I purchased a car out of state and needed to transport it from Southern California to Reno, Nevada. Montway Auto Transport's reviews looked pretty good and they responded quickly so we went with them. Dealing with their reps was good and I had minimal interaction with the driver. Shipping stuff is always tricky. But Montway did really well. The price was what they told me and the shipping time was within what they said. In fact, it was delivered earlier.

There was a delay of a number of days and I didn’t really hear much. Then, Montway found somebody and said I had 30 minutes to make a decision. The price is gonna be higher but the guy would pick it up right away. I paid the extra money and the guy showed up the next day. It was a flatbed and my car was the only car on it. He handled it very well. The delivery was about a week, which was a decent timeframe for the move of a car. I just didn't care for the pressure for the end that they were gonna raise the price and they did it right then. It felt like a pressure tactic. Other than that, the vehicle showed up in the condition that they picked up in. They did a good job.

Everything was very good. They explained the fees, how I would pay the difference upon delivery of the vehicle, and what the individuals were doing. They talked about the alternatives of having it in an enclosed shipping container versus an open one. Things were very smooth.

We bought a car for our daughter who's in Arizona and we transported it out to her. They delivered the car in a parking lot near my daughter's house and it got there exactly when they said it would. Their quote was higher than most places but we were very pleased with the experience.

We were making a move out of state and rather than to have my wife follow me with her vehicle, we decided to transport her car. Montway Auto Transport had a more professional approach and a more detailed website. It was very professional when dealing with them. They were excellent. They had a kind voice and they answered any questions I had immediately. Montway wasn’t the least expensive company. I could have probably gone with another company and saved the least $100. But it was worth having the confidence level in getting the vehicle transported. Their drivers were very good and professional. We met them several miles from the house 'cause we lived in an area that the driver might have a tough time driving in, and even more so driving out of it. The driver picked the vehicle up on a Thursday and we got the vehicle that Saturday. So, the transport took less than three days. Montway communicated extremely well during this.

Using Montway has been my biggest regret of buying a car. I booked through Montway on the recommendation of the dealership I bought my car through. My car was picked up by T&T Walker Trucking,LLC to be transported from California to Texas. My car was supposed to be delivered on a Monday and did not arrive until the following Saturday (at 9:30pm). At multiple points during the transport, Montway could not tell me where the driver was, where my car was, or when I could expect delivery. I had to cancel numerous client meetings and a trip that had been planned so I could wait for my car to be delivered. Every day I would wonder if my car was going to be delivered and had to cancel my plans for that day. When my car finally arrived, it had sustained a great deal of damage. The driver tried to hide the damage from me and submitted photos omitting the damage.

We were moving from California to Florida. We had used Montway Auto Transport previously, so we went with them again. It was good dealing with their reps and the quote was fine. The driver was exceptional and the delivery went well.

Montway Auto Transport was the fastest to reply. Their reps were really friendly. They gave me a very accurate quote. It was a move all the way across the country from San Diego to Miami. The drivers were really professional and friendly. The car was in perfect condition when it arrived.

Montway is awesome. I love it and I recommend to my family and my friends. The driver was so nice and the transport was so good. The driver was better than on time and he carried my car very gently. The agent was so good, too.

Montway is the best. I deal with one person and he’s always spot on. Also, the drivers that they hire seem to be very reliable.

We had three cars to be transported - an SUV, a sedan, and a pickup truck. I looked at quite a few moving companies and I ended up getting Montway through a friend who had used them to move from Seattle to Texas. It went pretty well with their rep and they worked with a friend of ours to do the delivery. The experience was pretty good and the quote provided was right on.

Montway's price was reasonable for me compared to other people and they have an excellent review so I went with them. The pickup was smooth and straightforward. They called me earlier. It was 100% professional. Also, the delivery was fantastic. They told me ahead of time. I called and I got my car. There were no hiccups and issues. I will tell people to patronize them anytime any day.

Montway offered a good price. Then, their guy came out and he was very knowledgeable. Somebody had broken into my daughter's car the night before and he helped us wrap up the window. He did it in a way that was kinda ingenious. Also, I had another car in the garage where the air was leaking out of the tire and we changed it. I called AAA to bring some air and their guy put air in it but it was a Mercedes so he couldn't get the tire off. The guy from Montway went in his trunk, got some stuff, and then showed the AAA guy how to do it. He was awesome. Then, he took the car and about five days later, I got a phone call at night and the guy said to meet him somewhere and pick up the vehicle the next day at 9 o'clock. It was a great experience.

There was one company that I was looking at and a friend of mine told me not to use it as they had a really bad experience with it. I didn't know who to call because it was the first time that I've moved out of New Jersey. I went online and saw that Montway had a lot of good reviews. When I got the pricing, they were very competitive and better than the other company. I put some stuff in the pickup so I had to pay extra, which was fine because the woman that gave me the quote told me that I could be charged up to $250 with that. I didn't want that delicate stuff to go in a moving truck. So, it was accurate. They gave me the quote and then I quickly secured the date and everything with them. It was spot-on.

The guy who helped was very friendly and very responsive. The driver was very friendly too.

We moved from Wenatchee, Washington to Tucson, Arizona. Montway Auto Transport was the first one that replied and they seemed to have the price that was going to work for me and the time that was going to work for me. So I didn't look any further and booked the transport with them. Their customer service was excellent. The car was delivered here before I expected it. It was an enclosed transport. So it was just as clean as when it left Washington state. The trucking outfit that delivered it did an excellent job. The fellow got it right off and everything was perfect. I was very satisfied.

My son moved to California and he flew out there. He has a company car and we shipped his car out. Montway was a little bit less expensive to do a cash deal with and they had decent reviews so I picked up the phone and hooked up with them. They had the pick-up date. We talked to a couple of different guys and a couple of them were of different nationalities so it was a little hard to understand but it went very smooth. The transport was ahead of expectations. We were given 10 days and it was done in seven. I had taken phone pictures of the car all the way around before it left and it got to California in the same way it left. I would highly recommend Montway.

Doing business with Montway was fun. Their guy did a good job and my car was delivered on time. I also want to compliment them on their communication because I was kept informed as to the car and when it would be here and so forth. I have shipped cars before and did not have that good of an experience, so I was very pleased with the experience I had with Montway.

Th guy who picked up my truck was really a professional. He was gonna be able to drop it off two to three days earlier but we hadn't moved yet. But as soon as I got to New Mexico from California, he was there. My furniture was shipped a week and a half late but Montway's guy was on time. My move was perfect.

I like that Montway has a local company in Illinois. They are headquartered in Des Plaines, Illinois, which is very close to me. Once I found them, I gave them a shot, and I've used them ever since. This is the only transport company I use or recommend. I like their website. The follow-up is exceptional. Their drivers are always on time. The quote has always been the price. It never changed the price. The price is fair for 2,000 miles. It is always nice doing business with Montway.

Aside from Montway, I checked with two other transportation companies. Montway's price was the best and they had some good reviews. I felt comfortable with them as well. I was working within a timeframe and the job was about a 900-mile transport. The setup process was easy and smooth. I put a downpayment and paid the rest when the car arrived. Montway stayed in touch with me and let me know what was going on like when they picked the car up and gave me a heads up when the car was ready. It went fine.

My ex-husband bought my daughter a vehicle that needed to be shipped over from Missouri. But I had to put on hold the arrangements that I made with Montway and the customer service person worked with me on that one. They did tell me a good chunk of it was going to be nonrefundable, which of course caused me a little bit of panic and a nice discussion with my ex-husband. Then I called again the next day because the seller of the vehicle told me that I could go ahead and take the car. It was about 12 hours of the time span between, “I'm gonna hang on to the car for a little bit longer,” to “Oh, yeah, go ahead and take it.” They actually got the car on a truck that afternoon. They told me that a different contractor was going to be picking up the vehicle and I was cool with that.

I was looking to ship my car from California to Alabama for school. I found Montway online and they were the cheapest. They also had a fairly high rating. Customer service was very nice and helpful. They were friendly too. The quote they gave me was 100% spot on and the timeframe exceeded my expectations. I was given a seven-day timeframe and my car came in three days. And the condition of my car was perfectly fine. The delivery people were quick and to the point. They didn't waste any time. They made sure I signed everything I needed to and kept my forms then I was on my way. I would tell friends and family to go to Montway first.

We needed to transport my 2006 Honda Civic from Chicago, Illinois to Syracuse, Utah. We were giving it to my 17-year-old granddaughter as a gift. We looked at several transport companies. There were two quotes that were really low but I didn't go with them because I didn't like their reviews. My son, who is an account manager and sets up trucking lines for different things at England Logistics, said he didn't know those transport companies too. There was also a higher quote from a very well-known company. We decided to go with Montway instead because they had better reviews and my son said that they were very good.

I'm in the military, and I was transferring from Jacksonville, Florida, to San Diego, California. The whole process went really, really smooth. I love my drivers. Patricia and her husband were both really nice and good people.

I'm really big on is communication and the guy that I dealt with had very good communication. He called me to let me know when he was gonna arrive and what the process was. I wasn't there physically. So I left someone there. He kind of helped walk me through that process of having someone and telling me what they needed to do to prepare them. After he got the car, he did the same thing. He communicated very well to me what the arrival was and dealt with everything. It was a really, really great experience. It was very professional. The person who received the vehicle said that everything was perfect. The guy parked it in the driveway and got it to where it needed to be. She said she was very pleased with the entire delivery process.

The communication of Montway's reps was good. Working with them was a great experience that I will do again. My rep made sure everything was right. I got an accurate quote. The driver called 30 minutes before he picked up the vehicle. He told me he had it and kept in communication the whole way to my house.

I was impressed by Montway and they gave me a great quote. I also liked that I could pay the cost of the move upfront and that would be the end of it. The guy on the phone was real good. Then the guy he set us up with to pick the car up and take it where it needed to go was good too. Everything worked out fine. The car went all the way across the country. It got there pretty quick, considering it had to go 3000 miles.

If it's stored longer than 20 days, then the consumer has to pay. When I landed in Hawaii, I was told I couldn't leave my hotel room for two weeks because of the quarantine. I thought that I was going to incur an additional expense. I did the math on it, and based on the number of days, there was definitely gonna be a charge. That initially made me pretty unhappy because things were out of my control. But when I went to pick up the vehicle, there was no charge. Overall, Montway was fast, efficient, kept to their word, and the price was reasonable.

Everything was okay with Montway Auto Transport. It's just that I had a picture of the motorcycle before it went on to the thing, and when it got delivered, the mirror was completely disassembled. Even the person who gave it to me said, "We don't know. We just received it like this." The people were nice. It's just that they didn't know what happened to the mirror. There was nothing I could do, but the side mirror was all scratched up. Other than that, it was a great experience. The motorcycle was intact. There was no scratch on the bike.

The representative during the set up was really good and then I had to make a change, and they did that. The car left here the 4th of October, and it got down there on the 13th of October. That was because of the weekend. I did not have an issue on the time and the car got there without any damages at all, so that was excellent.

Every time I called and asked a question, they had an answer. I paid an extra 200 bucks to their original quote, so the final cost was close. It was a little steep. But you gotta pay if you wanna play. The delivery driver was pleasant and on the truck, there was no dents, no dings, no scratches, other than the ones that I put in it. So I was happy. We picked a spot to meet and it was pretty close to the house. Montway does good work. I would recommend them to anybody for car transportation.

We had kind of a deadline on one of the shipments. I called them on a Wednesday and I told them we need to get a car to Texas by Tuesday. The rep said they were booked but he called me back in 24 hours and said they could pick the car up on Saturday and they would get to Texas by Tuesday. I thought that was pretty good. It was a good service from the beginning and they have an excellent follow-up.

I had a friend who had already used Montway so I looked at the other two more for sanity's sake. Their prices were all higher. Montway's customer service was excellent and I got perfect communication. If there was any type of update, delay, or a process change, the communication was right on point. In anything that you do, communication is key. Even if you have a delay and you're told about that, at least you're told and you don't find out later. In my case though I was told the opposite. The car was gonna be there earlier and I was told two days in advance.

We reserved a day and time with Montway online and got confirmation but we were never informed that there's a gap when our car could possibly be picked up. It was not picked up when it was supposed to and we had to leave the state. Our car was still back at the house we sold so we had it at our neighbor's house and it kinda inconvenienced him. My husband wasn't very happy with that process. The car was picked up three days later and everything was fine then. It arrived as scheduled and the driver who drove our car was always in contact and communicated with us, which was really nice. Also, the quote was very reasonable and we didn't get any unexpected charges. We would still recommend the company even with that little glitch.

Somebody was gonna meet him down here in Florida, so he contacted that person with no problem. My friend was very pleased with him and the car came in good shape.

I bought a 1990 Mustang from an auction and needed it shipped from Indiana to Illinois. I had an agent check out 10 companies and Montway's was the price that I liked. I filled out the application over the internet then they called me and emailed too. I could understand what the people on the phone were saying and everything worked out. The whole process was quick. I just had to schedule the day to get the Mustang picked up and it was picked up the same day. I have photos of the car and when it was dropped it off, there was nothing different about it. The quote I was given was accurate and I paid them with one of my cards. It was an awesome experience.

I moved from Illinois to Colorado and I needed to ship my Ford Fusion. Montway responded back quickly and their price was fair. I had a very nice and responsive rep who answered all of my questions. I wasn't sure about a couple of things and he was patient. I was also given a fair quote. My brother received the vehicle because I hadn't moved here yet. It all went very smoothly. The transport truck couldn't fit down on the street he lived on. The driver called and my brother met him and got the vehicle. It was very smooth. Montway was great and it was a good experience overall. If I ever had to do this again, I would absolutely use them.

Montway had some good reports online. I called them up and they were pleasant. I spoke with a man and he told me what would happen and when I would be contacted, and it all went according to plan. I got a message in the timeframe that he said. The only thing that I was not happy about was, I went online and got a quote. And then I called the next day or the day after to set it up, and the quote was not the same. We were shipping the car from Vegas to Kinston, North Carolina, which is 2,400 miles. The first quote was 1,100 something, but then when I got back to it, it was 1,300 something. I would be happy if it were less. The rep said, “Well, they're only good for 24 hours.” I'm sure that might have been someplace in the small print, but it would’ve been very small I didn't like that, but it didn’t make me say, “Well, I'm gonna be with somebody else.”

We sell classic cars. We needed help delivering a car from Michigan to Sacramento and Montway's quote was right and close. I had to pay 50 bucks more to get a truck earlier and I didn't argue with that. I've had guys try to bump me 300 for it. The delivery driver from Montway was very pleasant. He had a nice, new truck, and he did a good job. He got it there a day before anticipated too. Everything was done well.

I'm in the medical field and I travel. Since my contract was in California and I was currently in Connecticut, I needed to have my car shipped. After a few simple Google searches, I found that Montway had good reviews. They had a good process. I just wish they could have given more phone call updates. They sent emails regarding updates of the process, but I would have been a little more comfortable with everything if I could have gotten a phone call while waiting for a company to agree to pick up my car. They could have said, “We're still looking and waiting for somebody to be assigned to pick up your vehicle. But as of right now, we're still on schedule.” Most people don't ship cars so it's not like people are used to this.

Montway got back to me more among the other companies that I considered to transport a vehicle across the country from Sacramento to North Carolina. I asked for a number and their rep gave it to me. Their quote was about $150 cheaper than what I was receiving and it was accurate. The transport took about five days. I had a fairly large window of time so it was fine. The divers were very professional. They came out when they were supposed to and they communicated to let me know where they were and what time they would be here. The vehicle was just as I left it when I gave it to the driver. So they did a good job.

Montway was referred by a family friend. I was moving from Boston to Texas. The rep was nice and helpful. Montway was transparent with the costs and everything else. I was trying to factor in how much it would cost had I driven down and stayed at hotels, gas money and everything else. It would have been cheaper, but then it would have put almost 2,000 miles worth of driving on my car. The cost was reasonable. My Toyota Camry got picked up on Wednesday and the shipment took five days. Montway said it could take anywhere from five to seven, so they were accurate with that. The carrier driver told me to take pictures just to have a record.

I talked to so many different people and I got four quotes. I went with Montway for two reasons: the price and the rating online. I initially asked for a quote online, and they emailed me with it, and then they followed up with a phone call. I wondered how long it would take and we discussed. We had to give them a 5-day window for pickup and then I decided to go with them. They stuck with the quote they initially gave me. I had to give them a deposit when the car was picked up and then I paid the balance when the car arrived and I picked it up. I really liked the driver. He was very nice, courteous, and went out of his way to deliver the car later in the evening just so I could have it that day. It was all good. I wish my moving company that brought all my stuff here was as good as Montway, because it wasn't.

I had a Corvette that had to be moved from one place to another and Montway came up quick on the internet so I picked them for the transport. Their rep was very helpful and very nice. Also, the driver was very friendly and has a good sense of humor. That's very important to me.

We had Montway transport our vehicle about 3,000 miles from San Diego to Jupiter Florida. I dealt with the gentleman who drove my car to my home and he was brilliant. He came and picked up the car at my job and dealt with my employees. On delivery day, he couldn't directly to my home because we live in a country road and he had a big truck. I told him that I would come out and meet him. But he then told me that he would come get me, drive me back to his truck and then I could drive home from there. He was tired but still, he was courteous and kind. If I needed to have auto service, I would totally use Montway and recommend it to anybody who asks which company I use.

Montway's service was awesome. I bought a new vehicle and I needed it transported 2,000 miles. Everything was fantastic. Montway had a good driver and a good representative. They had a fair price and the delivery was faster than I thought as well. It was one day earlier. I'm happy with it.

Before I went with Montway Auto Transporters, I was working with a competitor and the price that was quoted on their website went up by $100 when they contacted me. There was a little bait and switch so I told them "No thank you" and contacted Montway. They gave me a window when they would pick my vehicle up and they missed that date by a day. If I needed them to pick up the vehicle then because I was moving, that would have been a problem for me. Still, they made up lost time on the road and delivered my vehicle on the day they said they were gonna deliver it. The car was not scratched and there were no issues with the transport itself. It was as expected and they did all they could do.
