We dropped the car off with the carrier in California and they were extremely expeditious. However, they came here quicker than anticipated, which created some issues, and we had to get a friend at the very last minute to meet them to pick the car up. With Montway though, I had no issues. There was a bit of confusion when I had everything set up ‘cause I already booked the transport and they were still sending me emails asking me to book it. Outside of that, it was seamless. I was a little worried but they did amazing. My car came as it was delivered and the price didn't change. It was good and I would do it again. I would recommend them as well.

The car was transported but whatever position it was in, there’s been a lot of chipped paint on the vehicle. And it literally costs about $4,000 to paint a vehicle today, so it’s costing me more. Unfortunately, those prices have gone up due to COVID and I'm stuck paying the bill. Make sure your vehicle is covered.

Montway was efficient. Gentlemen that were driving, and I gave them the car. They came to pick up the car when they said they would and delivered it in three days, which I didn't expect it to be that fast. So it worked out better than I thought. At the other end, my daughter signed for it and everything worked out.

I liked Montway and the customer service. I liked the entire interaction with them. The initial quote was quite a bit higher than the other company that I checked. But I was worried with the other company that I was getting a cut rate and I wasn't gonna get the service. So I went with Montway. It ended up being about $200 higher. But Montway let me put in some stuff into the car, and they didn't charge me extra for any excess weight. So the quote was good and the end bill was the same.

Montway's price was the best. The only problem I had was little communication if the driver was coming and the window. He said, “I should be there at 6:00," but it wound up being 9:00. There was no call, so we didn't know if he was coming. But after that, we got it right and it was good.

I used Montway before and I was satisfied with that service, so I called it again. The rep was very upfront. And the contract was made easy. Montway is a reliable business. I feel comfortable and confident that I'm going to be treated fair and honestly.

Everything worked very quickly and smoothly. I would like the quote to be lower, but it was fine. It was accurate. However, it turned out Montway was a broker for other people. So I didn't do that much with Montway directly. But I didn't end up paying more money to the people transporting the car. So, there were no surprises.

I talked to somebody and he told me that Montway could pick up the car in Texas but I said I wasn't quite available yet because I didn't have the title transferred. But Montway was patient with me. Then I talked to somebody and got the quote and things went fine. The final price was exactly what they said it would be. The delivery guys came right to the house and unloaded the car across the street. I was very pleased with it. They were cordial and everything was fine.

Once I spoke with the company, I had a driver in the area that was heading to Washington and he was able to get the car there in a couple of days. The driver was from Spokane and he said if my son could get a ride over to Spokane to pick the car up, then he would take $100 off. My son had one of his roommates drive him over and picked the car up. If not, it would have been an extra day. They were going to have to put the car on a smaller one and bring it over. This is the first time I've used a company to do a transport and it was perfect. The quote was completely accurate and the cost was about where it should be when it comes to doing something like that. It was definitely reasonable for the service. I’ll be using Montway when my son graduates to bring the car back too.

I went with Montway because I liked the driver. He was very personable and flexible. He was everything you'd want and I felt comfortable allowing him to have my car. The final pricing was exactly as Montway said it would be.

Montway's contractor notified me 30 minutes prior to them showing up. Once they showed up, the driver asked me to back the truck into the street. He examined the truck, loaded it on the truck and off it went. They picked it up on a Tuesday and delivered it Saturday. So it took five days. It was seamless. The car was just super dirty. But that is part of the nature of going through different weather and 2,000 miles away.

My case was a bit difficult. I shipped a vehicle and some wheels along with it. I tried other companies but most of them said, "Oh, I don't know how much we're gonna cost you the wheels. I'll come back to you." But as soon as I told Montway, "I have four wheels that's going to come with the car. It's not going to be in. It's going to be separate. How much are you going to charge me?", they said, "Okay. 50 bucks per wheel. So that's going to be $200." Which is good. If I'm gonna go with someone, I want some concrete estimates.

Montway is the company that transferred my car and I was happy with the service. They dropped off my car from California to Florida. It was good because they gave me, every day, an update. The driver was calling me, trying to make it happen at the time that I was able to receive him. Overall, my experience with Montway was positive and I would recommend that, especially now that there are many companies that not meeting expectations. In this case, it went beyond. I was surprised that I didn't have any problem, and everything was very smooth.

If they can't get ahold of them, there's a reason and they're not going to be able to get ahold of them when they need to. I felt safe with this company all the way through and they pleased me in every way.

All of the process informing me along the way was good. So, I know when the car has to be ready. And the driver is always very nice. I'm confident. If we need another one, we will use the service again.

We needed a car here, so I thought, “All right, I got to transport my car out here.” I called Montway and said, “I need to move quickly.” They were able to say, “Oh, yeah, we can come and get your car in a day or two, and be able to take it when you need it.” It took three days before they planned to get here and they gave a heads up when they were going to be here via text, which I like. It’s much better than calls. The driver, along the way, texted too. It was really easy and a great process, and my car was delivered in time and came perfect. I wish they would have moved our furniture too. Overall, Montway was fabulous. They were very good at communicating back.

The transport was from Pompano Beach, Florida to Elon, North Carolina. It was a good experience. The driver was awesome.

Montway picked up and dropped off when they said they were going to, and the vehicle was fine. The car was delivered to Los Angeles. Just getting around Los Angeles is difficult for anybody and we were going back and forth with one another on the phone, trying to find a meeting place where the truck would fit. I could always get them, so communication was good.

There was going to be a window of two or three days for our timeframe from when we signed the contract. We said we wanted to be on the first but we got pushed back by a couple of extra days. The driver was really nice. The only issue was he was supposed to come earlier in the day to pick up the car. But he had put his truck into maintenance that day and it took longer than he anticipated. He didn't get there until 10 o'clock at night. But he did deliver the car on time. He did say when he was going to be there and he was there to drop it off to my son up in Flagstaff. The car was fine.

So, we drove together and had the other car transported by Montway. I chose it because I did a little bit of research on the internet and saw fairly quickly that they had a very good track record like showing up when the transport was scheduled on time. The transport was pretty straightforward. I had a few questions about how it worked, and they explained it to me. We set a time sort of tentatively, probably three or four weeks at least in advance but then as the time got closer, I called to confirm everything’s on schedule, and it was. So, it was all good.

With the original quote, the final price was plus or minus $50. Montway asked if I wanted the drivers to drop the vehicle off or if I would go pick it up from their office. I wasn't able to pick it up at the time that I originally had planned, so we rescheduled and I was able to pick up my vehicle. Montway did great service. There was no damage to the car. Montway Auto Transport had good communication and no damages to the vehicle. It was good experience, overall. Their price was fair compared to everyone. But when they were loading the vehicle, it was somewhat risky from what we saw. Because we record everything, and seeing the vehicle go so close to the ledge and they did not do anything to stop it, and them just eyeballed it, that was the only thing that I was wary of. I was surprised that they didn't have a stopper for it. Other than that, I would recommend Montway and they're good to work with.

My experience was great. The driver was awesome and the folks that set it all up were very helpful and responded quick. They made it really simple for me at a great cost. They were picking up from an apartment. They couldn’t necessarily do a direct drop off and pick up in front of my homes, but it was a hundred feet away to do either pickup or drop off. Montway was great. They transported my 2015 Honda Civic from New Hampshire to Florida. At first, I decided on a family-owned company in Florida that the price was under 1,000 and they kept me hanging until finally, they just said, “Sorry. We cancelled it because somebody's truck broke down.” So, I went online and saw that Montway has a lot of really good reviews. I was stuck. I had to get to Florida and my flight was leaving in a few days and it wasn't coming back. So, I went with Montway.

The rep was very cool. I reached out to him 'cause I hadn't heard anything back for a while. It was that same day that I reached out that somebody accepted the contract. So, I reached out to the driver. He stayed in contact with me the whole way up until he got to me and called when he was outside. When he was loading the car, his attention to detail was pretty good. The quote was pretty accurate and it was a fair price for the distance that was driven and the service that was provided. My vehicle was at the destination pretty quickly within three days. It was a very pleasant experience with the driver. He reached out to me when he got to Virginia and he said my mom was very appreciative of the car. There was no damage or anything caused during the transport. So I was very thankful for that.

We read reviews about Montway on the internet. They seem to have good reviews. The customer service team was good and delivery time was faster than I thought. Everything was right to par. They moved the car over here where we're at in two and a half days. They picked it up on a Friday in California, and delivered it to Tennessee on Monday morning. I really didn't even need to talk to the driver because it was only two days. He just called me up Monday morning and said, "I'm here. Where should I set the car down?" I wasn't out here and I told him who to see. He saw that person, and they unloaded. I would use Montway again if needed.

I have used Montway in the past for a dealer and because I have experience with them, I knew they quote higher and there's a little room to negotiate. I was relocating, and I got 400 cheaper than the original quote from them. The rep was very great and the carrier driver was awesome. He picked up in a timely manner and helped with a flat that was unexpected. During delivery, he called 20 minutes prior and said he would be pulling up shortly then we unloaded all the vehicles one by one. He drove them into the driveway and handed over the keys. He was very professional and polite, and it was very easy. We're very happy with the whole transaction. I also did a Google review and gave them a 5 star.

My stepson who was there to do the pickup said it went fine. And the delivery was easy peasy. We met the driver within three miles of our house at a truck plaza. And he rolled the car off, we inspected it and started it up, and was good to go.

When I spoke to their rep, I liked the way he talked to me because I had talked to several between moving companies and then the car stuff. Montway had a good reputation from what I read online. They didn't promise me a bunch of junk and they also didn't threaten me saying, “You better do it now. You better set it up now, because if you don't, you're not gonna be able to have your car down there when you want it.” Montway was the only one who didn't push and threaten me. I also booked my son's truck through Montway. He had a great experience. I, on the other hand, did not. The guy they sent to pick up my car damaged the back of it, and I was not happy at all. It looks like he scratched the hell out of the back bumper with something. I was thinking, “They're gonna make me pay my $500 deductible.” I don't have $500. I never made a claim because of that.

The rep was great. We had a lot of communication. The driver was in Phoenix. Two hours away. It was a little hair-raising at the end because I had a serious deadline. But Montway Auto Transport came through as promised. It was faster than I expected and faster than the window they thought. I was happy with the experience. The car was picked up and delivered expertly, and with no fuss and no damage. I've recommended Montway to another friend who is moving across the country.

We live close to the port, so we dropped the car off ourselves and I had to pick it up at the port in Honolulu too. One time we had to wait long because that was the last day they could ship all the cars out. It was full of people that wanted to ship their cars, so there was a longer wait. Otherwise, the pickup and delivery were straightforward. It was quicker because we already did all the paperwork with Montway. Alas, some people shipped straight and they had to do a lot of paperwork while they were there. Our end was much smoother. The guy just called our name and gave our car. Also, customer service is great. They were responsive and friendly. One of the guys in moved himself from Europe to here, so he understood what we were going through and gave personable support.

My brother felt confident and comfortable on Montway's services. We used them to deliver a vehicle to my brother from Texas to Virginia. Their representatives were outstanding. I will keep Montway closely for future moving needs.

The driver at the pickup site introduced himself, gave us an idea on how he would put the vehicle on the carrier and how many days it would take to get across-country. He called an hour before arrival and asked where an appropriate place was. We gave him an address. He showed up. At the pickup site, he took pictures of all sides of the car. And that, I could understand. He then suggested that I take a look upon arrival. I did. No damage. He brought the car down and that was it. It was a very clean, quick operation. We were interested in the insurance aspect of it if something was to happen while in transit. And we got that resolved. I talked to a personal insurance carrier on the vehicle. That worked out well. But everything else was as smooth as it could be. It was very brief and to the point. It was very cordial and things got done nicely.

Montway is reputable and they were. It took them six to seven days to transport my car and that worked out fine. The guy kept in touch with me the entire time so I was happy that he updated me. That was reassuring. The car was intact when it got here. I knew the cost and nothing changed so that was a great experience. Everything went well.

Look for a company that is reliable. People said Montway delivered on time, they communicated well, and prices weren't too expensive. That's what I looked for, and I had an awesome experience. Everything was great. It was very smooth, easy to do, and the driver was friendly and on time. I’d give it 10 out of 10.

I went to Montway's website, got a quote with the mileage and my type of vehicle, and they gave me a reasonable automated quote so I called the 1- 800 number. They connected me with a driver, and the driver reached out to me when they were ready to give me a date of car pickup. The whole process was smooth, and they picked up the car and delivered it in a day. They were really efficient. Montway answered their phones and I didn't get connected to a customer service call center. It's very personalized service. I would definitely use them again.

Montway was the best. The young man who serviced my account was amazing. When we finally got the car and loaded on and into Arizona, they were so gracious. We had a little bit of an issue with one of the drivers not wanting to do the pickup because he felt it was too dangerous but Montway found somebody who did it. I had another one done about four years ago and it was successful. Customer service was great. They were always in contact with me and made sure that I knew when the driver was coming because sometimes the time can change. On the last one, there were a couple of windows open. They were very good at consulting me and knowing which one was the most convenient. The drivers were awesome too. When I had my classic cars transported twice, the drivers were very careful and treated them like they were their own. The cost for the service was right where I expected it to be. It was perfect. I'll use Montway again if I need it.

I compared rates of auto companies and Montway was good. I called them and they communicated with me through my Gmail to my mail. There was transparent communication. A person came and picked up the car. The transport took five days and I received my car on time.

I was considering Matson or Horizon, but they would only ship to Long Beach. Montway shipped all the way straight to Pennsylvania so I chose them over the other companies. My experience was good for the most part. The only thing was I got a text message saying that my car arrived in Honolulu. That made me question what was going on. The car was supposed to be shipped from Honolulu to Pennsylvania. The whole process took about a month and the driver contacted me once they were in Washington DC. On the whole, the car was in the same condition that I sent it off.

I got a call when they were going to pick up my car. We agreed to where the car was going to get picked up because they had a truck with two trailers and it couldn't do a turnaround on my street. But there was an adjacent street that was circular so, it was easy for them to come in and out. They were very thorough in terms of checking out the car for any damage and discussed anything that they found on the car, and that was certainly fine. It was all very correct. They were also very responsive to my questions as to how long it was going to take, and that they were going to contact, and the form of payment. And everything was clear. And they actually got the car out a day earlier than I had originally anticipated. That was excellent as well.

Montway's setup for the transport was easy, quick and straightforward. We met the driver to go over the inspection and handed over the keys. One of the cars got delivered right to the house. But for the other car, they said that the truck couldn't fit so we met the driver off the highway. Other than that, the cars were the same as when they left. The price we paid was also exactly the same as we were quoted.

Montway picked my vehicle up on time and dropped it off even faster than they said they would. Communication was great and the whole process was easy. We're gonna use them again when we ship the car back at the end of the school year.

Montway Auto Transport was very helpful door-to-door delivery. I have been using them since the last four years. I moved from Massachusetts to Minnesota, and Michigan to California, and I used them because they are very helpful. They follow up whenever they assigned the driver and the driver showed up. The driver was very helpful as well. He kept me updated whenever he's around the area. This time there was a little bit delay. He said, "Oh, I'll come today evening." But he said, "Oh, I'm going to some other place. I'll drop one car." It's expected. They are driving multiple cars. Montway has the best price so far I have seen. And that's why I choose them. Because I'm a student and it makes a big difference - $100, $200 savings. It would be also nice if they give some more discount because I'm a returning customer. Go for it.

I had a few companies that were $200 to $300 less, but I was willing to go with Montway because it seemed like everyone said that they didn't change the prices on people. Or hold vehicles hostage. I got an email explaining that the driver had been dispatched, and I got a text that day from the driver. I got a text three days before the earliest date, letting me know the tentative date. And I got a text the day before. We also had a phone call the night before and the day of as the driver was coming up to pick up. He called in the morning when he was on the way, said, “I'll be there in this many minutes.” He showed up. We walked around the car and inspected it. And he had me sign the forms and loaded up on the flatbed and he was gone. It was done in five to 10 minutes. The transportation was supposed to take anywhere from 7 to 10 days. The driver made the trip, from California to North Carolina, in four days. So it was ahead of time, which is great.

Working with customer service was positive and pick up and delivery was straightforward. When the drivers delivered the car, they messed and we met. The cost was reasonable.

The pickup and delivery went very well and better than I could have imagined. The driver picked up the vehicle from my yard in Florida and he was very personable. He drove it all the way to Oregon and I felt so safe that the car was going to get there fine. Then someone drove it from the shop to my house. I felt the biggest stress of my move was figuring out how to get my car across the country and it was the personal connection that really alleviated my worries.

Montway Auto Transport offered the cheapest price. The rep was very informative and knowledgeable, responsible, and very good. The car made it on time. I sent it from Honolulu, Hawaii to Buffalo, New York and it took four weeks.

Signing up and communicating with the driver went smoothly. Many websites require you to create an account, and then you'd have a centralized dashboard where you would do stuff. Montway didn't have that which was a little weird but it wasn't an issue. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

When I called Montway to book the service, the man I spoke with was great, answered my questions, and got me all set up the same day. That part of the process was smooth but I had some frustrations later on. They said most vehicles get picked up within a five-day window. I asked what happens if they don't get picked up in that window and the person I spoke with on the phone was absolutely adamant that all vehicles will be picked up within a five-day window. I took them on their word with that. But my vehicle was not picked up before I got on my plane to move. I called customer service many times and they kept assuring me that it was gonna get picked up but it took quite a while for my vehicle to get picked up. Everyone was nice but they didn't deliver on their promises to me. If they had been more explicit up front, I would have made different decisions about dates and things.

The move took a week but it was perfect. I told them that it had to be there between these three days, and it landed perfectly right in the middle of it. So it was great. The communication with the driver was really good. The quote did not change. I'll probably end up using Montway again in December.

Montway Auto Transport responded quickly when we called. We talked to a person who had a local number in Chicago, said he would put it together. He gave us somewhere in the middle of the price. There was some guy higher, and there were two guys lower. But this guy seemed like he had it together. We figured we would give Montway a run.

Also, I looked at Better Business Bureau ratings and saw that Montway was quite high-rated. I placed my order and very quickly, I got a communication from them via email and text message confirming my order. There were clear instructions on both ports and so there were no surprises when we got to the drop off in terms of how the car had to be prepared.

It's challenging when you're hiring through Montway. As a consumer, Montway is who you do business with but then you have these independent contractors. It seemed like a little bit of poor communication. The pick-up of our first vehicle was stressful. We didn't get a lot of updates about what to expect and it was a little nerve-racking. I called one morning for an update because we were moving and the car needed to be picked up while we were there to give the car but we were told there was no update. But a few hours later, at noon, I got a text, then an email, and then a call that said they would be arriving at 2:00. It was frustrating that we didn't have enough of a heads-up. It didn't leave us much time to make sure that everything we wanted to have in the car was in there.

Montway Auto Transport was professional and prompt. They did everything they needed to do. The driver updated us and followed through on every single thing he said he would. I was able to reach him on a couple times where I missed his call. And he was very responsive via text or phone. He was upstanding, clear, punctual and professional. Montway should keep doing what they do because it's far better than what I've come across multiple times. They made me change and gave me hope. And I would recommend them to anyone because it was a very simple process. I was very impressed.

Montway was communicative and they walked me through the process. I did Phoenix to Montgomery and I had a timeframe because I had a flight. I was taking my daughter to school and we were landing and so I needed the car to be there on the same timeframe. It worked out really well. The driver and I were texting back and forth. He had an initial request and I wasn't going to land until the next day. So, he was able to work things out on his end.

The process was totally fine. The transport took less than a week.

The pricing was within our budget and based off that experience, we went through them again when we were relocating from Virginia to Texas. Originally, we were meant to move a little bit earlier, but then we had some hiccups, so we had to move a week later. They managed to accommodate that and they managed to find another truck driver. The pickup and delivery went as scheduled. I stayed in an apartment so it made it a little bit more difficult for the driver to find suitable parking in the area to get the car loaded onto. But I couldn't blame them for that because that was just a location issue. It was not really the customer service point. Besides that, everything went smoothly.

I felt confident in their service and experience. Plus, we knew a couple of family friends who had used Montway before for a long-haul shipment. They were great. Awesome communication and delivered the car very safely. Loved it. I would recommend them.

I went online and I saw one of Montway's ads there, and I liked the recommendations. The transport was perfect. The driver was in town. I drove the car to him because he had a big truck. The same driver dropped the car off. I'd recommend Montway.

Montway was listed as one of the companies having better reviews and I like their price. They're responsive, too. A lot of people wouldn't respond back or they would overly harass me, and Montway didn't do that. I liked that too. The time frame was good for me too because a lot of people were saying it takes like nine days, and this one only took a couple of days and I like that too because I needed my car when I got here.

I was able to initiate contact on their website and they were very respectful as to how I wanted to be responded with, whether a text, email, or phone call. I've used them twice now. The communication basically was that once I set a date and a time range of when I wanted the vehicle picked up, they responded that they would let me know when they get closer to the date and what driver that they would connect with. This last time that I used them, the date that they had selected with the driver did not work for me, and they turned around within 24 hours and found a different driver that the schedule worked, so they did a fabulous job.

I liked Montway's reviews and the customer service. I would recommend them. The handlers were professional. Everything was where it was supposed to be. They brought my car to me with no damage.

The customer service was very informative. They worked with my schedule when I had to backdate the date for the vehicle to be picked up and also worked with the time frame when I was arriving back to Texas. That was great for the customer service peeps by the phone. The individual that came to pick up the vehicle and transport it said he was gonna have it there by Monday, but I was expecting Tuesday. So it was a great turnaround. He took care of my vehicle and he was very pleasant and understanding of my concerns.

The car was very clean when it came in. It came at the same condition like they took it. But the timing wasn't good. It was late for three days. But other than that, it was really good. The representative was crazy good. The guy who drove the car was really clean and take care of the car.

They gave me an estimate. They brought the car to me earlier than expected. It was also exactly the way I left it.

I got really good feedback and one of my friends also used Montway in the past couple of years. They were really good. If I had any questions related to the quote or shipping or about the delivery of my car, they would answer very clearly, and they were really transparent. I also got a really good quote and we finalized in that quote.

The only thing was that I had to call a lot because they weren't clear that they would reach out to me once they had a driver. They weren't really specific. I left a message for a couple of places and Montway was one of the few that actually had somebody answer the call. So that made a lot of difference. But the one thing I didn't love was that they were really, really aggressive. They emailed multiple times a day and they also called. But I just wanted some information. I wasn't ready at that time because we were two months out to book. I was still getting emails even after I signed up with them. But then it was explained to me that they can't guarantee what time on the way out when the vehicle would be there. It was just a few days span. So that was really good because then they were like, "Okay. We're gonna put it in for this date. But don't accept it until this date." That was really well explained to me. As it turned out, it went perfectly.

Montway contacted me after I did an internet search and they were quick. I wasn't there for the pickup. I was here for the delivery. The delivery was a little difficult because the driver spoke no English and he didn't want to drive the big truck to the street where I live, so he ended up driving my car over and delivering it. He gave me no notice that he was here and he got here earlier than I anticipated which was great, but it was hard for him to communicate with me where he was and how he was getting here. It wasn't really an issue, it just made it a little more difficult. I'd recommend Montway to several other people. My experience was very fast and easy.

I liked the payment option that Montway offered. The rep was really helpful in setting up the transport. I really liked the gentleman who physically transported my vehicle for me. He was always readily available. But I did end up getting my car later than what was intended. He had a lot of other deliveries in the area, and he had pickups as well. So the way that we had positioned my car, it was going to be his last stop. But the delivery kept getting pushed back, which was fine. He verified the drop off timeframe the night before and then the day of delivery, we also communicated a few times. I got my car the same day it was supposed to be delivered, but I got it several hours later than it was supposed to be here. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Montway for anyone who is making any trip. They were very reliable and my car was in good hands.

I looked for the Top 5 car shipping companies, and Montway kept on appearing. So, I went with them. Their customer service was really nice. It was pretty easy to get them on the phone. So, if you needed to use customer service, they're pretty easy to talk to. Other than that, their communication was primarily, to me, via email, and I found them really prompt, and I didn't have any issues. Once my car had a person that was gonna deliver it, that specific person was very easy to get on the phone. They were really nice in the delivery and in the shipping process, too.

We scheduled a location close by and very convenient to get to. Everything was easy and on time. The cost was fair given that it stayed within the timeframe that we discussed and the car was perfectly fine.

The first service was to transport my daughter’s car from DC to California so she can have it in college. The second one was to transfer my brother's car from Quantico, Virginia to Texas, so he can have his car and not have to be driven across the country. My experience with Montway was everything I hoped for and I would 10 out of 10 book with them again. My Subaru Forester arrived exactly when I wanted to. It showed up in the condition it left in.

Everything was smooth with Montway. It was unbelievable how quickly they got from Florida to California. They inspected the car very thoroughly, and the same when they unloaded it. I was very impressed. The transport was from the villages Florida to Mill Valley, California. They left on a Monday afternoon. They contacted me Wednesday night. I picked it up Thursday morning. The driver said he'd contact me when within 24 hours of arriving and he did like 12 hours arriving. I was impressed just how quickly it got here because I expected more than two and a half days. There was a little road dust and dirt on the car but other than that, it was the same way I put it on.

They walked the vehicle with me to note any prior dings and things on the vehicle. They took the vehicle and delivered it exactly as they promised. They put it right in my driveway. Everything was very professional. And anything I asked, they took care of. It was so seamless. Montway was the perfect experience.

We're in the military and through Montway, the transport was faster than the military transport. It was super easy and fast. I couldn't believe it. Also, the final cost didn't exceed the quote at all. It's the same.

The driver was good at communicating. He was really prompt, so we got our car a little sooner than we expected, which was awesome. The vehicle was absolutely great when we got it. It had a little bit of air pressure that was missing from one of the tires, but we figured it was because of how they tie it down. It was a very, very easy fix. We just put air in it and now it's fine. If we ever need to ship another car across, we'll definitely be using Montway again. They did a really great job. We had a scheduling conflict on when they were gonna pick the car up. But they were able to accommodate us so it was really nice. They are a very reliable source to ship your car across anywhere.

I have used Montway before and it worked out. I decided to use them again and this trip was great as well. It was a little nerve-racking five days before you were leaving and the car hadn't been picked up yet. But I got how the service worked and Montway's reps were pretty good about communicating that while some of the other guys would say they'd call you when they'd call you. The car was picked up on a Thursday and the range that Montway gave me was three to five days. So I booked my return flight the following Thursday, a full week later. I expected the car on Wednesday or even Thursday but it came on Sunday. Other than that, when the driver picked up the car, we texted a little bit and he sent me his GPS location so I was able to find where he parked. Then, we used Walmart on this end and Walmart on the far end as our send and receive locations. So it was straightforward.

Montway had good reviews in Google. We had two cars but we sent them in different days. So, it was a little bit more expensive than sending them in the same time. But it was okay. The customer service was great. The pickup and delivery were good too. The driver of the truck was nice. Everything was okay.

I was sending my car from Ohio to Florida. I found Montway online. I've used somebody prior, and they were fine but I wanted to try another one, and that was Montway. They happened to be a little bit better. The trucking company that I used was excellent. They picked the car up when they said they would. They actually delivered it a little early. Some carriers charge like an upfront fee. I reserved mine like a month ahead of time, so they didn't charge my card anything until the day they picked it up. Then, they took their fee out. Once the car is delivered, I paid the driver the balance. It was pretty cut-and-dry. There were no surprises and I was very pleased.

I was transporting a car from Detroit to Los Angeles and Montway found a driver within the time that they said they would. For the pick-up, we had to meet the driver somewhere and I wasn't really expecting to have to do that, but that was okay and it wasn't very far away. Then, the delivery was right to the door and everything was when they said it would be.

The rep gave me all the information and he answered all the questions I had. When we dropped the vehicle off to be sent to where we were going, everything was fine. When we picked it up, we needed a translator because the driver only spoke Spanish. But the vehicle was in the same condition. Nothing was missing or broken. He took pictures of everything and let us check it before he left. The amount was cheaper than what we received after the fact. We traveled from Texas, South Carolina, and Montway worked with us on the drop-off.

Everything went fine. The transport was about 1,000 miles and it was done within a week.

I made a call to Montway to have my Toyota RAV4 transported since they could work with my time frame and they had the best price. In the end, the quote was exactly what I paid. For the delivery, I met them at Walmart because we live in a gated community and the roads are a little tight. All in all, they met their timelines, they did a great job, and I would recommend them.

Montway was very responsive and helpful when it came to making some last-minute changes. I wanted to add some items into the vehicle and I had originally ordered the transport without any additional items coming. I didn't think I could add anything in, but it turned out I could add in up to 100 pounds to the window line. So, that took care of my problem and it saved me the hassle of having to figure out another shipment of some goods. The only thing is it was an uncovered cross country transport, and when the car showed up, it was completely covered in smashed bugs on one side, which didn't surprise me. They came off with a good power wash but they could have offered some sort of intermediate level of protection like a plastic tear-off film on the side that's going to be facing the wind just so they could protect that better.

Their price was good. It was cheaper than anybody else. They also gave me the right answers, what I wanted to hear.

When I dropped my car off, the people were super nice to help me get my car in order, telling me what I needed to do for it, the inspection and stuff when I got there. It was super nice at the end when I picked up my car in Hawaii. They have a complimentary carwash here. I had an overall positive experience and if I ever had to ship my car back to mainland, I will definitely use Montway again.

I needed to transport a Camry for about 3,000 miles. I looked at a few companies and Montway's prices were a lot more reasonable. I sent things up with them over the phone and I was told that I could put stuff in the trunk of the car up to 100 pounds, so I put another 100 pounds in the car. I was told that as long as it doesn’t cover the windows, it was okay. But when the driver went to pick up the car, he wanted $200 more and it was too late by then. I just paid the 200 and by the time I paid that, their price was very close to the other quotes that I got. Other than that, they brought the car to the house and the delivery time was very accurate. They let me know that 24 hours ahead of time about it and the car was in perfect condition when it arrived.

Everything has been great with Montway that's why we keep using them.

We requested them to hold the vehicle for an extra few days because we had to close on our house, which they did with no problem. The driver called and texted when he needed a question answered. Or to check on whether or not he could deliver the vehicle. the vehicle when it arrived was fine. It didn't seem to be damaged at all.
