The transport started off a little rough because it was promised that the vehicle would be picked up on a scheduled date. A one-day transport was turned into a delay of about five days because there was a trailer issue with the tire. Then, the driver was sick and I had to wait. It was a little frustrating at first but the vehicle eventually got here so that's good. Still, it’s a little hard to place a bunch of trust in a company when it was wishy-washy. I was calling the truck driver directly and he was completely honest about things, but it was disappointing when I'm trying to move my family halfway down the coast of the United States.

They were very prompt in their service. They got the car over there right away and the people that I dealt with on the phone were helpful. We were very pleased.

Montway did a good job. I’d use them again. They called me one day and then the car was delivered within 24 hours. It was from Tennessee to Arizona.

We had the best customer service and information about how to go about moving a car and setting it all up from Montway and their pricing was very reasonable. The timing worked for us too. We left our car at our son's home in La Mesa, California and we flew out a couple of days before the car was picked up. Then, it was shipped out to College Station, Texas.

If someone needs a car shipped, I'd recommend Montway. They're affordable. The reps were also super helpful and made the process very easy. I had to have someone meet the driver for me, and from what I hear, he was good as well.

Shipping a car to car people is a big deal. First of all, you don't wanna be troubled with a whole bunch of quotes and dealing with people that say one thing and it’s not true. If I purchase with Montway, my car's gonna move in this timeframe. It has always happened. I've moved so many cars in my life that I know that once I found Montway, I would stick with them because I know what I'm getting. Also, the price has been decent. I've decided that going with Montway is the best to buy my time and not have to worry about it. I've recommended Montway to one of my friends. Another thing that makes Montway’s service so good is that you can get a quote quickly. They email with the price and it's not a whole lot of badgering. Even their closed shipping price is not egregious. So I've used a closed ship as well with them.

The communication throughout the transport from New York State to California was easy. The quality of the service is good too. No negative things happened, so I don’t have any complaints. The car was very dirty when it arrived, but it’s normal. The truck is not enclosed and I accept that.

Montway got good reviews, was recommended, and that's what we went with. Everybody was professional. The driver who picked up the car was excellent. What gave me great peace was because it was an 18 wheeler, we had to meet the truck in a parking lot, in a place where he could pull in. But in that truck, the driver had $2 million worth of other cars, and I thought, “My car will be fine.” Obviously, Montway moves expensive cars. My car isn't worth that much so I felt it would be just fine. The quote was exactly the same with the final cost. I would recommend Montway highly to anybody.

The driver arrived during an ice storm and it was the worst day. He was diligent. He had to take off two cars and then take mine off, and do this. He got the car delivered on time. Everything was great.

I was a little nervous at first, but the man that was transporting my car kept in constant contact with my friends and family. Apparently, the man has dropped off a couple cars at my duty station before, so he just told me what he could do and where he dropped it off. Everything went fine. The communication was very smooth. The customer service lady was very helpful because she found some issue with the delivery address. There was no road to turn around, so she called me and my friends and got everything sorted out. It was super good.

The dispatcher kept in contact with me and the driver did too once they picked it up. He contacted me a day ahead of time to let me know a rough time of their delivery and about an hour or so before delivery, he said he would be there in an hour. He arrived and unloaded the vehicle, and everything went well. The cost with Montway was very reasonable and what I was quoted was what it cost me. It’s comparable to others. There were three that were a couple of hundred dollars cheaper but it was worth the extra money to assure that it was delivered in a timely manner and not damaged.

The guys said they couldn’t get out right away and I said it was fine with me because I was moving. I didn’t need the bike right then. But Montway did everything they said they were going to do, which was all that I was looking for. So, I’m happy.

So I was moving out to the other side of Colorado and I originally hired a different company to move my car. They were so wishy-washy. They would not call me back and they wouldn't answer the phone. If they did answer the phone, they'd say, "Okay, can I put you in a brief hold?" and never pick up the phone again. I canceled that and didn't know what to do. Montway Auto contacted me and then the rep got all my information and helped me figure everything out.

I got quotes from four different companies. Montway was the most cost-efficient, they were the most timely, and they had a high rating. Everybody let me know when things were going to happen. We needed to change the location for our pickup and that was easy. Everybody made it a very smooth transition. The delivery driver met us where we needed him to. We were not at the location at the time. The driver waited there for us for a couple of minutes then we were able to get our car. The car was dirty but that was to be expected on the back of a truck and for driving through states. Other than that, it was in great condition. I had all good experiences. We're just thankful for Montway because we had a million other things going on.

I like their customer service and their price seemed to fit my budget. I love that my experience was quick and easy. My vehicle was fantastic when it arrived. The only confusion was when the payment was due. I was giving him the payment at first and he said, “I don't know if I take it right now, or do I take it after?” But it worked out. But I could have received a bit more clarification.

Montway was responsive. Both of our cars were picked up within the timeframe that they did provide and it was on the earliest day of the timeframe that they recommended. The delivery was very prompt especially for my husband's car. It got here the day after we arrived by plane. The experience with Montway was all very good. It was very nerve-wracking for me though because I was offering to pay somebody $2,000 to go get a vehicle I'd never seen. So there was a huge trust factor here that they were going to bring me my car safe and sound and they did, very nicely. The driver was very communicative. He texted, emailed, phoned me as he was coming across the United States. He told me he was going to be in my driveway at 10 o'clock and he arrived at 10:01. It worked really well. Everything went really good with Montway's rep when I was setting everything up. Things also went well with their driver who was very professional. He arrived a couple of days later than Montway said but because of the weather, that was fine. The only thing I noticed is that I have a bra on the front of my car when they pulled it out off the ramp. Other than that, it was in perfect condition. I was surprised it didn't come back all dirty. I was really happy with Montway.

They seemed to be easy to get ahold of, get a quote from and get good transport done. They answered all my questions promptly. They also were able to work with my schedule. I had no issues with the transport. They were right there when any issues arose. Communication was great. I was able to work with a driver directly to find a place to offload the trucks and load the trucks. The start-to-finish process took about four days.

Montway has been great with their service. I've used them nine times already. Paul has been my rep since I've been at Capitol Volkswagen. He has been quick with responding and giving me a quote. I haven't had a customer that has said that they found a cheaper rate somewhere else. I'm happy with Montway and so long as I'm working with Volkswagen and I need a transporter, I'm going to continue to use them. I recommended two of my salesmen here to use them. One of them for sure did when we did an out-of-state deal.

They were very honest. The rep said, “We're gonna add some money to the delivery. You don't like it. If you want to get it here, that's the way it's gonna get here." He said, "Other than that, you can stay with a cheap guy." Sure enough, he was right. The cheap guy never got delivered. So I went back to them and paid the extra money and got it delivered. The location was perfect. The driver was in contact and kept me posted on where he was at, texted me about 20 minutes before his actual arrival time and he was there. It was good. He dropped the car and left.

Montway provides good service. The transport from Oregon to Florida of the car that I'd bought took around eight days. The driver was very good. He gave me the car and keys, I checked the car and everything was okay.

I was looking at three companies then I decided to go with Montway because the guy who was transporting my vehicle ultimately lived not too far from where I was asking them to transport it. They were great and we loved them. At the time, I had sold a house in California and I was moving to a house in Connecticut. I was not there and my realtor had them pick up the car. But I was there for the delivery and they were a couple days early. I live in a very tiny country road and they did a wonderful job.

We live in Illinois. We bought the car in Pennsylvania so we were coordinating with the dealership to see if they did transportation. They said they did not but they recommended Montway. We looked at Montway and saw that they had good reviews so we went with them. The initial contact was made through their website where we did the free quote. From there, contact was pretty seamless through either emails or phone calls. And even when we had to adjust the date, there were some phone calls made. They were very friendly and helpful. The driver was pretty quick and very thorough. He was also friendly and very communicative. He reached out and he let us know he was about an hour out. The delivery time was extremely reasonable for the distance.

I was pleased with the service. The person I talked to when I called was really good and assured me that things were on the up-and-up. What I did appreciate was him explaining to me the different costs certain times a year, why it's so much cheaper to do it in the fall or the wintertime. The guy that was organizing the shipping or the truck, unfortunately, got stuck. He had a truck break down just up north of San Diego and he had to replace an engine part in his truck. I told him, “Do what you got to do. It's not going to make any difference for us if it's two more days.” He was excellent as far as trying to accommodate and he had other people that were shipping cars that were not being quite so patient. Based on the reviews that Montway had once I found them, I started kinda leaning their way ‘cause I knew that they were gonna connect me with, if not several, the best choice for me. The lady that took the order was good. She gave me the quote. I needed to talk back with where the car was at and kind of work out a few of the details. It took a couple of calls between her and that was fine. The driver was good. He met me close to my house and by the time I pulled up, he already had the car ready to go. All my expectations were met. I'm not a frequent shipper so I was a little concerned but everything worked out.

My son sold a car in California and I was repossessing it. The guy didn't wanna meet the driver. He left the car in the driveway and I signed the waiver. When he got there, he had a flat tire. The driver that was loading the car had to pump up the tire and deal with that. He was phenomenal and I should have tipped him, but I just couldn't afford it.

I ultimately made a decision to book with Montway to transport my vehicle. The guy who arranged setup was okay and the process was pretty smooth. Everything was okay even though there was a discrepancy about pickup day. They got there almost a week early and my car ended up being left unattended for a day or two. I didn't want that to happen. But that was fine as my car was in a safe place.

My mom had used them to transport her vehicle and had a good experience so I called them up when I needed to get a vehicle from Florida to California. Customer service was excellent. They were very friendly and responsive. Everything happened too quickly. I needed to delay it because I had to ship the keys out and they didn't arrive in time for the scheduled pickup, so we had to actually reschedule to another carrier. The delivery was excellent and pretty much on schedule. I didn't urgently need the vehicle but it came pretty much in the window that as promised. There were no issues with the car as well as with meeting the driver. The experience overall was all good.

Aside from a minor miscommunication in the beginning, Montway Auto Transport was a pleasure to work with. Quick shipping and great communication. In the beginning, when there was a miscommunication, they were quick to make it right and were helpful during the entire process of shipping my car. I would recommend them to anyone.

Montway set up the transport of my vehicle and it was absolutely exquisite. Someone picked up the car on time. It was delivered and there was no damage. He was a perfect gentleman about the whole thing. The service was done well, the car was clean, and I paid exactly the price I was quoted. I am very happy. I have called Montway for a while and go to them unless the transport is something very local. Montway is not the lowest in the market. But if I call them, I don't have to worry about anything. Customer service is perfect and I get all the information that I need. And whenever that I have questions, I always have answers from them. Delivery-wise, most of the cars are in good condition. Six months ago, I tried to use Manheim's driver once and the car was damaged. I never experienced something like this with Montway. I'd tell others to go Montway. If their price could be lower, that would be nice. But I understand that sometimes if I go too low, it would be hard for them to find a driver.

I started the reservation process online and because we had some specific dates we needed to hit, I called and talked to a couple of people and they were very helpful. I was very pleased I ended up going with Montway Auto Transport. It was excellent dealing with them and I had a completely positive experience. The quote they gave us was fair and reasonable. I had gotten much higher quotes, so I was pleased. The vehicle was delivered right to the house. Paul, the gentlemen that delivered it, was excellent at backing it in and putting it right where I asked.

The quote was automated online and when I went to submit it, they called and reviewed everything. There was a difference with the ending bill because they called at the last minute and said that they found some expedited express truck that could bring the car in two days. It was an extra 100 bucks and I went with that. It was done pretty well overall. It's not something I regularly use but it's something I might use more often now that I have had a good experience.

The people that picked up the vehicle treated me nicely. Thumbs up to them. Everything was good and taken care of. The vehicle was delivered in good condition. I was so happy with them that I have the guy's number because I plan to work with them again in the future.

I requested a quote from them and they were not only better priced than many of their competitors, but they also had a great review from my friend. The only thing that had room for improvement and that would have been helpful was giving updates about the car's whereabouts during the trip, especially for longer journeys. I knew my car was picked up, but I didn't hear from anyone about the status of the trip until they were about a day from arriving in California. If there was like a tracker or if we could get an email about the status of our car, that would be a helpful feature.

The delivery driver was fantastic. He called me the day before, as he told me he would, when he picked up the vehicles, and then, he also called me when he was about 45 minutes out. The only thing that I found frustrating up until the cars were picked up was that when I called and when I had messaged, they said, "We're gonna pick up either this day or this day." That sounded great because it worked with my schedule, it was a Monday or Tuesday. But when I contacted them because no one had contacted me, they said, "Oh, no, it could be within five days." If I'd known that upfront, it would have been easier for me to adjust my schedule because we're moving and we had moving trucks. We had to leave town, I had to have my vehicles move to a different place. I wish I would have known that so I could have prepared for it better.

I moved from San Francisco to Atlanta and when I went back out to San Francisco to get my stuff, my car needed to be repaired so I had it dropped off at the dealership. I put up a request to have my car shipped. I went through a third party option system and I gave all the details to them. We didn't really have to talk to each other until they were picking up the car. They called me for that. Montway quoted me a window and they got the car to me within that window.

My with experience Montway was very good. As soon as I made the initial payment, they called and they told me that they would schedule one driver for the next five days. That was true. On the fifth day, they called me back and said that the driver was on his way to take the vehicle and he was gonna be down there tomorrow. The transport was for 600 miles. The driver picked the vehicle up in the morning and the vehicle arrived at night that same day. So, it was a very short time. They told me one price and then they charged that price. So, there were no hidden fees. I'd tell anyone considering Montway to go and pay for that one. Montway Auto Transport is better than having another service with lag and hidden fees.

Montway was the only company that returned our call and their customer service is perfect. The driver was an awesome guy. He did a great job loading the vehicle and unloading it. The experience was super easy. Montway was super reliable.

The customer service and the actual movers from Montway were great. Everything was good. I had to cancel one time because the car wasn't ready. As soon as I was ready, I called them. And in a couple of days, they had me another ride down here. So, it worked out good.

They were very polite. They texted me a day before and told me they were gonna be arriving that day and then texted me throughout the day that they were arriving. During the drop off, they weren't able to get on to the base, so I had to drive to Walmart. But that was understandable. I was late to pick up the car. But they were patient. Overall, they had the best price and they were fast.

We went looking to find somebody after the first mover fell through. Montway stepped up and it took a day or two to find the truck. I was particularly pleased that they were able to make the arrangements at the last minute. The transport was 2,520 miles from Berkeley, California to Orient, Ohio. It was slightly complicated because the vehicle wasn't running. But Vlad who was the driver got it on the truck at the beginning and got it off the truck at the end, and it was great. The vehicle was pretty much the same as it left. There was no visible damage of any kind.

Montway was great. I had them transport my vehicle 2,200 miles from California to Virginia and it took seven days. The movers were very responsive. Anytime I had any questions, they hit me back almost immediately. This will be the next company I contact when I transport my car again.

We originally scheduled with a different company but a week later, they still hadn't picked the car up. So I was pretty mad. Then I called Montway, and they said they have a guaranteed three-day pick-up window. I said I would go with them because of their three-day pick-up window and they picked it up in 24 hours. The quote was reasonable. It was better than the other one. So we were happy with them. The gal that I talked to on the phone could not have possibly been nicer. She was awesome. Montway did a terrific job from tip to toe. We could not possibly have been more pleased. If I was gonna do anything in the future, I would do it with them.

I paid for an enclosed transport, which I thought was 100% enclosed, whereas this was drapes on the side of the truck, so it wasn't a totally enclosed vehicle, which meant the reason I paid for the enclosed was the car wasn't going to get soil and debris on the transport. Unfortunately, it did get soil and debris. There was also a price change. There were two different things. One was I requested a transport, I got the number, then right before I shipped, there was a different number and they had to do a correction. The second price was higher than the first price. I looked at the email and there were a couple of hundred dollars of difference in it. But the transport, in general, was perfect.

At first, dealing with the rep was a little rough because I didn't have an exact date. But once we got everything affirmed up, Montway was very attentive and followed up. They said they were still looking for a driver because it was holiday time for a lot of drivers. They checked everything. The driver was great and updated me along the way. The service was excellent.

It was a simple, straightforward, and honest process. I’ll use them again if I have to move a car or vehicle.

The experience went great. We booked it, they picked it up on time and delivered on time. There was good communication and it was a very easy process. The quote was a little bit more than the other ones but their reviews were above warranted and it was worth a couple extra bucks.

The car that I needed to have transported at the time was not running. They have a different price for vehicles that run from the ones that don’t and the original quote was for a running car. When I found out the car was not running, they had to bump the quote up. But I got somebody to go over to the house and get it to run so it worked out in the end. I got the original quote price that I wanted and they were very good about changing it back. Also, I was surprised how quick the car came. The delivery was from California to Virginia and they were early.

I wanted somebody to take the vehicle to my son. He was down in West Palm Beach and I was in another part of the state of Florida. I set up the transport with Montway. I did most of it online and then I got a follow-up call that said that they wanted to do it a little bit earlier. But I couldn't do that so we just had to reschedule another time. But it was within a couple of days when the driver would get here. They picked it up late in the afternoon and it was in West Palm at 8:30 the next morning. My communication with the driver was very nice. He even sent me a picture of my son sitting in his car. The whole transaction was great and they gave me a fair price for taking the car down there. So I was pretty happy with everything.

Montway did a good job. The pickup and delivery were smooth. I used them three times in a short period of time. The first time that I used them, their quote was better than those of the other companies that I looked at. I was happy with it. With the first move, they had some truck issues. But, the other two were really good. The cars came clean like the way they left.

The quote was lower than a lot of others for the covered transportation we were looking for. We had emails back and forth with the rep and that was good. The delivery was very quick and efficient. They parked the car and cleared the space for them to move it up. It was coordinated. It was called up before so I had a bit of heads up. Montway did a great job. We used them before too.

Montway was the cheapest transport when I was looking. The representative was really helpful and nice. They subcontracted the driver, called me, and set up the move. The driver really communicated the whole time. He was an awesome guy who was wonderful to work with. Everything went smoothly. I would refer anybody to use Montway in the future. I recommend that if their move was local or around the same area, they should have Montway contact the same driver.

We had a good experience with them. Everything was very professional. The delivery went fine. The car was dirty, but that's to be expected with transport. I'm very happy with them and I've already referred them out.

A coworker who had used Montway for a cross-country move recommended them. They were all great. They were responsive, attentive and took good care of the vehicle. The initial person was lovely, gave me tons of information and super flexible. Someone went to pick the vehicle up from the place we were purchasing it from and unfortunately, it wasn’t ready. But they were flexible. They said, “No problem. We’ll send someone back when it’s ready, just give us 24 hours notice.” It all went well.

The coordinator did a great job, and was super quick and easy to work with. The driver was very helpful too. He told me when he was within a day. It was awesome. It was super easy and cost-effective.

I registered my move with another company and they gave me a quote that was significantly lower than what Montway had quoted me. I called them and talked to one of the representatives and he said, “You're not gonna get a look at it because of the fact that the price is so low that no driver is gonna pick it up.” So, I canceled the booking with the cheap company and put it on Montway. I was on a pretty tight timeframe getting my vehicle out to Eugene, Oregon and so I called Montway and told them I needed to know if they had anybody who would take my move.

Montway got back with me and their rep was there. All through the process, they were making me aware of everything that was taking place. I was so pleased with the whole experience with the driver they selected. The driver called and made sure that before they got there, they gave us the ETA when they would pick my car up. And then when they were getting close to the drop off, they were alerting me when they would come. My daughter is about to have her car shipped also, and I've told her she must use Montway.

The move was from New York to Texas which took four days. Everything was explained. Both the delivery and pickup went smoothly. Everything was very thorough and Montway took care of the part. The car arrived safely, so I was very pleased.

I looked at three companies and went with Montway because of the availability of when the vehicle was gonna be shipped. It's a bit much to spend $500 to ship a car but in relation to the other companies we got, it was about $200 or $300 cheaper. The vehicle was sitting at my cousin's house and the driver called her in plenty enough time for her to get to her house to give him the keys. He said, “I'll be here at this time,” and he was there. From the time the driver picked it up until he dropped it off at my house, it was less than 24 hours. It was only a seven-hour drive and the only reason he had to stop is because of DOT regulations about not driving more than 10 hours.

Montway's reps were very personable. They did a good follow-up and held to their commitments. They also gave a good price and the quality of their service was excellent. My vehicle came just like it left in less than two days.

I met with the driver when he showed up. He was very good and highly professional. How the car left was how it arrived.

When you try to get a car transported, you start reaching out and you find out that half the guys are just brokers. Montway is a broker too, but they seemed to be one of the best. They get back to you and they do what they say. The truckers they use are very good. Their prices are very good. The quote they gave me was very accurate and that's a big deal. It's a very professional deal. In two of the cases, they provided me with much higher-end transports than I expected and the shipments came faster than I expected. They're good.

My dad has been using Montway for years and I asked him what's a good company and he recommended them. I used them twice and the customer service was incredible and so helpful in every way. I had a bad experience with one of the people that took the project to pick up one of my cars. Unfortunately, they were not ready for my car so it delayed me a day or so. But Montway got right back on it and found me somebody incredibly fast. That really showed me that they really cared for my business. I spread the word to my buddies who look for transport companies. I tell them Montway is the only way I go.

They weren't the cheapest, but it turned out that I was very pleased with them. Everything was spot on, and the service rep was the guy who drove the car down. He made it down there ahead of time. The car was transported in perfect condition.

I had to transport my vehicle from Jacksonville to Sarasota. I got the shipping company quotes going and most of the quotes were about the same price as they were to ship from Maryland to Sarasota. I read good reviews about Montway and they gave me a quote that was fair and it was exactly the price in the end. There was no bump price. The vehicle came in perfectly. There wasn't a speck or scratch on it. It was exactly what they advertised. The vehicle came exactly how a brand-new vehicle would come off the showroom floor.

They were not the cheapest but there's a lot of horror stories when you read online about what happens if you go with the cheapest. Their quote was pretty good. They were in the middle. It was competitive, at least. It was also pretty accurate. The reps were very nice and knowledgeable. It was a good experience. They got the vehicle to my daughter right outside the base early. On the other hand, I used my credit card upfront, and then there was nothing else. So the whole thing went smoothly. It was enjoyable and pretty easy. Montway was easy to work with and the driver was a good driver, too.

I put up a listing on a website called uShip and then I’ve had three different companies that were bidding on the transport. Montway was the one that kept on coming back with slightly lower and they also responded quickly when I wrote to them. They also seemed to have the most reviews and the best English. We had a few little exchanges, like phone calls here and there about how to deliver the car. They were really responsive. They gave me a good idea of when it would be arriving as it came in. The car arrived fine on the other end. It went really well.

I searched through online and Montway came up several times. I looked at reviews that people posted and did one of the online inquiries. They got back to me quick and I felt the price was good for what I needed. There was a snag during pick up and delivery and I got to meet the driver. It was a third party. They called him at the last minute because the original driver couldn't make it. But there was a guy at the dispatch center who kept checking in with me for the pick up. They were like, "Let me get back to you. The guy's running late." They took care of the whole problem, so I really didn't have an issue with it. They figured out a remedy and got it fixed. So, my transport stayed on time. My wife got the car off the trailer from the driver and that was very smooth.

They did a great job. I got my bike and it was beautiful. They gave me updates as the bike was coming across. It was very well orchestrated.

The timeframe could have been a little bit better. I felt in the beginning that Montway was constantly pushing me to do an open carrier versus an enclosed carrier, which is what I originally asked for. But once they were able to find the closed carrier, everything was fairly smooth. The guy was on time and I was quite happy with the delivery, although the communication with him could have been better. I hope he called me when the vehicle was picked up and then when it was en route. I know sometimes they don't want to spam a person, but especially when they're delivering a quite expensive automobile, it's good to be in constant communication. But he called me 30 minutes before he arrived, which was good.

Montway made the transport very easy. I had never done it before, so I called them quite a few times with questions, and they were always great with that. They also came in quite a bit cheaper than some of the other companies, so I was very impressed with the pricing. When the driver stopped, I gave him cash, and he took pictures of everything and had me look over everything. He was very polite. He was great. The car arrived dirty but he had to drive through snow. So we washed it quickly, and there wasn’t any scratches on it. So it was in amazing condition when it got here. I was very pleased and everything was very smooth.

I had a friend meet him when he picked up the car. They spent about an hour with the car, taking pictures and unloading it. When he dropped off the car, he introduced himself to me. They took the car off the truck and took pictures too. It would have been nice if they could have cleaned the exterior and the interior. It had a little salt and all that stuff on it but that was how I left it. Montway was perfect.

Montway seemed like they were easy to deal with. I went with them and it was easy and smooth with the rep. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The driver left the vehicle at our condo in Florida. We picked up the vehicle about eight hours after it was left there and it was safe. They left the key in a safe spot. It worked out well. The price was reasonable and they stuck to it so it was good. I would recommend Montway and I would definitely use them again.

I moved from Texas to California and we used another company but the prices were too expensive. With Montway, the reviews were good and the price was affordable. I moved from California to Ohio and they transported my Chevy. Everything was perfect. The day I made the phone call, they told me when they were going to come to pick up the car and when I was going to receive it. There was no delay in anything. They delivered my car one day before. The day they delivered my car, I couldn't pick up the phone right away because it was on mute. The driver had to wait for me almost one hour. When I saw the phone call, I called back and he was extremely friendly and very professional. It was amazing.

It’s super scary when you're moving and a lot of companies are super sketchy but Montway was super organized. My car was here in three days and the operators and my driver were awesome. There was a delay but it was Thanksgiving and it was totally understandable. Also, everyone was in good communication with me. They answered and text messaged right away. I’d recommend them to everybody. I wish they moved things.

I heard that Montway is one of the best in Illinois. The quote was a little on the higher side but as it was Montway, I didn’t look further and I went ahead with it. The person who helped me with getting a quote was very good. The service was polite, to the point and very prompt. The delivery was as promised. I hardly had to walk a few yards and it was delivered close to my home. But Montway should have given me an option of covering my car with a car protector or car cover, with additional cost. It could have protected my car from dust and scratches. I would have gone with that.

My son goes to college out in California and we wanted to have his vehicle shipped out to him. We live in Wisconsin and I told Montway I'd rather bring the vehicle down to the Chicago area. I know they're going across country and they need to get on 80 West. It would be quicker if I can bring it down there and I'd probably find some driver easier that's already en route across country. They were willing to work with me and it worked out pretty well.

They let me know when they were gonna be late and they let my son know on the other end. They asked my son if it was okay if he drove the car over if they find a Target or some big place where they could pick it up. It would be too hard for them to go onto his residential street. So, it was very nice.

We set up a date and they here on that date. They picked up the car and delivered it to Kansas in a couple of days. They used a real nice equipment and a nice enclosed trailer. It worked out just fine.

The gentleman that transported my vehicle was excellent. I had two cars transported. One was working and I needed a jump on the other one 'cause it had been sitting in my garage for a while. He had his auto battery with him and he jumped up my car, let it warm up and drove it right up on his vehicle to transport it. He kept calling me and contacted me to let me know when he would be here and what time. Montway has outstanding customer service and attentive in meeting your timelines of when you want your car to be there. They communicate very well and they keep you abreast of what's going on. I was very impressed with them.

When I called Montway, I liked the ease of talking to people that could give me answers. The driver kept in contact before they came to pick up the car, and it worked out very well. They did keep in contact with the person they were delivering to. We were very satisfied. We've used this kind of services before and this is by far the best one that we've dealt with.

I looked online at several companies and Montway had some really good reviews. It was costly to move the car, but Montway came in a little lower than some of the other ones that quoted even higher, so I went with them. The quote went up a little though because I got it early on. Other than that, everybody was nice. They kept me informed. The driver, Danny, was amazing too. He called and when I called him, he picked up the phone. He came right on time, close to my house because he has the longest truck I've ever seen. He put my car in the front, drove directly to Florida, and then delivered it to my daughter. He took care of the car. It was perfect. I should have just sat in the car there and had him transport me too because that would have been fine.

I went with Montway because the car was going to be picked up within two days. This was very last minute. I did call other places too and it was right before Christmas. With the holidays, people were like, “Oh, our guys won't be back until January 4th,” but we needed it at that point. I did an instant quote and Montway told me it was about two to three days which was doable. All of a sudden, I got a change. Instead, it was going to be picked up until January 4th. Immediately, I freaked out and called. They said that was a mistake and they were going to take care of it right then. Within an hour, they already had a driver willing to pick it up the next day. That was awesome.

I feel really good doing business with them. I told them, since I’d be out of my house by that day, they helped me out and they delivered.

They're really trustworthy and they made sure there was no damage.
