When I was booking here, somebody helped me with putting the request in. Afterwards, I didn't have to reach out to customer service for anything, except for the receipt. They gave me the contact details of the driver, and the pickup and delivery was good because the driver called me in advance. My main interaction was with him and he was accommodating and helpful. I had my flight delayed till he made the car and made sure that I got it available here then I came here. The cost and the quality of the service was good. Compared to the other services, this was relatively cheaper.

I like that Montway communicated with me and they were on time based what they told on the date. I'm pleased. Everything was good, and I will use that again in July.

Setting up the transport was very easy. They called me on the phone and told me they needed to come and pick up the car. They were very quick with the pickup. The shipping was pretty quick too. The driver was very friendly. He kept me informed when he would show up with the car. I had a nice interaction with him during the delivery. He asked me where I wanted the car and then he took it off the trailer and parked it. The car was still pretty clean for being driven cross-country. They definitely took care of the car.

Montway was good at communicating, and the car showed up on time. Everything was great. We would recommend them.

The driver didn't speak very good English, so I couldn't understand him very well, but he did exactly what he said he was gonna do. He worked with me and tried to do the best he could. Also, the rep who helped me was good, but the second time around, I didn't have a very good experience because they raised their prices so much, it was way out of reach. The first time around, the bill was the same as what they quoted me. The second time around, it was $1,000 more than before. They said that gas prices went up, so they had to raise up their prices. Other than that, it was a good service and I'll use Montway again.

They were really quick to find a driver and to assign someone. They were really determined and delivered as far as getting an earlier date when I requested. They had the best deal and the pickup and delivery of the vehicle went smoothly.

Dealing with the customer service reps at Montway was excellent. They kept me in the loop on the whole process and let me know a day or two before they were going to pick it up. They gave me a window that it would be delivered and it arrived early. The driver communicated with me within an hour away and I coordinated a place with them to take delivery of the vehicle. It was a good experience and I would use Montway again.

Get somebody that has a reputation so you don't get scammed, and once you find somebody, keep them. I've used Montway 3 times. When I was looking around for the first time, I went to the internet and got a quote. Montway did a fine job, so we used them a couple more times. They did great, and the car was delivered fine.

The process with Montway was done online and it was easy. I needed to transport a car from New Jersey to Florida. The driver was good. I didn't wanna put my car in a covered transport, which was more money. But it came with the covered transport and they didn't charge me any more money. When I dropped the car off, the driver couldn't get into the location I was at because of the size of the street. I drove to a mall area where he could park this huge truck and I dropped it off there with them. The car came to a friend of mine. The driver called and they went out to a mall.

Montway’s reps were right on time picking the vehicle up and delivering it. It was a long drive but they got there early and the car was in good shape. There were no problems with it, not even a scratch. They gave excellent service. It cost quite a bit but it was fine.

I had a great experience with Montway. Their price was good and acceptable. The price that they told me was what they charged me. They kept their word and that was very satisfying for me. They presented a set of features that satisfied me as well. The driver brought the vehicle straight to my house and its condition was perfect. There was not even a scratch on it.

Montway was perfect, and their communication was absolutely amazing. I called Reliable Transport first and they said they were closed down for three months. I called another reputable transport company and they were backed up for three months. I looked up the one we ended up using, and they were very helpful and followed up on a regular basis. The only problem I had was the first transport company they hooked me up with down in Hialeah had the worst ratings of any transport company I've ever seen before. However, when I told them I wanted to change the transport company, they didn't blink an eye and immediately searched and put a new transport company together. I was very impressed.

We used Montway once for a car from Florida. I like them more than Central Dispatch, so we've been using them a lot. When customers call, we've been referring to them to use you Montway too. Customer service is perfect and the communication during the transport is awesome.

The rep with Montway was very helpful. I was very satisfied. The driver gave me the destination where he was at and how long he was gonna be. He gave me updates. I have a transport up starting Friday so I may hear from Montway again.

Montway is priced well, and the moving company that I moved with had recommended them. Everything went better than expected. They're on time when they said they were. Mike was our point of contact. He picked up the cars, and he was the one who dropped off the cars, which made us feel good about it. He’s personally taken care of it from LA to Nashville. He gave us about 48 hours heads up. He said he was ahead of schedule, and it worked out perfectly for us. So, it was better than expected. I’ve moved a couple of times before with other companies, and it was a little bit shaky. There's a balance between what you want to pay and what you get for it. For what we paid, relative to the other options out there, I would totally use Montway again.

The prices at Montway was a little bit better for us to get my car to me. The driver came at the time he said he was gonna come, and my car was still in good condition. Communication was great. When I called to check and see where the car was at, they immediately gave me a location.

I got a fair quote from them. The driver was overly willing to text me. He told me when he was gonna be here. He was a really nice guy.

The Montway rep was fantastic. Setting everything up only took 15 minutes or less. The driver, though, was a couple of days late. It was because he had other vehicles on his car transporter. But then he made an arrangement and brought the car down. And that was fine. There was an item that was broken. It was the left side skirt. But he showed all the documentation and paperwork that the company that I bought it from had noted. He noted every little dot and every little problem on the car. He was very thorough. He said, that was the way it was when he picked it up. He had information showing and the picture. So, I was really irritated with the company that I bought the car from 'cause it was a special edition car. Now I can't find side skirts to replace it.

The customer service team was helpful in scheduling. I had some questions on my guaranteed ship dates and they resolved all of that. They came during the time frame they gave me, and the delivery was faster than I expected. I wasn't in Texas to take the delivery, but they worked with me to deliver the car, and everything worked out. It was a fair price too. I did a bit of research, and the price was spot-on to their competition.

Everything was perfect with Montway. I did two transports and they picked up on time for both of them. They delivered on time as well. The drivers remained in contact with me.

I wanted to get a copy of the insurance for the actual company that was gonna be hauling my car. Montway gave me the number which I texted but they said they didn't provide them to the customer. I called Montway back and talked to a lady. She was very kind and got it to me by the next day. The experience was quick and seamless.

The service with Montway was super easy to set up. Everything was online. The car was delivered on time. The fellow who did the actual trucking was super nice. The car was in perfect condition when I got it. It was an open transport, so dirt was on it, but that was fine.

Working with Montway wasn't stressful. I got what I expected. Both cases on the front end and on the delivering end were on time. I had used Montway in the past and the price had definitely gone up from previous years. But given the general situation in the country and shortage of labor, it was not altogether unexpected. I paid a good price for it but got a good service in return.

They gave me a checklist of things to have in my car, not have in my car, things to do beforehand. It was the smoothest process that I could have wanted, so it’s great. Pickup to delivery was exactly what I expected. No hidden charges, which is one of the things that I read about with other companies. I've recommended Montway to three other people. They're fantastic.

Montway did a great job. I was going across the country. Long Island, New York to California. They got the vehicle there a few days ahead of time than they had originally said, so we were very happy with them. I would definitely recommend them because everything worked out very well. Just called them up and it was taken care of.

It went well as far as Montway goes, but they're kind of a broker and set it up with a local transport company in both states. I tried to reach the local company to check details and confirmation but had horrible luck trying to get ahold of them. But I got to speak with the driver that delivered and that went smooth.

It worked out quite well with Montway. I told them what I had then they scheduled the pickup. They came through quicker than I thought and I was able to talk to the driver as well. I had direct contact with the people that were doing the work so that was reassuring.

It took me longer to get back to them about our leaving date, and they kept the quote the same. They handled it well. We had issues because we were in Tennessee when the cars got here, and we don't bank with a local bank. We couldn't get cash, so they took a credit card. Everything went nice. They were very knowledgeable. Everybody could answer my questions. The driver kept in communication with us, when he was going to be there and when he was gonna drop them off. If I needed to text him, he always answered back or call. I would definitely recommend them.

I've used Montway 8 or 10 times over the years and it almost always goes smoothly. Their service varies because they just subcontract everything out to the drivers, but it does feel like there's somebody for me to complain to if something goes wrong. Luckily, that has not happened very often. But that's what I like. 'Cause if I just picked a name out of the phonebook, it would be a little harder to do. Montway's price fluctuates quite a bit, but they're bidding for people's labor, so I'd expect it to change seasonally. I think it should be 1/10 of what it is, but it's certainly competitive. Everything works as intended too.

I purchased a new vehicle that was across the country, and I needed some way to get it. I went with a carrier that the dealer selected, but they couldn't pick it up. I wasted three weeks waiting for them. Then I called another company and it was between this other company and Montway because they both were the largest and had the best reviews. The other company said that they would pick it up. I waited a week. They didn't. So, I cancelled them. I called Montway. They promised to pick it up in 72 hours. It was picked up in 72 hours.

Montway was good. My house is in Key Largo and it's down by the ocean. When I set up the transport, I set it up to have them drop the car off there. But they let me know before they even picked it up that they could get a driver, but I'd have to meet him up in this place called Homestead, which is only half an hour away. I agreed to it, and it was fine. Where I live, the streets are really narrow. The driver would never be able to turn that thing around, so it was better that I just went and got it. I had a limited time to be able to pick up the car, and the driver was awesome. I had his cell number and he told me where he was and where he was going to be and made it easy.

Everything was good with Montway's reps. My experience was great.

I had a very good experience with Montway. I got the car faster than I've ever had before and I've done auto transports for four different years. The truck driver called me the first day that the car was available for pickup which is the first time that has ever happened in the years I've been using transportation for the car. So, I was delighted.

Montway came with the best price and told me they would have the car in California in 7 to 10 days. The two guys came here to pick it up right at my dealership and they got it to California quicker than that. The service they gave my girlfriend's son was great. They met up with him and dropped the car.

Everything was perfect with Montway. They were prompt and they did everything they were supposed to do. The pickup and delivery went smoothly. They showed up and gave me plenty of notice. The cost was competitive, too.

I got an email that a transporter had been assigned a couple of days after I booked the transport. This was also during Thanksgiving week. So we had some issues where the facility where the car was gonna be picked up was only available for about two days or so after I booked it, and then they were gonna be gone for the week of Thanksgiving. They would be back that following week. But I also indicated that I wasn't in a great hurry. My main concern was getting the car out of the lot where it was sitting because I didn't want it to be interrupting that business' activities.

I've shipped two vehicles with Montway, one from New York and another from South Carolina, and have had good success. The one here recently, the guy happened to be down there coming up the East Coast and he picked it up and got it here the next day. It worked out real good.

The communication was excellent and the transportation was fast.

I love Montway. The driver kept me well informed, and he was even one day early. They were expensive, but I did not mind paying the extra amount for the service that I received. I have transported three times in my lifetime from the East Coast all the way to the West Coast, and this was the best company that I have hired. So, I would give them 5 stars.

My brother-in-law used Montway on several other cars that he has done. I went with his suggestion because he said they were the best and they treated his cars with top class. With Montway, you got to trust their expertise because they are specialists. Mine was a car and it was great.

Montway has the greatest brokers. Everything is always perfect. That's why I keep calling back. They always take good care of my cars.

I had four cars transported, and the person that set it up was kind of confusing because I was told they were gonna be there one day, but they ended up being there another day. They were going to have the same people pick up all four of the cars, but they split into two different orders. Somebody came and got the cars on that Thursday, then somebody else came and got the cars on Saturday. But the drivers called to let me know that they were on their way.

Montway's reps were courteous and got the service set up in a timely manner. In fact, I was surprised at how fast they were able to deliver the vehicle. They were able to lock down a driver in a matter of about three days and the transport was almost exactly 1,000 miles. During the delivery, he brought my vehicle to a local truck stop here outside of town, which was where I met him in order to pick it up. That was strange as I thought they were going to bring it right to the house.

Montway had what I could discern as some good ratings. So, I gave them a call. Their reps did a fabulous job. Everything was arranged. The gentleman that came to my house to pick up the car was fabulous. He took photographs of the car and checked everything out. I was telling them, "Listen, I'm not gonna be able to accept the car. I'm not flying into Miami until a certain date, like at 4 PM.” They said, "Don't worry about it. We'll get in touch with you." I was worried that they would arrive early and they said, "Where are you?" I said, "No. But I told your other people." They were unbelievable. Two hours after I got to Miami to my apartment, they called me and said, "Would you like us to deliver the car tonight or tomorrow?" I'm not invested in their company and I don't know these people, but my experience was A-plus plus.

It was an easy process with Montway. When the vehicle got to Hawaii, they emailed me to let me know. It was good service and I’m satisfied.

Montway had great customer service. They picked the car up and took it to Georgia. I met them there and they dropped it off. The cost was wonderful. I enjoyed the experience.

Montway's customer service was terrific. The process ran smoothly except for the little confusion on my son's end. I had no idea I had two orders going. I kept saying it was going to Fort Bragg but it was not. It was going nine miles outside of the base where his apartment is. But my son had worked it out with the driver who was awesome. He made the experience so much easier for me. My son said the guy went way above and beyond to make it convenient. I was also under the impression it was gonna cost me a thousand but was under.

We transported a vehicle with Montway which started in the state of Nevada and ended up in another state. The whole transport took four days and the driver was a very nice man. He called me during the transport and the vehicle arrived in perfect condition. It was as though it never left. Considering the times, they were exemplary.

The rep from Montway Auto Transport was very friendly. My mother visited us over the holidays and I needed to transport her car back home for her. The driver over communicated. It was great. He texted when he got there. He texted me on the way to my mother's. He told me when he was within 20 minutes of her place. It was absurd. I haven’t seen customer service quite like that. It's not what I expected out of an auto transport company. But that was in a positive way. Maybe it's just our circumstances. My mother's elderly and they knew we needed a lot of info, so they provided that. I wouldn't think twice about calling them again if I needed to move a car again.

It was wonderful with Montway. The representative was lovely.

Montway was quick and to the point. Being in customer service myself for 30 years, their customer service was painless. After hours response was pretty immediate. They texted at 10 o’clock at night, reassuring me. They texted me and let me know they were an hour out. They called me to let me know they were right off the highway and to make sure I was home. Then they texted to let me know they were outside when they pulled up. Also, the quote came $85 under what everybody else would have quoted me around that same distance, so it was cost-efficient.

Montway had the vehicle picked up within a day or two and didn't require the payment of deposit until they were doing the transport. Their reps were fantastic and very good. The driver was a husband-and-wife team and she kept in touch with me the whole time. She even let me know where the vehicle was at and where it was going to be for a little bit because it went from Post Falls, Idaho all the way to Jacksonville, Florida, so it was going to take a bit of time, which was where they were based out of. So, she let me know when it was going to hit the road and an estimated time of arrival. They were a day or two late but that was really good for the amount of miles they had to cover. The vehicle arrived in a condition as good as when it departed and the ending bill was solid. If I had to do it all over again and receive the same amount of service that I did with the driver, I would do it again.

The driver called me when he was about an hour and a half out. They were there when they said they were going to be.

I called Montway. They gave me a military discount, so I was pretty stoked. They told me a date. And it was pretty much spot-on. The driver came to pick up my car. He picked it up on the 7th. I gave a deposit. Then he delivered it to Texas. It took two weeks but that was fine with me because I was driving from Washington State on the 14th. So, by the time I arrived in two days, the car arrived. So, the driver was just in time. It was perfect. I had to give him cash, the finishing deposit. He was professional and quick. I will continue to recommend Montway to my friends who are moving from Washington State.

My car got here quicker than Montway said it was. The whole experience was seamless. I also like the pricing better and one of their associates was awesome.

Montway was real with me. They gave me the best prices. I really liked the way the agent on the phone sounded, like they actually cared. From out of two other companies I spoke to, they were the most polite and willing to go back and look for better rates. The communication was just fluid and that was a big factor for me. The courier driver confirmed when exactly he'd be arriving so I could plan for someone to be available to give him the car keys. Then when he arrived, he communicated when he was coming so that I would be available. This was the first time I was shipping cars and there were a lot of companies. To stand out among that many, Montway leaves a good taste in my mouth.

A couple of months ago, I went online and put auto transport from Florida to Texas. Montway came up first, and it seemed convenient because they gave a quick quote right there and then without having to make a call. The Montway reps were very helpful. They worked with me to accommodate everything, even from the original quote to the original driver not being able to show up on time or pick it up. Then they went out of their way to reschedule someone else. The driver stayed in touch. He communicated with me and what time he was going to arrive. He did his best to have everything in place. For some reason, the battery had died by the time he got it, so he helped me push it to a parking spot. He went out of his way, also, to help after the fact.

Montway's commitment is one of the good qualities on them that I could see. Providing updates in a timely manner is another quality that is good from them. The driver was very friendly and the response was very good. I had a word with him and he showed me the car including the precautions they were going to take while shipping my car. Overall, the driver has done a good job. He came to my home and delivered the car. I would recommend Montway. Definitely, this is one of the good auto transports that I could work with since the last six years. I transported my car two times, and these people are good.

I had a very good experience with their rep. They let me know two days in advance, they let me the morning of, and then they let me know when the driver was on the way. The driver also brought the vehicle straight to where I was at. The vehicle also looked like it’d never been touched.

It worked out properly with Montway. The driver was very communicative and he did everything possible to make things very smooth.

The driver stayed in very good contact with me right up until he arrived. I also made it very convenient for him. Because where I lived in New York, it was on a very busy highway and it wouldn't have been conducive to picking up cars. So I had him pick up the car about a mile from my house. It was a very large, open parking lot to make it easier and safer for him. The only thing was he had me nervous. When he opened the door of the terrain to get the mileage, he saw that I had stuff in it. He said, “Oh, you're going to have to pay more.” I said, “Well, I was told I could put 100 pounds in each vehicle.” But he kept stressing, “If I get weighed, you're going to have to pay more.” But I followed the directions. I was told to put everything below window level, which it was. It was covered and I kept it within the weight limit. But it all worked out in the end and I didn't have to pay more. I paid exactly what I was told I was gonna have to pay.

We have worked with Montway in the past few years before and we had a good experience. This time, when we called, they were available on the day we wanted, which was within a week. They confidently said and guaranteed that they would have it on that day and that was very key for me. They were not the cheapest but we went for it and we were happy with the result. The driver apparently subcontracts for Montway. He called us from his cellphone when he picked up the car in Naples. He was flexible with the time and the location and brought it to Boston.

Montway talked me out of an enclosed carrier. Their quote seemed competitive to others and it was the same as the final cost of the service. It took three days from beginning to end and it was faster than I thought it would be. The car was enclosed and it was in great condition.

The driver picked up the car in Texas, delivered it to me, and did a great job. The cost was good too.

It was fantastic with Montway. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a company like that. They kept up with everything and everything was in detail.

I had an issue at first with my credit card. So I had to contact Montway and tell them that the credit card should be good now. It was fairly easy. I assumed the driver was going to be the same throughout the entire process. But the ending driver and the beginning driver were different. So I was kind of surprised when a different guy showed up with my car. I understand that they were juggling a lot of balls because they had to pick up all these cars. They called me a day before they picked up my car. It was a little bit last minute. I wanted to know a little more advanced. Other than that, it was a totally positive experience. The guy that picked up my car was super thorough and checking everything. Everything was done in a way that made me feel confident that it would turn out well. I paid for enclosed transport and my car was perfectly fine.

I used Montway two ways and I'll use them again. Their customer service is excellent. Their online chat is effective. They never kept me waiting and answered my questions. However, it was very pricey. The price went up about 30% in between trips. But both drivers were nice guys and they contacted me in an open area where we could meet.

I liked Montway's customer service when I spoke to them. It was great. Everything went as scheduled and planned. There were no hiccups. So, everything went very smoothly. Part of that is because they have their own drivers. They don't use third party drivers, which was something that I wanted to support.

The rep was professional, straight to the point, honest about pricing, answered any questions I had in terms of would the car be covered or not, and what is the difference in pricing. The quote was 100% accurate. Because I booked it a month or two out, the rep also give me the caveat that, “I cannot guarantee the price is gonna stay 100% the same. But we’ll talk about that once we get down to that date. Because it will be based on will transport the vehicle." Cool. Understood. Seven days prior to pickup, they called me, confirmed the price was still the same. Because the transport they used accepted it for the price that they solicited for.

I was very pleased with Montway. They picked up the vehicle in another state and the delivery was excellent. When they were getting close to Vista, the driver was letting me know that they were coming. When the guys delivered the truck, they were fairly friendly. It went smooth and I liked that. It was a great service.

I called Montway and got a price. I was so happy talking to the person that I didn’t get any more prices. The whole experience of buying a vehicle and having it shipped up from Florida went so smoothly. I had a wonderful experience with Montway. This was my first time and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

It was a great and easy process. It was very quick and I liked everything. Montway picked the car up on the 14th and it was here on the 23rd. The driver texted me when he was about to pick up the car, and he called me when he was 20 miles away from delivering the car. He took his time. He made sure everything was good. We paid off in cash and he left. I like the company and I would use it again.

We didn't realize how dense Boston is, meaning that there are gonna be tight spaces where the trailer cannot get through. I was under the impression that the service was supposed to be door-to-door, and I was almost half expecting our car to show up in front of our house. But instead, I had to go to a designated pickup area to pick it up. That was something that was not in the description of the service. Except for that last part, everything went according to plan. I had decent communication with the driver.

But I didn't really care for the place when he dropped the car off. Other than that, everything was great. The process from start to finish was easy and smooth and the price we were quoted stayed the same.

Also, amazing doesn't even cover the gentleman who picked up my car. I've got a lot of money in this vehicle and I felt very safe with it being in his hands. Then, he gave me his cell phone number and we communicated throughout his entire travel.

The fellow I talked to was very courteous and helpful. I told him the pickup day and then I called him back, and I said, "I can't have that for pickup day. I have to slip it two days." He said, "Okay." Then when I slipped it two days, they called and said, "We'll be there on that day." The fellow came up with a single-layered trailer, it can only hold three cars. He said, "I'd be there at 10 o'clock." But he didn't come. 11 o'clock, I called Montway and they said, "He's loading another car. He's coming to your place last because you're gonna be the first car he drops off."

I got my car delivered through Montway in three days. So, I was happy. The driver and I had like a small chat and he was thoroughly checking any damages in my car. There was no damage and I got it delivered as it is.

The way the trip was planned, either they would have had to pick up after we'd already left for the airport, or they would have dropped off before we could guarantee that we would be at our new destination. The rep from Montway was able to work it out so that the car was guaranteed to be picked up before we left Tampa and guaranteed that it wouldn't be dropped off before we got to Indianapolis. The transport went great and the cost went down slightly based on the timing. However, we're in a new neighborhood so the driver didn't have the ability to map the address. He contacted me early enough to let me know that he was close. He had a hard time with the truck though because it end up being a little bit later than was expected. He said he was expecting to be here at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon but he ended up showing up 11 o'clock that night.

I got cheaper quotes from other places, but I didn't feel that they were quite as reliable. I had a tentative delivery date and I hadn't heard from them, so I jumped the gun and called ahead, and they said they were an hour from my house. They were trustworthy.
