Montway Auto Transport Reviews

Montway had some pretty good reviews on Yelp, so I reached out to them. I had originally got online and did the price quote and the website spit me out a price. Then I called the representative and I purposely did not tell him that price to see if the price he would give me would be the same price that would be online, and it wasn't. So, I had to tell him, "Hey, well, your website says this." He backpedaled and ended up giving me that price.

I needed to send a car to my son at school and Montway was highly rated on the internet, so I used them. The driver was fine and very quick.

The driver provided a timeframe that he'd be there. He was here at that time and kept checking with me. He loaded the car and drove it 2,500 miles from Ohio to Colorado. He ended up delivering it on the day and the time that he said he would. It was a very smooth experience. Montway does a nice job of following up and providing you a lot of detailed information on transport.

It was excellent with Montway. On the phone, even though they have an accent, I still clearly understood them completely. Another thing that stood out to me was this was my first time requesting a service like that, and they knew that I'm a woman, but they didn't try to push me. They weren't manipulative. They didn't increase the price later on. Everything was 100% smooth from beginning to end. I felt so comfortable with everything and they explained everything as well. There were no unexpected changes. I would tell others to go for Montway. They’ll be happy with their decision.

Montway was pretty flexible, quick, and inexpensive. They got great communication, kept me up to speed and coordination as to the estimated time of arrival, and the car got here safe and sound. The cost of the service was well worth my money. I would highly recommend Montway.

The service was excellent overall. In the end when I paid the amount to the driver at delivery, I didn't get any receipt. Montway says, Driver needs to give it, Driver says it is how Montway's app works, he doesn't have any other means to generate receipt. That was not good. Please fix your app to generate a receipt for the final remaining payment and send it out to the Customer at delivery.

It’s very good service overall. The transport was fast and it came very well. It was supposed to arrive in three days, but it came in two days. Everything was okay when the car was delivered.

I liked Montway's price and schedule. The driver was very punctual and kept in touch with me via cell phone. He let me know very well where he was at at all times. I decided jointly on where to drop it off because I live on a dead-end road that was very muddy at times. He had a full-size semi transport truck. He could have gotten through, but he had to back up on a muddy road for about a mile to get around. So, we just met at a local gas station off the interstate. He dropped it off there. Overall, Montway was very professional and quick. The quote was accurate for the final price. There was no adjustment on it. It’s a very competitive quote.

This is the second time that I've used Montway. My children live out in Southern California and I live in upstate New York so I had them take a Dodge Challenger out there for me. I also had them bring it back. The people that helped set everything up were fantastic. It was painless on my end. The driver was a very nice, young fellow but he couldn't speak very much English. But somebody else called me after he showed up to make sure that they showed up and gave me a phone number to make sure it was the right drive. That was helpful.

Folks on phone from initial call were professional and very helpful. Details were explained thoroughly. I paid entire amount at pick up at my choice. I did not want my receiving agent to "mess with payment". Max the driver was professional, knowledgeable and helpful at pick up and per my receiver on delivery.

Car picked up delivered on time. Dispatch and driver kept us informed of pickup and delivery. The drivers were courteous and customer service was excellent. Estimated cost was right on the amount. I highly recommend Montway. We shipped two cars at different times. Both were good.

The reservation process was fast and value outstanding compared to other transport companies we contacted. Great communication throughout the entire process. Mike and Mike were very easy to work with and delivered my vehicle as expected. I will absolutely use use them again!

My car was delivered, quite dirty, but with no marks or scuffs of any kind. The driver was a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of car hauling experience. His communications were quite good and I would say this was one of those 10 out of 10 experiences.

This was a last minute booking and I was nervous to ship my car. Car was picked up quickly and delivered within the communicated window. Driver was very nice and took good care of the car. Will definitely use them again.

Yes great experience. And I have referred a few friends who will be transporting their kids’ cars back home in May! The customer service of the driver was 100%. He carefully loaded our car. Gave specific directions and his cell phone number as well to keep in touch. We arranged a proper meeting place for pick up and delivery which worked well for loading and unloading.

I was very satisfied about what Montway did when I tried it the first time that I used their service three times. The rep and I communicated by email and everything was great. They were very comprehensive. The driver was nice too. Delivery took five days and it was on time. The only issue I got was I was specific on door-to-door service, but when I asked them to drop off my car, they could not. When I asked them to pick up my car to Hollywood Hills next to my door, it was not possible as well. I had to figure out how to manage with a different driver to drive me to the car. I live in Hollywood Hills and no trucks could come to me. I had to go down the hill and walk back.

Montway's service was good and the price was much better than anyone else I had checked out. They came, picked up the car, and dropped it off after a few days. So, I was satisfied. The driver called me on the phone in the morning. The only issue we had was because he had a huge truck, he couldn't get into the street. I had to take the car out somewhere where it was a big enough parking lot for him to maneuver, but he communicated all that with me over the phone.

All was good with the customer service rep. I was able to get an answer as soon as I needed it and everybody was friendly. The quote was fairly good. It was probably the cheapest, which was another reason why we went with them. There was another company that was just a little cheaper but I was a little apprehensive because they didn't have the best reviews. So, Montway seems to be the best one. The driver was delayed by a couple of hours. He was supposed to deliver the car the day prior but he was prompt about sending us a message and letting us know that he would be there the next day early in the morning. So, everything was smooth and easy. My parents received it in their home. The delivery person dropped it off and received the cash payment. It was nothing where it was a hassle.

The person who gave me my new used car was very nice. Car came dirty but what do you expect when it was hauled outside in the weather which was the cheaper way to get the car to EL Paso Texas from Florida.

Montway's people were good. But one of the initial drivers who would pick up the car bailed out. But Montway found somebody within 24 hours to pick up the car and it was delayed by one or two days. But I felt so good that they were on top of it that I didn't let it bother me. I would use Montway again.

Montway is one of the most responsive companies and they got back to me fast. Their customer service was quite personable. The rep I was in contact with was very helpful in answering questions. Pickup and delivery went pretty well. The quote we got was pretty good given the positive experience I had as a customer.

I contacted and spoke with three different companies. Everyone knew the car that I was transporting and no one suggested that I would need a trailer with low ground clearance on it. I got pricing for an enclosed, and then the woman from Montway said they would recommend doing it enclosed. She explained why and it made sense. She was the most helpful and was patient with me. I was very pleased. I would recommend Montway in a heartbeat.

I used Montway once before and everything went great. I had their phone number and I called them directly the second time I needed their service. The guy that set up the transport for me was Vadim and he was great. I was an auto dealer so I've shipped thousands of cars. Since I haven't been an auto dealer, this is my second time shipping a car. Montway was awesome and the guy that delivered the car was really good. For trucking, they're usually abrupt people and get what you want when you want it, and you don't get it on time. There's always something but I didn't find that with Montway. That was why I called them a second time and I had used them again.

My experience with Montway was excellent. I had a 1941 shipped from CA to NJ without any problems. I did not have a deadline to meet and it took about a week to get a driver and it was delivered without any issues in about 5 days.

I had a very pleasant experience with Montway. They were really easy to work with. The driver was here at 8 o'clock in the morning just like he told me he would, and pulled up in front of the house. We unloaded it and we rolled it in the driveway and to the back of my house. They weren't the cheapest but I was happy with them. I would use Montway again.

I moved from Maryland to Arizona and got my two cars transported by Montway. That took three days and the service was pretty good. The driver texted and called then we set up a place for him to meet because it was just too tight to come into the neighborhood to drop the cars off. The driver was pretty good. The only thing was the cars were really dirty when we got them. There was a car that was over the top of ours that leaked oil down the front. But we cleaned the cars and everything came off with no harm to the paint.

Everything was good. I called a couple of times, found out where the car was and when it was coming. A guy came here and dropped off my car. He helped us unload it. It was in one piece, so I was happy. It was also here in a timely fashion and I was surprised how fast it got here. I'll use Montway again. They are the most dependable transport company. They even delivered a car for my friend in Hawaii.

I had a very good experience. They picked up the vehicle from home, and they delivered it to our apartment at Florida. The timeliness, the appointment they gave, the delivery time, everything was positive.

Montway had good communication. Everything was done as explained. The car was picked up and delivered timely. The driver kept us updated. The quote was exactly what they told me it was gonna be and because I had all the year, make, and model, they gave me a discount. Everything kinda worked out. So, it was a great experience.

I deal with Paul and he's an outstanding gentleman. He takes care of me every time and makes sure that my needs are met. I can contact him by phone and text message. He is always friendly and takes the time to figure out what's going on and what I need done. But some of the drivers have been really bad. had one driver wreck one of my cars. And then I had another driver deliver a car to the customer, and the vehicle was damaged by the driver. And he tried to pay my customer 300 bucks to make it go away when there was over $2,000 worth of damage. can't even get in touch with the driver and company right now because they're dodging my phone calls ‘cause they need to pay the bill to have this car repaired. I'm about to lose the deal and the customer wants to return the car which is going to cost me $87,000. But as far as Montway themselves, they're friggin’ spectacular.

I would recommend Montway for moving or having your car moved in different states as the overall process was quick, convenient, and the persons that I was in contact with were very reliable. Pickup was at Jersey, drop-off was California. I was told it would take 10 to 12 days, but it ended up taking only five days. The driver was quick. He called us two hours before he said he would get there. And as soon as he did, he started unloading, and moved the car to our driveway. The car got a bit dirty, like dust on it. But condition-wise, it was fine.

I was very pleased with Montway. The gentleman that picked up my car was amazing. I originally started out with Sherpa, and they quoted me a price. I kept asking if they were going to keep it, and they said, “Oh, yeah. It's locked in.” Then when it came to where I had to move, they shot up the price. I said, “Well, no. You didn't say that.” They said, “Oh, yeah. It’s all down the email.” Everything was a big deal. I was trying to move at the time. It was extremely irritating.

We were in Marco Island in Florida and I had my Infiniti Q80 shipped back instead of driving. Montway gave me a fair quote and it was fine. I did an uncovered transport. They contacted me ahead of time then they called when the guy was on his way for the delivery. They brought the car right to my house. They did a great job.

They were efficient and professional. They got the car to where I had it had to go. But they had to wait till their trailer was filled and I thought the car was gonna get there a little earlier. I had to call them to find out when the car was gonna be there. Initially, it was supposed to be there on a Tuesday or Wednesday. It didn't get there till a week later. Other than that, it was a very good experience. I'd use them again.

Montway is consistent. I just know the car will get here. Our recent transport was fine. The driver came right on time. But we had a bad experience with a rep who didn't want to honor the price. That was a $20 difference. But other than that, it was okay. Use Montway.

Working with Montway was very good. I moved from Austin to Virginia and they were very efficient. They did a great job. They transported the car very quickly. The car came early which saved me a lot of money because the car rental is very expensive. The driver was professional and a very nice guy. He came with the car here. The other second half of the payment was in the form of a cashier's check and I forgot the check at home and he waited with the car for a few minutes until I got the check. He wasn't angry and he was also communicating with me on his cellphone about when was he coming. He called me an hour early and then another phone call 15 minutes prior to arrival. It was my first time to use Montway and definitely, I would consider it if we move again.

From the time I contacted them, it was blistering fast. Two days later, they had the car picked up and the next day, they had it delivered. Communication with the driver was great. He let me know when he was half a day out. And then he pinged me when he was half an hour out and he arrived when he said he would. The experience was very pleasant. From the communication, to the quote, to how quickly they did it, they couldn't have done better.

Setting up with Montway's rep was convenient. I was able to do everything easily. The transport took two to three days and the car was picked up in Naperville, Illinois and dropped off in Austin, Texas. Most of the interaction was through phone calls and texts. The driver called me in the morning and told me that would drop off at so and so time. I came out and, when he dropped off, I was there to inspect the vehicle and he showed me whatever he felt was important. Everything looked good for both of us, and he handed over the keys.

The problem I had with Montway was they couldn't get me a driver. It was so frustrating. We had to cancel our flight. Then they came through anyway. I had waited the next week before we could go home. Then the driver didn't speak English. It was a little hard. My Russian wasn't very good. But he drove in and picked it up. He did a good job and did what he was supposed to. Everything was perfect.

The reps at Montway are awesome people and the driver was nice. They called me to let me know they were ready for my car and they took it up to my grandson in about four days.

My daughter and her fiance hired some company to transport their car and they were told it was going to be like $1,300. But when the car got here, there were a lot of hidden charges and they wound up paying $1,700. It was a nightmare. My biggest thing was I wanted to make sure that whatever price I was quoted was my final price so I know how to budget for this and I was not getting swindled. Montway was wonderful the whole time. I made sure that all the reviews that I read were up to par.

Their quote was very competitive. Their online service was really good. My car was delivered on the date that I want it delivered, so it was pretty good.

I had a truck moved from Orlando to Mobile, Alabama and the transport took four days. The driver was perfect and had great communication.

Montway was very quick in the response, like getting the estimate to ship the car. They were super fast and nice. They were eager to help me out. Also, they were very, very reasonably priced for a lot of other companies that I called. They sent me real time email and text message updates on the transport. It was all very quick. They picked it up on the 23rd of March and they got here on the 28th of March.

I had an Acura MDX and a Miata that needed to be shipped coast-to-coast from Maryland to California. I did an uncovered transport with Montway and everything was great. The drivers gave a warning the day before they arrived then they called me when they were getting close. The cost of the service was reasonable.

The gentleman from Montway worked around my time so that I could be there when the car was delivered. So, that was good. Also, Montway is a lot cheaper than the other transport companies. Setting everything up was not a problem. They just sent me the email about when they could do the service and I agreed. Then they told me when it was coming. When the driver was close, he was behind a day, which was all right. He told me about it and the next day I was going to be busy, so he went and delivered the other cars before he came back to me, so that he can do it on my time. So, he was pretty good about the whole thing. The car came in good shape, too. There were no scratches or dents. I always stick with Montway. I've had like four cars delivered with Montway. They're the quickest and the cheapest.

Montway sounded good to me. The drivers came the day that they said and picked up the car. It was here in record time and even beat us here. I was very impressed. Everything went smooth as can be and I would definitely recommend them.

Montway exceeded my expectations. From the second I made the first call till we were all set, it took about 45 minutes. They picked up my car the next day, which was at a car dealership. Then it arrived at my home, which was 700 miles away, the next afternoon. It was the best transporting. The car was in great shape. The driver was a delightfully nice man. He dropped the car off right as he said he was going to. I was blown away when the car arrived in my driveway on Saturday. I couldn’t say enough good things about this experience.

The Montway rep I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. Their pricing was reasonable. The delivery was great. The driver called me two hours in advance. When I got home, an hour and 45 minutes later, he was driving the vehicle off of the lift and into my driveway. It was easy. I’d tell others to use them.

Every aspect of planning to move my Vette across country went smoothly. Montway clearly states what their price will be, how much upfront then on delivery. You decide on the date you need and they were there on time. The car was inspected by the driver and myself before leaving complete with pictures. the driver kept us informed when the car would be delivered, called before showing up and was wonderful about caring for the car the whole trip across country and on delivery. Montway was a wonderful company to work with and I would use them again without hesitation.

The driver was good. But the pickup was annoying because they were supposed to do it on a certain day but they didn’t pick it up. They said the truck broke down. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

We compared Montway with other companies, and their customer service got back to us right away. The other companies took 24 hours, and we thought, “Okay. If you're slow in responding, then you're gonna be slow in bringing my vehicle.” Montway's pricing is right on target too. We are in Texas, and we priced it flying down there with two persons to New Jersey and bringing the vehicle back, and it ended up being the same price. Overall, our experience was very good. During transport, we had several calls just to locate where the driver was at, and he called letting us know that he was an hour out. Our neighborhood has fairly big roads, so 18-wheelers and everything else can travel through. He was able to deliver the car right in front of the house.

The customer service and the communication was the best part of using Montway. The driver let me know what was going on and it went without any hiccups. We communicated through texts and phone calls. Also, they sent an email letting me know that the vehicle had been picked up and all that stuff. Then, they showed up a day early for the delivery. I was really happy with them and when I do it again, I'll probably call them first.

It took a week to find a trucker. It is the longest time it has ever taken. But the transport took four days.

We did a Google search on who had the best numbers out there and that was Montway. They had an A+ rating. I was very leery of putting my Jeep Wrangler on a transport truck and then disappearing. After I scheduled the service, the driver got ahold of me a day before and he was very friendly. We were already in Texas so my daughter put my Jeep on the truck. The driver called me a couple of different times on the way down here and he called me when he was getting ready to drop off my Jeep.

Everything went really smoothly and I was pleased with Montway. Their independent contractor was really professional as well as very friendly and knowledgeable. They were great and I couldn't ask for better. It was a husband and wife team, and they must have just happened to have been right nearby. They picked up the car the next day after I won it at an auction, and it was delivered almost less than two days after I bought it. The quote was also exactly the same as the final bill, and considering the price, it was a pretty incredible deal. The car was exactly like in the pictures when it came, and they've documented everything before too. I could tell with the way they were working, getting it off the trailer, they were really careful with everything.

The transport was about 1,800 miles and it only took them about four days. It was really quick. I had a good experience with them.

I was going from California to Florida and I needed to use some format to get the two cars cross country. Everything was good with Montway. It was quick and it was on schedule. I felt comfortable that I was giving my cars away. It wasn't really cheap, but it was pretty much what I expected. If I had to do something like this again, Montway would be the company I’d go with.

It was very simple service and I was very happy about it. My brother was very happy about it too. They gave a timeframe and it was right in the window. The employee that dropped the off was very good. The final cost was what they said it would be.

Montway had better reviews on price. I used them and everything was good. I initially thought a truck would come in front of my house and they would put the truck in it, and take it away. But that wasn't what happened. Instead, someone came by and picked up the car and took it away. It was confusing that someone had to drive my car. The car went from Florida to Arizona. The quote was exactly what they told me it was going to be. WHen the car arrived, it was great and there were no issues with it. Montway did a good job. Even when the other provider cancelled, they were still able to find someone else quickly to come get the car. I wasn’t happy about it but I understand that things happen.

I had a schedule within which I needed to get the transport done, and I was able to get in touch with the person in time. The quote was pretty competitive. I checked the quote with the other providers also. Final cost was good too, but there was one issue with the delivery. It was supposed to be to a home delivery, but I had to go to Walmart, which was six miles from my home, and get my car. I didn't have any car so I had to take a cab. I was rather hoping to get my car at my home, and they could have brought it to me, because I've seen other trailers coming over here. Other than that, I was contacted 24 hours prior, then an hour before the driver was coming in. That was pretty good. Even though I had to go over to Walmart, I’ll still recommend Montway.

Customer service was very good. The coordinator kept me informed about when he'd be there and who was the transporter.

When I called them, they were really responsive. The independent drivers did really well. We had three cars moved. One driver did two cars and one did the other car. The only issue we had was that we had to pay cash when the car was delivered was the way we signed up for it, but it wasn't like that for the other two cars. So, it was kinda confusing. That is okay if you know what's happening, but when you gotta scramble for $700 cash right then it was kinda frustrating. But other than that, the service went great. The guys were great and the timing was perfect. The service was of good quality for the cost.

Montway beat everybody else's pricing by $300. Also, they picked up on time and delivered before time. The driver was very responsive and gave me updates when he was coming and waited for me to drive off the car. He has good responsiveness. Everything was on point. Go for it.

"1-5 business days for pickup" turned into 20, and then another 15 for delivery, but that's not what they said prior to billing CC $1219.00, I gave them date windows that were fine prior to paying. You just can't trust what Montway says. More than likely the person they assigned it to would call back and need more money because they couldn't find another partial load so they would want me to pay more, you cant trust Montway. If you don't care about time then you can get 40% better rates from haulbikes and others. Montway charges for quick pick up and delivery, but after you pay the story changes.

Montway got the job done. I talked to the driver before he picked the vehicle up. Then, he shot me pictures. When he got down there, he shot some more pictures showing that he got the vehicle there. It had a little salt on it but you expect that when they have salt on the highways. It wasn't a big deal.

They were super fast from the time I booked the move to getting the carrier out. The one they used was a very sweet man and he got here faster than he said. He took really good care of the car. Use Montway. They’d go anywhere in the country.

The driver would text or call me and let me know that he had to stop for the night and when he would be around the next day. He was a little late than what he said he would be the next day, but he did call and let me know what was going on. He did answer the phone when I called him, so that was good. It went as well as it could be expected. The truck arrived with no damage, so that was good.

Montway Auto Transport was very efficient and responsive. We got the car back three days before they said they would start heading out with it, because they had a hold to put it on. That makes a difference. The only thing is, if the young man had called me, I could have diverted him from going through downtown Tucson. I could have just had him come to the interstate, but he didn't. He told me when he was on the edge of town and how long it would take him, but he said, "I had to stop at all those lights." But they were good and they dropped it off on the street three houses from us. It was close by. And the guy was very cordial. I would use Montway again.

Montway did a good job. They picked up and delivered when they said they would. Everything went smoothly. It was a long ride but it worked out. The driver dropped the car off earlier than I thought.

My experience with them went very well. The move was very easy to set up and they were available when I called. The gentlemen answered the questions that I had over the phone for me. But, two things were a little confusing. I was told that the car was going to be picked up at our house. Then the driver contacted us and said that he needed to meet us at a location close by to our home that was conducive to a large truck for him to load up the cars on. That was fine but I didn't really get that information from Montway ahead of time. They should have given me that information and said, "In case the trucks can't come into your neighborhood, they might have to meet you at a local grocery store or a local area that's large enough for your car to be transported onto the transporter."

The driver picked up the car at my son's house and then the next morning, the driver called and said that he was here. He was very courteous and helpful. Montway was very reliable and they did a good job. I'd recommend them.

They were accommodating when I was scheduling the transport. The driver picked the vehicle up in the morning and dropped it off at night. He let me know where he was on the way and got it to the destination safe. I could see he was being careful with the car. But I had to modify the drop-off location to the adjacent zip code and they added money to the final price for that, which I thought was a little weak. It was only a minor amount, though, so I didn't argue it. Other than that, they did a good job.

They were extremely responsive and always pleasant. I called them back. They had all my information still and they just jumped on it, and within maybe less than a week's notice, I met the local transporter. It was so convenient. It was like giving your keys to a valet. Anything I wanted to know, they give me an update. They said seven days and it got there in five days. The driver accommodated my daughter and they met a little late. It was at eight o'clock at night but in a very bright parking lot. He also gave me the option of how I wanted to pay. The car showed up in perfect condition. I'll be using Montway when we bring the car back. There was no hiccup.

The only thing that was different was I wasn't sure on the timing. As soon as I put information into Montway's configurator online, I started getting automated calls and emails, literally every day, and I didn't have any more information. I know they were trying to be super responsive and follow up, but it was overwhelming. But they were super responsive. And once I had more details about the timing of the move, they were able to get me a quote almost immediately and arrange the transport very quickly.

I was shipping my car to my daughter in Seattle and the driver was here on time on the day that he said he was going to be here. It went very smoothly. He picked up the car and he told me the delivery was going to take about a week to nine days but he got there earlier than expected. So that was great. I was very happy with the driver. The car was in great condition when he got there. The service was timely and efficient, and the communication went well. The driver communicated with me by phone and Montway via email.

When I first came down in February to Florida from Hooksett to Fort Myers Beach, Montway's service was excellent. It worked out great. I was very impressed. The driver was Chris and when I met him in Hooksett, he put the car on and it had some salt on it, which was understandable. But when it came down here to Fort Myers, he went through a car wash with all the cars so it washed everything. That was above and beyond. Also, I liked that when Chris and I walked around the car together, any marks on it were written down. He took a picture of the speedometer and the miles. I really liked that. Everything went smoothly. But I’m having an issue now.

Since this was the first time we were transporting a new car across coasts, we were nervous and inundated with calls and emails from so many brokers. From the start to the pickup and delivery, we had nothing but very amazing and courteous service from the company and the driver who picked up and delivered the car. The car was received with not a scratch. We will not hesitate to use them in future for such service and would highly recommend them to our friends and anyone who is not sure, like we were when we started to look. I paid good price and I got a quality service. The rep was right on point. It was so good to be true. She said, "If you pay now, you're gonna get your car in like two or three days from now." I said, "Oh, are you serious?" Because I've been going around struggling to get this thing done. She actually did. And she said, "Sir, you don't want to wait till the next day because if you wait the next day, your delivery date will have to be extended. You want to make sure you do it earlier and as soon as possible." She gave me her number and said, "Think about it, this is our rate, and call me back." I was buying the car for my wife, so I called my wife and told her about it. I called her that same day and we set up everything.

The move was fine. They did as planned and delivered. Things were just as promised.

They came on time and the pickup was well done. I was very happy with my experience and I would refer them.

It was the same driver that picked up and delivered the vehicle, and it was timely and without a problem. He seemed knowledgeable too. We shipped a vehicle from where my son lives. Montway let us know the cost ahead of time, so that’s what we prepared for and it was what they said it was gonna be. Also, they made the coordination with my son in California and let us know when it was going to be arriving out here in Florida. The communication with the driver was great, and the vehicle got here pretty quick. It was a good experience. We have another vehicle that we're thinking of shipping.

Setting up the transport with the rep from Montway was faster than what I thought. The rep told me to give them at least one business day for them to assign a driver. I was expressing the date to be on that Monday so the expectation was set to Tuesday. But everything worked out so fine to where they were able to pick the car up on Monday instead of Tuesday. The pickup was in New York and the drop-off was in Monroe, North Carolina and the transport took about three days. The two gentlemen who came to prick up the vehicle took pictures and had me sign, and the interaction was through text messages to give me updates. Montway is good and makes sure the cars get delivered safely and on time.

Montway Auto Transport was cheaper. I paid for an open trailer, but the trailer that they used was enclosed. So, that was a good upgrade that I didn't expect.

The communication was great. They delivered the vehicle close to the time it was expected and it was on the same date. So, it was well.

There was a mistake. It took about a week for them to get the shipper lined up. When he showed up, he didn't have a trailer big enough for the vehicle. I had given Montway all of the information on the type of vehicle. and the carrier said it must have been modified so he couldn't do the move. I called Montway and the guy I talked to was very responsive. He said, "We'll cancel this. I'm gonna find another one." And within two hours, he called me back, and they found another carrier. It was a couple of 100 bucks more expensive and another week later but he was all on top of it. I got three calls that same day. Mistakes happen but I really appreciated the immediate follow-up. The vehicle was picked up and delivered clean and in good shape.

Scheduling happened fast and they were looking to pick up the vehicle the next day, which was great. The driver was in contact with me throughout the process about when he was able to pick it up. When I called him, he answered. Things worked out okay. Montway did a good job.

I'm in El Paso, Texas on a nursing travel assignment and I didn't want to pay for a rental so I had to ship my car here. I was referred to Montway by someone who had shipped her car from Buffalo to California. Montway was super reliable and really efficient. They responded right away and they met my needs. I gave them my card information and told them they cannot charge my card until Friday. They put it on file and worked with me. I really appreciated it. They did a great job.

Montway gave me a range of two or three days, and in both directions, it tended more towards the earlier part of that date span than the later. Communication with the driver was good, and the pickup and delivery worked out fine. I expected to see a big trailer carrying three or four cars, but as it turned out, it was much smaller. It wasn't a negative thing, but it caught me a little off guard. Overall, it was a positive experience. The only criticism I would have is once I made an inquiry, I had so many different follow up inquiries that it began to get on my nerves a little. My response was, "When I'm ready to make my decision, when I know the timing, I'm going to call you," but I kept getting calls from different people who I presumed were competing against each other to get the business.

Their customer service was pretty quick and assured me that my car would be transported properly in an enclosed trailer and everything else that I wanted. So they did a great job. One of my show cars that we sent down in Tucson, Arizona always sits about 2 1/2 inches off the ground, and they were able to accommodate for that and get it loaded.

Everything went perfect. They were there when they said they would be and the delivery went fine.

We talked to the driver when he picked up the car and when he delivered, he went to my son’s house. The car seemed to be the same as when it left. Montway did everything they were supposed to and didn't wreck the car. They did a good service for us.

The Transport from pick up to delivery was seamless and simple. Her car was picked up late afternoon and two days later was delivered at our home. The communication was excellent. Montway followed through and all of its commitments. Would highly recommend it.

Getting signed up with Montway was great. The person I talked to, Riley, was very helpful and she gave me the quote, which is reasonable, and everything went perfectly. She was very patient waiting for my decision because I was checking another company. After I signed up, she got the other person at the port. That person at the port contacted me through email and we set up everything. It was very pleasant, easy and simple. Montway was excellent. When the car arrived, everything was on time, and they had the trackings that I could go in there and check where the car was. The car was in good shape, too.

They did a great job. They were very professional and were on time. They picked the vehicle up on a Friday, and I told them I wouldn't be at the new location till Tuesday, and they accommodated it with no problem. The driver was excellent too. I would definitely use them again next year. I would recommend them highly.

Montway was good. The driver called to pick the vehicle up and when he was an hour away. Then, he called me during delivery. The vehicle was as described when it arrived. Montway was competitive and had a reasonable delivery time. You can't ask for anything else.

The experience was perfect and everything went great. The reps did an excellent job. They have the best prices out of all the transport companies. They beat everybody out. The movers brought the vehicle directly to our car lot.

I bought a new car about 300 miles away from where I live and we were unable to pick it up. I talked to two different other transport companies who made promises they didn't keep. They had lied to me. When they said they’d call back, they wouldn't. When I’d call them, there was no answer. I got online, and I started looking at the independent reviewers. Montway was number one everywhere I looked. So, I called. I needed the transport done quickly because I'd waited for the car to come in for two months and I needed it picked up as soon after they got it as possible. I called after midnight on the 24th. My car was delivered on the 26th.

The car dealership referred a carrier to me, which we used. They didn’t fulfill the order, so I went and googled and I was getting competitive bids. I felt Montway in Schaumburg was a good suitor. So, I placed the order with them. They filled the order the next day. The final quote did not change. The driver was fine. He sent me a text with the ETA for delivery and gave me the address. I replied back that I will be there on that date. Then, on the day of the delivery, he told me the approximate time. We were there 15 minutes prior to them showing up, and it worked out fine. I will use Montway again.

Working with them was straightforward. If I go to their website, I can directly talk to the sales rep or the chat and just do my from and to with the dates. They give some quotes and I can do advance payment or prebook my reservation. Then, I get an email. On the day of the delivery, I got a call from the driver stating that he will be coming in so and so time. Montway is right on time. They tell whatever the date they are provided to pick up and deliver on the same dates. When I first used them four years back, it was way cheaper and now it is too expensive but it is what it is.

The reps were professional and quick. They got whatever information they needed from me and got me taken care of. So it was a good experience. The vehicles arrived when they were supposed to and in good condition.

I had a car in Virginia that needed to come to Rhode Island. I called Montway and they took care of it. They picked up the car at my sister's house like they were supposed to and they dropped it off in my driveway like they were supposed to. The driver was a nice guy and he was very helpful. The cost was fair. Things all worked out perfectly well.

The price was a little surprising, but I needed the car down here. With the price of gas, it made sense to have someone else bring it down here rather than me fly up to Oregon and then drive it back. This is my first time with Montway and it was a good service. It was fast. I transported a Chevy Avalanche two years ago with American Transport and they charged me 1,200. So, I thought this time was gonna be cheaper because it’s a smaller car. But it was more expensive. But I understand the price and the gas. The quote was the best one that I found and the driver was super cool.

I made a phone call and within 72 hours, the pick up was scheduled. They picked up the truck in Missouri and they made better time than they thought they would. So it came a day early to me in Utah. It was nice and seamless. The driver called me when he needed. When he said he was going to be there, he was here. It was good communication. Also, the prices were reasonable and really good considering all the gas prices.

California has the best weather year-round, and ironically, we had a hailstorm while the people were loading my car up. Thankfully, none of the hail was big enough to damage the paint on the car. Because they were all ready and trying to get it onto the back of the truck. Other than that, the setup and appointment went smoothly, and I had no issues. The car came, and delivery was perfect. Montway's service is very good, given my previous experience with other ones. This was from California to North Carolina and it took a week, which was what they said it was gonna take. It was pretty good, given a lot of people during the COVID are moving out of state. The car transportation was awesome, so I have no complaints. I'm definitely using them again in the future.

We had a good experience signing up with Montway. They were professional. They were there on time. The car got picked up from a Mercedes dealership and it got delivered directly to our home. The driver kept us updated. He was a professional driver. The service was really good for the cost.

I was shipping a for a friend and had Montway do that from Washington State to Texas. Everything worked perfectly. They were very easy to work with, inexpensive, and got the thing there on time. Use Montway. They were good.

The pickup was in San Tan Valley, Arizona and the rep called and told me that he would be there. And he was there at that time. He told me where to meet him. He couldn't come into the subdivision I was in though because it was too narrow. But it was right outside the subdivision. He picked the vehicle up and then told me about what day it would be. When I got close, he called and he was there by the time we got there, which was only about 10 minutes later. He already had the car off of the truck for us.

We had a good experience with Montway. They provided a very good service. They were very nice people to deal with. The driver did a good job too. I had a hard time communicating with him. He didn't speak much English, but he was a very nice young man. He was courteous and conscientious. The price was not inexpensive, but it was in line with everybody else and it was reasonable. We used the enclosed transport for our Corvette. The team was fabulous! Very professional, took great care in loading and unloading Corvette. They have a magnificent Semi rug and haulers, kept us informed and updated wonderfully! We sent our SUV, not enclosed, they were also very professional, great updates and superb service from all team members!!

Our experience was good. Working with them was simple and efficient. The move was very smooth. The driver called us when they’re arriving at our place. The cost was a bit higher than I expected but that depends on the distance and the time of the year we moved the vehicle. So, that was okay. Also, the service was good and there was flexibility in terms of scheduling. When I went to check the status of my move, I could always reach out to the driver or their dispatch center. There’s visibility as to where the car is and that's very nice.

I like how responsive Montway was when I had a problem with the schedule. They either answered the phone or got right back to me. The driver, George, was very friendly with my daughter, picked up the car in Los Angeles and then drove it to Boston. The nice gentleman who was going to drop off the car was very friendly as well. He was very clear about the time when he was going to drop it off, and all went very smoothly. I'm very satisfied, and I would recommend Montway highly.

The rep from Montway was prompt in returning my call and giving me the information on what would take place during the transition of the vehicle and approximately how much it will cost for the vehicle to be shipped. When the car was delivered, it was taken directly to my son and it looked the same as when it was picked up. The quote was an excellent price for the service and it was worth it because there was no damage to the car. I was satisfied with everything.

I purchased a classic car in Florida, near Orlando, and I'm in New York. The person I purchased the car from used Montway for his services often. He seemed to be pretty pleased with their services, and he's the one who referred me to use them. I called Montway, and they were very kind and nice. Their price was very reasonable, so I used them for that purchase. The service was great, and I was really pleased with what happened. Eight weeks later, I bought another car from Iowa, a 1940 Buick classic car, and I called Montway again. They picked the car up within two days, and I had it here within three days. Again, it was good service and good people to work with. Everything went well.

Montway delivered like they said they would. They shipped my motorcycle from Foxborough, Massachusetts. The other company missed me and Montway brought it the next morning. So, we didn’t have any problems. Peoples should use them. There’s no other company out there that could do a better job.

The Montway reps were very nice. It took a little longer to set the thing up than I wanted though. I wanted the car delivered on my wife's birthday. It was a couple of days late, but I understand that we’re in Northwest Lower Michigan, 250 miles from Detroit. It's a long ways away in a very remote area and to try to set it up to get a return trip, it wasn't like we're in a real busy area. That wasn't their fault at all. The driver was very good too. Once he got his hands on the operation, he was very professional. The car came up as clean as a whistle, and I gave him a $50 tip, and off we went. He did a great job.

Everything was excellent. I got the vehicle earlier than I thought I would. There was good communication and the driver was friendly. Montway made the move very seamless. After I made the request online and paid the money, it was the way it was supposed to be. They did a good job.

Once I called customer service, I met with the guy who was talking to me about the service, but everything seemed terrible because we were discussing about the price already. I did the arrangements to bring my daughter's car to my house and it was very prompt communication. Someone from Montway reached back to me, and they gave me the price then took part of the money out of my card. They told me they were gonna look for a driver, and they’ll assign it in days, then my car was shipped. It came home nicely, and the driver was the sweetest guy. He brought the car to my house, and he contacted me within hours before reaching here then he called back when he was 20 minutes away. The service was very prompt and I can’t complain. It was a very excellent experience. There are quotes from other companies that are 200 or 300 cheaper than Montway's, but it wasn’t that big of a gap. Some people, you save a couple of hundreds, and it's a nightmare.

My Montway experience was very good. The pickup and delivery of my car were very timely, and the driver was terrific. He was on time. But the cost has gotten expensive because of the gas prices and labor situation. It was way more than the last time we used them.

The signing up experience with Montway was simple but the delivery was lousy. The rep didn’t deliver to our house but on a main road in the dark. He said he didn’t want to come to my house because he was scared to deliver it there so I politely said that I would meet him down at the gas station. He went past the gas station and on the main road. It was a very frigid night and it was very dark, and there was traffic here and there. I didn't appreciate the car being delivered in the dark where I couldn't see it and I also didn't appreciate that he wouldn't let me make a note on his phone that he got the money and that it was delivered.

Montway was an excellent choice. Their rep did a great job and was very good at communicating. She would keep in touch with us and with the actual transport company. The driver was wonderful. I knew where the car was the whole time. He found the position we located to tell him to meet up. He was so nice that I took him a little gift bag with some food and drinks in it, and he was very appreciative. He was a very nice man. He was clean cut. He was nicely dressed. We were the last car on the truck. He had it all parked, ready for me to drive off. Overall, everything is exactly what Montway said. There were no secrets. They were very accommodating. I’d refer them.

So, I explained it to the guy and he jumped on it. They booked it right away. Roman, the driver, was top-notch. He let me call and text him. He was super nice. I love him. He was very professional and a good person. It was because of him that I totally had trust in everything.

Montway was a little bit more money but when I was looking at the other sites, I didn't feel as confident in the other sites as I did with Montway. Their rating was what pushed me to use them. Everything worked out great. It was a good experience. I was happy and I would recommend Montway.

Montway had one of the higher ranking auto transport services of all the online reviews of the places I was looking at. Signing up was easy and smooth. There was nothing out of the ordinary. I wasn't there for the pickup, but my family member said it went smoothly. The guy was professional. When I received the car, it was the same. It was very quick and there was no nonsense, which I liked. It was a fair price, too.

Montway's pricing was a little higher than some of the other transport services. But overall, I felt better about the process that Montway offered after speaking with the sales rep and the technicians that I spoke with. The physical shipment only took about three days. It actually beat me home. So I wasn't here for the delivery and I had a friend of mine handle it. Because of the constrictions with getting that big hauler down my street, they just met at a local Lowe's that was close by and delivered it. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that it was very late at night in February. Overall, they did a good job.
