Montway said they'd do what I wanted but my move ended up terrible. It took forever and they kept passing the buck. They kept promising and promising and never picked up the car. Also, they quoted the move at 680 but they got to the point that they said, "Well, if you give us 900, we can pick it up right away." I'll never use them again.

They were great. Everyone was so kind and so accommodating. When they came out to pick up my car, immediately, I knew that my car was in safe hands. The delivery was right on time. It was what they said it was gonna be. It was perfect. There was some bad weather everybody had to get through. That was when they had the freezing and the ice storms. But my car got here just perfectly.

The driver gave me updates so that I know when he could pick up my car and when it would be delivered. The quote was a bit higher than other market options but it was acceptable.

Montway's customer service team was really good. The ending bill was the exact same quote they gave. They did a great job.

The quote that Montway provided to me was great but the delivery wasn’t so great. The driver wanted me to pay his part in cash and he refused to give me a receipt for that. So, I sent a reply back to Montway and let them know I would use them again next time I needed a transport but I would not accept the same driver. Montway did everything they said they would do. The service, other than the delivery, was fantastic.

The person I talked to at Montway sounded nice and helpful. Carlos, the driver, was awesome and I was very impressed. I want to give him kudos and pass on to the powers that be that I was very pleased and happy with him. It was worth it shipping the vehicles over trying to drive them myself. If Montway’s drivers are all as good as Carlos was, I wouldn't hesitate about them.

The transport of my motorcycle from Philadelphia to Florida took about a week. Montway did a great job and everything went smoothly.

The final cost was $100 more than I had originally expected but it was because they allowed some items to be left in the vehicle which helped me out a lot. I’d use them again, for sure.

When they picked up my vehicle, everything was professional. They picked it up in a U-Haul moving vehicle and put it on a specially made pallet for transporting motorcycles. The quote was for 875 but in the times that we're living in, everything's very expensive. I took that into account and it didn't seem like the move was too overpriced. Spending another 150 bucks to have something transported from one side of the country to the other safely, that's worth it to me for an extra 150 bucks. I would definitely recommend Montway. I'll probably use them in the future.

The quote that Montway gave me was a fair market price. Time expectations were great and the driver guy would call as soon as he dropped the car. I had an outstanding experience and I would recommend them to another client.

I reached out to Montway because I needed to transport a vintage Volkswagen that I had repainted that was out of state. Montway Auto Transport had a little lower quote than everybody else. The difference was not a lot but I got the best deal out there. The Montway rep explained the process. I was told that there would be a little window of when they pick the car up from the time I made the booking. But they had someone available and they said that he could be there in 40 minutes. The driver is a lovely guy and it's a really nice transport truck. We knew when he was coming and we knew when the car was arriving. I'll use them again when I move back, for my car.

I had sold a car in 2015 and the buyer of it used them. Then when I was ready to have a car hauled, I did an internet search and recognized the name Montway. It was the best quote out of the three that I received. The rep communicated with me almost every day. The car was coming from California to Pennsylvania and he was very good at keeping me abreast of where he was and when he anticipated being here. The cost was exactly what they quoted me. I was completely satisfied. I’d use them again if the opportunity ever came up.

They were able to get the car picked up in a timely manner. Sometimes, that's more important than the dollars. The driver seemed to be a good guy, too.

The driver had a problem with his vehicle so Montway had to reschedule for the following week but they kept in touch with me almost daily on the progress of when the car was going to be picked up. During the delivery, the driver called me and told me he was gonna be there at a certain time, and he was here at that time.

They were great and very informative. The communication was great too. I got text messages and updates. They were on top of it. It was a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend and Montway was able to deal with the fact that it wasn't a normal motorcycle and were able to give a fair quote. It was a little higher than most, but then again, it was a unique product. It wasn't just a normal typical motorcycle, it's actually a small car.

I used Montway for transporting my car to California from Maryland and then, from California back to Maryland. I had a great experience. The reps were very helpful. Initially, there was a little communication issue. It was completely new for me and they didn’t quite explain how the process was going to go but once things got rolling, the communication got better. The drivers were very flexible with me as well in terms of setting up. I told them my availability and they were flexible with the date and time of pickup. They contacted me when they were on their way. So, it was a good communication process. The quote was accurate and it was what I expected. Plus. Montway has a good turnaround service. There was some time to even deliver prior to the estimated time that you can expect your car to be there at a decent time. You don’t have to wait very long and your car will be delivered to you in good condition.

I sent my Kissel through Montway and they were good. The driver was fast and efficient as well. People should use this company.

I was moving a vehicle that I purchased from the other side of the country, which was something I'd never done before. So, it was very scary. Montway was not the least expensive of the two or three that I got quotes from, but they were the highest rated. So, I decided to spend a little extra money and see if it would work out and they were great. When I had a specific question, I got a customer service chat, with a real name, back with the answers to the questions. They also provided an accurate estimate of when the car would be moved with the caveat that they weren't moving it, so that would be up to the mover. They also transitioned me very smoothly over to working with Montway.

It was a smooth pickup. So far, the driver estimates an arrival time next week. He was really nice. I also had just used Montway in February and it was the same professional service. Everything the rep said that was going to happen happened.

Sometimes, when you go to search on the internet, you search auto transport and it's not really the company that moves it, it's a broker, then they assign it to somebody. When I called Montway, they were indeed one company that does it all. When I got ahold of them, I said, "The most important thing to me is communication and it's all one company. So, this number that I called, can I call you back?" The person that handled the reservation for me said, "Yeah, just call the number back." Everything was great with the delivery. The things that they promised me that the driver would reach out to me when it's closer to pick-up time, that happened too. I was totally happy with them.

Everything was right on schedule and smooth sailing. They were very punctual and kept me in the loop through every step.

The driver went above and beyond. This car was delivered in the middle of a horrific snowstorm and the driver had to back down my street with a semi. He probably was afraid he wouldn't be able to turn around. He backed a third of a mile at least down this street, and then helped me get the car off the driveway because I was knee-deep in snow. It was horrible, but all went well. I was very satisfied. I would love for it to have been cheaper, but we all want that. If I had another car, I would use Montway again.

Montway had some good feedback so I chose them to move my car from LA to Eureka. Their quote was good. The driver kept in contact with me and he dropped the car off exactly when he said he would. I was very happy and I would recommend Montway.

My experience with them went pretty well. It was a lot simpler than I thought it would be. Pretty smooth, quick and painless. I was happy with that. It took a few days longer than expected, but that was because there was a bunch of storms around the country. But, it got there pretty fast. It's also cheaper than you would expect for shipping something across the country. I would definitely go to Montway again.

Montway got some good drivers. When they brought a car to me a couple months ago, the driver was courteous and right on time. This guy had a really nice rig. It could haul three cars and it’s enclosed. It’s expensive to haul nowadays. The cost was twice as much as it used to be but it's okay. I got what I wanted and I was happy.

Dallas got socked in with that bad storm when I was transporting my vehicle so we had lots of problems. Every time we thought that we could get a truck into Dallas, we couldn't do it. The shipper would cancel and then Montway would put another one. But they finally got a truck and they delivered the vehicle. We put the drop-off in a place where the driver could drive in and he did a fine job. I'm pleasantly happy with how we were treated. If a friend or family needed to get a car across the country, I'd tell them to call Montway.

It took a minute to get someone confirmed for the pickup. We booked more than a month in advance and they told us that they don't get a driver until a week or so out, which was a little nerve-racking for us. We were leaving our house so we had to get the cars picked up and we were getting the cars picked up a couple of days before we were scheduled to leave. But the people were engaged and the driver that picked up did a good job. Also, the transport took a little bit shorter than they said. The cars were extremely dirty but there were no issues or damage. Overall, our experience was pleasant and we’d use Montway again.

I got six quotes and Montway had the most reasonable one. I looked them up online and didn't see any negative comments so that helped. They seemed to jump on it right away so I chose them. I was interested in getting a commitment. they were going to come, picked up the car on a day, and it was going to be delivered within a week or so. It was going to be a clean delivery. That was all I was interested in.

The vehicle was delivered on the time when Montway said it would. The total transport took about five days and the quote they gave me was very accurate.

When I talked to them, they were able to take the cost down a little bit which was helpful. They still weren't the cheapest but it was fair for the time frame I needed it. I love the guy Montway sent to drive because he was a real car person so I knew he cared about making sure nothing happened in the car. Also, the quote was exactly what was said.

I've shipped quite a few cars through Montway. My last experience with them was good and I'll continue to use them. I've used one other transport company and made an attempt to use another. But it wasn't as easy and the timing of the pickup and drop-off was horrible with other carriers. Montway seemed to narrow down the days for both pickup and drop-off much better for me. In the instances that I used them, they were very convenient on that aspect, which can be a huge issue if you're not ready for how they do things. They also don't mind if you throw a few things in your trunk while other transport companies are dead set against that kind of stuff. Aside from that, Montway is very competitively priced.

We had half an hour's notice when my vehicles were picked up. It would be fair if they had a bigger window when they were gonna be here, like between 8:00 and 12:00 rather than calling that they'd be here in 30 minutes. That was the only downfall. Other than that, everything about the whole experience was perfect. We liked that during pick up and delivery, they inspected the vehicles and walked us through them.

Everything worked out great. Pickup and delivery were easy. No issues with the vehicle, as well.

Within a couple of hours - right after I paid for the car, got the title, and was waiting for my plane to get back to Seattle - he already sorted out everything. The whole transaction was very quick. I talked with the driver to make sure I knew what time the truck would come. The truck company was very helpful and they tried to work with my schedule. Everything was smooth.

The transport happened to be right in the middle of the winter storm. Then two hours after the driver picked up the vehicle, he was involved in some type of automobile accident that disabled his truck. It was a one-ton truck pulling a trailer with three vehicles on it. Montway called me the next day and let me know what had happened. They sent me pictures and let me know the vehicle was in good shape. They contacted the driver and he was working to get repairs done and that he was planning to leave. He picked it up on a Thursday and then he was gonna leave on Monday, but the weather stayed complicated. A few more days went on and the driver, a couple of times, said that he was gonna leave, but he never did leave.

The driver went around the whole car and looked at it. It was a little dark at night so he was going around with a light just to make sure there weren't any flaws on the vehicle. Everything was just like I expected when the vehicle arrived.

My daughter used Montway and she had a good experience so I picked them as well to move one of my vehicles from California to New York. Customer service was seamless and the quote I got was fair. The move was quicker than I thought. Everything went well and I would recommend Montway.

Everybody from Montway was easy to work with. I wasn't there when they picked the F-250 up and I just left it and told the rep that the keys were in the door. The transport was smooth and everything went as I was told. I gave the vehicle to my son and he said that it was in good shape.

Everything went accordingly when I shipped my 1995 BMW from Jacksonville, Tennessee to Charlotte, North Carolina. It took Montway four days tops to transport it and their customer service was excellent. The cost was a little bit more than the final quote but only on my end. Most of the time, I had a vehicle that wasn't running, but I thought it was. Other than that, I've used Montway before and they're pretty good.

When I use Montway, they usually call me to confirm the shipment and then call me again when they have found a driver for it. Usually, there's a bit of a language barrier when I talk to Montway on the phone and sometimes, it's kind of hard to understand them.

The car transport I had down to Atlanta, Georgia took one day. The driver picked it up on time and delivered it the next morning. Everything was great, except for that ticket that I got from the toll booth for $50. They took a picture of my tags and sent it to me. Other than that, I will definitely use Montway again.

I've used Montway multiple times and I keep going back to them. They always tell me what's going on and the move happened when they said. I've had other places where I never knew what the heck was going on. Montway is a couple bucks more but they're worth every penny. Their guy is trustworthy and honest.

They were more expensive than the other company I was going to use, but they came and they said everything was set up and got the car collected, and it was fine. It was reasonable. It was there within the time that they said it would be. So, that was really nice. I would definitely use them again if I had to transport my car again, for sure.

When Montway was going to pick up our car, they were going to be a day late. But they let us know that. They also let us know when the vehicle was going to be dropped off. Point A to Point B was less than a week.

Montway has a cheaper price. I asked their rep he could discount a bit and he discounted $100. The final price was $50 away from the quote. Everything was perfect with the process. The vehicle came the same as it was before it departed.

Last year, my van lines hooked me up with them and they were very good. Everything was excellent right down the road and my vehicle got here exactly when they said it would. I would use them again.

When I scheduled my move with Montway, there were two days when nothing happened. No one called and I didn't know what was going on. Once the driver picked the car up, it went fine. He kept us informed and the move was fast. The weather was bad but still the move from Connecticut to Iowa was two days. But, the quote Montway gave was a little low. The cost was a couple hundred more by the time it was all done.

The rep was very nice and the setup process was simpler than I thought. It was done in two minutes and it was seamless. The trucking company that would do the move of my motorcycle called me that day. In two days, they picked up the bike. There were three snowstorms that blanketed the Midwest all the way up to the Eastern Seaboard and so the move was delayed by four days. But the bike still came earlier than when Montway said it was going to be at New Hampshire. The final cost of the move was reasonable. If I ever do this move again, I would use Montway.

The transport started off a little rough because it was promised that the vehicle would be picked up on a scheduled date. A one-day transport was turned into a delay of about five days because there was a trailer issue with the tire. Then, the driver was sick and I had to wait. It was a little frustrating at first but the vehicle eventually got here so that's good. Still, it’s a little hard to place a bunch of trust in a company when it was wishy-washy. I was calling the truck driver directly and he was completely honest about things, but it was disappointing when I'm trying to move my family halfway down the coast of the United States.

Montway was reliable, the most consistent on calling me back, and the easiest to work with so I went with them. I had scheduled a couple of different pickup places so I had to call them and set a time. They canceled the first one that I needed cancelled and still went through with the next one. And they told me when, where, and how much on the same phone call. Also, the final quote I had wasn't bad. I did it around Christmas and it was pretty cheap but then afterwards, it was pretty high. It was weird to see that change a couple of times but my quote was good enough to go with them. The transport took seven days and my vehicle was unharmed.

Montway had the best rate and it was easier to schedule a date to pick it up within the time frame I wanted it. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery went well. There was an email and it had the driver's phone number. I called them up and he verified he'd either be there Wednesday or Thursday and then touched base with me. He was very friendly. Nothing was damaged in the car, too. When I get ready to move in a couple of years again, I'll use Montway again.

The reps were great and the driver was amazing. But, we would have liked to be able to track exactly where the car was. Everything else was wonderful. Montway did a good job with the quote. We ended up with the first quote we got which was low.

Shipping a car to car people is a big deal. First of all, you don't wanna be troubled with a whole bunch of quotes and dealing with people that say one thing and it’s not true. If I purchase with Montway, my car's gonna move in this timeframe. It has always happened. I've moved so many cars in my life that I know that once I found Montway, I would stick with them because I know what I'm getting. Also, the price has been decent. I've decided that going with Montway is the best to buy my time and not have to worry about it. I've recommended Montway to one of my friends. Another thing that makes Montway’s service so good is that you can get a quote quickly. They email with the price and it's not a whole lot of badgering. Even their closed shipping price is not egregious. So I've used a closed ship as well with them.

If someone needs a car shipped, I'd recommend Montway. They're affordable. The reps were also super helpful and made the process very easy. I had to have someone meet the driver for me, and from what I hear, he was good as well.

I sent a car to my kid in an army base. I knew somebody who just used Montway a month before and they said to check out Montway. I was told they're gonna take care of me and that's what they did. The delivery came in earlier than expected and the driver was incredible.

He made me feel confident working with their company. He was very professional and knowledgeable. This is the first time I ever had to transport a car. I would feel comfortable calling him and having them do it again for me.

It was a father and son who did the delivery and they were quite nice and very professional. I had an unusual delivery request because I was moving to a new city and they held my car for a couple of days until I could arrive. The transport worked out really good. Also, it was a fair price.

Montway got good reviews, was recommended, and that's what we went with. Everybody was professional. The driver who picked up the car was excellent. What gave me great peace was because it was an 18 wheeler, we had to meet the truck in a parking lot, in a place where he could pull in. But in that truck, the driver had $2 million worth of other cars, and I thought, “My car will be fine.” Obviously, Montway moves expensive cars. My car isn't worth that much so I felt it would be just fine. The quote was exactly the same with the final cost. I would recommend Montway highly to anybody.

The driver was willing to work with me and working with them was easy.

The driver arrived during an ice storm and it was the worst day. He was diligent. He had to take off two cars and then take mine off, and do this. He got the car delivered on time. Everything was great.

I was a little nervous at first, but the man that was transporting my car kept in constant contact with my friends and family. Then, when I met the delivery driver, they were very good getting the car unloaded and checking everything out to make sure there were no scratches or dents. It all went smoothly. I am a collector of classic cars and I had many cars transported for me that I purchased. I haven’t dealt with anyone that has done a better job than Montway.

They had a very professional auto transporter that delivered my vehicle to me. They delivered it earlier than anticipated. The driver called me several times to confirm delivery and kept me updated on where he was and what the expected time of arrival was. I couldn't be happier with that part of it. The quote was also spot on. All I paid was what the rep said. I was highly satisfied.

He contacted me a day ahead of time to let me know a rough time of their delivery and about an hour or so before delivery, he said he would be there in an hour. There were three that were a couple of hundred dollars cheaper but it was worth the extra money to assure that it was delivered in a timely manner and not damaged.

The guys said they couldn’t get out right away and I said it was fine with me because I was moving. I didn’t need the bike right then. But Montway did everything they said they were going to do, which was all that I was looking for. So, I’m happy.

So I was moving out to the other side of Colorado and I originally hired a different company to move my car. They were so wishy-washy. They would not call me back and they wouldn't answer the phone. If they did answer the phone, they'd say, "Okay, can I put you in a brief hold?" and never pick up the phone again. I canceled that and didn't know what to do. We were not at the location at the time. The driver waited there for us for a couple of minutes then we were able to get our car. The car was dirty but that was to be expected on the back of a truck and for driving through states. Other than that, it was in great condition. I had all good experiences. We're just thankful for Montway because we had a million other things going on.

Montway was responsive. Both of our cars were picked up within the timeframe that they did provide and it was on the earliest day of the timeframe that they recommended. The delivery was very prompt especially for my husband's car. It got here the day after we arrived by plane. I had used them previously in 2017 for a cross-country move and this time around, the service was good.

He arrived a couple of days later than Montway said but because of the weather, that was fine. The only thing I noticed is that I have a bra on the front of my car when they pulled it out off the ramp. Other than that, it was in perfect condition. I was surprised it didn't come back all dirty. The experience with Montway was all very good. It was very nerve-wracking for me though because I was offering to pay somebody $2,000 to go get a vehicle I'd never seen. So there was a huge trust factor here that they were going to bring me my car safe and sound and they did, very nicely. The driver was very communicative. He texted, emailed, phoned me as he was coming across the United States. He told me he was going to be in my driveway at 10 o'clock and he arrived at 10:01. It worked really well. He said, "Other than that, you can stay with a cheap guy." Sure enough, he was right. The cheap guy never got delivered. So I went back to them and paid the extra money and got it delivered. The location was perfect. The driver was in contact and kept me posted on where he was at, texted me about 20 minutes before his actual arrival time and he was there. It was good. He dropped the car and left.

I was pleased with the service. The person I talked to when I called was really good and assured me that things were on the up-and-up. What I did appreciate was him explaining to me the different costs certain times a year, why it's so much cheaper to do it in the fall or the wintertime. The guy that was organizing the shipping or the truck, unfortunately, got stuck. He had a truck break down just up north of San Diego and he had to replace an engine part in his truck. I told him, “Do what you got to do. It's not going to make any difference for us if it's two more days.” He was excellent as far as trying to accommodate and he had other people that were shipping cars that were not being quite so patient. Montway works with the contractors that ship the vehicles. My mom had used them to transport her vehicle and had a good experience so I called them up when I needed to get a vehicle from Florida to California. Customer service was excellent. There was a difference with the ending bill because they called at the last minute and said that they found some expedited express truck that could bring the car in two days. That sounded great because it worked with my schedule, it was a Monday or Tuesday. But when I contacted them because no one had contacted me, they said, "Oh, no, it could be within five days." We had to leave town, I had to have my vehicles move to a different place. I wish I would have known that so I could have prepared for it better.

My with experience Montway was very good. As soon as I made the initial payment, they called and they told me that they would schedule one driver for the next five days. That was true. On the fifth day, they called me back and said that the driver was on his way to take the vehicle and he was gonna be down there tomorrow. The transport was for 600 miles. The driver picked the vehicle up in the morning and the vehicle arrived at night that same day. So, it was a very short time. They told me one price and then they charged that price. So, there were no hidden fees. I'd tell anyone considering Montway to go and pay for that one. Montway Auto Transport is better than having another service with lag and hidden fees.
