Montway Auto Transport Reviews

Montway was a bit higher than the other transporters that I looked at. But Montway was the only one that I spoke to. We were relocating for a few months, and we needed to bring our car with us. It was much better than I had anticipated. I have never done this before. And I was very pleased with all the arrangements and with the driver. He was excellent. A very nice, young man, gave us assurances about the arrival of the car. He did beyond our expectations. We're very pleased with the way it was handled. We will probably use Montway's services on the return trip.

I had to find a mover fast, and Montway was the most reasonable and able to get the vehicle transported in the least amount of time. The entire experience was very good. They were efficient and stuck to the estimate. They were very clear on when they would pick it up and when they would call. I had myself as a contact and realizing I may not be in cell service, I changed it to my sister, and they were very good about that. I love the driver. He was very professional. When he pulled up, he handled my vehicle with kid-glove care and nothing was rushed. Everything was very methodical. I also live way out in the country and I know that he had to manage that truck on some hairpin turn type things. He had to maneuver the vehicle on a one-lane road on a dead-end street. He did it well and made it clean to the house. I was impressed.

Montway got back to me quicker and they were more upfront. They told me how everything would work out too. Because we were leaving Florida on a Friday, and we weren't getting to Texas on a Monday, the biggest thing was making sure that the vehicle wouldn't be there before we got there. And they aligned everything to work out perfectly fine for us. They brought the car to us, and inspected it here in our house.

Montway is a good company to go with. Everything was smooth like it was supposed to be. The driver showed up in Tampa before the expected date and I was so happy. It was really fast.

My vehicle got to the delivery place earlier than expected and I wasn't money ready. I was told it’d be there Friday and they came Wednesday. But it all worked out. Montway was awesome. The driver was great. My car showed up and there wasn't anything wrong with it or miles put on it. I was pleased. I referred Montway to a couple of my friends. It's definitely not extremely pricey. Montway was the cheapest quote that I had got out of all the quotes I was looking for and that was another reason I went with them.

Everybody I dealt with was wonderful. I have no complaints about the service or the people that I worked with. The only thing that I wish had been different would be some sort of virtual tracking. I had to call the driver directly versus just being able to go online. Other than that, the condition of the car was much better than we thought it would be being in an open carry. It looked great when it arrived.

I had a fantastic experience with the reps. It was so seamless. The movers came up to where I lived and worked around my schedule which was fantastic. They were very communicative. Their truck had issues and I got a text telling that they were fixing it and then telling me that they're back on the road. They were still early delivering the car.

I did a purchase of a vehicle on Autotraders and there was an ad for Montway on there. I checked them and a couple of others that I knew about. Montway had the lower numbers and they had good reviews so I just went with them. I had several emails and they answered right away. The vehicle was picked up within two days of me scheduling it, which surprised me. The driver contacted me and let me know when he'd be here. He was here on time. That was excellent for me for a first-timer.

It was a great experience for both my of cars. The communication with the driver was good and the process was great. Montway is very flexible. Everything's good.

I called Montway and the guy that answered was pretty nice. I felt confident with him and everything turned out wonderful. The quality of the transportation was fantastic. Montway has a wonderful driver and that made the whole thing wonderful. If I have to use him, I will use them again.

I flew to New York and my mom gave me her car. I had to have it transported. My little sister looked up transport agencies and she gave me the name of Montway Motors and told me the name of a guy to call in Chicago. I called him and his answering machine said that he would get back to me in five minutes or less. I waited about four hours and he never called. I went online and found a local Montway number and called it. I talked to a really nice guy and told him the deal that I was flying out on Wednesday. If they could pick the car up at my mom's house before Wednesday, it would be there. But if it was after Wednesday, I had to move it to my brother's house.

The final cost went down 100 once the final quote came in. Communicating with the driver was great. It was good communication ahead of time before they picked the vehicle up. The driver called and said the delivery was gonna be between 3:00 and 5:00 on a specific day. He also said, "Okay, we're 30 minutes out". I was extremely happy. I'll use Montway again anytime and recommend them too. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I can’t imagine any better service from beginning to end.

The rep at Montway was helpful and the driver was excellent. He was very friendly, showed up, communicated the whole time and was exactly where he said he would be. He updated us if there was a change and gave us plenty of notice. From what I experienced with Montway, you get the price that you are quoted and a professional driver. You know what is going on and get your car on time and in good shape.

I got a 2021 TLX Acura in Florida and I needed to transport it to New York. I checked out seven companies and one of them stole my money. That was why I was pretty skeptical with Montway. The first time I called, I probed them a lot so they probably were a little irritated. But when I hung up with them the second time, it was legit. That was how I knew it was okay to go with them. The quote was pretty decent, especially since they were official.

Montway did a good job and I was highly impressed. The transport took two days. When the driver picked up the car, I talked to him. He's very knowledgeable and polite. The timing was good and I didn't have to wait a long time. Montway gave me a fair number and I paid exactly what they said. I was happy with everything.

Customer service was very good and the quote provided was very competitive. It was the amount of money I paid. The delivery of my vehicle was very quick. The driver was professional, cordial and he did a good job. I would use them again and recommend them to anybody.

I was buying was a car that was in South Dakota coming to North Carolina. It was a Plymouth Prowler so I went on the Prowler club. A couple of guys had used Montway in the past and said things went well. The whole process went very smoothly. Montway did everything they said they were going to do. They were on time and the driver that delivered the car was very personable. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Montway's team was very communicative and they kept me in the loop at every step of the process. The pickup and delivery went smoothly. The cost was very affordable and cost-competitive. I would use Montway again in a heartbeat.

They picked the car up at the time they said they were going to and they delivered it to the location. Also, the price didn't change and the driver communicated with me at the beginning and with my daughter at the pick-up. I was happy with the experience.

Montway responded quickly and everything was done right on time. It was kind of funny because I thought to myself, a lot of the reviews on all these different places were where something had happened. If you're shipping a car across the country, anything could happen. A delay of a day or two should almost be expected. But on my end, everything happened right on time though I overpaid.

I would recommend Montway. It was good, and the driver communicated with us, letting us know prior to pick-up and prior to delivery.

Pickup and delivery went very smoothly, and Montway was very accommodating. We had to make some modifications halfway, and they worked with us perfectly. I was expecting a little more resistance on that part, but nothing. Everything went well. The party on the receiving end also had good things to say about them because they had to make the changes at that end before the drop off and they were equally pleased.

Montway's reps were really good at explaining what would happen and they stayed right to the penny with the quote they gave me. The driver at that end was a little late because they made other stops but it's fine, although there was some damage to the car. When the car was picked up, it was put on one of those car transports but when my son picked it up, it was being towed by a single truck, so on top of a carrier. The steering column was off-centered by six inches and we had to get it readjusted. There was a little bit of damage to one of the tires also. But all in all, I was very happy and I would use Montway again. They were nice people and they did exactly what they said they would do.

We had a very pleasurable experience with Montway. We had to change our pickup times a couple of times and had to change the carrier. The driver they used was good. We thought it would be something that would take time but we moved in Saturday night and we got our car Sunday morning. Also, I got a market price because the quote was about the same amount of money that you should expect. I was not cheated.

I've used Montway two or three times now and it's been real good. I used to use another company but Montway seems to be easier to do. Everything's online and if you need to, you’ve got a number you can call. They've been very helpful. They'll give you a quote right away and so far, they've done everything they said they're going to do.

I liked the attentiveness that Montway showed. They got back to me, provided the full information, and were just easy to work with. The pricing was similar too. I wasn't there when the car was picked up but the driver took pictures all the way around to make sure that it arrived in the same condition. The driver was very good. If there was a change in the pickup, he was open to it and picked the car up right on time. The pickup went very smoothly. He also let me know when they were an hour or two hours for the drop-off.

The driver came and picked the car up, and he was helpful. He dropped it off, and he was fine. Montway is very easy work with and there is good communication.

I’ve used Montway now for a couple of years because I happen to like them. When we were coming from Boston to Florida, we used them again and they were wonderful. I always dealt with Giovanni and he was very accommodating. The quote we had was higher than we thought it was gonna be but we paid it anyway. The transport took three or four days and the car was in good condition when it arrived. We’re in a community in Florida where the trucks aren’t allowed to come in so we had to go to the driver outside of the community. We had to find a location for the truck to meet us.

I arranged a transport for my daughter with Montway. Everything was really good.

This is the only time I've ever had to transport a vehicle, and I expected it to be a lot more complicated than it was, but it was straightforward once I did the application online. There were a couple of delays because of some mechanical issues, but the transporter was good at conveying that they were running behind and when they were going to get there. Also, the car was in perfect condition when it arrived. I was very happy with service.

Whenever I buy cars, Montway is pretty much exclusively who I use. They've been the best I've ever used - fastest, for sure, and the best prices. I used this other company for one of my Range Rovers and it was sitting in New Jersey for two or three weeks. They couldn't find a driver. Then, I found Montway and they had the car picked up the day I called. They were way faster and more responsive.

My whole experience was really good. They were helpful. I had lots of questions and they all got answered. Communication with the driver was great. They got my car where it needed to be and brought down the final cost too. I’ll probably use them when I have to come back.

Montway's reps were very good. They took all the information down, and they were very customer service-oriented and polite. They transported my vehicle from South Carolina to Virginia and it was between 600 and 700 miles. The courier drivers showed up on time and they took very good care of my automobile. They took pictures of it before they loaded it up so that if there was any damage, they would see what it looked like before and after. So, they were very conscientious. They picked it up on a Friday and I told them I wouldn't be in Virginia until Monday. They said that was fine and that they'd deliver it on Monday afternoon. So, they worked with my schedule. All in all, it was a very easy experience.

Setting everything up was confusing. There were too many representatives and there were different calls. I don't think they have their act together. Other than that, the driver was great and he was very communicative. Also, he took pictures of things before and after and sent them to me. It was very professional.

I like working with Montway. They are an excellent carrier if you have a flexible time frame, 'cause they are a broker and they're hiring different truckers. ​I've used them multiple times. 9 out of 10 times, it's been spot-on. One time, there was a truck issue, a mechanical breakdown. The car came about a week late. Didn't matter. We weren't on a tight deadline, so it was okay.

The process was all done online. The pick-up was fine and done by a nice gentleman. The delivery was fine too. The cost was good.

The transport coordinator was good, quick and efficient. The coordination was fine. We sent texts. It was a seamless process.

Working with Montway was a seamless experience. I got exactly what I was promised. Communication was pretty good. I got proper notification. The driver who was supposed to pick up my car showed up on the time promised and then the delivery was also pretty smooth. I had to change the delivery address and that was very smoothly handled. I like that Montway called me back because I talked to the actual vendors that my delivery address is going to change. My vehicle came before I expected, and one day before I expected. So I had to get it delivered to a friend's place. Montway then called me and said, "Hey, have you raised this request or the vendor is just doing something illegitimate?" That was very comforting. Montway's price is higher than what I was getting from competitors but given the service, it was the right choice.

We liked what we heard when we talked to them. The driver called and told us where he'd pick the car up because we were in a very rural area in the mountains. We met him there and he was there on time. He took photos, talked to us, loaded the vehicle and he was on his way. It worked out perfectly. He was here in three days. It was unbelievably fast. The communication was perfect. The same guy picked it up and dropped it off. I was very pleased with Montway. They were a great company to work with.

Montway was fantastic. My mom shipped a truck out to us from Napa, California to Andover, Massachusetts. It traveled about 3,500 miles. They were very thorough on the front end and very accommodating because they picked up the truck at the shop where it had just gotten maintained instead of her having to drive it out of her garage. That was very convenient because she's getting a little bit older and it's too big for her to drive. They were able to pick up a mile and a half from her house, which was very nice. They were definitely on time for Andover to deliver to Andover.

The driver picked the car up one afternoon and it took a day and a half. The whole process was done extremely well.

The way that Montway explained their process was that they had drivers that were at their disposal. It wouldn't be like a bidding system. It was a sure thing. They gave me a set window that the vehicle would be picked up and delivered. The price would stay the same. They had two options. I could pay the total price upfront on my credit card. It was $90 more. I could pay half on the credit card and then half in guaranteed funds at delivery. I just chose to put it on my credit card 'cause that was easier for me. My experience with them went absolutely 100% perfectly, as smoothly as I could have hoped for. The rep was great. She was the person that I spoke to, initially. I also had her direct line to call back when I booked.

I've dealt with Montway before. I called three other transporters and Montway had the best price, which was the first time I used them. Then I went and called them the second time for the transport ‘cause I had no problem with them when they moved the car the first time. I was satisfied with their service. Their cost was reasonable. I got two different quotes from them. I was doing it online and then I called them directly and there was about a $300 difference between their online quote and their verbal quote. I'm not sure if it was less because I told them that I used the service three years prior.

My only complaint is that they give me a timeframe that they'll pick my vehicle up between Monday and Saturday and I got 90 minutes notice when the guy was an hour and a half close to my house. Other than that, the communication with the driver was outstanding and the quote was spot on. Working with them was simple and easy. If I had to ship a car, I'd probably choose them again.

The transport was expensive but everybody's pretty much the same. Other than that, the rep was good. The driver was in constant contact with me about where he was and when I needed to have somebody was ready. Everything was fine.

Montway was fantastic. The reps were very helpful in telling me what to expect. They seemed to know everything that they were talking about. They were able to find somebody within a couple of days of the time frame. I heard from the carrier that Montway found and he was able to come down. The next morning, he gave me a call that he was right outside with my truck. I ended up having the quote increased by a little bit because of how far out of the way we were, but it was still much more competitive than anything I had found.

There was a bunch of other people that were transporting cars to Florida, but Montway was the most reasonable and more consistent in their pricing. They were also more reasonable in their increase from the original quote, so I stayed with them. The communication was very good. We met the driver near us and he was very professional. We took pictures of the car and I signed them and we all agreed to what was going to happen next and how the car was going to come down here. It all worked as promised. We had a great experience.

The dealership that I purchased the car from was going to arrange to have my car shipped to Arizona for me. But the people who were setting it up kept dropping the ball. Then all of a sudden, I came down to crunch time and nobody lined up to ship my car. So one of the dealers gave me the name of Montway and the phone number, and I called and arranged it myself. Everything went very well. My experience with Montway was perfect. They bailed me out of a pretty tight spot and got the work done and very promptly. The driver didn't speak much English, but I had no problem communicating with him. From Illinois to Phoenix area, he got the car down there in less than 48 hours. The service was kind of expensive. But it was about half the price of renting a car if I had tried to rent a car to do the same thing.

Montway quoted me a price and when I made the agreement, I paid for it. Some other companies then called me back. The price I paid was about $200 higher than the other companies. Montway picked up my car in New Hampshire and got it to Florida. That took five days and the experience was fine. The driver contacted my brother-in-law when he picked it up, and he contacted me when he was in Florida. The car arrived in the same condition as when he picked it up. The final price was accurate to the quote I got.

The process from pick-up and delivery was super smooth. The car got picked up and delivered on time. I had requested for it to be overnight because my tickets and my trip were planned that way. So, I specifically requested the carrier to deliver it at a certain time. The communication was really good. They kept me posted. It was great service. So, in the future, if I need something again, I'll definitely get in touch with them.

I did an online quote initially and then, I called somebody to ask a couple of questions after I had set it up to make sure I understood everything. The reps did well and the driver was good. Communication was what we needed and I had no concerns there.

The transport with Montway worked great. It took about a week but that was not bad. The car arrived right on time. I met with the driver upon pickup, and I had to figure out where to meet him to where he could get his tractor trailer. That was the same upon delivery. I had to figure out the easiest place to meet him for his tractor trailer for him to drop off the vehicle. The interaction was all great. He was very professional. Montway is a great company to choose for moving a vehicle across the country. They give very professional service and very accurate estimates as far as cost and timeline.

I always use Montway. They beat everyone's price. I used them recently, and the driver this time was good. I'm very cautious of my car, so I always look around. He did a perfect job. He took it off the right way and was taking the time making sure everything was good.

Everything with Montway was good except for the delay. I guess the driver’s truck broke down but they took care of it. They got the driver to take off $100. It was okay, but I felt like they could have done more because we had to pay for a rental car those days. Other than that, they seemed pretty straightforward and made the process really simple. They didn't charge me upfront fees.

The reps at Montway knew what they were doing and I had no doubt that they were experienced. They have performed well in the past. The quote for the transport was very accurate. The driver that picked up the load had to backtrack slightly from his original location. So there was an additional $150 in cost and the shipping company agreed to split that cost with me. Once the vehicle was picked up, the driver and I had multiple phone calls and texts, and he answered all my questions. He contacted me prior to the arrival and then, I contacted my close ally that the truck was getting dropped off. It was an east transaction and the vehicle was in better condition than I imagined.

Montway's price was good, and the pickup and delivery went phenomenally well. The driver was great. He dropped the car off early and unloaded it closer to my house than he was supposed to. So, it worked out really well. I'd use Montway again if I had a chance to. They’re great.

Working with Montway was quick and easy, and they were very informative about the process. I had a lot of questions and they answered everything. They were responsive and it seemed like they knew what they were doing.

I looked at about three companies. I also read some reviews about what was considered the best and Montway rose to the top on two websites. The quote was higher by $50 than some of the other companies but because of the several reports I read saying that they were reliable, I decided to go with them. There was one error where the reps sent me the information for the wrong vehicle but quickly corrected that. They seemed to know what they were doing and they were able to answer all of my questions. The only downside was they said they would deliver it door-to-door. Because of trees at the delivery location, I had to drive about five minutes to pick it up, which I understand.

I liked the driver. He was cool and we vibed well. He had been driving all day and I told him if he needed to go ahead and just call it a night, he can get me first thing that morning. He was appreciative and then the next morning, he came and dropped it off. The only thing that I thought was a little bit of a problem was the car got picked up a day or so earlier. I was coordinating things with my nephew and he had to come from wherever he was doing work to meet with the transporter. It was not planned that way. Other than that, I would recommend Montway.

Everything was smooth with the setup. The driver was really respectful and he handled his business like a man. He communicated very well.

I liked Montway's price and salesperson. He was real clean cut. I called Montway because they were the first one that said that they're going to be the most expensive, and it turned out they had the best price. They did a great job. They were keeping me informed of the whole process. The driverr did pick up on Sunday. He stopped in between me and picking the vehicle up. He delivered it in the morning, which is fine because I’d just gotten off work. I told him, “Do me a favor. Don't come down my street.” I live just three doors down from the corner. I said, “Just park on the main street.” It's just there's no traffic in my neighborhood at night. I said, “You can just unload it from there where it won’t wake any of my neighbors.” So, he came down my street and unloaded it, but nobody woke up.

I was involved in an automobile accident and we set up an appointment for Montway to go down to pick my vehicle up at an impound yard in Nashville, Tennessee. They were very prompt and very courteous. They kept up with a lot of communication in regards to when, where, and the driver information. As crappy as a situation as it was for myself, the experience went very smooth with the Montway service.

I've used Montway multiple times now, and they've been very smooth. They communicate well and they were quick and fair. It’s good service. The representatives were definitely professional in their knowledge. They had their system ready to go. They were realistic with their charges and timing expectations. It kinda has a small business feel to it, but they deliver. As far as delivery, two times were perfect. Third time, there were little issues with meeting the driver. It was kind of a weird spot. I picked a big parking lot, and then he ended up doing delivery on just the side of a busy four-lane, two in each direction, road. It worked out fine though.

It was a very good experience with customer service and Dmitri, the driver, was on time and even beat me to the house. So, that was good. Plus, the car got here in perfect condition. Montway was considerably higher than the last time I used them but trucking costs are off. So, it is what it is.

The rep took care of everything and answered all my questions. The driver was very nice. He picked up the car here in Park City and it was very easy.

They came and picked up the car in Marietta, Georgia and dropped it off in Santa Monica, California. I rode down to Santa Monica Boulevard and picked it up. It was easy and it was quick.

Montway's price was lower than most of the other places. They helped me out anytime I had a question or request. I got everything I needed. Even the driver contacted me and let me know where he was all the time and that was pretty great.

Montway was great. The pickup was incredibly easy and I was nervous about it because I've been told it would be a problem to get it on a specific day, but they showed up exactly when they said. They followed up. They let me know when people were coming. So, that really took distrust away. On the delivery end, it was the same thing. Both drivers were incredibly professional. They kept me updated about when they were going to arrive. They arrived when they said they were going to. It was really very easy.

They did a great job, they were on time, and they were great communicators. The guy let me know ahead of time when he was gonna be there. Also, they were very reasonably priced and the car was in perfect shape.

The pickup and delivery went flawless and the quality of service is good. The cost is higher but I understand that because of everything that's going on and the time I picked has a high volume of cars heading south. The driver was at the pickup within an hour or so of what he said and within four days, the car was at its destination. He was extremely friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He took a lot of caution or precaution on loading the car and balancing the load.

Working with Montway was seamless and their price was comparative. I had to change where my car was being picked up at and it only cost me an extra 100 bucks. Everything was perfect.

I looked up ways to transport vehicles. I didn't like that there were multiple contacts. It seemed like I got a few different emails from a few different people once I went on the site to give a quote kind of thing. Montway ended up with my business. I wasn't put off by the amount of questioning, but they didn't always come from the same person. I didn’t like that as much.

Montway’s service was amazing. There were little things here and there but nothing that was unprofessional. Montway has got good people. But they could improve on communicating on the capability of bringing the truck off the thing. The guys told me when they got here that they were gonna charge me 150 to take it off if they weren’t able to start it. I jumped in there and the truck started the third time we tried. They said that if they show up and my truck doesn’t start, they will charge me $300 to pull it on there. I asked if there was a fee when it comes back over here and it doesn’t start. They said no and that they will just use a jumper box. I asked them why not use that when they pick it up, and nobody said anything. Still, Montway was very supportive and helped us with everything they could.

The pickup and delivery were both excellent. The drivers kept in contact with me. I was called once the car was delivered and they let me know that they were within 10 minutes away from the drop-off, and they arrived on time. The cost was as competitive as anybody else but I just didn't take the cost. You can get cheaper but you're going to get that service as well with that, which will be non-existent. I've had other transportation done that was cheaper but didn't meet the quality and the customer service at Montway. I had a great experience and I will be using them in the future. Me and the investor are getting to collect cars and instead of us going to pick them up, it'll save us some time by adding Montway to our budget of getting cars for us, as far as picking them up and dropping them off.

They brought my car out here and they did it pretty quick. Also, they communicated with me - let me know the night before what time they were going to be there and where to meet and all that. It was really good service. I was looking to use them again if I have to get my car shipped back.

I was very happy with everything all along the way. They worked with me on price and communication. There were updates every step of the way and that's what I was looking for. It was a little nerve-racking in the beginning getting a date for the car to be picked up but it worked out really good for us.

I was moving from Seattle to Virginia and I had to deal with other movers as well for my home items and whatnot but I had the best experience with Montway. The driver was very professional and he was very friendly. I totally enjoyed working with them.

We were negotiating the time and Montway was very flexible. We had to leave, and they accommodated that. The driver picked up the car a little early and was very nice. Everything was smooth and it was the same on the delivery, and the car got there on time. The thing that bugged me was that of the payment before I knew there was gonna be a pick up. But it worked out.

The customer service team was great and the pick of the car was fine. But I didn't get my car till one o'clock in the morning. The driver picked it up late at the dealership but it wasn’t Montway’s fault. The dealership was slow getting it ready. I had to crawl into the car to get it the ramp because the delivery guy was too big to get in there and do it. Other than that, everything was good. If I had to use Montway again, I would.

I’m very happy with Montway. They were very great. They did a very good job and they were very professional. I looked at the reviews and Montway had the best. I was just worried. I just wanted to sleep soundly at night knowing that the car is in good hands. Montway had the best rating.

Montway’s price was good compared to others and the process was seamless. They had to move a car for me from New Jersey to Florida and the proposal process was very simple and quick. I talked to other people where they didn't even bother giving me a proposal in the same week and these guys called me right back in two minutes. So, the communication was excellent and I would use Montway again.

Montway guaranteed a pickup date within the window and then, we could ship stuff in our cars. We could just have a few boxes lying around in the car. They're really straightforward. They just took our credit card number. When the car was picked up, it was charged. We shipped our car on a Wednesday, and had it the next Wednesday. They had given us a timeline, when to expect, and it was made available at that day. The driver gave us a call saying that this is where the pickup or the drop off location would be. I drove up there, and he was already waiting with the car.

The drivers let me know when they would arrive, which was good, and the cost of the transport was fair.

Setting up the transport with Montway wasn't difficult, and the quote was pretty accurate to the final price. The car originated from Grandview, Missouri and went to Riverview, Florida. There seemed to be no damage. The only thing was they kept changing when they were going to pick up the car and then drop them off. That was kind of frustrating, but I would still recommend Montway.

I looked on the internet and Montway was rated very high. My daughter was relocating so I shipped the car to her. I spoke to a Russian woman who was very nice and she helped me out. Then, the driver that came to take my daughter's car was exceptional and he made me feel comfortable giving the car to him. He was very cordial and the transport was very timely. I would suggest the company again. The quote was perfect, too. Whatever they told me was how much it cost. They charged me 1,500, which was a little bit higher than other people were charging, but there's an old saying that you get what you pay for. So I don't mind paying a little bit more if I feel confident in the company. All in all, Montway was very professional.

Montway has great customer service and they're great at communication. The rep was very professional. It was a good experience from talking to whoever I talked to on the phone, 'til actually shipping my car. It arrived super fast. I've never had anybody ship my car within a day or two. But I locked my car by accident so the driver was trying to drop it off and he couldn't get inside it. So he called me. I was sleeping to missed calls and messages. I was very satisfied with the delivery. The vehicle had dust but it was in good shape.

Once I put the word out that I was looking to ship a car, I got a deluge of crap from all over the world and many who just kept sending me email after email. But Montway didn't do that. Their price was fair. It was a good, positive experience. The time frame had to be very flexible. The distance I had to go was 1,100 miles and I was trying to make a decision as to whether I wanted the enclosed carrier or exposed carrier, whether I could put things in the car, because my daughter was at college and she needed some things. Montway worked very well. They answered my questions when I had them and the driver was on time. He called, came, loaded the car, answered my questions, and took it, and my daughter got it in excellent condition. I was very satisfied with them.

We had to leave our cars off within a one to two-day period. We wanted to have the cars available within a couple of days of our arrival. Montway wasn't able to give us a specific date. They gave us a kind of a timeframe and then when they tried to confirm it, it was earlier than we anticipated and we had to have them reschedule. So it cost them re-setting up the truckers for two days later. In this era of not being able to find drivers for containers, Montway had more resources than other transportation companies to have set that up. Overall, they were very professional, and given the resources, they did a good job.

Montway was very efficient and timely. They were referred to me by the agent. I called the general number and they dispatched a particular carrier. The communication during delivery was pretty good. They kept in communication because I received notification with updates, text messages about time and when the projected arrival was, so it was good. A lot of things were really out of their control because at the time of arrival, I had a window and they arrived at the window, but they had to push the arrival date. But it was nothing against them. They were just going along with the other customers they were taking care of. I’d definitely recommend Montway.

Working with Montway was great. But we didn't realize at first that it was a third party. We were picturing a big semi-truck filled with cars. When the guy pulled up with his trailer, we were surprised by that. But it all ended up working out perfectly. The driver got here super quick. He showed up a whole day before we were quoted. That was a little inconvenient but he was super communicative. Luckily, my fiance was able to pack her car. He pulled up and waited for an hour for her to do that.

I had a very good experience. I wanted my car picked up on a certain day, and it was a 1,700 mile trip from Arizona to Illinois. Montway says they're going to be at a certain day and call you ahead. Within the range of days that they gave us, they showed up and picked up the car.

The reps are very nice and it was very easy to deal with them. John was the first guy that I talked to and scheduled the transport then we had to delay it 'cause we were selling our house. Everybody was great on that part. We went from New Hampshire to Gaffney, South Carolina. Right from the start, they said delivering the car here would be at least one to three days, which I was saying three days. They made it here in a day and a half, and I was very happy that it was insured and enclosed like I asked for. The car was in the perfect condition that it left New Hampshire. They were careful, and there was a lot of pictures.

I loved the guy from Montway who I worked with. He was awesome. Montway was cheaper than one firm I've used before. So, I decided to give them a shot. The transport was from Dallas to Chicago. It was pretty far, and my vehicle was good when it arrived. The driver even got in a car accident and it was in good shape.

The timing that they indicated that they would be here was a few minutes early. And the transport process amazed me. They gave an indication that the vehicle would arrive at the end of the week. The transporter was very courteous, and gave all the information that was necessary at the time that they picked up the vehicle and the time that they dropped it off. He did the walk around inspection, took pictures and photos of anything that may have been on the car prior to the delivery, and delivered the car in excellent condition. It was very professional.

Montway was able to do a quote online and they were very responsive. The rep I worked with was very professional. He told me how long it would take for someone to pick up the order to ship, and that happened. I also had a real good relationship with the driver. He was a great guy to deal with and very accommodating. It worked out really well. He was going back to Fort Worth that night. The next morning, he texted me. I told him, “There's no real rush on getting it over here. Just wait until the traffic dies down.” Because he had to go through the Dallas traffic. He texted me when he was on his way. They showed up. We got the Model A unloaded and pushed it into the garage. It was a 1931 antique vehicle. We put a straw hat on him and we took a picture. He sent that to his wife. We had a good time.

Everything with Montway went fine. It costs me $900, usually, to ship. It was $1,200 with Montway. It was 300 bucks more, but I had to get my car here. The truck driver was a little late, and he came in the pouring rain in the dock and picked the car up. He said he sent me a picture in the morning, and I never got a picture. They took the car at night. Then I got a beep from the co-key that the car was in the middle of the Mass Pike going, so I knew it was on the way. The day I got here, the car got here. The delivery was on time. So, the driver was a little late picking it up and a little early getting there, but everything worked out. Use Montway. Timewise, it was great.

Price-wise, Montway was the most reasonable with the best reviews online. Everything went well. I had some questions before and after. They answered them promptly. And it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. And what they said would happen was exactly what happened. The gentleman communicated everything. He called and told me how long it would be until he got there. It was nice and refreshing that he actually gave us a heads-up because we were moving. When you're tired, sometimes you run out to get lunch or whatever. It was nice to be, "Okay. I'll be there in 30 minutes."

Montway was pretty high in the rankings as far as auto transport brokerage companies, and the price was very good. A lot of the other shippers said they couldn't move my car for that price, and Montway did. There was one time where I felt like it was kind of like, “Oh yeah, we’ll pick it up, don’t worry,” and just kind of blowing me off, but they got it done in time. I put the deposit down. I was calling them early, too. So, I was just concerned they may not be able to move it for that price, but they did. So, everything worked out. It was a good experience. Overall, I’d recommend them. When somebody asked me who to go with, I told them "Montway".

Everything's fine with my experience with Montway. I used Montway twice already. The first one went real smooth as far as pricing, time and pickup. The second one, the pickup changed. They said they got a guy that could come sooner. It cost a little more money. But they called me, told me the difference, and then I could accept it or decline it. I thought that was good, that they got somebody who cost a little more and reached out to me right away to see if I would want that. I've been happy with them twice. Both cars arrived and in great shape, too. So I’m gonna use them again. When I dealt with their rep, I called. But she wasn't available. Someone else took over and had all the information. It's good that they're transparent where any of their agents could help out at any time. The original girl who I was emailing was great, too. I've been so happy and extremely satisfied.

I was moving across the country from Missouri to Washington. I did some research and found that Montway was the most high rated. As far as the pickup, they ran through the specs and made sure that there were no dents. They asked me to take a video or picture of the car beforehand and then at the end. The car was delivered pretty well. So, everything went good. As far as the cost, it was expensive but they definitely came with more protection, so we were willing to spend that.

I reached out to the salesperson and we immediately arranged for the motorcycle to be picked up within a few days of the transaction. He found a little chip on the motorcycle that even he didn't know that it was there. The motorcycle was in great condition when it arrived. Nothing happened to it in transit. I was very happy. It was worth the expense to do it with Montway. Everything happened exactly like I was told.

Everything went perfect. The guy was there after the dealer closed and he had to wait until the next morning to pick the car up. My son received it, but he said it went very well. I'm very happy with the cost and quality of service.

It was the night before they arrived. Not complaining. But if I didn't work from home, that would have been a problem. Other than that, it was a good service and I would use them again.

I bought a car out of Connecticut and used Montway for the transport service. I did set it up online and then I spoke with someone. Their customer service was good. I did read some reviews that were good on Montway, too. On the pickup, I think they got a little confused. They went to pick up the car before it was supposed to be picked up. So, they had to go back and pick it up again. But as far as delivery, they were good. The driver called me when he was close. It was a good experience overall.

My son said that he had no problem at all getting his vehicle in California. The driver was very informative and told him where to meet him and it was smooth sailing. I have no complaints about the cost. You get what you pay for and I was pleasantly surprised. When my son deploys again or goes somewhere else, I'll be sure to call Montway again.

From what I recollect from my conversation with the person who picked up, he said that he was a subcontractor and when the car would reach wherever it went after reaching Washington, I probably might not be able to contact the right person or at least him to get a sense of where my car was at.

Montway transported a vehicle for me recently, and it was a great experience. The vehicle was picked up at the dealership, and I was notified same time so I could notify the dealership. The delivery person then kept in contact with me as they traveled with it and let me know when they were gonna arrive.

We used Montway to get a car from Illinois to Florida. As far as the timeline, what they promised is what they delivered. The driver was excellent. Quality of service is great. Everything went exactly as planned, so I was happy about that.

The driver was on time but the approach angle was too steep so he called Montway and told them that he couldn't get the trike on the trailer. They made arrangements for someone else to come. That person called me and I told them where to meet me. The departure and the arrival were on time. I've used them twice so far. The quote was $1,400 and on the return trip, they gave me a discount of $300. The only issue was we couldn't get it off the trailer and when we finally got it off, I slightly scratched my rims.

Montway was very lenient. They gave me their options and let me decide what I wanted to do from there on my own. Setting up the transport was quick and pretty easy. Everyone was really nice. My quote online was more expensive than what I was given over the phone because I didn't know anything about the cash deal when I got the quote online. But when I talked to the representative, they told me, “Hey, you can pay it all upfront right now. Or you can pay this much down and just give the rest in cash when they get there. It'll save you a lot of money.”

Things worked out really well. My F250 arrived in good condition, and the cost was comparative. I've done a transport once before with a Ford Explorer and it was 1,300, but I realize that it costs more to ship a heavier vehicle.

He did a visual inspection with the driver and signed the paperwork. The car was little dirty, but that's just normal with the open transport. It was fine.

They give us a window of five days and sometimes they don't come near the house and there are many other small problems that happen.

They stuck with the first quote that they gave me. You would want to make sure that you know the cost of what it would be, and if there would be any extra charges. But I didn’t have any. That was cool. And if you’re moving a vehicle, you have to realize that you can't have anything inside it. You have to have less than a quarter of a tank of gas, virtually empty. And you can’t have anything in the glove compartment.

But when you're shipping something like that, you like to get reassurance of every single step that it's going through. I really couldn't get information as to what was the status, which was nerve-racking. And for most of the shipment, I was just supposed to rely on hope that it was getting done.
