Montway Auto Transport Reviews

Montway was a bit more expensive, but my daughter's friend had used it and I needed somebody reliable that I knew wasn't going to rip me off. Towards the second time, they went down a bit, but then they went up when it came time to pick it up. I wanted to move the transport by one day, but they moved it by three days and charged me an extra $150. I wasn't happy with that. It was also a little stressful from time to time because they couldn’t get ahold of the driver, and I had to get ahold of driver myself. Other than that, the delivery went okay and the car made it safely to my daughter in LA.

Montway is quite a bit cheaper. I always get an estimate from them first. However, the guy that picked it up had no DOT sticker on his truck. The guy I bought it from sent me a picture of the license plate of the guy that hauled it. But he made it there.

Very professional representative. Clear, concise explanation. Friendly. I am satisfied with my contract with Montway. They were prompt picking up my car. Took several photos & were very careful loading it on the transport. Excellent job. Delivered safely.

My daughter was moving across the country so I needed to ship the car. Montway told me how much that would cost and that was fine. The final pricing was exactly what they quoted me. The rep I spoke with answered all my questions and he knew what he was talking about. Everything was good. The transport was from New Jersey to California. The driver picked up the car on a Friday. They actually wanted to pick it up sooner but I said no because that was gonna be too soon. My daughter wouldn't be out there yet. We rescheduled and everything was good.

The person I talked to originally, Dean, and the people who got things arranged were helpful. A problem that customers would experience that I experienced is that Montway gets the car sent to somebody else, and there is not very good coordination or information between the customer and the various people who have the car at different stages of the process. I found that rather upsetting, but I really appreciated that there was a Ukrainian driver who brought the car to where I live in Nevada now. He was really good and very helpful, and it was a quick process for getting the car here, much faster than the shipment of household goods. All in all, I was happy with Montway. I missed that once the arrangements were made, there was no central contact for figuring out what was happening with the car, who was getting it, or when it would be delivered. That's my one big complaint. Everything else was good.

It was a great experience with Montway. I put in an inquiry and I immediately got a response. I told them, “I'll get in touch with you when I know for sure what kind of dates we're dealing with.” I talked to them on the phone briefly where they told me that they could do it within a week of being notified. The guy followed up with me until they assigned a driver. The pick-up was awesome. The driver talked to us the day before he picked it up. He talked to us again the day he picked it up. He got here a couple days earlier than they projected.

Montway is faster than everyone else and their price is cheaper. I would highly recommend them.

Use Montway! I had two 2021 vehicles going from Michigan to Florida, and everything was fine. The cost was insane, but everywhere is high, so there's nothing one can do about it. The driver was a great guy too.

I've done business with Montway in the past. I also own a small business, which is an auto dealership. I ship about six cars with them and because I never had any issues, I used them again. I set everything up online. I was shipping a car to my son. The first carrier promised to pick up the car by a certain day and they didn’t. At that point, I had to reach out to a representative. I called and said, “Hey, I need you to cancel that and find me a carrier who can pick up this car.” Then Montway assigned another carrier to the job, and he picked up the car as promised. There were no problems from that point.

Montway has the best prices and I had a real person that I could lean on their experience, which was positive. I found it to be very quick in terms of setting a day, scheduling when they were coming up. I was getting initial information about how it worked and the cost. That was very helpful. The driver was contacting me, letting me know when they would be picking it up and when I was gonna get it. Even delivering my car, I got it earlier than expected. They gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away. We were able to coordinate. It was a very smooth process which I appreciated. I'm very satisfied. If I have to move again in a distance like that, I’ll use Montway again.

Everything was good, and things went accordingly. The timing was great. The driver told me he was gonna be here at 8 o'clock in the morning and he was. It took them a week ‘cause I'm all the way across the other side, from East Coast to West Coast.

The rep was great. But the car was supposed to be picked up July 23rd to be here when I arrived on the 27th and it never got picked up. Also, the guy who was supposed to call me didn't call me back. I ended up calling him twice and he said, “Call the company. I’m just being dispatched.” Eventually, they picked up the car a week after I was here. So I was stuck. I had to rent a car.

I bought an antique car and wanted it brought to New Mexico. Once Montway got a driver to pick it up, they came right away. It took a couple of days, which was real good. We communicated on email and it was good too.

My experience for the pickup part of it was good. The guy showed up. They loaded the vehicle in the truck and took it away. I had it shipped to my father’s address and he said it arrived in good shape. It was delivered when expected, and he was notified. Overall, it was very good. The people who I contacted through the chat system online kept me informed, answered my questions, provided me with the quote and set up the shipping.

The service is clean and neat. Communication is good. The transfer was very good. I appreciate the fast service and I like it.

Very pleased with the overall service. The car was examined before being loaded onto the truck and the driver was very careful to document everything and ensure that the load was still at the correct height. The dispatcher and the driver were in frequent contact regarding arrival at both pick-up and drop-off. Everything happened within the expected timeframe.

I got a new car and gave my old car to my sister in Massachusetts. The person that I set up the transport with was amazing. She answered all my questions and was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made me feel good about my choice. The delivery was fast too. The car got there in three days, and the guy, Baja, was also great.

Everything went well with Montway. I will use the service again. We booked then the driver reached out to us in two days. He gave the exact location, which was very close to our house. He was extremely punctual. We were flying to our new location and he coordinated with us when we are going to land. If he would be earlier or later, he would come late. The day we landed was the day he was also going to be in that city. He dropped the car at our hotel at the exact time he stated.

The company that picked up the vehicle called the Friday of when they were picking up the vehicle and they were clear that they'd pick it up. They gave me a range and the latest delivery date when the car would arrive. That part was okay. The one part I wasn't too happy about was that there wasn't any real update on where the car was up until right before it got delivered. Also, they couldn't deliver it to my house. But once I saw the gigantic truck it came in on, it made perfect sense. I had to meet them but it was at a super convenient location. Other than that, the driver was great and the condition of the vehicle was as expected.

Everything went smoothly with Montway and the timelines were good. I planned it to take a little longer because I needed to be here to get it on the other end and they met whatever timeline I needed. The transport took a week. They sent me emails through a portal and I got text messages as well.

Everything was good. The Montway reps were pleasant, did what they said, and the service cost what it was supposed to. From Iowa to California, the transport took three days and it was good. Communication was by phone and text, and they were very reachable.

The driver was polite and timely. He communicated with me via phone and text messages, in an effort to smooth out any concerns, as it related to the timing and the delivery of the vehicle to my son. I was very happy with Montway and I would use them again. I went online and got my quote, and it was very fair. I was contemplating flying out there and driving the vehicle back, and I would have been within $200 of cost out of my pocket to do it, plus I’m gonna waste 24 hours of driving. A gentleman called me and confirmed the pickup date. When they had the vehicle in their hands, they let me know that as well as when they were getting ready to drop it off at my house. So, they were great. I got the vehicle and there were no damages.

I like Montway very much. They’re efficient and fair. The price was right and the communication was excellent. The driver picked it up on a Friday and told me that the car would be delivered on Sunday. He let me know all the time where he was and he arrived earlier than expected. He called on Saturday and said he was there much earlier. It went very smoothly though he could have called me the day before he picked it up because he called me the morning of.

Montway was professional. I've had a great experience. I've been using them for a while. I've shipped a few cars. As a matter of fact, I have another car that's gonna be shipped within the next month. They’ve been very helpful and they totally understand me. I would really recommend them. The rep with Montway was very detailed and knowledgeable. He gave us a good idea of what to expect. The pricing was also better than the other company. The driver picked the car up at a Target parking lot because our street was too small. We watched him load up the car. He was super nice. He sent us texts throughout his trip to let us know where he was. He helped us arrange for the drop-off because my realtor was the one who met him in Dallas. He was helpful coordinating that for us. He dropped it off right on our driveway. It was quick. There’s a small scuff on one of the handles of the car that wasn’t there before, but that’s it.

Working with Montway, before getting it all arranged, was excellent. Whether I did it by text, by phone or by email, they were very responsive. I found that to be nice and well-coordinated. Then, they picked the car up a day early and it was delivered a day early too. All of it by notifying people so, you couldn't ask for better. Montway got great service.

Montway took a day longer than they originally said it was going to be, but they delivered it and I was happy. The driver called me and said he was going to be there in about an hour and gave me a specific time. We drove down there. He walked the vehicle, and he documented it all the way around, so that he could put his report in that nothing had happened to the car. He gave me the keys, and we were done. I'd recommend Montway.

The actual transport of the car was good and successful. The lead up to it not so much. The website says one needs only a week in advance for pickup. I gave a week but got no feedback on when the driver would pick up. We got close to our absolute deadline with no pickup. We then had to pay a lot more for a "guaranteed" pickup date. After that things went OK.

A friend shipped 2 vehicles with Montway and was very happy. Based on this we used them also. We were very happy. The car arrived a day early which was not expected, but nice. If you need to ship a vehicle, you should use Montway.

The driver showed up on time for pick up from Naples, FL and delivered the car to Columbus, OH as promised. We plan use Montway again! They were very thorough in their estimate and told us exactly what to expect.

I recently shipped my car from the West Coast to the East Coast. Montway made it easy - both pick-up and drop-off. My car even arrived before my furniture! I would definitely recommend them as an easy way to ship your car.

The Carrier that was assigned to pick up our car in Southern CA and deliver to Northern CA did a great job. He was prompt, professional, kept in touch and did the job properly. Couldn’t ask for more. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed. I wasn’t aware Montway uses contractors but ours was apparently well vetted.

Montway's ratings were really good and the price was competitive. Their reps reach out to you, get information about the car, and they're pretty thorough. They're asking, “Were there any modifications to the car?” which there were. So, they really made sure that by the time that truck showed up, that the right truck was gonna be there for the size of the vehicle that I was shipping. So, there was a lot of verification that the purchase was gonna be a successful and smooth one, which was nice. So, just confirmed that.

Montway is great. They are not the least expensive or the most expensive. It was more expensive than most. But others did not have the communication. They did not have the guarantees. I didn't have the confidence in what they were going ahead and offering me. With Montway, their communication is clear. They went ahead and set me up with a guy who was great. He showed up on time where he was supposed to. We communicated when he was going across country, and I was able to pick up the car with no problem. They could have washed the car before I got it but I guess that’s too much to ask.

I used Montway the first time eight weeks ago and it couldn't have been any better. The car went from Tennessee to Florida and the delivery was within 24 hours. I can't speak highly enough about my first driver. He was friendly, just a beautiful human. Also, I was very pleased with the price. The second time I used Montway, the exact same car was picked up and it was on-time. The delivery could have been yesterday, but I drove back. So, I was behind. The delivery would have been 24 hours, again, which is phenomenal and I asked if there was any way they could bring it to me this morning. And the driver did. There was no extra fee and he was on time. And again, a beautiful person. I couldn’t be any more pleased with Montway.

There was a little difficulty with pick up because we were in a newly built neighborhood with hills, but they were prompt and timely. They did a thorough job of documenting the car, its exterior state and contents of the car. They had great communication when there was a small delay and the car arrived ontime. We were not at the location yet, but workers let them in and he parked it in the garage for us since we had items in it. The price was very comparable and it all went well for a long cross-country transport.

Transported a truck from Wichita Kansas to Slidell Louisiana. The service was rapid and competent. The delivery was made on time, at a convenient time for the recipient of the truck. The cost was reasonable. I would use the service again if needed. Thank you for your help.

If I could give Montway transport service a ten rating I would. From the very beginning, the service I received was superb. The dispatcher kept me informed as to when and time of my vehicle would arrive from Baltimore to Fort Lauderdale. The driver was professional and also kept me informed. I cleaned my car thoroughly - inside and out - before I allowed my car to be in possession of Montway Auto Transport, and they gave me back a dirty, nasty vehicle and kind of laughed about it. Montway Auto Transport is an auto broker. They find auto carriers to transport your car across country. They had 5-star ratings. So, I thought they would be a great company. The customer service representatives are very professional. They are transparent on the pricing, and their agents arrived to pick my car up at the time they specified. I was elated with the service UNTIL SAMANTHA delivered my car.

Every time I come to Florida, I'll call Montway to transport my car. I don't use anyone but them. I transported two cars back and forth from New York to Florida about four times. I even stopped counting because I just use it. They're very efficient. Someone will call and set up a time, and I will fill out the application. The drivers update me every step of the way, letting me know the estimated time when they would be there. I've never had a problem with my car. My car was perfectly safe, no damage and everything was intact, and it was seamless. Montway's prices are competitive. It's a little bit less. The third time I was going to use it, I tried looking at other sites and those prices were way higher. So I went back to Montway.

Everything was done over the phone and it was great. The prices with Montway were good and where it should be. The driver got out here quick. It was a couple of days shorter than I was expecting and there were no problems. He gave me a heads up a few hours before, let me know where he was at and when he was gonna be here. The vehicle was pristine when it arrived.

We were moving to another military base and Montway was able to accommodate our schedule. The specific deliverers we had were fantastic. They were able to accommodate everything that we asked them to and they were always easy to get in contact with. Then, the car was received just the way it was picked up and the cost was fair.

I needed to transport a car from Southern California to Washington State and through Montway, it only took three days. The driver was really nice and he got the car to the destination in a good time. The cost was great, too. It was the cheapest one we found. We would use them again.

They sent email confirmations to outline the entire process and what my charges would be. They outlined everything from point A to point B. It was a very quick way that they did things because two and a half days after the emails began, my car was delivered. I would recommend the shipping company to anybody. Montway's schedule fit mine better than the other companies I looked at. They were rather indefinite as to when they would pick the car up and a couple of them scheduled a wrong date. So, Montway's service was superior to them. The driver was a perfect gentleman and the delivery was perfect as well.

If the driver was delayed, he kept me informed that he was delayed a little bit, not a lot. So I knew what was going on. Everything that they said they would do, they did it on time. Also, I was transporting two cars and whatever Montway quoted me for that remained as is, so nothing was surprising at the end. Montway is one of the best companies, and I told one of my friends to go and get it.

I called Montway for them to ship a Toyota, and the experience was good. The driver was very good and nice. Communication was great.

My experience with Montway was a little dicey in the beginning but the end was very good. Their reps told me what was gonna happen and it didn't happen the way they said it would. I told people to come in on a Thursday morning and they showed up on a Wednesday night without telling me they were coming. But I worked it all out and everything got done. The driver was in communication with me very well and he was very good at what he did. It didn't take him very long to get here and it all worked out fine.

The pickup and delivery went nice and smooth. They got there two hours early, which I was good with. Then, they brought the vehicle directly to me, parked it, and did a walk around. Everything was perfect.

I was transporting a military Humvee and the other moving companies wouldn't transport it because it was too wide. One of my former bosses said he had transported a vehicle with Montway and he was pleased with them. I gave Montway a call and it worked out wonderfully. The price they quoted was excellent. They reduced it because the first carrier said he'd pick it up and then he declined it. They asked to put it on an open carrier and they lowered the price by a couple $100.

I was happy with Montway's service. Their rep was very helpful. The transport was faster than I anticipated. They picked it up on Saturday morning and I got it Sunday afternoon, which I don't think the guy must have stopped for anything but fuel. He was very good. He told me what his approximate time of arrival was and he was right on spot.

Montway said that I could put a reasonable amount of luggage in the back of my car. They communicated well. When they gave me the name of the driver, I called him. He called me, and he communicated very precisely about what time he was coming. He came at that time, and he delivered a little early. That was good. I was really very satisfied. Go for them. They're very professional, and I like the way they handled things.

I was very happy with the experience. The quote they provided seemed reasonable and the driver was a very delightful person. We had to meet a little bit off-site because of the size of his vehicle and it went beautifully.

We had Montway move a 1957 vehicle from New York to where we live in Virginia. The pickup was in Sherburne, New York, and the drop-off was in Bridgewater, Virginia, and it took them a day to get it picked up and delivered. When the guy got to Virginia, he gave us a call. He wanted to know what time he could drop the vehicle off. We arranged a time at 6 o'clock in the morning. He showed up pretty much right on time and pulled up in front of the house. I asked him if he could drop it off in the back. He said yes. We moved his trailer around back. He unloaded and everything went fine.

When I contacted them, they seemed quite reasonable compared to some prices I had gotten on a previous trip and they answered questions right away. Not one time did I ever have difficulty getting ahold of someone or at least getting attention to whatever my question was. The transport took 10 days. The driver contacted me a day before he got here. He already had the car unloaded from his truck when I met with him. It was wonderful.

I contacted Montway through the website and I got into a chat session with a fellow there. I was pretty pleased with the transaction. They picked up the vehicle in North Ridgeville, Ohio and it was in Gaysville, Vermont the next day at 4:30. I had a relative meet them at the drop-off point and then I got a call saying that it was all done. It was within 15 minutes it took to drop it off and they took pictures to make sure of everything and it all appeared fine.

Setting everything up was easy and there were no complexities. I chatted with some of the representatives and they were straightforward. There was no bargaining. They gave me the amount and I paid. Somebody then came at the correct time and collected the car in Washington State. The driver and the delivery were what I was looking for. The only thing was we didn't have any communication in between. But there was communication when they were arriving. They called and informed us. On the whole, things were fine. At least, they reached us on the agreed date and the car was good when it arrived in Texas.

The transport was fantastic. The shipper I used was very professional, straightforward, and polite. The car was shipped from California to Tennessee and it came exactly as planned in four or five days. I was surprised that the quote was as affordable as it was because the gas prices were really high at the time. I was happy. Everything was great and I would do it again.

I had a lot of stops and starts there. I had three different people come out there and it was a mess but they were excellent. Montway really handled it well. Also, they answered all my questions and kept me updated. There's nobody around that does that these days. I've used other people before and I have no idea where the car was or when it was gonna be delivered. Montway had it all nailed down.

It was cheaper to have my car moved than it was to go get it myself. I used Montway before so I used them again. Customer service was good. The delivery of my car was perfect.

I called up Sherpa and they told me what it was going to cost and the down payment. I told them I wanted to pay the driver in cash and they said it was no problem. Then, the driver came on time and picked up the vehicle. Everything was really professional and upfront. Sherpa delivered their promise with no problems. I will be using them again in the future.

The Montway rep explained the process step-by-step and everything went exactly like they said it would. You worry, especially when it’s traveling that far. But it was flawless. The driver said the delivery would take a couple of days. And in two and a half days, that guy got it there. I live in a rural area up in the mountains in Linden, Virginia. So, I met the driver down at the bottom of the mountain, near this little warehouse store that we have here in our area. He was polite and great, and I’m 150% pleased.

My friend used Montway a couple of times and recommended them when I needed to get my car across the country. Everything was direct and quick. Customer service answered the emails or phone calls right away. From pick-up in Las Vegas to the delivery in Atlanta, that took five days. The driver was great. I asked him to put my car in a garage and he did that. He then left the keys behind. It was absolutely wonderful from the customer service and customer care and anything we needed. I was very satisfied and I definitely recommend Montway.

In the beginning, my experience with Montway was smooth. During the paying stage, there were two options. One can pay or had to deposit it and when the driver arrives, the rest of the balance would need to be paid in cash. I did the second option where I paid in full when I reserved the transportation service. But there was a miscommunication between the accounting department or the reservation department. They charged me again. Finally, they gave me that credit to my credit card so the problem was solved. That took two or three days. The service was fine but there was a two-week delay. The promised date was on June 25 but they delivered the car right after Independence Day, which was the beginning of July. Montway said they needed to find a driver and my mom was waiting for the car. I understand a couple of days of delay but two to three weeks is a little too much.

The pick-up location was on a narrow street. So, I was able to get the car over to another couple of blocks away, and then it was a much more conducive transport pick-up area. And even on the drop-off, I was running late, so the driver came the next day instead. So, they were very flexible. The cost was what it was. It was not too high nor too low. It was a good experience with Montway. Their service lived up to what I expected and everything went well.

I discussed with the driver, and he was very nice. He came here and dropped my vehicle very carefully. Everything worked out good. Montway did a wonderful job.

Montway had the most recognition out of the companies I looked at and they seem to have more reputable reviews than the others. The total transport took five to six days. It was from Minnesota to Los Angeles. There was communication on the day prior and the day of. We met at a unique place. The driver tried to be as accommodating as possible, which was very much respected. He gave me an update when he was a day out and again on the day of the drop-off. He let me know that he was going to be really close to my area. I told him to let me know where he needed me to go. He dropped off the car in a area that was easy for him to turn around because I live in a small neighborhood, just a few minutes away. My wife and I got the car and it was the same as when I dropped it off. Montway is a company that you should consider.

The driver was a very good, nice person. The service was really, really awesome. The transport took hardly four days. It was great. I liked it. I got the best deal.

I was on a tight schedule and the reps were able to work around that. The driver was great. He called me, let me know he was on his way and I met him outside. Everything worked out nice. Whatever the bill that I was quoted was what I paid. I had no problems with that either. I needed somebody to work with me. Montway had to have it down there at a certain time and they were able to get it down there so that was great.

Description of complaint: I contacted Montway last week to help transport my car from OH to CA based on their 4.7 rating and 5 star reviews on Consumer Affairs. Customer service were very nice initially and assured me that if I sign for their guaranteed pick up service this will ensure working with the best carrier to transport my car to CA. I did although this was their highest charge but I wanted to make sure I have no issues. The guaranteed pick up date to transport my car was yesterday Aug 2nd and I never received any confirmation of a carrier on Aug 1st so I phoned early on Aug 2nd and they said that they have a carrier and they will send me the carrier and driver info shortly and that the driver will phone at least 2 hours before pick up to coordinate with me.

I called Montway and everything was great, even with the guy who delivered the car. The final pricing was right on. It was exactly what I was quoted. I would entertain using Montway again.

Montway was very transparent with the process of shipping a car. I used them to transport my car from Georgia to Virginia and their communication was very efficient. The driver was texting me throughout the process and I was very happy with how it worked out.

I liked the customer satisfaction with Montway and it seemed like they're a very good company. They've been around a long time. Setting up the transport was quite simple. The total pickup and drop-off was two days and it was from California to Arizona. I got to know the driver at the pickup pretty well and he knew what he was doing. At the drop-off, it was the same driver and again, he knew what he was doing. He didn't drive the car right in front of the home. But he was around the corner on the main street so he could unload the transport and just drove my car a block to my home. The car was in the same condition as it was when it left.

The representative was very helpful and provided required information. I was there at the end location for the delivery and the driver asked me about the signing of the delivery there. The car's condition is very good.

Montway showed up when they were supposed to, did what they said they were gonna do, and the price was what it was supposed to be. Everything worked out fine. It always does. I've used them more than once, and I'd recommend them. Among all the groups I've used, they're the best when it comes to transporting vehicles. They're competitive, and that is all one can hope for.

I chatted online with a Montway agent who told me that Montway was the number one company and that pretty much, they were pretty sure they'd be able to get a driver and move the car. The driver was okay. He couldn't really speak much English but he knew what we were saying. He got his boss on the phone to verify and make sure everything was good. It was easy. Also, there was no difference in the final pricing. If I need anything else transported, I'm gonna go straight to Montway.

I had a false report of pickup, which was a little unnerving because it was my first time using Montway's service. They said, "Yup, your car's been picked up." I said, "That's amazing. I'm driving it right now." It was a false flag, and they corrected that within 24 hours. The actual deliverer brought the car right to the driveway, and I was very pleased with that. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

Montway treated me pretty well. They were very professional and as a matter of fact, they were pretty darn quick. Their equipment was up to date. The driver called me, previous to delivery, at 11:30 at night and said, “Hey I’m loading up right now. I'll be there at 4 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.” He was. I was really surprised by that. I would highly recommend him to get somebody’s car transported or picked up and delivered. The only thing is I had a hard time understanding the reps, but we worked through it. I’d use them again. The quote was spot-on. They told me it was 995. I had to give a deposit on that, which is fine. Then the balance was due in cash when I picked the car up. I could have done a credit card, but it would have had to have been approved before the driver could have dropped the car. They said cash would be the easiest way. Once they get the cash, the driver emailed me a receipt, and that was it.

My experience with Montway went wonderfully. I called and made the appointment. Then, they showed up, picked up the car, and delivered it to me four days later. They could have washed and waxed my car when they dropped it off, though. But other than that, I was impressed with how fast that vehicle made it to me.

The move from one representative to the driver is a jump that could be an easier handover. Although the driver was nice, I'm sure that that's not always the case. He was helpful, but it's true that I didn't know when I was supposed to contact him. Because there is always a delay, that whenever they pick up your car, they don't tell you when it's going to arrive, depending on the driver’s route. So if somehow, that could be known in advance by the guys, they could communicate that. So, I'm not trying to wait someone that is driving, and he doesn't know who I am. Because there is a part of his trip that he doesn't care about anything until he arrives really to the destination where he tries to contact the driver. So that part could be covered by the agent that actually is coordinating the pickup. Other than that, I was satisfied with Montway's service.

I've used Montway three times now and all the experience were really good. I was getting one car painted so they did a special type of drop-off. Then, another car they delivered when I was out of state. It was a stick, which my son couldn't drive stick, and they went the extra mile, put it in the garage, and made sure everything was really good. The last time I used them was two weeks ago and it was quick. They were here within two days. Also, the communication was great, from Montway to the drivers. I've been lucky enough that I had three really good drivers and they communicate well.

Everything with Montway went very smoothly. Everything that they told me was what happened. They were good with the car. The car got out there with no issues and damage. They ended up picking the car up a little before they said they were going to, which was good. Then, the transport only took seven days. The overall experience was great. If I had to do it again, I would use Montway again.

The transport from Orlando to New Brunswick, New Jersey took four days. Montway responded pretty quickly. It took a couple of days to pick up and a couple of days to transport. The driver called up in advance and the car was delivered okay. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

It was so quick that I didn't remember how the communication was in between. But when I was handing the gentleman who delivered the vehicle, he said, “I’m not Montway.” He almost didn't want the check. I had no idea who I was dealing with. I just handed him the check that said Montway on it. But that kind of dealing gives me pause. I thought it was just a Montway employee. Montway told me I gotta write a check for a very specific amount. So, he took the check and left. But that was the only surprise. The vehicle was in good condition, and it was uneventful.

The truck broke down during the transport so they had to transfer it and the transport took twice as long. But they were in contact throughout the process and the car was in a good condition.

The guy that I used through Montway was awesome. I told him I'll use them going back. He kept me well informed the whole trip. He called when he got here. My wife was here and he helped her with everything, made sure the car was running, and told her to look it over. He picked my car up on a Tuesday. It was here Thursday. I'll tell others to use Montway.

One car I bought was the Aston Martin from Atlanta and that was a little bit further than I wanted to drive it. I came across Montway and they had good reviews and everything went very well. I figured this was an opportunity to try somebody new. For a 500-mile job, the quote I got was a little high. It was a little bit more than I wanted to pay but not too much to where I was going to back away. But things are just that way right now, which is unfortunate. That aside, the delivery went very well.

The guy from Montway texted me and said he was in town. He'd pick the car up the next day. So, he made sure I was available, and that the location was adequate for the truck to fit in. He got there and did all the work. Super enjoyable guy. His name was Lance. I had a good conversation with him. He brought the car and my girlfriend and her family were the ones that picked it up. Delivery went smoothly. They said the same thing about the driver, super personable guy. And overall, great experience. I was more than happy to pay the cost, especially given the quality of service.

I spoke to someone at Montway and he was really good. When it came time for the execution part of it, I got a communication from Montway saying who was assigned with a phone number. I called the driver and he told me, “We're just leaving. We'll be there by 3 o'clock.” They were coming all the way from Colorado to New Hampshire and they were here by 3 o'clock. The experience was good. Everything that went down was great. I bought a Porsche and it got here just like they said it would get here.

Montway's price was right, and their reviews were good. They said what they were going to do, and they did it. I paid and they were on time. They did the pickup and delivery on the day they said they were doing it. The car got delivered the day they said they would bring it. So, everything was good. I’d recommend Montway. The transport was supposed to take a good three to five days and it took two days. The car got to the destination before I did and the driver was so flexible.

I had it here two days later in North Carolina. The cost was very appropriate. It wasn't the lowest-priced one. It wasn't the highest-priced one. But for what I got, it was a very good deal. It was a very pleasant experience. It was everything they said it would be, and I was extremely happy with it.

The transport was fantastic. On the second move, we were expecting the car Saturday afternoon. But the driver called. He had a flat tire and said, "Are you okay with Sunday mid-morning?" They gave me an enclosed van or an open van. There was a difference in that price. I selected whichever one I wanted. I paid them a downpayment, like a little retainer. They collected their fee. When the driver delivered the car, I paid the balance to the driver.

Montway responded right away. They had good ratings online. The car was picked up at the time that the rep told me. On the delivery, there was quite a delay from what he told me. It was okay. It was delivered. It cost 1,300 which was a bit pricey, but it was something that needs to be done and the service was good.

The guy delivered the car fast. He picked the car up and delivered it the next day. If he couldn't get ahold of me, he would call my husband. I was satisfied with how quick and reliable it was.

The only thing concerning for me was that they waited till the last minute to find a contractor. It kind of scared me because we were moving from Florida to California and we didn't have anybody that would have been there. I kept calling them, trying to make sure that they had a contractor for the job. But once they found a contractor, it went smooth. We were given a three-day window and the driver delivered it on the second day. He called as soon as he arrived. I would recommend Montway since they were able to get the job done and the price was exactly what they said.

The communication was really bad but a lot of the issues that I had weren't with Montway but with the carrier that they used. They told me that it would be picked up on a certain date and that didn't happen. I didn't get any kind of contact from Montway about it. Also, the carrier put a huge dent in the fender of my car and they were days late.

And they gave me a date and time. He called me 15 minutes out. It was smooth and easy. I would use Montway Auto Transport again if I had to do it again.

It was about a week but that was fine. That was within our time frame. I had a good experience and I'd use them again.

So Montway worked with this other company. But the service was fine. I got my car quickly.

I set up the date that I wanted my Honda Pilot to be picked up in Dallas, Texas. It was about three weeks after the initial contact. On that day and the day before that, they emailed back and said that somebody will pick it up on time on that day. They were very precise in what they do, which was very good. During the delivery, Montway called and they set up an appointment. The drivers arrived in Virginia on time and made the delivery without any damage. I recommended Montway to a friend that was looking into transporting a car from here to California.

The driver was good and professional. He knew exactly what to do and he even had the vehicle delivered ahead of time. I'd tell others they should consider Montway.

We shipped both our cars through Montway two separate times. The first car was picked up on Monday evening and they dropped it off Thursday morning. It was much faster than I expected. Our other car is currently in transport. The driver picked it up Friday and it's gonna be delivered today. I would use Montway again. I had a great experience. Both drivers are very nice and communicative.

We had to meet in that Lowe’s parking lot because he wouldn't be able to meet and fit his truck into our neighborhood. It went smoothly. The drop off was at our new home. The time between pickup and drop off was five days, cross country, coast to coast. We had a great experience and I would recommend Montway.

We did a search for companies in and around the Portland, Oregon area and found this company.

The quote was a little steep. But Montway put three cars in there, and they’re making $4,000. There was a brand-new Lamborghini in there, a brand-new Porsche, and my Corvette. But overall, the experience was awesome. I would use Montway again in a heartbeat.
