I had a very good experience with Montway. I got the car faster than I've ever had before and I've done auto transports for four different years. The truck driver called me the first day that the car was available for pickup which is the first time that has ever happened in the years I've been using transportation for the car. So, I was delighted.

Everything went smooth with Montway. The car got here in a week so I didn't mind how much it cost because it got here so quick.

Montway had a tracking system. I could track them, and they called me. They said they'd be there the following day. They were a little late because they had car problems. But other than that, they were there at the day that they told me. I didn't have any bad experience. I gave them a bonus for doing what they did. Montway did everything that they said they were going to do.

Montway came with the best price and told me they would have the car in California in 7 to 10 days. The two guys came here to pick it up right at my dealership and they got it to California quicker than that. The service they gave my girlfriend's son was great. They met up with him and dropped the car.

They picked up my car on time and delivered it on time. The person who dispatched and the driver were on point. The communication was effective. My car was dropped off perfectly.

Everything was perfect with Montway. They were prompt and they did everything they were supposed to do. The pickup and delivery went smoothly. They showed up and gave me plenty of notice. The cost was competitive, too.

The communication was excellent and the transportation was fast.

I love Montway. The driver kept me well informed, and he was even one day early. They were expensive, but I did not mind paying the extra amount for the service that I received. I have transported three times in my lifetime from the East Coast all the way to the West Coast, and this was the best company that I have hired. So, I would give them 5 stars.

I got an email that a transporter had been assigned a couple of days after I booked the transport. This was also during Thanksgiving week. So we had some issues where the facility where the car was gonna be picked up was only available for about two days or so after I booked it, and then they were gonna be gone for the week of Thanksgiving. They would be back that following week. But I also indicated that I wasn't in a great hurry. My main concern was getting the car out of the lot where it was sitting because I didn't want it to be interrupting that business' activities.

My brother-in-law used Montway on several other cars that he has done. I went with his suggestion because he said they were the best and they treated his cars with top class. With Montway, you got to trust their expertise because they are specialists. Mine was a car and it was great.

I've shipped two vehicles with Montway, one from New York and another from South Carolina, and have had good success. The one here recently, the guy happened to be down there coming up the East Coast and he picked it up and got it here the next day. It worked out real good.

I called Montway and it was a pretty good experience. They were easy to work with. They picked the car up on time and delivered it on time as well.

I had four cars transported, and the person that set it up was kind of confusing because I was told they were gonna be there one day, but they ended up being there another day. They were going to have the same people pick up all four of the cars, but they split into two different orders. Somebody came and got the cars on that Thursday, then somebody else came and got the cars on Saturday. But the drivers called to let me know that they were on their way.

Montway has the greatest brokers. Everything is always perfect. That's why I keep calling back. They always take good care of my cars.

Montway, in terms of the prices and fees, was great. In terms of providing the services, they were excellent. I really had a great time working with Montway. I was very satisfied.

The quote was average. But I've used Montway 10 years ago, so I figured I would use them again. The customer service was very good. They were all right with the response and the communication, but it was just too many people. We never got the same person twice. It would be nice if I dealt with one person at the same time. But that was my only gripe of the company. The driver was fantastic. He brought our cars to us. There was a lot of communication, which is what people want. We want to know where it's going, and if it's gonna be here in a couple of hours. It was really cool.

Montway took care of everything, and it was very simple for me. The communication was good. The driver gave me an estimate on the day the vehicle was coming in, hour-wise. Once that day came, we were texting back and forth and calling each other. Once the delivery happened, it was super smooth. He showed me the before condition of the vehicle on his mobile and also what they sent me on an email. I did a thorough check with him there.

Montway did a great job. The pickup and delivery went smoothly. It was a little bit more expensive, but I was happy to pay it to be guaranteed that my car would show up when it was scheduled to show up. Overall, I was very happy with the way things went, and I would use them again if I needed to.

Montway quickly answered my information and they were quite good about getting back and forth with me. They called when they said they would call and picked up when they said they would pick up. The delivery was beautiful. The gentleman pulled up in his truck exactly when he said he would with no problems at all. He was very polite. The quality of service was excellent.

Montway had what I could discern as some good ratings. So, I gave them a call. Their reps did a fabulous job. Everything was arranged. The gentleman that came to my house to pick up the car was fabulous. He took photographs of the car and checked everything out. I was telling them, "Listen, I'm not gonna be able to accept the car. I'm not flying into Miami until a certain date, like at 4 PM.” They said, "Don't worry about it. We'll get in touch with you." I was worried that they would arrive early and they said, "Where are you?" I said, "No. But I told your other people." They were unbelievable. Two hours after I got to Miami to my apartment, they called me and said, "Would you like us to deliver the car tonight or tomorrow?" I'm not invested in their company and I don't know these people, but my experience was A-plus plus.

Montway's reps were courteous and got the service set up in a timely manner. In fact, I was surprised at how fast they were able to deliver the vehicle. They were able to lock down a driver in a matter of about three days and the transport was almost exactly 1,000 miles. During the delivery, he brought my vehicle to a local truck stop here outside of town, which was where I met him in order to pick it up. That was strange as I thought they were going to bring it right to the house.

Montway's customer service was terrific. The process ran smoothly except for the little confusion on my son's end. I had no idea I had two orders going. I kept saying it was going to Fort Bragg but it was not. It was going nine miles outside of the base where his apartment is. But my son had worked it out with the driver who was awesome. He made the experience so much easier for me. My son said the guy went way above and beyond to make it convenient. I was also under the impression it was gonna cost me a thousand but was under.

We transported a vehicle with Montway which started in the state of Nevada and ended up in another state. The whole transport took four days and the driver was a very nice man. He called me during the transport and the vehicle arrived in perfect condition. It was as though it never left. Considering the times, they were exemplary.

Montway had great customer service. They picked the car up and took it to Georgia. I met them there and they dropped it off. The cost was wonderful. I enjoyed the experience.

It was an easy process with Montway. When the vehicle got to Hawaii, they emailed me to let me know. It was good service and I’m satisfied.

Montway had the vehicle picked up within a day or two and didn't require the payment of deposit until they were doing the transport. Their reps were fantastic and very good. The driver was a husband-and-wife team and she kept in touch with me the whole time. She even let me know where the vehicle was at and where it was going to be for a little bit because it went from Post Falls, Idaho all the way to Jacksonville, Florida, so it was going to take a bit of time, which was where they were based out of. So, she let me know when it was going to hit the road and an estimated time of arrival. They were a day or two late but that was really good for the amount of miles they had to cover. The vehicle arrived in a condition as good as when it departed and the ending bill was solid. If I had to do it all over again and receive the same amount of service that I did with the driver, I would do it again.

I called Montway. They gave me a military discount, so I was pretty stoked. They told me a date. And it was pretty much spot-on. The driver came to pick up my car. He picked it up on the 7th. I gave a deposit. Then he delivered it to Texas. It took two weeks but that was fine with me because I was driving from Washington State on the 14th. So, by the time I arrived in two days, the car arrived. So, the driver was just in time. It was perfect. I had to give him cash, the finishing deposit. He was professional and quick. I will continue to recommend Montway to my friends who are moving from Washington State.

The rep from Montway Auto Transport was very friendly. My mother visited us over the holidays and I needed to transport her car back home for her. The driver over communicated. It was great. He texted when he got there. He texted me on the way to my mother's. He told me when he was within 20 minutes of her place. It was absurd. I haven’t seen customer service quite like that. It's not what I expected out of an auto transport company. But that was in a positive way. Maybe it's just our circumstances. My mother's elderly and they knew we needed a lot of info, so they provided that. I wouldn't think twice about calling them again if I needed to move a car again.

My car got here quicker than Montway said it was. The whole experience was seamless. I also like the pricing better and one of their associates was awesome.

The driver called me when he was about an hour and a half out. They were there when they said they were going to be.

Montway was quick and to the point. Being in customer service myself for 30 years, their customer service was painless. After hours response was pretty immediate. They texted at 10 o’clock at night, reassuring me. They texted me and let me know they were an hour out. They called me to let me know they were right off the highway and to make sure I was home. Then they texted to let me know they were outside when they pulled up. Also, the quote came $85 under what everybody else would have quoted me around that same distance, so it was cost-efficient.

Montway was real with me. They gave me the best prices. I really liked the way the agent on the phone sounded, like they actually cared. From out of two other companies I spoke to, they were the most polite and willing to go back and look for better rates. The communication was just fluid and that was a big factor for me. The courier driver confirmed when exactly he'd be arriving so I could plan for someone to be available to give him the car keys. Then when he arrived, he communicated when he was coming so that I would be available. This was the first time I was shipping cars and there were a lot of companies. To stand out among that many, Montway leaves a good taste in my mouth.

The driver stayed in very good contact with me right up until he arrived. I also made it very convenient for him. Because where I lived in New York, it was on a very busy highway and it wouldn't have been conducive to picking up cars. So I had him pick up the car about a mile from my house. It was a very large, open parking lot to make it easier and safer for him. The only thing was he had me nervous. When he opened the door of the terrain to get the mileage, he saw that I had stuff in it. He said, “Oh, you're going to have to pay more.” I said, “Well, I was told I could put 100 pounds in each vehicle.” But he kept stressing, “If I get weighed, you're going to have to pay more.” But I followed the directions. I was told to put everything below window level, which it was. It was covered and I kept it within the weight limit. But it all worked out in the end and I didn't have to pay more. I paid exactly what I was told I was gonna have to pay.

A couple of months ago, I went online and put auto transport from Florida to Texas. Montway came up first, and it seemed convenient because they gave a quick quote right there and then without having to make a call. The Montway reps were very helpful. They worked with me to accommodate everything, even from the original quote to the original driver not being able to show up on time or pick it up. Then they went out of their way to reschedule someone else. The driver stayed in touch. He communicated with me and what time he was going to arrive. He did his best to have everything in place. For some reason, the battery had died by the time he got it, so he helped me push it to a parking spot. He went out of his way, also, to help after the fact.

It worked out properly with Montway. The driver was very communicative and he did everything possible to make things very smooth.

Montway's commitment is one of the good qualities on them that I could see. Providing updates in a timely manner is another quality that is good from them. The driver was very friendly and the response was very good. I had a word with him and he showed me the car including the precautions they were going to take while shipping my car. Overall, the driver has done a good job. He came to my home and delivered the car. I would recommend Montway. Definitely, this is one of the good auto transports that I could work with since the last six years. I transported my car two times, and these people are good.

We have worked with Montway in the past few years before and we had a good experience. This time, when we called, they were available on the day we wanted, which was within a week. They confidently said and guaranteed that they would have it on that day and that was very key for me. They were not the cheapest but we went for it and we were happy with the result. The driver apparently subcontracts for Montway. He called us from his cellphone when he picked up the car in Naples. He was flexible with the time and the location and brought it to Boston.

I had a very good experience with their rep. They let me know two days in advance, they let me the morning of, and then they let me know when the driver was on the way. The driver also brought the vehicle straight to where I was at. The vehicle also looked like it’d never been touched.

Montway talked me out of an enclosed carrier. Their quote seemed competitive to others and it was the same as the final cost of the service. It took three days from beginning to end and it was faster than I thought it would be. The car was enclosed and it was in great condition.

Setting up the transport was smooth. They came to the house the first time and scoped everything out. The teams that they had were very professional. However, we're missing a lot of valuable things from Portland and we haven't gotten any answers if we can recover them.

I had an issue at first with my credit card. So I had to contact Montway and tell them that the credit card should be good now. It was fairly easy. I assumed the driver was going to be the same throughout the entire process. But the ending driver and the beginning driver were different. So I was kind of surprised when a different guy showed up with my car. I understand that they were juggling a lot of balls because they had to pick up all these cars. They called me a day before they picked up my car. It was a little bit last minute. I wanted to know a little more advanced. Other than that, it was a totally positive experience. The guy that picked up my car was super thorough and checking everything. Everything was done in a way that made me feel confident that it would turn out well. I paid for enclosed transport and my car was perfectly fine.

The driver picked up the car in Texas, delivered it to me, and did a great job. The cost was good too.

I used Montway two ways and I'll use them again. Their customer service is excellent. Their online chat is effective. They never kept me waiting and answered my questions. However, it was very pricey. The price went up about 30% in between trips. But both drivers were nice guys and they contacted me in an open area where we could meet.

I liked Montway's customer service when I spoke to them. It was great. Everything went as scheduled and planned. There were no hiccups. So, everything went very smoothly. Part of that is because they have their own drivers. They don't use third party drivers, which was something that I wanted to support.

It was fantastic with Montway. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a company like that. They kept up with everything and everything was in detail.

The rep was professional, straight to the point, honest about pricing, answered any questions I had in terms of would the car be covered or not, and what is the difference in pricing. The quote was 100% accurate. Because I booked it a month or two out, the rep also give me the caveat that, “I cannot guarantee the price is gonna stay 100% the same. But we’ll talk about that once we get down to that date. Because it will be based on will transport the vehicle." Cool. Understood. Seven days prior to pickup, they called me, confirmed the price was still the same. Because the transport they used accepted it for the price that they solicited for.

I called Montway and got a price. I was so happy talking to the person that I didn’t get any more prices. The whole experience of buying a vehicle and having it shipped up from Florida went so smoothly. I had a wonderful experience with Montway. This was my first time and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

We didn't realize how dense Boston is, meaning that there are gonna be tight spaces where the trailer cannot get through. I was under the impression that the service was supposed to be door-to-door, and I was almost half expecting our car to show up in front of our house. But instead, I had to go to a designated pickup area to pick it up. That was something that was not in the description of the service. Except for that last part, everything went according to plan. I had decent communication with the driver.

The driver was fabulous, easy to communicate with, and I'd definitely use Montway again. They were great.

It was a great and easy process. It was very quick and I liked everything. Montway picked the car up on the 14th and it was here on the 23rd. The driver texted me when he was about to pick up the car, and he called me when he was 20 miles away from delivering the car. He took his time. He made sure everything was good. We paid off in cash and he left. I like the company and I would use it again.

I was very pleased with Montway. They picked up the vehicle in another state and the delivery was excellent. When they were getting close to Vista, the driver was letting me know that they were coming. When the guys delivered the truck, they were fairly friendly. It went smooth and I liked that. It was a great service.

The people that picked it up and dropped it off were very friendly and helpful, and my car was in perfect condition.

I had strictly email correspondences with Montway's reps, then I followed up with a couple of phone calls to confirm that a provider had been identified. We had very good communication and everybody that I interacted with, including the long-haul driver, was excellent. My vehicle was transported from Central Pennsylvania to Denver, Colorado, so it was quite a long distance, and they were a very professional organization. I was also billed according to what was quoted.

Montway gave me clear instructions and contacted us when it was close to the time to do the transport. The pickup was fine. The travel was from Utah to Rochester, New York and the driver called to let us know he was within striking distance. The drop-off was on time. But I didn't really care for the place when he dropped the car off. Other than that, everything was great. The process from start to finish was easy and smooth and the price we were quoted stayed the same.

I needed to transfer a vehicle down to Florida from Maryland. I went online read a bunch of reviews. Montway looked like they were pretty highly rated. Everybody was saying good stuff about using them. It was the first time I used a carrie, and it all worked out very well. They were on time for the pickup and for the drop. They communicated well. I was pretty happy with everything.

The rep was nice and helpful. Also, the driver was spot-on. He let me know when he was leaving, where he was, when he was close, and when he was there. So, there was constant communication. The car was the way they picked it up and the same way they dropped it off. Montway allowed me to put something in the trunk. Everything I put in there came back to me. Also, the ending bill was exactly what the rep told me.

It was a great experience with Montway. They showed up on time when they were supposed to, loaded it all up and drove away. We heard from them, about halfway point. Then when they dropped them off, they let us know that they were dropping them off.

The overall process of working with Montway was fine. I would recommend them.

The customer service was super good. They worked quick and got my car down here in two days. It was a 14-hour drive, and the driver kept me updated. It was all-around good. The cost was also good compared to how quick they got the car down here. I had a lot of quotes from different companies, but they weren't gonna be able to get the car down anywhere near as quick as Montway did.

The driver was on time. It was a bit costly, but it’s safe and reliable. I will definitely refer Montway.

My son needed to get his car transported to Hunstville, Alabama from Miami, Florida. Setting it up with Montway was really easy and it went smoothly. Then, the quote they gave me was the same as the final price.

Montway's price was a little expensive but it was cheaper than everybody else's. This is the third time I've had a car transported. I live in Delaware and the car was coming from California. The driver was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He had a little situation going and we helped each other. I had a very favorable experience.

We picked Montway because it was cheap, and it was available online and the fastest, too. The Montway reps were professional, clear and concise. The driver communicated through text messages and phone calls. He communicated where he would be and what time he would be there. We met him, and we took the delivery.

The reps explained everything and the charges. I booked the appointment a month before I actually needed Montway. I changed my pickup day a couple of times because of escrow. But when the pickup window arrived, they called and wanted to know if they could get it a day early, which I said was fine.

The driver was awesome. They picked up my car and they brought it to me. It started in Fredericksburg, Texas, and it ended in Crown Point, Indiana. It was not even two whole days. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called Montway and told them I was very pleased. Sergio was the fellow's name that picked up and I said I was very happy with him. I will use Montway again.

I used Montway to transport the BMW I bought in California to New York and was quoted between five and nine days. That was one of the things that was great about Montway. Everything was easy. They have a process on their website where I can pump out my own quotes. Once I was able to do that, it was just about them assigning it to somebody. They seemed to be able to do that quickly. At some point, there was a prompt for me to call and give some info. They do the dispatch to whichever companies they use.

Montway did the job they were supposed to do and everything was good. When my motorcycle got to the other end of the line, they went above and beyond in unloading and taking care of it. It also arrived in the same condition as it was when it left.

We had a car accident in Phoenix. We live in Utah and we were visiting down there and had a little accident. They towed the vehicle and it had to be fixed down there. Because of the supply chain thing that was going on, we had to wait two months to get it back. It was right during the holidays and we didn't want to go down there. Therefore, we had it brought up here. And the driver that brought it up was from Herriman, Utah, was a very nice, young man, and we were very pleased.

The rep was very quick. He came and then he had the paperwork done. He loaded my motorcycle, and it was delivered on the date that they said it would be delivered. It was very smooth. The amount they quoted was exactly what they charged. It was a fair cost considering the experience. There was no delay.

I set the car transport up online. There was a change on what time I wanted which changed the bill a bit, but in terms of what I was priced at the end versus what I was quoted, there was no difference. The driver was extremely competent. He knew how to do his job above and beyond. And he was good at communicating and solving problems. I like that a lot. I would definitely recommend Montway.

Montway transported my car from California to Georgia. The only thing was I wanted a specific date but I had to change that because they could not give me a guaranteed date without adding more fee to it. Then it really wasn't going to be that guaranteed even after they did that. Other than that, the process was fine. The driver was nice. My wheels were very muddy but my car came to me in the same shape I gave it to him.

I had a really good experience with Montway. I had a vehicle shipped in the past and waited about two months to get it. With Montway, it was very quick and streamlined. Customer service was great. I got a quote within a 15-minute phone call. The quote was about the middle of the road from other quotes that I've gotten. I liked the straight-up transparency that I got. In other trucking companies, it took several phone calls, or I get one phone call and have to wait for an answer on the quotes for several days. I also enjoyed interacting with the husband and wife trucking team that hauled it over. They were great too. The vehicle was in the same condition as I left it, as well.

I transported my show vehicle to my friend in Georgia for artwork. I used Montway and they were very informative, polite, and professional. I had to push back the delivery for a month and they still gave me the same price. I was given a little short notice on the pickup from Montway itself, not from the person who picked the car up, but they worked with me and that was really great. Also, amazing doesn't even cover the gentleman who picked up my car. I've got a lot of money in this vehicle and I felt very safe with it being in his hands. Then, he gave me his cell phone number and we communicated throughout his entire travel.

Everybody was professional and clear and said that they were going to pick up when they did. It was 100% good.

At the start, working with them was very efficient. The only downside was that after I booked, the communication as to when they were picking up the car wasn't the best. But once they picked up the car, the actual driver was the best. He was very communicative. He was also very helpful and flexible with dropping off. The car got there in one piece and it was a competitive price. Check Montway out.

I talked to a guy and he was reasonable. Then I talked to a woman, and when I decided to do more than one vehicle, they worked with me and gave me a little discount. I was happy with the little discount. Something was better than nothing. The pickup went great. He was there bright and early the next day morning. Whenever I told him what was wrong with the car, it needed a jump-off, he said, “Okay, no problem.” He put everything on the truck. Everything was good. I wish Montway transports more than just cars 'cause I needed boat transport. But I can’t find a way to transport my boat.

The fellow I talked to was very courteous and helpful. I told him the pickup day and then I called him back, and I said, "I can't have that for pickup day. I have to slip it two days." He said, "Okay." Then when I slipped it two days, they called and said, "We'll be there on that day." The fellow came up with a single-layered trailer, it can only hold three cars. He said, "I'd be there at 10 o'clock." But he didn't come. 11 o'clock, I called Montway and they said, "He's loading another car. He's coming to your place last because you're gonna be the first car he drops off."

I bought and shipped a 2009 Mazda Miata. I checked out three companies and I went with Montway. The others sounded a little too fly-by-night and Montway was very professional. They had good follow up, too. I asked all the questions and I wanted my car to be transported in an enclosed trailer. They were accommodating and the quote they gave me was reasonable. It was a little over $1,000, which was what I expected. But the deliver arrived late at night and it was a long trailer. There was a little bit of confusion that the guy drove past my house and there was nowhere for him to turn around. But he parked right off my block and we got the car out. All in all, I got what I expected and my vehicle was not damaged. My driver was accommodating as well and there were no hiccups.

I got my car delivered through Montway in three days. So, I was happy. The driver and I had like a small chat and he was thoroughly checking any damages in my car. There was no damage and I got it delivered as it is.

Montway delivered what they promised to me. They have a competitive price. Also, communication was great. I was able to get word on when the driver would arrive. Everything went well. I was perfectly satisfied with the experience.

I called Montway and I told them that I needed somebody to pick up the car that day. It was around 11 AM at the time in Dallas, Texas and I told them that I needed the car not to be delivered later than Sunday. They shopped around while I was on the phone with them. They called many people and gave me a price of $1,800. I was transporting a BMW 5 Series so I wanted it covered but at the end, they couldn't get the covered one. They said it was going to be open and for the open one, they gave me a refund of $300. That day, at 5 PM, the guy came to pick up the car and on Sunday at 3 PM, he delivered the car in Seattle. Montway was super good.

Montway was really efficient and their service was not cost-prohibitive. It wasn't overly expensive either and the vehicles got to their destination safely. We weren't really expecting anything negative to happen but the driver did a good job taking care of the vehicles and getting them there on time. He was a little early on the pick-up, which potentially was an inconvenience, but we worked it out.

The person who ended up calling me direct after I selected the service was able to work with me though we had a unique set of circumstances. The way the trip was planned, either they would have had to pick up after we'd already left for the airport, or they would have dropped off before we could guarantee that we would be at our new destination. The rep from Montway was able to work it out so that the car was guaranteed to be picked up before we left Tampa and guaranteed that it wouldn't be dropped off before we got to Indianapolis. The transport went great and the cost went down slightly based on the timing. However, we're in a new neighborhood so the driver didn't have the ability to map the address. He contacted me early enough to let me know that he was close. He had a hard time with the truck though because it end up being a little bit later than was expected. He said he was expecting to be here at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon but he ended up showing up 11 o'clock that night.

It was perfect with Montway. There was one time where there was a little bit of confusion, but everything got resolved very quickly. I intend to use Montway again next year when my husband wants his car transferred down here. They have very reliable, quick and door-to-door service. They came right to my house and delivered it right to the driveway.

Montway moved my Honda from Oxford, Mississippi to White Rock, New Mexico. They were so efficient and forthright, and the price was right. I had good vibes from them. I got cheaper quotes from other places, but I didn't feel that they were quite as reliable. I had a tentative delivery date and I hadn't heard from them, so I jumped the gun and called ahead, and they said they were an hour from my house. They were trustworthy. The driver arrived within an hour.

The person that picked my car up was extremely nice. It was the best experience. He dropped the car off at our convenience on the terminal of the airport when we landed in Orlando. So, I couldn't have asked for a better service. I’m a completely satisfied Montway customer. Use them.

The driver had a little trouble finding my place, but that's not uncommon because GPS doesn't know where I am. But it only took a couple of minutes and went very well. Others could trust going with Montway.

We shipped a 2016 Honda Fit for about 3,100 miles through Montway. I got a good feel from the person I spoke to on the phone and they were very businesslike. They weren't aggressive. A friend of mine also used them in the past and was very happy. The quote they gave me was not the lowest, it fell right in the middle range of the quotes I got, but I felt like I could trust them when I was talking to them and I didn't get that sense from almost any other transport broker. I’ve done it more than twice with Montway, but twice, the truck driver asked for more money for fuel. It was a long ways away, so I gave him extra money. I had Montway transport a sedan. Their reps were really nice. They were very clear about the details and the process. So, they are good. The quote was a bit high, though. I was dealing with other people and they were able to give a discounted price than what Montway gave, but one of my friends who used Montway said the service was good. We need the quality, so I chose Montway. The sedan was full of dust when it arrived but the time they mentioned met my expectation. Overall, Montway could work on the price a little bit and maybe they can offer a service to clean the cars up and then charge whatever is needed for that.

The whole transport took about three days and I communicated with the driver pretty much every day. He was really nice and he allowed me to text him. I allowed him to text me back and forth about the vehicle’s starting point and midway, and when it got here. He also contacted me hours before the delivery letting me know he was about 10 minutes down the road. I was waiting outside when he got here then he pulled up on the opposite side of the road, which was enough room to get the truck off the transport. At the time, my battery was low so he had to jump it. Then he drove it off the truck.

Montway was great and our driver was wonderful. His name was Thomas. We wanted our auto transported the week of Thanksgiving. Someone was supposed to come the 22nd, on Monday, and Thomas called and said he could pick it up Saturday, the 20th, which was even better for us. He was prompt and took his time to load it. I was impressed watching him, how he lined it up on the transport and anchored it. He left Saturday afternoon and by Monday afternoon, he delivered it to our friends in Fort Myers. They received it, and there was no issue there at all. We were very happy. I paid for an extra 100 lbs. At first, I was confused. It said one 100 lb. piece of luggage. But I called and spoke to someone, and they verified I could have up to 100 lbs., no charge. It could be in several pieces of luggage.

I got a quote from a couple of other companies and they were a little more. But I thought, "Okay. This is little less. But do you get less or more?" And I was 100% happy. Montway is one of the best companies that I have dealt with. They are the most efficient. From one point to the other, it went perfect. The driver is superior. If I move a vehicle back to Chicago, I will look for the same company if I can get the same driver. Their efficiency is 100%.

He even called me and right when something small happened, that he would just be a few hours late, which he didn’t have to do. But the communication was good. But he still went through what the expectations were, what you could expect, and how we'd coordinate.

And he would call my son and tell him when the car was there, and everything was delivered on time. My son received it, checked it, and everything was still in good condition. They received everything. Everything went well. That was a very good experience.

Montway kept me updated and gave me an hour out heads up where the driver was, and did a good job getting it into the garage for me. The guy helped me push the thing up the driveway. It was very efficient. They did a good job. I'd recommend Montway to anybody who reached out and needed some suggestions.

I had a seamless experience with Montway. There was a little delay, but that was to be expected sometimes given the weather. It was a huge transport and it was cross-country. They kind of put my mind at ease. It was an experience watching them load the car into the truck. I was thinking about them having to go through the Rocky Mountains. The car went from California to South Carolina, so it was almost a cross-country trip. Everything went really well. I had no issues meeting with the drivers, the dropping the car off and picking it up. But we ran into some difficulty in terms of their big trucks. They were carrying a lot of cars, so they didn't always have the ability to get to exactly where my car was. When I dropped it off, I met with the driver at a location that was convenient for them. But the communication was good. The same thing happened with picking it up. They weren't exactly able to drop the car off at my address because of the access with a big truck. So it was one of those things where I met them at a convenient location nearby. But the interactions were pretty good.

Montway was about $100 cheaper than some of the larger names. I gave them a call and they were out of Schaumburg, Illinois. So with the price and them being local state fellows, it was a no-brainer. When the driver picked up the car, he took a lot of pictures and he was very polite. It was really pretty easy transition. The car came perfectly, exactly as it was in Florida. I was very happy with it.

My car was picked up and I tried to contact them to see where my car was but I couldn't get hold of anyone. I asked someone from the company to call their driver and they cannot get ahold of the driver. They said they cannot talk to him because he doesn’t speak English. That part is fine but there should be a way of communication with the driver always. I asked for the phone number of the driver, who was a very nice person, and my wife, who speaks Spanish, reached out to him. He was able to give a time when the car was gonna be delivered.

The contractors that were used by Montway were really responsive and they called back. They were very nice each time that they reached out to us. The driver that came and did the pickup was so amazingly kind and helpful. Montway's client service was okay. As far as the quote and pricing, it was as expected. Everything was wonderful and we really appreciated it.

The rep was very nice. At first, the quote was high, but then he said he got a discount for that. So I got a good discount on it. I was willing to pay $1,100 if I had to. But I paid under $900. The driver was real nice too. He stayed in touch with me and he was on point. I'll use Montway anytime because they get the job done.

They gave me a lot of detail in emails explaining the whole process about the pickup, the drop off, and the whole process. For the most part, they were able to answer any questions I had and they were almost dead-on with the quote to the cost. Also, we worked well with the driver in loading and unloading the vehicle. He called me almost every other day, letting me know the progress on his trip and when it came to drop off the vehicle, he gave us a nice location that was very open. They contracted it out and when they picked up my car in Naples, Florida, the driver had a little trouble with his vehicle. But we got my car on, they took off and said it would be here at a certain day. It was not only here, but it was in my driveway. I don't know how he got up the hill. I thought he would go to the truck stop and I’d meet him there. We had a hard time communicating but he was very nice and professional. They're very careful too. He took pictures galore before he loaded the car. When he unloaded, he went around and took more pictures.

The car looked pretty much the way Montway showed it to me on the video, so it was good. Everything was on the money.

The driver called and let me know when they were picking up the vehicle. They called me and told me an approximate time that they will give it to me. Then when they were running late, they called hours before the time they initially gave me, and told me it’ll be two hours past that. They came on time. It was cool to pay the deposit upfront and pay the balance in cash because it was cheaper than paying everything by card online.

They were very clear about the cost and pickup dates and they were very helpful. I didn't have a firm date at the time because I was still working the deal and I was just doing preliminary work. So they gave me a range that I could get in touch with them and they could make it happen. I talked to the driver before he headed down this way and he informed me that he had a couple of stops to make on the way down. Because of that, I changed my location for him to unload the car and it worked fine for him. He was very meticulous with the automobile. When he set it on the ground, he got out his camera and took pictures of the odometer and the entire body of the car. It was pretty fair business.

Montway was a good service for what we needed. We had a death in the family and needed to transport a vehicle to Texas. This was an 18-24 hours drive. The driver texted me and called whenever he need to. Montway's overall process was smooth and fabulous. The cost was within reason too.

Our pan on the van was cracked when it was delivered. So they didn't handle the wheelchair van properly and we had to replace that. So $2,000 later, I wasn't too happy. But I was happy with the guys who picked it up. They were very nice. But I don't think they knew what they were dealing with a wheelchair van and the support system underneath. According to the dealership, it must have hit hard when it came off. So I would not recommend Montway with a special vehicle.

The Montway rep I spoke to was fast, efficient and to the point. The driver called a couple of days before he picked up the car. He called me when he picked up the car. He called me when he was on his way. Then he called me, about three hours prior to delivery. So, it was really nice to be kept up to speed on what was happening. Overall, Montway's communication was stellar, and that’s not typical in today's world. So, that was the standout for me. It was a good value, too, at a very fair price. It was a really great experience all around.

Once I booked the transport, everything was self-explanatory. The only thing that would be better was if Montway would say approximately how they were finding the driver, because I wasn't sure what was happening. The rest was good. The guy who was delivering the car was very nice. Before the pick-up, he called and then once he was picking up the car as well. The transport was from Los Angeles to Chicago, and the driver got the car on Thursday and delivered on Sunday. I enjoyed it because I was expecting it to be longer but he got here faster.

The move from Florida to Ohia ended up being two days which was much faster than I expected. Customer service was very responsive.

It was a guaranteed day pick-up because we needed to fly out. They just had a local driver, they put it in storage, and it sat there for over a week before somebody could pick it up. So, they did that, but it was after a few phone calls that I had to make. The delivery was great. The actual drivers were great. We took a 10-minute drive to a Home Depot just because the residential areas had some low-hanging trees. So, they didn't want to risk damaging the cars. That's fine. That's normal. They took good care of the car and they were very responsive. So, overall, I was very happy. I would recommend Montway.

They gave a timeframe and the driver showed up in that timeframe. He hitched my car up and three days later, he called saying he has confirmed the address that it needed to be delivered to. He parked the car inside the garage which was exactly what I asked for. The price was upfront and there were no surprise charges. I couldn't have asked for more. It worked great. I will most likely use them again. They did the move in a reasonable time for a reasonable price.

The customer service rep was good and so were the gentlemen that I met when I dropped both cars off to them. They handled it and told me ahead about how long it would take, and did just that. They were delivered a little early, which was a good thing. It created a bit of a ruckus, but that's okay. The move was quoted and the cost was exactly what Montway said.
