In military, and we had to move east coast to west cost. We completed two different vehicle transports within six months, one starting point was Florida, the other was Colorado with both both arriving in Washington State. Am extremely happy with the service and communication from both. The price, is great as well! Moving a vehicle cross the states if you choose to do it yourself can be the cost of an airplane ticket one way, then drive it across country would probably be about the same amount Montway charged. GREAT JOB!! Will use Montway when it's time to retire!!

I was very pleased with Montway. All these people that said, “I'll take the automobile to Arkansas,” kept backing out. The company tried to find us another person, then a couple days later, they backed out too. Montway finally found someone, and the person picked up the automobile one day and dropped it off the next day to my brother in Arkansas. Everything checked out good. My brother called when they got there and said they unloaded it. He checked out everything, and said the person was very nice, and he didn't have a problem. Would I go back with Montway again? Yes. I would also recommend them because they kept finding people for us, instead of just saying, “Well, I'm sorry, but we can't find anybody.”

Booking with Montway was super easy and they even showed up earlier than I had paid for!!! Driver was very professional and took excellent care of my car while transporting it. He contacted me and set up a time to drop off my car that worked with my schedule. Highly Recommend Montway!!!

The price and the timing were good. Everything was fine.

We purchased two Slingshots and needed to transport them for 150 miles. We called Montway and it was a very easy and pleasant to set up with them. The next day, they were picking up the vehicles. Everything was great and I almost used them again about two weeks ago.

Transporting our car from Boulder Co to Kauai was a simple process with Monday. The process from initial contact to picking the car up at Nawiliwili was efficient and straightforward. Responses to calls and questions were immediate and always helpful. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I have already recommended Montway to many people.

My vehicle came on time. The driver called me and said that he would be at a certain location. I thought it was gonna be delivered at the door. But I understand since I'm in a military facility. As soon as the driver got there, he went through the checklist, then he walked around the vehicle and made sure it was good to go. It was an easy and quick experience.

Having the car picked up and dropped off in and out of my driveway was easy. All the communication was clear in what it needed to be. I got a heads up that the driver was on the way, gave me enough lead time to be able to be prepared for that. They showed up, loaded the car and off they went. And return was very much the same experience.

I was informed that an assigned driver will come down. I have his contact info and I contacted him and he contacted me back. The car was picked up on time and I was told the day it was going to be delivered. The vehicle was delivered the same day. I was pretty happy with the experience. I encourage other people who are considering to move their vehicles to review the comments of people who ahve used Montway in the past and what their experiences are overall. That helped me out.

I liked Montway's price. They were very good including the timeline. I would refer them. It was a good value.

Setting up the transport was pretty much all done online. Montway sent me the email confirmation right away. It worked pretty well. But it was a little unclear when the car would be picked up exactly. The driver reached out to say that he was half an hour away. So, that’s why I wasn't quite ready. A little more lead time on it would've been a little bit nicer. But everything else worked out really, really well. It was done a lot quicker than I was anticipating. Montway did a great job.

I picked Montway several years ago in Chicago and have used them several times. I'm using them again this week. I'm shipping my car back to Chicago from Florida. I'm spending half my time here in Florida and we have two cars down here. I drive one and I ship my wife's so that we don't have to drive two cars back and forth.

Late last year I purchased a vehicle from a dealership in Milwaukee WI. and contacted Montway for covered transport to Albuquerque. It took several days for them to make the appropriate arrangements. Once the delivery was scheduled it went extremely smoothly and the car was delivered as promised and actually ahead of schedule.

I booked my shipment around last December 26th, and I got my shipped on 29th by overnight shipping. It is very fast and reliable, and nothing happens to my car, not even a small scratch. I would like to recommend Montway to my friends.

My grandmother was getting rid of our 2017 Ford Escape with 9,000 miles on it. I became the recipient of that. I'm in New York and she's in Ohio. I used Montway and they charged about $900 to bring the car to me. That made more sense to me than missing work. The guy I spoke to was very informative and he made me comfortable. He made me feel like this is a real thing here and it was not a scam. I was to pay half upfront and the other half when they delivered the car to me. That made me feel good. I was gonna meet somebody. I swiped my credit card and I also protected it with Chase Bank. If anything would happen with that, I would call the bank and put in a dispute.

I had a good experience with Montway in the past, so I figured I would just keep using them. The team was great, as always. Very responsive. The time before this, I had some issues with lining up the place of departure, and a time for them. And the team has always been good at working around those issues. Pick up went smooth. I was a little disappointed in the driver. He couldn't seem to get the car started. It was cold outside. It’s an older car. It has a carburetor. It needs some special knowledge. You start it when it’s cold, and he didn’t seem to know. And he started revving on the engine. You don’t do that when the car is cold, especially an old American V8 car. So, I had to stop him. Otherwise, everything is great.

We called them and talked to them and then they set a date and time. It was easy. They had somebody come in within that week.

This was my first time using a vehicle shipping service and am very fortunate to have used Montway. The representatives were attentive with my questions and were straightforward with the services and pricing. Communications was consistent and I was promptly notified at each stage of the movement of my vehicle. Because this was my first time shipping a vehicle, I would call several times with questions and each time the representative were pleasant and answered my questions promptly.

Everything looked good with Montway so I set up transport for my Mustang to be shipped from Michigan to Phoenix. The pick-up and drop-off were pretty good, considering there was a snowstorm Midwest and up there. The carriers were driving in zero-degree weather and snow and ice. The transport was quick. It took seven days in total and that was understandable.

Initially, I went with one company and they were taking forever. They were like, "Oh, we found a driver. Oh, that driver canceled. We found a driver, that driver canceled." So, I ended up saying, "Okay, I'm done with that company." I went with a new one and the same thing happened. I asked for an enclosed trailer, then they sent an open trailer, so they couldn't take it. They upcharged me. Then I was like, "You know what? I've seen Montway everywhere. I'm not sure, but I've seen a lot of good stuff about them. They're always the number one company that pops up whenever I Google car transports. So, I'm just gonna go with them. I don't care about the price anymore." So then, I went with Montway and it worked out perfectly. They were able to get an enclosed trailer right away and then get it out of here even quicker. Everything went smoothly.

Montway was spot on with everything. The communication was good. They kept me updated on everything. The crew showed up on time and got my car out there on time. The guy that did the pickup was pleasant to talk with, and professional. I will try and use Montway again.

The first person I made an appointment with did not explain to me that they were the broker. I thought they were the drivers. Someone else called and explained they found a driver. I then got the picture more. The first driver was cancelled and I had to wait a whole 'nother week to send my car. I wasn't even in town anymore. Montway got another driver. They said he was rerouted. I was supposed to give a Monday through Friday window. I was waiting until Friday but the second driver picked up the car on Saturday. My Realtor gave it to him and that all worked out fine. They followed through with the pickup date and the delivery date.

My experience was smooth, very easy, accurate, and on time. Everything was done through text or calling. I was close to the truck driver, so I went and got the car. But they were supposed to deliver it on the same day that they mentioned. So it was very smooth and quick. The price is a bit much, but it’s good considering the service that I got. I would recommend Montway.

Transporting with Montway went very well. It took a little over a week to find a driver but we really weren't in a hurry because we had a place to stay from the house. If we had to be out of the house, I had a place to stay until they picked the car up. They picked it up at my sister's house at the end of the street and she said it was fine. Then they delivered right to my daughter's door where I was staying, which was great. They picked it up on Tuesday and we got it within a week's time. It was a long drive from Florida to Arizona and it was very good. Montway is a reputable company and with them, someone dealt with me and they kept their word.

Montway's rep was super nice. I wish I could have gotten it with her, but something happened. I didn't have the card then I called back and she didn't pick up the phone. Other than that, it was a good deal and it was worth it. It was good pricing and not only that, I was able to fit all my stuff in the car. But there were some issues with communication. They told me the vehicle was going to be picked up one day, then my stuff was not in the car on that day. Then, it got canceled for some reason as the guy had COVID. So, the transport got delayed, but nothing too serious that I was really upset about. For the delivery, I had the guy come to Aviation Plaza in New Jersey because it was easier than to come to my mom's house at the street address. So, I picked up the car in an open area. Then the guy checked everything and it was really easy and smooth. All in all, I would tell others to use Montway. They were awesome.

Montway's service was pretty good. I didn't expect I would get the vehicle that fast. I thought it was gonna be longer than I expected. So, I got satisfied with the process I went through with transporting the vehicle. If I need to do another drop-off, Montway is the first company I'm gonna call.

Setting up the transport was done easily. We received a phone call from a young man and he took our information. He found a firm that would transport the car on a closed container. And it was all very smooth. The transportation only took a few hours. It was picked up in Lumberton, New Jersey and brought over to Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The car is not drivable, so it might have been pushed up onto the van. At the other end, the mechanic here in Pennsylvania was able to help unload the car and put it into his shop. It was a little expensive, but it was done very smoothly and professionally. It’s a 51 year old Volkswagen. It rode across into Pennsylvania with a million dollar Ferrari, so it was in good company.

Montway was easier to use. The distance was about 400 miles from Dallas to Port Aransas and we used them both ways. For our company, there are fleet vehicles that we use for different locations. So every couple of months or so, we switch them out, and Montway seems to do a pretty good job of doing that for us. On our end, we are concerned about the safety of the transport because some of our vehicles have equipment on them. Montway did ask the questions, like are there other equipment or aftermarket items on the car that they need to take protection. So they needed to know if they needed an enclosed truck or if the flatbed would work. They were very attentive to what we needed. The drivers call on their cell phones. The last time that I used Montway, they called and said how close they were and verified the pickup person or procedures, and set the location. That was pretty good. It was good service. I'm happy. I will use Montway again.

There was a bit of a mix-up on the pickup. The car was going to be picked up, but it didn't get picked up, and then it did. The driver came and he was great. Everything went well once we got that squared away and the cost of transporting through Montway was pretty equivalent across the board with the quality of their service. The hardest part was I did this for my daughter and she had to pay cash on delivery for the remaining balance. That was a bit disturbing because I like receipts on everything. She gave the driver cash, then he had to call because he seemed confused. I live in North Carolina and I would ship the car to Massachusetts. So, there was a little bit of a disconnect on that but everything worked out fine.

Montway was credible. It was overall a good move. They wrapped my stuff. They came and did what they got to do. I felt like they took care of me. They checked up on me. And they knew what they were doing. Every question I had about transferring the moving date, they took care of it. So, it was very easy to work with. They came to the home. They took pictures of the car. They looked around. And they asked me if anything was in the trunk, and they made sure the vehicle was hooked on. When I came to Florida, they brought it to the hotel for me. They unloaded it. It was nice. It was a good price to move all that stuff. Everything was accurate.

Montway didn't charge any more than what they quoted. The driver that they contracted with kept in contact with me and the communication was sufficient for me. I don't like a lot of communication, just the pertinent details, and it was a good experience all around. When the vehicle arrived, there was no damage and the driver was on time and courteous. I would use them again.

Montway was amazing. They took extra special care, because I was getting a new car. The only place they had the car is California. So they had to transport my old car, the one that I was trading in. And that same day, they dropped it off and they picked up my car on Monday. When they came to bring my car, I was at work so the driver communicated with me when they would come and he brought it to my job, which is five minutes from my home. It was nice and convenient. It was such a quick turnaround, I was doing a backflip. So happy. We'll probably call Montway because we have another one that I need transported.

When I made the order, it was very easy. They were very considerate and understanding. It was very clear and easygoing. The pricing was great. They have amazing services, customer service and communication.

Only displeasure was how early transport arrived and delivery of vehicles. It was close to Christmas, so driver arrived 2 days ahead of when we previously discussed. Loading and transport was good, but, again due to driver's hurry to be home for holidays, vehicles arrived 2 days ahead of schedule, forcing us to move up our travel, and still vehicles were unloaded without us. Thank goodness, no damage done to vehicles, and it did save us car rental as our vehicles were in our driveway when we arrived.

I needed to relocate my 1970 Chevy Nova and I didn’t want to drive it as I didn’t want to put on 1,400 miles on it because it has it’s original 48,000. I had it transported through Montway in an enclosed trailer. Initially, I made an inquiry by online chat because I was not sure what and how it would happen. So, they gave me a preliminary estimate of the cost and I explained to the person I chatted with that I was not ready to do it and that I would contact them when I would be in need of that. After that, I contacted them by phone and I talked to some of the reps. They said that they would find a driver, which might take five to seven days, but they found a driver a little bit earlier. Then they gave me contact on the driver, so then I communicated with him.

They were easy to deal with. I was able to get a truck quick that week, which was extremely helpful. They were right on point. Anything I had, they would get back to me right away, which was awesome. The transport was so fast for coming from Connecticut to Coachella Valley. Also, the driver was cool.

Everybody at Montway was professional. The rep I dealt with responded quickly and I had no issues. They transported my car for a couple of miles from Miami to Orlando and the quote they gave me was the same price I paid. It was affordable and I got good service.

Being able to get things scheduled and it not being ridiculously expensive were the reasons I went with Montway. Plus, they had pretty good reputation. I appreciated that Montway had a history, and that I could kind of depend on that. It was very easy to set up. I scheduled it for the next day then I needed to push it a day, and they were very accommodating. The few times that I've had to deal with their customer service, they answered my questions. I didn't get transferred around to a bunch of different departments. It was very straightforward.

Montway took about as long as they said they would take to get the transport set up and scheduled. It was roughly two weeks but everything went smoothly. The driver called me as soon as he picked up the vehicle. He told me he had secured it, the paperwork and the key were in the vehicle, and then, he told me that he would arrive in four days to the house and to have the payments ready in cash or in money order. The vehicle actually arrived one day earlier than planned. So, that was nice. He called me halfway through the delivery and told me that he was going to be there a little bit earlier, which was about a day earlier. He communicated well. I was really pleased with it.

Montway was terrific. They were professional and very flexible because my pickup dates waffled a little bit. Their driver was terrific. He explained what was going on. He let me take some pictures. He was super professional. It was a cross-country move for us so he had like a three-day drive, and he was really efficient. We didn't know if it would take a week if the weather was bad, but everything was great. Their communication was really good.

My son moved out to Denver and I needed to get his car out there. The first process I was going through was frustrating because I was getting the gamut of $800 up to $1,700. I picked the bottom part and didn't get anything. When I got in touch with Montway, the bid was high, but I was at the point where I was like, “I don’t care, as long as you’re gonna get us there in a timely fashion.” Everything happened within a week. Prior to that, I was sitting on almost two and a half months of crickets and not hearing a darn thing from anybody.

They picked the car up on time and Saul, the driver, was very friendly and easy to talk to on the phone. He delivered the car on time too. He was very polite and the whole operation was very efficient.

It was excellent with Montway. The timeline was good as well as the driver. The price was well worth it. It was a good investment and time saved.

I came across two different companies. One of them was this company, and the other was a very popular competitor. I chose the alternative competitor. Why? Because the one who answered the initial call was super confident, gave me amazing promise, and I felt like they are the best service ever. But I had to cancel the service after 10 days of waiting. You call the company, and nobody replies. They were very good in attracting customers, but once people signed the contract, then they disappeared.

The lady that I talked to was very knowledgeable. She made me feel pretty confident about picking Montway. She was very confident in their quality of service, as well as their pricing being as competitive as you're going to get out there. She was very impressive. She made a good impression on me. It worked out well. Montway located a driver pretty quickly. It was less than 24 hours. Unfortunately, that first driver backed out that day he was supposed to pick the vehicle up because he had some problem with his truck. But Montway found another driver that evening. The first thing that they did was to give me the name and contact information of the driver. The driver called when he picked up the vehicle down in Miami and then he called when he was getting close to Atlanta. He was gonna drop off in the evening but I told him I didn't want to pick it up in the nighttime. He was very accommodating and he brought it the next morning.

Communication was really good. It was mainly online via text or email and they were very responsive. I was kept apprised every time something was changing and it was quick. They also called 30 minutes out and the car was dropped off. Also, the cost was very fair and it did not change. The price that I was quoted was what I paid.

The Montway representative was great and the delivery was pretty timely. So, overall, I'm very satisfied. Montway was very responsive and the process was very straightforward. There were two different drivers, and they were both responsive. Whenever I reached out, they would always respond.

The rep was great that was why I decided to go with Montway. They were honest on everything we went through that was why I was so happy with the delivery.

I had to move from North Carolina to California and the process to book was straightforward and easy. They just had a few weeks to book and it was successful.

I had picked another company for the delivery and the company started getting real hinky. I didn't want to do it. Then, Montway popped up and they were a little more expensive but I felt so much more comfortable with them. The driver showed up weirdly late but he communicated that he was running late. He let everybody know along the way what was going on so we could not be happier.

A driver picked up my car in California and another one dropped it off in Georgia. The first guy shipped the car from California to Texas. I called a couple of times, and he was polite. The other guy that shipped it from Texas to Georgia was also polite. He called me when he first got to Atlanta, Georgia, but he said he had multiple stops. He told me how close he was going to be, how far away and where to meet up. We met at this plaza where my car was. He drove it to me, and it was in good condition. I was happy with the service.

I'm going to use Montway again. The transport was excellent. They charged me 299 for deposit. Then I had to have a $1,670 certified check upon arrival. The driver was excellent. Everything turned out fine. The car was delivered to my son and the only thing he said was, "Oh, man, the car was filthy," but that was to be expected traveling all that distance.

Montway was honest and sincere. The driver was on time and thorough. The car showed up in Michigan on time and they kept in touch with me proactively. I didn't have to call them, they called me.

I was impressed with Montway. They did a nice job. I didn't realize they'd quoted me for an open trailer, and I wanted a closed trailer. It was a little more expensive, but that was more of a misunderstanding. It's not the super class A tractor trailer experience that you would get from one of the huge transport companies. But on the other hand, it was very convenient, quick and efficient.

The customer service I received over the phone was great and my car came in fast than I expected. The delivery guy was good. He told me what the process was and what he was gonna be doing.

I emailed and they connected me with a company. The drivers picked it up one morning and delivered it the following afternoon. They were prompt and they delivered as they promised.

It was a good experience with Montway. They were very thorough. The driver was in contact with us frequently leading up to picking up the vehicle. Even though my availability wasn't the best, he was in communication with my son a lot. Once I was able to make the drop-off for him to pick up the truck and meeting him face to face, he was very professional. It was outstanding service.

Everything went smooth. Montway did the job for what they quoted, and everybody's happy. The service was priced competitively with everybody else and I got a free upgrade as well. I paid for an open trailer delivery, and it came in a closed trailer. It's $200 more, normally, to have a closed trailer, but they didn't ask for any extra money. They didn't even tell me they were bringing it to me on a closed trailer. I was told there just happened to be a closed trailer coming from Chicago through Nebraska on the driver's way to San Francisco. That's on Interstate 80, and I'm on Interstate 80, so it wasn't out of his way.

I liked Montway's customer service. They gave me a price and they stuck to it. They were here within 24 hours to pick up my vehicle. The driver that they contacted to get with me called me and arranged everything. He was more than willing to work with me about where we would pick up the car because I know they couldn't get into my neighborhood once I asked what kind of a vehicle they were doing. I absolutely adored the driver and his wife who was the dispatcher. The cost was high. However, the truck didn't get lost. There was no damage done to the vehicle. Communication was excellent. It was good value for the dollars paid.

The reps from Montway said they were going to be there on Thursday and they called Wednesday morning and said that they would be there about midday Wednesday. Those guys flew down there. They called and gave five hours’ notice that they were early. So, the neighbor ran down there, took the truck, handed them the money and off they went. I would recommend Montway. I liked that they had my truck in a single vehicle trailer and it was an enclosed one. So it wasn't bouncing around with 10 other rigs on the highway. Doing business with them was straightforward.

The driver communicated very well with me. During pickup, I was provided with proper directions on where exactly I should wait because the trucks that they bring might not be able to fit into smaller streets. He texted and called me before he came and gave me proper estimates. When he arrived, he loaded the car securely, documented everything, took pictures, and inspected the vehicle for any damages or anything like that. Delivery-wise, it was almost accurate. He was a little bit later, but that was totally acceptable. Also, I had the vehicle delivered to a downtown location and he was not able to bring his truck because it is restricted. I had to meet him about 10 minutes away from where I wanted the vehicle to be delivered and he was very helpful and very courteous.

It was faster with Montway and the driver was good at communicating. It was perfect.

The customer service was great. I never had anyone not respond when I needed them to. Also, the driver was a great communicator. He didn't deliver the car where it was scheduled to be delivered but he made arrangements with my son, who seemed to be fine with it.

Montway got my car to me and it wasn't damaged. They got me a good price. They were available in the timeframe needed. I needed the car transported like three days from when I called. Everything was easy. I didn't have to deal with a bunch of call centers. I didn't have to deal with fake prices. I didn't have to deal with people charging way too much or vice versa. It was a smooth and easy process. The company is good overall. The service and price were good.

Everything went well. The driver was very nice and the price was well worth it. If I ever had to use them, I'd use them again.

I've shipped cars quite a lot here in this country and they're all pretty bad. Montway is not as bad as the others but there's always something, like they turn up early or late. But we've never had any damage with them and their customer service is good.

Montway was referred to me by a friend. He’s picky and he had a good experience with them. My interaction with their rep was good too. The car was picked up a little late so it was delivered late, but overall, it was okay.

A long time ago, I had another company and then, I saw Montway on my phone. The customer service was great from the person signing me up to the driver.

It went well with the reps I worked with at Montway. They kept me updated on when it would be available for drop-off and the drop-off went smoothly.

Transporting with Montway was quicker than I expected. I used them in January and when my vehicle left my house, the person that was going to get my car told me that he received the car. He said he'd be here at an expected date and he came here to Kansas a day early. All in all, they are reliable and they will give you information if something happens to them on the road.

I was afraid of what I was going to get myself into, but the experience was painless. I had never done anything like this in my life and it was no big deal at all. They picked the vehicle up when they told me they were going to pick it up and delivered it when they said they were gonna deliver it. The vehicle was in perfect condition when it got here. They delivered it right outside my house. They did exactly what they said they would do and the price went where it should be. I found some companies that were willing to do it for much less, but that kind of alerted me to the fact that service might not be as well because they were such outliers.

Working with them was better than expected. They kept me informed all along the way and I got my car lightning fast. But there was no paperwork left with my parents on the sending end. There was nothing that said, “Okay. There were no dings or dents on your car and it was this many miles on it. And here's my name and my official letterhead.” Having that would be good for the driver too. Because if there's a dent, and then we say, “Oh, hey. You put that down on there.” The driver would have the paperwork that says, “No, you signed this and there was no damage". Other than that, the guy who delivered it did everything he said he would when he said he would do it. I would absolutely use them again.

Montway was one of two places I called, and they responded to me right away. As far as the cost, I thought it was more than I expected it to be. It wasn't a very long haul. Other than that, everything went smoothly. The transporter that they used was very efficient. I would probably use them again.

Montway gave me the quote, we arranged the pickup time, and the transport went great. They were on time and called to give me notification at each step of the way, letting me know how far out they were. I gave the man my keys then he put the car in a truck and took off. Pickup was seamless, and I assume drop off was as well. It was received at a dealership the next day. Everything went off as planned, without any problems, and the quote was right on the money.

Montway did a great job and it was a top-notch experience. It was easy to schedule when I signed up with them. The pickup and delivery were on time and the guys were very careful with the bike and got it there without a mark. The service was worth every penny and I'd highly recommend Montway.

You do not know what to expect when you are trying to ship a vehicle and find a company to do the job. Your inbox will be flooded with offers from companies wanting to do it. You end up picking a company and hope for the best. After my first choice failed to do anything and I got tired of waiting I fired them. The 2nd company Montway was great. They kept in touch with me about find a contractor and within 3 days my car was picked up in WA State and delivered to a small out of the way town in north eastern Ca. I have no problem recommending Montway.

Maybe I got lucky but my pickup and delivery times were both happened quickly. The price was relatively good, and my vehicle was delivered in the exact same condition it was picked up in. Will use again in the future.

It was my first time ever to have an nice car transported from Las Vegas, NV to Seattle, WA. The driver and the owner of the company were very professional and polite and detailed. The car was picked up on time at 2pm and dropped off the next evening at my brother's house. Yuriy called me 45min before he got to the destination so I could contact my brother to receive the car. It was an amazing experience. Thank you very much Dimitri and Yuriy.

I was really skeptical about hiring a transport service as I've heard many horror stories. Montway put my mind at ease every step of the way and the transport driver was just amazing!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

The customer service was above and beyond. They communicate with the whole way through. The person transport I got my cars was the nicest person and in constant contact with me. My cars arrive in the same condition as pick up.

Setting up the transport was all done online and the website was very informative. It was nice and it was a smooth transition. The driver told me they picked up and then, he called as soon as he was in town or about three hours out. The vehicle was perfect when it arrived. Plus, the quote was just right and as accurate as it could get.

I needed my car picked up here at Chicago and dropped-off in Virginia. I was very comfortable with the rep I worked with at Montway. He gave me a time and gave me a good feeling about their company. He was highly qualified and they did exactly what they said. The price was fair and I had no problem with it. The driver called before he showed up and when he loaded the car, he said it would take them one day to get there and that was what they did.

The transport with Montway was very smooth. We decided on a date, and they had somebody pick the car up on their trailer. They dropped it at our place around midnight. Overall, the experience was good. They are reliable. Their customer service is pretty good. I had a change request in the middle because the car was not ready, and they were pretty prompt. They connected me to all the truck drivers that are available, and someone reached out, which was pretty good.

I've been using Montway for a few years now. So far, all my needs were met. But sometimes the prices were a little too high.

Montway did a good job. They found somebody to bring the car out within a week. The driver did a nice job so I was very pleased with it. But Montway didn't honor the quote. They increased it but they did that before they picked the car up. So, I don't have any complaints there.

Everything was fine with Montway. The vehicle was exactly how they picked it up.

I've transported with Montway twice since the beginning of the year. The first one was from California to Oregon and the delivery took two days from pickup. We live in a rural area where the truck couldn't fit and they met us at a local college. It took five minutes to pick up the vehicle. The next one went from Oregon all the way over to Arkansas and that took 10 days. There was a storm. Also, I had to change the delivery location at the last minute and they were able to do that and drop it off.

I had a positive experience with customer service. Everyone was communicative. I was able to call them on their personal phone and ask them where they're at and the time frame they're gonna deliver the vehicle. The car came in 10 days, so within the estimated time frame, and it looks great. Montway was cheaper than the other places that I got quoted by $100, so it was definitely a good value. I'll definitely recommend them to other people.

They did a great job picking up my auto when they were suppose to, transporting it from Florida to Wisconsin, and delivered it to my home when it was scheduled. Everything went as it was suppose to and if I ever need to transport my auto long distance again I will call them.

The only issue I have is that the company kept calling about whether we had decided to hire them. These calls came weeks after they had already delivered the car. Otherwise the car was in good condition when it was delivered. The personnel were courteous and helpful. Would certainly hire them again if needed in the future.

The reservation process was easy and efficient. They showed up to pick up the car on the day they had said they would. They delivered the car early, and drove it from outside my Florida development to my driveway. Gave the key fob to my neighbor as instructed.

I had the pleasure of working with Phillip as my transport driver. He gave me his information so that I could check on my car and his trip status. He was very flexible in working with me during my family's relocation. He went out of his way to ensure that we could coordinate time for my car pick up. He was thorough with pre and post delivery procedures and understood my anxiety of having someone else taking responsibility of my car during transport. The ease of scheduling with the company, my interaction with the customer service agent, ongoing communication by the company and other customer reviews made me feel comfortable and put at ease when deciding to use their services. Best of all I felt they were upfront with pricing and did not lowball the offer to only price gauge later.

Everything went very well with the transport. The communication was fine. The driver called the contact person. I highly recommend Montway. We've used them a number of times and we have always been very satisfied.

It was excellent with the rep at Montway. The drivers both gave me their phone numbers and I was able to reach them directly. They told me the status of everything so that made me feel confident. The quote was fair and I paid exactly what was quoted.

The whole industry seems to be a little sketchy where they want money upfront, or they don't deliver your car when they say they will. We heard a lot of horror stories, but we haven’t experienced that. Montway was very good about supplying me with all the documentation and who to contact, and they always answered their phone. We were struggling towards the end, because the weather was so bad. There wasn't a lot of drivers making the trip. I was calling them daily, driving them crazy, and they were very helpful. They truly tried to find a driver for us and went out of their way to do that. They got us a driver just a couple of days before we had to leave, so it worked out fine.

It was good with the rep at Montway. The driver was a friendly guy and lived in the area. I told him what time I was gonna be in town. He told me to give him a call and he had the car here less than an hour after I talked to him. I have another car that I'm gonna transport and I'm gonna call Montway again. If they have some type of discount pricing, that would be nice to know.

Shipping was a complicated process and Montway was the one that seemed the easiest. The vehicle was tracked and I could see where it was going. And they did it quickly. The only thing was that dropping off was a little weird because there was confusion with the driver of how to do that. But other than that, the process was good.

I can do everything on my phone. It was real quick and easy to upload the requirement. I also got quick response back to me. The coordinator was very professional, trying to make it work for me, and also gave me options. So I was good. Montway was very efficient in getting my daughter's car from point A to point B with no issues. So it's a good service altogether. We did have a issue on drop-off. The truck could not go to the delivery location in the neighborhood based on the size of the truck. So we had to meet them at an alternate location. But it was just a mile away, so it wasn't bad at all.

Customer service was prompt and the quote was reasonable. I spoke to the driver three times. He made preparations, got it backed up, did all his checks and reviewed everything with me. I thanked him and shook his hand. I asked him the size of the vehicle that he was transporting and made him aware that it was gonna be too large to make it directly to my house. I made accommodations with him to meet him roughly a quarter mile from my home, and the truck looked as good as it did on the pictures they sent when it left.

Montway's customer service was fine. The car even came earlier.

I enjoyed working with Montway. They did a very professional job and the people were very nice. Closer pickup to the house might have been better but they had a large vehicle and it was impossible to get it down the street. Other than that, it was wonderful. We picked our vehicle up and it was in great shape.

I had a previous moving company and they never showed up. I called Montway and they were there the same day. The driver picked up the car from my house then drove to wherever the tow thing was. They had the car there the next day and did everything for me. I was impressed. The guys who transported the vehicle were sincerely nice. They kept me updated. When they got to my car, they called. When they got to the Oregon border, they also called. When they got two, three hours away, they called me again. Montway is good. My uncle who's a trucker told me that on the booking boards, Montway was A1, and he was telling the truth. I was scared because I just bought the car not too long ago, and I thought it was gonna have those rock chips but there was none. It was perfect.

I could not be happier with Montway. It was easy to set up. The person that they hired to pick up my cars did what they said he was going to do. He told me where he was and when he would be here. It went well. I will use them again.

Working with Montway’s team was very good and I had a great experience with the driver. The cost against the quality of service was as good as I could have expected. I'd highly recommend Montway.

Somebody who used Montway before recommended them to me, and I used them a year ago as well. It took a little longer this time for them to find a carrier. I had two cars from two different locations (Southampton, New York and Manhattan, New York), and they both went to Boca Raton, Florida. One car, Montway got back to me about four days. The other, it was over a week. They told me they were working on it, and I don't know whether it was just that people were busy, or because they had difficulty finding drivers.

When I moved back to Oklahoma, I went ahead and chose Montway because they had already done a good job for me. They told me what I needed to do and set me up so I could get everything done. The driver was very polite and respectful. He did everything correctly. Montway promised to perform certain things and they did as they promised. I got my car and didn't have to worry about much of anything. That was the least stressful part of the whole trip.

The pick-up and delivery drivers were great. One of the reasons I like them is they were super friendly and they looked like they cared about my car. The cost was also fair ‘cause I've heard from other people, and it's a pretty standard cost. I didn't think that I paid any more or less than I should have.

As promised, Montway picked up the truck before the day they committed. They told me that it will take about five to six business days. But they picked up the vehicle on the first date I gave and they delivered within three days. So, that was good. Communication was also very good because I was getting time to time updates on my delivery. Initially, I took the online quotation and then the follow-up call. I was chatting with the online representative, and he was giving me all the details and he helped me in ordering the service. There was some address change because my car was going before me. So, I needed to change the delivery address. Even that was also helped through this online chat. So, it was kind of a connected all the time.

I was at work and Montway’s team got to my apartment before me. So, they called and waited for me to get there. Then, they handed the car over. We went through it and signed the paperwork. I got the car in three days. which was early. I thought it was gonna take longer but that was fine. They charged me 995 so it was perfect. I didn’t have a problem with that. I'll give Montway a referral. They're good.

The process went seamlessly with Montway. They delivered the car in good condition and their quote never changed from the minute they quoted it to the time they delivered the car.

Montway was timely, fair-priced, professional, followed up, any adjective you can think of. I liked their overall customer service. It was very well run. I will use them again. If you have a car that means anything to you and you want to be rest assured it would be transported safely and professionally, use them.

Montway dropped the car off on time and I had no issues with it. They did what I needed them to do. The experience was short and quick, and they took care of everything.

Montway told me a date and time when to get my vehicle, and they were on time and accurate with their estimate of when they'd get there. The gentleman picked my vehicle up and put it on to the transporter truck himself. He inspected my vehicle before that and made sure he documented each preexisting nick or bent then had me sign a document saying he picked up my vehicle. Then he told me an estimate of when he'd get to the destination. He got there a day before, which benefited me. He made me know an hour before he was close by, which was good. He dropped off my vehicle and it was in fine condition. Everything was as I left it. I had personal items in the vehicle, and they were okay. It was my first time ever using such a service and based on my first-time use, everything was great.

The delivery was straightforward. Before arrival, the driver let me know when he was gonna be there. I told them where the property they should deliver the vehicle was and they came, offloaded my vehicle and did the whole process of making sure there was no damage. One small complaint would be that my mom who was handling the pickup of the car back in California said that they ended up coming super late at night. I thought it was 10:00pm. They thought it was gonna be 12:00 then they thought it was gonna be 1:00. It ended being 2:00am.

Everything went as promised with Montway. Their quote was the best price. I was satisfied.

I went online to see what options were available. I made a purchase through Copart and they had their own recommended carrier. However, Montway was giving me answers quicker, so I went with them and everything went smooth. It was just a day's trip and I was in contact with the driver. He gave me a call. He tried to find out what the best time was for delivery, and he gave me a window and worked with me. It worked out pretty good.

Use Montway. Setting up the transport was ridiculously easy, and they were very reliable and professional. They did the job perfectly and no complaints. They didn't have us wait too. They transported a car cross country, charged us the fee and I paid it. Would I like it cheaper? Absolutely. In a perfect world, they would have charged me half as much, but for the service they provided, it was reasonable. The driver was very nice as well. He pulled up in front of my house and did his job very nicely and efficiently.

When Montway shipped my Honda, it was all the way from California to Florida. The driver would keep in touch with me and he was responsive and really respectful and helpful, just making me feel comfortable with the whole thing. I was like, “Oh, my gosh. How could you take that many cars all the way across the country?” He said, “Oh, it's easy. I do it all the time. It will be fine.” The guy was really nice, and I didn't feel worried with him having the car. He had a great personality, too. Overall, the transport is safe and effective, and my car got to Florida in a more reasonable amount of time than I thought. It took a week or less, and it got there with no damage. That was pretty impressive.

I called and Montway immediately booked me. And it was just a couple of days after I talked to them. It was a Jaguar sports car, and the gentleman that picked it up was fantastic. It was his rig and he took good care of the car and put it in. The price was very reasonable. I wasn't there to receive the car, but my niece was, and she said everything went fine. They were quick, quick to respond, very professional, and I was more than pleased with the service. They keep you informed the whole time, so I didn't have any worries about it at all. Overall, I took a chance on Montway, and I don't regret it at all. They're wonderful, and I've been telling everyone that that's who they should use if they're going to move and need to move their cars.

Go ahead with Montway. We were moving all of our stuff and we were told that we could have up to 100 pounds in our cars. When the driver that did us originally called a couple hours before, he said he was on his way, and we said, “Are we okay to have a little more in here? ‘Cause we're not sure if it's gonna be 100 pounds.” He said he did not care as long as he could see out the side-view mirrors into the car. He let us put some more in there, which really helped us with our packing, ‘cause we drove cross-country in the other vehicle. He was awesome. He explained the process to us and how he does it and how far, and he let us text him with any questions. The transport was awesome too. There were no delays, and it got delivered a day early. When I went to our original pick-up spot, I texted the driver, “You're not gonna be able to get in here,” and I messaged him a new pick-up place. No complaints. He just automatically went right there.

The customer service was great all the way through. I was shipping my car from Chicago to New York and it took about a week. I had a very good experience with Montway.

The reps were knowledgeable and the driver was super nice. He communicated frequently and was easy to get ahold of. I've tried other vehicle moving companies and it was not the easiest to do any sort of communication with them.

The reps at Montway were fantastic. Whatever they said they were doing happened and everything went very smoothly. I had a motorcycle and a car brought down here by two different transport people and it was good. I would highly recommend them. Both drivers were fabulous. They let us know when and where to meet them because their trucks couldn't fit down certain streets that we were on. Montway is a good company. I'm glad I found them and I'm happy that I went with them.

The timeline was excellent, because it's not the first time I've used these services and last time we did it, it was awful. My experience with Montway was good. The driver worked with me. I couldn’t pick up the car right away from him. I had to make a detour to another state really quick, and back, and he had to wait on me for an hour.

I ordered to ship the car, and Montway said they will be here the next day eight o'clock in the morning. The driver picked up the vehicle Thursday morning, and by Saturday in the afternoon, he had it delivered. I had a good experience with them. They were good, fast and did exactly what they promised. The rate was fair enough, and they charged me the amount of money we agreed on. Pick up and delivery were on time as well. If I'm shipping a car and you say, “We’ll be there within two days,” I expect it to be in two days. Timing is very important for us, as well as the delivery and pickup. If I need to ship a vehicle, I'm going to call Montway back again.

I had a call with Montway where they took the information of what I wanted to do. Once they took that information, they gave me a period of time where they were able to pick up the vehicle and took my card information. Then, I've had a set of other interactions right before the move-out date. They updated me about some information. The driver gave me his personal number. We talked the day before he came to pick up the car. We talked the day of and I met him, then we talked the day before he arrived and the day he arrived. Then I paid him through online payment service. There were a lot of things that I was scared that could go wrong and they did not.

The process is easy to order. But we've had a couple of fumbles last couple of times that need to get worked on. Their communication needs work. When booking, I needed to be booked as 100% paid upfront so my clients aren't bothered with money in truckers demanding money at the end. The dealers called a lot sooner. With my last experience, the transaction sat for about six days before someone even called the dealer to pick up the car. This caused us problems on our end, where we needed some type of communication a little faster. But other than that, Montway is pretty dang good. I'm gonna continue to use them. They're a solid company.

The process of setting up the transport was fine and finding a driver was relatively quick and easy. But one issue with Montway, which is a real problem that I might not use them again for, is I was quoted one price and then when I called them back, they quoted me a different price. I found this very deceptive. They said it was a sales price that I was quoted and I had to press them on the actual first price that I was quoted.

The driver called me when he was picking up the car and sent me photographs of the car before he put it on the transport. He then took another set of photographs with it 'cause it was the first car sitting on top of the transport. He also kept me informed about the fact that he couldn't deliver on the day he was anticipating 'cause he was stuck in a traffic jam in Cleveland and it was getting dark. He said he wasn't allowed to offload in the dark. He said, “I can deliver it to you tomorrow morning,” which was Thanksgiving morning. He was awesome, and Montway was fantastic. I tell everybody that it was a fair price and they should call them. I'll probably use them again.

The delivery with Montway was great. The only thing that they caused me a lot of hassle is when I went to pick up, I spoke with them and they said that I could put up to about 100 pounds in the trunk of the vehicle. So, I put some blankets and pillows. When the guy opened the trunk, he told the boss that there were like metal. There was no metal. The only thing that was there was two 5 pound weights, which I showed him they were light. Then they wanted to charge me an extra $300 because the stuff was in the trunk. They were adamant that they were not going to take the car if I didn't pay that. So, I had to call Montway. It was a headache. Then 30 minutes later, they eventually said, “Okay, we'll take it the way it is” because Montway got involved. I liked that Montway was very customer service-oriented. When I called, they answered from the beginning. If I had questions after I booked everything, they answered. So, that was great.

Montway was fabulous. The quote was very competitive, and I didn't need to be in touch with them the whole time. They picked up the car in Pennsylvania and I had it in a few days on the West Coast, which was unbelievable. They brought it right to my house. The Montway reps were great too. They're from another country, so sometimes talking to them was a bit of a challenge. It wasn’t their fault though.

The reps were very knowledgeable and courteous and the pickup and delivery went very smoothly. Great communication. They kept me informed the entire way, and the cost was very reasonable. I had a really good experience. My driver was great and super courteous as well.

I called Montway and they got a carrier. But at the last minute, the carrier decided that he wanted $500 more than the agreed upon price. Montway said that if we wanted them to, they would contact another carrier, and they did. It took a couple of more days to get the vehicle up here, but that carrier followed through with the contract and was very professional also. I would definitely recommend Montway. They did everything right and are everything I'd want in a carrier. If I need to transport something, they'll be my first call. The guy answered the phone right away from dispatch and jumped right on the contract and emailed it to me. They're timely.

Montway had good reviews and we used them to transport my son's vehicle from Long Island to California. They were fantastic. My son was there to pick up the car and he was satisfied with it. I only wish Montway could cut the price on military personnel.

My experience with the car I shipped from Florida was exceptional. They were very detailed when they picked the car up. They went over the car and whatever they were required to do in terms of recording the entire car, so that if it's damaged on the way, they have a record of it. They then made me sign, and they also went over that record with the person that they delivered to, which was in New Jersey. It was quite a haul and they were terrific.

Everything was very smooth. The communication was great on both ends. The driver arrived at the time that was promised, and he got the car delivered when promised. I couldn't recommend Montway more. They were absolutely on the money. Everything was perfect.

Montway was the most responsive and streamlined. It seemed kind of very easy for me to go online and do what I needed to do. Most importantly, there was a person available via chat where I didn't feel like talking to anybody. I just wanted to chat with people. Somebody was available at any time of the day whenever I accessed the website. The coordinator was very responsive.

You don't know often whether the person you're talking to or the company you're dealing with is reputable or not, but if they are, they do what they say. You got to take an element of risk though. For some reason, Montway came up highly-rated in my Google search, and I can see now why. I reached out to them a couple months back, and they moved the car for me from California to Texas.

I called Montway because I dealt with them in the past. I talked directly to the driver and that was very transparent. I actually met them both times. It was outside of my property just because of getting in the gates and turning around with a big truck. I met them at the nearby complex that gave them a lot of room to turn around.

Montway had an option for quicker delivery for a little bit more and it worked out perfectly for us. We had to make a quick move and we had a short amount of time to work all the details out. We booked the delivery pretty far out and they were able to get the car the day we needed it.

Montway had trouble getting the enclosed trailers. The bikes were taking about a month and they had to get somebody else to come in and get them. We weren't happy because it took so long. But when we shipped the truck, we were very pleased. They shipped it within four days. They were good overall.

Montway quoted me a price and said the pick-up would be within four days after I dropped off my vehicle, which was a little problematic since I was traveling. I dropped the car off then they said someone was going to be there on the 11th when they initially said four days. I canceled that and they found somebody else that would come quicker, within a couple of days. At that point, it was very easy. The driver called and said he was on his way. It was the same thing on the drop-off. He called ahead of time. Other than that little glitch on the front-end, everything went very smooth.

Getting things set up with Montway was very easy, and everybody was very helpful. The driver was pleasant. He did what he was supposed to do. Use Montway.

The rep did a great job helping me set everything up and the driver was good. He told me where to meet him. I got my car and it was in good shape. I was looking at the reviews before I picked the place to use and Montway met what I was expecting.

I just want to give Montway kudos. The young lady that helped me set everything up was awesome, and the driver himself was double awesome. He was cool and on point. We talked on a regular basis, and he got the car to me a day early and it was in perfect condition. I highly recommend the company.

I gave my car to my son and my son paid him the $500 in cash. My son asked the driver to sign a receipt that he'd received it, and the driver did. We were very pleased. The price was reasonable and the quality of service is great. I would recommend Montway.

Montway did everything within the timeline that they had advertised. They said it would take five business days to give me a quote but they had a quote within three business days. Then it took one week for them to come and pick up my car. It was a very smooth and fairly straightforward transaction. Once payment was made, everything was engaged. They showed up when they said they were gonna show up. When it was time to deliver the car, the truck driver was in communication with me when he was an hour away. So, that way, I could make scheduling in my day because it showed up on a workday. He made it easy for me to be able to do what I needed to do to make the arrangement to come and meet him.

The process was easy. I had to wait a little while to see that Montway arranged for a truck that was headed to California, but it was going cross country, so it wasn’t too bad. The driver was excellent. He's local and real personable. He has his own company, but he uses Montway as a feeder business for him. When I talked to him, he said he can give me a better price going directly with him versus going through Montway. Other than that, everything went well and I would definitely consider Montway again.

When I was booking here, somebody helped me with putting the request in. Afterwards, I didn't have to reach out to customer service for anything, except for the receipt. They gave me the contact details of the driver, and the pickup and delivery was good because the driver called me in advance. My main interaction was with him and he was accommodating and helpful. I had my flight delayed till he made the car and made sure that I got it available here then I came here. The cost and the quality of the service was good. Compared to the other services, this was relatively cheaper.

The vehicle was delivered directly to me and the driver did a great job keeping in touch with me.

The driver didn't speak very good English, so I couldn't understand him very well, but he did exactly what he said he was gonna do. He worked with me and tried to do the best he could. Also, the rep who helped me was good, but the second time around, I didn't have a very good experience because they raised their prices so much, it was way out of reach. The first time around, the bill was the same as what they quoted me. The second time around, it was $1,000 more than before. They said that gas prices went up, so they had to raise up their prices. Other than that, it was a good service and I'll use Montway again.

Dealing with the customer service reps at Montway was excellent. They kept me in the loop on the whole process and let me know a day or two before they were going to pick it up. They gave me a window that it would be delivered and it arrived early. The driver communicated with me within an hour away and I coordinated a place with them to take delivery of the vehicle. It was a good experience and I would use Montway again.
