The move was fine. They did as planned and delivered. Things were just as promised.

The Montway guys have their own app and they're really good. I was able to communicate with them through the chat every time that I wanted. In less than 10 seconds, they're available for me to chat with. I have suggested to some of my friends to take their services.

Setting up the transport with the rep from Montway was faster than what I thought. The rep told me to give them at least one business day for them to assign a driver. I was expressing the date to be on that Monday so the expectation was set to Tuesday. But everything worked out so fine to where they were able to pick the car up on Monday instead of Tuesday. The pickup was in New York and the drop-off was in Monroe, North Carolina and the transport took about three days. The two gentlemen who came to prick up the vehicle took pictures and had me sign, and the interaction was through text messages to give me updates. Montway is good and makes sure the cars get delivered safely and on time.

The communication was great. They delivered the vehicle close to the time it was expected and it was on the same date. So, it was well.

There was a mistake. It took about a week for them to get the shipper lined up. When he showed up, he didn't have a trailer big enough for the vehicle. I had given Montway all of the information on the type of vehicle. and the carrier said it must have been modified so he couldn't do the move. I called Montway and the guy I talked to was very responsive. He said, "We'll cancel this. I'm gonna find another one." And within two hours, he called me back, and they found another carrier. It was a couple of 100 bucks more expensive and another week later but he was all on top of it. I got three calls that same day. Mistakes happen but I really appreciated the immediate follow-up. The vehicle was picked up and delivered clean and in good shape.

We shipped a vehicle from where my son lives. Montway let us know the cost ahead of time, so that’s what we prepared for and it was what they said it was gonna be. Also, they made the coordination with my son in California and let us know when it was going to be arriving out here in Florida. The communication with the driver was great, and the vehicle got here pretty quick. It was a good experience. We have another vehicle that we're thinking of shipping.

Montway Auto Transport was cheaper. I paid for an open trailer, but the trailer that they used was enclosed. So, that was a good upgrade that I didn't expect.

Montway gave me a range of two or three days, and in both directions, it tended more towards the earlier part of that date span than the later. Communication with the driver was good, and the pickup and delivery worked out fine. I expected to see a big trailer carrying three or four cars, but as it turned out, it was much smaller. It wasn't a negative thing, but it caught me a little off guard. Overall, it was a positive experience. The only criticism I would have is once I made an inquiry, I had so many different follow up inquiries that it began to get on my nerves a little. My response was, "When I'm ready to make my decision, when I know the timing, I'm going to call you," but I kept getting calls from different people who I presumed were competing against each other to get the business.

I'm in El Paso, Texas on a nursing travel assignment and I didn't want to pay for a rental so I had to ship my car here. I was referred to Montway by someone who had shipped her car from Buffalo to California. Montway was super reliable and really efficient. They responded right away and they met my needs. I gave them my card information and told them they cannot charge my card until Friday. They put it on file and worked with me. I really appreciated it. They did a great job.

Everything went perfect. They were there when they said they would be and the delivery went fine.

Their customer service was pretty quick and assured me that my car would be transported properly in an enclosed trailer and everything else that I wanted. So they did a great job. One of my show cars that we sent down in Tucson, Arizona always sits about 2 1/2 inches off the ground, and they were able to accommodate for that and get it loaded.

We talked to the driver when he picked up the car and when he delivered, he went to my son’s house. The car seemed to be the same as when it left. Montway did everything they were supposed to and didn't wreck the car. They did a good service for us.

Scheduling happened fast and they were looking to pick up the vehicle the next day, which was great. The driver was in contact with me throughout the process about when he was able to pick it up. When I called him, he answered. Things worked out okay. Montway did a good job.

The Transport from pick up to delivery was seamless and simple. Her car was picked up late afternoon and two days later was delivered at our home. The communication was excellent. Montway followed through and all of its commitments. Would highly recommend it.

They did a great job. They were very professional and were on time. They picked the vehicle up on a Friday, and I told them I wouldn't be at the new location till Tuesday, and they accommodated it with no problem. The driver was excellent too. I would definitely use them again next year. I would recommend them highly.

Montway was good. The driver called to pick the vehicle up and when he was an hour away. Then, he called me during delivery. The vehicle was as described when it arrived. Montway was competitive and had a reasonable delivery time. You can't ask for anything else.

The experience was perfect and everything went great. The reps did an excellent job. They have the best prices out of all the transport companies. They beat everybody out. The movers brought the vehicle directly to our car lot.

I bought a new car about 300 miles away from where I live and we were unable to pick it up. I talked to two different other transport companies who made promises they didn't keep. They had lied to me. When they said they’d call back, they wouldn't. When I’d call them, there was no answer. I got online, and I started looking at the independent reviewers. Montway was number one everywhere I looked. So, I called. I needed the transport done quickly because I'd waited for the car to come in for two months and I needed it picked up as soon after they got it as possible. I called after midnight on the 24th. My car was delivered on the 26th.

Getting signed up with Montway was great. The person I talked to, Riley, was very helpful and she gave me the quote, which is reasonable, and everything went perfectly. She was very patient waiting for my decision because I was checking another company. After I signed up, she got the other person at the port. That person at the port contacted me through email and we set up everything. It was very pleasant, easy and simple. Montway was excellent. When the car arrived, everything was on time, and they had the trackings that I could go in there and check where the car was. The car was in good shape, too.

We used Montway to do the transport and customer service was very good about answering my question and they were more than accommodating. The transport took two days and the driver was very nice. He got there later than he thought he was going to get there. But that was okay with us because we just drove up there and picked it up at that point. The car was dirty but that’s what happens when they’re on those trucks. If you need a vehicle transported, Montway is the best.

The car dealership referred a carrier to me, which we used. They didn’t fulfill the order, so I went and googled and I was getting competitive bids. I felt Montway in Schaumburg was a good suitor. So, I placed the order with them. They filled the order the next day. The final quote did not change. The driver was fine. He sent me a text with the ETA for delivery and gave me the address. I replied back that I will be there on that date. Then, on the day of the delivery, he told me the approximate time. We were there 15 minutes prior to them showing up, and it worked out fine. I will use Montway again.

Montway did a great job. They were very polite on the telephone. It was like they were reading my mind. They told me everything that I wanted to know. The price was a little surprising, but I needed the car down here. With the price of gas, it made sense to have someone else bring it down here rather than me fly up to Oregon and then drive it back. It was a good experience.

This is my first time with Montway and it was a good service. It was fast. I transported a Chevy Avalanche two years ago with American Transport and they charged me 1,200. So, I thought this time was gonna be cheaper because it’s a smaller car. But it was more expensive. But I understand the price and the gas. The quote was the best one that I found and the driver was super cool.

Working with them was straightforward. If I go to their website, I can directly talk to the sales rep or the chat and just do my from and to with the dates. They give some quotes and I can do advance payment or prebook my reservation. Then, I get an email. On the day of the delivery, I got a call from the driver stating that he will be coming in so and so time. Montway is right on time. They tell whatever the date they are provided to pick up and deliver on the same dates. When I first used them four years back, it was way cheaper and now it is too expensive but it is what it is.

I had a car in Virginia that needed to come to Rhode Island. I called Montway and they took care of it. They picked up the car at my sister's house like they were supposed to and they dropped it off in my driveway like they were supposed to. The driver was a nice guy and he was very helpful. The cost was fair. Things all worked out perfectly well.

We had a good experience with Montway. They provided a very good service. They were very nice people to deal with. The driver did a good job too. I had a hard time communicating with him. He didn't speak much English, but he was a very nice young man. He was courteous and conscientious. The price was not inexpensive, but it was in line with everybody else and it was reasonable. The reps were quick, easy and very professional when I was setting up with Montway. The final pricing was a few dollars cheaper than what they quoted me. The pickup was in San Tan Valley, Arizona and the rep called and told me that he would be there. And he was there at that time. He told me where to meet him. He couldn't come into the subdivision I was in though because it was too narrow. But it was right outside the subdivision. He picked the vehicle up and then told me about what day it would be. When I got close, he called and he was there by the time we got there, which was only about 10 minutes later. He already had the car off of the truck for us.

California has the best weather year-round, and ironically, we had a hailstorm while the people were loading my car up. Thankfully, none of the hail was big enough to damage the paint on the car. Because they were all ready and trying to get it onto the back of the truck. Other than that, the setup and appointment went smoothly, and I had no issues. The car came, and delivery was perfect. Montway's service is very good, given my previous experience with other ones. This was from California to North Carolina and it took a week, which was what they said it was gonna take. It was pretty good, given a lot of people during the COVID are moving out of state. The car transportation was awesome, so I have no complaints. I'm definitely using them again in the future.

We had a good experience signing up with Montway. They were professional. They were there on time. The car got picked up from a Mercedes dealership and it got delivered directly to our home. The driver kept us updated. He was a professional driver. The service was really good for the cost.

I made a phone call and within 72 hours, the pick up was scheduled. They picked up the truck in Missouri and they made better time than they thought they would. So it came a day early to me in Utah. It was nice and seamless. The driver called me when he needed. When he said he was going to be there, he was here. It was good communication. Also, the prices were reasonable and really good considering all the gas prices.

We used the enclosed transport for our Corvette. The team was fabulous! Very professional, took great care in loading and unloading Corvette. They have a magnificent Semi rug and haulers, kept us informed and updated wonderfully! We sent our SUV, not enclosed, they were also very professional, great updates and superb service from all team members!!

The rep from Montway was prompt in returning my call and giving me the information on what would take place during the transition of the vehicle and approximately how much it will cost for the vehicle to be shipped. When the car was delivered, it was taken directly to my son and it looked the same as when it was picked up. The quote was an excellent price for the service and it was worth it because there was no damage to the car. I was satisfied with everything.

Our experience was good. Working with them was simple and efficient. The move was very smooth. The driver called us when they’re arriving at our place. The cost was a bit higher than I expected but that depends on the distance and the time of the year we moved the vehicle. So, that was okay. Also, the service was good and there was flexibility in terms of scheduling. When I went to check the status of my move, I could always reach out to the driver or their dispatch center. There’s visibility as to where the car is and that's very nice.

I like how responsive Montway was when I had a problem with the schedule. They either answered the phone or got right back to me. The driver, George, was very friendly with my daughter, picked up the car in Los Angeles and then drove it to Boston. The nice gentleman who was going to drop off the car was very friendly as well. He was very clear about the time when he was going to drop it off, and all went very smoothly. I'm very satisfied, and I would recommend Montway highly.

Montway delivered like they said they would. They shipped my motorcycle from Foxborough, Massachusetts. The other company missed me and Montway brought it the next morning. So, we didn’t have any problems. Peoples should use them. There’s no other company out there that could do a better job.

I purchased a classic car in Florida, near Orlando, and I'm in New York. The person I purchased the car from used Montway for his services often. He seemed to be pretty pleased with their services, and he's the one who referred me to use them. I called Montway, and they were very kind and nice. Their price was very reasonable, so I used them for that purchase. The service was great, and I was really pleased with what happened. Eight weeks later, I bought another car from Iowa, a 1940 Buick classic car, and I called Montway again. They picked the car up within two days, and I had it here within three days. Again, it was good service and good people to work with. Everything went well.

Everything was excellent. I got the vehicle earlier than I thought I would. There was good communication and the driver was friendly. Montway made the move very seamless. After I made the request online and paid the money, it was the way it was supposed to be. They did a good job.

I liked working with Montway. The drivers were good. Everybody was paid properly and nobody was overcharged. So, it was as good as I could ask for. During the transport, everything was great. They had a point person who I had the cellphone in case I ever needed it. But Montway always got in touch with me via email updates or text. Then, they had the drivers reach out to me. Having their cells was comforting so it was neat. I told other people that they got to use Montway. I was impressed with them.

The Montway reps were very nice. It took a little longer to set the thing up than I wanted though. I wanted the car delivered on my wife's birthday. It was a couple of days late, but I understand that we’re in Northwest Lower Michigan, 250 miles from Detroit. It's a long ways away in a very remote area and to try to set it up to get a return trip, it wasn't like we're in a real busy area. That wasn't their fault at all. The driver was very good too. Once he got his hands on the operation, he was very professional. The car came up as clean as a whistle, and I gave him a $50 tip, and off we went. He did a great job.

I used Montway a few months ago to transport my car to California from Kansas, and it was so exciting for me to use their service. Once I called customer service, I met with the guy who was talking to me about the service, but everything seemed terrible because we were discussing about the price already. I waited for his call back, but I didn’t receive any. For the next couple of days, I called Montway again and discussed with another guy. Everything was good, the price and customer service.

But Montway was right on once they gave me the quote and said what the dates were. It was about 10 days from pickup to delivery. I was given the driver’s mobile phone number so I was able to call him. He wasn't a great communicator, but it worked.

My Montway experience was very good. The pickup and delivery of my car were very timely, and the driver was terrific. He was on time. But the cost has gotten expensive because of the gas prices and labor situation. It was way more than the last time we used them.

The signing up experience with Montway was simple but the delivery was lousy. The rep didn’t deliver to our house but on a main road in the dark. He said he didn’t want to come to my house because he was scared to deliver it there so I politely said that I would meet him down at the gas station. He went past the gas station and on the main road. It was a very frigid night and it was very dark, and there was traffic here and there. I didn't appreciate the car being delivered in the dark where I couldn't see it and I also didn't appreciate that he wouldn't let me make a note on his phone that he got the money and that it was delivered.

Montway was an excellent choice. Their rep did a great job and was very good at communicating. She would keep in touch with us and with the actual transport company. The driver was wonderful. I knew where the car was the whole time. He found the position we located to tell him to meet up. He was so nice that I took him a little gift bag with some food and drinks in it, and he was very appreciative. He was a very nice man. He was clean cut. He was nicely dressed. We were the last car on the truck. He had it all parked, ready for me to drive off. Overall, everything is exactly what Montway said. There were no secrets. They were very accommodating. I’d refer them.

I did the arrangements to bring my daughter's car to my house and it was very prompt communication. Someone from Montway reached back to me, and they gave me the price then took part of the money out of my card. They told me they were gonna look for a driver, and they’ll assign it in days, then my car was shipped. It came home nicely, and the driver was the sweetest guy. He brought the car to my house, and he contacted me within hours before reaching here then he called back when he was 20 minutes away. The service was very prompt and I can’t complain. It was a very excellent experience. There are quotes from other companies that are 200 or 300 cheaper than Montway's, but it wasn’t that big of a gap. Some people, you save a couple of hundreds, and it's a nightmare.

Montway had one of the higher ranking auto transport services of all the online reviews of the places I was looking at. Signing up was easy and smooth. There was nothing out of the ordinary. I wasn't there for the pickup, but my family member said it went smoothly. The guy was professional. When I received the car, it was the same. It was very quick and there was no nonsense, which I liked. It was a fair price, too.

So, I explained it to the guy and he jumped on it. They booked it right away. Roman, the driver, was top-notch. He let me call and text him. He was super nice. I love him. He was very professional and a good person. It was because of him that I totally had trust in everything.

Montway's pricing was a little higher than some of the other transport services. But overall, I felt better about the process that Montway offered after speaking with the sales rep and the technicians that I spoke with. The physical shipment only took about three days. It actually beat me home. So I wasn't here for the delivery and I had a friend of mine handle it. Because of the constrictions with getting that big hauler down my street, they just met at a local Lowe's that was close by and delivered it. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that it was very late at night in February. Overall, they did a good job.

When the car arrived driver admitted to my son, who was there accepting vehicle, that he broke the handle. Unfortunately the repair shop has just now given me the cost for replacing it. Check your records and let me know what you are planning to do about the repairs.

Montway explained that they could get a driver faster if I paid $400 more, which I agreed to. It was a smooth transaction, and the driver was pretty quick on the delivery. Montway was perfect. I would definitely recommend them as well as go to their site again.

I was planning a coast to coast move, after a lot of research I tapped Montway for my first attempt at shipping a car. The people with whom I spoke/emailed were professional, friendly, and prompt. I arranged to have the car picked up after I got on my departing flight, the driver contacted me directly and provided updates. My car arrived in the same condition it was in the last time I saw it. Montway gets four stars for delivering exactly what it literally promised.

The people in the office are great and the driver was fantastic too. They delivered the vehicle straight to my driveway. I had a good experience with them.

Montway got there before I even thought they would get there. Everything was great. The driver texted me as he was getting closer. So, when he was a couple of hours out, he would text me. He called me, and then we were texting from that point forward. Overall, my experience with Montway was great from start to end. It was exactly what I anticipated, so it was great.

I transported a classic car through Montway. They had good reviews. My ending bill was exactly what they quoted. The driver cannot speak English. I had to speak through a translator app he had on the phone, but he was very quick. As far as the process, I was informed of when the car was being picked up and the progress. It went really well. The only thing that was kind of weird is when I delivered the money to the gentleman that couldn't speak English, I asked for a receipt. He couldn't provide me with the receipt. I gave him cash as they told me to, and then I never heard any more about it. I thought that was kind of strange that there was not some sort of end receipt or something to sign.

I normally drive from Michigan to Arizona to come to my second home but this year, I didn't want to drive. So, I flew and transported the car through Montway. Customer service was fine. All my questions were answered. I was kept informed all the way. With Montway, I saw years of experience, a professional hauler, and not a fly-by-night, and the driver was excellent. I knew that car could not be picked up at home. I suggested a place. He was familiar with the area. He said, “I don't think I could make it there. How about this?” He worked with me. It was the same thing on the delivery. He was supposed to deliver it to the house. When I got here, I found out there was some construction on my street. I contacted the driver and said, “This is not good. Can we meet someplace else?” I gave him a suggestion. He agreed to my suggestion. We found a deserted back road, a block over from a commercial area, and everything was fine.

The reps were really helpful. They were great. The driver was so Johnny-on-the-spot, but we didn't know that. So he was a little early picking up the vehicle, which was a little bit challenging, and then he was seven days early dropping it off. He must have driven straight through. They were so fast. We had a challenge because the cars arrived early and I wasn't there yet. But we worked through it. So in a way, the service was too good.

The Montway rep was really professional and to the point. The driver had really good communication, and I have communicated over the phone and in person with him. The vehicle arrived as expected. It was in good condition. It also arrived earlier than it was expected.

In the beginning, there was an issue with a contract. Montway quoted me $1,200 but then they sent me a credit card form to fill out and sign but the number at the bottom was double that. I called the company and spoke to some guy that said he was a manager. He said, “You don't have to sign it. You don't even have to sign anything.” It was very confusing and I was sketched out a little. He said, “Are you sure that guy was with us?” I said, “It’s your company that I responded to the email and that's the phone number that was listed.” They straightened out the issue, and I paid upfront. If I hadn't read the contract and just signed it though, I might have gotten charged that $2,500.

I sent my car to my brother through Montway as they said they would be able to do the transport faster. Their reviews were good. We spoke over the phone and their rep gave all the details. I had a lot of doubts in my mind like how to do the payment and how much is it going to take. The rep answered all of them pretty well. Montway picked up the car the very next day. They called me prior to see if they can pick it up. I was in a hurry and they said they could pick it up in four, five hours. The person who came took a lot of pictures to make sure that it is in proper condition. The car was delivered on time and this was from Chicago to Atlanta. I like Montway.

I compared Montway to a couple other companies who had good ratings but when I asked specific questions, they were a little more vague. Montway was timely and the communication was wonderful. I would call the number and somebody responded almost 24/7. 95% of the time, they have an answer. The times that they didn't, they were very responsive and open. Some people are very sincere but wouldn’t call you back when they have an answer. Most people are more concerned about that you care about them than having an answer. I had to fire somebody, probably one of the best employees I ever had, because they would only get back to folks that were asking questions when they had an answer and that’s not good enough.

Montway's service was excellent and they had the best quote. The driver was very courteous. When he got here, he let the vehicle down nicely. He checked it out, told me to check it out, start it up, and move it. I paid him and he went on his way. I would recommend him.

The initial quote and ending bill were fair. I could have gotten a little bit cheaper but I didn't want to have to be hassling with one too many calls. The agent was upfront with me and the driver was good. My vehicle came the way it left the dealership. I was satisfied.

The driver was courteous and pleasant when I dealt with him. He was a little late picking the car up but he let me know he was going to be late. He was coming a ways and there was a wreck on the freeway. He let me know regularly how soon he was going to be there. He made the process very easy. My daughter found the same thing in Southern California where the car was delivered. It was supposed to be delivered Monday or Tuesday and the driver called her to say they were going to be hitting town late night or early in the morning. Montway's quote and the final pricing were the same and I was very happy with everything about the transport.

I needed to ship a car to my daughter across the country and reached out to Montway. The entire experience was exceptional from booking, to meeting the drivers who picked up the vehicle to the quick delivery to my daughter. A+ with everyone we encountered. I would highly recommend Montway.

I had excellent service. My driver was prompt, courteous, honest, and took excellent care of my car. He called to make sure I was here for delivery. I definitely would recommend Montway service to all my friends and family. I plan to use again in the future. Very satisfied customer!!

They were very helpful. They answered all my questions that I had about whether the transport was gonna be open or closed, roughly how long it takes for delivery, if they confirm a pick-up date. The whole time, they let me know every step of the way exactly where my vehicle was, how long it was gonna take, and when the driver would contact me. It was just constant follow-up and that's very important, especially with something when they're dealing with your vehicle. The driver contacted me as well as someone from Montway themselves. For the service they provided, their quote was very reasonable.

I bought a car from my daughter here in Oregon and had it sent to North Carolina to her because she couldn't find one back there that wasn't flood-damaged or messed up. I called Montway and they found someone. I was blessed that they've picked this company. The guy's dad picked it up and he was super nice. He took it somewhere else and loaded it on a big truck. The guy was professional and really cool. The guy that delivered it went out of his way to make it easy for my daughter with her time schedule, which made it hard for him. But he did it. She said the car was perfect. This is the best experience I've had with a transport company because I've had several cars shipped and I've had some real issues with car companies. Not this time.

They have done a great job. This is the second car they've moved for me in the last seven months. I liked them the first time. I needed them as I was in a pinch on a car that broke down in godforsaken Nevada. They were able to step in when I needed them and get that non-driving Porsche home for me. I went back to my usual go-to's that do a lot of local stuff for me, and they couldn't do the national. So I immediately called Montway months later for the second move that they just did. They were fabulous. They were very communicative, supportive, and incredibly polite. They always kept me up to date. There were a couple of questions I had along the way that I needed to fill in the bill of lading and I didn't know where that number was. Whoever I spoke to was very patient.

The rep promised to call us back once and he didn't. But then we heard from the guy that would transport it, so we didn't worry. The driver did a great job. He showed up on time, loaded the vehicle up and when he dropped it off, he made arrangements for us to pick it up on time.

They were precise and I knew what was going to happen. The delivery was perfect too. The driver told me when he was approaching. Then I came out, met him, and got my car in one piece. The customer service was very fluent and good.

Everyone was great, from talking to the lady and then getting the money down and then talking to the guy picking up the car.

Pickup and delivery of the vehicle were very smooth. The contractor who was supposed to pick it up was in constant touch with me and gave me very accurate timings when they would be there. They picked it up where I asked them to pick it up and dropped it off where I asked them to drop it off. The cost was on the higher side but they accommodated for 100 pounds worth of items in the car when they were transporting it. Going through them worked out better for us. We were able to save a little bit of moving cost. I would definitely positively rate them and recommend them to anybody who I talk to. They were perfect for me.

I said I had a bad experience once. When I ordered my car, it was transferred here and it had a chip in the windshield. It's a $750 windshield. I asked him to not put my windshield first, to back it in because I was so worried and he did. It made me feel really secure and I loved it. I lived in the woods, so I had to drive it somewhere. They couldn't pick it up at my door. It ended up so perfectly that this guy met me. I had to pay $150 extra to make sure that I got it within three days. But we got it in two days. The setup of the transport was good. They picked up on a Thursday. They were supposed to deliver on Monday, but they delivered on Saturday itself. Everything was smooth. There was an option of paying extra to get a fixed pickup time but otherwise, they'd give a three-day window, which is a little odd. Once you get connected with the driver, then they'll definitely tell you the exact pickup time. But if we know the pickup time in advance, it's much easier to plan around.

I left my car in Colorado and then moved to California. So, I had Montway bring my car to California. In the beginning, they didn't inform me of the delivery time or date, so I had to call them a couple of times. But then after that, everything was pretty smooth. Montway did real good for me. The only thing I was disappointed with was the fact that the owner driver of the truck, hit us up for a larger tip. He thought our tip was too small. He gave us a price for the trip which we paid then wasn’t happy with the tip. We were going to give him 100 dollars and two half gallons of Vermont maple syrup. He wanted 400 and specifically told us that this was the customary dollar amount for a tip. We paid it, but that left a bad taste in my mouth. A tip is a bonus…it’s not a payment. The payment was the number he agreed to do the trip for. If that wasn’t enough he should have demanded more from the start or not took the trip.

The reps followed up a couple of times while I was making my decisions to see if I had made my decision and they gave me pretty clear directions. They walked me through the entire process and everything was timely. The driver communicated with me regularly. We had a delay on my end that he adjusted to and a delay on his end that we adjusted to. When the car arrived, we reviewed it when it got here, and everything was good. It looked to be exactly as I expected it to be. I had a really good experience. I would definitely trust them to move something for me in the future.

Montway was not the cheapest, but their reviews were a little more glowing than the other ones. The driver was courteous and professional. He stayed in communication every couple of days and led the target a little bit on the delivery date and he was informing me, “Hey, we're having icy weather down here. Just notifying you that we're still on track. But there may be some delays.” But they ended up without any delays. So, it was an on-time delivery. I would use the company again if I needed a vehicle shipped.

We had my sister's car picked it up at a facility where we had it repossessed. I made all the arrangements with Montway and it couldn't have been better. It was 100% a great experience and it was the first time I'd ever done anything like that. So, I'm very happy.

Sometimes they were delayed in answering me, but it went okay after a while. They could be busy. So I needed to call back and follow it up sometimes. They didn't get here on time. They need to be consistent on the stuff that they say and they need to follow through. But I'm happy that the car is already here.

The Montway rep was good. He called me back. Everything was smooth. They picked it up on time and it arrived on time. The only issue was, the car was really dirty. My son had to take it to the carwash. The other problem I had, was my car got here five days before I did and when I got my car, it felt funny. The power steering was off or the brakes were squeaking. It made noises and it didn't before, at all. I read the bill of lading. It said all claims must be reported within five days of receipt of the vehicle. By now, I was on day 12. So I figured there was no point of making a claim.

I transported my vehicle twice last week. The first time was from New York to California. The big problem is the delivery date. It was not that punctual. But on the second time, everything went on time and there was no delay on that. The price the last time was much more than the first time. The first time, it cost me around 1,200. For the second time, it cost me around 1900, which was much more. I asked Montway about that, but they didn't give me a clear explanation for that. Still, when I compared their price with other prices, it was all in the same range. It's just better in the future if their agents can clarify this point to the customer.

Transport coast to coast went well. A little slow on the final leg from warehouse to my home. Chalked it up to our remote location and my shipment was during the extreme fuel increases of the Biden Administration so sending a light load would have been costly. I fully get that but still frustrating. Inside destination staff was nice. Delivery team also good. Bike arrived without incident.

I bought a vintage 1975 Alfa Romeo sports car, and it was in Utah. I needed to get it shipped out to Virginia. I've never shipped anything across the country so I talked to the seller, and he recommended a bunch of different companies and some websites that list companies. I shopped around. I talked to about four places. Montway was really responsive when I called. They came back with a bid that wasn’t the lowest price, but between the price and the timing and when they could do it, it seemed like the best deal. They got here early, too. It was a really great experience all around. I worried about it, but they made it as anxiety-free as possible and delivered the car in perfect shape.

I've used Montway in the past. They're the only ones that will give you a quote online instantly right then and there. You don't need to talk to anybody or deal with anything. So, that's how I wanted them always. Any time I've gotten a quote from them, they've been really great with it. They're reasonably priced. I had them ship a car this time and the driver notified me 24 hours beforehand. I got a call about an hour and a half before delivery to let me know how the traffic was and what time he would be here. Then I got a call when he actually arrived. The car was in the same condition as when it left. I got pictures and videos of when it was being loaded and what it looked like after it was loaded.

Montway's customer service person explained the process pretty well. I was concerned the price might change. Montway said it was possible, but it normally didn't. And it was the same. They did everything and set it up. The guys came and picked up the car. I was a little nervous about doing it. But it all went smoothly and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

A friend of ours had used Montway and said that they were reliable. We found that to be the case. Everything was good except for having to pay the driver afterwards which was a little inconvenient. They don't call until the last minute when they show up then all of a sudden, they'd say “We're here. We need our payment.” As a business, we just can't run up there at the spur of the moment with a check and take it to our body builder 40 miles away. So, if Montway would have a system to where we could pay the whole thing to them and they’d pay the contractor, that would be great. But we've had a great time with them and I’d definitely recommend them. They even came down a little bit on the quote. The difference between a 450 and a 550 was only 200 pounds. They wanted another 100 bucks but they adjusted it.
