Montway Auto Transport Reviews

Montway's customer service was good. There was always someone there at the phone, and they were very clear on my order. They seemed to be very reassuring. The driver was exceptionally nice as well, even in the wake of frustration, because we had a little miscommunication. On the other hand, the price was higher than what was quoted. There were tack on fees which I read was customary with them. Besides that, Montway did a really good job with a difficult situation. The problem is, they can't give you a date or a time until they find someone going your way, so you end up having to wait, not knowing when you can leave town. That all depends on who's driving this way and who's got room, and it's a good system once you know on how to use it.

We've used Montway for the last four years. Recently, we had a vehicle shipped from New Hampshire to Florida, and everything went good. There was an upcharge from the original quote, which I wasn't expecting, but it's not totally unexpected nowadays.

Montway was one of the only companies that was prompt. I could get ahold of somebody at all times, which was my concern. Also, the driver was amazing. I would use Montway and that driver if I had to move again. I think I'm pretty thorough but they were more thorough than I am.

There was a delay because the driver said the car battery died and they were having car trouble. But they came a few days after the delivery time. So, it's fine. My car was delivered to my home. It seems to be in the same condition I gave it to them in.

Montway was the cheapest that I could find. Their prices were very reasonable, and when I reached out to them, they were very prompt. When they said they were gonna be here on the date, they were on that date at that time, and everything worked out. The driver was excellent too. When the car was delivered to my son in Pennsylvania, he had no problems. Everything went according to direction. Montway was great, and I'll use them again when I need to.

The driver was great on both sides of the trip. The communication, which is important to me, was good, especially on the New York side. The driver came into a bad blizzard and communicated well with me about how he would be able to get the vehicle to us because he has a big semitruck and terrible conditions. But he stayed in close communication and was pleasant to deal with. We got things worked out, we got our vehicle intact and everything went well.

My experience has been positive from the beginning. Information readily available. If I had questions, I could either call Montway or go through their chat session and do it through there. So it's easy to get information and I had no questions. They answered everything for me. Also, pick up was easy. The carrier-drivers showed up when they said they would be there. They picked the car up and it was quick. And delivery was equally quick. Everything as I read online from reviews was as advertised. It was great.

We were relocating and we've used Montway previously when we would come down to Florida for a month. But we have relocated to Florida. So, this last time, it worked because we've used them before. They were very professional. But it got delayed because of the actual being able to find a carrier. We didn't get the car until November 7th. It was about a week's delay. But we had the hurricane in the middle of it. We were just hopeful that the car would get there within a week to two.

I felt Montway Auto Transport was more responsible. Also, setting up the transport was easy to do. When I first called about it back in August, I was quoted one rate. And when I called back in October, it was a higher rate because they told me that it was because it was a seasonal thing and they're busy. Just like anything else seasonal, it's more money then. But the driver was excellent. He was very courteous. He called me before pick up. They also called me immediately for pickup at the Florida end of it. Car was all ready for me when I got there to pick it up.

My overall experience was very good. Having not done it before, it was mysterious going into it, as far as timing. Because all of those dates and times with flights, and just trying to coordinate, that is a bit of a hectic nightmare. But when it started to fall into place, it made sense to me. But I understood they're an aggregator for truck driving companies. They match you up with somebody who is going your way. And that worked out very well. The driver was most kind. He took the vehicle to a shopping center half a mile from our house. He was right on time. He gave us a 20-minute window, so we met him. And within minutes, we were driving our car home. The vehicle was in great condition.

The pickup was supposed to be on a Tuesday but that day came and went. It turned out that it was gonna be picked up two days later and then that came and went, too. I had to call and find out what was going on. The guy who was gonna pick up the car called me back and said his truck died and my pickup was delayed until Saturday. That was a bit of a bummer because I was in my new location and I had to wait a couple of days for my vehicle to arrive and I didn't like that I had to call numerous times. My faith on the whole thing eroded. But when they picked up the vehicle, they were complete professionals. My husband was amazed at their skill level to get the truck on the flat bed.

Montway had good communication and follow-through. They informed me that there was a pretty large storm that was coming through the East Coast and I wasn't expecting it to be a super quick delivery. Pick-up location was right at the house. The drop-off location was about a couple miles from our place in Florida. The driver was uncertain as to whether the roads would be adequate to get in. They were adequate, but there was no problem with getting to where he dropped off the vehicle.

I loved Montway. I had little problems before I could leave and they kept working with me to change the date and didn't charge me more. I was very happy with them.

The transport with Montway went as expected and very smoothly, too. The driver showed up. He was fine and picked up the car. The drop-off was fine too. Everything was good.

Worst vehicle shipping experience of my life. I paid $1700 to have my BMW M3 shipped from Florida to Tennessee with a guaranteed pickup and delivery dates, on a closed carrier. I was optimistic based on their positive reviews and efficient quote and scheduling process. I received a text on the day of pickup that a truck would be at my house by 5pm to pick up the vehicle. Instead, an open carrier arrived at 6:30, but the driver apologized for the delay due to traffic and promised that the vehicle would be transferred to a closed carrier for the trip to Tennessee. That's fine, things happen and I knew Montway said an open carrier was possible for pickup.

My daughter had looked up Montway online. You had a very good rating and that is why we chose you. It was my first experience shipping my car door to door. Your company kept us informed, as promised by you, and our car was delivered in a timely fashion. We also had to make arrangements to have a neighbor accept our car because we were flying into Jupiter that day. She said the gentleman who delivered our car was very polite and efficient. We are very happy with your service. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends.

I used Montway to transport my car cross country from MA to WA and back again. They are reliable, have great communication, and everyone from the phone agents to the truck drivers is friendly and easy to deal with. I would use them again and highly recommend for anyone looking to transport their vehicle.

The hauling was 5 star, the only issue was the scheduling of the pickup. The delay caused me to have to hire someone to facilitate the pickup. I had to leave Lake Tahoe for a trip to Houston, Tx. I have contacted your firm with plenty of time to spare. I've used you in the past and will continue to use your services.

Customer service was all very good. The rate I got was competitive. I've never done this before and it was incredibly easy. They were on time on both ends and there was not a problem with the car. They were very thorough and experienced. I'd use them again.

Setting up the transport was super easy. Everybody was really attentive. If I made a phone call, it got answered immediately. The communication with the driver was satisfactory. Montway was great. I'm in with all the other folks on Facebook. That's the company I would recommend.

I used Montway for a transport from Dallas to San Francisco. That took five days and the car was in an enclosed vehicle. Communication was absolutely perfect. There was only one speed bump that I hit in the process. I was threading a needle back and forth because my daughter was traveling and the car was going to her. Based on the pickup and delivery date, we kept trying to figure out how it would work. That aside, everything went fine. David was the pickup driver and he did a fabulous job. If I ever get a chance, I'm gonna circle back to Jay's website. It's excellent and he has never let me stray. I use him often for references. I was very happy.

The shipping was fast (from CA to FL). The car was well cared for and arrived as it left there. The driver was easy to get a hold of and answered all my calls and questions. Cost of transport was reasonable.

Montway was quick to book, flexible around the pick up schedule, and my car arrived so quickly! (Seattle to Boston.) And my car was in perfect shape when I picked it up! FYI pickup was with a smaller truck and trailer, drop off was at a Home Depot parking lot (the semi-truck and trailer delivering my car would have been too big for my residential street.)

The ramp felt more like my dog was going to walk over a hill, than a bridge. It was not worth it. They should consider something longer. It might work for a car that is closer to the ground, but def not a Bronco.

We shipped a car to our son who is a college student. Professional, courteous, and great service. The actual carrier was excellent, on time, and communicative. He provided an online tracking link that enabled us to track progress across the country which was a huge benefit and prevented any anxiety about delivery. We highly recommend Montway.

Had a great experience. Booked only day before, and they showed up on time and delivered on time and kept me informed during the process. Fair deal and heck of a lot better than having to drive it! And most importantly, car was perfect when it arrived.

My son's car got stolen in California and he needed one for school. So, I needed a quick turnaround time on that, and had no idea about the process at all. But these guys from Montway made it simple. It was a cross-country transport and it took three days, which was quicker than I thought. Part of my happiness with this is that I called them, and within a day and a half, they said they were ready to go. The total turnaround time from me contacting them to them delivering to my son was probably less than a week, which was great.

I had '95 Bronco shipped from Texas to California. Montway's reps were pretty good and quick. Plus, the quote they gave me was great from what I've heard from other companies. They weren't able to pick up the car right in front of my house because of where I live but everything went smoothly in delivering it to them and when they brought it back to us. When we got the car, it was running, but the check engine light was on. So, when they got it delivered, they weren't able to turn it back on as something was going on. But they got it all situated at the delivery.

I needed to transport a car From California to Arizona. The pick-up and delivery went very well with Montway and the communication was good. The transport took a couple of days and I would use them again.

The reps from Montway wanna work with you and did the best they could. The driver was very timely and the communication was very good. We had to meet them in Florida at our condo but they couldn't get their big truck in my neighborhood so I met the driver. But none of that was any big thing. I was impressed that they got there within the hour of when they said they would be there and that's incredible when you're going a couple of thousand miles. Sometimes there’s a half a day difference, but they nailed it first time. I had a good experience with Montway and I highly recommend them.

Setting up with Montway was great. The reps were very helpful. The transport was from LA to Hawaii and it took a month and a half. They delayed it an extra three weeks, which was annoying. I asked if they could give us a refund for part of it or give us a voucher so we can get a rental car and they said no because they would have to do that for everyone. And they should. But there was no issue communicating and mostly, the experience was fine.

The rep from Montway who set everything up was great and the drivers were very cordial and they were there when when they said they were gonna be, where I met them with the car and they brought me home. So, it was perfect. My niece had to meet the drivers because of their road and there's no real driveway where it was or anything where a truck could go.

Montway did everything they said they were going to. The man who delivered the truck arrived on time and had good communication. The car arrived good and timely, and they did an excellent job. There is always a discrepancy in the initial quote and the ending bill. If you do it this way, it's this. And there was a $200 add-on if you needed an exact date or an exact time. They didn't let me know in the first conversation, but they let me know when they gave me a time. I asked what time the driver would be there and the rep said that’ll be an extra 200. I had no choice because I had to have it there. The transport was quick and Montway made my life easy.

The transport was fantastic. The guy that came and picked up the car was there on time and he was professional. He called me every night during the transport. When he got to Maine where he was dropping my car off, there was a problem with him not being able to come down my street because the truck was too big, so he arranged for an alternative place to meet. We met on time and I got my car. It was perfect and I would absolutely recommend Montway.

I happened to buy a vehicle for my granddaughter out in Denver. I did a quote online, and Montway's quote was considerably better than other people. I paid 895. The other quotes were 1,500. Montway also said they were not gonna call me back and ask for more money. It worked perfectly. The driver met me across the street from where I'm at and dropped it off on a Friday night. Montway is phenomenal. We've used them a couple of times since. I've recommended them to my sales guys.

The driver was very good. He let me know when he was coming or when he was delayed, and he arrived when he said he would. I was very happy with the experience.

I used Montway twice. I had one shipped up from Missouri, and it went well. The second time, I used uShip and went with Montway again. I was impressed with the driver. It was good communication with him. He let me know what was going on. The price is a little high though. The only other thing is I put another bid out then decided not to buy the truck. I’ve at least 20 requests asking, “Let us know if you still need us.” That wasn't so great.

Everything went real good and smooth with Montway. The transport company had no trouble finding the house during the pick up. When they got the car down here, they were easy to get along and super to work with. I would definitely recommend Montway. They were functional and stuck by the dates and the times they gave. They were fairly priced too.

Montway is the cheapest company that I found and they didn't bombard me with emails and phone calls. When I talked to the initial person, they had told me that the day that they scheduled the driver, they would take the first payment and it would be $200. But I got a call that day and it ended up being closer to $500. I had to call them back and transfer money. The day that the vehicle was supposed to be delivered, the driver was 30 miles away from me. He said, "I can bring it first thing in the morning or you can meet me." I went up there and met him. I'm glad it was the same day. I would do it again if we shipped anything else through Montway.

The driver was good. But I had one problem with them. They never told me to take my transponder off the car so I got billed for all the tolls coming down.

The driver told me when he picked up the car. He also told me when he was here a couple of days later for the delivery. It was a great experience. I would use Montway again.

I called Montway, told them what I needed, and they accommodated. The carrier told us over the weekend the truck broke down and they weren't sure when they were gonna get to the destination. That made us worry a little bit. But all of a sudden, they showed up at the hospital where my son is working, and the car was delivered on time. The communication could have been better but I'm glad they came when they said. We're gonna call Montway again because I need the car transported back to Florida.

Last year, I bought a car in Florida to send to my brother. Montway had a very good rate to do it and had very good write-up as well. Fast forward to October of this year, my brother decided to move to Florida. We had to move the car back. Since I had a very good experience with Montway the first time, there was no reason to look for anybody else. Setting up the transport was very easy. The first quote I got was two months before I bought the car, and they still honored the quote. Everything they said they would do, they did. The carrier picked up down the street from where my brother was living to make it more convenient.

The service was excellent as well as the cost. I was amazed. It was true door-to-door service because they drove right up to the house for the pick-up, and where the car got delivered, they drove it right to the front of the house which was terrific. I would highly recommend Montway to anybody.

The driver called the day before, and then the day of, he called again and we gave him a different drop-off point because he was in an 18-wheeler and he couldn't get in and out of our driveway. Everything was really quick and easy with my experience with Montway. Once I told them what I needed, they gave me the quote. Then they took care of everything. The transport went from Arizona to Hawaii. They held it to California and then they shipped it overseas. It was a pretty big move. It was very affordable. I thought it would be crazy. The communication with the driver was excellent. The driver let me know exactly when he was getting close. He took no time in getting it loaded up and was really careful with everything. He covered it up inside his trailer and was really good. It all was a good experience. Then the next day, he delivered it to my cousin's daughter. She had a good experience there as well. I was very happy with the overall experience. That was the second time I've been involved with a transport of a vehicle. And it was very easy and satisfying.

I talked to the driver for drop off and pick up. I talked to him the night before pick up to set up a good location for him to pick up, and then also with the drop off. The quote was also completely accurate.

I had a really great experience with Montway. The driver was super friendly. He would just call or text me about any updates and letting me know that he was close. It was very fast. It was three days. It went from Salt Lake City, Utah to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The quote was also very accurate and it was a lot cheaper than I expected it to be. I was very satisfied.

Montway moved four cars for me. Recently, I purchased a personal vehicle. The biggest issue that I've had with other moving companies when I look for them was you just set it up with some broker and then he's reaching out to 10 different people, and it's a complete pain in the butt dealing with them. Then your car sits there anywhere from a week and a half. With Montway, I call them up, they schedule it, and I don't think I've waited longer than four days to have the car picked up. And that was because we were going through a weekend.

I had a fine experience with Montway. They picked up the car when they said they would and they delivered it when they said they would. Everything went well. The communication with the driver was good. I'd recommend them.

The driver communicated with us via text. He kept us up-to-date as to his travel time and his ETA arriving at the final destination. The car arrived in the condition it left New York in. So, it was fine. Montway was really good. I'd use them again.

I needed to ship an additional vehicle to Hawaii, because I moved here with the army and I picked Montway based on other reviews from people on a Facebook group page. I just scheduled the transport online and it happened. I met the driver at a truck stop right outside of base because they don't have access to base. They picked it up. It was the exact date that I requested, so there were no issues there. The loading only took 20 minutes or so, and it was gone. From the time I handed over the keys to it being available in Hawaii took two weeks which was about 300% faster than the army did it had I shipped the vehicle with them. As far as delivery, they let me know when it was available. Then I went down to the pier where it was at. They gave me a damage disclaimer so I could mark off anything that I noticed. Other than that, they just gave me the keys and let me go. I just had to show them proof of ownership.

They have very good service, and good communication. So, I'm happy with it.

I studied a lot of the companies and read the reviews and Montway got wonderful reviews. They did just exactly for us as the review said. So we were very pleased with them. They were very good about getting in touch with me and transferring, and the vehicle was where they said it would be at the time it would be, and it went smoothly.

I am very happy with Montway's service. I left my car not in the facility but they found for me another facility, and I was not trusting too much to do that but I didn't have any other option, so I left my car. Everybody was so good that I am very happy to find that kind of service with the company. The staff helped me too much, and the company that was in charge of the service and the company that was in charge to hold my car for a few hours did an excellent work. The driver called me before coming the same day, but the company announced to me that the driver is going to call me. I have been in touch with them permanently.

Everything with Montway was flawless. The driver was good. He let me know what was going on. On arrival, he called up and we met up. They had to divert from my home because he couldn't pull in. So, we made that arrangement and it worked out fine. Overall, Montway is a pleasure to do business with.

In general, my experience with Montway was good. I chatted with their customer service reps online and told them what I need and checked if they have any discounts. They applied the discount and the price was reasonable. The delivery went smoothly. I would recommend Montway because it was the third time I went them.

The vehicles beat us here so the driver contacted my sister-in-law and she came to the house and accepted the vehicles, and paid them. It was smooth and I would recommend Montway.

Montway was awesome and I would recommend them right away to anybody I knew. The guy who came to pick up the car was very cordial and kept me posted all the way, even saying he was gonna get here a little earlier. The service was well worth the cost. It wasn’t out of the line at all.

The people that Montway outsourced to do the move at first didn't come through, but when I contacted them, they jumped right away on getting me somebody to do it immediately. The driver told me everything about how it would go when he would get there. He took all the pictures. He was very knowledgeable and nice.

Montway was very quick with their response. Where I live, it's impossible for the driver to even turn around ‘cause our streets are so narrow. We agreed on the place to meet. He was fantastic. Whenever he told me where he was going to be, he was there, on time. Everything couldn't have gotten more perfect.

Montway could get the transport done quicker than everybody else. They picked the car up from a dealership and dropped it off at another dealership. It was fairly easy. The cost was a little expensive, but fuel prices are up. So, I understand that.

My daughter had to relocate for a job from New Hampshire to Portland, Oregon. I was looking for the best company to transport her vehicle. I read a lot of ratings about Montway saying how good they were, and they lived up to their rating. We had a good experience with them. We had the driver's number but we didn't have to contact him at all. We were able to see where he was and there was no problem.

Montway did very well. The driver had a slight delay but nothing is perfect and the delay was only some hours. He was supposed to arrive at 10:00 that evening and he didn't arrive until the next day but that wasn't a big deal. He had a problem with his truck. The driver was very polite and told me his route and things he had to do. He was very personable. The dispatch was helpful as well. They got right back to me when I was concerned that the driver was late and checked in with him. I had no problem with an update.

Setting up the transport with Montway was smooth. I called and set up a day, then the driver called me. He picked the car up, then he called me when he was here. He also called me when he was two hours away. He also gave me some time, and he was at the location on time. By my house, there's a Denny's where there's a big parking lot. It's close to the address, walking distance, and he dropped the car off there. I picked it up, and it was good condition. I have no issues. The quote was accurate too.

Everything was great with Montway. I collect cars and have bought from California, Illinois, and Kentucky. I used Montway for those transports. I'm waiting for them to deliver a car to me today.

I needed a carrier from New Jersey to Florida and I had been disappointed by one that didn't show up. They didn't have a good reputation. Montway’s reputation was all 5-star. Their reps were very good. At first, they couldn't tell me exactly when they were coming. They needed to do that at the last minute according to when they could get a driver but they came the exact day that I requested, and they had the car here within one day, which was unbelievable. The correspondence was very good. Also, the quote and the final price were the same. They quoted me 969 cash, and that was what I gave.

Setting up the transport took three minutes, and I was very surprised. I even thought to myself, "This thing might be a scam, because it's so easy," but then, it wasn't. The driver called me about when he'd be there, and I called him a couple times, because he was late. We had a number of flurry of conversations, then I met him when he got to LA. I live on an odd hill street and I was wondering how he'd get a truck up here, and he didn't. He parked the truck way down the hill, and he drove the car up here right in front of my house. He texted me, I went out, and he was delightful. Montway told me the quote, and it was accurate. That's what I paid the driver, and off he went. It was very nice.

I needed to transport my Viper from Arizona to where I live. Montway had good reviews and I liked how quickly they could do the job. Customer service was very helpful and explained everything to me. They picked up the Viper the next morning after I scheduled it and it was delivered the same day. It was perfect when it arrived. The final cost didn't change much.

Montway had a decent deal. It wasn't perfect with the reps, but they were more than adequate. There are always little extra fees, but that's to be expected. There are always facts and little things that we never think of when we get the original quote. We got email updates as the transport was coming. They had a window when the vehicle was arriving. It showed up right in front of my house within the window. The driver did a good job. It was a seamless experience. I was very satisfied.

Communication was excellent via phone and via their website, which is the easiest way to get the estimate. From the chats, the phone calls, and the driver, everything was perfect. I've used Montway twice, once to transport an inoperational race car from California to Kansas. I got a quote from them first, and it was high, so I put them to the side and went with another company that ended up scamming us. We ended up going with them and that worked out pretty well. The second time, I needed to ship a motorcycle and that hasn't been as great. We're still waiting on the delivery. The timing and communication could be improved. Also, the shipping company they subcontracted with is a little questionable. With the loading techniques they used for the motorcycle, I don't know if it's gonna arrive with damage. Also, the original delivery date was the 21st but they extended it till the 28th. They didn't communicate what the extension was for with me. I checked the tracker and I saw they haven't left Texas after a week. But they finally just got to Arizona yesterday and started their long haul.

Montway was the most reliable that I could find online. Everything went perfect as planned. I was notified within less than a day that they headed out. The driver didn't speak English that well, but we got through it so we could understand each other.

Montway picked the car up and delivered same day. The guy showed up when he was supposed to. Everything was fine, except that I'm 80 and my wife's 70, and we had to push the cars. It would have helped if he had a helper because my wife and I had to help. Other than that, I was satisfied. The quote and final price were the same. If it had been different, I wouldn't have paid more.

We asked them not to pick up the car for a few days because we were traveling. From when they actually picked up the car to drop-off, that took only about three days. I was extremely happy. I move a lot of vehicles. I do some buying and selling and I probably do four shippings a year at least. This was the first time I used Montway and I will definitely use them again.

He gave me a window of expected time of arrival, and he was on the dot. As a matter of fact, he even went out of his way to find a more convenient location for the pickup. The delivery went really smoothly, and the driver got here five days in advance as well. It worked out fine, because I got here early. I was anticipating to be without my car for a week, but I was only without my car for two days. It came dirty, but it was expected because it's gone through multiple states. It's also not any different right now. My car is still dirty because of the snow. Overall, my experience with Montway was very fast and friendly, and if I were to move back to Florida, I’d use them again.

I have a niece in the Buffalo, New York area who always had an interest in automobiles and is a very successful business person. We have a vintage vehicle that remains capable of being driven but for any restoration that's going to take place, my niece will facilitate that. We needed a transfer service and Montway was recommended by a friend of mine, who is very experienced with both employing transportation companies and moving vehicles on his own.

Communicating with them was super simple and easy. They turned around very quickly for us to get our truck from Florida to New York. The initial driver couldn't fit the truck on the truck, so it took two or three extra days. But by the end of the week, it was done. We're living on base and we had to meet him off of base at a Walmart parking lot. And the coordinator that he was working with let us know that he would be there within an hour. He unloaded the truck and away we went. Montway's quote was definitely higher than other places that I was looking at. But it didn't change from the time I was quoted to the time of delivery. We plan on using them again for our next move.

I was extremely happy. There was some back and forth on the scheduling, but that was due to me more changing things around. The driver was Chris. He has a very fancy trailer. He was outstanding. I would not lose that guy.

The only problem I had was with Montway's automated customer service. It's hard to get what you're looking for. Because the automated voice is going to come on and ask you a question, you wait, but they don't understand. Other than that, the driver was great. He brought the car right to my house.

The delivery itself was just after Hurricane Ian and they were 12 hours behind on getting the car to where it needed to go but they made arrangements with the person who was picking it up.

They couldn't deliver it to where we wanted because they needed a lot of room to turn and maneuver so my other daughter and I met them. We knew it was coming on Friday. So I drove up from where I am, an hour away. I would recommend them highly.

The whole process with Montway didn’t take very long and the transition was very smooth. The only thing I didn’t like at first was when the guy got here, he wanted us to meet him at some complex over on Haggerty and I didn't know where it was. So, my daughter and I had to get in my car and find out where we were gonna meet him so we wouldn't be looking for it when he got there. We found it with no problem. It was a couple of blocks over so, we were okay with that because the driver was driving a big rig.

The driver originally was going to deliver it to where we were staying, which was an Airbnb in a downtown area, but his truck was too heavy to get down these little bitty streets. He called and asked if he could meet us. He suggested a spot and offered that if we needed an Uber, he would pay for it. But we have another car so we just hopped in and went over to where he was. But that was totally not his fault. It was just the nature of where we were staying. Montway delivered our car perfectly. It was exactly the same as it was when we left it.

I liked Montway's response and guarantee of the delivery. The rep was wonderful. Because I was so worried. “Can he deliver it on time?” But he said, “No problems.” Our little Hercules arrived just fine. The driver even said he got lots of compliments when he had to stop.

When he came and picked up the car, he was very careful and pleasant. He made sure he had everything right when he put the car on the truck and when he arrived in New Jersey, everything was great there too. I was also happy with the cost of their service.

Montway was very easy to work with. I transported a vehicle several years ago to Florida, and it was not as easy as it was this time. I sold a vehicle back to someone in Massachusetts, and I'm in Virginia. And I had to transport it back. It went very smoothly.

My husband got a new job in Tulsa and we had to ship a car over. It was an SUV, and the driver who came to pick it up was very professional and friendly. I have a gated community, so we made arrangements where I met him at the front. I drove him back to my house, he dropped me off, then he took the car back to the front of the gate because the rig wouldn't go through. We chatted and he was just as nice as could be and gave me peace of mind about leaving my vehicle with Montway.

The reps gave me a quote. I told them that I wanted to ship my car within that timeframe that I decided previously, and they were okay with it. We had to pay half of the amount. And when the cars were shipped to our home in Tampa, we gave the other half. The cars were shipped on a Friday late afternoon. I wanted to find out what time they were coming. I called Montway. And they said they were running late because of the hurricane that we had in September. And they said they would reach the next day. It was the same day that I was flying to Tampa with the rest of the family. The cars were picked up by this gentleman who worked for the parent company. And we received the cars on Tuesday. We are satisfied.
