The transport was fantastic. The guy that came and picked up the car was there on time and he was professional. He called me every night during the transport. When he got to Maine where he was dropping my car off, there was a problem with him not being able to come down my street because the truck was too big, so he arranged for an alternative place to meet. We met on time and I got my car. It was perfect and I would absolutely recommend Montway.

Everything went well with Montway. The communication with the driver was good.

I happened to buy a vehicle for my granddaughter out in Denver. I did a quote online, and Montway's quote was considerably better than other people. I paid 895. The other quotes were 1,500. Montway also said they were not gonna call me back and ask for more money. It worked perfectly. The driver met me across the street from where I'm at and dropped it off on a Friday night. Montway is phenomenal. We've used them a couple of times since. I've recommended them to my sales guys.

The driver was very good. He let me know when he was coming or when he was delayed, and he arrived when he said he would. I was very happy with the experience.

I used Montway twice. I had one shipped up from Missouri, and it went well. The second time, I used uShip and went with Montway again. I was impressed with the driver. It was good communication with him. He let me know what was going on. The price is a little high though. The only other thing is I put another bid out then decided not to buy the truck. I’ve at least 20 requests asking, “Let us know if you still need us.” That wasn't so great.

Everything went real good and smooth with Montway. The transport company had no trouble finding the house during the pick up. When they got the car down here, they were easy to get along and super to work with. I would definitely recommend Montway. They were functional and stuck by the dates and the times they gave. They were fairly priced too.

Montway is the cheapest company that I found and they didn't bombard me with emails and phone calls. When I talked to the initial person, they had told me that the day that they scheduled the driver, they would take the first payment and it would be $200. But I got a call that day and it ended up being closer to $500. I had to call them back and transfer money. The day that the vehicle was supposed to be delivered, the driver was 30 miles away from me. He said, "I can bring it first thing in the morning or you can meet me." I went up there and met him. I'm glad it was the same day. I would do it again if we shipped anything else through Montway.

The driver was good. But I had one problem with them. They never told me to take my transponder off the car so I got billed for all the tolls coming down.

The driver told me when he picked up the car. He also told me when he was here a couple of days later for the delivery. It was a great experience. I would use Montway again.

I called Montway, told them what I needed, and they accommodated. The carrier told us over the weekend the truck broke down and they weren't sure when they were gonna get to the destination. That made us worry a little bit. But all of a sudden, they showed up at the hospital where my son is working, and the car was delivered on time. The communication could have been better but I'm glad they came when they said. We're gonna call Montway again because I need the car transported back to Florida.

Last year, I bought a car in Florida to send to my brother. Montway had a very good rate to do it and had very good write-up as well. Fast forward to October of this year, my brother decided to move to Florida. We had to move the car back. Since I had a very good experience with Montway the first time, there was no reason to look for anybody else. Setting up the transport was very easy. The first quote I got was two months before I bought the car, and they still honored the quote. Everything they said they would do, they did. The carrier picked up down the street from where my brother was living to make it more convenient.

The service was excellent as well as the cost. I was amazed. It was true door-to-door service because they drove right up to the house for the pick-up, and where the car got delivered, they drove it right to the front of the house which was terrific. I would highly recommend Montway to anybody.

Everything was good with our transport with Montway. The transport was from New York to Texas, and it took four days. They were very helpful.

Setting up a transport with Montway was very easy and simple. The transport went smooth. The driver called the day before, and then the day of, he called again and we gave him a different drop-off point because he was in an 18-wheeler and he couldn't get in and out of our driveway. I was very happy with the overall experience. That was the second time I've been involved with a transport of a vehicle. And it was very easy and satisfying.

The biggest issue that I've had with other moving companies when I look for them was you just set it up with some broker and then he's reaching out to 10 different people, and it's a complete pain in the butt dealing with them. Then your car sits there anywhere from a week and a half. With Montway, I call them up, they schedule it, and I don't think I've waited longer than four days to have the car picked up. And that was because we were going through a weekend.

The driver communicated with us via text. He kept us up-to-date as to his travel time and his ETA arriving at the final destination. The car arrived in the condition it left New York in. So, it was fine. Montway was really good. I'd use them again.

I needed to ship an additional vehicle to Hawaii, because I moved here with the army and I picked Montway based on other reviews from people on a Facebook group page. I just scheduled the transport online and it happened. I met the driver at a truck stop right outside of base because they don't have access to base. They picked it up. It was the exact date that I requested, so there were no issues there. The loading only took 20 minutes or so, and it was gone. From the time I handed over the keys to it being available in Hawaii took two weeks which was about 300% faster than the army did it had I shipped the vehicle with them. As far as delivery, they let me know when it was available. Then I went down to the pier where it was at. They gave me a damage disclaimer so I could mark off anything that I noticed. Other than that, they just gave me the keys and let me go. I just had to show them proof of ownership.

They have very good service, and good communication. So, I'm happy with it.

I studied a lot of the companies and read the reviews and Montway got wonderful reviews. They did just exactly for us as the review said. So we were very pleased with them. They were very good about getting in touch with me and transferring, and the vehicle was where they said it would be at the time it would be, and it went smoothly.

I am very happy with Montway's service. I left my car not in the facility but they found for me another facility, and I was not trusting too much to do that but I didn't have any other option, so I left my car. Everybody was so good that I am very happy to find that kind of service with the company. The staff helped me too much, and the company that was in charge of the service and the company that was in charge to hold my car for a few hours did an excellent work. The driver called me before coming the same day, but the company announced to me that the driver is going to call me. I have been in touch with them permanently.

Everything with Montway was flawless. The driver was good. He let me know what was going on. On arrival, he called up and we met up. They had to divert from my home because he couldn't pull in. So, we made that arrangement and it worked out fine. Overall, Montway is a pleasure to do business with.

In general, my experience with Montway was good. I chatted with their customer service reps online and told them what I need and checked if they have any discounts. They applied the discount and the price was reasonable. The delivery went smoothly. I would recommend Montway because it was the third time I went them.

The people that Montway outsourced to do the move at first didn't come through, but when I contacted them, they jumped right away on getting me somebody to do it immediately. My daughter had to relocate for a job from New Hampshire to Portland, Oregon. I was looking for the best company to transport her vehicle. I read a lot of ratings about Montway saying how good they were, and they lived up to their rating. We had a good experience with them. We had the driver's number but we didn't have to contact him at all. We were able to see where he was and there was no problem.

Montway did very well. The driver had a slight delay but nothing is perfect and the delay was only some hours. He was supposed to arrive at 10:00 that evening and he didn't arrive until the next day but that wasn't a big deal. He had a problem with his truck. The driver was very polite and told me his route and things he had to do. He was very personable. The dispatch was helpful as well. They got right back to me when I was concerned that the driver was late and checked in with him. I had no problem with an update.

Setting up the transport with Montway was smooth. I called and set up a day, then the driver called me. He picked the car up, then he called me when he was here. He also called me when he was two hours away. He also gave me some time, and he was at the location on time. By my house, there's a Denny's where there's a big parking lot. It's close to the address, walking distance, and he dropped the car off there. I picked it up, and it was good condition. I have no issues. The quote was accurate too.

I needed a carrier from New Jersey to Florida and I had been disappointed by one that didn't show up. They didn't have a good reputation. Montway’s reputation was all 5-star. Their reps were very good. At first, they couldn't tell me exactly when they were coming. They needed to do that at the last minute according to when they could get a driver but they came the exact day that I requested, and they had the car here within one day, which was unbelievable. The correspondence was very good. Also, the quote and the final price were the same. They quoted me 969 cash, and that was what I gave.

Montway had a decent deal. It wasn't perfect with the reps, but they were more than adequate. There are always little extra fees, but that's to be expected. There are always facts and little things that we never think of when we get the original quote. We got email updates as the transport was coming. They had a window when the vehicle was arriving. It showed up right in front of my house within the window. The driver did a good job. It was a seamless experience. I was very satisfied.

I needed to transport my Viper from Arizona to where I live. Montway had good reviews and I liked how quickly they could do the job. Customer service was very helpful and explained everything to me. They picked up the Viper the next morning after I scheduled it and it was delivered the same day. It was perfect when it arrived. The final cost didn't change much.

Montway's pricing worked. The driver did a fine job picking the vehicle up and updating me on the way. I received a notification that it was delivered.

We used Montway to move our vehicle from Texas to Florida and that took about three days. This is our second move with Montway and this time was just as smooth as the first time. It was super easy. Communication was excellent via phone and via their website, which is the easiest way to get the estimate. From the chats, the phone calls, and the driver, everything was perfect. The vehicle was delivered to my son and he said the driver was super nice and very courteous.

The delivery went really smoothly, and the driver got here five days in advance as well. It worked out fine, because I got here early. I was anticipating to be without my car for a week, but I was only without my car for two days. It came dirty, but it was expected because it's gone through multiple states. It's also not any different right now. My car is still dirty because of the snow. Overall, my experience with Montway was very fast and friendly, and if I were to move back to Florida, I’d use them again.

I've used Montway twice, once to transport an inoperational race car from California to Kansas. I got a quote from them first, and it was high, so I put them to the side and went with another company that ended up scamming us. We ended up going with them and that worked out pretty well. The second time, I needed to ship a motorcycle and that hasn't been as great. We're still waiting on the delivery. The timing and communication could be improved. Also, the shipping company they subcontracted with is a little questionable. With the loading techniques they used for the motorcycle, I don't know if it's gonna arrive with damage. Also, the original delivery date was the 21st but they extended it till the 28th. They didn't communicate what the extension was for with me. I checked the tracker and I saw they haven't left Texas after a week. But they finally just got to Arizona yesterday and started their long haul.

I looked at half a dozen companies and ended up with Montway. It started with the pricing and I was very impressed with the customer service. We asked them not to pick up the car for a few days because we were traveling. From when they actually picked up the car to drop-off, that took only about three days. I was extremely happy. I move a lot of vehicles. I do some buying and selling and I probably do four shippings a year at least. This was the first time I used Montway and I will definitely use them again.

Montway was the most reliable that I could find online. Everything went perfect as planned. I was notified within less than a day that they headed out. The driver didn't speak English that well, but we got through it so we could understand each other.

It would have helped if he had a helper because my wife and I had to help. Other than that, I was satisfied. The quote and final price were the same. We have a vintage vehicle that remains capable of being driven but for any restoration that's going to take place, my niece will facilitate that. We needed a transfer service and Montway was recommended by a friend of mine, who is very experienced with both employing transportation companies and moving vehicles on his own.

The only problem I had was with Montway's automated customer service. It's hard to get what you're looking for. Because the automated voice is going to come on and ask you a question, you wait, but they don't understand. Other than that, the driver was great. He brought the car right to my house.

I was extremely happy. There was some back and forth on the scheduling, but that was due to me more changing things around. The driver was Chris. He has a very fancy trailer. He was outstanding. I would not lose that guy.

He unloaded the truck and away we went. Montway's quote was definitely higher than other places that I was looking at. But it didn't change from the time I was quoted to the time of delivery. We plan on using them again for our next move.

My daughter used Montway and had a great experience with them. As did I. They were efficient, quick, and very easy to communicate with. The reps I worked with were both very good. They were very easy to contact, and if I had a question, I'd text them and get an immediate response. I will use them again. The transport was from the East Coast to the West Coast, and the driver was very good. He was another one I tried to text and he would get back to me right away. I met him right down the street, and the car was fine.

The third-party vendor they contracted with was great. Everything about the service was excellent. They were very receptive and returned any calls. The delivery itself was just after Hurricane Ian and they were 12 hours behind on getting the car to where it needed to go but they made arrangements with the person who was picking it up.

Montway was absolutely amazing and the reps were great from start to finish. The drivers picked up quickly from Thousand Oaks, California and the car got here in Jersey even sooner than we thought. They couldn't deliver it to where we wanted because they needed a lot of room to turn and maneuver so my other daughter and I met them. We knew it was coming on Friday. So I drove up from where I am, an hour away. I would recommend them highly.

It was a little bit slow to get something booked at the time that I liked. But I called multiple times and I finally got somebody that helped me out. Everything from the pickup to the delivery was perfect. The driver didn't necessarily communicate the whole way through but he communicated when he was going to arrive and gave me enough time to prepare. The car was in great condition when it arrived.

The only thing I didn’t like at first was when the guy got here, he wanted us to meet him at some complex over on Haggerty and I didn't know where it was. So, my daughter and I had to get in my car and find out where we were gonna meet him so we wouldn't be looking for it when he got there. We found it with no problem. It was a couple of blocks over so, we were okay with that because the driver was driving a big rig.

There was a mix of phone calls and online inquiries that had two dispatchers trying to give me some service at the same time. Once we got it narrowed down to one person, everything was great. I paid exactly what was quoted and the vehicle was delivered as promised. I knew about a window of time when the driver would be there, and he was there. They brought it right to the office where it was being delivered. Montway was easy and convenient. They provided quality service.

I was very pleased with Montway’s service. They did exactly what I needed them to and were on time. It was exactly how much they said and they were very competitive in their rate. The driver originally was going to deliver it to where we were staying, which was an Airbnb in a downtown area, but his truck was too heavy to get down these little bitty streets. He called and asked if he could meet us. He suggested a spot and offered that if we needed an Uber, he would pay for it. But we have another car so we just hopped in and went over to where he was. But that was totally not his fault. It was just the nature of where we were staying. Montway delivered our car perfectly. It was exactly the same as it was when we left it.

Everything went very well. The driver that they used for this move stood up to their reputation of being very good. He texted and also called. The final price was right on the dollar figure they quoted.

I was choosing between Montway and another company. I went with Montway because I liked the fact that they provided a cash option for it to be a little less. The reviews and the company's reputation made me feel more comfortable. It was the first time I was doing something like that and it made me feel like Montway was more legitimate. I did everything online. There were a few times that I needed assistance because things got changed around a bit for the pickup date. I had to put the transport on hold and do all that. I did all that via chat. Customer service was responsive and very helpful. They were quick to fix my problem and quick to take it off of hold.

The driver was polite and he gave me an hour in advance delivery time. I was able to meet up with him because I'm working all day and he gave me an hour to get to my house. It worked out perfectly. It was also a good price and there were no charges after. It was flat, straight on the table the day I spoke to Montway. Overall, it was fairly easy to get the contract and get it going. I'd do it again.

I liked Montway's response and guarantee of the delivery. The rep was wonderful. Because I was so worried. “Can he deliver it on time?” But he said, “No problems.” Our little Hercules arrived just fine. The driver even said he got lots of compliments when he had to stop.

It was excellent with Montway. The car got to Orlando, Florida from Massachusetts on time and the cost was exactly what they said.

Everything about the transport went really well, including the communication with the driver, the texts. It's definitely a good experience. Everything about it was personal. They moved cars around and put my car on the top back, which was the best place. They took their time and were very thorough. Also, I didn't want to make them come all the way to the house. We met at a shopping center and the driver could unload it easier.

I shipped a 1997 Mitsubishi Mirage for around 650 miles through Montway and they were very good. I talked to the people on the phone and they were nice. Then, the driver was wonderful. When he came and picked up the car, he was very careful and pleasant. He made sure he had everything right when he put the car on the truck and when he arrived in New Jersey, everything was great there too. I was also happy with the cost of their service.

Montway was very easy to work with. I transported a vehicle several years ago to Florida, and it was not as easy as it was this time. I sold a vehicle back to someone in Massachusetts, and I'm in Virginia. And I had to transport it back. It went very smoothly.

My husband got a new job in Tulsa and we had to ship a car over. It was an SUV, and the driver who came to pick it up was very professional and friendly. I have a gated community, so we made arrangements where I met him at the front. I drove him back to my house, he dropped me off, then he took the car back to the front of the gate because the rig wouldn't go through. We chatted and he was just as nice as could be and gave me peace of mind about leaving my vehicle with Montway.

Montway did a fantastic job. The driver was good. I would be happy to use him again. We live in a narrow street area so it was difficult for him to get the car there. I met him out on the four-lane highway. He delivered the car on another four-lane access road. It was easy to get the car from there.

I could update it through the email and check the status of where the car was and when they arrived and when it was delivered. The drivers were good as well. They called and let me know they were on the way, and they were nice and friendly when they arrived. They came and picked up my mom's car from my house and delivered it to her house. The car was perfect, and they got there an hour earlier than what I was told, which was good too. This was our first time transporting a car, but I'll definitely be using Montway again and recommended it 'cause I loved it.

The reps gave me a quote. I told them that I wanted to ship my car within that timeframe that I decided previously, and they were okay with it. We had to pay half of the amount. And when the cars were shipped to our home in Tampa, we gave the other half. The cars were shipped on a Friday late afternoon. I wanted to find out what time they were coming. I called Montway. And they said they were running late because of the hurricane that we had in September. And they said they would reach the next day. It was the same day that I was flying to Tampa with the rest of the family. The cars were picked up by this gentleman who worked for the parent company. And we received the cars on Tuesday. We are satisfied.

Had my car shipped from AZ to OH on a cross country move. The service was great. Everyone was kind. The guy who initially took my call did mislead me about paying cash upon pickup and it charged my card a large amount so just double check. Other than that the transport itself from the company in Casa Grande was great!

The driver was very courteous, kept on calling, and met us at a truck stop right out on the east side of Holland. I'm pretty happy with the service. I had very good interactions with the drivers too. They were very professional and polite. The pickup point was Bristol, Connecticut. They picked up the vehicle on a Tuesday and delivered it to St. George, Utah on Sunday. It was sooner than I thought and the vehicle was in great condition. No scratches or dents. I watched them take it off the truck as well. The driver inspected it, I paid him, and he left.

The driver was great. He kept in touch and got the car delivered on time. Montway was cheaper and got the vehicle delivered quickly.

It was so easy to work with Montway. I got the impression that it would be a subcontractor that would actually drive the car, but they would oversee it. We asked for specific dates. We were supposed to have the car picked up on a certain date, which we have tried with one provider and they couldn't provide us those dates. Montway chased after me a fair amount when I first inquired a year ago. They could have cut that in half and I would have had an equally good opinion. But recently, everything went together seamlessly. I was very much interested in the logistics etc, because I had to take a ferry over and meet somebody in the ferry area. It wasn't a normal "come by my house and get my car". But Montway was perfect. I was very pleased with the guy who picked the car up to delivery. He was thorough. This is the driver that they use. And he does this and has a special purpose vehicle for it.

The communication was good. Montway emailed me immediately with a list of who was coming to get my car, at what time, then they contacted my mother and said, “We'll be there at a certain time.” The car was at my parent’s house, and Montway had it picked up, then it was in Florida within 43 hours. It was very smooth. I was very happy ‘cause it's a car that's 20 years old, and I was nervous about it being shipped. The driver took pictures ahead of time and covered it. It was anchored down nicely too. He then came here, took more pictures of it, looked over it, and it was perfect. All quotes stayed the same as well. I paid ahead in one payment because we wanted the airline points.

Montway was good. Their customer service reps were decent. They got things done ahead of time. The driver was kind of efficient in taking photographs to show if anything is damaged. The only thing is the car got dirty but other than that, there was no damage. Everything was good. They got there on time and the price was really good.

The contractor did a great job. They didn't communicate all that great, so that was last minute, but when I contacted Montway, they were quick to help me resolve it. They answered quickly. I had a good experience even though there was a bit of a language barrier with the guy picking up the car. My father-in-law doesn't speak Spanish, so he called me a little stressed out, because he didn't know if they were legitimate. I had to call the people, speak to them in Spanish and explain what was going on. Aside from that, vetting up the contractors and making sure that they know to speak English would be good. If I didn't know how to speak Spanish, then I don't know where we would be to try to communicate that. The transport guys would take a picture of our Jeep on top of their vehicle every step of the way, almost every stop. They were also very communicative when they dropped it off, and again, took pictures of everything.

They did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and got the vehicle to where it needed to go very quickly. The cost was spot on. They did not charge anything additional.

Everything with Montway went smoothly. The transport was a little messed up just because it was right in the middle of the hurricane that came through. So, everything got delayed but it was nobody’s fault. They picked the car up in Miami and dropped it off just outside of Nashville, Tennessee. It took three days. The driver called me the day ahead, gave me an estimated time, and then called me again once he was an hour out so we could meet up. I knew he was gonna have an 18-wheeler. I'm out of the country, and it was kinda constricted. So, I met him at a business parking lot. That way, he could get in and out easily. I gave him the address where we had linked up, and then he was able to pull in and unload and pull right out.

I talked to somebody on the phone and added an extra service of putting stuff in the trunk of the small car. Montway kept me posted by email or text. Things went pretty smoothly as far as all that until the driver showed up a day early. I was flying in late in the day on the 27th so the 28th had to be the earliest anybody was to show up.

Car arrived in perfect condition and it was clear it was well cared for on its journey. The driver was very flexible in setting final location and time to collect the car.

Driver was all over getting it to me on time. They did!! Big tip !!, no damage, no oil on the car from vehicles above mine. Driver and I spoke many times to coordinate delivery and confirm the gate had his info to drive to my house. All in all a good experience and a fair price. Had my truck picked up and moved from the dealership in WI and moved to family members house in MO. The whole process was easy and the customer service was very helpful and answered all of my questions. This was the first time I have had a vehicle shipped.

Pick-up went well but did not receive any paperwork. Driver said it’s all on his phone. At drop-off driver asked for cash. My son explained that he had a certified check and he accepted it. Again, there was no paperwork. Other than that, everything went well.

The delivery of my vehicle was amazing. The driver was on time. He consistently followed up with me throughout the process. There were some traffic delays but were very minimal. He did the job, he came clean and he met me at the proper location. When I got there, the car was already off the ramp and he sent me a video. The transport was from Portland, Oregon to Tucson, Arizona, and it took them three days to get down there. They came when they said they were gonna come and delivered on time.
