I've been transporting my cars back and forth for a while. I used Montway last year and used them again when I was bringing my car from Florida to spend the summer in New York. They were very friendly and they gave me everything I wanted. The only issue I had was the cost went up to $200 and I understand gas and everything. That aside, they brought my car and my daughter picked it up. The driver called beforehand to let us know where he was and he called when he was at a place where the exchange could be made. It only took three days to bring the car up from Florida.

The rep was fantastic and very communicative. The customer service was good and very quick to respond. I hired Montway to do a job and they got it done efficiently and for a fair price.

The rep answered my questions and the driver was fantastic. The driver made sure I knew what was happening, when he would be showing up, and if he was going to be delayed because of traffic. It's nice that I'm not just waiting for calls and I'm being told what their schedule would be in a day or two. My vehicle was a bit dirty when it arrived but the carrier was not closed up. Also, the quote and the ending bill balanced out fine for me. I was happy with Montway.

Montway did an excellent job. I met the driver and talked with them and watched the car being loaded. It was straightforward and there were no issues. I was happy. The driver that picked up the car was local and they turned it over to a cross-country driver. They communicated with us throughout and my son was receiving the vehicle on the other end. So they communicated with him and lined it all up with him. It worked out perfectly. They did everything as they said they would. They kept me in the loop. Their quote was right on the money. So we're all good. I have recommended Montway and I'd recommend them again.

I've used Montway before to transport a vehicle and I used them again recently to transport another vehicle to my ex-husband. The process was seamless and they were professional. The driver was excellent. I told him there was no way they were going to be able to get the truck into my neighborhood because it's gated and you just can't get in here. So, I had to meet him, which was fine. He called me, let me know where he was, then I met him at the Walmart and watched him load the vehicle up.

I used Montway to move my car from Seattle to San Francisco. They were very responsive on the timelines and they were very precise about what time the car would be delivered. Overall, it was really good working with them. The cost was really affordable. I looked up some other services and they were a bit more costly.

Montway's quote was reasonable, because I checked other companies and they were close to it. If anything, they might have been a bit less. I ended up leaving my car with my brother-in-law because I left before the car had to get picked up, and everything went as smooth as anything. They picked up and delivered the car when they said they would, and the driver was excellent. The gentleman kept giving me his destination, when he would be there and approximately what time. It was wonderful. I had a lot of hiccups moving to Florida, and that wasn’t one of them. The driver was also careful getting the car off and my husband helped him a little. It was a great experience. I was very pleased and I’d use them again. Montway also sent me emails asking how the service was and I responded.

The rep from Montway was very good and both ends with the driver were perfect. The vehicle was delivered right to the house and everything lined up with the initial quote and final bill.

I transported a Saturn Sky from Hawaii to St. Louis through Montway and it took about a month. The communication was excellent and I was very happy with the cost. It was 2,250. That was the quote they gave me and that's what stayed.

I have used this type of service many times. I have experienced all types of problems. Montway was the best, even better than a friend I have used in the past. The service was professional, to the point, on time and when I did not understand an issue the helpful staff walked me through it. Not one problem! Thank You!!

The representative was nice in the conversation and she told me their time duration to pick the vehicle. They picked up the vehicle four days after I spoke to them and they told me it would be delivered in seven days. But throughout, the communication was really good. The driver was good and helpful. I got constant updates. I also got a call before delivery. Then I gave them the payment code after the vehicle was delivered. The only thing I saw was when they came with the vehicle, the hook caused a little bit of scratch on the rim. But in terms of the general body of the vehicle, everything was okay. I like the service. They have a very fantastic response time.

Quick transport at a fair price. Pick up driver was friendly and communicative regarding pick up time and place. I appreciated being able to track the car while in transport. My daughter picked up car on other end of transport and they called to confirm that was accurate.

We moved from San Jose Calif to Scottsdale AZ and had MONTWAY tow one of our cars. They were on time, notified us along the way and when the car was delivered. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Montway performed as advertised. Their price was accurate, they picked up on the date promised, and delivered when they said they would. I was very happy that we chose them. Their drivers were very good. They explained clearly all that they needed. Again, couldn't have chosen a better service.

Customer service was good. They had to change from one driver one time. But within a couple of days, they rescheduled it. The car was picked up and delivered in about 18 hours. There was a little bit of confusion on the final cost, but that was worked out. I was happy with Montway. They delivered the car in good shape and it was a good experience. I'd use them again.

They gave me a date range but they arrived to pick up the car later than I thought they were going to. But that was okay. It's a toy car. It's not a daily driver. It was dropped off five days later, which surprised me too that it took so long. But the reps were good and the drivers were fine.

Service was awesome start to finish. Will definitely recommend to anyone! They were very professional and friendly. Customer service was great and delivery was right on time. Vehicle was delivered when promised and there was no damage to the vehicle when delivered.

Montway Auto Transport said they could get my car to me quicker than everybody else, and they did. It was six days total. They stayed in touch with me and let me know pretty much everything that was going on. And when they got an hour from the house, they called me and told me so that I could be ready. I live on a dead end street so they couldn't get to where I was at. So, we had to meet at the end of the road up there at a little pizza restaurant and everything went good.

I chose Montway mostly because they're the quickest service and their online process was easy. I communicated with the carrier driver through text message and the delivery was okay.

I ended up picking Montway Auto Transport because they were the only ones that seemed responsive to my questioning. The transport was quicker than they estimated because the car got here two days early. He showed up on a Sunday, which was fine. I was out of town. The driver called me that morning. I had someone in my office go out there. Montway got my car from Pennsylvania to California safely, the price was right, and the car was in great shape.

Everything was perfect and smooth and I was very pleased with the service. I'll probably use Montway again next year. I've recommended them to three other people already.

Montway was upfront and very competitive with their pricing. Everything was laid out well. I had a few issues with the driver but that wasn’t with them. The pickup was good and the drop-off was excellent. They outlined the requirements for the driver to get paid. The car was the same way it was when they picked them up and I like that the driver took pictures of everything. And when they dropped the cars off, we got a chance to look at the car and make sure that the car was okay before I signed. Montway could go into some type of net-based communication system though as to when the driver will be there because that's always helpful when you have to plan.

Setting up everything was quick. It was good. They came in and also transferred the car on time. So I'm satisfied. The communication went well.

I had a 1952 MG transported from Michigan to Montana in an enclosed trailer by Montway, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. I was amazed at how quickly the car arrived (4 days) and the driver was super attentive in both the loading and unloading of the car. This is the first time I have ever had a car shipped, but I would definitely use and recommend Montway!

I went online and I got a quote. When our timing was more understood, I contacted them by phone and asked them some questions. Then we set the timing up to match our travel plans. They were very accommodating. The driver communicated well and contacted me with an approximate time that he would be there to pick up the car. As that time got closer, he communicated with me again. I drove the car to his truck and everything was handled on his phone. He did an inspection of the car, and then loaded it on the truck. I got the vehicle in the same condition as when I gave it to him. It was a little dirtier from the trip, but not real dirty. The move worked out fine for us. I would definitely not hesitate to use Montway again.

They were on the expensive side but their customer service was good and the driver was professional. The car was delivered in a couple of days.

The experience with Montway was excellent. Everything was simple and as advertised. The driver called me ahead of time. He gave me good information when he was going to be there and he was there when he said. All of that happened very quickly. It was a day or two before I thought it was going to happen. The car was picked up sooner than I expected and it got delivered sooner than I expected too. He told me what was going on. I gave him the keys and he drove away. He took care of it.

The carrier that was assigned to ship my car was very friendly and took care of shipping my car. Montway was also a good company too. Any representative I spoke to at Montway were always friendly and always willing to help.

Overall great experience with Montway. Very professional. My car was shipped from Virginia to Florida. The Montway representatives were very helpful. My car arrived on time and in perfect condition! I would definitely urge anyone to consider Montway for their transport needs.

Effortless and extremely efficient. Got my car delivered safely 1000 miles in 24 hrs! Very easy communication with driver. The car was spotless and unscathed upon delivery. Both buyer and seller were very impressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a vehicle over a long distance. Keep in mind that the large tractor trailer is not able to navigate smaller roads so be ready to plan for an appropriate meeting place.

The transport from Berkeley, California to Edwards, Colorado took just a few days and the communication was good. The driver let me know when he was close so I was able to meet him there. And he arrived right when he said he would. I was happy with the experience and I would use Montway again. They're very good and I would have no problems recommending them.

The only thing that wasn't convenient was the driver was supposed to come at 9 o'clock at night, which was late, to pick up the car and it was even later than that before it was all done. But other than that, the delivery was good. Montway was good about keeping in touch.

The rep who helped me set everything up was good. There was a discrepancy on the time, though. I had to wait a few days longer than I wanted to. They could be more accurate when they're gonna be picking the vehicle up. That was the only thing that was kind of annoying. I had to leave my car with a neighbor and then have them do the whole pick-up. Other than that, it was good.

I used Montway twice and they got both of my cars to where they needed to be on time, without incidents, and at the price they quoted. They're a great company and I would highly recommend them.

The vehicle was in bad shape and the contracted drivers were awesome. There was a little bit of logistics there, trying to find the right company with the right equipment. But Montway was on it the whole way. It was a difficult move and they were great. There was a change in the bill because there was a reprice and I got a refund in one day, which typically takes three days with merchants. So, that went well. It’s a customer service business and Montway is doing an excellent job. They hit every button.

Initially, they were pretty good with the scheduling. I left town Sunday and my dad met Montway on Tuesday at noon. Wednesday at 9:00 PM, they were calling me and telling me the car was here in Vegas. It was unbelievable. I was even surprised that they could make the original day, let alone a day faster. I was blown away. It was fantastic. The cost was very reasonable. It ended up costing me less or about the same to do that and fly here to Vegas than it would have to just drive the car across the country. So it was a no-brainer.

Customer service was very good. My parents said the vehicle was delivered to their driveway. It was nice and easy.

I had a pleasant experience with Montway when I set up the transport and the rep was excellent. The driver texted and let me know he would be here in about 15 minutes to make sure I was at home and they would call me when he got out front. And he did. The vehicle was in excellent condition when it got here and the quote was 100% accurate.

Everything was all done on the internet and online, so I never spoke to a person. But it was fine. The movers came on the day. The only thing was that they did not come till quarter to 10:00 at night to pick my car up. But they came on the day they said they were coming. To pick up the car at my residence and to deliver it to my residence, and not having to go to an airport, was perfect. Montway absolutely excellent. I'm gonna use them again next year.

The driver was communicative and told me when to meet him at the delivery spot. Its condition was exactly the same as it was when he picked it up. If you have to deliver a car or have something delivered, call them and see if they can help you.

The person I spoke to on the telephone told me he could get everything done in a timeframe I was looking for, which was in 48 hours, and everything he said came through. The people showed up early and the actual workers were very pleasant when they did. They let me stay to see the car get loaded on their truck and told me how it was all going to work. Also, they were in communication with me throughout the trip, letting me know where they were and when they were close to my house. Everything was perfect.

I sold an antique car and I didn’t wanna drive it down to Richmond. I didn’t wanna damage it in a long trip so I wanted to transport it in some way. Montway was the second company I reached out to. The first company didn't get back to me for two days and they ended up showing up at an incorrect time once they agreed to come pick up the vehicle. Then, they showed up at the wrong time at the wrong location and then canceled the pick-up and rescheduled it for the following morning. So, I'm very happy with Montway. The transport was very easy and simple, and I highly recommend them.

Signing up was very straightforward and pickup and delivery were very smooth. The drivers were very professional.

Customer service was okay and the quote they provided was in the ballpark. They lived up to their quote. It's expensive to ship a car but this was door-to-door service and they were there when they were supposed to be there. That was good. Also, the driver was in constant contact.

I was very happy with Montway’s service. They were punctual and professional. Plus, the cost was reasonable. They couldn't bring the car directly to us but they met us in a plaza very close to our new home.

Montway did a great job on their part and they quoted me correctly. They were very friendly and helpful. Setting it up was easy. The company that took the job had a younger fella, and he got it to the destination in 24 hours. They were responsive but I found out that they did not take the appropriate time to sleep. In him being a young kid, he did a little damage to our vehicles. But they said they would take care of it. The unfortunate part is I have a classic car, so I have to rebuild my steering column myself. That sucks. They are willing to fix it, but there's not a lot they can do to fix it.

Montway is a flexible company. I went from Florida to Texas and now I’m going back. They were very nice and made sure that all of the things were connected such as confirming the address, giving the email and the receipt and reminding me that I needed to call them about the car. They said they would tell me when a carrier has gotten the pickup order.

I used Montway three times and they were able to deliver what they promised. The most recent transport went perfectly. I would recommend them. They might be slightly more expensive, but they guaranteed pickup and delivery. So I was happy to pay slightly more.

They were very responsive and generally the process was smooth. The live chat feature they have is very nice and somebody gets back to me pretty quickly. The location I selected for pickup didn't fit the shipping truck. So the driver found a place close by, and I met him there with the car. He looked at the car and noted any current damage to it. I okayed that and then he took the car. I called to check-in to see when the car was arriving and he let me know that it was going to arrive the night of the day that it was supposed to arrive or the day after. When it arrived, the person coordinated with me to make sure that I knew when they were arriving. They unloaded the car for me and though it looked dirty, other than that, it looked good.

We had a time window that we wanted to get the vehicle delivered and the coordination worked real well. We were given options and it ended up being about a week later than our target date but that was okay. We had some options given to us where it could have been delivered earlier but we couldn't accept that. It was nice to have those options anyway. Also, the delivery was flawless and the guy was very friendly and nice. Anyone looking to transport a vehicle, go with Montway.

Montway picked my car up at the dealership. It was better than new when it arrived.

The service with Montway was excellent. I was very happy. They showed up on time and dropped off the car. When we were trying to send it back, they picked it up and had it delivered exactly the way I had it planned. Everything was smooth, and I wouldn't change it.

They stayed on the transport and kept me informed. They seemed to get the job done. I corresponded with the driver and got updates three times. They gave me good updates. The driver went through some kind of sandstorm in New Mexico. So there was some sand on the car, but he cleaned it off and it was fine. My son thought the delivery was a lot of fun. It was cool that they showed up in some place in California, and they had a car dropped off that you can drive off with. So he loved it.

The only issue is that when I set everything up, I was told there was a cash discount when I have the car dropped off. When the driver called and gave me a price, I said, "Okay". I gave him the cash that he told me I had to give him and he released the car. A couple of days later, I'm getting calls from Montway stating that there was a mistake made. The cost was supposed to be the original price that they told me. I was dealing with things, so I was like, “All right, let me take a look at it.”

Montway was better than their competition on price, but what really did it was their communication on when the vehicle would be picked up and how things would go. I transport quite a few cars and I've used them twice but for four vehicles. My first experience shipping a car with Montway was from Georgia to Wisconsin and it was for my 1968 Ford Torino GT.

I was really happy with Montway. They were a little bit more expensive but I didn't mind. They had some good reviews and I want to make sure the car got here in one piece. They looked like they had some nice transport tractors and trailers with the doors that open on the side. It looked like a way to go for me. The driver was really cool and stayed in touch with me. Also, there were no issues with the car when it got here. I would use them again. If I had something to transport, I would contact them.

I had a great experience with Montway. It was a very smooth transition, especially the driver. He updated me with everything. The guy who helped me responded to my emails and calls very fast. So, it was very efficient. He was very good. But it wasn’t explained well that have to make a reservation or booking over the phone instead of online. Montway has to make it clear that everything has to be done over the phone. Other than that, everything went good and I'm satisfied with the service.

I was surprised at how expensive the transport was. If I were to do it again, I would probably go directly to somebody who's doing the transport as opposed to going through Montway. It seems as though they have a very expensive premium over what is actually paid to the driver. In the past, I've gone to drivers directly and in the future, I might do that again just because they add so much to the cost. Other than that, I had a good experience with Montway. The delivery was very easy. The driver was very polite and we connected and had no trouble contacting each other. It all went very smoothly.

The driver provided constant updates before the pick-up and before the drop-off. It was a very good experience.

My son-in-law is in the military here in Alabama and he went to a broker. He said he looked at six companies and one of them was a personal friend. However, the gas prices had just gone up and Montway was $500 cheaper. I was expecting Montway to take longer to get my car here because it was cheaper, but instead they were here a day early. I was tickled. I was delighted with the price as well. Six months ago, we sent our pickup truck way ahead of us through a different vendor and it was the same price as this time. This was after fuel prices have changed. We didn't use the same company 'cause their prices have gone up.

The driver provided a specific pickup time which allowed me to run errands. He was courteous and answered all questions. The technology utilized was amazing and obviated necessity for paper documentation. Car arrived on schedule and delivered in perfect condition.

My experience with Montway was fantastic. I was 100% satisfied with them. They were very transparent. They told me the price and it stayed the same all the way to the end. They told me when they were going to pick me up. They called and said, “Can we come early?" They were very accommodating with the delivery. It was very good. The car was in the same shape as when I gave it to the driver. It was even in the exact spot he parked it on the truck. He was really a good driver. He called me and told me where he was at. He called and told me what time he would be in the area. He was very communicative.

The reps were very cordial, courteous and informative. They told me everything I had to know. The quote was reasonable and my payment was done over the phone. The movers were on time and they were careful. They took a picture of my car before it went up on the rack. It arrived in perfect condition. In a couple of days, it was there in New Jersey.

The quote I was given was fair, reasonable, and accurate. The driver kept me informed. The car was picked up two days before it was supposed to be picked up. Also, Montway didn't even know it was delivered. They were asking me if I was still waiting for a delivery so there was some miscommunication between the broker and the driver. Anyway, it was all a good experience. I highly recommend Montway.

Everybody did a fantastic job. Everybody was very thorough and very nice, and everything that they told me happened. As far as the cost, there was a change of about $100 in the end. That had to do with the rising fuel cost. The driver was very professional. He looked over the vehicle very well. He loaded it. He was also the same guy that I met in Florida. He had the vehicle to my house, he had it unloaded, and he was great. He kept in contact with us at least every other day. The equipment was amazing. Everything was very professional. So, I was very happy with Montway.

I was moving from one state to another, and everything went smooth when I was setting up the transport. Also, everything was good with the driver, and the final bill was the same as the quote.

It’s all online. Easy to access, great service. It was quick and Montway Auto Transport was great in following up. Easy to communicate. It is affordable and reliable. I would refer it to somebody else who is willing to have this kind of service.

I liked the favorable comments about Montway and their cost. It took a few days for the transport to get organized. It took less than a week to pick the car up, and it was delivered in 24 hours. The delivery people contacted me a little bit late. They were about 10 or 15 minutes away. They told me the day it was going to be delivered, but I had to reach out to the dispatcher to find out what time it was going to be delivered. Other than that, everything looked good. I would use Montway again.

We wanted the car covered and Montway said, “Oh, well, we got to find someone going this route. And then if we don't have anyone going this route, it may have to be uncovered.” At the beginning, we were on edge. Will they have somebody by that date or not? There was no solidifying date until they said, “Hey, we got somebody on this date.” Other than that, customer service was fine and working with them was seamless. The pickup from Columbus, Georgia was also fine, and the driver got the car to San Antonio, Texas in two days.

The car was going to be dropped off at my brother's house so we were told we would get a good window of time to make sure he was home since the driver knew when he was going to show up. But we ended up getting a 45-minute notice. It created a lot of issues as far as phone calls and going back and forth. They had to drop the car off without me inspecting it. It was a sour note to an otherwise great experience. But he took pictures and everything turned out okay. The quote and final cost were great.

The assignment process was a bit slower than I expected but that's okay. Everything went well except I found that a piece of my car is missing several days after I received it. I'm not sure whether it's from the transportation.

I chose Montway because of their ability to find somebody to transport the vehicle as fast as they did. The setup was easy and the rep who helped me was precise and accurate. Also, the delivery was earlier than what they expected.

Montway’s website has got a couple of kinks. They wanted to know when you need the car shipped and I wanted to put in there's no particular date. But you can't do that, which is weird. But overall, the response when I called in to do whatever I had to do was excellent. I would use Montway again if I had to move a car. I would like the price to have been half of what it was but apart from that, the customer service was very good.

The communication with the driver was pretty good but there was a little confusion about when they were going to deliver. At first, I got a text saying, “We're going to deliver the next day,” which was fine. Then, a little while later, I got another text saying it wasn't going to be delivered until the following day. I texted them back to clarify and it seemed like there was a little bit of confusion between the dispatcher and the person delivering. Once it got sorted out, it was no big deal. The overall customer service was pretty good. I really like the web-based interface to be able to do it. I had to make a change to the pickup date and that was very simple and a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.

Montway was hands on. They got back with me anytime I had questions. I was always able to reach them. The driver communicated well. It was smoother than the previous people I've dealt with.

Montway works with a bunch of different vendors and I understand they only have limited control over it. Scheduling the pickup, I did the more expensive option because I didn't have flexibility. I picked the specific date on which they were going to pick up and they were supposed to confirm within how much time leading up to it. I had a lot of questions, and it was a bit of a process. I had to call them and keep checking. They were gonna get it for me, but I just wanted it sooner. If there was a portal that you can put in your order number and get the exact status, that would be good. Apart from that, customer service is really good. The most important thing was anytime I called them, there was a human that answered within a few rings and they knew everything about the order and they could get it done. I’d recommend them. It was a fixed cost as well. Montway keeps 30% of it, and the rest goes to the driver.

Montway was great. I asked for a quote early on and they kept reminding me. They always answered my calls. One of the reps even gave me their cellphone number. The driver kept in contact. I live in Brooklyn and it's difficult here to get a tow truck through these tiny streets to drop off a car. They met me up the block where it was a two-way street where it was wider.

At the time I was given a quote, it was a decent quote, although it could be cheaper. Other than that, it was a good experience with Montway. The driver delivered a day earlier and he called a couple of hours before coming.

The drivers kept me updated when they were coming or where they were. The pickup was in Texas, and the brand new car was dropped off in Miami. It took five days. When they got to Miami, they took the car off the truck and I paid them. It was as easy as 123 with Montway. I would use them again.

The reps were great and the numbers were right in line. I am in one of the condos down by the water, so there's a concierge and there are valets, but the fellow that was picking up the car didn’t speak English well and I didn’t speak Spanish well enough. We had 10 conversations about where he should park and where the car is and who he should talk to. Finally, I had to call a valet myself and tell him to look down and see if there was a giant truck waiting for a car. And they went down. But that was literally the only the only hiccup. Otherwise, they were great.

Communication with Montway was both through email and text and that was fine. I was really happy with their service and the experience was perfect for me. They picked up my car and delivered it in a timely manner. When the driver came to my house in New Jersey, he was very nice. I highly recommend Montway.

The driver and the communication were way better than the last experience that I had. They came earlier, which was great. I’ll recommend Montway though there’s one thing that they left a mess on. They left plastic and the paper that they put in the front crumpled. But it’s not a big deal.

Montway’s rep said that they would have the information to me of when they would pick up the car and take it, which would be in three to five days. I waited till the sixth day, and I called. The guy got his supervisor since nobody has called me and they scheduled it. But it got canceled. Then, they finally scheduled it and brought the car to Colorado. I talked to the driver on whatever day that he would be picking it up, which he did. He was very thorough. Then, we had it delivered to our daughter, who lives close by to where we live, and everything was fine that way. Other than the car being a little dirty from road grime, there was no problem with any type of scratch. It was perfect.

We called Montway and set up service for three days later. The transport was from Tennessee to South Carolina and this was done in a day. Everything went fine. The staff did the job and was very professional. We were satisfied. The cost wasn't way out of line too.

The driver was right on time and he met us down the street where he could get his rig to be able to pick up the car. Also, when he came to pick up and load the car, he texted or called us on both ends, pickup and delivery. Everything went fine.

They were professional. They called several times to tell me when they were leaving a certain place to pick up the car and when they got there. I told them to call me when they got near my address so I could meet them and they did. They unloaded the car and everything was fine.

Everything went well and I'll use Montway again and recommend them. The pricing was good compared to the other company that tried to get me in at a lower rate just to lure customer in and then raised the price later on. So, Montway was the best one. The drive answered my questions and my call. Overall, it was a great experience with the company.

I was with another company, and they couldn't find the pickup, so I reached out to Montway. They were very quick, and the rep gave me a realistic timeline. I got a pickup date, then the driver came and picked up my car. They were very friendly. Also, I'm pretty a nervous person, and they really calmed me down. One time was what time they would drop off the car. They gave me good time frame, and they definitely delivered within that. I'm happy with the service. The driver I first spoke to, when they picked up the car, was good. He communicated. The driver that dropped off the vehicle called and let me know how far he was and what time he will be here as well. The quote and the final close was great too. I explained to Montway that I was gonna have some things in the car, and they gave me a estimate for that. They were realistic with pricing, and it was good for me.

Very easy process. They were kind and professional. It was the middle of winter and mother nature slowed things down~ but they kept us updated and the delay was minimal! In addition, they were very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company.

Everything was done online and the communication was fine. Montway kept calling to let me know when they had a driver, if it was gonna work for me. So, it was all good. The pick-up point was North Carolina and the drop-off point was Florida, and it took one day. The guy picked it up and dropped it off that night. He was a great guy. The vehicle was perfect when I saw it and the quote was completely accurate. People should go for Montway.

Montway was really easy to work with. I spoke to several people and they were all friendly and willing to help. They picked up my car one day and the next day, it was where it was supposed to be delivered. It got there in great shape too. Everything worked out fine, and Jorge, the driver, was really good, flexible and very nice. Overall, Montway did an outstanding job and I would definitely use them again.

The first couple of times I used Montway, they were great. The last time I used them, I found it very difficult to understand the representatives. They were not English as a first language and were also very unresponsive and late in when they said they were going to deliver the vehicle. The only reason that I would consider using them again in short order is because the first few times were good. I'm going to see if this was just an anomaly.

I was put off by a transporter so I did a last-minute thing with Montway. The set-up was painless. I called and they set a time. My car was going from Modesto, California down to Las Vegas, Nevada and this took a day. The driver called when he got to my house. My son then let me know that the car got there as expected. This experience was a success and I would do it again if I need transport again.

We had a Range Rover and then a Jeep Grand Cherokee shipped with Montway and these were on two different times. Everybody I had contact with was excellent, especially the drivers. I did an uncovered transport and made the drivers meet me somewhere because where I lived was not good for a big truck.

I was transporting my father's vehicle from Florida to New York. I googled and the reviews that I got on Montway sounded really good and they were nice when I first spoke with them about getting all the information. The rep took down all the information that I needed. At that time, I wasn't exactly sure of the day because I was still looking for a flight. When I gave him all my information, he just said, “Well, when you're ready, then just give a call.” I did that. Then when I told him the date that I was going to be there, he gave me an approximate and explained to me that I’d get a message saying when they would find a driver. I was impressed and I continued with them.

The driver was really nice and showed up exactly when he said he would. It couldn't have gone any smoother. Plus, they gave me a discount for paying in cash to their driver. During the delivery, the driver told me to check everything out and make sure the vehicle looked satisfactory to me.

Todd, the original salesperson, was a good guy 'cause I had to make a change to the pickup date and the car still got here before it was supposed to get here by three days. I was super impressed. Montway has a great transport service. Everything was exactly as stated, and the vehicle when delivered was perfect. Everything they have done has been great service. They delivered a Ferrari to me as well, and that car was unbelievable as well.

I went with Montway because of the price and service. The setup was pretty quick and the vehicle was fine when it was delivered.

They found a mover and they gave me a tentative date. The date ended up being the day before so they text me and showed up.

I get a $50 discount every time I use Montway, but I usually have problems with them. I just had to give them one more chance but the last experience was very bad. I'm doing business with people out of state and most of the time, I pay these guys upfront so I'm trusting them with my money and taking a big risk. This last time, when Montway went out for me with South Carolina, the man was a senior citizen. He said he rescheduled his kids to pick him up and they left him all day Saturday until my time, five o'clock. He called in California and said, “Hey, you know the time when your driver’s gonna pick them up?” I had to call the driver and he didn't answer me till eight o'clock my time, saying, “Oh, I don't even have that no more ‘cause my truck broke down. We're getting someone else.”

Setting up the transport with Montway was very easy. I called to ask about it. I got a quote sent back depending on the days that I chose. Then when I was ready, which was about a month later, I called and arranged the date. It was very simple and I really liked it. The reps not only helped me then, but they contacted me later to follow up and kept up with me until it was time for me to make the reservation. The quote was very accurate, and the car arrived perfectly on time right to my son's door. My son checked it. Everything was exactly the way it left.

The driver notified me when he was leaving Florida and said he would call me two hours out, which he did. He then notified me 15 minutes before he arrived. He was congenial, very clean cut, and the way he handled himself and his ways, I could tell he was professional. Montway was great. They delivered the car right to my home, and I had absolutely no problem whatsoever. I used them a few years ago too.

Montway's customer service was awesome. She was very informative about everything. She explained all the details of how it’d be done, the options of being able to get a discount, being able to pay with cash if the driver showed up, and it'd be a little extra if I had to pay with a card. She was very helpful. There was an update as the gentleman picked up the vehicle and was on his way. As he got closer, he let me know that he was gonna be a day behind because of the weather. It was expected, but he was very informative and he let me know exactly where he was at all times. That helped calm my nerves quite a bit as well.

Montway was the most convenient and the easiest. All the other ones wanted me to call in and do a bunch of other stuff that I didn't have time for. I just wanted to be done right away with my transport from Chicago to California. Customer service was fast and straightforward. The delivery was also fast and they communicated what time the car was gonna be there. It was actually there a little bit earlier. For the cost and how efficient they were, it was good. I probably could have gotten the service a little bit cheaper but it seemed like I would have had to jump through more hoops. Go for Montway. You could do your stuff online. They give you one quick phone call just to verify everything. They are efficient and have a good price. I would recommend it.

When I started talking to Montway and made the initial commitment to have the car hauled, it went very smoothly. It didn't take a long time and I felt comfortable about the whole thing. The driver who picked up the car was extraordinarily good too. There was very good communication and we got along fine. I drove home after he left, and I was here when he dropped it off. He did an excellent job and the car was fine. I was satisfied.

Setting up the transport was quick and easy. The rep I worked with was very professional. Also, the driver was very nice and friendly. He took care of my truck. There was a little bit of a language barrier but I was still able to understand him. It wasn't too bad. I was able to track the vehicle online and see where he was at. He arrived prior to me arriving and he was able to deliver to the drop-off point, which was a Toyota dealership where the truck was being repaired. He coordinated with them and turned the car in.

My experience setting up the transport with Montway was very good, and what the rep quoted me initially was what it ended up costing for the actual transport. The driver called and told me when he would be picking up the car. He picked it up late on a Friday, which was 11:00 PM. But there was no traffic on the Key, which was good because it's very busy there. He then let me know that he'd be there sometime Monday evening, and that, again, was 11:00 PM.

My experience with Montway was one of the most pleasant experiences and I've been traveling and moving my vehicles back and forth for quite a few years. They're excellent.

I picked a different transport service because they were a little cheaper than Montway, but they didn’t deliver on their promise, so I canceled it. Then I went with Montway. Setting up the transport was excellent. The driver was very good. He notified me when he was on his way out here. He was extremely careful about unloading my car. He took pictures of the car. There was no damage to our transport. It was a very smooth transaction.

Everybody was pleasant. The rep was very knowledgeable. The quote was super expensive but it was accurate. The courier was courteous.

The transport was from Missouri, Ozarks to Southern California, up around Los Angeles, and the communication was good. The cost was fine as well, but Montway wanted us to drive the car to a certain place that's 60 miles away from the Ozarks. We said, “Well, wait a minute. It's a pristine, antique car. Why are we driving it to you? You come 60 miles and get it.” That was the beginning. They also canceled three times. Once, they said the truck broke down and had it confused. They were gonna bring it on Wednesday then they called and said, “No, we'll be there on Friday.” On Friday, they called and said, “No. Our truck isn't working.” I don't know about the truck not working though. They may not have had a driver.

The set-up with Montway was really very easy and quick. The rep was very polite and the whole process went exceptionally well. They transported my car from Columbus, Ohio to Miramar, Florida and that took two or three days. The driver is bilingual and so am I so there was no problem communication-wise. I would highly recommend Montway's service. I was very pleased with everything. They delivered as they promised. The vehicle is without any dents or scrapes.

The driver wasn't very pleasant and my vehicle was dirty. He drove eight miles of gravel and had the windows down in the car in his trailer and filled it full of dust. Then he decided to rub the pain't saying that'd wash right up. Other than that, everything was good. It's not the guy’s fault that he decided to go gravel because the road was closed. He also told me that he had a big trailer and he couldn't go on city streets.

Given Biden's reduced fuel cost, the quote was pretty good. Everything was done online and I didn't talk to a human until I got my car, but it wasn’t bad. The driver contacted me personally and I met him a few miles up the road. It worked out pretty good.

I got great service and a great price. Customer service was great too. The driver called me a few hours before he arrived at my place. When he was here, he called me again. I had an uncovered transport so my vehicle was covered in dead insects but it was fine. It just needed a good carwash.

I had shipped my car down to Florida with Montway. I flew into Florida and happened to talk to the driver when I was at the airport. He said he was in West Palm Beach. I told him I just landed at the airport and I was gonna take a taxi to where I was going. He said he would drop the car off at the short term parking. That was awesome. I was able to just walk over, get my car and off I went.

My car was picked up somewhere in Minneapolis. During the transport process, I called the drivers and they told me that they were a couple of hours away. They called me before they got there so everything was fine. They dropped off my car in front of the house in New York and it was okay.

Montway was very good. They showed up on time, they communicated, and prices were reasonable. I'm very happy. From California to Utah, the transport took three days to arrive. It was perfect.

Working with them was pretty good. The delivery time is very accurate. So, once I was available, the transporter had to come to pick the car up. But things took some time because the place I delivered to is in the city. Sometimes, they cannot park their truck into the city. At first, the driver asked me to go pick the car up. After some negotiation, he eventually drove my car to my place. But the description said the service is door-to-door, so by default, it should be door-to-door. I will refer Montway to my friends but I hope they can improve their service further.

Everything went fine with Montway. They picked up the cars. I had friends of mine load them up. Morris did a good job. He brought them down. I was extremely pleased with how fast he got them here. He picked them up at like 2 o'clock in the afternoon. He left Virginia Beach, and he was here by 9 o'clock the next morning. There was no damage. Everything was good. He checked everything out. I'm very pleased. Montway did a good job.

I got the transport for someone and she got her car. As far as who I spoke with and the process, it's fine. She was satisfied with the delivery and it came earlier than she expected.

The rep was very impersonal and gave me a feeling that I'm just another number. Communication started with the company itself but I got a phone number a couple of days later and it seemed like I was calling someone's personal phone. But being COVID, a lot of people work from home so I went forward with the move anyway. The driver showed up and the transport turned out to be not what I expected. It was a transport sort of trailer but with a pickup truck, not a commercial transport. I got a little suspicious about that and I called my insurance company saying, “Well, look. If they steal my vehicle, then what?” Then the insurance company just assured me it’s fully covered. Other than that, the price was what they said it was. My son said the vehicle arrived fine. The driver was very patient with his schedule and met him at a time and location convenient to him.

Everything with Montway went great. Their customer service was outstanding. They were outgoing and made me comfortable. My car was transported from Delaware to Colorado. It took a very short amount of time. I was expecting a whole week, but it took about three days. I trusted Montway and it was worth it. Do it, too. Trust the company.

I called Montway and they gave me a quote right away. It was competitive, and I pulled the trigger based on that. I also did get another quote and it was in that same range. Montway was slightly less, but the key thing was they were very responsive. The pick-up point was on Fountain Valley, California, and the drop-off point was Altamonte Springs, Florida, and the service was good. It took a week, which was pretty quick. I was told that they would pick the car up within a certain time period, but they picked it up at the front of that time, which is just the way it can go.

I was very pleased with the job they did. I understood the cost of the service. The car arrived sooner than I thought. They did exactly what they said they would do and the cost was very reasonable. I would happily use them again.

uShip had a quote from Montway cheaper than Montway was giving to me. But I still went with the higher bid with Montway because it seemed like it was weird that uShip would have Montway do the shipment. When I called Montway, they gave me several talk. It was difficult because they gave me one price then gave me another price then they went back and gave me a higher price. They played too many games. It makes you not trust freight companies on how they charge you. But I was happy that the car was delivered nicely. That was perfect.

Montway's price was better and they were easier to get ahold of on the phone. They were $100 cheaper than the other place. Their customer service was very good. I would use them again if I needed to. They let me know when the car was going to be here. I got email updates as far as where the car was, and they called me about an hour or so ahead of time before they were gonna arrive. The car arrived on time, and they brought it right to my driveway.

The experience with Montway was painless. I called the driver to set up where we would move the car because where my apartment was located was inconvenient for a truck to come down. The pick-up and drop-off was close to my apartment. We found a longer street that he could park on that was a quarter mile away and for the drop-off, we did the cross street outside of my apartment. It was very convenient. I had a great service and would definitely recommend them.

Montway's pricing is as competitive as anyone's. When I called Montway, I had told them what the car was. They seemed to understand what it is, just ‘cause there aren't many low cars. They did a good job but when the movers brought the truck, they brought the wrong size. Also, their truck was an 18-wheeler and they couldn't come into my driveway. So, I had to go to a shopping center and wait. Then when they got there, they couldn't get my vehicle on the truck. So I said, “Why did you bring a truck with that kind of a ramp, knowing that the car could not go up that ramp because it's a low-front end?” They didn't have an answer for that. So, they came back the next day with another truck.

The rep was very nice and professional. Things were better than what I expected during the transport. They had the move scheduled for one day and they said, “We have a driver open. Can we pick up your car on this date?” And I said, “Yes, sure.” And in an hour, he was there. Picked up the car and took off. And then way before we even got here, the car was already here. The vehicle was in excellent condition. Everything was the way I left it. I will use Montway again definitely.

Montway's price was competitive compared to other transporting companies, so I didn't have any complaints with it. The transporter was great too. He called me 45 minutes to an hour ahead of time and I was able to leave where I was at to meet him at my house. When I got there, he got the motorcycle unloaded. All I had to do was sign and get it inside the garage. I've used other companies in the past, and it hadn't gone as planned. Montway didn't have any problems with the pickup or the delivery, and they were informative the entire time, so I wouldn't have changed anything about it. It was quick service and they were friendly people. I get motorcycles transported all the time and I would definitely use this company again. They did an excellent job.

They answered my questions. I asked difficult ones but they referred me to another representative and my questions were answered. The set up went very smoothly. The driver was flexible. We coordinate the pickup place. I got him to agree on a pick-up place and time and met him there.

I used Montway to have my car delivered from Tampa to Ohio. The delivery took about a couple of days. The experience was good.

I had a very good experience with Montway without knowing anything. I kind of panicked about having to move this car. I moved out of state and I was moving it to my state. I got online and looked up how to move a car. Then I found something about the best transporting service and Montway came up as one of the top 10. I also had a friend in the moving business and he said that's who he would use.

They gave a reasonable quote. The reps were great and the delivery was nice. The mover called and told me he was leaving Atlanta and the traffic was terrible. I sent the car back again 'cause it had some damage, but they had documented that. So they sent a guy on his way back to Miami. He picked it up and carried it back to Georgia. But they did pretty well. I would use Montway again.

It took a little longer for the reps to be able to get the actual pickup date, but once the car was picked up, everything went smooth. The driver did very well. It was a couple of cars, and they were fine when they arrived.

This is the first time I've ever had a car bought online and had it shipped to me, so it was an interesting experience. I trusted the dealership’s recommendation on a shipping company but they dropped the ball and never picked the car up. I assumed it would be delivered on the day that they told me it would. I emailed and called them, and they said, “They never even picked the car up.” So, they just dropped the ball and didn't let me know.

Montway did everything they promised with the exception of, on their website, they say they are going to provide me a bill of lading when they pick up the car and that was not the case. So, they either need to fix the website or they need to clarify exactly what that is. But other than that, as far as what was promised when I made the request to when they picked it up to when they delivered it, the service was excellent. There were a couple of phone calls and it was easy to get through and talk to them. So, that was all good.

They were great from start to finish from the moment they got booked. The driver was very communicative with the people he picked the car up from. Then when he got over here, he got it right off. The car is in good shape.

Montway was pretty straightforward and the details were clear on what they were doing. The timeline was a little bit off, but we knew that the truck faced a lot of challenges for that. He had to move four or five cars o get my little car ‘cause it was pretty well tucked in underneath. They watched it pretty good on the way here. He sat around and talked for a half hour because he had some cool other cars on there too that I looked at.

Efficient, friendly and they also kept me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle. It was in good shape. No one had rummaged through it. It was a excellent experience for me considering moving is traumatic enough. They took the ease of a stressful situation of moving my vehicle to a very pleasant experience.

He gave me text message updates and the transport was quicker than they gave me the window for. Montway did their job. If they are vetting the drivers and they're all as good as the one that I got, then they're doing everything well.

I schedule my car and they say after a few days they will pick them up and they give a time and day but it didn't happen and I received a another mail that it will schedule it another day. Again I've waited but it almost 2 weeks. Just the same. Email. Nothing happen and they also get a down payment even though it says that will get the money after the car is delivered. It's a waste of time. It feels like a scam.
