The driver was good and professional. He knew exactly what to do and he even had the vehicle delivered ahead of time. I'd tell others they should consider Montway.

The driver was very polite and thorough. He went over the vehicles, took pictures, then loaded the vehicles, and within four days, they were delivered to Jefferson City as per instructions. Everything went smooth, and the person who received the vehicles on the other end said that the driver was very professional. Overall, the car transport was the best part of our move. We were very satisfied, and we'd give Montway a good recommendation. Their quote was pretty reasonable too. We talked to another company previously, and the guy wasn't able to perform. We did a search for companies in and around the Portland, Oregon area and found this company.

Everything went smoothly. Easy pick-up, easy drop-off. The driver was a very kind guy who was easy to talk to and always available. The cost was good. Go ahead and get Montway.

The reps were very much on time and helpful in terms of explaining everything. I really like their approach. The quote that they initially said and the final price were almost inline. The one part I really like is that there was no last moment changes or surprise billing. The delivery went very fast. They initially quoted for almost 8 days but they came before the scheduled date. The communication was very appropriate. Everything went well.

The quote was a little steep. But Montway put three cars in there, and they’re making $4,000. There was a brand-new Lamborghini in there, a brand-new Porsche, and my Corvette. But overall, the experience was awesome. I would use Montway again in a heartbeat.

The person who came was very experienced. He provided me all the details. He took all the snapshot of my vehicle, where was some scratches, all the minor details. When he hand over to the car over here, it was excellent in that situation. So I was very happy with the way Montway have provided me the service. It was excellent and out of my expectation.

Everything went as planned. I Had a BMW shipped from Charlestown SC to Maryland. No problems. Car was delivered safely. I would recommend using Montway. Once the driver was assigned he kept in touch on when he was picking the car up and when it would be delivered to my house in Maryland.

For less money the vehicle can be placed on an open car carrier. But I prefer the safety of an enclosed box trailer.

My experience from beginning to end was pretty easy and they ended up being faster than they expected. The car came back in one piece and everything was good. I'd tell others to stop researching and go with Montway.

I had immediate success with Montway. I was very pleased with the way the customer service rep handled my situation. Their quote was on the expensive end but the quality of service was much better too. So, it was reasonable. Delivery went very smoothly.

Everybody at Montway was friendly. They explained to me everything that was gonna happen and who was going to be contacting me next. They even told me about downloading the app and I could track my vehicle. The app was pretty cool. It showed if the car was at the port or was en route. Also, the delivery was pretty quick. The communication was sufficient. The car got picked up from my parents. They dealt with the driver on the front end, and I dealt with him on the back end. But it was good overall.

I used the chat function after I initially made the reservation on the website, and everybody was great. The driver showed up on time and got the cars in the truck loaded on time. He got here to Utah a day early than what I was told. So that was really good. He was a super nice guy too.

Motorcycle being shipped from Idaho to Massachusetts. Supposed to be picked up around June 27th. Has not been picked up yet. Have made multiple calls regarding status and no one seems to know what's happening? Very confusing. Was promised return call weeks ago and have had no response. The money for the shipping has already been taken from my credit card.

Montway's price was reasonable compared to competitors. The pickup was in Massachusetts, and the drop-off was in San Diego. It was eight days. They told me when they would pick the car up and drop it off, and both happened. They said they would be there in this window. The day of, they said it would be that window, but couldn't tell me when. They gave me a heads-up 30 minutes ahead of time when they were coming. So, it went well. I've shipped a lot of cars, and this one was the best experience all around. You should give Montway a look.

I did everything online and everything was very straightforward. We just talked one time and they have scheduled my shipment. When I received my schedule and I asked them some questions by chat. Their customer service was over my expectation. The delivery was four to five hours after what the driver told me he was gonna come to my city but overall, it was good and they gave me my car at home. I was very happy about my shipment.

The person I spoke to guaranteed me the price when I locked it in and they stuck to their word. There was no change and I was very happy. When my daughter picked up the car, she was very happy. It was one of the best pick up and drop off I had. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He almost made it seem like I've known him for a while.

Pick-up and delivery went smoothly. They are the only ones we will be using from this point on. The rep was an awesome person. He made sure to come by and make sure everything was satisfactory.

The experience was good except Montway didn't tell me that there was a plus or minus five days on pickup, which didn't work out for me. They didn't tell me that the dates could fluctuate. So I called them back once I understood that, which screwed me up. You can have an exact day, you just have to pay a fair amount more money for it. So, I said that I would pay the money because I needed it. The quote was accurate the second time, once we understood that it costs more money to lock in a specific date. If they had just told me that up front, I would have paid them the extra money and locked it in right away. But once I understood, the service was fine. The reps got the information and they were good.

Montway had good reviews while everybody else was irresponsible. I tried Montway and had them transport my car from Los Angeles to South Carolina. Everything was good and I liked it. Go with Montway because they're responsible.

They did a very good job. Pickup and delivery were done efficiently. The truck drivers were very communicative. On this last move, the transport company was a little bit less communicative but Montway was very responsive in terms of getting me in touch with the dispatcher.

The car’s pickup was supposed to be two days before we were leaving from Ohio but a driver was unavailable and something happened with the driver. We went for our flight and we had to give the keys to somebody else to take care of that and share the key to the driver, as well as take care of the car till the driver comes and take the car. But there are no issues on my end. Things happen. Cost-wise, there might be some cheaper options available but I saw the positive reviews for Montway. And in some of the reviews, I saw that if you're going for any cheaper options, there are a lot of caveats and you wouldn't be able to track your car. So that is a reason I still chose Montway.

Everything was done timely. They picked up the car and delivered it when they said they would. The only thing was I moved two cars. For one of the cars, I told them it could not be picked up before a certain date. Then, they called me with the intention to pick it up before that date and that resulted in the car not being shipped for a little bit longer. But it didn't really matter to me, I had two cars.

In the middle of the transport, they lost touch. But in the end, they did inform when they were going to delivery. The picking up and the dropping time were good.

Within 36 hours of the initial contact with Montway, I was able to get a transport scheduled and that went very smoothly. After which there was direct contact with the driver when the date got a little closer. Communication was via text message and cell phone. They were professional and didn't seem to have any trouble locating either the pickup or drop-off location. Everything went like clockwork and the quote was exactly as predicted. I'm highly satisfied and I would be happy to recommend Montway to anyone in the future.

Montway is a decent broker to use for shipping your car across country. They came, picked up my car and brought it to where I wanted it to be. The car arrived in one piece without any issues. It was that simple. Having a guaranteed pickup time without having to charge extra would be nice though.

I used them again and I ordered multiple trips. They've all been wonderful. I had a pick-up from Maryland to here and one from Virginia to here. It was good timing and was quick. The drivers communicated very well with me. When the cars came, everything was as described. Pricing was aggressive but everything was fine.

I transported a Gold Wing motorcycle from New York to Florida for relocation and the quality and the service were very good. I'd recommend Montway but the only thing is, I don't know if anybody would use them for that because it was very expensive.

We did a car transport from California to Texas through Montway and everything was great. It was just very expensive. Also, you give dates and the drivers try to come a week early. That kind of threw us off so it had to be rescheduled. That aside, the delivery was fine because it was back home to our house. That was easier. I've recommended Montway.

The reps from Montway told me everything going and the transport would be tracked along the way. And the driver was to be notified if there were any delays on his end that he had to tell me. The driver was very good, fast, efficient and super polite. We were told when the vehicle was going to be here and it got here earlier. They said if that would be a problem, then they could figure something out. But it wasn’t a problem. The vehicle arrived as when it left. My daughter took pictures as well as the driver when they were there and compared them. Then, he took a bunch of pictures at delivery to make sure that there were no issues that we both could see. We both walked around. I called Montway a couple times just to see what was going on and they either got right back to me or emailed me with my issue. I was very pleased and I would definitely use them again.

From booking, to pick-up, to transport and delivery, Montway did a great job. I needed to change a few things after the initial booking and everything was handled seamlessly. It was also easy to connect with the driver transporting the vehicle via texts. This was my first time using Montway and I will use them again.

Montway is very good and the delivery was fine. The truck was an oversized truck for the size of the neighborhood it was in. I called them up and readjusted everything. It worked out fine. I was always able to talk to somebody and the cost is very reasonable.

I’ve never transported by vehicle so I was nervous about it but from the individual driver communicating with me, to the pickup, to the drop off and security, everything was perfect. We did everything by phone and email but I didn’t think I had the portal. The rep showed it to me the portal when they picked up. She was taking pictures of the car before they loaded it. Communication was very good and it was as they had promised. I paid for an exact date and for a pickup window. Both times, it was exactly as they said it would be. The reps who helped set everything up were the best part. Also, the driver was really helpful and was a good solid guy. He represented the company well. I was very pleased that the motorcycle got here and it wasn't on its side in the back of the tractor-trailer.

Montway Auto Transport offered a good pricing for the shipment. The only issue was, I had to reschedule my pickup date. And when I did, I was charged a little extra for the new date that they provided because of the rescheduling. Other than that, they took good care of the car. Everything was delivered on time. The driver was very communicative. He let me know the status and update. And there was no hassle in meeting to pick up the car. I have a very good experience with the driver as well.

Their customer service was excellent. They helped with everything I needed and any questions I had. Also, the courier driver reached out to me and let me know when he was going to be at the drop-off point. Then, on the delivery, he checked my identification and offloaded the car and we went through some paperwork. The quote was on point with what they said it would be.

Montway Auto Transport was good and very helpful. They answered our questions, kept in touch with us, kept emails sent to me letting me know what was happening and where the vehicles were. There were three different loads. One motorcycle came in a moving van, and it took the longest. The first load of cars was within seven days. The second load came five days after that. They picked the other load up a bit later. The only problem we had was with the first driver. We were a little disappointed. And this was a load of Volkswagens. There was just a body with no wheels or anything on it that my son had assumed he would have to leave there because you couldn't roll it up on to a truck. When the guy came, the driver said, “I can take that with me. Do you want me to take it?” I said, If you can take it, go ahead. Put it on the truck and go.” Which was great. And he was glad to get it.

The car was picked up and then it was dropped off. Nothing seemed to be wrong with the car. It was a good experience. The pickup date was within the window, but I had to call to make sure it was picked up. It was next to the last day, and I still haven't heard any communication back. It had me a little concerned, so I made a call. They got on it and a driver was scheduled. So it met the window. But it was a close call. Overall, there was clear communication on what to expect. There were no real surprises, which was good. So it was cool.

Montway Auto Transport had the best pricing point for my budget. They took a picture of my car and they said that I owe this 65 bill for a ticket. I was wondering who do I address to take care of the bill. In the beginning, it was difficult because it was my first time doing it. I called them a few times to ask them what’s going on. My car was at the end of the line to get picked up. It was around 10 o'clock when my car was picked up. And I was nervous the whole day. Because they gave me a specific timeframe, and it got pushed back. I thought my car wasn’t gonna get picked up. It was in a condo area so it was hard to find. But the person that picked up the car managed to find me.

I like Montway. They're very professional and they did a great job. I'm going to be using them again next year.

Monway did a great job. They told me exactly how he transport was gonna happen. They gave the driver my number and he communicated with me. It went as well as I could have expected it to go from the first phone call until my daughter got the car. I had absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I even had to cancel and change the date at one point and Montway also did not give me a hard time about that. So, the whole experience was good. The transport was from New Jersey to Florida and it was quicker than they estimated. It was two and a half days. I would recommend Montway. It's a very easy process and they cooperated very well. The person on the phone who helped me set the transport up was friendly as well as the drivers. They were also friendly to my daughter upon delivery. So, everything was appreciated.

Everything was done online. I was able to chat with an associate to get my questions answered. The pickup was great. I had to make a last minute change to the delivery address because the transport was faster than we all thought, and it was absolutely amazing.

There were some people that didn't seem to have a good grasp of what was going on. I spoke Polish before English but there seemed to be a little bit of language barrier with a couple of the fellows. Yet, we got the message through, except I wasn't sure if they got it. But other than that, it all worked out well. It didn't matter to me how long the transport took because I ordered it to be up here a week before I'd show up. I noticed when the big car hauler showed up, the driver wasn’t full yet, so it meant he had to have to make a couple more stops. We're a three-car family. So, we're sending our extra car up there where we have it now where we live in Michigan for the summer. Then, we'll do the reverse sometime in late September.

The rep who set up the transport was always very nice and everything they told me came to be true so I was happy. The vehicle was picked up in Deerfield Beach, Florida and dropped off in Morrisville, New York in three days.

Steve is the best! He and his friend helped me to deliver my vehicle from Reno NV to Houston TX, it was a long way drive, fast and safe. They are very friendly, kind hearted people with professional attitude. The price is value. You can totally believe in them.

They were excellent. The car even came in an enclosed trailer truck. Their price is all a little on the high side. But they did give me a little bit of a discount. Montway is a good company. They did what they said they were gonna do. I had no trouble picking the car up and dropping it off.

There were some hiccups regarding the actual transport. There was a delay in shipping and picking up the car. The delay was kind of inconvenient but it worked out. Delays happen and the driver had high communication. He let us know what was going on and when the car was going to arrive. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with transporting the car.

We were in Tucson when Montway picked the car up so we were relying on a neighbor. Then, we flew a week later back to Wisconsin and the transport was seamless. It took about five days. It was not very long considering they had other places to go with other vehicles and I always had the cell phone number of the actual driver of the transport vehicle. On both trips, that person was very responsive. I'd use Montway again if I need to. If you need to take a car across country, I would recommend them.

Montway Auto Transport went above and beyond, we had a issue with the first carrier accepting our job. When he arrived our truck did not fit on his trailer. MAT was quick to find a quick carrier. We received our truck in the requested time. I highly recommend them.

The fellow who was assigned to transport our car did a great job. He brought it right to the house, he was good to communicate with, and the car was in great shape. We'll certainly use them again.

My first call to Montway was really a good experience and I really liked how I got specific emails after the initial call. I Purchased a beautiful 1971 mustang Mach 1 in Aurora Illinois and had it transported to Mesa Arizona. Transportation, pick up in Aurora Illinois where my car was loaded by a complete professional. Great service and great handling, loading my vehicle was done very professional. Delivery in Mesa Arizona was smooth, on time and again completely unloaded by a professional. My experience was absolutely delightful! Everything was thoroughly explained, so I knew what to expect. My driver was the absolute best in the handling of my car and communicating the timeline. I have nothing but high praise for my experience.

Montway gave me a good price on two cars. Then I sold one of the cars and the price was the same as everybody else. They did a pretty good job. They came, picked up the car and then brought it 1,800 miles. Everything seemed fine. The guy knew what kind of car I had and he made sure that there was a lift for the car because it is very low. I was very happy.

The first time that I used Montway, it was really quick. They pick up your car at home or wherever you are. But for the second time that I used Montway, I had to meet the driver somewhere where he could park his trailer. So that was somewhat of an inconvenience for me. It was raining and I was working. But aside from that, everything was fine from beginning to end. The communication was great. I usually get a call letting me know when the driver is gonna pick up and then they will send me an email with the driver's info. The driver usually calls me hours or so before he picks up so we can make arrangements.

We used them when we moved to California and we were happy with the service then, so we used them again. All of the drivers and their communication have been good. Our vehicle appeared to be in the same condition as when we left it with the driver. The quote and the ending bill were the same.

Booking the service with the rep was very easy. It went right through and it was relatively simple. The car was picked up in Florida, and the driver and I were in touch a few times. I knew where he was exactly, so it was fine. For delivery, we met at a large a shopping center parking lot. We had to meet because then I had to take the car through to customs to go into Canada.

My quote was true to the quote from the time I got it until I had to pay and there were lots of good communication. Everything was within a day of when the reps said they were, which I was pleasantly surprised because the range of pickup and drop-off can be wide. I was kept updated every step of the way. The driver called when they were a couple of hours out as well as when they were an hour out and they were right where I needed them to be. The transport was from Massachusetts to Austin, Texas and the vehicle was picked up on the18th, which was a Wednesday and it was dropped off by Monday. It's a stressful thing to move and I was nervous about it. Because when you move, you also need a car afterwards. But Montway did a great job and I'm super grateful.

The driver contacted me within 48 hours to schedule the pickup of the vehicle from the original location. The pickup went smoothly and a drop-off window was arranged via phone call with the driver. I had my car dropped off in front of my house the next day. The driver was courteous, detailed and professional. I was impressed by the state of the art hydraulic rig as well. The driver went over the details of the car upon pickup to ensure it was in the same condition. All went extremely smooth, efficient and Montway is highly recommended.

Montway transported my car from Washington to Tennessee and that took seven days. Everything was smooth and the communication was good. The driver was really kind and he was constantly giving me updates such as where he was at.

Everything's great with Montway. The setup was great. It was easy to get the quote. Then, when it came time to dispatch, that worked out really well with them giving me the notice and letting me know when they were thinking about delivering. The only disconnect was I wasn't aware that they have this one thing where it's like they deliver it within three days, and then, another thing where they can guarantee the day. I did pay the necessary amount of money to get the day right. As far as the ending bill, everything was what I expected and was in the ballpark.

The communication with the driver was very well. Every time I had a question, I called the driver to get an ETA or see if they could try to get it here a day earlier. They always answered right away or gave me a call back as soon as possible. It was great and everything stayed exactly the same with the quote. I will be using Montway again when it's time to move back home.

Montway wasn't the cheapest but they did a phenomenal job. I was extremely impressed. The driver was great and it was a very good experience. They were on time and the vehicle was delivered perfectly. The quote was competitive in the beginning but Montway stuck by it.

I needed my Honda Element moved from California to Tennessee. The rep I spoke with from Montway was very nice and he told me everything I needed to know. Something I found with all of the car places was that the amount of price that they were gonna give would change rapidly. If I called Tuesday and say I would get back on Thursday, it would be a whole different price. I wouldn't mind being told that. But with Montway, it was the same price that the rep had told me when we talked about it. The transport was pretty speedy and the timeline was absolutely perfect. They were picking up the car in California and I was not going to be in Tennessee. The driver and I talked about that and he said, "I will make sure you're there." He was very aware of that and very consistent with it. It was a fabulous experience.

I needed to transport cars to Kansas and used Montway to do that. I scheduled one car and then added a second car the next day. Both cars were taken care of almost immediately. The quote was adequate. It was great for the service considering how quickly they got the car to Kansas. They were in touch with me and then I called my children who were to receive the cars. The drivers brought the cars directly to the house.

Montway's price was fair. But they use subcontractors and that leaves little to be desired. Other than that, the car got where it needed to get and there was no damage. I gave the driver some directions to make his life a little bit easier and he was appreciative of that. He didn't speak English, which made communication a little more difficult but that's why we have phones and text messaging. On the whole, Montway did the job adequately.

They did a good job. The movers told me when they were going to be there and they showed up. They called me ahead of time and gave me plenty of opportunity to go there when they were dropping off. They kept me informed during the process.

The first quote from Endurance was very reasonable. It was not cheap and not expensive, even when they came back to me a couple of weeks out and said that they might have to do about $100 more. I said that was not acceptable. They gave me a quote and the dynamics are a little fluid, but if I get a quote, that was what I would be running with. And to not waste credit, they went right back and got me, not a lot cheaper, but just a couple of bucks underneath what the quote was. That got my business to at least inquire next time I've got to move some vehicles. The pickup and delivery was super smooth and went exceptionally well. So much so that I felt like something was going on wrong. People should make sure Endurance is their first option to at least get a quote from because they are super fair and made for a quality experience for me.

Our experience with them was pretty good. They let me know where my vehicle was. It arrived at the port, and then it's arriving that day in a truck, and then the guy called me. It was seamless. The quote was fair. It was cheaper than one of the other options. The move was within the estimated time.

I enjoyed working with Montway a lot and it was easy just to drop my car off. I wasn't the one picking it up. My grandma said it was very easy when they dropped it off here. The communication was good. At first, I got a text but I was napping and I didn’t answer it so the reps called me. The transport was very fast. I thought it was gonna take much longer.

I had an easy and really pleasant experience. I was expecting there to be some hiccups, and there were none. I'm thankful for that. I'm gonna use them again when it's time for me to go back to New Jersey.

Interacting with customer service was really good. They were helpful. But they have a clunky way of getting my order finished. I did it online, and then they have to verify it and I have to go through customer service too. They just want to make sure I didn't make any mistakes. They double-check all the dates and times. So, that's very good.

They told me how much it would be, what the deposit was, and then when they would start looking for a driver to get my car. It was really straightforward. Auto was picked up in St Petersburg, FL on time and (Wednesday) and delivered to Indiana, PA on following Saturday, early afternoon. No problem whatsoever! Driver was very courteous, transport truck was very clean, my auto was not damaged in any way. Would absolutely recommend this company and this driver.

Great service and care was taken to safely and securely ship my classic GTO. It arrived at or on the time estimated. I was able to track on the vessel and maintained a constant communication with the truck driver once it was picked up at the port. The final process at arrival was quick and easy. I originally saw them online. I've used Montway in the past. They have been a pretty great company to use. They got good customer service and pretty smooth transaction shipping vehicles. The communication was great. The overall customer experience is 5 stars. They broker it out to other transport companies, but as a broker, they do an excellent job. Also, they have better rates than most of the transport companies out there. The driver communicated where they were and when they'd be close and arrived within the time they said they would.

Montway seemed like they were more established. So, in doing such a big transaction so far with such an important item, my car, they seemed like the most trustworthy. As far as the transport, a gentleman contacted us ahead of time, told us exactly how it would go, and the process happened exactly as they said it would. Someone met us at a local truck stop, which was two minutes from our house, loaded up the car, did the bill of lading, trucked it out to the port in California, and then shipped it out to Hawaii. Then they contacted us once it was there and we were able to pick it up the day that they said they would. So, everything was pretty smooth and seamless. The quality of service was exemplary. I got my car in good shape. We were able to ship our car before rates rose and got higher, and they informed us of that ahead of time. So, I feel like they had our best interests.

The transport company was very kind and Montway took out the money and just charged me a finder's fee and I got the transport company paid. The vehicle was there in two days. I transported two vehicles through Montway in the last three months. The first one was when my boss bought a car in Houston, and we live in California, so we needed to have the new car shipped. Then my boss' daughter who was going to school in Waco had a truck there and was coming home for the summer, so he wanted to have her truck transported back to California. The reps were all very good and professional. They had great follow-through all the way through. The last driver was delayed a little bit. He called the daughter of my boss and asked her if she could meet him in Los Angeles to pick up her truck. She was kind of a little put off by that. She said that wasn't possible, so he did end up bringing it to her. Montway did a good job of handling things.

I've been transporting my cars back and forth for a while. I used Montway last year and used them again when I was bringing my car from Florida to spend the summer in New York. They were very friendly and they gave me everything I wanted. The only issue I had was the cost went up to $200 and I understand gas and everything. That aside, they brought my car and my daughter picked it up. The driver called beforehand to let us know where he was and he called when he was at a place where the exchange could be made. It only took three days to bring the car up from Florida.

I've used Montway before to transport a vehicle and I used them again recently to transport another vehicle to my ex-husband. The process was seamless and they were professional. The driver was excellent. I told him there was no way they were going to be able to get the truck into my neighborhood because it's gated and you just can't get in here. So, I had to meet him, which was fine. He called me, let me know where he was, then I met him at the Walmart and watched him load the vehicle up.

The representative was nice in the conversation and she told me their time duration to pick the vehicle. They picked up the vehicle four days after I spoke to them and they told me it would be delivered in seven days. But throughout, the communication was really good. The driver was good and helpful. I got constant updates. I also got a call before delivery. Then I gave them the payment code after the vehicle was delivered. The only thing I saw was when they came with the vehicle, the hook caused a little bit of scratch on the rim. But in terms of the general body of the vehicle, everything was okay. I like the service. They have a very fantastic response time.

Montway Auto Transport said they could get my car to me quicker than everybody else, and they did. It was six days total. They stayed in touch with me and let me know pretty much everything that was going on. And when they got an hour from the house, they called me and told me so that I could be ready. I live on a dead end street so they couldn't get to where I was at. So, we had to meet at the end of the road up there at a little pizza restaurant and everything went good.

Everything was perfect and smooth and I was very pleased with the service. I'll probably use Montway again next year. I've recommended them to three other people already.
