The rep was very reasonable, met our needs and explained everything accurately. The driver was in a hurry and a little brusque when he picked up our vehicle. He did a good job though and he had it securely on his truck. When he dropped it off, he was a little bit brusque too. He was in a hurry to get things going to get the car off the truck and get on to his next drop-off. But everything went very smoothly and the car came down without a problem. I appreciate the accuracy of Montway’s pickup and doing exactly what they said they would. It’s important that they do what they said they would because once you sign up for something, you expect it to be done on a certain day. And if they don't, then we're in a jam because there's no time to make other arrangements.

Montway’s customer service reps were very responsive. I filled out a questionnaire online and within a couple of hours, I had a response back from them with all of the information that I needed as well as the information I needed to give to them. Any questions that I had regarding the move, I could call and someone answered the phone right away. It was very surprising. The pick-up and delivery went very well. The driver was in communication the whole time, letting me know when they would be there to pick up the vehicle. I had someone else on the other end picking up the vehicle and they were able to communicate with that person as well. So, it was very good communication on both ends. Montway did a good job and I would recommend their services. Nobody wants to pay a lot of money but I was happy with the price.

The first person that Montway sent wasn't equipped to get the vehicle out of the garage by themselves. There was a little miscommunication. So, they made the adjustment and sent a different group. The whole process was smooth and great. We transported a classic Land Cruiser from LA to Colorado and it took three days. The communication with the driver was great. He gave plenty of notice and told us when he would be there. He was on time and prompt when he got there, considering he was coming from 1,200 miles away. I’d recommend Montway. They made it smooth and took care of the vehicle out of an enclosed trailer.

Their quote was a little bit higher than some of the other ones, but I wanted a reputable company. Setting up transport with them was very easy. The driver was awesome too. I was very happy with the transaction. They did a great job.

I used Montway for two different vehicles. I used them for a car and a motorcycle shipment. They were prompt and had good prices. The vehicle one was cheaper than most of the options. The motorcycle was just on par with industry standards. The reps were professional and efficient. I knew what to expect, so I appreciated it. Both transports were pretty simple. The motorcycle, I was on the sending end and then someone received it for me. For the car, I had a friend send the car and I was the one receiving it. It was a smooth process. It was easy for me to have a third party or a friend take care of some of it. I would recommend Montway.

Setting up transport with Montway was very simple. It took 15 minutes altogether to initially set it up. They communicated everything to us in an efficient manner. It all went smoothly. The vehicle also came earlier than we even expected. The driver called to let me know that he was going to be arriving here momentarily. He parked it outside for us. I checked out the vehicle and everything was good.

Their customer service was good. They were patient. The quote was also reasonable. They called ahead like they were supposed to, and they arrived at the time they said they were. It was fairly easy.

I looked up the best car transport services for service members and I saw that a lot of people that are in the military use Montway. So, I went with them. They have the best rate as well. Setting up the transport was just a matter of putting in the pickup location and who was gonna be there, and putting in where I needed the vehicle delivered to and the method of payment. The transport was from New Jersey to California and it took eight days, which I was really surprised about, but I was very happy with. It was a pleasant experience.

I would recommend Montway Auto Transport. The driver was kind and respectful. He's good. Aside from the dirt, the condition of the car was the same as when it was transported.

I shipped my car from Washington State to Connecticut and it arrived as it should have in the time expected. Montway picked it up at my house and dropped it off to my destination. They were good. Also, I initially requested a quote on their website and it was easy to use.

Montway moved my 2002 Chevy Avalanche from Colorado Springs, CO to Jacksonville, FL earlier this year. Because we live in a rural area that's not accessible by large semi-truck car carriers, I met the driver in Colo. Springs and watched him load the truck. Two days later, he delivered the truck to my son-in-law in perfect condition. The process was painless and not as expensive as I thought it would be. If you need a vehicle relocated, I would recommend Montway without hesitation.

I contacted Montway with a short notice, and they went out of their way to find someone to move my car. They gave me a date and stuck to it. I had the name of the company and the person's name before they arrived. The person called me an hour before and said that he would be in the area at such a time, and that was what they did. They got there and verified my information. They showed me their licenses to do that.

My husband and I are seniors, we have a lot of cars, and we move around a lot. I first used Montway when I lived in New York. And at that time, we had a covered transporter because we had antique cars, and they were so good about the cars. So, we use them every time we move because we didn't have any problems. We started using them in 2016, and the last car that I transported was during the summer this year. I've had about eight cars that they've transported for me, so far.

Their customer service was good. I called them, they gave me the quote, and they told me the date they were gonna be picking the vehicle up. The rep was good. I was able to communicate the change of schedule. They also sent me a tracking message so I could track my vehicle on its way to San Diego. It took them four days and they brought it straight to my base. The quote was accurate too. Montway is a good company to deal with.

Montway Auto Transport is professional, friendly, and very good at what they do. They did way better than I thought they would. My experience was terrific. They seemed reputable and they had very good customer service. They made it quick and easy. I called them, I set everything up, and when they went to pick up my car, they were nice to my family members where they picked my car up from, and they got it to me three days quicker than I thought they would. It was picked up from my mom's house and it was delivered within a day, which was surprising. I thought it would take at least three or four, but the driver got it here quickly, and I was happy about that. And the driver that drove my car here was friendly and helpful. And I was happy with the price. I would recommend Montway to any family member or anyone who asks. They did good by me.

I dealt with the Montway reps mainly through chat and email, and they were very helpful over time. They tried to be very transparent with me so I like that part very much. Whenever I talked to them, they got me some good answers. I paid extra to pick up a specific date to ship and that was very helpful, too. It was very nice because there was no hidden fee. Some other companies had a little bit higher price and some companies would give me a very low price and add some fees later. Montway’s price was very reasonable and their quotation sending system was also convenient. In general, shipping a car is not cheap but you expect to pay over $1,000 anyway. Overall, the process was convenient.

My experience with the Montway rep was good. From the get go, I felt like it was a real and legit company with good customer service. I have heard stories about scamming in other companies, and really bad things. This may have been a little more expensive than others I researched, but the car was delivered perfectly and even a day or two before I was expecting it, so it was great. They also always kept track of it and almost every day, I got a message saying, “I'll be there this day.” And it was accurate. I was satisfied with the product and the service.

Drivers arrived on time at both ends. Customer support staff worked a miracle to solve a crisis with a vehicle failure 24 hour before scheduled pick up time. They secured an alternate provider. Vehicles were carried in enclosed trailers and arrived in perfect shape on time. Three vehicles shipped and required two trailers tow providers and two drivers.

From start to finish, we had an excellent experience. From booking the reservation to securing the car on the transport to arranging the delivery date, there was solid communication. They provided a safe and reliable transport of our car. The timing of the delivery was perfect. Highly recommend this company.

I should say the move is seamless from the day I book the move till I get the car here. Everything starting from the truck arrival time, notice of arrival, enquiry of the truck parking options, capturing the snaps of the car outside, smoother and very cautious loading, and delivering the car on time at the destination, I should say it's awesome. Not but least, I should talk about the driver who is so friendly and very informative, you guys doing a fantastic job. Keep it up.

Montway contracted my transport from Michigan to Oregon. I chose them as I read great reviews of the company. The company they ultimately chose to do the transport was prompt, and handled the car with white glove care. The car arrived in Oregon on the day promised and without damage.

The driver that did the work was excellent. I would definitely use him again as well as the company, There was an uncertainty when they would pick up the car from the internet instructions but the last person told us on Monday which happened. An improvement would be to tell the customer when they would pick up the car at the time of booking. It did happen for me but it should happen for all customers.

The quoted price was reasonable and there were no extra or hidden charges. There was excellent communication with the scheduler/coordinator. The driver was extremely pleasant, professional, courteous, polite and reliable. Our cars were picked up and delivered door to door in the promised timeframes without any problems or issues. The entire process was seamless. I don’t think the process couldn’t have gone any smoother. I would definitely recommend Montway Auto Transport to friends and family. In fact, I already did.

Both the driver and the person who called/texted me to schedule the delivery did an amazing job with the delivery. They went above and beyond working with me to get my car delivered when I was available in the new state. The price for shipping my vehicle was great too.

Great experience. Got the car there when they said they would. Only issue is the extra $200 for the stuff that was in the car. It was a small hatchback and items were put in the back seat so we charged an extra $200 for them. Seems a little excessive. Would definitely use them again.

As we were in the middle of selling our house and moving, I really appreciate that the whole process was easy and went smoothly. The driver contacted us in advance as to when he was arriving to pick up our vehicle. He did the same when he was dropping our vehicle off with our son. Transported my classic 1955 Ford F-100 from Kentucky to Maui. They did an exceptional job. We had constant communication during transport and my show truck arrived in PERFECT condition inside and out and mechanically sound. There was not one scratch on it. Having trouble with another choice that DID not provide the service they stated. I researched and went to Montway who guaranteed my car would get picked up the next day, and they did. Within a week I had my car. I expected a little delay due to last minute request. I will be using them again. Ok.

One day issue encountered was the 80 truck could not turn into our community, had to pick up car on nearby road. Still better than driving back. We were delighted by the experience.

2 trucks did not show up together, 5 days apart. 2 different carriers altogether. First carrier was great. Second carrier was bad and not for classic cars, very poor job. He put plastic over the cars which rubbed the paint and damaged the finish on 4 cars. He chipped the paint unloading. Very unhappy.

Had a great experience shipping my beloved BMW RT back to Virginia from Sacramento after an Alaska and West coast tour. Drop off was quick and easy, they were strapping the bike down while I was unpacking my bags! Delivery according to schedule and the guys dropping the bike off were great. I used Montway to transport my college son's car from CA to TX. It was very straightforward. Montway staff was professionals and both they and the driver communicated throughout the whole process. I'm very happy with their service and would recommend them if you need to transport your auto.

The drivers were in constant contact with me throughout the whole process taking pictures and giving me updates. They arrived to location early and brought to a different location for us. Car was in perfect condition when it arrived. We plan to use you again end of November. We need to get it back to Houston.

Montway hauled my 1929 Nash with great care. They kept very close to the agreed upon scheduled times. They also had great communications and kept me apprised of any events during the 2 days of transportation. The driver was courteous and friendly at drop off. I was nervous about my vehicle moving from cross country and asked friends and colleagues for recommendations. The Montway Auto Transport came up several times. I had an excellent experience with tracking details provided on a regular basis. The broker, scheduler person, driver and were very professional, patient and kind.

Setting up the transport was easy, and the customer service reps were friendly. They stayed in touch and they were nice and very professional, but there was discrepancy in the fee regarding loading my items. My car was with belongings. It wasn't written that they offered it, but they told me that I could load my car with stuff and it would be, with military discount, I could just add the back and front seats. However, when they picked up my car, they said there'll be an extra $250 fee, so I had to pay. Other than that, the cost was affordable. The transport took two days. It was from Nashville, Tennessee to Gilbert, Arizona, and they were on time.

I shipped two cars with Montway. One took almost a week. They were not able to come to where I live because it was tight. On the drop-off, it was the same case. They dropped it off four miles away from where I live. I had to drive with someone to pick up my car. There was a small scratch in the front, which under declaration, it's expected if you are driving the car across country. It was small scale, so I let it go. The second one took four days. We had a hiccup because of location. It was in remote Minnesota so it took some time to arrange. But they dropped it off next where I was living.

My daughter-in-law and my son were stuck in New York, and they couldn't get back because the airlines have canceled. They have two small children, so they borrowed my daughter's car who was out there to drive home. We used Montway to transport the car back out to New York. I was around at the pickup, and my daughter was there at the delivery. We had to meet around the corner in a big parking lot for one of the dollar general stores. I told the driver exactly where it was and gave him the address. He met me over there, called me, and I just walked home from there. He even offered, "Look, I can drive you back to your house if you'd like." I said, "No, no, that's fine. I just live around the corner." He was very nice, took pictures of everything, and allowed me to take pictures of the truck and who he was just to make sure I knew who was taking the vehicle back so I could send it to my daughter. It was great.

I'm a dealership and I play with a few cars. I needed to transport a couple of cars. I've used Montway before in the past under my personal name, not the dealership, and it was great. So I just called and used it. The first car got over here. The second car was picked up from here the next morning. One was coming from Denver to Florida. The other one was going from Florida to Denver. I met the driver at an open, four-lane highway and my son did the same thing over there. They looked all the way around the car, looked at every panel on the car, the top of the car. They wrote everything down and I signed. The vehicles had no scratches or dents. They were the same as when they were shipped. They also gave a fair quote and it was exactly what they quoted. I will definitely call Montway soon because I have two other cars that need to be shipped.

I had a very good experience with Montway. The last transport went well. I was happy with them and the courier. The driver gave me a call before he picked up the vehicle, and then we interacted very well. Their quote was also reasonable compared to other competitors.

Montway shipped my Toyota Corolla. They picked up the car close to my place in Virginia and they delivered it to L.A. close to the place where it had to be delivered. Everything went smoothly. I like their customer service. Any time I called them, I could reach out and was provided with full information. If I'd do it again, I'll just call them.

I got a good deal from Montway. So if I have any other transport to go again, I'll definitely use them one more time. The driver was a good guy. He did a perfect inspection right through because I didn't know I got some dents on the vehicle and he showed them to me. The delivery was originally supposed to take 10 days and I got it before 10.

The pickup point was a car dealership in Boca Raton in Miami, Florida and the drop-off was our home in Highland Park, Illinois. They were certainly well within whatever timeline they gave me. When the driver dropped it off, we looked at the car together and we were satisfied with its condition. Montway was wonderful.

My experience with Montway was really good. I shipped a couple of cars, and the last one was a Volkswagen. The reps asked all the details, made sure everything was right and helped me to get the car shipped in a faster time. I gave the driver the details when to call and to give a heads-up when he was reaching the destination and that's what he did. He came in a relatively good period of time.

The driver spoke no English and that made things absolutely impossible. I had to go by a third party on the phone every time I wanted to talk to the driver. It was a nightmare. Even if he wasn't from Connecticut or this area, if he has a CDL and was driving legally, he has to understand English. When he got to my driveway, he had to call somebody on the phone and I had to talk to them. Then they had to talk back to the movers and then talk back to me. It was a nightmare. The same thing happened when they were trying to tell me how long it's gonna take to get here and what day. I had to talk to a dispatcher who then had to call the driver. Then the driver had to call the dispatcher, and the dispatcher called me. That was one phone call. Unbelievable. I never saw so many middlemen in my life.

The driver kept in communication while they had my vehicle. The move worked out perfectly. I wasn't sure what day I was getting out to California. I asked the driver what day he thought the delivery would be and he gave me a date and I said, "Okay, that'll be fine. But if it's after that day, that's perfect, too." The truck was big and held multiple cars. When they picked my car up where I lived in Houston, they weren't able to get on my street because the corners were too close. I was able to meet them just down the street, not far at all, and they put the car on. When they got to California, the street was big enough. They were able to drop it off right in front of the house. It was almost the same condition that it was in when they picked it up. The final price was the same as the quote. All I had to do was pay the deposit and give them cash when the movers got there.

The first people I talked to were very quick to react and clear with their communication, so I knew exactly what to expect. That went really well. I was surprised with the quote though. I expected it to be higher, but it was more affordable than I was planning. We were there for the delivery and that went really well too. We scheduled a pick-up time and met at a parking lot that had enough room to pull the car off the trailer. I paid them, and we were in and out in 20 minutes. The first quote that was sent was exactly what I paid, and the driver gave me a heads-up at least a day before delivery. I can't imagine it going better than it did, and I would highly recommend Montway.

I’ve been waiting a whole month for my car to be delivered. It was supposed to take 3 days. I’ve gotten 100 excuses and we will call you back’s. And nothing. No car. No answer. I don’t know what to do anymore except get a lawyer. Writing something here is my last recourse. I need my car! Where is it??

They scheduled a day when they were gonna pick up my vehicle. The driver called me and picked it up on time. He took pictures on all sides. They reached the destination after four days and gave me a call before 15 minutes of arrival and made sure that I'm available on site to pick up the vehicle. They dropped it off and I had the chance to look around it. I paid whatever they quoted. There was no change in the price.

I would recommend Montway Auto Transport. The reps were very professional. And they helped me a lot throughout the process. The guy at the pick-up was super polite. He took pictures of everything. He showed me where he would put the vehicles. He called me 20 minutes before he got to the pick-up location. And he called me when he was in California waiting for me to arrive and get the delivery done. He communicated with me at all times. Everything was super easy for me.

Once I scheduled with Montway, they had a third-party guy do the transport and that was a little weird. When they called, the guy told me who he was and my suspicions got up a little bit so I did some research into that company. There was a group of guys in California but the main guy I worked with eventually on the phone was a guy in New York. But they got the car here and there was no damage, which was all that mattered.

Montway was good and I would recommend to anyone who wants to transport their vehicle. They should do it through Montway. They picked up today and dropped off the next day. So, it was only eight hours driving. It was fantastic.

Montway is a good company. The driver was great. I chatted to them briefly on pick-up and on drop-off. But it was a pain because they had to pick up from the local grocery store rather than coming to the house. I had to find a way home from the grocery store. They called as they were doing pick-up. But until drop-off, there was no direction. They called the day before the drop-off. They drove up, pulled the car down then drove off. It was super quick and efficient.

Setting up the transport was super easy. I did everything online and the drivers picked it up and on the road the car went. We were well within the timeline and my interactions with the drivers themselves were minimal but they were nice and friendly. I had them meet at my commercial address, which has plenty of room to get in and out. And so, that worked out well too. The quote was a good value considering we were going cross-country and it was enclosed. But I also shopped around.

Everything went great with Montway even though we were a little bit under schedule. We figured it was because they were doing a few stops. When they arrived, my vehicle was great. The trailer and everything were pretty clean and well taken care of. The cost was the same amount too. I tried to make sure before anything else. Some transports give you some surprises at the end. But with Montway, everything was all one quote and got paid off upfront. I recommended Montway to my brother. They called to bring another vehicle from Texas to California.

I was pleased with Montway's service. They came and picked the car up, and it went from Fort Lauderdale to Boston in three days. However, they didn't come to the residential area even though I've seen some trucks that did. They met me at a Home Depot each time.

The price is reasonable, and I've never had a hard time setting up the transport. It's been very easy. I used Montway even before, because I've been going back and forth to California, and I like it. Montway’s website was very informational. Even with different drivers, you’re still getting the same experience with different people. So I appreciated that. When I was trying to get stuff done, the rep was accurate with the time and the turnaround. I didn't understand the way the driver was talking. He was not too good with English and the rep from Montway got in contact with him. She responded back immediately and answered questions that I was concerned about right away. I was very satisfied with my experience with Montway. My driver was nice and delivered on time, and my car got here safely.

When I talked to Montway and they set up the transport for me, everything was easy. They showed up quick, hauled the vehicle for me, and it was delivered in a timely manner. The vehicle went from South Florida to the western side of New York State, and there was never any discrepancy from what they said I had to pay to what I paid. When I needed another vehicle shipped, I called the rep. I called and called, and I texted him, then he called me one day and said, "Yeah, I'm out of town. Let me just pass you over to the office." I waited on the phone for 40 minutes, and they didn't get back with me, so I went with Nexus. They sent some guys to me two weeks ago and I couldn't understand them. With Montway the first time, the communication with the driver was fine. At least he spoke English.

This was a great company to work with especially when it comes to my precious cargo - my little red Lexus. They kept me in the loop the whole time and make the drop off easy and stress free. I would give them a 10/10. I was able to get someone on the phone whenever I called and despite the fears you have they were all relieved b/c everyone was so professional.

The driver arrived a few days early to pick up my car. My car was waiting for me when I arrived to my hotel. It would have taken me three days, hotel rooms, and over 2000 miles on my car. Great service, easy to work with, will definitely use again!

My car was supposed to have been picked up yesterday and delivered tomorrow. It’s still sitting in a garage in Del Mar, CA. Our agreement was that the car was to be picked up last week, and I was delayed till yesterday, and still no pickup. That stinks and so does your service.

A friend of mine loaded the car in a California location. It was a big Ram 1500 TRX. But the bed of the first guy who showed up was not really meant for this type of car. So he was not able to load. It was some sort of miscommunication on who dispatched that car. But they were able to quickly sort of pivot it out. Within 24 hours, somebody else showed up with the appropriate truck, and they took the car. The car was at my site within 10 hours and the condition was pretty good. So overall, I'm very happy. I would use Montway again.

Over the last few years, I've shipped three cars. And over time, I had good experience with Montway Auto Transport. So, I tend to go there first when I'm trying to get quotes for transport. I would go online, fill out the form, and it would go quickly. Good communication. I know when things are coming. They let me know where the driver is. A year ago, Montway hauled my Yukon from Atlanta, from a dealer in Atlanta to Kansas City in an enclosed trailer. That was great because they detailed the car before it left. And it looked like it rolled off the showroom floor when it came out the back. That was fun.

The customer service agent I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable. It was a painless phone conversation and straight to the point. I gave my information as it relates to where the pickup was and where the drop-off would be. They were able to share with me the money amount, which was very important, me knowing how to budget the cost. Everything was accurate. There were follow-up emails too. There were moments when I needed to change things and they were very accommodating. It was nice. My experience with Montway in setting up the transport was definitely a 10 out of 10.

The experience with Montway was great and it felt like I could trust them. The driver did a good job of documenting every little thing on the vehicle and the vehicle arrived exactly as it left. I wasn't gonna have him drive a trailer down my residential street because there would have been no way for him to get out. So I met him at a very convenient location a block and a half away. The most important thing for me was to get a reputable driver and Montway has that. They have contracts with them.

They were very responsive. The driver was also nice and provided very good service. I was very satisfied. I will definitely use Montway if I need it next time.

They were very efficient. When I called to make arrangements, everything went very smoothly. The only problem we had was that the delivery people used the correct address, but the wrong city in Columbus. The car was going to Powell, Ohio, which is a suburb of Columbus, and there's an identical address in Columbus. For some reason, they were trying to deliver the car to the Columbus address rather than the Powell address. But my son-in-law got that straightened out with the delivery people via telephone. Montway is very reliable and they did an excellent job.

The driver didn't seem like he spoke a lot of English, so it scared us at first. We heard some bad things about stuff and we were a little nervous. But he did a great job, and got the vehicle to our house perfect. He was very careful. His hand motions were acceptable and we could talk to each other through that. The trailer ended up being enclosed, which was an added bonus. We were thrilled that it was enclosed. We were pleased with it.

Montway was most responsive, and they had a good pricing for pick up when I needed them to. The day before the pick up, someone contacted me and I got an email and then the driver contacted me the day of. The initial quote was accurate.

Montway shipped my BMW 7 Series. The transport was fairly easy to set up. They match you with a dispatch, and then the dispatch takes over. So, in my case, the dispatch was in touch with the dealership. They also provide you with the phone number and some sort of way to contact the driver of the dispatch, and then also the company that is managing the dispatch. That was also fairly easy to manage. They did miss the pickup on the first occasion, but that was some misunderstanding between the dealership and the dispatch. The dispatch gave us a window of three days and the car wasn't ready to pick up yet. So, I got a phone call about that from Montway indicating that this was something that happens and they gave me an option to either pause the pickup or reschedule it. They didn't charge me any additional fees for the pickup. So, it was a fairly reasonable experience as far as the logistics are concerned.

My experience with Montway was mostly through email, but they had very fast response times. They asked for some information and I got it back to them. They were able to schedule pretty quickly. Then they kept us updated throughout the transport process. They also kept me notified when they were en route. I wasn't at the location, but they sent the information when they arrived. Then they sent pictures of the vehicle just to confirm it was at the drop-off location. It was good. I've used them a couple of times in the past. Their prices have been generally a little bit less than other companies I've searched.

Montway Auto Transport was okay, but watch out for the random fees that they charge you during pickups and drop-offs. They didn't give me any troubles the first time. That's why I didn't look into other companies and chose them. They called a day in advance before the delivery. I was free so I was able to be there when they delivered. But they kept adding extra fees, like where they added a fee for putting stuff in our car even though they said less than 100 pound is free. And for drop off, they added fees for how to drive in to the residential area that they couldn't drive the truck. $300 to $500. It's weird that those fees were negotiable. I was, “What? $300 for those?” And I just moved something. I didn't take it out. I moved it from one spot to the other spot, and the person decreased $200. So, “Oh, okay. Now, how about $100 or 150?” I didn't even take any stuff out.

The delivery was fine with the exception that the car cover that was on the car when it left Colorado didn't show up with the car. I complained to them and they said that was not covered by their quote insurance and they were not supposed to put the cover in the car. But my son said that they did. He saw it on the car before they closed the rear ramp. They refused to do anything about that. My complaints fell on deaf ears. I was not happy.

The sales process with Montway was pretty good. It was pretty informative. The rep talks to you and then they'll call you back. Montway said that I would see where the driver was, and it turned out that both times the car was transported, the drivers were within a day and a half to where they had to be picking them up and coming that way. So the car was moving in the same direction. The drivers were good. They were friendly, kind, and courteous, which you would expect. The quote was pretty close to reality. It was good, and you don't need the aggravation of looking for gas, putting up with traffic and detours.

The email correspondence with Montway was quick. Whenever I had a question, there was a quick turnaround. The carrier that they hired for our car was the best part because the driver was really very conscientious in giving us updates. He was very on top of communication. I was late when it was time for pick-up and the driver couldn't reach me. Our area was not accessible to the carrier. So, he parked farther away from our street. But he went to our house and rang the doorbell. So, that was how I knew that he was there already. The driver checked the car and made notations of its condition. He was very personable. When everything was done, he drove off with our car. When it was delivered, we weren't at our delivery address yet. So, I had to tell him to coordinate with our relatives, which he did, and it was a smooth delivery.

My girlfriend, who moved from California to Georgia, referred Montway to me to use for my godmother whom I was having to move from Kansas back to California. This was the first time I used a transport service and it was easy. They were fast and any time I sent a message or called, it was answered. I didn't have to wait. Customer service was easygoing. We're extremely happy with Montway. From the moment they picked it up to delivery, it was excellent. The driver was very helpful and nice. He spoke with my husband when he picked it up, and he even offered some extra that he could put things in the car and so on and transport in the car. Also, he let us know a couple of times where he had to drop it off because the truck was too big to drop it off at my daughter-in-law’s. He came up with a plan and was able to come closer. They were on top of their game. If I had to do it myself, it would have been a 12-hour drive, and then I would have had to have other people help me to get that car and drive it. I already knew about Montway but I still looked at the prices of other ones just to compare. This was the second time I had worked with them and I shipped a Mercedes E350. Montway didn't communicate an update on a pickup time and it was just lucky that I was home when they were gonna pick it up. They confirmed it but they didn't let me know. I found out when the driver just showed up and I might have missed the pickup. So, that's the only glitch. They got the car back to my house even before I expected. So, that part was great.

I was satisfied with my experience with customer service reps at Montway as well as with the service. The vehicle was here within 48 hours from the time that it was quoted. The transportation was fine. The only problem was there was an oil leak of the car that was above my daughter's car on the transport vehicle and it leaked down to the car. And I had to pay $80 to get it cleaned up. Other than that, everything was on time, and the delivery was good to go. It was originally to take four days. Montway Auto Transport was on time.
