Everything went perfectly. The price was accurate and very fair. The driver was very careful, and everything came in exactly on time. He had t leave it with one of my neighbors as we weren't home yet. I asked him to do that, and he took care of it.

I called Montway and gave them all the information on the car and my name. Then they said they would get back to me. They gave my credit card number and they said they wouldn't bill it until they found a carrier. Then they got back to me within 24 hours with the carrier and they came and picked up the car. The driver didn't speak much English, but it was all right. The car was delivered the next day by about four o'clock.

I had an incredible experience. It was smooth start to finish, and my car was delivered. The streets are narrow, but the transport was able to pull the truck up and take the car off smoothly. It was simple. I recommended Montway Auto Transport to a couple of people.

The quote was good and reasonable. It was an easy pickup and drop-off of the car. They were nice, and they were good about the service.

I called Montway on the phone. It was in a list and it was the only one that seemed convenient and looked like it had plenty of experience. I wanted to pay the same fellow who took my truck up to Kentucky. I didn't wanna send the car up there, and then that guy would have to pay to send that car to me because I had another one coming right back. So, I asked the company if they'd let that driver pick that car up while he was there and then bring it to me at his convenience. That was what they did. That way, I could just pay him for both deliveries. It worked out really well. I shipped a 1994 Chevrolet pickup. It's a modified engine. It wasn't a common engine and it was made to race. I traded it for a '39 Chevrolet Coupe with a Camaro drive train, and they sent it back to me. Montway worked with me on it. They did a really good job for me. I'd tell others it'd be great to use them. The quote was exactly what they told me. So, I was happy with it.

They were on time for pickup and it was a day early for drop-off. They left Oklahoma on Saturday and got to Virginia on Monday. I was told that it was gonna arrive on Tuesday. The driver was professional and to the point. I'll use Montway again if I ever have to move.

I was kept updated on the whereabouts of my transport, where they were, and plenty of advance notice on when it would arrive at my house. It was very good and helpful.

I was able to reach my rep at the time I needed her. If she wasn't available, I always had somebody else who would be able to pass me over to the driver. My only issue was that the driver couldn't pick up on time. But I always got ahold of the company and when my vehicle arrived, it was fine. My quote was $900 but then I then I had extra luggage so the price came up to $1,000.

The transport was from Illinois to Florida and it was great. Montway let me change my date to a bit sooner. When they picked up the car, they weren't able to get on the side street, but that was understandable. They gave me a heads-up when they were gonna be in Florida. The car was picked up on a Friday and delivered on a Monday. They were wonderful. The driver let us know when he was leaving and around what time he would be there. Everything was perfect. The only complaint I had was they did not let me know to take out my I-Pass. It was really frustrating to pay an extra $35. It wasn't necessary, and it was so hard to try to get that taken off. Other than that, it was a very good experience. My fiance did it too, and now my son's gonna be doing it soon with the same company.

The transport with Montway was a seamless experience. Everything was all good. We had an initial arrangement with another company and it was delay, delay, delay. We switched to Montway at the very last minute and they were able to get a driver booked. They were easy to work with in terms of working with my schedule. I had to provide them a five-day window, but I really just wanted it as close to the last day as possible. They worked with that and did the pickup on the last day. Communication was good and they were quick to respond. The driver they used was also easygoing. The vehicle got to the destination in plenty enough time for me.

Montway has fantastic customer service. They let me know everything that I needed to know. I wasn't blindsided at anything. There was no face of gray from them passing me along to the bidder. The delivery was earlier. The driver met me at Walmart and it was superb. The only hiccup was they had a bid on something then they called me back and said the bidder took the bid back. How can they take money out of my account 'cause someone did a bid, then all of a sudden, they decided they didn't wanna do it?

Montway was awesome. Their price was in the middle of the road. I got pricing from two Arizona companies who were higher by $300 and four from Pennsylvania that were $400 cheaper. Everything was very smooth. The two gentlemen that drove the transport were excellent. They dropped it off, signed the paperwork, and off they went.

I like that Montway was fast for getting my vehicle here. When I was ready to get the vehicle picked up, within less than an hour and a half, they had somebody who was ready to pick it up and it was gonna be here within two days. But I had messed up because I forgot to put that the vehicle wasn't gonna be ready until the end of the week. I immediately called them back, and they were able to cancel that driver pickup and scheduled another one for later in the week. It was a mistake on my part, but they were able to get it taken care of very quickly. The driver contacted me the night before and let me know when his approximate ETA was to the drop-off location. I met up with him and he was very nice. He was hauling my vehicle in a heavy-duty pickup truck with a car trailer. He was very considerate of the vehicle and handled it very well. Everything was in good condition. I would use Montway again.

Montway was excellent all the way. They were the most helpful of my move. When I called, they answered all my questions quickly and made the process easy for me. We agreed upon a time and a date where I wanted it across the country. Then they called and told me there was a driver and that they were ready to go. It was before I wanted to be there. Two days later, they called me and told me they got it on the date I wanted. Even then, the driver got there before I did but it all worked out. They waited till I got there.

I like that Montway picked up with a human voice. If you give me a robot, then I wanna go somewhere else. They sent me text and follow-ups on every conversation. A lot of times you don't get cellphone numbers, but I got the driver's cellphone number. I could speak to him. A complaint on Montway was they wanted a check when they would arrive, which they hadn't said. I got penalized for that, and they added money on to my thing. If they would have told me upfront that I needed to give them a check, then I would have paid for it before it left. They should spell out this whole payment thing better.

Montway offered a $50 veteran's discount which was wonderful. Everything I looked up could have been $1,100 to $1200, and Montway's quote was $809. With the discount, it wound up being $769. I was happy with that. They were very nice about the whole thing and walked me through everything. They didn't mind me calling at all. They didn't say I needed to go online. I was also not hounded by them. The gentleman that came and picked up the car contacted me and I gave him instructions of where to meet. We had a difficulty getting together because he turned on the wrong street, but it was in the same location, so we found each other in five minutes. I was disappointed that it was a three-car trailer as I was expecting an 18-wheeler but the gentleman that loaded the car up did an excellent job of loading it. I had all the confidence in the world after I watched him load the car that it was gonna be fine.

I've used Montway three times now. I'm not into auto transport so it was a foreign experience for me, and the first time was easy and I was able to get the quote quickly, and I felt comfortable enough using them again. The customer service is different every time, but the majority of it has been via their website. I don't talk to people too often. So, it's easy.

So, the first person I spoke to gave me a quote, and when I called back, I spoke to a different person and he was the one who set it up. And when the first person called me back, I said, "One of your colleagues just set it up for me." So, he was agitated. I would be, too. The second person I dealt with should have said, "I'll transfer you back to my colleague and he'll take care of you," rather than poach a sale. But both of them were wonderful. The quote changed a little, but I needed it done quickly. I was in a very tight window. Montway delivered. They did what they said they would do.

Montway Auto Transport got with me in a timely manner. I reached back out to them because a couple of days have passed and I didn't hear anything from them about when someone would pick it up. They gave me the dates between those two days. But my neighbor that would receive the car let me know that they arrived. It should have been a bit more communication, to say, “We’re at the dealership. We're picking up your car.” And maybe they don't do things like that, because I left the car on a Wednesday, and they picked it up on Saturday. Other than that, I would utilize Montway again because I had no problem with them transporting the car. The car wasn't damaged. And when I talked to them on that day that they picked up the car, they were there like they were supposed to.

The driver picked up the car, took it away and it was great. They dropped it off right in front of my friend's garage. Overall, it was an easy and quick experience. They were excellent. I had a really good experience.

The whole experience getting the transport scheduled was very easy. I appreciate that because it was a first time doing that. And the car is a family inheritance to my brother because my father recently passed away. Montway Auto Transport took care of that. They called me at one point to make sure that they had all the information correct before everything was finalized. Also, the transporter was very courteous. He messaged me before getting there and was very quick in getting the car out. My brother who now has the car has had no troubles with the vehicle. So, I know that it got there safely. That was awesome. I would use Montway again if the situation arises.

I used Montway the first time from Texas to Arizona, and then, again, from Texas to Arizona. It worked out well. They're cool. They up front told me that I was free to put in 100 lbs. worth of my personal stuff. I ended up shipping a piano, some speakers, and a bunch of monitors. Both times I used Montway, the drivers were pretty chill. The cost was good. I was shocked that it wasn't too off from the first time when I used them to deliver. It was a little bit more, but that's to be expected with everything going on. It wasn't something where I was like, "Oh, I can't handle it." They also had a veteran's discount, and the rep was able to hook me up with a little something.

The transport was quick and easy. Montway offered the best price that I found and the communication with the driver wasn't great, but the important thing is that I knew when to expect them and they were here. When he got here, he was gonna unload the car outside of our gated community but I came out to meet him and he came inside and brought it.

We set it up for the right day, I gave them a deposit, we paid the rest on the delivery, and it worked out well. The courier driver texted me when he had an estimated day, a couple days before it arrived, and the day it arrived. He was very courteous and I was happy with the whole experience. The truck was a big trailer and a lot of cars, and they were able to pull up on my block and the driver dropped off the car and inspected it, and it worked out. Perfectly fine. My brother thought there might have been a slight scratch, but besides that, it was good. Also, the quote was accurate. I didn't pay anything more than Montway said.

The individual who called me to set everything up was very accommodating. But it was very different from the first discussion that I had with the person. They weren't as friendly. It was like night and day. But despite that initial person, everything went smoothly. I got calls and updates frequently. All questions that I had were answered from the beginning. That was something that I appreciated. It didn't take a full 48 hours to get the car delivered. It took about a day and a half max to get the car. The carrier called me when they were about an hour out and when they were about 5 minutes away. The driver was polite. But the drop-off could have been somewhere a bit safer. Stopping in a two-lane road was a bit dangerous. It would have made me feel safer if he went further down to a public parking lot.

My apartment has a weird driveway that I was worried he wouldn't be able to turn around in, so he parked out on the road and drove the car in for me. That was nice. The car had no damage. The transport from Costa Mesa, California to Las Vegas was perfect. It was overnight. They picked up the vehicle around 9:00 pm from the dealership, then it got to me about 9:00 pm the next day. The driver let me know when he picked it up. He took pictures and notified me when he hit the state line and then notified me when he got near my house. The driver did what he was supposed to do. He called me when he got there, waited for me to bring the car close, and then gave me the paperwork. He was a nice guy. He answered questions that I had. If we lose the key for the vehicle we had, it's a $1,000 replacement. I told them that, and they had notes all over, "Take care of the key." It was seamless. At pickup, my friends said they got everything. There was a battery tender and my motorcycle gear was sitting on it at my friend's house, and they got it all here to us. My wife was here for the delivery, and they were done quickly.

I liked Montway Auto Transport's service. If any of my friends need it, I would recommend it. Montway is reachable and the time is manageable. The pickup and delivery went smoothly. Also, the driver was nice. He sent me the detailed locations like where he was for me to drop off my car and pick it up. It worked well.

Montway Auto Transport straight off the bat told me it would be around $1,700 to $1,800 to move my car across country, and it would be here in two weeks. It's a good price for moving in across country. And as soon as it was set up, they immediately got someone on it. The guy was professional, dropped off my car, and he was on top. And when I was on the phone with him the entire day, I asked him if he could try to drop it off at my house, but he told me that he was carrying a huge load, that there were many bridges in the way. But he managed to find a hotel parking lot so I could drive over there with my mom's car and get my car myself. The car was in perfect condition.

The driver that came and got the car let me know in advance and was right there when he said he would be. He got it on the truck, took off, and then, four days later, they dropped it off. It was even sooner than they had promised. They nailed it. So, I was pleased in every way and I would recommend them.

Montway Auto Transport did a great job transporting and at a quick time. The reps were very nice. They would pick my vehicle up on a Friday. But the guy said they could pick it up the same day at 8 o'clock at night. So, they did, and they called me when they were an hour from the house. That worked out nicely. They came to the house but it was no place in the Caster road for them, so my mom drove it down the road, and they loaded it up right there. But when the driver brought it to Flint, he drove it right off in front of the house. It was affordable since I would have had to drive it myself. I would have had to rent a U-Haul and the car hauling trailer to bring it back here and find the time to drive down there.

With Montway, it was a good overall experience, although I felt like I had to push them a little bit. Initially, I scheduled a window, which was supposed to be between Thursday and Monday. I called them that Friday and Monday rolled around and I hadn't heard back from them. I called on Monday again and they said that technically, they have up to five days to process my order. I don't think anybody articulated that, though. I was flying out on that Wednesday so I needed someone there. I got two callbacks with an assignment. I was looking for a closed carrier but I let them know that I was open to an open carrier. They found an open carrier and we had to go back and forth a little bit with the price. I told them the price should be a little lower with the open carrier. They accommodated me but it wasn't exactly smooth. But I was fortunate with my driver, who was phenomenal and communicated well.

One of my friend used the Montway services and he recommended the. I approached Montway for the car transport and I was happy with the services provided. They respond very quickly and I like the cost. Overall, the delivery was good, although there was a little delay.

It’s important that they do what they said they would because once you sign up for something, you expect it to be done on a certain day. And if they don't, then we're in a jam because there's no time to make other arrangements.

I had someone else on the other end picking up the vehicle and they were able to communicate with that person as well. So, it was very good communication on both ends. Montway did a good job and I would recommend their services. Nobody wants to pay a lot of money but I was happy with the price.

The first person that Montway sent wasn't equipped to get the vehicle out of the garage by themselves. There was a little miscommunication. So, they made the adjustment and sent a different group. The whole process was smooth and great. We transported a classic Land Cruiser from LA to Colorado and it took three days. The communication with the driver was great. He gave plenty of notice and told us when he would be there. He was on time and prompt when he got there, considering he was coming from 1,200 miles away. I’d recommend Montway. They made it smooth and took care of the vehicle out of an enclosed trailer.

And at that time, we had a covered transporter because we had antique cars, and they were so good about the cars. So, we use them every time we move because we didn't have any problems. And I was happy with the price. I would recommend Montway to any family member or anyone who asks. They did good by me.

I dealt with the Montway reps mainly through chat and email, and they were very helpful over time. They tried to be very transparent with me so I like that part very much. Whenever I talked to them, they got me some good answers. I paid extra to pick up a specific date to ship and that was very helpful, too. It was very nice because there was no hidden fee. Some other companies had a little bit higher price and some companies would give me a very low price and add some fees later. Montway’s price was very reasonable and their quotation sending system was also convenient. In general, shipping a car is not cheap but you expect to pay over $1,000 anyway. Overall, the process was convenient.

My experience with the Montway rep was good. From the get go, I felt like it was a real and legit company with good customer service. I have heard stories about scamming in other companies, and really bad things. This may have been a little more expensive than others I researched, but the car was delivered perfectly and even a day or two before I was expecting it, so it was great. They also always kept track of it and almost every day, I got a message saying, “I'll be there this day.” And it was accurate. I was satisfied with the product and the service.

Drivers arrived on time at both ends. Customer support staff worked a miracle to solve a crisis with a vehicle failure 24 hour before scheduled pick up time. They secured an alternate provider. Vehicles were carried in enclosed trailers and arrived in perfect shape on time. Three vehicles shipped and required two trailers tow providers and two drivers.

From start to finish, we had an excellent experience. From booking the reservation to securing the car on the transport to arranging the delivery date, there was solid communication. They provided a safe and reliable transport of our car. The timing of the delivery was perfect. Highly recommend this company.

I should say the move is seamless from the day I book the move till I get the car here. Everything starting from the truck arrival time, notice of arrival, enquiry of the truck parking options, capturing the snaps of the car outside, smoother and very cautious loading, and delivering the car on time at the destination, I should say it's awesome. Not but least, I should talk about the driver who is so friendly and very informative, you guys doing a fantastic job. Keep it up.

Montway contracted my transport from Michigan to Oregon. I chose them as I read great reviews of the company. The company they ultimately chose to do the transport was prompt, and handled the car with white glove care. The car arrived in Oregon on the day promised and without damage.

The driver that did the work was excellent. I would definitely use him again as well as the company, There was an uncertainty when they would pick up the car from the internet instructions but the last person told us on Monday which happened. An improvement would be to tell the customer when they would pick up the car at the time of booking. It did happen for me but it should happen for all customers.

The quoted price was reasonable and there were no extra or hidden charges. There was excellent communication with the scheduler/coordinator. The driver was extremely pleasant, professional, courteous, polite and reliable. Our cars were picked up and delivered door to door in the promised timeframes without any problems or issues. The entire process was seamless. I don’t think the process couldn’t have gone any smoother. I would definitely recommend Montway Auto Transport to friends and family. In fact, I already did.

Both the driver and the person who called/texted me to schedule the delivery did an amazing job with the delivery. They went above and beyond working with me to get my car delivered when I was available in the new state. The price for shipping my vehicle was great too.

Great experience. Got the car there when they said they would. Only issue is the extra $200 for the stuff that was in the car. It was a small hatchback and items were put in the back seat so we charged an extra $200 for them. Seems a little excessive. Would definitely use them again.

Having trouble with another choice that DID not provide the service they stated. I researched and went to Montway who guaranteed my car would get picked up the next day, and they did. Within a week I had my car. I expected a little delay due to last minute request. I will be using them again. Ok.

2 trucks did not show up together, 5 days apart. 2 different carriers altogether. First carrier was great. Second carrier was bad and not for classic cars, very poor job. He put plastic over the cars which rubbed the paint and damaged the finish on 4 cars. He chipped the paint unloading. Very unhappy.

I was nervous about my vehicle moving from cross country and asked friends and colleagues for recommendations. The Montway Auto Transport came up several times. I had an excellent experience with tracking details provided on a regular basis. The broker, scheduler person, driver and were very professional, patient and kind.

Setting up the transport was easy, and the customer service reps were friendly. They stayed in touch and they were nice and very professional, but there was discrepancy in the fee regarding loading my items. My car was with belongings. It wasn't written that they offered it, but they told me that I could load my car with stuff and it would be, with military discount, I could just add the back and front seats. However, when they picked up my car, they said there'll be an extra $250 fee, so I had to pay. Other than that, the cost was affordable. The transport took two days. It was from Nashville, Tennessee to Gilbert, Arizona, and they were on time.

I shipped two cars with Montway. One took almost a week. They were not able to come to where I live because it was tight. On the drop-off, it was the same case. They dropped it off four miles away from where I live. I had to drive with someone to pick up my car. There was a small scratch in the front, which under declaration, it's expected if you are driving the car across country. It was small scale, so I let it go. The second one took four days. We had a hiccup because of location. It was in remote Minnesota so it took some time to arrange. But they dropped it off next where I was living.

My daughter-in-law and my son were stuck in New York, and they couldn't get back because the airlines have canceled. They have two small children, so they borrowed my daughter's car who was out there to drive home. We used Montway to transport the car back out to New York. I was around at the pickup, and my daughter was there at the delivery. We had to meet around the corner in a big parking lot for one of the dollar general stores. I told the driver exactly where it was and gave him the address. He met me over there, called me, and I just walked home from there. He even offered, "Look, I can drive you back to your house if you'd like." I said, "No, no, that's fine. I just live around the corner." He was very nice, took pictures of everything, and allowed me to take pictures of the truck and who he was just to make sure I knew who was taking the vehicle back so I could send it to my daughter. It was great.

I'm a dealership and I play with a few cars. I needed to transport a couple of cars. I've used Montway before in the past under my personal name, not the dealership, and it was great. So I just called and used it. The first car got over here. The second car was picked up from here the next morning. One was coming from Denver to Florida. The other one was going from Florida to Denver. I met the driver at an open, four-lane highway and my son did the same thing over there. They looked all the way around the car, looked at every panel on the car, the top of the car. They wrote everything down and I signed. The vehicles had no scratches or dents. They were the same as when they were shipped. They also gave a fair quote and it was exactly what they quoted. I will definitely call Montway soon because I have two other cars that need to be shipped.

The reps asked all the details, made sure everything was right and helped me to get the car shipped in a faster time. I gave the driver the details when to call and to give a heads-up when he was reaching the destination and that's what he did. He came in a relatively good period of time.

The driver spoke no English and that made things absolutely impossible. I had to go by a third party on the phone every time I wanted to talk to the driver. It was a nightmare. Even if he wasn't from Connecticut or this area, if he has a CDL and was driving legally, he has to understand English. When he got to my driveway, he had to call somebody on the phone and I had to talk to them. Then they had to talk back to the movers and then talk back to me. It was a nightmare. The same thing happened when they were trying to tell me how long it's gonna take to get here and what day. I had to talk to a dispatcher who then had to call the driver. Then the driver had to call the dispatcher, and the dispatcher called me. That was one phone call. Unbelievable. I never saw so many middlemen in my life.

The driver kept in communication while they had my vehicle. The move worked out perfectly. I wasn't sure what day I was getting out to California. I asked the driver what day he thought the delivery would be and he gave me a date and I said, "Okay, that'll be fine. But if it's after that day, that's perfect, too." The truck was big and held multiple cars. When they picked my car up where I lived in Houston, they weren't able to get on my street because the corners were too close. I was able to meet them just down the street, not far at all, and they put the car on. When they got to California, the street was big enough. They were able to drop it off right in front of the house. It was almost the same condition that it was in when they picked it up. The final price was the same as the quote. All I had to do was pay the deposit and give them cash when the movers got there.

The first people I talked to were very quick to react and clear with their communication, so I knew exactly what to expect. That went really well. I was surprised with the quote though. I expected it to be higher, but it was more affordable than I was planning. We were there for the delivery and that went really well too. We scheduled a pick-up time and met at a parking lot that had enough room to pull the car off the trailer. I paid them, and we were in and out in 20 minutes. The first quote that was sent was exactly what I paid, and the driver gave me a heads-up at least a day before delivery. I can't imagine it going better than it did, and I would highly recommend Montway.

I’ve been waiting a whole month for my car to be delivered. It was supposed to take 3 days. I’ve gotten 100 excuses and we will call you back’s. And nothing. No car. No answer. They reached the destination after four days and gave me a call before 15 minutes of arrival and made sure that I'm available on site to pick up the vehicle. Montway is a good company. The driver was great. I chatted to them briefly on pick-up and on drop-off. But it was a pain because they had to pick up from the local grocery store rather than coming to the house. I had to find a way home from the grocery store. They called as they were doing pick-up. But until drop-off, there was no direction. They called the day before the drop-off. They drove up, pulled the car down then drove off. It was super quick and efficient.

Setting up the transport was super easy. I did everything online and the drivers picked it up and on the road the car went. We were well within the timeline and my interactions with the drivers themselves were minimal but they were nice and friendly. I had them meet at my commercial address, which has plenty of room to get in and out. And so, that worked out well too. The quote was a good value considering we were going cross-country and it was enclosed. But I also shopped around.

When I was trying to get stuff done, the rep was accurate with the time and the turnaround. I didn't understand the way the driver was talking. He was not too good with English and the rep from Montway got in contact with him. She responded back immediately and answered questions that I was concerned about right away. When I talked to Montway and they set up the transport for me, everything was easy. They showed up quick, hauled the vehicle for me, and it was delivered in a timely manner. The vehicle went from South Florida to the western side of New York State, and there was never any discrepancy from what they said I had to pay to what I paid. With Montway the first time, the communication with the driver was fine. At least he spoke English.

David was the gentleman that drove the transport. He was there when I inspected it. I was very sick when he delivered the car. He was very kind to me because I could hardly walk. I was very satisfied, except they did not come door-to-door, so therefore, I had to get a cab, and a cab cost me $67, to get my car.

A friend of mine loaded the car in a California location. It was a big Ram 1500 TRX. But the bed of the first guy who showed up was not really meant for this type of car. So he was not able to load. It was some sort of miscommunication on who dispatched that car. But they were able to quickly sort of pivot it out. Within 24 hours, somebody else showed up with the appropriate truck, and they took the car. The car was at my site within 10 hours and the condition was pretty good. So overall, I'm very happy. I would use Montway again.

Over the last few years, I've shipped three cars. And over time, I had good experience with Montway Auto Transport. So, I tend to go there first when I'm trying to get quotes for transport. I would go online, fill out the form, and it would go quickly. Good communication. I know when things are coming. They let me know where the driver is. A year ago, Montway hauled my Yukon from Atlanta, from a dealer in Atlanta to Kansas City in an enclosed trailer. That was great because they detailed the car before it left. And it looked like it rolled off the showroom floor when it came out the back. That was fun.

The customer service agent I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable. It was a painless phone conversation and straight to the point. I gave my information as it relates to where the pickup was and where the drop-off would be. They were able to share with me the money amount, which was very important, me knowing how to budget the cost. Everything was accurate. There were follow-up emails too. There were moments when I needed to change things and they were very accommodating. It was nice. My experience with Montway in setting up the transport was definitely a 10 out of 10.
