Montway Auto Transport Reviews

Montway Auto Transport almost did everything. There was a $50 change in price, but Montway took care of it under their direct quote. Also, there should be more timely communication before pick-up. I didn't get a reminder until I knew the guy called. So, a weekly reminder or ahead of time to say, “Hey, just a reminder. Your car is scheduled,” would have been awesome. Other than that, I would use them again. I recommend them to other people that need it.

I had previously used Montway in August of 2021 to transport a car that I purchased on eBay from South Carolina to New Mexico and they did a good job. This time, we were moving as a family from New Mexico to Maine and the rep I spoke with was helpful. He told me I could load the cab with stuff as long as it didn't go over 250 pounds. We loaded all our pictures in the cab, a large, bulky item that I didn't wanna put on a moving truck, and a metal lampshade that was large. They delivered the vehicle in four days. They told me when it was gonna arrive within a window and when the driver got close, he called me. It was great.

Montway seemed like good service and they had a good price. The driver was awesome. The communication was awesome. We knew where to meet, when to meet, and his progress along the path.

I talked to several people at Montway and they were all great. The guy that picked up the car and the guy that dropped it off were great too. The driver brought it right to my door. I'm gonna use Montway again.

My experience with Montway was amazing. The booking was easy and all the instructions were clear. The driver contacted me to arrange the pick-up of the car and when I landed in Florida, I called the driver and he said he was ready to drop off my vehicle. I said I would see him at the house. So, my Uber brought me here from the airport and there was Montway with my car. It was incredible. The car was delivered in great condition and the driver was incredible, super professional, very pleasant and had his whole system down. The cost as well as the whole experience was great and I would use Montway again.

My experience with Montway vehicle delivery services has been excellent. I would recommend Montway to my friends and family. Montway truck drivers are experienced with well maintained trucks. They pick up my vehicles on time and deliver them to the final destination on time. I have used other vehicle delivery companies in the past but Montway is the best in my opinion. I ship expensive late model Porsche vehicles from Bainbridge Island, Washington State to Scottsdale, Arizona and back once a year. I expect them to be delivered in top condition upon arrival. So far, Montway has not disappointed me.

I've been using Montway for five years now. Their customer service has been okay. However, this year, they charged me a little bit more. Because usually, Montway takes payment once. But this year, they charged me when I shipped the vehicle and when I shipped it back again. The quote was okay though. But they gotta give a better quote the next time I ask for a better quote.

Everything was fine. Timely pick up and drop off. Good equipment. Took time to evaluate my car. Lots of pictures for back up. And price was fair too. I’ll use you guys in November again. I would be happy to recommend your company due to my satisfaction. The original call was 5 minutes. The driver as I said was very thorough. Felt comfortable with him taking my Bentley.

The process at Montway was very easy. I got a quote right away. The amount itself was in line with the other carriers. There was a carrier that was more expensive and there was a carrier that was a little bit lower. But, the tiebreaker was their review and reputation. When I first initially reached out to them, I said, "You're gonna pick up the vehicle here," but then my plans changed and I said, "You're gonna pick up the vehicle here." I called them four times between getting my quote and booking and the actual pickup. Every time, the customer service was great and right on the spot.

Prior to Montway, I used another company and they did not pick up when they said they would, and Montway guaranteed a pick-up date, which was great. Everything was flawless. It was a good experience compared to my last experience with a different company.

Montway would pick the car up and deliver it right to our home and that was a real plus. They were on time, too. We had a neighbor pay the driver because our plane was delayed. The car arrived here when we weren't home, which was fine. Our neighbor said everything went well. We were very pleased with the cost. We thought it was fair. Montway was very good. We're planning on using them again this coming year.

They performed superbly shipping my car. There were no issues. They picked up on time, had zero issues with paperwork, and delivered on time. Simply perfect... The best car shipment I ever had. For a company I never heard of, they were surprisingly great. I would recommend them to anyone.

They act as a broker and do a great job, they coordinate all of it and the price was better than going direct to the shipper. Would recommend to anyone wanting to ship their vehicle. Good updates overall, and good communication.

Montway was very responsive to my calls and they were able to schedule and then easily re-schedule my vehicle transport as needed. I received periodic updates while the vehicle was in transport and it arrived on time and as expected. The driver sent me texts several times during the transport and called to make final delivery arrangements.

Although I was supposed to get 24 hours notice of pickup, the driver called in the afternoon and notified me he would be there at 10:30 PM. He showed up at 11:30 PM. He was unfamiliar with our location, complaining of the hills and twists. He asked me about the suitability of the development for pickup but I have no experience with trucks that size. He almost got the truck stuck when he realized he couldn't easily turn around and scraped the roadway with his rear. He had to back out of the development and couldn't see the rear of his truck so I and a neighbor had to talk to him on the phone as he backed up to the road. Thank goodness there was no traffic! He had to maneuver to avoid hitting cars sitting on the side of the road with me guiding him. Pickup was finally done on the road outside the development.

Great! Easy to schedule. No issues in pickup or drop off. The whole thing was very easy and convenient. The pickup was on time and the delivery was early. The quote was good and I was not charged extra later. Driver was good at staying in touch. Car and belongings arrived in perfect condition.

This was my first time shipping a car anywhere. The Montway rep I dealt with provided answers to all the questions I had and made me as comfortable as possible. The driver was a great guy and a very good communicator. I always like dealing with people I can have a conversation with. Was transported overnight. From pick up to delivery, everything went smoothly and was very pleased with every step of it all. Company lead me the whole way which made it all work so well. Reviews were spot on as to the reliability of your company and people.. I’m glad I picked your company.

Easy over the phone reservation. Phone customer service was efficient with no wait times. Good estimation if pick-up and delivery times. Great communication from the individual that picked up and delivered my car. I like the idea that it was the same person that did the pick up and delivery rather than off load at a logistics center. Price was reasonable.

Everything about Montway was great. The process was easy. No hassle. Payment was fair and they only take a portion upfront. I would recommend and do recommend them a lot. Have several military families that have used them as well! We had my daughter's car shipped from Colorado to Florida. We were not in a hurry to get the car so the timing on delivery wasn’t bad. The only downside is sometimes you have to meet the driver because they can’t get the semi into smaller areas. The driver was respectful and stayed in communication which was nice.

Everything went as planned. The truck was picked up right at my son’s house. We met the truck driver at a truck stop because our street is not easy to access. The truck even arrived a day early. The driver was in contact with us to give us a closer delivery day and time. The truck arrived in excellent condition.

Moving from Miami, Fl back to Northern NJ I needed to put my car on a carrier. The whole experience with Montway was excellent! I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. Montway picked up my car in Miami on time and delivered the car right to my door in NJ before I expected it. The drivers were very courteous and professional.

The driver couldn't have been more professional. When I booked the trip, I was given an cash price and a card price. When I picked up the car, and tried to pay with a card, the driver said he only accepted cash, which I was not prepared to give him, since card was an option when I booked the trip. The driver worked with me, and we made it work.

Mr. Henry ** was the BEST!! He was professional, courteous, friendly, patient and communicated very well! He was not in a hurry to just dump my vehicle and move on. He was personable and explained the entire process. I would most definitely do business with Mr. ** again. He provided an estimated time of arrival and maintained continuous communication of his whereabouts and his estimated time of arrival. He also was considerate of my schedule and wanted to know the most convenient drop off time and location.

I shipped a small auto from Boston to Los Angeles. I was provided a thorough explanation of price and expected service. Stated price was price paid. The drop off in Los Angeles was seamless. I paid via Venmo. Totally pleased with honest service. I would definitely ship with them again.

Shipped a car from SC to CA. Was able to pack some items in the car to save from extra suitcases. Pick-up and delivery were both early, which was a good thing! Car arrived in great shape and has been on the road ever since! Would highly recommend and use again.

The process of giving the keys and receiving the car across the country was painless given expectations. Vehicle arrived without any issues, and faster than I anticipated despite a crazy holiday weather near Christmas. Driver was effective, efficient, and easy to talk to. One minor but unfortunate issue was that the driver could not get to my unit, so had to drive my car nearby to drop it off. But, an understandable inconvenience. Definitely recommend.

We had a very good experience. We flew and they took our two cars.. We were traveling with 2 cats on an Airplane and didn't want them to have to drive 1000 miles, so we had our cars transported. Plus I'm not a fan of driving over bridges so we let them do it for us.

This was the best moving experience I have had in the last 10 years. This is the 3rd car I have shipped in addition to 4 other household moves. Montway was clear on expectations, contacted me continually throughout the process. There was a major storm across the Eastern US at the time of my scheduled move. The company contacted me right away and informed me that there would be a several day delay in my pickup. They then showed up in the scheduled time window on the re-scheduled day. The car was delivered across the country 4 days later with clear contact from the driver about pick up time and location.

Initially I was a little skeptical and did think I could trust this company but I thought I would risk it. I don't regret it! Within 36 hours of the car pick up it was delivered to me in NC. Communication needs to be addressed as that is not the best and this obviously puts people more on edge. Would definitely recommend.

I was moving to Florida and needed to have my vehicle transported there. The driver was very professional and described the entire process. Gave me his number if there were any questions or concerns during the trip/ Upon arrival at my destination, he still remained professional and courteous. My vehicle made it with no problems. I was offered another deal for more money and less professionalism. I am glad Ii went with Montway. I would recommend and it if necessary, use them again.

The driver severely damaged our car in transit and it still hasn’t been fixed. Their insurance company is not returning our calls. It has been a horrible experience for us. We have a lease on the car that will be up in two months and we can’t even get the car repaired. My husband has reached out several times to the insurance company to let them know we need them to get the car repaired.

Great service and the driver showed up when they said he would. The driver was very pleasant and my BMW was delivered on time and in the same condition it was in prior to transport. I would highly recommend this service. As a consumer all I ask for is service with a smile, keep your promise, and treat me or my belongings with care and respect. They did this and for this I'm writing this review. I have been in sales for over 30 years and they were totally "top notch" as far as my standards are concerned. Thanks again!!!

We have used Montway several times. Their pricing is fair (and even on the low side!). But - for us, what was most important, they made the whole process super easy. Easy to schedule - and they communicated ever step of the way as to when and where the cars would be picked up and delivered.

My car was picked up on day three of the five day pick up window provided to me and was delivered a day early! Car was a little dirty but in great shape. I will use Montway again for my auto transport needs. The driver kept me informed during transit as to estimated vehicle delivery time.

I have used Montway several times, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. There was a delay in getting my car picked up, and then, when we got to the end of the time window I was told that the only alternative that was reasonable would cost me more money than what we had agreed at the beginning. I initially said that was unacceptable, but then the rep came back to me two days later saying, "That’s all we’ve got for you." I can’t believe that I am the one who needed to pay the extra amount instead of Montway after we had an agreed-upon price and time for the pick up.

Driver was very professional and stayed in contact with me. I would definitely recommend Montway Auto Transport to anybody who needs an automobile shipped. I will definitely use them again, if auto transport is required. Auto arrived in perfect condition. Please pass on my comments to the driver, he was great.

Heard all the horror stories from others that have had cars shipped so I was a little concerned about getting my "baby" shipped. No problem. The transport driver was on time and had a hauler that he obviously took pride in. Price was not the lowest but was still fair. I've recommended Montway to others and will use them again.

You can confidently have your vehicle shipped with them where you would be hesitant to do so anywhere else. Your money is safe with them. To call and book it with an associate on the phone was so much nicer than doing it the way others do. Other companies have you go about it in a way that you think you can get a better deal, but the entire process is sketchy with others, and their lowest offer may be a scam. With Montway be patient and get your quote. Wait another few days and it’s probable that you will get an even better one with you go through with your order.

First, when there was an incident that happened to my car during transport I receive absolutely no help in resolving the matter with the trucking company. Second, one agent quoted be a lower value due to a sudden change in arrangement previously agreed upon and after delivery of the vehicle a different agent called me endlessly saying I still owed money. After speaking with them for many hours and the supervisor they admitted it was their fault, left a bad taste as a customer... Won't be using again.

The Jeep arrived in good condition, but the driver pulled my new Jeep off the trailer then went full throttle and spun the rear wheel. Terrible for a new engine and I have no idea how many times he did that to my new, very expensive Jeep. He just got out, laughed and said "new motor". I was stunned.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My car was delivered in a timely manner. I shipped from South Florida to Northern California and was amazed at the speed of delivery. My car arrived intact and aside from a few bug splatters it was just as it was when I turned it over to them. They allowed me to put some bulky items in the trunk as well which saved me having to move them. Highly recommend this company and my driver!

You promised that we would have a driver to ship our car within 2 or 3 days, I called two months in advance and you said that we would have a shipper within 2 or 3 days of the ship date and instead it took two weeks to find a shipper! You called me three times with a shipper and finally got one. I will never use your company again!!!!

My experience with Montway Auto was great!! The price was reasonable and my daughter’s auto was picked up on schedule and delivered before the date given. There were no damages, including minor scratches on the car. I chose to have them transport the car I enclosed. Based on my experience I would use them again!!

I've already told you guys how bad the driver/ delivery person was. I talked to your customer rep who said she'd report the incident. What I can't believe is that no one has contacted me to follow up. Not only did this person yell at my friends at pick up and then when delivering held my key hostage and demanded money from me, he also scratched every area around the door handles. Like he was holding keys while he opened them so there are scratches at every door handle. I'm not using you guys again.

They brought a classic car all the way from New Mexico to California and it was an awesome experience. The guys took care and taking the car off the the truck in the rain and brought it safely to our house. I would definitely use them again based on their service and their expertise and their prices.

Montway has shipped 3 of our vehicles. One from OK to Upstate NYS, one from Maine to Upstate NYS during the Christmas Holiday and one from Upstate NYS to mid-state NJ. We will definitely be using them again. Their service is dependable, they have a quick turnaround and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Transport from So Cal to Aspen Colo. Picked up on Thursday. Dropped from on Monday. Excellent communication both from the Main Office and the Driver. It start the morning of the pickup and continued to the drop off. Driver extremely friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Car was place on the transport so that it didn’t get dirty or affected by bad weather.

Montway did great in the summer of 2022. The driver was on time and delivered the truck quickly and safely. Dispatchers were very good too. The quote was accurate and helpful information was provided prior to pick up how to plan. I would use them again for any vehicle transport. No damage - everything was in order.

The driver was very professional. Very courteous. This is the second time I’ve used this company. Everything was great. The car arrived right on schedule. No damages. Montway Auto Transport had good customer service. I spoke to them to make the original arrangement, and I spoke to them several times because I wanted to make sure that this was very successful. They told us about when the car would arrive. I was able to talk to a dispatch person because it's a third party. They arrived when they said they would, unloaded the car, gave the paperwork and it was exactly as they had described. It was a good deal. Montway was very professional and reliable.

I dealt with a lot of people because it got tricky. Montway needed a five-day window for pick-up, and scheduling that for me was very difficult because I don't always have a five-day period where I'm available. But they were on top of that, and they communicated with me constantly through email and calls. The pick-up was in Beverly Hills, California and the drop-off was in Palm Coast, Florida, and the driver was great. He called me well in advance, as well as when he had arrived. I went and met him close by because my street was too small for his carrier. I drove home, then he drove the car back to the carrier. The cost was great, and overall, it was a great experience. It was smooth and easy.

I sent Montway an email and told them what I wanted. They sent me back an email within 10 minutes saying that I could call them at a number. I called them, they asked me what the car was, where it was being picked up, when it was gonna be delivered and the dates that it would be ready for pickup. Then, they gave me a quote and I said, "Go." I told them that it was gonna be at the dealership in California and they called them and said they were gonna be picking up the car on the morning that it was gonna be available.

The driver contacted me before going to pick up the vehicle. They picked it up and he texted me with updates. The next morning, he gave me an ETA at 6:00 AM. For the speed and service that was provided, I'm happy with the cost. I had my doubts regarding the safety of the car and any damages but I've been pleasantly surprised as there was no damage at all. I was even more happy to see that there were more expensive cars, like Porsches and Ferraris on the truck.

I called to set up the transport and it was convenient. Montway was responsive. The driver was great. He looked throughout the whole body of the car and then pointed out an area that I had a scratch that I wasn't even aware of that I had. The inspection was thorough.

The driver was nice and cordial. My daughter's car was picked up in front of my house, and it was dropped off right where my daughter lives. They were within a good timeline. I understand because you can never guarantee traffic or a truck not having an issue. I asked my daughter, "How does the car look?" she said, "It looks good." I'm very happy with Montway. They were good. Whenever I called, I was able to talk to somebody. They responded and let me know where the car was and if I had questions, I got an answer.

The pick-up and delivery of the vehicle was excellent. It was raining and the driver came. He asked my daughter, who had the vehicle in South Carolina, to sit in her friend's vehicle and did what he needed to do, and minimized the amount of time that she was out in the rain. They loaded her vehicle and did everything they said they would do. When he got here and I met him, I could see why he did that. He was a very nice man. He pulled up and unloaded the vehicle right in front of the house. Everything was great. The other thing that was good about it was that Montway had a tracking app. We could see where the truck was all the way from South Carolina to here. They got here in the time period that they said they would be here. I shipped a vehicle 15 years ago and the price was a lot lower. But the cost for this wasn't as high as I thought it was gonna be.

We had used Montway before for my boss’ car and he had a good experience with them. The driver was phenomenal and the cost was the same thing as what was quoted. It was a positive experience.

The reps were always very friendly and the driver was extremely good at communication. We requested that he call us an hour or two before getting here so we could make the trip down to a pre-arranged pick-up area and be waiting for him. He called us and told us that he's a certain location from the drop-off point. That was great and he drove right in. It was an open carry but the vehicle was not damaged during transit.

It was very straightforward with the rep and I understood what he was saying. I immediately booked the service with Montway as soon as I was done talking to him. The pick-up was great. The car came faster than I thought it would. The driver messaged me their estimated time of arrival. On the day of, I got two messages - one from when he was six hours away and another one from two hours away. I was kept in the loop. It's a narrow street, so the driver couldn't drive the truck to the house. He messaged me and asked if it was okay for him to drive my car over here or did I wanna come to the junction. I told him it was fine to drive the car to the house. I would tell people about the company. I'm moving back to Texas in November, so most likely, they're gonna help me transport my car back, too.

Montway brought a limo for me years ago. They were very good. This time I had them bring another limo to Chicago. Because I'd used the service, I was in the system. They knew who I was. They were very good in responding. However, we had a hard time finding somebody. I needed the car to come over here right away because I needed it. At the beginning, it was a little different price. Somebody asked for more, then they jacked up the price. But I spoke with the driver a couple of times to see how far he'd gotten and he responded back accurately. I would use Montway again.

Working with the rep was awesome. I had to change my date and the state the vehicle was getting sent to. I didn't get charged any extra. The movers were very efficient and polite. The price I was quoted was the same price it was upon delivery.

Montway shipped a 2022 Kia Forte for me. The only thing is that I was told I was allowed to put up to 100 lbs. in my car in the back seat, and there was no way I had 100 pounds in there, and they charged me $100 extra. I brought it up to the guy who came to get my truck, and he took a picture of the stuff, and they still charged me. Other than that, they got here when they said they were supposed to, and they kept in contact and they let us know the whole way what was going on. I would use Montway again. They are prompt and they keep in contact with you. They're reliable.

Montway had a decent amount of neutral or negative feedback because they don't really own a lot of trucks, and they just broker their stuff out to other drivers. But I had started seeing a trend where they were able to fulfill their promises in a little better fashion in, at least, getting an actual driver to pick up the vehicle. After the bid was accepted, the information was exchanged. I and another girl that was in the process of getting this vehicle to this guy were trying to make it as easy as we could on the auto transporter. We gave him about three different options which he could pick up along the Interstate 75 Corridor. So the communication was good with the driver. The driver was there when he said he was going to be.

I liked the good reviews of Montway and the size of the company. I talked to their rep and told him what I needed. The timeline was three days or four days. The driver called a couple of times and everything went fine. I met him at a specified location. Montway delivered what they promised and the cost was good.

From the time that I put out the quote for bid, Montway came back with a steady stream of just the quotes, no aggressive follow-up via emails or telephone. Everybody else jumped on it quite a bit too much. I liked their style. They told me that they were busy enough to not have to do that and also professional enough not to do it. The transport was smooth and easy. I never had to speak to anybody once on the phone. It was all done by email. Great follow-up, timely, right when they said they would, which made my hunch about them correct. When the drivers picked the car up, the only thing I ever did was speak to the driver when they were in the area and ready to make delivery. The cars were also very well taken care of.

I'd recommend Montway. We bought a condo in Scottsdale, Arizona, and we needed to move our car out there for transportation while we were there. We chose Montway because I've used them in the past. We met at a public parking lot with a local guy who has a smaller trailer. He took it to the depot to combine it with the other cars that were on that load. For the delivery, we picked a place near us, in a parking lot and met him and completed the transaction. The condition of the vehicle was fine.

They had a nice big truck and the driver was super. He knew what he was doing. It was perfect and all professional. My big Cadillac XTS was the last one on there in the bottom and he drove straight to Bullhead City because he got there before I did. He got there in 20 hours and it took me 40. I had my friend pick it up and it was great. I was worried that I might have to pay more because you read all kinds of horror stories about all these different companies charging 300 bucks more once you got there. But this guy came, unloaded it, and got the code. I gave my buddy the code and he gave it to him and I didn't get any more bills.

I’m getting ready to use you again as soon as I get the dates down. I need to get the price from New York to Canyon Lake, Texas. And before I was told that I can ship one hundred pounds free in the car. How long are you anticipating getting from Rochester, NY to Texas?

When I called Montway, I had two other phone calls right here in the Fox Valley that I had made and Montway beat their price by $100 to $150 to come from Antioch, Illinois to here, and they're only 40 miles away. Montway was so professional in how they handled it. The people I've talked to were absolutely top-notch, professional people. I was totally happy with what they did. The gentleman who came here was fantastic. He took very good care of loading it. He also called me an hour before he was scheduled to arrive. He arrived within three minutes of that. It was one of the best, most pleasurable experiences I've ever had.

My transporter was friendly and efficient. He communicated throughout the entire process and both drop off and delivery went great. I'm always skeptical of car transporters but this was hands down the easiest of all of my experiences shipping cars.

Car was picked up in Florida and transported to my home within the time frame discussed. There was a little confusion about the pick up date but it was corrected. I am planning to use your transport service again in November of this year 2023.

I needed to move a Ford F-150. I looked Montway up and they seemed to have good reviews. Their driver was awesome. It was a difficult pickup because of where it was and him getting his truck there. I was impressed with the driver and I know it was really hard on him. He had to go out into rural East Tennessee, and he pulled it off with not the greatest English skills. So, kudos to him. Dispatch was good to work with, too. Plus, they called me and gave me the option early. So, I was planning to get the truck moved on May 1st and they said, "Well, here's an opportunity." I was flexible, and I was glad to get the car here.

I was moving and I found Montway online. I saw someone else who did a YouTube video about them and they gave them good reviews and they were a pretty decent service. Setting up the service was fairly easy. Montway makes the directions clear and simple. The pickup and the drop-off were smooth and they were on time. The transport was from California to Michigan and that took less than a week. The driver came to the location that I told him to pick up the vehicle, did an inspection, looked for any dents or scratches, took pictures, loaded it up, and went about their way. I would recommend Montway. They are trustworthy, on time, and easy to work with. The quote was pretty accurate and the price was fair.

I left the car at a hotel and I worked with the transport company to make sure that would be okay with them if I wasn't there physically when they pick up the car, Then, I worked with the hotel to make sure I could leave the key and that someone would be able to pick it up. So, it was a little nerve-racking for me but the process itself was very easy. I called Montway and spoke to someone but you could also fill out a form online. It worked out great. I wanted the car picked up as soon as possible because I didn't want it sitting at the hotel and they had told me it would be. I talked to someone who said they would try to have it picked up by a certain date, but there were no guarantees. It could be a little bit longer. But it was picked up quickly. That was the easiest part of my accident. Dealing with my insurance was awful and my original tow pick-up took hours. I was having a bad trip and that part went smoothly.

We used Montway to transport a vehicle from Florida to Texas. We received a very fair price and they actually delivered the vehicle to us a day earlier than expected which was very welcome. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I went online and contacted several places. It looked like Montway was the bigger of everything online, so I contacted them. But they had a higher price. I told them the price I already got and they dropped the price down. They gave me a good price. I had the gentleman come to pick up the vehicle. He picked it up and put it on the truck. Then he brought it up. We have a big parking lot near where I live up here in Massachusetts. He dropped off the vehicle in that parking lot and it was good. It all worked out. I'll use Montway again because I'm going to transport another vehicle down in December.

Use Montway because they're reliable. And the driver who picked up the car was excellent. I liked Montway's price. And when I placed the order, they sent me back a quote within hours. I called them about how long it would take to get it booked. And they gave me a rough estimate. So, I went ahead and booked. They got it booked in a reasonable amount of time. The courier-driver was informative and nice. He was able to bring the car directly to my son. They were early.

I went online and booked the transportation. Immediately, it said I needed to confirm a few more details. The executive was online at that time and he asked if the vehicle had any attachments on top of the vehicle, something like roof rails or some boxes. I answered all his questions, and then he confirmed the booking. It was very easy. After booking, I got the car within one week later. The driver called 15 minutes before the drop and then he was there. It was all smooth and nice experience.

The pick up was surprisingly quick. It was pretty much within 24 hours of wanting to do this that they showed up quickly at my street to pick the car up. The delivery was very well handled. There was excellent communication along the way from Denver to Houston from the driver at different stopping points. He had taken pictures of the vehicle at drop-off. He backed the vehicle off the carrier and drove it up the street to the apartment where we're staying. It was door-to-door service. It was absolutely exceptional. It was very professional, seamless, friendly, and extremely timely. I would absolutely use Montway again. I'll be shipping my vehicle back to Denver in the next few months. So I am going to reach out to them directly instead of uShip.

The guys that transported the car were the best. The driver called me a couple of times, told me where he was and when he was coming. I dropped the car off Thursday night, and it came Sunday night like they said. The price they quoted was the price it was. If I'm gonna go again, I wanna call Montway out. It is off-season and I don't know what Montway would charge the people that are looking to send their car during the winter season, the snowbirds, but for me, my experience was positive. The gentleman I spoke to was able to give me a price immediately, and nothing changed once I decided to use them as a service. It was a mere $800 and there were no catches to it. It's a good thing because many people will give you a price, then when you book them, they'll give you all these fees attached to it.

Everything went well. They emailed me when they were about to get here. They called when they got here to pick up the car. The guy helped me with the car 'cause it wasn't turning on. He passed the cables for the batteries to turn on. Montway gave me a satisfactory service.

I spoke with a salesperson that wasn't pushy on the first day, then Montway gave me an update. They were very communicative and good price as well. Price was something because I got prices all over the board, from 600 all the way to 4,000. I could tell that the cheap ones were scams and the more expensive ones were scams in their own sense. Montway wasn't the most reasonable, but their price was average and it was the good average. They also seemed like a normal business that wasn't out to get me. I didn't get 100 texts from them after I spoke with them. So, it's definitely a very interesting business. That's how all these companies run and conduct themselves. It's horrible. Montway didn't change the price on me, and our driver was wonderful. We really appreciated him. He dropped off the Mercedes to my sister that lives next door and everything was perfect.

The only thing I would change is the robo emails from Neil that told me to do something that was already coordinated. Very confusing. Other than that it was a 5 star service. I expected to pay more for this transport. We were gonna do a not enclosed carrier and they had a service provider available for 100 extra bucks for an enclosed one which I preferred. We were given the driver's direct number. It was a four-day transfer. We had good information on delivery time. The driver was great. Montway provided everything as promised and exceeded expectations. They also sent a couple of emails after, checking up.

Montway Auto Transport seemed like the best option. They emailed me a quote. That seemed to be the cheapest one. They gave me a call back and began to ask me questions. And the ball began rolling from there. They came, took pictures of the car for the before and after. They did an inspection of the car, put it on the truck, and left. And they were polite. The money had to be in cash or a cashier’s check. So, I called them. And they were able to get back to me. And they came and gave me my car and the keys. And they left. I got my car in the same condition that it was when it left. So, it was a perfect hand-off as well.

I just told Montway where I needed the car picked up and where I needed it dropped off. I was really flexible about the dates, but they scheduled something for me and it worked out. The driver had great communication. Every time I reached out to him, I received pretty fast responses. He let me know exactly the time, even down to an hour out when he would be picking up the car. Then it arrived much sooner than I thought it would. It was three days earlier than I thought it would. He just was in constant contact. The quoted and final cost were spot-on. Everything was great. They were going to pick up the car on a day that the person wasn't gonna be available. They were able to switch it for me pretty quickly to the following day. They were very accommodating to everything.

We look into getting our truck shipped. We are in our 70s and the drive would have been extremely long. I just didn't want to drive that far. We asked the dealership if they worked with anybody and they recommended Montway. I spoke with several people and they answered my questions. We were satisfied with the quote. The only thing that happened was it went up $100. I called Montway and asked them about that and they said it had something to do with the size of the vehicle. It was reasonable and we didn't have a problem paying the additional cost. I just wish they have informed the customer that the price was going to have to go up $100 because of the size of the vehicle. We were texting back and forth and they could have said that.

We requested that it be delivered to our dealership and not to our home. They checked ahead of time. They called the dealership ahead of time to make sure arrangement had been made for its arrival. Montway was very timely and quick. They were the first to respond to my request for transport. I got four inquiries about transport, and Montway happened to work out. As far as the transport, they held the car on a flatbed truck with some other supplies. It seemed like it was a guy that was going from point A to point B. I happened to be along the way. They picked the car up. I didn't have to handle it. He drove it up on the flatbed and dropped it off. He was bringing it to me. I live on a four-lane road that has a center turning median. He came right to the door, took it off, and drove it into my driveway. As far as the price, it was more than I wanted to pay, but it was the best price I had and the best timing. So, I was satisfied with it.

The price was on a little bit higher end, but it was worth it. The guy was there at the pickup on time. There was a storm going on. He let me know when he was through it and walked me through every checkpoint he had. He delivered to me right when he said he was. Everything was perfect. I'll use them for the next transport.

Montway was able to do what I needed when I needed it and at a fair price. The driver went over and above expectations. When he picked the vehicle up, it was not running. It was parked in a senior citizens complex in Florida that did not allow commercial vehicles in there. Because he couldn't go in to pick it up and it did not run, he had to push it to the exit gate by hand then pick it up. As far as delivery, he came on time when he was supposed to, dropped it in the street, then pushed it by hand into my driveway. He was a pleasure to deal with.

My daughter picked up the vehicle upon arrival and it was in great condition. She was really happy with it and the driver worked really well with her. If we need the service, I'll contact them again. We moved three vehicles from New Jersey to Florida and Montway did a great job. The driver picked up on a Tuesday and we got the cars on Monday because we weren't arriving until Sunday. They said they could deliver the cars on Sunday evening but I couldn’t guarantee what time I would be there. I said we would be here on Monday and he said it was not a problem. And sure enough, we had the vehicles by 9 o'clock in the morning. We're in a gated community so they couldn't bring the truck in because it was a little bit big. But the driver met us right outside. The whole thing was easy-peasy and the cars were in perfect condition. They took pictures of the vehicle when they loaded them, before loading, loading and once they were delivered. There were no scratches. It was a great service.

Montway has a good price. Everything was fine. When we made the appointment, the first guy was good. The interaction was simple and brief. The driver came and picked up our 2010 Honda Civic in Phoenix, Arizona and he was earlier than expected, so that was good. He was the only other person we interacted and he was very nice and helpful. He told us everything we needed to know.

I had a good experience with Montway Auto Transport, so now I only use them. I would tell them a timeframe that I would like for the car to be picked up or dropped off. And they would reach out to their drivers and see who's in the area, and if it's a possibility to get it closer to the first or last day within my timeframe. They would usually get it within that. They pick the car up, and I would be in contact with the driver from then on.

They did make me whole monetarily, refunding a portion of the shipping costs but they weren't working hard to make amends until I submitted negative reviews about my experience.

I'm in Florida and I purchased the car in Alaska. I started calling transport companies in Alaska and I had a terrible time with all those companies. I went on to Google and Montway was one of the bigger ones. Also, Montway was in Chicago. They talked back to me while the other companies did so two days or sometime later. It was almost phantom return phone calls from these dispatchers. I decided to try Montway and they said that they had moved a lot of vehicles of various types.

Dealing with Montway motor transport was outstanding and extremely helpful. The company that moved my car from Ct.- Fl. Lopes transport were very good and the driver (Raphael) was great. The transport company from Fl.-Ct were great and driver Mario was great. Would use Montway again without any reservations.

Montway had what I thought were some of the best reviews and reputation. I used them twice. The first contact was fine. The delivery was not good. They gave me some runaround and disregarded my concerns about the car. They were late, but then I had to move it again another time and I used them again. It was a much better experience all-around. With the assigned driver in both instances, we both walked around the car and looked at the car to make sure we agreed on any markings, and we signed off on a bill of lading.

I bought a car on eBay and it was located all the way across the country so I needed to transport it to my place of residence. I was getting bids around the $1,500 to $2,000 range from different companies. Montway was not exactly the cheapest but they had better reviews than the other companies. The scheduling was pretty simple and they said the delivery would be anywhere from 7 to 15 days due to not really knowing what the weather and all that could go like. It was pretty reasonable and I was able to get my transport completed in 7 days, which was pretty nice. I was notified about an hour before the actual delivery was there and the driver showed up. He was on a semi-truck and he had other vehicles he had to deliver. He pulled off a few vehicles in order to get to mine. He made sure that the codes matched and the delivery got cleared.

I gave Montway Auto Transport my car much earlier, just to guarantee. But they delivered it when they said they would. When I would email someone and I would respond, someone else would respond. It was very confusing. Montway's quote was pricier than other ones. But it was accurate. It's not the cheapest, but at least you know your car will be there safe. I had a great delivery service and I felt that my car was in good hands. So, I would recommend Montway.

I had a very positive experience with Montway. I had my car when COVID hit. I drove it to my mom's house, and it was sitting there. After COVID, I moved back to California, so I had it shipped back here. My brother was there for the pickup, so I left my keys with him, and they picked it up from the location I asked them to and shipped it. It went well, and the cost was reasonable. They gave me a bit of a discount. I'll tell people to use Montway.

Montway was about the same cost as everyone else. It was just easier to go through and do it online. The reps were very helpful. I spoke with a couple of them, and they did help me with handling everything I needed to ensure that everything was picked up at the right time. The pickup driver communicated very well. We met at a place where he was able to get my vehicle pretty easily in a Walmart parking lot. The drop-off driver was also okay. The transport was originally gonna take two days, but I needed it to be longer. So I asked them to not drop it off for at least 10 more days, and they were able to do that. Everything was pretty great.

It was an excellent service all the way around. The driver was super and my vehicle was perfect when it arrived.

I was a little concerned about coming up with the day they were gonna pick the vehicle up. They hadn't called me to give me any information, but I called them. Shortly thereafter, they had a transport company lined up for me. They picked it up at my house and they dropped it off to Clearwater, Florida. The driver said he'd be there Thursday evening or Friday morning. He rolled in at Friday morning. It worked out perfectly. I liked the guy that transported, too. He seemed honest. The price was also very reasonable.

I originally set the transport with Montway online, but I needed to try and change the date. It was a little bit difficult to do because they said, "You have to give us a 10-day window." The car wound up getting shipped sooner than we would have liked it, but it is what it is. The quote they provided was great. But I would love it if Montway would allow us to add a tip in at the very end in order to tip out the driver because I had no cash on me that day. Unfortunately, I couldn't give him a tip, but he did a fantastic job.

When I initially did my research online, Montway was one of the top searches and the highest rated on multiple different websites. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was great. It was a very easy and comfortable process, and I'm very thankful that everything worked out. The driver was very short and sweet. He had places to go and people to see, but he took his time, and it was a good exchange.
