I was very happy using Montway to ship a car across the country. It was picked up and delivered on time and without damage. Hassle Free! Tracking was excellent and customer service representatives were helpful. They subcontracted with another shipper who provided excellent service as well. I would use them again without hesitation.

Your driver was professional and kept us informed as to where he was and what he was doing. I/we HIGHLY recommend your service. He was on time when he picked up our car as well as when he dropped it off. He cared about both locations and made where that he could navigate the areas.

The service was great. The driver helped me along the way and was more than accommodating. He was great with the man on the receiving end and very respectful about the times he was estimated to meet and he was always early. I would keep him, I have done transports before and he excellent employee.

I called Montway on a Friday, it was Labor Day weekend, and they said they could pick up the car on Tuesday. Lo and behold, they picked it up Tuesday at 7 PM and it was delivered in Arizona Friday night, a day early. I couldn't believe it. It was better than what they quoted. They exceeded expectations. Also, the driver called and said he was gonna be here in an hour. He had every intention of bringing the car to my house but my subdivision has really tight streets so we met at Walmart. Their customer service was perfect.

The reps from Montway called me and answered correctly every question that I had. They answered very professionally and whatever they told me, that was what happened. Everything went right with the pickup and the delivery was also good. The cost was fair though it could be lower.

Two of my kids had used Montway's services in the past and when I had an occasion to need that service, they relayed to me their experience. I decided to try it myself because they gave me positive feedback. I transported a Toyota Camry from Sacramento to Miami and it worked out. My daughter interacted with the driver for pickup and my son was here for the delivery. They both gave positive feedback - especially my daughter in Miami. She said the driver was very courteous. He backed the car down and then took it across the street to where she was in a parking lot, drove it over there for her, and left her in a safe situation. She was very grateful for that. Also, the trip was done more quickly than I had expected, which was great because my son was without a car and I was sending him one of my cars. I would recommend Montway to anyone that needed the service. They did exactly what they said they would do and they did it quickly and professionally. And I think it's a good business model. Using the website is a great idea and it kind of connects everybody together and everybody's happy.

I moved to Texas and on the day I was supposed to drive here, I was in an automobile accident. I came here and my car went to an auto body shop in Florida. After it was finished, I didn't really want to fly there and drive myself here so I made the decision to have the car transported. I was cautioned that there are a lot of disreputable companies out there, some that you wanna steer clear of, and some that are absolute frauds. It was kinda scary but I got on the internet and I started doing my research. Also, I talked to the body shop that had my car and I asked the guy if he was familiar with Montway. He said he had dealt with them before when people would have their cars picked up and that they were one of the top ones in the country as far as being reliable and responsible.

We were moving from Arizona to Indiana and we had more vehicles than we could drive. We shipped a big Dodge Caravan and an SUV vehicle that was like a Jeep thru Montway and our experience was wonderful. The representative who helped us set everything up was great. He called back when he said he would and everything he said was the way it was. They picked up the vehicles within 15 minutes when he said they would and they delivered 30 minutes of when he said they would. They brought them directly to where we were moving to and dropped them there in the yard. The rep who helped us set up gave us an exact price, too.

Overall, the experience was pretty good. Once I put the order in, my car was picked up quickly and delivered without any issues in a timely manner. My only complaint is that I specifically asked for a delivery after 5pm because my daughter works full time. They ended up delivering it in the middle of the day and she had to leave work to pick it up.

Driver, although lacking somewhat in English speaking skills, nonetheless communicated well with us through texts and map apps--He did a great job! Car was picked up and delivered, both in my absence, with his coordination with my friends. He made it easy on them, and I am thankful for that.

I’ve used Montway for two vehicles and everything was great. I have used other companies and you just fill everything online. With Montway, they called back and then I had to go through everything I'd already spent 20 minutes putting online. That procedure is a little antiquated. Right now, in the digital world, you fill up all the information and this should be done. They should get out of the stone age.

They had different people that I worked with. Everybody handled everything well. They were very professional. I had a rough time with the first driver. But they rectified everything. They gave me a credit. So they made up for it. Their service was really good. I'm happy with my experience with them.

It was as good as I could expect given the fact that I know that the guy had to collect eight cars and fill up a truck.

Montway had decent reviews and their pricing was competitive. I put in the information for a quote and somebody reached out to me and set me all up and it was easy. The pick-up worked out well. I didn't realize that because they came on a massive semi-truck type thing. I had to go to them, which was fine. I was able to coordinate with the driver. They had a couple of issues. The driver had a flat tire but coordinating with him was really good. He reached out right away and said, "Hey, this happened. Can we adjust the pick-up time?" All of that worked out. So, we met him in a parking lot, picked up the car, and it was all smooth.

Working with Montway was really easy. I initially thought that they would be a little bit more accommodating with my schedule. I didn't think the car would get picked up as soon as it did, which was before the day I had listed when it would be available to be transported. So, that was a hiccup in the schedule because I had to ship my car in the middle of my work goodbye party. It was a slight inconvenience, but in the end, it still worked out. The transporter happened to be passing through the area, and it helped him out. It would be out of his way.

They were great. They gave a reasonable quote. The process was very easy and upfront. They sent an email and a text also. The driver got delayed because it was a long weekend, so he got caught in traffic in New York, New Jersey, which I completely understand. He arrived when he said he was going to the next day. It was fine. It wasn't an issue on my end, but very good communication. There were no problems. The car was in great shape too.

As far as my customer service experience with Montway, everything was chill. Their quote was also affordable. I got the vehicle quickly and without any issues.

The reps were pretty professional. When I talked to them, it was pretty quick and I didn't spend too much time with it. There were no damages to the car and the transport was fast.

I filled out a thing on a website and then I started getting offers from everybody. I was looking at reviews and I heard from a lot of people that Montway was a good one. So even though that was the priciest one, that's the one I went with. Their rep called me and took the time to ask questions. He could answer whatever questions I had and he would bring up different things that I need to consider, which I had no idea of because I'd never shipped a car before. But I was dealing with two to three different people and so it sounded like maybe they didn't communicate with each other. It was kind of awkward. Other than that, the driver was amazing and the care that he took with the car. He was extremely careful and he went the extra mile to help push it into place since it wasn't running. He was a really good driver. I wish it were cheaper but I know the driver took care of the car and he came a distance, so I was thankful for it. It was worth whatever it cost.

You get what you pay for! This company was not the cheapest, but they did an excellent job of keeping me updated, especially since we were not present when they picked up my vehicle. The driver was friendly and professional, and the car was delivered when promised and in perfect shape.

The experience with customer service was very good. The rep had an answer for everything I asked. Then, he provided a good follow-up. He made it easy to book Montway. The driver was in touch on the way. There was a hurricane so they were going a long way and kept me updated throughout. It was nice. I wasn't worried at all. He said he was parked and I thought he would be fine. The quality of service from Montway was great. I would recommend that people use them. I can't guarantee they're the lowest rate but the rate they were giving me seemed low. So if they weren't too worried about getting the absolute lowest rate, they should go for it. Don't even look anywhere else. But they should check with one or two others.

Absolutely flawless and super fast. Dispatch was amazing and detailed. As soon as we hung up we had vehicle in less than 24 hours. How’s that for quick and driver was courteous and quick as well. Highly recommend Montway for all your transportation needs. They will be the only one I call.

Setting up transport with Montway was good. I tried to do it on the internet, but I needed the delivery date to be a more narrow window than they had. They had to call and talk to somebody, and it cost a little bit extra to have the more narrow window. The driver was very particular. He wouldn't drive into our neighborhood because there were too many trees. He didn't want to scratch any of the cars. So we met him at a gas station in a different spot. The final quote was accurate. I had gotten a quote from another company too and this one was a little bit less. But I went with Montway because they were able to narrow my window to where I needed it.

I used Montway twice. They're very good. I needed to take a trip to Florida, so my brother-in-law found me the company. He found many, but they were all frauds. Montway was in the Consumers Affairs, so I used them. The first driver was very nice and the second driver was nice also. It turned out well. The car was very safe. Nothing wrong with my car. Everything was perfect. I had a brand-new car, so that made it the best. I would recommend them.

Montway had the lowest bid and the service was excellent. I told them what day the vehicle could be picked up and they picked it up that day. They were down here the next day. The guy who drove it and his daughter were very friendly. They called about half-hour ahead of time then called again when they were just outside the house.

It was my first time having a vehicle transported and I was expecting for it to cost more, but it was cheap. It was easy too. My uncle just gave the key to the guy who came. I recently bought the vehicle from out of state from a relative, and I had gone three weeks before, ‘cause I went on vacation to Utah. I saw the car, and it was in good condition. My uncle said the guy who picked up the car made sure nothing was inside (any extra stuff, like clothing) and that the condition of the car was good. The guy took pictures of the car, then he loaded it up. The pick-up point was in Heber City, Utah, and the drop-off was in Bellflower, California. It was scheduled to be two days, but the guy got here quickly. In less than a day, he was already here and the car was in the same condition as when it was picked up.

I looked out online, had somebody reach out to me, asked me what my needs were. Let me know that someone would reach out to me with further details, which Montway Auto Transport did. We talked through it. They needed to find a driver so they could solidify time of pickup and date. I was on a tight timeframe. They were accommodating and communicative.

I had a challenging experience with Montway. It didn't go according to schedule. When I booked them on a Tuesday, they told me, "Hey, we'll pick it up on Thursday and we'll have it delivered to you by Sunday." I purchased a motorcycle from Las Vegas and I told them that it was in storage. So they needed to tell me when they were gonna be there so I could make arrangements for the seller to be there. But they missed the pick-up day. My seller was upset because he had to leave work. Montway said, "Well, our guy is running late and he'll be there at noon." So I said, "Okay. They'll be there at noon." My seller said, "Hey, they have to be here. I mean, I can't just run back and forth." But Montway ended up saying, "Hey, it's an hour later, an hour later."

I like Montway's promptness of information, reputation, and service. We had some hiccups that they resolved promptly. I would use them again.

They got my vehicle from LA to South Georgia and it took about three days. It was inexpensive and the driver was nice. About a day before he got here, he called me and let me know what time he was gonna arrive. If somebody had a transportation need, I would recommend Montway.

Montway was amazing. I highly recommend this group. They were a blessing. We were moving my 80-year-old parents from Florida to Michigan, and everything was like clockwork. When we set up the transport, everything was very smooth, very organized, very professional and very informative. There was no question that we were not gonna get the van here on time. They kept us updated every step of the way. The drivers were awesome. They called us in advance and let us know where they were gonna be. They gave us a call a day ahead of time. Then the day of, they gave us a call when they knew they were getting closer so that we could be here.

They brought the car right to where I wanted it. Victor, the driver, was great. He dealt with my wife in California, loaded the car up, and communicated with me. We had a location and he was there right on time. It was perfect. The car came clean. I was really happy.

I had shipped a car with Montway from Wyoming to Arizona, and it went fine. I looked up other companies that were significant, and they seemed one of the best ones. They contacted me after I contacted them and they had it all lined up. They even gave me a little bit of a discount. The reps were very professional. The driver lives in Glendale, Arizona. So, he was a local driver. He was really knowledgeable and very pleasant. He had a professional vehicle to haul with. I wanted to make sure I got somebody that was reputable so there wouldn't be any damage on the vehicle when it got here, and nothing changed on the condition of the vehicle from the time it was loaded until the time it got to me. The timeline worked out really well. As far as the price, it was 1,469. 1,150 went to the driver and the rest went to the broker.

Montway is great. The transport took about three days from Texas to New Jersey so that was cool. They let me know where my car was and where the driver was the whole time. I could stay connected to the driver the whole time so I was satisfied.

Communicating with the reps from Montway was very easy. The driver who picked up my car went above and beyond to check the car for my instructions, VIN number and rust. It was peace of mind to be able to trust the driver and him going out of his way which he didn't have to, to go underneath the car and check. I don't mind paying the price for just having peace of mind. He did what I asked and kept me informed throughout the whole process, which was cool. The delivery was nice and smooth. Montway did a phenomenal job and I'm happy with their service. I would use them again without even looking anywhere else.

I called in August to get the info and when I was ready in September, the move just happened. I was impressed. They shipped it on a Friday and it got here on a Monday. I could see the progress. I was picking up my stepdaughter's car from Florida and bringing it to New York. I worked with uShip, and they subcontracted to Montway. It was a little better priced, and the delivery was quick. There were no glitches, and I already recommended someone. I said that it was seamless, and the driver kept me in the loop. He called and told me he was picking up the car, when he was gonna be there and when he was gonna be dropping the car off. It was good. I was happy with them.

Everything was handled very well. I had to drive to a certain point to deliver the car. They were there and put the car on the truck.

It was good with Montway. Their quote was competitive with other companies. But the important thing was they had a high rating with the Better Business Bureau. The drivers were very responsive to text messages almost on a daily basis, very polite and decent.

This is the fifth time I've used Montway and this time was amazing. I like the fact that they are somewhat local to me. I went online and booked it at 1:00 Monday afternoon. They called me up around 5:00 and asked if the car was ready to go. I told them yes and they said they'd be out the next day at 8:00. On Tuesday, they called me and asked, "Are you available at 2:30 this morning?" I told them I was not. They asked, "How about after 7:00?" They came by and delivered the car 9:00 Wednesday morning after I booked it on Monday, which was phenomenal.

My experience with Montway was amazing. They were informative. They stayed in contact pretty well. I had LoJack on my car anyway. So once they picked it up, I knew exactly where it was at all times. That made me feel better. The pickup and delivery went smoothly. It was also a fair cost.

My experience was very good. I enjoyed meeting my driver, Brian. He was very responsible, knowledgeable, and kind. We had an appointment, and I met him to get him set up to pick the car up the following day. Everything went according to plan, and he was very responsive. If I needed to get ahold of him or if he needed to get ahold of me, we had good communication. All in all, Montway is wonderful.

The guy that picked the car up was good. I also had a number to call to know if the car was gonna be dropped off early or exactly what location was safe for the driver to pull over to and pick up the car. It was a good experience.

I've shipped with Montway for four times now. I was always happy before, but this time, I was not really thrilled with the guy who drove the car to Illinois. The car was dirty on the inside when it got there. If it was on the outside, I'd understand that. I had to wipe where he sat and the steering wheel off before I would get in the car. He also was supposed to call me before he delivered the car and give me a couple hours notice and he didn't bother. He just showed up. I was a little bit disappointed that the service quality wasn't a little better.

Montway is an awesome company. Every time I deal with them, they dispatch the driver to talk to me, then the driver and I will coordinate a good location. The truck is big, so they meet at a Target or Walmart lot. The designated pickup spot for this transport was a Giant Eagle grocery store. When the driver came, he took out his phone and asked if it was ok if he walked around the car, inspected the vehicle and took pictures so he could upload it to Montway. After he did, he showed us the phone. It was good that he walked us every step of the way, then showed us the pictures and what our signature was for. I don't like signing something if I don't know what I'm signing. As soon as the driver was done, we got an automatic receipt from Montway. It was a good process, and the quote was spot-on.

They were prompt to get back to me and they provided a reasonable quote. The pickup was at a garage in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. They couldn't do the repairs there. They weren't equipped. When I got them to transport, the transport was there the next day. It took two days to get down here in Orlando, Florida. The drop-off was at an auto repair shop here in Orlando. The vehicle was fine. It was in the same condition that we left it. I was very happy and satisfied.

We shipped our car with Montway, and we're very happy with their services. They were very prompt. They gave us the correct timing. The pick-up was hassle-free. It happened on the exact date and time they mentioned. There were no damages to the car, and they were very communicative. We look forward to doing business with them again.

Their quote was the normal market value for the service. The drivers were communicative when they dropped the car off, making sure that it was in an area where they were able to get in. If they couldn't, they communicated with me to make sure they could.

The courier-driver picked the car up from my son's place. We paid extra to have them come on a certain day. They were there. They took the car. They were early when they delivered the car. They got here and the driver took it off from the truck, and drove it in the garage. It went smooth. If someone else had to do it, I would recommend Montway.

My experience with Montway was good. I was satisfied. My car was here safely. The driver was good. I would like more updates throughout the transport. I talked to them when they first picked it up, and then I didn't really hear anything until a day before they dropped it off.

Eddie was our driver for the vehicles and he was an amazing guy. He was communicative with us every step of the way. He was super helpful. He was on time and that was a big one. My mom had to meet him here with the vehicle and he was so kind to her. He ended up not being able to fit in our driveway. So he had to go up the road a little bit and park and then come back and get the vehicles. But he was never rude about it at all. We chatted back and forth as he was on his way.

My experience with Montway went very smoothly and I also always was able to get in touch with someone and get updates on my shipment and how everything was going. They were very helpful. The transport was from Maine to Colorado and it was my Toyota SUV and it came within two weeks. So, it was prompt. The cost was very reasonable, too. I would suggest others to use it.

We can support that timeline." I wasn't there for the pick-up or the delivery, and I didn't get any negative feedback. So, everything was good.

We've transported two cars with Montway. The last person we used was outstanding. He parked the trailer not far from our house, walked to our house to get the car, and then drove it to where he parked his transport vehicle. So Montway did great. The vehicle got there safe, undamaged, and on time. It was a competitive and good service.

The driver was a very nice guy and he took photos of my vehicle on all sides and had a report where there are current scratches and dents. They sent me an email to show proof of where they found the dents. I took photos of my car as well for confirmation. When it arrived, I looked at it to make sure there were no extra scratches or dents. The driver said it would take about five days to get to Nevada and he got there in three days. He called letting me know he'll be there earlier than expected and he arrived on time. It was really simple to get ahold of him.

Everything was good with Montway. The rep was nice and the driver was very friendly. I didn't have to be worried about anything and he handled everything. I ended up having the vehicle taken to a different location 15 minutes away. He was very cooperative and helpful. The service was worth it. It was definitely on the cheaper end. there's a lot of stress involved in getting classic cars to another place and I had peace of mind because they are so established as a company.

He told me ahead of time when he was gonna get home and when he was gonna deliver the car. The transport took 24 hours. It was quick. I'm very pleased with their service. Also, the price is not overpriced. It's not cheap, but it's about the average. I'm gonna use them again.

When they got back to Colorado, three days later, they delivered the car to the Colorado address. The driver said he was sick but he kept us apprised. And it wasn't an emergency. Plus, my expectations were pretty low because the last car company delivered two weeks late, so three days seemed better. Montway's reps also generally always answered the phone and gave us information.

I shipped a Kia Soul through Montway for 1,200 miles and their reps were all good. The driver was excellent and I was impressed because he was going to be delayed at the other end, but he had an interaction with my son about that.

My experience with Montway went great. The driver came and got the car, and the transport went smoothly. He was really great. If you need to move your car, use Montway Auto Transport. They made it easy. People were friendly, there was a lot of transparency, and they communicated well. Where I moved from had plenty of parking. The courier-driver parked by the sidewalk, and it was easy. I pulled the car out, parked it behind the truck, and he drove it inside the truck. He inspected it to make sure if there were any scratches. Took pictures to make sure if something happened on the drive, that we both knew that it was already there. He also let me inspect the car when it came, and that was it. He’s very nice.

Montway looked like a reputable company that had big trucks. It seemed legit and they sounded nice on the phone. I called many different companies and a lot of them sounded a little bit rough on the phone and didn't sound very organized. Montway with the review and the phone call sounded pretty good to me. The transport was 600 miles from Detroit to here and the driver texted me. A big truck didn't come to pick up my car but the experience was fine.

Montway kept their word. They did what they said they were gonna do and they got the car here safely without any damage. The driver wasn't very flexible at the end in terms of coming to my house. He picked a different location, and I didn't think he was particularly open about coming where I lived but it was okay. It wasn't that far away, and I was able to get it. Also, the price was what we agreed to. They upheld their contract.

When I called Montway, they were very professional. They called me back and everything was like it was supposed to be. They did a great job with the transport. They really pulled in, they had the car on there in minutes, and they were gone. Also, they let me know what was going on at every stage of the procedure, which was quite helpful.

Dealing with the rep from Montway was smooth and easy-going and I didn't struggle at all like with most other companies. The quote was fairly cheap and a lot of my friends were questioning if it was a scam. But it was good. It was hard to believe the price and everything was the same at the end. They gave me a based off, calculated pricing and it changed by $5 or $10. But they let me know beforehand. It was within what they quoted, which was accurate. The driver was very professional and kept me up-to-date about everything because they knew that it was a very special car. I highly respect the driver. He did everything he said and I never had any issues at all with him. He got there, picked it up on the day he said and delivered it on the day he promised that it would be delivered.

Go with Montway Auto Transport. I requested for quotes, and Montway was more reasonable and better than other quotes. Also, the reps were prompt and did whatever they had from me on time. The car was picked up when it was supposed to, and delivered one day before the driver was supposed to.

I had them transport my vehicle from San Jose to Las Vegas. The delivery of my vehicle was great. They kept me posted and they showed up. It was also quick. It took just a day.

I went online and filled out a form and Montway got back to me with a price. It was easy. The quote was high compared with some other ones I got but I had a referral so I felt more comfortable going with them. The driver was great and a good communicator. He was on time and I had no problems at all. The language barrier was an issue though. Somebody I talked to was hard to understand.

Everything about Montway was more than I expected. They communicated with me the whole time and they delivered the car I bought in California to my door in Florida. They used a covered vehicle and it was a 50-foot transport. It was huge but they got it right in front of my house. The guy pulled it out and had photos of the car before it went in, while it was in, and once it came off.

The cost was about average relative to some other carriers, but the service was great. They picked up the car within a couple of days, and the driver was great. He got to town a little earlier than expected, and was very flexible on time and location. The car had no damage from the trip.

They took pictures at the pickup location of the vehicle on the pickup trailer, showing that it was ready for transport and that it was being transported on a flatbed as opposed to tow-behind.

Since I got my car back. Whi. Immediately I noticed that when I drove it the air bag light was on in. Also the light that shows if you're skidding was on and would not shut off. My insurance would not cover it so that cost me 900.00. Now the starter went out. I have never has any problems prior to this transport. I think you take the cars on and off the truck and this causes problems. A couple of yrs ago my transmission went out on another car I transported..Insane!

I couldn't have been happier with the service provided transporting my vehicle from NY to TX. The car was delivered in 3 days, exactly as they projected. Communication was always timely. I was a little nervous at first because I was on a very tight schedule. The car needed to be picked before a specific date and I wanted to be sure there would be no problem. Montway took the information down and assured me it would be transported timely, and they came through early as a matter of fact. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Had a relatively good experience with Montway. Very attractive pricing, but not so cheap you wonder about quality. My only complaint is that my assigned driver initially bailed on the haul, which delayed me by about a week and was down to the wire on when I had to vacate my old property. Thankfully, Montway made sure my assigned driver would pick up. He was very good, and had an enclosed rig for my baby. Would definitely use Montway again!

It was very easy to get a car pickup in San Jose California and shipped to Hawaii. It was much easier than I had imagined. Communication was excellent with the people I dealt with. My family and I have shipped cars 7 times with Montway Auto Transport, 5 of those across the Pacific to Hawaii, and we are very satisfied with their service. From the process of ordering and scheduling with the customer service agent on the phone for the pick-up to the pick-up itself and delivery of the car at the other end, everything has been seamless. They do a good job of documenting the condition of the vehicle prior to loading and our vehicles were always well cared for during transport. I have recommended Montway Auto Transport to friends and I know that they have had similar experiences. I highly recommend them.

Everything went smoothly. The car was picked up on time. We didn’t even have to be there when they picked it up. Just left the key hidden for them. It was transported across the country quickly and arrived when expected. The cost quote was accurate also. There was no damage to the car. They were able to drop it right in front of the house where we needed it. No surprises.

Montway Auto Transport's customer service was all great until the time came to pick up the car. It took a long time from the window to get picked up. The window was X days, and we had to leave before somebody came and got it. So, we had to park it on the street for several days before somebody came and picked it up. The car was open. The keys were on the floor. I went wild about that, but I understood the window and they were close enough to the end.

I used Montway a couple of times. The cost was a little bit on the high end compared to some others but I don't know how reliable the others are. We had to transport from Colorado to Florida to Sarasota, and then from Chicago. My experience with them was very good and was what I expected. The transport was all on time and everything was convenient.

Montway had the most consistently high ratings on the internet so I picked them to transport the Lexus RX 450 I bought in California. Customer service was very good. When you order a car and it's worth thousands of dollars, it's nerve-racking because you have to trust somebody that you've never met before to deliver your car. I did a covered transport and the quote I got was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay a lot more. The service I received exceeded the cost.

EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE/POOR Service with Montway. I have never shipped a car before so I selected Montway because they claim to be the #1 shipper for eBay Motors (which is absolutely shocking if it is true). I am getting a 2020 BMW shipped from FL to MD. I did not realize until it was too late that they outsource their shipping to another company so Montway is essentially just a useless middleman. The company actually shipping the car is 3 Jags Transport LLC and you must avoid them at all cost!!

The move took eight days. The delivery crew parked on the street. The mover spoke minimal English but he was fine. Everything about the inspection was on video. The quote they gave was very accurate.

Montway was very quick to respond and informative, and their quote was good. All the other quotes were much higher. Communication was a bit lacking, but all in all, it was good. Everything was just as they said it would be. A young man came and picked up our 2019 Honda CR-V. He communicated with me before he got there and told me where he was. There was a delay, but it was not his fault. There was a miscommunication between the customer that he had gone to before us. It was fine. The young man that picked up the car was very nice, careful and thorough, and everything was perfect. Montway allowed us to put 100 pounds in the back of the car, so we did, and the car arrived just the way it left Florida.

Montway gave me a quote quickly. They were also available to move the car. Originally, I started the process online and then we started talking on the phone. Everything was fine. They were timely in their response and in getting the car moved quickly. The price was reasonable too. They picked the car up and they dropped it off at my building in North Carolina.

The car was delivered to my daughter in Atlanta, and she said that it was a good experience that they interacted as the driver was getting closer and she was aware of when he was gonna get there. Then she met him and got the car. She was happy with it. Montway did exactly what I asked them to do. People should give them a try if they have a need.

They had someone drive the car down the street to my house. There was a smaller truck waiting for him at the end of my block that had followed him. They went to a central location that took in the large truck and then switched, and then they drove this car with a small truck over here. The car was in perfectly fine condition. The driver went through it with me and we walked around it together, and everything was ok.

I bought an Acura NSX in Florida and had it shipped and Montway did an excellent job. The quote was very fair for the time. They offered both covered and uncovered delivery and gave me a choice. I said I wanted the covered transport. We send personal items inside the car that you probably never know what's gonna happen and I was completely confident. Montway’s subcontractor was an excellent and professional person. He was very respectful and careful. He recorded the car’s outside to make sure that there was no damage when the car arrives. When the car arrived, I was still living in California so we had to prepare everything with the house and sell whatever we have, and he sent us the statement. They stated the condition of my car and that I would receive it in the same way. And it happened.

The driver called us when it was time for the pick-up to agree on a time and place. It was the same for the delivery. We agreed on an open area and everything was fine. Montway’s price was comparable and good. People should use their services.

Everything with Montway went smoothly from beginning to end. They picked up my two vehicles sooner than I anticipated. I thought I might have to wait a while, but everything was wonderful. Where I live, there is no way a big transporter trailer was gonna get in here. I simply drove down, and a friend helped me, to the car dealership where I bought my new car from. The driver simply parked in the turning lane in the middle of the highway and loaded them there, which is the same way their delivery trailers drop-off the new cars. So, it worked fine. The driver did a very good job. The two vehicles arrived safely in Florida. I just keep getting an email from somebody named AJ bugging me about when I'm gonna ship my cars. I wish he'd stop because the vehicles were shipped in August.

I had to reach out to them a lot. They weren't really keeping me updated. There were these automatic texts that I would get about the routes that they were taking like, "Your car is in this state." But if I had a question, I had to call the company. It was also a bit pricey. Also, one thing I noticed, after my car was delivered, there was something on the bottom of my car that was ripped off. I don't know if it was from how they strapped down the car. But the overall experience was good. They were very fast. It was easy. You just call the number and you schedule the appointment.

The driver from Montway was professional. I even gave him a $20 tip. I needed to get the car shipped for my daughter for college. The delivery was supposed to be up to 10 days, but the car got to her sooner. I had a pleasant experience with Montway. I probably will use you them again if I need them. They are a great company to use for transporting a vehicle across country. Expectations were exceeded.

I looked over a lot of different services and Montway was amazing and really good at communicating across the board. It was awesome. The driver who dropped off the motorcycle was really personable. He was really complimentary of my motorcycle in general, and he helped me push it up the driveway because the key had not arrived yet and my driveway is very steep. So, it was really cool.

Montway is great. I haven't needed them lately, but as soon as we need a transport, I'll call them. They're the first ones I call. I use them for business. I have a local transporter, but when they're out of state, it's best to use Montway because, usually, I won't have to pay up-and-back fees. I got one in Tennessee right now. I'm trying to repo it. Once I repo it, I'll bring it to a lot, they'll transport it back for me, and it's cheaper that way than me hiring someone from Florida going up there and going back. Montway is a better service for us.

Montway is just a broker. They will book some rate, and then the person who is coming to pick up the goods will put some rate. But it is a big headache. I'm just so frustrated. It looks like it is a scam. I had two cars that were shipped from Massachusetts to California. One was the Toyota Prius that had a small vehicle and I had no problem with it. The driver was an excellent person. But the Honda Odyssey transport was really painful. They told me that I could put 100 lbs. in the car to carry. But when the driver came to pick it up, I was told that it was more than 250 lbs. Then he tried to overcharge me and he overcharged me. I don't trust them. When you hook up the van on the trailer and then you start bargaining about the price, that is very hostile, creating a hostile situation.

The quote that they provided was good. They also arrived within the range of the time that I was expecting. It was good.

They did a great job. They were on time. They kept in touch, let me know where my bike was here in transport, picked it up on time and delivered it on time. The delivery guys that I met were fabulous. My shipper said the guys who showed up to his house to get it did a great job. Looked like they cared for it ‘cause he took pictures of it all the way to the vehicle. I can't thank him enough. I decided to go with them on the price, thinking that I’d probably have some damage ‘cause they were cheaper. But everything was beyond perfect.

He let me know where he was and how far away he was once he got close. He didn't tell me when he was in Oregon. But once he got into Nevada, he told me how many hours it would be till he got there. Montway transported the bike and everything was fine. It's an industry full of people from Eastern Europe. So, the drivers are not super great at English but they do their best.

The rep was very professional when I set up the transport with Montway. He gave me the facts, told me the window of when I could expect the pickup, how it would be done and what would be expected for the actual drop-off at the end. For the pickup, I ended up dropping the car off at one of their main locations. There were two people who were driving and they were very nice. They took my car down, made sure that there was nothing that had happened during the transport, looked in and out, and asked me if I had any questions. It was all very good.

It was overall a nice experience with Montway. Setting the transport up was very smooth and convenient. Everything was on time. At the pickup location, the driver was there right at our community, so I didn't have to go anywhere else. It was hardly less than 0.2 miles from my place. At the time of drop-off, I had to go at least three miles away from my place. That was understandable because the truck was huge and they cannot come into small places. The driver checked everything at the time of pickup and at the time of delivery as well. After my experience, I suggested one of my friends to use this service too and he did. I will recommend Montway if anybody is asking me about these services.
