I had a very good experience with Montway. The last transport went well. I was happy with them and the courier. The driver gave me a call before he picked up the vehicle, and then we interacted very well. Their quote was also reasonable compared to other competitors.

Montway shipped my Toyota Corolla. They picked up the car close to my place in Virginia and they delivered it to L.A. close to the place where it had to be delivered. Everything went smoothly. I like their customer service. Any time I called them, I could reach out and was provided with full information. If I'd do it again, I'll just call them.

I got a good deal from Montway. So if I have any other transport to go again, I'll definitely use them one more time. The driver was a good guy. He did a perfect inspection right through because I didn't know I got some dents on the vehicle and he showed them to me. The delivery was originally supposed to take 10 days and I got it before 10.

The pickup point was a car dealership in Boca Raton in Miami, Florida and the drop-off was our home in Highland Park, Illinois. They were certainly well within whatever timeline they gave me. When the driver dropped it off, we looked at the car together and we were satisfied with its condition. Montway was wonderful.

They picked my vehicle up one day and delivered it almost the next day. The driver was fine. But I had one driver from Montway whom I had difficulty communicating with. Other than that, I've recommended them to a couple of folks who have asked me how I got cars transported.

My experience with Montway was really good. I shipped a couple of cars, and the last one was a Volkswagen. The reps asked all the details, made sure everything was right and helped me to get the car shipped in a faster time. I gave the driver the details when to call and to give a heads-up when he was reaching the destination and that's what he did. He came in a relatively good period of time.

The driver spoke no English and that made things absolutely impossible. I had to go by a third party on the phone every time I wanted to talk to the driver. It was a nightmare. Even if he wasn't from Connecticut or this area, if he has a CDL and was driving legally, he has to understand English. When he got to my driveway, he had to call somebody on the phone and I had to talk to them. Then they had to talk back to the movers and then talk back to me. It was a nightmare. The same thing happened when they were trying to tell me how long it's gonna take to get here and what day. I had to talk to a dispatcher who then had to call the driver. Then the driver had to call the dispatcher, and the dispatcher called me. That was one phone call. Unbelievable. I never saw so many middlemen in my life.

The driver kept in communication while they had my vehicle. The move worked out perfectly. I wasn't sure what day I was getting out to California. I asked the driver what day he thought the delivery would be and he gave me a date and I said, "Okay, that'll be fine. But if it's after that day, that's perfect, too." The truck was big and held multiple cars. When they picked my car up where I lived in Houston, they weren't able to get on my street because the corners were too close. I was able to meet them just down the street, not far at all, and they put the car on. When they got to California, the street was big enough. They were able to drop it off right in front of the house. It was almost the same condition that it was in when they picked it up. The final price was the same as the quote. All I had to do was pay the deposit and give them cash when the movers got there.

The first people I talked to were very quick to react and clear with their communication, so I knew exactly what to expect. That went really well. I was surprised with the quote though. I expected it to be higher, but it was more affordable than I was planning. We were there for the delivery and that went really well too. We scheduled a pick-up time and met at a parking lot that had enough room to pull the car off the trailer. I paid them, and we were in and out in 20 minutes. The first quote that was sent was exactly what I paid, and the driver gave me a heads-up at least a day before delivery. I can't imagine it going better than it did, and I would highly recommend Montway.

I’ve been waiting a whole month for my car to be delivered. It was supposed to take 3 days. I’ve gotten 100 excuses and we will call you back’s. And nothing. No car. No answer. I don’t know what to do anymore except get a lawyer. Writing something here is my last recourse. I need my car! Where is it??

This was the first time I have used an auto transport service and was pleased how simple and easy the process was with Montway. Pick-up and delivery was good and within the parameters promised. They scheduled a day when they were gonna pick up my vehicle. The driver called me and picked it up on time. He took pictures on all sides. They reached the destination after four days and gave me a call before 15 minutes of arrival and made sure that I'm available on site to pick up the vehicle. They dropped it off and I had the chance to look around it. I paid whatever they quoted. There was no change in the price.

I would recommend Montway Auto Transport. The reps were very professional. And they helped me a lot throughout the process. The guy at the pick-up was super polite. He took pictures of everything. He showed me where he would put the vehicles. He called me 20 minutes before he got to the pick-up location. And he called me when he was in California waiting for me to arrive and get the delivery done. He communicated with me at all times. Everything was super easy for me.

Once I scheduled with Montway, they had a third-party guy do the transport and that was a little weird. When they called, the guy told me who he was and my suspicions got up a little bit so I did some research into that company. There was a group of guys in California but the main guy I worked with eventually on the phone was a guy in New York. But they got the car here and there was no damage, which was all that mattered.

Montway was good and I would recommend to anyone who wants to transport their vehicle. They should do it through Montway. They picked up today and dropped off the next day. So, it was only eight hours driving. It was fantastic.

Montway is a good company. The driver was great. I chatted to them briefly on pick-up and on drop-off. But it was a pain because they had to pick up from the local grocery store rather than coming to the house. I had to find a way home from the grocery store. They called as they were doing pick-up. But until drop-off, there was no direction. They called the day before the drop-off. They drove up, pulled the car down then drove off. It was super quick and efficient.

Setting up the transport was super easy. I did everything online and the drivers picked it up and on the road the car went. We were well within the timeline and my interactions with the drivers themselves were minimal but they were nice and friendly. I had them meet at my commercial address, which has plenty of room to get in and out. And so, that worked out well too. The quote was a good value considering we were going cross-country and it was enclosed. But I also shopped around.

Everything went great with Montway even though we were a little bit under schedule. We figured it was because they were doing a few stops. When they arrived, my vehicle was great. The trailer and everything were pretty clean and well taken care of. The cost was the same amount too. I tried to make sure before anything else. Some transports give you some surprises at the end. But with Montway, everything was all one quote and got paid off upfront. I recommended Montway to my brother. They called to bring another vehicle from Texas to California.

I was pleased with Montway's service. They came and picked the car up, and it went from Fort Lauderdale to Boston in three days. However, they didn't come to the residential area even though I've seen some trucks that did. They met me at a Home Depot each time.

The price is reasonable, and I've never had a hard time setting up the transport. It's been very easy. I used Montway even before, because I've been going back and forth to California, and I like it. The service and the driver that brought my car lately were so nice. He communicated too. I was very satisfied. My sister is planning to move here as well, and I will recommend this company. Montway’s website was very informational. Even with different drivers, you’re still getting the same experience with different people. So I appreciated that. When I was trying to get stuff done, the rep was accurate with the time and the turnaround. I didn't understand the way the driver was talking. He was not too good with English and the rep from Montway got in contact with him. She responded back immediately and answered questions that I was concerned about right away. I was very satisfied with my experience with Montway. My driver was nice and delivered on time, and my car got here safely.

When I talked to Montway and they set up the transport for me, everything was easy. They showed up quick, hauled the vehicle for me, and it was delivered in a timely manner. The vehicle went from South Florida to the western side of New York State, and there was never any discrepancy from what they said I had to pay to what I paid. When I needed another vehicle shipped, I called the rep. I called and called, and I texted him, then he called me one day and said, "Yeah, I'm out of town. Let me just pass you over to the office." I waited on the phone for 40 minutes, and they didn't get back with me, so I went with Nexus. They sent some guys to me two weeks ago and I couldn't understand them. With Montway the first time, the communication with the driver was fine. At least he spoke English.

Setting up the transport was easy. They were quick to help me get the car shipped out. They sent me a picture on July 13th and I received the car on the 18th. Nothing changed between the quote and the final cost. Everyone communicated well.

This was a great company to work with especially when it comes to my precious cargo - my little red Lexus. They kept me in the loop the whole time and make the drop off easy and stress free. I would give them a 10/10. I was able to get someone on the phone whenever I called and despite the fears you have they were all relieved b/c everyone was so professional.

The driver arrived a few days early to pick up my car. My car was waiting for me when I arrived to my hotel. It would have taken me three days, hotel rooms, and over 2000 miles on my car. Great service, easy to work with, will definitely use again!

My car was supposed to have been picked up yesterday and delivered tomorrow. It’s still sitting in a garage in Del Mar, CA. Our agreement was that the car was to be picked up last week, and I was delayed till yesterday, and still no pickup. That stinks and so does your service.

David was the gentleman that drove the transport. He was there when I inspected it. I was very sick when he delivered the car. He was very kind to me because I could hardly walk. I was very satisfied, except they did not come door-to-door, so therefore, I had to get a cab, and a cab cost me $67, to get my car.

A friend of mine loaded the car in a California location. It was a big Ram 1500 TRX. But the bed of the first guy who showed up was not really meant for this type of car. So he was not able to load. It was some sort of miscommunication on who dispatched that car. But they were able to quickly sort of pivot it out. Within 24 hours, somebody else showed up with the appropriate truck, and they took the car. The car was at my site within 10 hours and the condition was pretty good. So overall, I'm very happy. I would use Montway again.

Over the last few years, I've shipped three cars. And over time, I had good experience with Montway Auto Transport. So, I tend to go there first when I'm trying to get quotes for transport. I would go online, fill out the form, and it would go quickly. Good communication. I know when things are coming. They let me know where the driver is. A year ago, Montway hauled my Yukon from Atlanta, from a dealer in Atlanta to Kansas City in an enclosed trailer. That was great because they detailed the car before it left. And it looked like it rolled off the showroom floor when it came out the back. That was fun.

The customer service agent I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable. It was a painless phone conversation and straight to the point. I gave my information as it relates to where the pickup was and where the drop-off would be. They were able to share with me the money amount, which was very important, me knowing how to budget the cost. Everything was accurate. There were follow-up emails too. There were moments when I needed to change things and they were very accommodating. It was nice. My experience with Montway in setting up the transport was definitely a 10 out of 10.

The experience with Montway was great and it felt like I could trust them. The driver did a good job of documenting every little thing on the vehicle and the vehicle arrived exactly as it left. I wasn't gonna have him drive a trailer down my residential street because there would have been no way for him to get out. So I met him at a very convenient location a block and a half away. The most important thing for me was to get a reputable driver and Montway has that. They have contracts with them.

They were very responsive. The driver was also nice and provided very good service. I was very satisfied. I will definitely use Montway if I need it next time.

They were very efficient. When I called to make arrangements, everything went very smoothly. The only problem we had was that the delivery people used the correct address, but the wrong city in Columbus. The car was going to Powell, Ohio, which is a suburb of Columbus, and there's an identical address in Columbus. For some reason, they were trying to deliver the car to the Columbus address rather than the Powell address. But my son-in-law got that straightened out with the delivery people via telephone. Montway is very reliable and they did an excellent job.

The driver didn't seem like he spoke a lot of English, so it scared us at first. We heard some bad things about stuff and we were a little nervous. But he did a great job, and got the vehicle to our house perfect. He was very careful. His hand motions were acceptable and we could talk to each other through that. The trailer ended up being enclosed, which was an added bonus. We were thrilled that it was enclosed. We were pleased with it.

Montway was most responsive, and they had a good pricing for pick up when I needed them to. The day before the pick up, someone contacted me and I got an email and then the driver contacted me the day of. The initial quote was accurate.

Montway shipped my BMW 7 Series. The transport was fairly easy to set up. They match you with a dispatch, and then the dispatch takes over. So, in my case, the dispatch was in touch with the dealership. They also provide you with the phone number and some sort of way to contact the driver of the dispatch, and then also the company that is managing the dispatch. That was also fairly easy to manage. They did miss the pickup on the first occasion, but that was some misunderstanding between the dealership and the dispatch. The dispatch gave us a window of three days and the car wasn't ready to pick up yet. So, I got a phone call about that from Montway indicating that this was something that happens and they gave me an option to either pause the pickup or reschedule it. They didn't charge me any additional fees for the pickup. So, it was a fairly reasonable experience as far as the logistics are concerned.

My experience with Montway was mostly through email, but they had very fast response times. They asked for some information and I got it back to them. They were able to schedule pretty quickly. Then they kept us updated throughout the transport process. They also kept me notified when they were en route. I wasn't at the location, but they sent the information when they arrived. Then they sent pictures of the vehicle just to confirm it was at the drop-off location. It was good. I've used them a couple of times in the past. Their prices have been generally a little bit less than other companies I've searched.

Montway was available in the timeframe that I needed. The quote was a little high, but it was okay. I was satisfied with the customer service. I had someone meet them for the delivery, and it was fine.

I would recommend Montway. My experience was easy. All the competitors said, "Oh, I wouldn't use them. They're gonna say one thing and do another." I went, "Oh, okay. Well, I guess I'll find out." It never happened. The driver was fantastic. He kept me updated all throughout and he came early.

I use Montway all the time. They are on time. This time, the transport was from Saint Louis to Phoenix. They dropped the vehicle off at a location different to the home but I was charged what they said they would.

When my car wasn't running, I reached out to Montway, and everything went great. The driver let me know when they loaded the car, when it was coming, and how long it'd be there. He called a few times that day to let me know where he was at. He took the car to another Honda dealer for us, and it ended up being traded in.

I booked the transport online and got an immediate response through mail. The driver is good. The moment he picked up, I didn't hear anything from him but before the delivery, he called me. He got it where he promised me to collect it. The amount was on the higher side but the vehicle was delivered before time. I observed there were so many dots on my back side bumper though. That should have been taken care of.

It was wonderful with Montway. They were right on point and very thorough. The guy that dropped the vehicle off knew his stuff. I'm the type of guy who wants to help. But he told me I didn't have to do anything.

We bought a vehicle in West Virginia and we had it delivered here in Arkansas. We're in a cul-de-sac, and the driver parked on a through street, then he drove the vehicle to our house. It was a very painless experience, and the vehicle was very clean. I would recommend Montway.

Montway Auto Transport was okay, but watch out for the random fees that they charge you during pickups and drop-offs. They didn't give me any troubles the first time. That's why I didn't look into other companies and chose them. They called a day in advance before the delivery. I was free so I was able to be there when they delivered. But they kept adding extra fees, like where they added a fee for putting stuff in our car even though they said less than 100 pound is free. And for drop off, they added fees for how to drive in to the residential area that they couldn't drive the truck. $300 to $500. It's weird that those fees were negotiable. I was, “What? $300 for those?” And I just moved something. I didn't take it out. I moved it from one spot to the other spot, and the person decreased $200. So, “Oh, okay. Now, how about $100 or 150?” I didn't even take any stuff out.

The delivery was fine with the exception that the car cover that was on the car when it left Colorado didn't show up with the car. I complained to them and they said that was not covered by their quote insurance and they were not supposed to put the cover in the car. But my son said that they did. He saw it on the car before they closed the rear ramp. They refused to do anything about that. My complaints fell on deaf ears. I was not happy.

The sales process with Montway was pretty good. It was pretty informative. The rep talks to you and then they'll call you back. Montway said that I would see where the driver was, and it turned out that both times the car was transported, the drivers were within a day and a half to where they had to be picking them up and coming that way. So the car was moving in the same direction. The drivers were good. They were friendly, kind, and courteous, which you would expect. The quote was pretty close to reality. It was good, and you don't need the aggravation of looking for gas, putting up with traffic and detours.

The email correspondence with Montway was quick. Whenever I had a question, there was a quick turnaround. The carrier that they hired for our car was the best part because the driver was really very conscientious in giving us updates. He was very on top of communication. I was late when it was time for pick-up and the driver couldn't reach me. Our area was not accessible to the carrier. So, he parked farther away from our street. But he went to our house and rang the doorbell. So, that was how I knew that he was there already. The driver checked the car and made notations of its condition. He was very personable. When everything was done, he drove off with our car. When it was delivered, we weren't at our delivery address yet. So, I had to tell him to coordinate with our relatives, which he did, and it was a smooth delivery.

I was very grateful that Montway's team made the process super easy and great. I was really nervous about the whole process, but it was a great experience. My 2019 Jeep Wrangler was going from New Jersey to California. One of the things that was really hard was trying to time it so I would already be here in time to receive the car. I had to go to this other parking lot place because my building had nowhere for a car to be delivered to. The driver found a place that was relatively convenient.

Straightforward process. I was able to get a quote online, and I ended up calling and confirming the quote. Montway Auto Transport sent me an email, and I entered my card information. Once they confirmed who the driver was, they took the payment, and we proceeded with pickup. The driver gave me a heads-up on the day he would be there. He called to let me know two hours before he would arrive, and arrived at the right time. So, I was able to time it out well. Montway gave me the best price. You may have to just stay in communication regarding the timing of picking up the vehicle, because Montway Auto Transport uses multiple potential companies to pick up. So, it depends on when drivers are available. Ensure that it aligns with when you need the car picked up/dropped-off.

My girlfriend, who moved from California to Georgia, referred Montway to me to use for my godmother whom I was having to move from Kansas back to California. This was the first time I used a transport service and it was easy. They were fast and any time I sent a message or called, it was answered. I didn't have to wait. Customer service was easygoing. It was as if you were talking to your neighbor.

The driver called me the night before he arrived. He also called me the morning of the arrival. Everything was fine.

Two other companies gave me a low ball quote and they could never find a driver who was willing to drive for that amount. So, they kept pushing me off. When I finally got frustrated and cancelled, I called Montway. The rep gave me an honest quote and they were able to find someone willing to do it for that price quickly. The driver was great once he got here. But there wasn't much communication from when he left California until when he got to Connecticut. Other than that, everything was fine and I was pleased with their service. They were honest.

The driver drove off the pickup truck, and I signed his phone. It's a commercial truck, so it had to be on a semi-truck. Everything was fine.

Working with them was quick and easy. They were quick to respond and they gave me the information I needed. The driver communicated well and showed up when he said he was going to.

Setting up the service was easy and it was a fair price. I would use them again.

Montway's price was a little bit lower than a couple others that I looked at. When I talked to the person on the phone about the quote, one of the things I asked was, “If the price is gonna change for any reason or this quote actually pretty much in stone?” They said, “Hey, we're not gonna change the price.” That led me to think, “Yeah. Hmm. Okay. Well, if that's really the case, then…” So, I went with the, and it worked out great. The reps knew what they were doing and they executed it fine.

I liked Montway's price, the reviews, and the customer service representatives. Setting the transport up was seamless. It was all automated. I got email confirmations. Payment was easy, insurance was provided, and the driver was in touch with me immediately. He called me, texted me, and sent me pictures. It was great. My residential area is on the tighter side. So him and I coordinated, and I found a local shopping mall that had a big parking lot. He thought it would work. I sent him the map. He looked at it, and it worked perfectly. My Porsche 911 turbo came a little earlier than expected. The communication was great. The price was right, and there was a lot of care taken with my vehicle.

I looking for somebody to haul my car and Montway seemed like they were gonna be the fastest delivery. They gave me good coverage and I felt assured that they would do a good job. They answered every question I asked and they were there when I asked them to be there. They delivered the car faster than I thought they could and the driver was real competent. He told me when he was leaving, where he was gonna be, and when the car was gonna be there and he brought it to my exact location. Montway kept in touch with me all along. Before and after the transaction, they were there for me. Everything is a little bit steeper nowadays, but what they did for me in the time that they did it, the price was worth it.

The whole process with Montway went pretty smoothly. They were great because it was a weird situation where I had to meet them here and drive myself and jump on a flight two hours away from our meeting point. It was good that they stayed in contact with me. Their communication definitely helped.

Our driver Viktor was easy to communicate with and was very conscientious. Our vehicle arrived exactly on time. This was the best experience we have had with any car transport. We would highly recommend to others and we plan to use them again soon! Our transport was from Florida to Pennsylvania.

I like Montway's price and schedule. Setting up the transport was very easy. I gave them the dates I wanted the car picked up and the dates I'd be in town to receive it. There was a three-day pick-up window. It ended up being the exact date I gave them. The driver let me know the night before he was gonna be there in the morning. He called me in the morning and said he's en route and told me the exact time that he was expecting to be there. I met him at a church parking lot. I offered to meet him there. Our house was on a dead end and cul-de-sac, and he never could have turned around. Overall, it was a great experience.

My experience with Montway was not as comprehensive as it should have been because of the language barrier. They use a lot of overseas people. It's just the comprehension. Even though you may know English, it doesn't mean that you understand English. Other than that, it was quick and easy. The transport was from Tuscaloosa, Alabama to Cape Coral, Florida. They picked the car up on a Thursday evening, and it was at my sister's door on a Friday morning. So, it didn't take long at all. Communication with the driver was clear and very regular.

I had a coworker at the receiving end and they gave him the driver's contact information. I had a good experience with Montway. I got ahold of them and told them what I needed and when I would like to have it. They got back to me a little bit later and said when they would be coming by to pick the vehicle up. First time I'd ever done it and it seemed seamless. The vehicle even arrived there before their deadline. If I have to do that again, I’ll look them up again.

We're extremely happy with Montway. From the moment they picked it up to delivery, it was excellent. The driver was very helpful and nice. He spoke with my husband when he picked it up, and he even offered some extra that he could put things in the car and so on and transport in the car. Also, he let us know a couple of times where he had to drop it off because the truck was too big to drop it off at my daughter-in-law’s. He came up with a plan and was able to come closer. My daughter-in-law was impressed with how he helped and how he tried to make it the easiest transaction possible.

We were so happy with the service. The courier-drivers took pictures and examined the car. And they put the car on the lift and took it away. The transport was supposed to take two days. But the car was here before I got here. I told the driver what to do, and he did. It was flawless. I would recommend Montway Auto Transport to everybody that asks.

Montway gave me an exact date and schedule and it was seamless. I told the customer service reps that I need to transport a car from point A to point B and I needed to do it within this time frame. They gave me a date. They picked the car up on a Friday, and it got there the following day, which was Saturday. The driver did great. He did a full inspection, took photos and videos of everything, and loaded it on professionally. He was on time, too. As far as the final cost, it was similar to the initial quote I got. It was worth it because they gave me an actual time and day and they didn't say, "Well, we gotta call somebody and we'll let you know," and then a week went by and no response. They were on top of their game. If I had to do it myself, it would have been a 12-hour drive, and then I would have had to have other people help me to get that car and drive it. That would have been a mess. So, working with Montway was worth the money to me.

I already knew about Montway but I still looked at the prices of other ones just to compare. This was the second time I had worked with them and I shipped a Mercedes E350. Montway didn't communicate an update on a pickup time and it was just lucky that I was home when they were gonna pick it up. They confirmed it but they didn't let me know. I found out when the driver just showed up and I might have missed the pickup. So, that's the only glitch. They got the car back to my house even before I expected. So, that part was great.

I was satisfied with my experience with customer service reps at Montway as well as with the service. The vehicle was here within 48 hours from the time that it was quoted. I was waiting on the driver and I had gotten a call from him around the time that I was expecting him and he was letting me know that he would be here within a few minutes and he showed up on time.

We had to change the delivery date as well as the pickup date and the customer service reps from Montway accommodated that well. The quote was a little high but for the vehicle, I understand. It’s a Rolls Royce.

I've used Montway twice. The timing was exactly what they said.

Montway was very professional, understanding, patient, and kind. They walked me through the entire process and told me what to expect. They let me know once the driver was assigned and when my card was gonna be billed. The rep that I dealt with was very personable. It's one thing to call and talk and conduct business and be monotone, but it's another thing to call, conduct business, be professional, and then be personable, too. Also, the car arrived at its destination a lot sooner than I expected. Whatever Montway is gonna charge you, it's worth it. They're more reasonable than the other carriers, and they're professional and you don't have to worry. I'm gonna call them again because I'm probably gonna have another transport here in about another month or two.

I called Montway up and asked them for a quote for shipping my car from New Jersey to Florida. They gave it to me as well as the date they could pick it up and the date it should be delivered by. Everything was on time. The driver sent me a text message a day before he was dropping the car off. I was satisfied with the cost and the service.

I called a transport company and they said, “Let me get ahold of you later to give you a quote.” I had to wait several days. Montway was more receptive in the beginning. I did this over the internet and at first, I was uncomfortable about it. Montway responded right away and they were on it right away. The service cost a little bit more than what the other company wanted. But I needed to get this done right away. By the time the other company got back to me, I had already made the deal with Montway.

I asked for a quote and Montway left it there. I didn't get berated by calls and texts from them. They were also straight to the point and their quote was acceptable. I decided to execute shipping my car with them. I did a covered transport. They were in constant contact. All in all, I would use Montway because we didn't have any issues. Our car showed up just like it left. The driver was able to bring it directly to us and we had zero problems. We're really happy with the service.

The transportation was fine. The only problem was there was an oil leak of the car that was above my daughter's car on the transport vehicle and it leaked down to the car. And I had to pay $80 to get it cleaned up. Other than that, everything was on time, and the delivery was good to go. It was originally to take four days. Montway Auto Transport was on time.

I would recommend Montway Auto Transport. It's reliable. The rep was helpful on the itemization, changes, and schedule. They were very helpful. The driver was good too. He called me a couple of times. He told me the place, where he was or when he would come back. They pulled up the vehicle in front of my home and were on time.

Montway has a good reputation from what I researched and I liked their price. It was in line with a lot of other quotes that I received. I had them ship my SUV about 1,000 miles. Customer service was excellent. I had a very friendly gentleman who was down-to-earth and sincere. I thought that my vehicle would be safe with him. Once they arrived at the destination, they contacted me. The car was brought directly to the house. My family members they came out and met the gentleman. We definitely recommend using Montway.

I liked that I was able to just make one phone call to Montway and I didn’t need to get a trailer or do anything like that. They transported the car themselves. Customer service walked me through the process, got my information and everything that they needed from me. They then said somebody would call me when they were on their way and they did. In the end, the initial and final cost were the same.

I had Montway pick up a car from a relative's house in San Diego and bring it to me in Northern Alabama. I was satisfied. I asked when I called if I could get a military veteran discount and Montway knocked a little bit off so that was nice. The communication with the driver was good. He contacted me the day before he got in the area as well as right before he came to the area. Montway did a great job. The car carrier was extremely nice. My dad sent me pictures when they picked up the car and they liked the driver. He and his neighbor and the driver all talked and he was very professional. If I have any need to have a car hauled again, I would call Montway.

I was impressed with what Montway said that they do 50,000 cars a year and the write-ups were very good. There was enough to substantiate that they were credible. When I talked to the folks, I had a lot of problems because right away, they wanted to sell me. I told them I didn't know when the car was coming in and until then, I couldn't sign any kind of agreement that they were gonna do it. When it came in, I called back and said I was very picky because I was buying a $101,000 Corvette and I wanted a hard trailer. Everybody then began to give me the runaround that they could only do six and I said I didn’t want six cars in the trailer. I wanna pay for a two-car trailer and not to call me until they do. I never heard back so I called again and I got the dispatcher and he was very good. He said he would be back with me in 25 minutes. In 15 minutes, he had a carrier that was coming from Florida.

I used Montway a few months ago and it was a great experience. I called them and they were very prompt and responded quickly. The customer service was very good. They kept contacting me and made all the arrangements. The quote was very reasonable. The driver contacted me before the delivery of the vehicle and was very accommodating.

They were very thorough, detailed and returned calls as I was trying to figure out how to do this. Because I've never done it before. I was emailed or texted every six hours where they were at, what they were doing, and it went very well. I was super nervous and they made everything very comfortable. This was a 50-year-old car, and I've been trying to buy one for 20 years, so it was very important to me that it wasn't scratched and it was well taken care of. The details were important and they did an excellent job.

Setting up transport with Montway was very easy and quick. The original pickup was at my house through a neighborhood street, and then the drop-off was at my work. They said it would take about four to five days. But it only took three days. My drop-off location was supposed to be at the hotel and they were able to change the location. They were very patient with trying to find where I was to drop it off. The vehicle was all in one piece and they really took care of it. They communicated a lot, too.

Their price was reasonable and their customer service was good. The rep was really friendly. I didn't wanna make a decision right then, so he reached out after to see if I had any questions or concerns. It was really easy and cool.

The driver met me as soon as I got to Georgia. I was told five to seven days and he got to Georgia in three days. It was a fantastic experience. It was well worth it. I was so satisfied that I referred one person and that person used Montway as well.

I like that Montway has more availability for my area. They were concise and on time. The quote was good. It had some variability due to gas pricing. We called a couple weeks prior, and the rep didn't know the exact price of the gas in the future. There was a little cushion in there and it was accurate. For the pick-up, the driver called and asked me to meet at a larger facility a couple miles from my house. I told him I couldn't get there. He said, "No worries, we'll just come straight to your house." They came with a large vehicle down my street and loaded the vehicle at my house. But the person who received the vehicle wasn't happy that they came at 10:30 at night. The inconvenience of dropping it off super late was the only problem.

Montway said the transport would take within 7 days, but it ended up being 10 days which was still reasonable for me. The driver met me in a parking lot at a shopping center and unloaded the truck. We both inspected it then I paid him. It was simple.

He dropped the car off later in the night and told me why. He communicated with me very well on whenever he would be there and around where we would meet. Montway was definitely fantastic. The rep that helped me set up the transport was very good. The driver was fantastic too. They always let me know when they would expect to be here and where we would have to meet up. Everything was great. The timing was fantastic. When they dropped the car off, they went all the way around, inside and out, took pictures of the vehicle. They were really good. I was a little afraid. I was like, "You gotta give somebody your credit card number and this and that." It was only a small deposit, and then when the vehicle was delivered, I paid cash. I felt safe without being afraid that my money was gonna be taken. They have a good system.

I used Montway almost a year ago when I was moving out to California and I needed an auto transport, and then I had a great experience then. So, I repeated the experience this summer. It went great. The pickup was a little bit challenging because there was a delay in pickup. The timing was difficult because you would get a range of a certain amount of hours to pick up the vehicle. But overall, very good communication. Same with the delivery. The driver at the end was able to deliver it earlier and very much communicated back to me over the phone and gave me a time frame.

I needed to transport a car from Michigan to Southern California. I used Montway and they were professional. True to what they proposed, there were no surprise fees. The pickup went as promised and they asked that the car be brought to a big public parking lot so their truck wouldn't have any problems navigating the neighborhood. Then it was dropped off at a depot in Southern California and the car was towed to my house. I had no contact with the driver at all other than the tow truck person who delivered the car to my house. The cost seemed appropriate and fair. I highly recommend the service.

I shipped a Hummer out of Florida for around 300 miles or so thru Montway. They honored the quote they gave me and it was a reasonable price. The driver was very helpful and I ended up giving him a nice tip. He delivered the car on his truck. But the battery was dead and it wouldn't start. So he took it back. Then I bought some batteries the next day and he helped me put the batteries in so we could get it off the truck, and drove it up to my storage place. I’ve moved probably four cars with them. I moved one from Atlanta to Pennsylvania. I moved one from Arizona to Georgia. My experience with Montway was professional and pleasant.

I liked how fast Montway did the movement from the time they picked up my vehicle. They were right on time then it took them eight days to transport it from Connecticut to California. I was pretty pleased with the price, too which was the same as the quote I was given.

I needed to get the car to Florida and the rep said that he could do it in the time window that I wanted, and he gave me a fair quote. The transport was from Tenafly, New Jersey to The Villages, Florida. It was picked up on Monday and I had it on Wednesday evening. Everything was fine. I was satisfied.

We had one vehicle at that time that needed to be picked up and transported. We were at the hotel at a specific time after we moved all of our possessions out of our house that day. The moving van came, picked up our goods, left. We cleaned up the house, we left, went to the hotel, and Montway Auto Transport met us there. They were very agreeable and flexible because our window for pickup was small. They picked up the vehicle, and the next morning, we got an Uber and went to the airport. Everything worked very well together.

I see where Montway transit is on your preferred vendor list, so this review might not get posted. We went with Montway because of the positive reviews. Received many emails from them until they requested an extra $100.00 from us. The trucking company that they say requested more money never showed up. Car wasn’t picked up until the following week when we had already left the pickup site. Asked them for an explanation and never received any.

We hired Montway to transport one of our vehicles across the country. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional. They told us they would be picking up the vehicle on one day and ended up getting it 6 DAYS LATER! We phoned frequently which only led to more frustration and to top it off the language barrier was horrendous. They were given SPECIFIC delivery instructions in which they completely disobeyed; in fact after dropping the car on the road they left the key in plain site in which anyone could have walked by and stolen the vehicle. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!

The vehicle was delivered earlier than expected. The quote was reasonable and was no additional changes were made upon delivery. Beast Transportation [**] was used as the carrier. The guys were courteous and very personable. I'd highly recommend both Montway and Beast.

When I talked to Montway in the past, it was like they were in an office by themselves and we had very good conversations. But when I called this time, they had to call me back and it appeared to be from a call center. It was very difficult to understand the rep and the volume was bad. Plus there a lot of other voices in the background. Other than that, communication was fine and the delivery of my vehicle worked out very well. I got it in very good condition.

My experience with Montway was very simple and straightforward, and I would do it again. The process was described, and they answered my questions clearly. I booked for three different cars and it was a bit expensive, but the quote matched what they charged. I scheduled them to be separate, so there were three different pick-ups and delivery times and the communication was great with all three drivers. They kept the communication going and showed up when they were supposed to.

The move went pretty smoothly. It was just that there wasn't lot of information about the tracking. I didn't know until the car was almost there that there actually was a little link in the bill of lading that we could click that gave a real-time tracking of where the car was. Other than that, everything went as planned. I had a good experience.

The car came covered in bugs, but that’s to be expected.

They responded to every single email and called me on the phone. They set the move up and I showed up for the mover to pick up my car. I was really nervous because it was a lot of money. The movers couldn't even speak English and they would send me messages not in full sentences. But the two Ukrainian brothers who did the move were super sweet and nice. I felt at ease. They picked up my car and delivered it on time and in perfect condition. They kept in touch with me and nothing was stolen from the stuff that was in the car. Plus, they did not overcharge me or alter the fee.

Working with Montway was awesome every step of the way. They didn't bug the crap out of me like everybody else did. We even had to delay the move because of unexpected circumstances and they just said, "No problem. Just let us know when you have a date." They gave us parameters for what we could put in the vehicle.

The original thing was set up for four or five days. They got it there in two days because they drove straight through. We had the driver drop off at the apartment complex that we were renting in Traverse City. So, he dropped it off just where I told him to. And we found the car there when we came. So, it was seamless. The guy with the drivers were nice. And every time I talked to somebody from Montway, they were very courteous and prompt.

I called Montway and setting up the transport with them was very easy. I just didn't hear from anyone for a long time. So, I didn't know if my car was being picked up. I used the online search chat feature, and that worked really well. They said, "Oh, yeah. No one will reach out to you yet. Someone will reach out to you like by this date. So everything is totally normal." That was very reassuring.

My first time having a vehicle, let alone a 61 year old classic, moved across country. A friend recommended Montway, but I also read reviews and called three different companies. We needed to transport a car from Michigan to California, and Montway was recommended by a prior customer of theirs. The cost was fair. Setting up the transport was quick, easy and convenient. They said the transport would take five days, and it took four days. The dispatcher and the driver were both very cordial on the pickup and the drop-off. They told us they would pick the car up at a shopping center parking lot that was very convenient to our house. It’s less than a mile away. They picked it up late in the afternoon. I told them where I was. It's an empty section of the parking lot, and they picked up my car and another car.

I had a car shipped from Hawaii to the mainland by Montway and everything went well. When I got to the actual day of shipping the car, there was some type of snafu and they didn't have the record. It was really strange and it was upsetting at the time. But they fixed it in a matter of moments. I was impressed by the fact that even though there was an issue, they fixed it. Also, I love the driver. He communicated with me and we made a plan about where he could drop off the vehicle.

I moved out of Illinois and I went to Texas and I was transporting my vehicles. At the last minute, I added one extra car because I didn't wanna drive it and they were pretty reasonable. They added $700 to the original quote and it was within my budget. I was happy with it. I had five vehicles, four of which are antiques, that had to be transported and I wanted to make sure it was done in an enclosed transport, which I was able to get with Montway.

The guy who met me here in California was awesome. My car was fine. Montway was very good.

I had to transport an SUV from New York to Phoenix. I did an online quote with Montway and they called me to verify everything. Then it was pretty much smooth and straightforward. They answered all my questions, and were very professional and experienced. I also liked the timing and I didn't experience any single issue. Because it was the summertime, the quote was little bit higher than I expected, but it was fair and reasonable. Also, the delivery was perfect. I was worried because even though they gave me a date, nobody contacted me in terms of the pick-up time. So, I had to contact them the day before. They said the transport was going to take three days but there was a flexibility, depending on the company. In the end, they said it would be delivered on Saturday, which was the third day, and they delivered as promised.

We keep going back to Montway because they're efficient. It's also convenient and the pricing is fine. My experience with them this time was like clockwork.

He got there a little before 11:00, and he had an empty truck. I was the first one on. Everything went great.

I scheduled when I wanted to drop the vehicle off, and they let me know of certain things that were going on or when it got there and left port and then got on to a vehicle to come here to Pennsylvania. I was here for the pickup and it was simple.

Customer service was all good. They were very helpful with getting precise pricing. They explained the differences between getting the car shipped enclosed or not enclosed and the difference in pricing. They broke down different options that were available and they were very on par with the delivery timeframe. The car was shipped faster than the timeline they gave, so that was even better. The transport was from Oakland, Illinois, which is a Chicago suburb to Henderson, Nevada, which is outside of Vegas.

Montway transferred the car in the vessel from Kauai to California and then the transport company picked it up and I got it in Florida. The transfer part of the vessel was perfect. It was just the transport of the car because even my battery was dead. They must have left the window open because the side of my door was all wet and everything too. And it didn't happen with the BMW, just on the Lexus. Also, the transfer people put the Lexus underneath a car that was leaking a ton of oil and it got it all over my car. The driver said to just wash it and it should be fine. But it took more than just washing it.

I've used Montway before and the service is easy. The reps are awesome. When you call the first time, they’ll give you a direct line. So you just deal with that one agent throughout the whole transaction. In other places, you gotta start all over again when you call back. My fiancée was moving from Washington State to South Carolina and the communication with the driver was perfect. I had a last-minute issue come up. So I had to move the appointment and they had no issue.
