Their customer service was very helpful. They set up the transport pretty much right away, gave me a good quote for what it would be, and offered me a timeline. Also, they gave me a call back number, which was helpful. They arranged for my mother, who lives in Maryland, to pick up the car on the receiving end before I got there and my mother said the delivery went smoothly.

Montway was very easy to work with and they answered all my questions. I drove the vehicle to the port and turned it in to the driver there. Then, I picked it up in Hawaii with no problems.

My Porsche 911 Turbo needed to go from Chicago to Naples, Florida so I went online and the overall reviews for Montway were awesome. I booked it and I had no problems. They did a great job and they picked up and delivered the vehicle when they said they would. Also, the price was right where I wanted it. I'll use them again if I move the car back up here.

Montway was very responsive and the quote was reasonable -- cheaper than driving the vehicle myself. Also, the driver was very good and flexible. They told me when they would deliver it and they delivered it when they said they would. It was a good experience overall.

Montway was able to get me a quote quickly. It was easy online and I was able to reach someone live. The rep was an awesome person and was really helpful and flexible. I do have one issue that we're working on, where they double charged my credit card and they don't have a record of that. They're trying to work out the accounting on that now.

This is the second time I've used Montway and I've done well with them. Their price was a little higher than some of the other places but they were highly recommended. I still went with them and I'm happy I did. Their customer service is excellent and they were very attentive to my needs. They answered all the questions I had and they took care of us. We had to make a switch in the last minute and they took care of it for me.

Montway is trying to slip out of a driver damage claim that I've been after for six months. The driver smashed our car right into the back of a car on his transporter and we had eyewitnesses. As soon as he got down from the carrier, he just drove off and fled the scene. I've been trying to get Montway to do something and they do nothing. They just duck out of it and say they're just a broker. I've reached out to everything they have with no response and no callbacks. My customer right now is getting hung with a $2,000 damaged car because they don't have the balls to do anything. I've done 20 or 30 transports this past year with Montway and this has ruined my opinion of them.

We are happy with Montway. I had a good experience with their customer service. We weren't sure about the pick-up date until it was getting closer to it 'cause they were trying to find a driver. That seemed a little not as organized to us, but it all worked out fine. The vehicle also came in earlier than they originally said. The cost was reasonable too.

Everything was awesome in my experience with Montway. They let me put stuff in my back seat, which was not something many of the other places offered. That was a huge plus for me 'cause I didn't have enough to get a moving van. But I had too much to ship it there. I had a bunch of breakable stuff and I didn't wanna put it through that. It was very helpful getting to put it in my car and move it.

Working with Montway was straightforward. It's like, "This is what the cost is for a cross-country move. This is what the rules are. You can have some things in the car, but only up to this amount. And we'll give you a date and a driver when it's closer to your time.” They probably have a pool of people they contact. So, I didn't know who was moving the car until three to five days before the transport. The good thing I really liked about them was that the person who picked up the car is the person who's delivering it. There are no trade-offs. It was gonna go directly from where you dropped it off, where they picked it up, and then to your home.

I would highly recommend Montway. They did everything they said. What they quoted was what I paid. The transport went exactly as it was planned, and the driver was really very good.

The driver was on time and friendly, and he was very hard-working too. He had a lot of cars he had to deal with. I saw him working and he did a good job. Overall, Montway was excellent, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had my vehicle transported from Maryland to Hawaii and working with Montway was easy and straightforward. The quotes and the price I paid were fair. The transport took around five weeks from the date of the initial pickup to the vehicle being delivered into Hawaii. The experience was perfect and I don't have any criticisms whatsoever.

We used Montway coming down to Florida, and everything was perfect. The transport was scheduled to take about three days, but they allotted five. My son-in-law said everything went fine during pickup, and he had absolutely no complaints. Also, we had to change cars as well as the date, and the final price was acceptable.

My experience with Montway was good. I got my vehicles transported safely and the driver arrived on time. They gave me a couple of days on when it was gonna arrive and pickup days and delivery. They asked if they could inspect the vehicles and if the vehicles were ready. They had me sign the documents and made sure everything was okay. The vehicles were dropped off at a tow truck company and they handled the delivery. They held my vehicles for five days until I moved over to the state where I had the vehicles transferred. It was free of charge. When it was time for me to receive the vehicles, he made sure everything was good. The cost was fair too. I didn't regret choosing the company at all. I didn't think it was overpriced or underpriced.

The transport was from Detroit to California, and setup was easy. I got there and luckily, I was across from the mall, so there was a big parking lot. We had a lot of room to transport the vehicle. The truck driver also kept in contact and even waited for me to be there on time. He told me what time he was gonna be there, then I told him what time I could make it. He was willing to wait for an hour, and that was enough for me. Everything was good.

I called two or three companies and Montway was the most responsive and their price was all within reason. I transported my vehicle with them and I didn't have to deal with their customer service much because it was so simple. We used them a second time to deliver our second car that we didn't even think we were gonna move down. The guy who brought our first car brought the second car down, too, and he was great.

My wife and I travel for extended periods of time and it's easier to transport our car to where we're going. I've used Montway in the last two years and I was very happy with them. They were very easy to work with and whatever they promised, they delivered and I like that. Their quote was fair and they stuck to what they said. I'd like it to be less, but so would everybody else. It was a little more this year, but I didn't want there to be any chance for the receiving end, since it was my brother-in-law who was receiving the car, that they would end up having to write a check or give money to a driver. I wanted to pay it all upfront and that made the price go up a couple 100 bucks and I'm not sure why that's the case. But the car was delivered and they didn't have any problem with it. We'll be using Montway again in April and I hope to continue to use them as long as the service works out.

I have a winter home in Florida and we needed to transport the car there from New York. The Montway rep I spoke to was a very nice gentleman. He told me about their different price levels and I found one that suited me. We made the arrangements for the pickup and towards the very end when it was time for the pickup, he said that the carrier that they wanted to use was gonna charge $50 more and he still thought that he could find another carrier. But at that point, I didn't want to get caught up with not having the car picked up and being there on time. I was charged $50 more than the original quote but service-wise, it was worth the extra $50.

I shipped a small SUV and a minivan through Montway. It was good enough that I chose them as my transportation company. I liked their port-to-door pricing. I needed my vehicles dropped off at my door and they had the best pricing to do that. The customer service experience was fine. There was some mix-up where we had to change our plan. So, we tried to see if we could change some things up with Montway. The confusion was really on our end. So, we got it cleared up and things ended up working out fine. A printed bill of lading would be good for when they delivered the car.

I called a couple of companies and Montway was the one that said they could transport our convertible and do it with an interior transport. Also, they were not concerned about the add-on luggage rack that we had put on the car. I went with them and at the beginning of the process, it was a bit confusing because I had two or three different estimates emailed to me based on the same requirement and the same request that I had submitted. Then, after I selected one of them, I still kept getting communication based on the other estimate. It was almost as if multiple people were looking at my request.

There was a lot of communications with Montway as far as forms I had to fill out. There were forms for the transport and for the shipping that had to be done all online, and we had to make sure all the payments have gone through. Then I got a call from the driver that he would be coming by, and it was good because they said there was a two-week window. Within the first week, I got a call. He came over. I had two vehicles shipped. He took pictures of both vehicles before he put them on the trailer. Then we talked quite a bit about what they do. He put them on the trailer and secured both of them.

I used Montway before and I was happy. I needed to get my car from Missouri to Florida so I went back to them. The guy who picked up the car was wonderful, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very polite. When they picked up the vehicle, they were able to come into my neighborhood because we didn't have any trees or poles. They parked at the back of our house. We drove the car around and we went through everything with the driver and he took a video of the car. He loaded it up, and it started to rain and I went inside. The car was in Florida when we got here on New Year's Eve. The quote was okay too. I would recommend Montway. I recommended them to another neighbor here and they transported his car back to New Jersey last year.

The driver met my mom and he was cordial with us. I was on the phone with his wife. She was helping to coordinate everything to keep me updated on the progress and the status of the delivery of the vehicle. The pickup was in Montgomery, Alabama and the drop-off was in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was supposed to take a projected three days and it ended up being roughly three days. The driver was efficient. It was a total of at least 1,000 miles and he managed to expedite it some way. He pulled up in front of my new home. He rolled the vehicle off the ramp and pulled into the driveway. There were a couple of noted scratches. But he was very professional in having noted any scratches that he noticed prior to driving the vehicle and picking it up. The quote was reasonable too. I was pleased with it.

The transport from New York to Florida took about five days. I was disappointed at the point of arrival because I wasn't there to receive the car. They got there too soon. They told me they would be on the day of or the day after and they were there two days early. Luckily, I had someone there to pick up the car. But the fellow who picked up the car was very good. The people that were here told me that he couldn't come down my street ‘cause it was too big. So he had to park about a block away. Somebody drove the car to him and he picked up my car and drove it back to the house. The vehicle came in good shape too.

I had a great experience with Montway from start to finish. They have good follow-through. Their website seems to be a good business. It has good feedback from clients. It gave you all the information you needed. They also returned my call quickly. If I had a question and I called the Montway office, they were there to answer the call. They showed good service skills. I also had the number of the driver and I was able to contact him. I was also happy with the quote they provided. The rate was very fair because it was an open transporter. I had a friend drive the car down and his expenses were far more than Montway's. It was a very good thing for me to do. They were also very nice to deal with. I'm gonna use them again to take the car up back north.

It took a while to get one phone call but Montway answered my questions. I was calling almost every week and they told me they got it under control. I felt confident. My driver was fantastic. He saw how concerned I was to see how he loaded my Jeep up there. He was very patient ‘cause I was standing there, groaning the whole time he was driving it up there. The truck got here before we did. I had a friend waiting for the driver. They called me and said they'd be here in an hour. I called my friend and he was there, got the keys and brought it here to our condo. It worked out perfectly. The payment was easy. We had shipped our vehicle same distance a couple years ago. It was comparable to what the increase in prices are from several years ago to today. I have referred at least two people to Montway.

I am extremely happy with the service Montway provided. When I needed my car to be transported to a different state. My car was taken care and delivery with care. I take good care cars. I feel that the people involved in the process of transporting my car were very careful and responsible. The drive was very professional and accommodating. I would give him a 5 stars plus.

I checked around first and decided on Montway due to all the positive reviews, and I’m glad I did. When I talked to the representative we went through all the details of how my bike would be secured and transported, also pricing. I decided on from my door in Everett Washington to their receiving location in Phoenix Arizona. They picked up my bike on time and at my location, the driver was professional and he inspected my bike for any imperfections, and I took pictures. He then filled out a invoice that had prints of the different sides of a motorcycle. He was unable to note any preexisting damage, I’m proud to say my bike is in near perfect condition. He then let me drive it up on the motorcycle pallet and he secured the bike to the pallet, being careful not to damage the bike he loaded the bike on an enclosed truck and away he went.

Excellent door-to-door service. Car arrived a few days after pick up. The driver was courteous and experienced. He stated some of the cars on the carrier were owned by repeat customers. I paid an extra $100 in order to fill up the back seat. My car arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely use Montway again if the occasion should arise.

Very happy with the two gentlemen who delivered my car. They were actually ahead of schedule. Highly recommend Montway. At first, I was skeptical about using your company because I have never heard of your company while living in Hawaii. Pretty much everyone in Hawaii uses other companies, too many to list but noticeably recognize by locals and recommended by friends and family members. Absolutely the best! Shipped 3 cars out here in Florida from WA. Great service with both dispatch and driver. Car arrived just as it loaded. I have shipped my car cross country multiple times and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Montway is expensive. I paid a premium over other businesses because of the advertised promptness of pickup and delivery. Unfortunately they failed in both respects. The pickup was delayed by 1 day and the transport time was extremely delayed. Even ignoring the late pickup, the delivery was late. They advertised 7-9 days when I paid. It took 13 days. No one would address my concerns during transport and I got no response when asking about the delayed pickup or 4 day late delivery. The driver refused to do door to door pickup or delivery even though I have easy street access at both locations. To top it off the car was delivered filthy and missing a half tank of gas with no explanation. Don't pay the premium, use a cheaper service as Montway is clearly not worth the extra money.

I had a great experience, I called them on Thursday night to book it, they found a driver on Friday, he picked up the car Saturday morning in MA and delivered it Monday morning to FL. Smooth and easy process, and no damage to the car. Everyone communicated effectively and were very responsive.

Montway did a great job. I've been using them the last few times. I use them every year, taking my car to North Carolina and bringing it back to Florida. Normally, the transport is quick, but one time, it took four days, when it should have taken two, because the truck broke down. Besides that, the drivers are very nice. Sometimes, Montway has guys that speak English, but then they give a driver that can't speak English. Still, it works out and they do a good job. I'm not complaining. I haven't had a problem with Montway, and I'm gonna use them again.

I would recommend Montway Auto Transport to anybody. I dealt with them and they picked the truck up when they were supposed to. They also had it here when they were supposed to. There were nine cars on the carrier that the driver brought and dropped off in other places. It took a week. I wasn't in a rush, so it worked out perfectly.

Also, the driver was good at communicating, very friendly, and provided me with frequent updates along the way. I appreciated that. And he delivered the car a day earlier than scheduled.

I had a tough timetable because I couldn’t have the driver come too early and deliver because I was coming from Pennsylvania to Florida. I wouldn't be down in Florida in time to take the call. So, it was needed to be scheduled properly. And it was. It was right on time. It was a good experience all the way around. Everything worked swimmingly. Plus, the cost was reasonable.

I liked the response by Montway Auto Transport, and I decided to go with them. Also, the quote was in the ballpark of the others that I inquired about. Montway was $15 more. But I liked the way they handled it, so I went with them. There were a couple of technical problems. But there was one particular woman. She was the dispatcher. I ran into a couple of questions. And she was extremely helpful until the day the movers came. When they said they would come on such date within a window, I needed to know accurately. There were some issues with them reaching me on my cell phone. Other than that, it went smoothly.

The quote was more expensive than some of them. But anyone willing to ship my car from Reno to Tennessee for 500 bucks seemed too good to be true. The driver sent me a tentative date on when they will pick up the car. We did the inspection and he drove it up. I flew to my destination and the next day, the car was there and I finished off the rest of the payment. It was easy. He was contracted but he was great.

I moved from Florida to Massachusetts and the vehicle came on the day I flew in. It was perfect. The driver had my number and I had his. I told him what was happening, that I was flying in that morning. The delivery was not easy because where my sister lives is a dead end street that's not blocked. I waited at the end of the street and I stood there until he came. He was able to just pull up on the side of the road rather than come down the street, which would have been disastrous. He got the car off within a matter of minutes, we signed the papers, and we waved goodbye. Montway was amazingly patient with me and they were always pleasant. I always had one guy I could talk to and it worked out beautifully. They were all delightful to deal with.

I've used Montway Auto Transport many times and I will continue to do that. It has always been a good experience. It's easy to schedule with them. And their transport team is friendly and communicative, and no damage to the cars. Also, the cost is very reasonable. The most recent was I shipped a car from Kansas City to Arizona. It arrived today early, which was excellent. That is consistent.

Montway Auto Transport did a great job by comparison to the other company that I've used. So, I would use them again. I contacted Montway, they contacted me. I paid them a deposit. I'm good at communicating with people that use English as a second language. There was a limited English language-speaking crew that came to me, and that's fine for me. They communicated very clearly. And they did a good job. After completion of delivery, I paid them in Montana. They were fast. The car came undamaged. So, it was a good experience. I was happy to pay them.

I spend the winter in Utah, so I transport my car out and back and Montway has always been very good to work with. They're very professional and they've picked up and delivered my car on time. I've never had a bit of damage and the drivers have always been professional. I would encourage others if they had a need to use Montway.

The transport was very smooth. It was without incident and they were very efficient and flexible on the pickup and prompt on the return. It was good service, and sufficient.

Scheduling the transport with Montway took a while because you gotta line up the trucks going from one place to another. So it took about three weeks to get it done. But it was handled well. The only thing that I had to adjust to was where we were having it shipped to was California from Iowa and we wanted it delivered after we got to California, and they delivered it before we got there. And that has to do with the truckers that they have to use. I understand the scheduling situation. But I had to get a friend of mine to go down and monitor that and take the car. My friend also had to pay Montway and the driver.

We originally had the car at my apartment but depending on the day, I was able to change it to my workplace. The driver came and we took pictures all around the edge of the car to make sure if there were any dings, we could inspect it. Papers were signed and he loaded the car and went on his way. The driver was helpful. I informed him that I had an AirTag in my car to track just how it was going on the way. He was completely fine with that and told me about one of his experiences with it. The last time I got the car shipped from Texas to California, I was expecting it to take five to seven days, which is why I sent it a week in advance. And it was delivered in three days. Montway is super quick, easy and reliable.

Setting up transport with Montway is all very easy. We set it up over the phone. They were also on time. They picked the vehicle up one day and delivered it the next.

I worked with Angel and he was very helpful. The drop-off of my vehicle was fine. The driver found a spot out on the road because it was hard in our community maneuvering. He was very nice. It was quick and easy.

Their customer service is good. They are responsive. From the time I inquired about the delivery of the car, everything went smoothly. Montway directly connected me to the guy who transported my car. I'd never shipped a car before, so I was wary about passing my keys off to some random person. But it was a good experience at the end of the day. I went with an open transport. The quote was quite reasonable. I also had the business number of the driver. I was able to text or call. I hope they can start to implement a tracking system where I can just look online though.

Setting up transport with Montway was good. Montway did a very good job except when they said the vehicle was gonna take a week but it took almost two weeks and a couple of days. They put it on to a secondary carrier and it took a while to come here. But they kept me informed all the time. Everything was fine.

The quote was good and the cost ended up being a little bit lower. Also, the car got dropped off about five days early and the driver communicated well. He was really good.

They told me when they were gonna have it and then they told me when they had it and delivered it on time. The service cost $1,500, which was pricey, but it's taking an expensive car and driving it in a truck all the way across the country. Everything was fine, and I made the decision that they're gonna do the return shipping of my car back to Oregon when my stay here in Florida is up.

And they were great. They contacted the driver, got back to me and told me exactly where he was and what time I should be in the location where we were meeting, and he was there.

The guy I dealt with at Montway was Jared and he was extremely professional. I felt pretty confident that we were gonna get good service. The driver was okay. When he picked up the car in Maine, he was in contact with us sort of sporadically and eventually told us he would meet us at the parking lot that I arranged for him to go to. He told me he would be there at a specific time and he was about 15 minutes late but loading the vehicle on the auto transport went smoothly.

It was a little hard to communicate in the beginning. I don't know if I was calling at a bad time or not. But I was able to figure things out and things got easier as time went on. Everything went perfect. The car was fine and it was easy enough to pick it up and get it.

I talked to the driver when he came to pick up the bike. He was very friendly and professional. He notified me when he arrived and delivered the bike, and that was the planned time. However, Montway Auto Transport's quote was more expensive than HaulBikes. So, when I saw that, I hesitated. But since it looked like it would be quick and quality service, I thought, “Okay. Let's do this.” I was not happy about the price, but the combination of quality of service and speed of delivery was worth it. I'm thinking of having a few bikes transported again. I'll probably also get a quote from Montway. That means I'm happy enough with the service that I'm considering requesting their service again.

Montway was really good. They picked up the car at the right time and they delivered it the day after we arrived. So, it was fantastic. I was totally thrilled with the service. I talked to the driver and he told me to be there the day after we arrived, and it was perfect timing. So, it all worked out well.

Montway is precise. They're very flexible in terms of trying to pin down a date. We always have a little trouble with the window, but they're accurate on getting you the date you want to be picked up. The first time, I was a rookie, but the second time, I knew exactly what to do and everything went off without a hitch. Once you understand what they're doing, it's very efficient.

The initial people that help you out and get you set up are great. But the drivers are way different. I had a driver. I told him that my Camaro was a '96 which I hadn't driven in two years because I was deployed. But my buddy was driving it to work every day. The guy said he went to pick it up but it wouldn't start. I thought it was the battery. I sent my buddy the money and he went and got a battery. The guy told my buddy, "If you can get the car started in 45 minutes, I'll come back and pick it up. I'm gonna just go to this other pick-up location." Then the driver called my buddy instead of me being the guy that's paying for everything. He told him that Montway pulled out of the deal so he couldn't pick the car up.

It was a very smooth process with Montway. I went to their website and requested the estimate from there. They sent me a written estimate and called shortly after to try to make sure I was gonna get locked in. They also were willing to negotiate over the phone. They knocked a little money off. There was great communication. They showed up on time and there was no damage to the vehicle. Other people might complain because English wasn't the driver's first language, but he did well. I was impressed by his trailer 'cause mine is a classic sports car and it sits very low. He had the right trailer to where it allowed everything to clear. It was still very tight though, him getting it off.

I talked to a couple other agencies but no one could promise an exact date. They were waiting for the people that would transport the vehicle to be in the area. Montway did the exact thing to me, which I wasn't too happy about. At the very end, I was still worried that it wasn't gonna happen. I was flying on a plane to Florida on an early Saturday morning. Montway couldn't guarantee me that the carrier would be there by Friday. That was frustrating to me. I kept saying, "If you can't guarantee me they won't be there by Friday, then I won't be there. I have to make special arrangements for somebody to be there." That felt like a lot of runaround. I had to make so many phone calls. I had so many other things I had to worry about. For me to have to worry about that too was awful.

We had a fantastic experience with Montway. We had a Corvette transported from Ohio to Rancho Cucamonga. It was in an enclosed vehicle. The price was fair. They did everything they said they were gonna do. They communicated very well. They called when they said they were gonna call. They picked the vehicle up when they said they were gonna pick it up and called me when they were close out here so we could anticipate when it was gonna arrive. They delivered the vehicle the day before they said they were going to. I was pleasantly surprised at that. We're gonna be transporting vehicles again when we relocate down to Texas, and I will likely use Montway for that. I'll benchmark everybody else, if I do a lot of these, against this experience.

I would recommend Montway highly. They gave me a price and stuck to that price. They told me what the situation would be. It was nerve-wracking 'cause they didn't have somebody identified yet. But they had said they'd contact me a few days before. Sure enough, they did and it all worked exactly as they said it would work. But they weren't great at keeping me posted as to exactly when the vehicle was going to arrive. The driver arrived a little bit late and it was also nerve-wracking when he was picking up the car. It wasn't huge, but we were trying to get out of the house.

I spoke to several reps when they were trying to arrange transportation, and they were very nice. However, in order to get someone to transport my car, they said they needed an extra 200. I was surprised because some of the other companies had comments on their site that they raised prices, but I never saw that on Montway's site, and yet, they raised the price of the quote at the last minute. That was upsetting. Besides that, the service and the car were fine. They brought the car here, unloaded it, and drove away.

It was a couple of years ago during COVID, and it was really a problem trying to schedule it, but we figured that was because of COVID. This time, we were coming down to Florida for several months, and we didn't wanna rent. Montway gave us a range, and we told them we were gonna be down there a certain day. It worked out really well. The pick-up point was East Lansing, Michigan, and we scheduled the transport quite a while in advance (at least a month), then as we got closer to the date, they were really good in accommodating us. They were wonderful.

Also, Montway's price was stationary. A lot of the others, they quote you one price and you get ready to do it then they say there are extra surcharges.

He drove the car up to where you come in my gate. I paid him and took my car. That was the first time I had the car transported down. We contacted them online to set up the move, and then they called me through online chat, and we set up everything. Then, they called me to set up the delivery and where we should meet. I just drove my car up there. They just took pictures, wrote a few notes, and then signed. The delivery was very accurate. The driver called me first and then I told him to call me an hour before he got to the destination so I could drive there, and everything went according to that. Overall, everything went very smoothly.

I used Montway to transport my Lexus when I went from Ohio to Chino Hills, California and everything was perfect. There was no damage to my car and the price I paid was 800. When I got ready to leave Las Vegas to come back home here to Ohio, I called the same company and it cost me 1,300 because I paid an extra $100 to put my car on top of the truck because if a car leaked, it was going to leak on my car, and I didn't want that. I also got some stuff in the back seat and if the drive was going to sleep somewhere, it would be hard for my car to be vandalized.

Montway did as they said. They came to my home and got my car. They shipped it across the country to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I met them at the Home Depot about seven miles away because I live on windy streets and they couldn't get their big truck down here. So that was fine. The guy was super cordial and nice. I thanked him for taking good care of my car and that was it. Everything with them went really smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I called to get a quote from Montway long before I bought the car and it took a month to get everything in order. They kept calling and emailing me and I told them I was going to ship with them and to leave me alone. And they did. They were good about that. The actual transport went glass smooth. The drivers communicated when they were picking the car up. I talked to the driver who got delayed in Indianapolis for some reason and I understood that so that didn't irritate me. Then, I heard from the driver when he was about a day away, letting me know that he was on his way and everything was well. He showed up and without my even knowing it, put the car in my driveway and knocked on the door. I was highly impressed. Montway did a very good job. The final price was reasonable. It was in the range that I anticipated and for the distance involved, I couldn't get the car myself for any less money. So, it was hassle-free.

We talked about the type of car, and he then later gave me a bid by email. We had a bid that was a little lower, so he lowered the bid to get the price that I would accept, which is a little higher but I went with them because they were more interested. They jumped on it. The transport with Montway was smooth. Once it was set up, the driver called me. We set up a time and a place for pick-up and the same thing for drop-off. So it went pretty smoothly. There wasn't any hiccups. On the pickup, the driver asked about the trunk, looked in the trunk, just made sure that there wasn't anything out of the ordinary and took notes.

And the person who would do the hauling would contact me in terms of the details of pickup and delivery. Montway would follow up and send me notifications through the process. So, when they get that truck committed and they give me the information, they would stay in touch when it gets done. They keep me informed. Also, they're responsive when I talk to them or send them an email. The truckers that I've used have been good. And the quality of the delivery, the car when it gets here has been good. I wanted to go with somebody that seemed trustworthy and the fellow at Montway seemed as best as I could tell. A lot of people can be trustworthy over the phone, and I work with them. The pick up location was in suburban Detroit. It was Thanksgiving week that they wanted to pick it up. But it would have arrived in Florida before I got there. So they picked it up the day after Thanksgiving and it was supposed to arrive in Sarasota, Florida on the 27th. I got a call early the morning of the 27th from the driver who said, "Well, I'm in Sarasota. Where are you?" I said, "I'm still in Detroit. We'll be in Sarasota about 6 o'clock tonight."

Montway did exactly what they were supposed to. They charged me what they were supposed to and everything was perfect. There was a couple of hiccups that went down but everything was taken care of. There were no surprises. It was good.

It was a very easy process for me. Also, the price was a lot more reasonable. Driver got there when he was supposed to. Very polite and professional. Because I was a truck driver myself, we started talking about his job and the differences. It was a great experience.

I moved from California to Maryland and it took six days. It was quick. The driver kept me updated once he was about 24 hours away for the pickup. He came with his own pickup truck with a hitch on the back and he put mine on the hitch. Then, for the drop off, he was on a big car transport. We talked on the phone about where he could drop it off where there was enough space. We met in a pretty empty parking lot and it was a smooth process. But other than that, it was great.

He connected with the person. He was super friendly. They found a very spot that was good for everybody and really loved it. It was a great experience.

I bought a car for my son in Bellevue, Washington. I flew up there, looked at the car and had it transported. There were some catches along the way. I bought it over the internet. But I had set up the initial transport. And the dealership said that they wanted to make sure the process was done before they let it out of state. So, I had to push it to another week. There was an issue with something else and I had to push it a couple of more days. Montway's customer service was perfect and adjusted it to my needs. When we got the car here, it needed to be washed. But transport-wise, it was in great shape.

They were more in the middle but when I started looking at reviews, the ones that had the cheapest pricing typically didn't have very good reviews. The driver ended up being somebody that was local from here and happened to be in the area picking up vehicles. So, that was nice because they were already familiar with the area we had lived. He would contact me, letting me know a day in advance when he thought he might be here. Then that day, the morning of, he gave me an update. So, that was very helpful in planning my day.

I called Montway Auto Transport and they told me the date and time they would pick the car up. I was on a time frame. It had to be tighter than what they first said. Because they gave me a window and I said that nobody lives at the house where they had to pick it up. 45 minutes to an hour would be sufficient I had somebody up there. And that was what they gave me. So, everything worked out perfectly. Montway gave me the date when it would be there, and they called me that same day and wanted to know. Because it got towards late afternoon and they wanted to know if it was all right if they dropped it off. It would still be an hour before dark, and I said, "Yes, it's fine," and the guy was there. It was a very good quote and everything worked out great. I'd recommend Montway.

If you need to move a car, use Montway. Everything went really well with them. The pickup was in Lompoc, California, and the drop-off was in Flower Mound, Texas. The transport took about three days, which was way faster than we needed it, because it took us seven days to get here in the motor home. But we didn't leave California until about six days after the driver had picked up the cars. So they were delivering them here to my daughter's house for us and there was no problem with the speed. The quote they gave me was very accurate. It was $2,400 for two cars and I was waiting for my daughter to say, “Hey, they dropped the cars off this morning but they wanted $400 more.” And it never happened, so we're happy with that.

My experience with Montway was very smooth and efficient. They assigned me to the most wonderful carrier and he was fantastic. I was happy. There was good communication during the delivery. The guy delivering the vehicle made arrangements with my daughter who was receiving it. She's a college student so he did it when she didn't have a class.

Montway’s driver was supposed to pick up the cars on the 31st and ended up picking them up on the 1st. I had to call them because they didn't show up at the scheduled time. I had to catch a flight so the pickup was done without me there but I've done it numerous times. The crew did a great job. The battery died on one of the cars and they had to jump it. So they figured it out. The quote was good. I've shipped a lot of cars and it was reasonable for doing that many cars and in an enclosed trailer. Montway was reliable and took good care of my vehicles to make sure there wasn't any damage, which was the most important thing to me. They got it here as fast as they could, which was two in the morning, but that's fine. We went from where we were staying at to the house to transport them into, but it was better than waiting another day for the driver. And we chose that, so it was fine.

I used Montway in 2019 and they were fine. HOWEVER, I contracted with them in 2023 and they were a nightmare. Everyone spoke broken English and were impossible to understand. I had to chase them to get a carrier. I wanted a closed haul and they kept contacting me about open hauls. When I finally got a hauler, I come to find out that the driver DID NOT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH! He used a translating app on his phone from Russian to English. I will never use them again!

Montway was highly-rated, and looking at their reviews, they had a lot of good reviews. I did the entire process online. Then they reached out to me to make sure all the minor details were ready through email, and I emailed them back. Getting my vehicle from point A to point B was done quickly. It got here sooner than I expected. So, that was nice. The location that I had dropped the vehicle off at was a business parking lot, and the driver was able to easily access it. He let me know ahead of time when he was 30 minutes out and then when he was five minutes out. We met and signed the papers and made sure there was no damage to the vehicle while it was in transport.

Signing up with Montway was okay, but the only thing is when they took the car, they didn't tell me it missed the boat. So, I had to wait for another week. I didn't know my car was gonna sit at the boat dock over a week so that they catch the next barge. They missed the barge. Other than that, working with Montway was really good. It came in quickly. I got it within four days. The shipping was fast. My son met the driver. They picked the car up in Ohio, but they had to drive it to Chicago, left it overnight until they got more cars, and then they drove it on the trail all the way to Long Beach.

We have narrow streets in my residential area, but the truck was able to navigate its way back into my driveway without difficulty even though it was a large truck. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. My son's a college freshman and the drop-off area was very close to where his college campus is. He didn't have any complaints about getting his motorcycle. I was surprised how expensive it was to get my son's motorcycle all the way to Hawaii, but I got price quotes all over creation from several hundreds to several thousand dollars, and Montway's quote is mid-range.

It all went smooth and it was pretty simple with Montway. They let me know that they were able to get the vehicle picked up and then they let me know when they were en route that they were on time. The driver showed up when he said he would and offloaded with no problems.

I reached out to them and the customer service was pretty solid. The only problem there was a language barrier between the driver and myself but somehow, we made it through. We met in a shopping center parking lot, which was probably the easiest place to take the car off of the truck. It worked out okay.

For the service they provided, the quote was okay. The service they provided was also pretty, pretty good. They picked up my car around the 25th and they delivered it around 31st. It was pretty quick.

We had some issues with the scheduling. They said when the vehicle would be up in Tennessee but we were not gonna be there yet to receive it. We had to do some back and forth and we wound up paying extra to lock down specific dates. Other than that, they were good and we would be happy to use them.
