I called in August to get the info and when I was ready in September, the move just happened. I was impressed. They shipped it on a Friday and it got here on a Monday. I could see the progress. The driver did a great job and the rep who set the move had patience with me. It was a good experience and I highly recommend Montway.

Montway was great. The quote was a bit on the higher end, but I needed to move a car to Idaho and I was referred by a friend.

I was picking up my stepdaughter's car from Florida and bringing it to New York. I worked with uShip, and they subcontracted to Montway. It was a little better priced, and the delivery was quick. There were no glitches, and I already recommended someone. I said that it was seamless, and the driver kept me in the loop. He called and told me he was picking up the car, when he was gonna be there and when he was gonna be dropping the car off. It was good. I was happy with them.

Everything was handled very well. I had to drive to a certain point to deliver the car. They were there and put the car on the truck.

It was good with Montway. Their quote was competitive with other companies. But the important thing was they had a high rating with the Better Business Bureau. The drivers were very responsive to text messages almost on a daily basis, very polite and decent.

This is the fifth time I've used Montway and this time was amazing. I like the fact that they are somewhat local to me. I went online and booked it at 1:00 Monday afternoon. They called me up around 5:00 and asked if the car was ready to go. I told them yes and they said they'd be out the next day at 8:00. On Tuesday, they called me and asked, "Are you available at 2:30 this morning?" I told them I was not. They asked, "How about after 7:00?" They came by and delivered the car 9:00 Wednesday morning after I booked it on Monday, which was phenomenal.

My experience with Montway was amazing. They were informative. They stayed in contact pretty well. I had LoJack on my car anyway. So once they picked it up, I knew exactly where it was at all times. That made me feel better. The pickup and delivery went smoothly. It was also a fair cost.

My experience was very good. I enjoyed meeting my driver, Brian. He was very responsible, knowledgeable, and kind. We had an appointment, and I met him to get him set up to pick the car up the following day. Everything went according to plan, and he was very responsive. If I needed to get ahold of him or if he needed to get ahold of me, we had good communication. All in all, Montway is wonderful.

The guy that picked the car up was good. I also had a number to call to know if the car was gonna be dropped off early or exactly what location was safe for the driver to pull over to and pick up the car. It was a good experience.

I've shipped with Montway for four times now. I was always happy before, but this time, I was not really thrilled with the guy who drove the car to Illinois. The car was dirty on the inside when it got there. If it was on the outside, I'd understand that. I had to wipe where he sat and the steering wheel off before I would get in the car. He also was supposed to call me before he delivered the car and give me a couple hours notice and he didn't bother. He just showed up. I was a little bit disappointed that the service quality wasn't a little better.

Montway was great. I just told them what I wanted and they took care of everything. I bought a car, and the transport was about 1,000 miles, from middle of Texas to the end of Florida. The driver was very nice, helpful, and friendly. It was good.

Montway is an awesome company. Every time I deal with them, they dispatch the driver to talk to me, then the driver and I will coordinate a good location. The truck is big, so they meet at a Target or Walmart lot. The designated pickup spot for this transport was a Giant Eagle grocery store. When the driver came, he took out his phone and asked if it was ok if he walked around the car, inspected the vehicle and took pictures so he could upload it to Montway. After he did, he showed us the phone. It was good that he walked us every step of the way, then showed us the pictures and what our signature was for. I don't like signing something if I don't know what I'm signing. As soon as the driver was done, we got an automatic receipt from Montway. It was a good process, and the quote was spot-on.

They were prompt to get back to me and they provided a reasonable quote. The pickup was at a garage in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. They couldn't do the repairs there. They weren't equipped. When I got them to transport, the transport was there the next day. It took two days to get down here in Orlando, Florida. The drop-off was at an auto repair shop here in Orlando. The vehicle was fine. It was in the same condition that we left it. I was very happy and satisfied.

We shipped our car with Montway, and we're very happy with their services. They were very prompt. They gave us the correct timing. The pick-up was hassle-free. It happened on the exact date and time they mentioned. There were no damages to the car, and they were very communicative. We look forward to doing business with them again.

Everything was easily schedulable, flexible and worked well for what I needed Montway Auto Transport for. We communicated a few days before pickup and drop-off, and it worked out well like that with just their number that was provided to us. It worked very well, especially since I wasn't able to be there at the pickup and drop-off. I could designate people. That helped a lot.

They even went above and beyond in trying to find out the information. There are not many customer services out there that do that for their customers. The pickup and delivery went smoothly, especially with tracking my car. It was a simple phone call and they told me everything I needed to know in between the transfer. The service was outstanding. It was not too expensive. It's about right when it comes to the actual price for the service. You really get what you paid for.

Montway Auto Transport seemed reputable, responsive, and had a good website. I gave them pick-up and drop-off address and what kind of car it was. And that was it. Very simple. Their quote was the normal market value for the service. The drivers were communicative when they dropped the car off, making sure that it was in an area where they were able to get in. If they couldn't, they communicated with me to make sure they could.

Montway Auto Transport was great. They were easy to call. I sent an inquiry over the internet and somebody responded quickly. And someone followed up with a call the next day. The courier-driver picked the car up from my son's place. We paid extra to have them come on a certain day. They were there. They took the car. They were early when they delivered the car. They got here and the driver took it off from the truck, and drove it in the garage. It went smooth. If someone else had to do it, I would recommend Montway.

My experience with Montway was good. I was satisfied. My car was here safely. The driver was good. I would like more updates throughout the transport. I talked to them when they first picked it up, and then I didn't really hear anything until a day before they dropped it off.

Eddie was our driver for the vehicles and he was an amazing guy. He was communicative with us every step of the way. He was super helpful. He was on time and that was a big one. My mom had to meet him here with the vehicle and he was so kind to her. He ended up not being able to fit in our driveway. So he had to go up the road a little bit and park and then come back and get the vehicles. But he was never rude about it at all. We chatted back and forth as he was on his way.

My experience with Montway went very smoothly and I also always was able to get in touch with someone and get updates on my shipment and how everything was going. They were very helpful. The transport was from Maine to Colorado and it was my Toyota SUV and it came within two weeks. So, it was prompt. The cost was very reasonable, too. I would suggest others to use it.

Montway was very good. Setting up the transport was fast and easy. The customer service was very, very good. The guy called me that he was heading there. He told me the time exactly it'd be, and he was there. He told me a day that he was gonna bring the car and he was earlier than what he said. He was professional. He was good and patient as well. The cost is good compared to other people. I was surprised it was that cheap. I was expecting way more. Montway is a reliable company.

Montway's numbers were reasonable. They picked up the vehicle, drove it to Texas and dropped it off. They moved on it quickly. I wanted to get it out and they said, "Okay. We can support that timeline." I wasn't there for the pick-up or the delivery, and I didn't get any negative feedback. So, everything was good.

They showed up and left on time. They also got home on time. There was no damage to the car. They were good.

They picked up the car on Friday and delivered it on Sunday. So, it was really quick. The driver was here when he said he would be here

We've transported two cars with Montway. The last person we used was outstanding. He parked the trailer not far from our house, walked to our house to get the car, and then drove it to where he parked his transport vehicle. So Montway did great. The vehicle got there safe, undamaged, and on time. It was a competitive and good service.

The driver was a very nice guy and he took photos of my vehicle on all sides and had a report where there are current scratches and dents. They sent me an email to show proof of where they found the dents. I took photos of my car as well for confirmation. When it arrived, I looked at it to make sure there were no extra scratches or dents. The driver said it would take about five days to get to Nevada and he got there in three days. He called letting me know he'll be there earlier than expected and he arrived on time. It was really simple to get ahold of him.

Everything was good with Montway. The rep was nice and the driver was very friendly. I didn't have to be worried about anything and he handled everything. I ended up having the vehicle taken to a different location 15 minutes away. He was very cooperative and helpful. The service was worth it. It was definitely on the cheaper end. there's a lot of stress involved in getting classic cars to another place and I had peace of mind because they are so established as a company.

I called them and I'm very happy with them. The car was in Eugene, Oregon, and they took it from Eugene to San Francisco, California. The communication with the driver was perfect. He told me ahead of time when he was gonna get home and when he was gonna deliver the car. The transport took 24 hours. It was quick. I'm very pleased with their service. Also, the price is not overpriced. It's not cheap, but it's about the average. I'm gonna use them again.

They came when they said they would to pick up the car and they delivered it in a relatively timely manner. When they got back to Colorado, three days later, they delivered the car to the Colorado address. The driver said he was sick but he kept us apprised. And it wasn't an emergency. Plus, my expectations were pretty low because the last car company delivered two weeks late, so three days seemed better. Montway's reps also generally always answered the phone and gave us information.

I shipped a Kia Soul through Montway for 1,200 miles and their reps were all good. The driver was excellent and I was impressed because he was going to be delayed at the other end, but he had an interaction with my son about that.

My experience with Montway went great. The driver came and got the car, and the transport went smoothly. He was really great. I had stuff in the car and he said, "Are you gonna take this out of the car?" I said, “Yes.” He said, "I've got this." He opened the car up and he put everything on the front porch for me. If you need to move your car, use Montway Auto Transport. They made it easy. People were friendly, there was a lot of transparency, and they communicated well. Where I moved from had plenty of parking. The courier-driver parked by the sidewalk, and it was easy. I pulled the car out, parked it behind the truck, and he drove it inside the truck. He inspected it to make sure if there were any scratches. Took pictures to make sure if something happened on the drive, that we both knew that it was already there. He also let me inspect the car when it came, and that was it. He’s very nice.

Montway looked like a reputable company that had big trucks. It seemed legit and they sounded nice on the phone. I called many different companies and a lot of them sounded a little bit rough on the phone and didn't sound very organized. Montway with the review and the phone call sounded pretty good to me. The transport was 600 miles from Detroit to here and the driver texted me. A big truck didn't come to pick up my car but the experience was fine.

Montway kept their word. They did what they said they were gonna do and they got the car here safely without any damage. The driver wasn't very flexible at the end in terms of coming to my house. He picked a different location, and I didn't think he was particularly open about coming where I lived but it was okay. It wasn't that far away, and I was able to get it. Also, the price was what we agreed to. They upheld their contract.

When I called Montway, they were very professional. They called me back and everything was like it was supposed to be. They did a great job with the transport. They really pulled in, they had the car on there in minutes, and they were gone. Also, they let me know what was going on at every stage of the procedure, which was quite helpful.

The quote was fairly cheap and a lot of my friends were questioning if it was a scam. But it was good. It was hard to believe the price and everything was the same at the end. They gave me a based off, calculated pricing and it changed by $5 or $10. But they let me know beforehand. It was within what they quoted, which was accurate. The driver was very professional and kept me up-to-date about everything because they knew that it was a very special car. I highly respect the driver. He did everything he said and I never had any issues at all with him. He got there, picked it up on the day he said and delivered it on the day he promised that it would be delivered.

Go with Montway Auto Transport. I requested for quotes, and Montway was more reasonable and better than other quotes. Also, the reps were prompt and did whatever they had from me on time. The car was picked up when it was supposed to, and delivered one day before the driver was supposed to.

I had them transport my vehicle from San Jose to Las Vegas. The delivery of my vehicle was great. They kept me posted and they showed up. It was also quick. It took just a day.

I went online and filled out a form and Montway got back to me with a price. It was easy. The quote was high compared with some other ones I got but I had a referral so I felt more comfortable going with them. The driver was great and a good communicator. He was on time and I had no problems at all. The language barrier was an issue though. Somebody I talked to was hard to understand.

They used a covered vehicle and it was a 50-foot transport. It was huge but they got it right in front of my house. The guy pulled it out and had photos of the car before it went in, while it was in, and once it came off.

The cost was about average relative to some other carriers, but the service was great. They picked up the car within a couple of days, and the driver was great. He got to town a little earlier than expected, and was very flexible on time and location. The car had no damage from the trip.

This was my first experience with shipping a car and I totally recommend Montway! I was very impressed with the process from beginning to delivery! The pricing was better than other transport quotes and the delivery service was excellent, 4 days from CA to DC. Will use again, if needed.

I went with this company after reading the reviews which put them at the top of my list. I feel this company gave me a reasonable rate and was upfront with the entire process. Everything was right on schedule. The driver company was in constant contact with me and very friendly. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks for taking care of my car.

Since I got my car back. Whi. Immediately I noticed that when I drove it the air bag light was on in. Also the light that shows if you're skidding was on and would not shut off. My insurance would not cover it so that cost me 900.00. Now the starter went out. I have never has any problems prior to this transport. I think you take the cars on and off the truck and this causes problems. A couple of yrs ago my transmission went out on another car I transported..Insane!

I couldn't have been happier with the service provided transporting my vehicle from NY to TX. The car was delivered in 3 days, exactly as they projected. Communication was always timely. I was a little nervous at first because I was on a very tight schedule. The car needed to be picked before a specific date and I wanted to be sure there would be no problem. Montway took the information down and assured me it would be transported timely, and they came through early as a matter of fact. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Had a relatively good experience with Montway. Very attractive pricing, but not so cheap you wonder about quality. My only complaint is that my assigned driver initially bailed on the haul, which delayed me by about a week and was down to the wire on when I had to vacate my old property. Thankfully, Montway made sure my assigned driver would pick up. He was very good, and had an enclosed rig for my baby. Would definitely use Montway again!

Car was picked up in a timely way and delivered safely when expected. Driver explained that the car was dirty due to bad weather when he drove through Atlanta. He was very careful as he released the car and drove it down off the transporter. He was friendly, and courteous. When he arrived it was a beautiful sunny day and I. Was grateful to be reunited with my auto.

It was very easy to get a car pickup in San Jose California and shipped to Hawaii. It was much easier than I had imagined. Communication was excellent with the people I dealt with. I would recommend to any person to use your services. It all started with the first phone call to inquire what was needed from me to complete the shipment with staff to the ease of the website. My family and I have shipped cars 7 times with Montway Auto Transport, 5 of those across the Pacific to Hawaii, and we are very satisfied with their service. From the process of ordering and scheduling with the customer service agent on the phone for the pick-up to the pick-up itself and delivery of the car at the other end, everything has been seamless. They do a good job of documenting the condition of the vehicle prior to loading and our vehicles were always well cared for during transport. I have recommended Montway Auto Transport to friends and I know that they have had similar experiences. I highly recommend them.

Everything went smoothly. The car was picked up on time. We didn’t even have to be there when they picked it up. Just left the key hidden for them. It was transported across the country quickly and arrived when expected. The cost quote was accurate also. There was no damage to the car. They were able to drop it right in front of the house where we needed it. No surprises.

Montway Auto Transport's customer service was all great until the time came to pick up the car. It took a long time from the window to get picked up. The window was X days, and we had to leave before somebody came and got it. So, we had to park it on the street for several days before somebody came and picked it up. The car was open. The keys were on the floor. I went wild about that, but I understood the window and they were close enough to the end.

I used Montway a couple of times. The cost was a little bit on the high end compared to some others but I don't know how reliable the others are. We had to transport from Colorado to Florida to Sarasota, and then from Chicago. My experience with them was very good and was what I expected. The transport was all on time and everything was convenient.

Montway had the most consistently high ratings on the internet so I picked them to transport the Lexus RX 450 I bought in California. Customer service was very good. When you order a car and it's worth thousands of dollars, it's nerve-racking because you have to trust somebody that you've never met before to deliver your car. I did a covered transport and the quote I got was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay a lot more. The service I received exceeded the cost.

EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE/POOR Service with Montway. I have never shipped a car before so I selected Montway because they claim to be the #1 shipper for eBay Motors (which is absolutely shocking if it is true). I am getting a 2020 BMW shipped from FL to MD. I did not realize until it was too late that they outsource their shipping to another company so Montway is essentially just a useless middleman. The company actually shipping the car is 3 Jags Transport LLC and you must avoid them at all cost!!

The move took eight days. The delivery crew parked on the street. The mover spoke minimal English but he was fine. Everything about the inspection was on video. The quote they gave was very accurate.

Montway was very quick to respond and informative, and their quote was good. All the other quotes were much higher. Communication was a bit lacking, but all in all, it was good. Everything was just as they said it would be. A young man came and picked up our 2019 Honda CR-V. He communicated with me before he got there and told me where he was. There was a delay, but it was not his fault. There was a miscommunication between the customer that he had gone to before us. It was fine. The young man that picked up the car was very nice, careful and thorough, and everything was perfect. Montway allowed us to put 100 pounds in the back of the car, so we did, and the car arrived just the way it left Florida.

Montway gave me a quote quickly. They were also available to move the car. Originally, I started the process online and then we started talking on the phone. Everything was fine. They were timely in their response and in getting the car moved quickly. The price was reasonable too. They picked the car up and they dropped it off at my building in North Carolina.

Setting up the transport was pretty easy. It was web-based. So, I set it up and placed the request. The car was delivered to my daughter in Atlanta, and she said that it was a good experience that they interacted as the driver was getting closer and she was aware of when he was gonna get there. Then she met him and got the car. She was happy with it. Montway did exactly what I asked them to do. People should give them a try if they have a need.

I emailed Montway and then they got back to me and called me and followed up with me the whole time. The driver was great. He asked me if I could move the car to a safer location for him to load. He went around, and took his pictures and video. He asked me some questions and then I was good to go. The service was good. Montway was great and very responsive.

Montway shipped my Lincoln MKS from Los Angeles to Houston. Customer service was good. The driver was awesome and his communication was very good. The transport took a couple of days and the car looked the same when it got to me. Motway is a broker and they find somebody. I was very satisfied with the service. My car got from point A to point B in one piece.

Montway provided the best possible quote when I was shopping around. Customer service was good in terms of scheduling and communication. Communication was through phone calls and texts. Everything was perfect. The transport was cross-country from Utah to the state of North Carolina. The projected transport was four days but I got the car in three days. Overall, it was a great experience. If I ever relocate again, I'll definitely call back Montway. Family and friends will be referred to the same company too.

I spoke with a friend who had used Montway and so I used them. Setting the transport up was very easy. As far as the drop off of the vehicle, I didn't see the big truck. They had someone drive the car down the street to my house. There was a smaller truck waiting for him at the end of my block that had followed him. They went to a central location that took in the large truck and then switched, and then they drove this car with a small truck over here. The car was in perfectly fine condition. The driver went through it with me and we walked around it together, and everything was ok.

Scheduling the transport was pretty easy. They called me and set it up right away. The driver kept me informed and reached out when they were close by. I would recommend Montway to anybody that's looking for a transportation company.

I bought an Acura NSX in Florida and had it shipped and Montway did an excellent job. The quote was very fair for the time. They offered both covered and uncovered delivery and gave me a choice. I went with the covered delivery and they gave me a timeline. Then, they contacted me prior to the delivery, which I thought was very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience with Montway was very seamless. I scheduled with the rep on the phone and then, I got a call from the driver of the truck that he was coming to pick up the vehicle. That was sooner than later, which I was grateful for. The pickup and delivery with the driver were very professional and I had access to him with his personal cellphone, which was good.

My car was delivered earlier than expected. I thought it was gonna take up to almost two weeks. But it was delivered within four days. So you can never go wrong with that. The driver was quite communicative and answered the phone anytime I called him. Overall, it was a great experience with Montway.

Setting the transport up with Montway was a smooth experience. The contractor and I communicated about the time and when he transferred the car here. It was very clear and the communication was good. There were delays but that wasn't his fault. It was just the window was moving because he was going to get in later than I wanted. He would have come to Houston and he could pick it up that day, but I didn't want to load the car at 10:00 PM. So, he agreed to move it to the morning. So, that was fine. The pickup was in front of my house in Houston and the drop-off was in front of where we moved to in Woodinville, Washington, and it took three days. My mom did the receipt of the car since we were still in Houston and she didn't have any complaints. The quote was very accurate and there were no complications. Everyone seemed on board.

I was living in California and I moved to Dallas, Texas. I contacted several transport companies and did my research, and there were many companies with a lower price. But I picked the right one. I said I wanted the covered transport. We send personal items inside the car that you probably never know what's gonna happen and I was completely confident. Montway’s subcontractor was an excellent and professional person. He was very respectful and careful. He recorded the car’s outside to make sure that there was no damage when the car arrives. When the car arrived, I was still living in California so we had to prepare everything with the house and sell whatever we have, and he sent us the statement. They stated the condition of my car and that I would receive it in the same way. And it happened.

The driver called us when it was time for the pick-up to agree on a time and place. It was the same for the delivery. We agreed on an open area and everything was fine. Montway’s price was comparable and good. People should use their services.

Everything with Montway went smoothly from beginning to end. They picked up my two vehicles sooner than I anticipated. I thought I might have to wait a while, but everything was wonderful. Where I live, there is no way a big transporter trailer was gonna get in here. I simply drove down, and a friend helped me, to the car dealership where I bought my new car from. The driver simply parked in the turning lane in the middle of the highway and loaded them there, which is the same way their delivery trailers drop-off the new cars. So, it worked fine. The driver did a very good job. The two vehicles arrived safely in Florida. I just keep getting an email from somebody named AJ bugging me about when I'm gonna ship my cars. I wish he'd stop because the vehicles were shipped in August.

It was right in the time frame that it was supposed to be. We had it worked out where my real estate agent was the one that gave the driver the keys to the car to get it all loaded up. The drop-off was easy. The driver called me and he ran into a hiccup with the drop-off previously. He was in the area and he called me and he said where he was and I was already in the area. So, we met him at a grocery store. The car was already unloaded and he was just waiting for me to get there. It was great. It was easy. The vehicle was exactly the same as it was when I left it.

I had to reach out to them a lot. They weren't really keeping me updated. There were these automatic texts that I would get about the routes that they were taking like, "Your car is in this state." But if I had a question, I had to call the company. It was also a bit pricey. Also, one thing I noticed, after my car was delivered, there was something on the bottom of my car that was ripped off. I don't know if it was from how they strapped down the car. But the overall experience was good. They were very fast. It was easy. You just call the number and you schedule the appointment.

The driver from Montway was professional. I even gave him a $20 tip. I needed to get the car shipped for my daughter for college. The delivery was supposed to be up to 10 days, but the car got to her sooner. I had a pleasant experience with Montway. I probably will use you them again if I need them. They are a great company to use for transporting a vehicle across country. Expectations were exceeded.

I looked over a lot of different services and Montway was amazing and really good at communicating across the board. It was awesome. The driver who dropped off the motorcycle was really personable. He was really complimentary of my motorcycle in general, and he helped me push it up the driveway because the key had not arrived yet and my driveway is very steep. So, it was really cool.

Montway is great. I haven't needed them lately, but as soon as we need a transport, I'll call them. They're the first ones I call. I use them for business. I have a local transporter, but when they're out of state, it's best to use Montway because, usually, I won't have to pay up-and-back fees. I got one in Tennessee right now. I'm trying to repo it. Once I repo it, I'll bring it to a lot, they'll transport it back for me, and it's cheaper that way than me hiring someone from Florida going up there and going back. Montway is a better service for us.

Setting up the transport was very easy. But now, they keep on hounding me. Other than that, everything was fine. The driver's communication was great. He spoke English and kept me informed where he was at all times.

Montway is just a broker. They will book some rate, and then the person who is coming to pick up the goods will put some rate. But it is a big headache. I'm just so frustrated. It looks like it is a scam. I had two cars that were shipped from Massachusetts to California. One was the Toyota Prius that had a small vehicle and I had no problem with it. The driver was an excellent person. But the Honda Odyssey transport was really painful. They told me that I could put 100 lbs. in the car to carry. But when the driver came to pick it up, I was told that it was more than 250 lbs. Then he tried to overcharge me and he overcharged me. I don't trust them. When you hook up the van on the trailer and then you start bargaining about the price, that is very hostile, creating a hostile situation.

The quote that they provided was good. They also arrived within the range of the time that I was expecting. It was good.

They did a great job. They were on time. They kept in touch, let me know where my bike was here in transport, picked it up on time and delivered it on time. The delivery guys that I met were fabulous. My shipper said the guys who showed up to his house to get it did a great job. Looked like they cared for it ‘cause he took pictures of it all the way to the vehicle. I can't thank him enough. I decided to go with them on the price, thinking that I’d probably have some damage ‘cause they were cheaper. But everything was beyond perfect.

My experience with Montway was smooth. They arrived on time, right where they said they would be. The driver was right on top of things. He let me know where he was and how far away he was once he got close. He didn't tell me when he was in Oregon. But once he got into Nevada, he told me how many hours it would be till he got there. The cost also seemed reasonable compared to everything else.

Montway transported the bike and everything was fine. It's an industry full of people from Eastern Europe. So, the drivers are not super great at English but they do their best.

The rep was very professional when I set up the transport with Montway. He gave me the facts, told me the window of when I could expect the pickup, how it would be done and what would be expected for the actual drop-off at the end. For the pickup, I ended up dropping the car off at one of their main locations. There were two people who were driving and they were very nice. They took my car down, made sure that there was nothing that had happened during the transport, looked in and out, and asked me if I had any questions. It was all very good.

It was overall a nice experience with Montway. Setting the transport up was very smooth and convenient. Everything was on time. At the pickup location, the driver was there right at our community, so I didn't have to go anywhere else. It was hardly less than 0.2 miles from my place. At the time of drop-off, I had to go at least three miles away from my place. That was understandable because the truck was huge and they cannot come into small places. The driver checked everything at the time of pickup and at the time of delivery as well. After my experience, I suggested one of my friends to use this service too and he did. I will recommend Montway if anybody is asking me about these services.

Montway did a nice job. They were very straightforward with their communications when I signed up. Everything went as I expected. The carrier showed up when they said they were gonna show up, loaded the car up and took off. They arrived and delivered it a little bit early but was not a problem. You always want something cheaper, but you also want it to arrive in good condition. I got what I paid for.

I called Montway on the phone. It was in a list and it was the only one that seemed convenient and looked like it had plenty of experience. I wanted to pay the same fellow who took my truck up to Kentucky. I didn't wanna send the car up there, and then that guy would have to pay to send that car to me because I had another one coming right back. So, I asked the company if they'd let that driver pick that car up while he was there and then bring it to me at his convenience. That was what they did. That way, I could just pay him for both deliveries. It worked out really well. I shipped a 1994 Chevrolet pickup. It's a modified engine. It wasn't a common engine and it was made to race. I traded it for a '39 Chevrolet Coupe with a Camaro drive train, and they sent it back to me. Montway worked with me on it. They did a really good job for me. I'd tell others it'd be great to use them. The quote was exactly what they told me. So, I was happy with it.

They were on time for pickup and it was a day early for drop-off. They left Oklahoma on Saturday and got to Virginia on Monday. I was told that it was gonna arrive on Tuesday. The driver was professional and to the point. I'll use Montway again if I ever have to move.

I was kept updated on the whereabouts of my transport, where they were, and plenty of advance notice on when it would arrive at my house. It was very good and helpful.

I was able to reach my rep at the time I needed her. If she wasn't available, I always had somebody else who would be able to pass me over to the driver. My only issue was that the driver couldn't pick up on time. But I always got ahold of the company and when my vehicle arrived, it was fine. My quote was $900 but then I then I had extra luggage so the price came up to $1,000.

The transport was from Illinois to Florida and it was great. Montway let me change my date to a bit sooner. When they picked up the car, they weren't able to get on the side street, but that was understandable. They gave me a heads-up when they were gonna be in Florida. The car was picked up on a Friday and delivered on a Monday. They were wonderful. The driver let us know when he was leaving and around what time he would be there. Everything was perfect. The only complaint I had was they did not let me know to take out my I-Pass. It was really frustrating to pay an extra $35. It wasn't necessary, and it was so hard to try to get that taken off. Other than that, it was a very good experience. My fiance did it too, and now my son's gonna be doing it soon with the same company.

The transport with Montway was a seamless experience. Everything was all good. We had an initial arrangement with another company and it was delay, delay, delay. We switched to Montway at the very last minute and they were able to get a driver booked. They were easy to work with in terms of working with my schedule. I had to provide them a five-day window, but I really just wanted it as close to the last day as possible. They worked with that and did the pickup on the last day. Communication was good and they were quick to respond. The driver they used was also easygoing. The vehicle got to the destination in plenty enough time for me.

Montway has fantastic customer service. They let me know everything that I needed to know. I wasn't blindsided at anything. There was no face of gray from them passing me along to the bidder. The delivery was earlier. The driver met me at Walmart and it was superb. The only hiccup was they had a bid on something then they called me back and said the bidder took the bid back. How can they take money out of my account 'cause someone did a bid, then all of a sudden, they decided they didn't wanna do it?

Montway was awesome. Their price was in the middle of the road. I got pricing from two Arizona companies who were higher by $300 and four from Pennsylvania that were $400 cheaper. Everything was very smooth. The two gentlemen that drove the transport were excellent. They dropped it off, signed the paperwork, and off they went.

I like that Montway was fast for getting my vehicle here. When I was ready to get the vehicle picked up, within less than an hour and a half, they had somebody who was ready to pick it up and it was gonna be here within two days. But I had messed up because I forgot to put that the vehicle wasn't gonna be ready until the end of the week. I immediately called them back, and they were able to cancel that driver pickup and scheduled another one for later in the week. It was a mistake on my part, but they were able to get it taken care of very quickly. The driver contacted me the night before and let me know when his approximate ETA was to the drop-off location. I met up with him and he was very nice. He was hauling my vehicle in a heavy-duty pickup truck with a car trailer. He was very considerate of the vehicle and handled it very well. Everything was in good condition. I would use Montway again.

Montway was excellent all the way. They were the most helpful of my move. When I called, they answered all my questions quickly and made the process easy for me. We agreed upon a time and a date where I wanted it across the country. Then they called and told me there was a driver and that they were ready to go. It was before I wanted to be there. Two days later, they called me and told me they got it on the date I wanted. Even then, the driver got there before I did but it all worked out. They waited till I got there.

I like that Montway picked up with a human voice. If you give me a robot, then I wanna go somewhere else. They sent me text and follow-ups on every conversation. A lot of times you don't get cellphone numbers, but I got the driver's cellphone number. I could speak to him. A complaint on Montway was they wanted a check when they would arrive, which they hadn't said. I got penalized for that, and they added money on to my thing. If they would have told me upfront that I needed to give them a check, then I would have paid for it before it left. They should spell out this whole payment thing better.

Montway offered a $50 veteran's discount which was wonderful. Everything I looked up could have been $1,100 to $1200, and Montway's quote was $809. With the discount, it wound up being $769. I was happy with that. They were very nice about the whole thing and walked me through everything. They didn't mind me calling at all. They didn't say I needed to go online. I was also not hounded by them. The gentleman that came and picked up the car contacted me and I gave him instructions of where to meet. We had a difficulty getting together because he turned on the wrong street, but it was in the same location, so we found each other in five minutes. I was disappointed that it was a three-car trailer as I was expecting an 18-wheeler but the gentleman that loaded the car up did an excellent job of loading it. I had all the confidence in the world after I watched him load the car that it was gonna be fine.

I've used Montway three times now. I'm not into auto transport so it was a foreign experience for me, and the first time was easy and I was able to get the quote quickly, and I felt comfortable enough using them again. The customer service is different every time, but the majority of it has been via their website. I don't talk to people too often. So, it's easy.

So, the first person I spoke to gave me a quote, and when I called back, I spoke to a different person and he was the one who set it up. And when the first person called me back, I said, "One of your colleagues just set it up for me." So, he was agitated. I would be, too. The second person I dealt with should have said, "I'll transfer you back to my colleague and he'll take care of you," rather than poach a sale. But both of them were wonderful. The quote changed a little, but I needed it done quickly. I was in a very tight window. Montway delivered. They did what they said they would do.

Montway Auto Transport got with me in a timely manner. I reached back out to them because a couple of days have passed and I didn't hear anything from them about when someone would pick it up. They gave me the dates between those two days. But my neighbor that would receive the car let me know that they arrived. It should have been a bit more communication, to say, “We’re at the dealership. We're picking up your car.” And maybe they don't do things like that, because I left the car on a Wednesday, and they picked it up on Saturday. Other than that, I would utilize Montway again because I had no problem with them transporting the car. The car wasn't damaged. And when I talked to them on that day that they picked up the car, they were there like they were supposed to.

The driver picked up the car, took it away and it was great. They dropped it off right in front of my friend's garage. Overall, it was an easy and quick experience. They were excellent. I had a really good experience.

The whole experience getting the transport scheduled was very easy. I appreciate that because it was a first time doing that. And the car is a family inheritance to my brother because my father recently passed away. Montway Auto Transport took care of that. They called me at one point to make sure that they had all the information correct before everything was finalized. Also, the transporter was very courteous. He messaged me before getting there and was very quick in getting the car out. My brother who now has the car has had no troubles with the vehicle. So, I know that it got there safely. That was awesome. I would use Montway again if the situation arises.

I used Montway the first time from Texas to Arizona, and then, again, from Texas to Arizona. It worked out well. They're cool. They up front told me that I was free to put in 100 lbs. worth of my personal stuff. I ended up shipping a piano, some speakers, and a bunch of monitors. Both times I used Montway, the drivers were pretty chill. The cost was good. I was shocked that it wasn't too off from the first time when I used them to deliver. It was a little bit more, but that's to be expected with everything going on. It wasn't something where I was like, "Oh, I can't handle it." They also had a veteran's discount, and the rep was able to hook me up with a little something.

The transport was quick and easy. Montway offered the best price that I found and the communication with the driver wasn't great, but the important thing is that I knew when to expect them and they were here. When he got here, he was gonna unload the car outside of our gated community but I came out to meet him and he came inside and brought it.

Montway Auto Transport gave me a price, and I said I needed to put some stuff in the car. They said, “If you do that, just may be $100 extra.” And it was still a better price than everyone else. We set it up for the right day, I gave them a deposit, we paid the rest on the delivery, and it worked out well. The courier driver texted me when he had an estimated day, a couple days before it arrived, and the day it arrived. He was very courteous and I was happy with the whole experience. The truck was a big trailer and a lot of cars, and they were able to pull up on my block and the driver dropped off the car and inspected it, and it worked out. Perfectly fine. My brother thought there might have been a slight scratch, but besides that, it was good. Also, the quote was accurate. I didn't pay anything more than Montway said.

The individual who called me to set everything up was very accommodating. But it was very different from the first discussion that I had with the person. They weren't as friendly. It was like night and day. But despite that initial person, everything went smoothly. I got calls and updates frequently. All questions that I had were answered from the beginning. That was something that I appreciated. It didn't take a full 48 hours to get the car delivered. It took about a day and a half max to get the car. The carrier called me when they were about an hour out and when they were about 5 minutes away. The driver was polite. But the drop-off could have been somewhere a bit safer. Stopping in a two-lane road was a bit dangerous. It would have made me feel safer if he went further down to a public parking lot.

I would definitely use Montway again without a doubt.

Our '82 classic truck was non-operable and Montway brought it from California to Arizona. Their online was really informative, and their online tools were really good. The gentleman who answered the phone was also knowledgeable, probably the owner, and kept me informed. Whatever question I had, he responded. My husband dealt with the driver when he picked up the truck, and everything went smoothly. He's a really nice guy. He brought the truck directly to us, and it was in the same condition as when it was picked up.

I shipped a Toyota SUV thru Montway. They were able to pick up my vehicle on time and I had to take it to them because there was no room for the carrier at my place. Then, the car got to where I needed it to be before I myself got there and it was in good shape. They also stuck with the price that they gave me in the beginning. I would tell my friends that they could trust their vehicle to Montway.

It could be a little less competitively, but I know how that business works. All the carriers post their requirements on the portal. For better quality, they have to charge extra premium.

Montway shipped my Volkswagen Jetta from PA to California. Everything was smooth. They gave me the driver's information, and then I can contacted them directly. The driver did what he was supposed to do. He called me when he got there, waited for me to bring the car close, and then gave me the paperwork. He was a nice guy. He answered questions that I had. My experience was great. They were polite. They also let me ship things inside of the car up to a hundred pounds.

It was an instant response with Montway as opposed to the other company I was trying to contact. They said, "Oh, we'll get back to you." Days passed, then I searched again and found Montway. Signup was easy. I told them what I had, where we were going, and it was gonna be at a friend's house. They worked it out with my friend, around his schedule. If we lose the key for the vehicle we had, it's a $1,000 replacement. I told them that, and they had notes all over, "Take care of the key." It was seamless. At pickup, my friends said they got everything. There was a battery tender and my motorcycle gear was sitting on it at my friend's house, and they got it all here to us. My wife was here for the delivery, and they were done quickly.

I liked Montway Auto Transport's service. If any of my friends need it, I would recommend it. Montway is reachable and the time is manageable. The pickup and delivery went smoothly. Also, the driver was nice. He sent me the detailed locations like where he was for me to drop off my car and pick it up. It worked well.

Montway Auto Transport straight off the bat told me it would be around $1,700 to $1,800 to move my car across country, and it would be here in two weeks. It's a good price for moving in across country. And as soon as it was set up, they immediately got someone on it. The guy was professional, dropped off my car, and he was on top. He had a positive attitude. And when I was on the phone with him the entire day, I asked him if he could try to drop it off at my house, but he told me that he was carrying a huge load, that there were many bridges in the way. But he managed to find a hotel parking lot so I could drive over there with my mom's car and get my car myself. The car was in perfect condition.

I did a comparison with pricing and reviews and made my decision to go with Montway. The quote was in the ballpark with everybody else. They did everything exactly the way they promised. The driver that came and got the car let me know in advance and was right there when he said he would be. He got it on the truck, took off, and then, four days later, they dropped it off. It was even sooner than they had promised. They nailed it. So, I was pleased in every way and I would recommend them.

Montway Auto Transport did a great job transporting and at a quick time. The reps were very nice. They would pick my vehicle up on a Friday. But the guy said they could pick it up the same day at 8 o'clock at night. So, they did, and they called me when they were an hour from the house. That worked out nicely. They came to the house but it was no place in the Caster road for them, so my mom drove it down the road, and they loaded it up right there. But when the driver brought it to Flint, he drove it right off in front of the house. It was affordable since I would have had to drive it myself. I would have had to rent a U-Haul and the car hauling trailer to bring it back here and find the time to drive down there.

With Montway, it was a good overall experience, although I felt like I had to push them a little bit. Initially, I scheduled a window, which was supposed to be between Thursday and Monday. I called them that Friday and Monday rolled around and I hadn't heard back from them. I called on Monday again and they said that technically, they have up to five days to process my order. I don't think anybody articulated that, though. I was flying out on that Wednesday so I needed someone there. I got two callbacks with an assignment. I was looking for a closed carrier but I let them know that I was open to an open carrier. They found an open carrier and we had to go back and forth a little bit with the price. I told them the price should be a little lower with the open carrier. They accommodated me but it wasn't exactly smooth. But I was fortunate with my driver, who was phenomenal and communicated well.

One of my friend used the Montway services and he recommended the. I approached Montway for the car transport and I was happy with the services provided. They respond very quickly and I like the cost. Overall, the delivery was good, although there was a little delay.

I went on uShip and I got quotes from a couple of shippers. I picked Montway based on their reviews and everything went smoothly. When they delivered the vehicle, the driver was fine and there was no damage or anything.

The rep was very reasonable, met our needs and explained everything accurately. The driver was in a hurry and a little brusque when he picked up our vehicle. He did a good job though and he had it securely on his truck. When he dropped it off, he was a little bit brusque too. He was in a hurry to get things going to get the car off the truck and get on to his next drop-off. But everything went very smoothly and the car came down without a problem. I appreciate the accuracy of Montway’s pickup and doing exactly what they said they would. It’s important that they do what they said they would because once you sign up for something, you expect it to be done on a certain day. And if they don't, then we're in a jam because there's no time to make other arrangements.

Montway’s customer service reps were very responsive. I filled out a questionnaire online and within a couple of hours, I had a response back from them with all of the information that I needed as well as the information I needed to give to them. Any questions that I had regarding the move, I could call and someone answered the phone right away. It was very surprising. The pick-up and delivery went very well. The driver was in communication the whole time, letting me know when they would be there to pick up the vehicle. I had someone else on the other end picking up the vehicle and they were able to communicate with that person as well. So, it was very good communication on both ends. Montway did a good job and I would recommend their services. Nobody wants to pay a lot of money but I was happy with the price.

The first person that Montway sent wasn't equipped to get the vehicle out of the garage by themselves. There was a little miscommunication. So, they made the adjustment and sent a different group. The whole process was smooth and great. We transported a classic Land Cruiser from LA to Colorado and it took three days. The communication with the driver was great. He gave plenty of notice and told us when he would be there. He was on time and prompt when he got there, considering he was coming from 1,200 miles away. I’d recommend Montway. They made it smooth and took care of the vehicle out of an enclosed trailer.

Their quote was a little bit higher than some of the other ones, but I wanted a reputable company. Setting up transport with them was very easy. The driver was awesome too. I was very happy with the transaction. They did a great job.
