I had a classic car transported from Scottsdale, Arizona to Sandusky, Ohio in 2023. Their service was excellent. The communications were frequent with the seller and myself. The car arrived in excellent condition with no damage. I would recommend them and use them again. Their price was fair and reasonable.

My car shipment from Raleigh North Carolina to Minneapolis Minneapolis was perfect. Driver Mihail ** at INVIA LLC was was friendly, timely, kept me informed, and followed a safe and dependable schedule. Total trip was only 2 days (it could have been 4-6 days), and pickup/dropoff process was super convenient. Great job!

I wasn’t going to write a review but their insistence and constant email reminders pushed me to do so. They are just a broker so you’ll never know what company will ship your car or their experience. They gave me the number of the company they were using to ship my card but the agent was very confused, had difficulty putting a sentence together and frankly, couldn’t understand a basic question I had. Left me more worried than satisfied.

I contacted several auto transportation companies. Montway was the only company that honored their original quote. Montway sent status updates periodically. My SUV was delivered when promised. My car was in great shape, the delivery driver went over the condition of my car with me. I’m happy to report no issues. The delivery driver was very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend their service.

They did exactly what they promised. Provided Excellent service!! They came when they promised and delivered as promised on time even in bad weather. Montway Auto Transport was very accurate with the timing of pick up and delivery of my vehicle and they kept me informed daily on the delivery and time. Everything went as they said it would as well as the cost. They were professional and polite. Everything was done with professionalism from start to finish. My car was picked up and delivered when promised. Dispatch and driver were professional and courteous. They explain everything what to expect, kept me informed doing transport, call me and informed me when the driver arrived in the state of Washington and me an estimated date of deliver and drop off location the had selected for delivery.

They had the best fee and their customer service was great. Every time we contacted them to check on the transport, they were quick to give us updates. This was our first time using Montway. They did a fantastic job. The car got to Az. in excellent shape and on time. Their communication with us was great. The truck driver was really good. We will use them again when we go back to Minnesota. We found out that Montway was a 5 star rated company. I did a lot of research and Montway exceeded our expectations. We will use them again.

It was a little tough finding a carrier at first, but then again we are in the Keys and we need to depend on carriers coming all the way down here. Once we got one, driver Alex was great. Very professional. Shipped the car in the worst blizzard in the Northeast, but it got there pretty as you please. Price was as contracted, no problems.

The process was simple and easy. Took a few days to have a driver assigned but driver was great and shipping was fast! Had multiple questions that each agent was able to answer and ease my mind about shipping my car from South Carolina to Arizona. We will be using Montway again and for any of our next car shipments.

Excellent service, delivered early, great driver, great service. Dealership made the recommendation. One phone call, paid by CC. I chose an enclosed van for the transport. Agent followed up once a driver has been selected. The car was in Miami, the delivery was to Las Vegas, so 2800 miles across the country. Received emails with regular updates. Car arrived early and the driver was very much of service. The car was delivered in perfect condition. I would use this firm again for sure. I highly recommend them.

I needed two autos shipped from Malibu, CA to Ocala, FL area that was essential they arrive within a specific timeframe. Montway arranged the enclosed transport and everything worked as scheduled. The driver was a young man that definitely knew weekday he was doing. He had both cars loaded within an hour and unloaded just as quickly. It's my second time using Montway and certainly would recommend them.

Montway had a driver who did not speak any English and since I had to chase him down a little bit. But he would pick up the phone and we were able to communicate. He also kept me informed and he arrived on time. He got the vehicle where it needed to be and I got a phone call that it was there. It was transported from Colorado to South Carolina and it took two and a half days. Also, the gentleman back at operations had perfect English and was super friendly. His the service was great and I had no trouble getting ahold of him.

My experience with Montway was good. I've done it twice and both experiences have been fine. My most recent one was from Colorado to Tennessee and it was perfectly fine. The guy was very communicative. He picked it up a little bit late, at midnight, but it was fine and it got here super on time. I was really happy with this last driver. The cost was good too. It cost the same amount to go from Colorado to Tennessee that we paid from New York to Colorado two years ago. We were really happy with the quote. I got another quote that was $300 more and I decided to go with Montway because I had already used them. The first time, my car got a little bit of a bumper ding. But this time, that didn't happen.

When I called Montway, the gentleman who helped me on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating and professional. I shipped a Honda Civic to Hawaii and the quote they gave me was in line with everybody else's. But none of the drivers spoke English and they drove the car from its parking spot to the truck with the handbrake on. Despite that, they kept me updated and everything was there when the car was delivered to my son. Everything went well with him on that end as well.

We’ve had to find locations for the pick-up that were close to my homes and were able to find a suitable road nearby. In Palm Beach Gardens, they parked outside on a military trail and put the car back out. I've been very pleased with the driver. He did a walkaround and pictures were taken. He provided me a list of options or what he has seen. They've done both at the pick-up and drop-off of the automobile. There was timeliness with Montway. Majority of the cases, I was able to get the car picked up and dropped off exactly when I wanted.

Montway's reps were responsive and knowledgeable, but it was weird because I talked to one person and I left him a voicemail, then someone else called me back about it. But they got back to me quickly at least. For the transport, the driver got a giant truck here to meet me at a place around the corner. Then he had to drop the car off down the road, a little ways. But he was professional and courteous. Other than that, my car was on the back of the truck and the driver took a tollway. And because the camera got a picture of my license, I got a toll bill for $20. I tried to complain to the toll company and to Montway and the driver. Montway said I should call the driver, so I did. But he said he was not going to do anything. He said my car was on the road and I got to pay for it. But besides that toll thing, working with Montway was easy and their price was pretty reasonable.

I've used Montway three times now. When I called them, they were very good on the telephone. They did the transports in a timely fashion and usually, it was done on the early part of the timeline they gave me. They also contact you before to tell you when they're picking up the vehicle. Then they give you the name and phone number of the driver. I have called after six days to see exactly when he'd be delivering and if he didn't answer, he called me back. Everything was great and the price was fair. Montway is the best car carrier that I ever had and they're a pleasure to do business with. If anybody ever asked me a car service to ship a car anywhere in the United States, I would highly recommend Montway.

I needed the car transported back to where it was restored and I used Montway to get it from New Jersey to Huntersville, PA. They showed up on time and I had no problem communicating with them. The transport was fast and the car got there exactly when they said it would. Also, the cost was perfect and the price I paid was the same as what they quoted me. Everything was done exactly as they said and I was totally happy. I will use them again if I need to.

Montway was great. The transport was from San Francisco to Atlanta, Georgia, and it was super quick. Communication was great too. I had to get somebody else to get the car for me on the other end because it was so much faster than I expected, and that was super easy. The whole thing was really easy.

We've had two straight years of excellent experience. Our recent was the same price as last year. We will book Montway Auto Transport again here shortly to get the car back to Indiana.

I got three quotes, and Montway was the most established, and they had really good pricing, too. I did ask for a discount and they took off a couple of hundred dollars. I worked with two representatives. I shipped two vehicles, and both reps were responsive and easy to work with. The transport was from Honolulu to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The process was a little different because, from Honolulu, the cars got shipped on a boat, but Montway coordinated everything with the shipping company and the receiving facility. Receiving it, because I wasn't here yet, I signed a waiver. They were able to get it off the 18-wheeler and they drove it to my residence. The car was in good condition. As far as the second vehicle, I was able to meet up at a huge parking lot for the 18-wheeler to disembark the vehicle. I was able to get it, and it was in good condition as well.

Montway Auto Transport met the deadline. The price was great. The delivery was a success. But on a personal level, I had an issue with the driver. He was rude to my husband at the time with the delivery. They argued. They were about to fight. My husband said there was a dent on the car. But the bill of lading didn't show that. He wouldn't give us the paper to sign off on to say that it was damaged. We contacted Montway and they were supposed to get their lawyers involved. But they never did anything else with it. So, at that point I said I wouldn't use them again for personal, but I still continue to use them for business. They do a great job, but sometimes they need to give the customer time to finish the transaction before they start calling. If I'm in the middle of doing something, they will constantly call me about the order that I'm still in process with and that can be a little irritating sometimes.

I used Montway Auto Transport to transport my motorcycle. Setting it up was just a few clicks. And the questions I had, I was able to call customer service to verify. For example, the amount of fuel that I could get away with on the vehicle when shipping. I got a very good deal. And the fact that it was insured for 10,000 as well was a very comforting factor in making my decision.

It was very easy to set up a transport with Montway Auto Transport. Also, their quote was reasonable. They brought the car to my door. And they coordinated everything very well.

When the car was picked up, the communication with the driver was good. I didn't deal with the driver because he dropped it off to my friend, but I was told that he accommodated my friend for the time of delivery. So, it was good too. I'm happy.

The only hiccup over the whole process was that I didn't know the lead time to make the arrangements for the vehicle. So I called in early mid-November and the Montway reps turned around and scheduled this thing at the end of November when I clearly stated I didn't need it sent down till the end of December. So there was some back and forth with their dispatch. But at the end of the day, we got it all rectified. If I had to use them again, I would.

The driver was cool. He picked up my truck and then he sent me the bill of lading. He reached out to me while he was on the road. The car was in good condition when it was delivered. The quote that they gave me was accurate. It was more expensive than what I could have paid, but my truck got where it needed to.

I called Montway and reserved two months ahead. They kept my card on file. But they didn't charge me. Then a day before my pickup date, they gave my number to a truck company and they called me and told me that they were calling on behalf of Montway and they were gonna come to pick up my car. So they gave me time. I was not able to get hold of driver because he did not speak English. So I was in contact with the courier company, who was the owner of the truck, and they were able to help me. They were able to help me communicate with the driver.

I've used Montway twice. I was active duty US Navy and I needed my car transported from Missouri to Washington. I didn't wanna put a bunch of miles on my car and Montway was recommended by a friend of mine in the Navy. The second time I used them was when I had the car transported again from Washington to Missouri. I got to interact with the driver during the second transport and he was very polite and professional. He kept in touch with me with anything going on with my car.

I've used Montway three times. And all three times, they were great. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and hardworking guys.

My experience with Montway was good and the price was right. The only difficulty was that I was in a condo and the trailer that carried the vehicles could not park in the areas where I was. So I had to do a little driving, not too long, to meet the guy because of that. Other than that, the communication was good both by email and by phone. They were very thorough in taking pictures of the car before and after. They were also very good about what they were doing.

My experience with Montway went fine and it was 100% flawless. I shipped two cars from California to Arkansas and it was flawless. They picked them up and delivered them ahead of schedule and no damage. They were super nice to deal with.

Montway is expensive like all of the others, but everything was good and the customer service reps were very courteous. The transport was on time too. The driver showed up when he said he was gonna show up and he was very professional. Everything was okay except for the windshields. They had some kind of residue in them, which could have been from the vehicles above, and I had to clean it up.

When the car was delivered, they called and said I could pick it up in town. It was there exactly when they said it would be. I picked it up, and it was in great shape. Montway was recommended to me by my apartment complex. I've seen a lot of scams out there and it was good that they recommended somewhere legit. I moved out of state from California to Seattle and set up a vehicle transport service on the online portal. I could just type in the address and they would come pick it up at that address. I did everything online at first, then I had someone call. The transport was great. We paid extra for the vehicle to come a little earlier and they came on that time, then they dropped it off when we were expecting it, if not a bit earlier. They brought the vehicle directly to us, and I was very happy with the cost. It was a fair price. Overall, I would recommend Montway.

I purchased a car from out of state, and I set up the transport through email, then someone called me when the transport was happening. Originally, Montway was going to drop the car off at my home and it was gonna take just a couple of days. However, they couldn't drop it off at my house because it was on a semi, so we ended up meeting at the casino. I wasn't in touch with the driver until he got there and he contacted me through a text. Our interactions were really polite and very professional. He got my car for me and it was in great condition. He also made sure I was okay. The car is a Prius and I wasn't used to starting it, so I was taking a while. The driver made sure that I was able to start and drive the car, which was nice.

Setting up the transport was great, and the pickup was perfect. The driver and I had great communication before he came, and he drove right down the street. I told him where to park because we live in a court and it was easy for him. He had an easy eight ways to turn around. During pickup, the driver took lots of photographs and notes. He took more than I did. The vehicle was picked up in California and dropped off in Texas, and it took the exact amount of days that Montway said.

My experience with Montway was solid. They were responsive, and they came when they said they were gonna come and did what they said. The transport was from Philadelphia to Fort Wayne, Indiana, and the communication was good. They told me when they were gonna show up and also gave me a call when they were on their way to the drop-off point.

Montway's price was competitive. It was roughly around what others were offering but a bit cheaper. Therefore, I went with them. I did the initial part online, then I talked to one of their folks on the phone. I purchased a '96 Toyota T100 out of state, and it sounded like the person that handled the pickup thought everything went normally, was contacted, and within a few hours, had the driver there. The only negative thing was there was some phone tag being played with them contacting me, me contacting the pickup person and relaying specific pieces of information. I had communicated that I was not at the pickup location, but I don't think it was clear to Montway or the driver. It was not too bad though. I was on the delivery side, and the vehicle arrived as I expected. Overall, I had a good experience, and I would recommend them.

I talked to the driver, and he was very responsive and answered all my questions. The transport process was very good too. Montway was punctual. They showed up when they were supposed to and dropped the car off the same day they said they would. Everything worked out fine, and we're gonna use them again when we go back home in April.

I was very happy with Montway and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. They transported a vehicle for me from Washington State to Washington, D.C. It took four days, which was fast. The driver was great. We texted and he was responsive. The whole process was pretty seamless and even though Montway was a third party, they seemed reliable.

Montway was fabulous. The staff was wonderful, and they were patient and kind. The cost of the transport was great, and the communication with the driver was good as well. He's got a bit of a thick accent, but we worked it. It was cool. My car was a little more difficult. Tesla cars all messed up underneath. The tires wear from the inside out. It's a bunch of crap, so I'm not gonna blame anybody.

I had to have my car shipped down to my daughter in Florida. The gentleman I spoke to at Montway was very professional. He sent me the agreement, explained everything that was down there, and told me exactly what I had to pay at one end and on the other end. The quote was very good, too. The pickup was astronomical with the two gentlemen that came. They told me the delivery time would be anywhere from two to three days. But I told them I needed the car at such a time and they said no problem. The gentlemen came up for the pickup on one day in the daytime, and it was delivered down to Florida the next day. The car arrived in excellent condition and the way they picked it up is the way it came. I'm going to use their people to get back to where I live. Also, one of my friends who's looking for an auto transporter called me up and I told him to contact Montway.

BEWARE! DO NOT ship with Montway! This was Not my first time shipping a vehicle but it Was the first time shipping with Montway. Montway does not screen the carriers they contract to ship your vehicle adequately. The carrier they contracted named "Midnight Express Trucking" caused thousands of dollars in damage to my vehicle. Montaway claims they will help with "arbitration" with the carrier in the event your vehicle is damaged. Montway required that I obtain multiple repair quotes, send multiple documents and pictures (which I did), just for them to say they "reached out to the carrier and received no response." They then advised me to contact the carriers insurance company on file. The so called "insurance" ended up being basically fraudulent. The phone number listed for the carriers insurance was fake.

I called an agent to inquire about shipping a 1930 Model A. I told the agent that another carrier came to pick up the car and couldn't drive it and left. I was told by the agent that nothing would be charged to my card until the car was safely loaded on a carrier so based on this information I booked the transport. The next day my card was charged and my car had not been picked up. I called to cancel the order and I was charged a $239. fee. I was lied to by the agent to get my business.

Montway Auto Transport has been in business for a long time and the price was better. Also, the rep was very helpful. He helped me figure out the dates, when I wanted the car to arrive, because I had never done it before. Thomas called and said where he was, and it was on the day that I was expected it. It was right across the street from where we lived. He was a good guy. The car was dusty, but that was expected. It was in an open transport vehicle. So, we had the car washed, but it was not bad.

The reps were all very nice and helpful. The pick up at my home was good and easy. They gave me a window of within five days of the date that they gave me, and they were there on the third day. The man who took the car was very nice. So from my house, it went to California and then got on the ship. It got on right away because I was moving to Hawaii and it got here really fast. I was not expecting it to be as fast as it was. It got here in about two weeks. It was a good experience. I've recommended Montway to a couple of other people who are looking into transport. So I would use them again if I had to.

I gave Montway all the information they needed and then I paid them over the phone with the credit card. It was very easy. I did everything over the phone. Everything went along very smoothly. At the last minute, I had to change where to drop the car off. So I called Montway and told them the new destination. They looked it up and they said, "1.7 miles. That's no problem." I was very happy with them. My mechanic said that the fee that they charged was very, very reasonable. He was very impressed with them also.

Everything was great in my experience with Montway. We were buying a car from our in-laws that live in Michigan and we live in Las Vegas and we were really busy. Setting up transport was an easy and fast thing to do. The car got here and it was good. The quote was also affordable.

There were several numbers, and it was confusing, but after conducting some research, I found that Montway was the best company with the best price. One of the most impressive facets of their company was Carlos, the guy who shipped the vehicle. He was really good. He was fast as well as professional when he loaded and unloaded the car.

Montway is an excellent transportation company. They transported a truck and a SUV for us from Colorado to Virginia. It took less than a week and the vehicles arrived earlier than expected. Montway's reps were very professional, responsive, and transparent. They helped make sure that the truck was a guaranteed pickup and drop-off. They also helped with the communication through and through. The quote they gave was reasonable and 100% accurate.

We had to transport our Lexus 350 from Iowa to Florida. I liked the person from Montway that I worked with on the phone. They were helpful and very reassuring. They got us a good price. They got the car down here when we needed it. The driver called to let me know when he would be delivering it. It got down quickly. So, it was a good experience using Montwa. They were very easy to work with.

Montway's price was right, and they delivered the car on time. Everything went wonderfully. I shipped an electric Cadillac. The discussions were just before the truck showed up. They had to schedule my car, and they couldn't schedule it within a couple of weeks. That was fine. They told me how the schedule works, so they were knowledgeable and they provided me with an idea of when they're gonna show up and if they would show up on time.

Montway Auto Transport has been excellent. The car was on time and clean. Good drivers. Montway says what they would do and they're very easy to work with. Their quote is too high, but everybody plays the same. It's expensive to ship our car, but it's also expensive to drive it. They're a good company. Use them.

I have shipped two cars with Montway and it was always a pretty good experience. They were very responsive and they explained the whole process. They were also able to answer all my questions and the quotes were good for what the work was.

Somebody contacted me when the driver was there to pick up the vehicle. Montway Auto Transport gave me a date range and that was a day earlier than I needed. The driver was very flexible with that, came back for the car the next day. They transported it, delivered it when they said it would be and in good shape. So, overall, a positive experience. They ended up picking the car up sooner than we thought they were going to and it got to the destination quicker than we thought it was going to get here. It was a long move as we were going from California all the way to eastern Tennessee. The price was decent compared to everybody else and it was pretty comparable. I also felt comfortable with the person that I spoke with. And they would email us. They notified us whenever the car was being transferred and when it was going to be picked up.

I talked to the driver from Montway and he was always giving me good updates. I like that when I talk the customer service, they are fast. So, I always have the information I needed instantly.

We transported a Nissan Rogue for about 1,200 miles thru Montway and it took approximately three days. They were less expensive than a couple of other companies and were really professional. The quote they gave us was very reasonable and spot-on. I talked to the driver a couple different times and he was very knowledgeable and very polite. They were on time for the delivery and it worked out really well. Montway's service was fast, efficient, and as promised.

Signing up was very easy with Montway and the rep was consistent with feedback. The drop-off and pick-up went very smoothly and efficiently, and the price was what I expected. I had a very good experience with Montway and I would use them again.

Everything went very smoothly in my experience with Montway. I've used them three times now. They've transported a few cars for me and my dad and everything has always been just what they said, which is why I kept going back to them. They also gave me a discount the second and third times.

I was satisfied with the service provided by Montway. Their reps were very good and confident. They were very helpful in scheduling the pickup and the delivery, and everything went perfectly. They picked it up when they said they were and they delivered it the day after I got to Florida. I just contacted them last week so they could ship the car back to Michigan. I also referred them to my son. He had a car shipped to New York and they did that a couple of months after I had my car shipped.

Montway is based out of Schomburg which is close to where I lived. I called to inquire and got a quote. They emailed it over to me right away. Then they continued to follow up via text, email, and voice mail. I spoke with people that were knowledgeable. The driver was great to communicate with. I like that I was able to text with him to figure out exactly what time he was coming, or at least get a window of time, because I was still in Chicago at the time when my car was getting dropped off here. It was helpful that my roommates could get the car and I could give them a time frame of when the driver was gonna show up. He dropped it off in perfect condition. The service was awesome. I love Montway.

I called multiple places and Montway had the best quote. The customer service person I talked to was original. He was super nice to talk to. He gave me the price of how much belongings I could put in the car and how much more would be for going more than 100 pounds over. I got the driver's name and phone number for a contact, and they said that they could be picking the car up as early as that Monday or Tuesday. I had to take my sister to the airport on Monday so I called the driver. He said, “That's no problem at all. I'll be there on Tuesday morning.” That was super nice of him. He was on time for the pickup. He talked to me and took pictures of everything. He said that the car would probably get there Thursday or Friday because he was gonna be going all the way through California. I flew out that Wednesday and the following morning, the car was here. It was fantastic.

I compared fares of different companies and Montway has the best price. I needed it because we were coming to a distant location for a long time. We were gonna fly down and ship a car. Setting up the transport was easy. I did it online. I called the gal that I booked with and took it off the computer and made a human contact. It worked very well. The pick-up was fine. The driver called and he said he wanted to come someplace. I gave him a better option and we met him at a trucker stop. There was no problem and it was very close to our house. He photographed everything and did a very thorough inspection. However, he came very late. He came at 11:30 at night. I have a designated person to pick it up. The truckers were more difficult to deal with than the brokers. But the condition of the vehicle was excellent. It was the same as I sent it.

My experience with Montway was very positive. I was relocating from northern Virginia to California. They shipped my Acura. I got the estimate online, and everything they did was as they advertised. The estimate was competitive with other companies I researched. The driver was very considerate and accepted my suggestion about where to meet. I wanted to have a place that was safe and easy for him to get to. I explained what personal commitments I had and he was able to work around a schedule that I had. Then when it came time to deliver the vehicle, he was able to even deliver it one day earlier and we met at a location.

I put in some information on a form online and then somebody called me back really quickly to confirm those details and to get more information. The driver who was scheduled to transport my mom's car confirmed with my mom about four days into the seven-day window that the guy that I talked to said he would contact her in. So he connected with her. Talking to the person and scheduling and the price were fine. We ended up paying what we were quoted. The price was cheap.

Montway's price was good and they had good online reviews. Also, setting up the transport was easy to do.

Besides that, the pick-up was done in a manner that I could work with. I had a representative deliver the car to the parking area where they could retrieve the vehicle, and it got to the destination. My sister picked up the car, and she said the driver was very courteous and managed to get the delivery to the destination within the time frame that he said he could. He got delayed because the weather was very bad out in the Washington, D.C area, at the destination.

I called Montway and set up the pick-up date. However, that was a screwed-up deal, ‘cause the person that originally took the order said that they’d pick the car up on a specific date within two or three days, but when it come closer to it, nobody would give me an exact date of when they were coming. Some of them even said it might be 10 days later. They were within the two days of picking the car up though. The driver pulled in a road across the street from the RV park where I worked, and I drove the car over there. I took some photos, and he took a bunch as well. He also removed the external antennas and pulled it up on the truck. My wife was here in Texas for the drop-off and she said everything was fine. The car was just dirty.

Customer service was thorough and easy. They asked for specific information, then they provided a quote that was fair. We watched the transporter load the vehicle, and they took pictures. They also reached out and said that they were a few hours out. They stayed in touch. They were on time, and the vehicle was delivered safely.

I dropped my car off in Seattle and met with the driver. He took everything he needed and drove away, then my dad picked it up in Georgia. Montway was good and people should use them ‘cause my car was safe, and it arrived at a great time. It wasn't delayed.

The driver called and updated me when they were gonna be doing the delivery. They called when it was an hour out and let me know exactly when it was gonna be there. That part was excellent. The drivers were very nice and professional. I know it's a freight broker and it changes hands a lot of times before it goes from the pickup point to the destination. But the communication could have been a little better. The transport took a little longer than I thought, but I'm in transportation myself and know that's a hard area to get out of freight-wise, so it was acceptable. All in all, I would recommend Montway. I was satisfied with the service. If I had another vehicle I needed shipped again, they would be the first ones I would call.

Montway gave me a quote that was straightforward and very accurate. During the pickup, the driver showed up and took a look at the vehicles, then he figured out how to load them up. It wasn't a hard process. The transport was scheduled to take a week and it took 10 days. During the transport, I had the driver's number, so it was easy to contact him. He also coordinated ahead of time and had already mapped up the area he was delivering to. Specifically, he could not pull up to the address that I had given and I was aware of that before he even picked up the vehicle. So, that was useful. Then for the delivery, he gave me two hours heads up before he arrived and the vehicles arrived in good condition.

They had me give them a day that I would like my car to be picked up, and they adhered to it pretty well. There was a change of plans where I needed to give the car a day later because I was out of town and they were accommodating. Then I gave the car up, waited for two weeks, and it showed up where I wanted it. I knew the date they were coming to delivery it and I was at the destination when the guy came. He dropped the car, drove it off the truck, and gave me my keys.

He parked the vehicle on the medium of the main road. So we were in the middle of the road, loading this vehicle. That was very unsafe. I gave him the keys and then I crossed the street. I was waiting on the sidewalk and I watched him while he did his thing. But he was very courteous and did his job. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service.

Montway is trying to slip out of a driver damage claim that I've been after for six months. The driver smashed our car right into the back of a car on his transporter and we had eyewitnesses. As soon as he got down from the carrier, he just drove off and fled the scene. I've been trying to get Montway to do something and they do nothing. They just duck out of it and say they're just a broker. I've reached out to everything they have with no response and no callbacks. My customer right now is getting hung with a $2,000 damaged car because they don't have the balls to do anything. I've done 20 or 30 transports this past year with Montway and this has ruined my opinion of them.

We are happy with Montway. I had a good experience with their customer service. We weren't sure about the pick-up date until it was getting closer to it 'cause they were trying to find a driver. That seemed a little not as organized to us, but it all worked out fine. The vehicle also came in earlier than they originally said. The cost was reasonable too.

Everything was awesome in my experience with Montway. They let me put stuff in my back seat, which was not something many of the other places offered. That was a huge plus for me 'cause I didn't have enough to get a moving van. But I had too much to ship it there. I had a bunch of breakable stuff and I didn't wanna put it through that. Working with Montway was straightforward. It's like, "This is what the cost is for a cross-country move. This is what the rules are. You can have some things in the car, but only up to this amount. And we'll give you a date and a driver when it's closer to your time.” They probably have a pool of people they contact. So, I didn't know who was moving the car until three to five days before the transport. The good thing I really liked about them was that the person who picked up the car is the person who's delivering it. There are no trade-offs. It was gonna go directly from where you dropped it off, where they picked it up, and then to your home.

I called two or three companies and Montway was the most responsive and their price was all within reason. I transported my vehicle with them and I didn't have to deal with their customer service much because it was so simple. We used them a second time to deliver our second car that we didn't even think we were gonna move down. The guy who brought our first car brought the second car down, too, and he was great.

My wife and I travel for extended periods of time and it's easier to transport our car to where we're going. I've used Montway in the last two years and I was very happy with them. They were very easy to work with and whatever they promised, they delivered and I like that. Their quote was fair and they stuck to what they said. I'd like it to be less, but so would everybody else. It was a little more this year, but I didn't want there to be any chance for the receiving end, since it was my brother-in-law who was receiving the car, that they would end up having to write a check or give money to a driver. I wanted to pay it all upfront and that made the price go up a couple 100 bucks and I'm not sure why that's the case. But the car was delivered and they didn't have any problem with it. We'll be using Montway again in April and I hope to continue to use them as long as the service works out.

I have a winter home in Florida and we needed to transport the car there from New York. The Montway rep I spoke to was a very nice gentleman. He told me about their different price levels and I found one that suited me. We made the arrangements for the pickup and towards the very end when it was time for the pickup, he said that the carrier that they wanted to use was gonna charge $50 more and he still thought that he could find another carrier. But at that point, I didn't want to get caught up with not having the car picked up and being there on time. I was charged $50 more than the original quote but service-wise, it was worth the extra $50.

I shipped a small SUV and a minivan through Montway. It was good enough that I chose them as my transportation company. I liked their port-to-door pricing. I needed my vehicles dropped off at my door and they had the best pricing to do that. The customer service experience was fine. There was some mix-up where we had to change our plan. So, we tried to see if we could change some things up with Montway. The confusion was really on our end. So, we got it cleared up and things ended up working out fine. A printed bill of lading would be good for when they delivered the car.

I called a couple of companies and Montway was the one that said they could transport our convertible and do it with an interior transport. Also, they were not concerned about the add-on luggage rack that we had put on the car. I went with them and at the beginning of the process, it was a bit confusing because I had two or three different estimates emailed to me based on the same requirement and the same request that I had submitted. Then, after I selected one of them, I still kept getting communication based on the other estimate. It was almost as if multiple people were looking at my request.

There was a lot of communications with Montway as far as forms I had to fill out. There were forms for the transport and for the shipping that had to be done all online, and we had to make sure all the payments have gone through. Then I got a call from the driver that he would be coming by, and it was good because they said there was a two-week window. Within the first week, I got a call. He came over. I had two vehicles shipped. He took pictures of both vehicles before he put them on the trailer. Then we talked quite a bit about what they do. He put them on the trailer and secured both of them.

I used Montway before and I was happy. I needed to get my car from Missouri to Florida so I went back to them. The guy who picked up the car was wonderful, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very polite. When they picked up the vehicle, they were able to come into my neighborhood because we didn't have any trees or poles. They parked at the back of our house. We drove the car around and we went through everything with the driver and he took a video of the car. He loaded it up, and it started to rain and I went inside. The car was in Florida when we got here on New Year's Eve. The quote was okay too. I would recommend Montway. I recommended them to another neighbor here and they transported his car back to New Jersey last year.

The driver met my mom and he was cordial with us. I was on the phone with his wife. She was helping to coordinate everything to keep me updated on the progress and the status of the delivery of the vehicle. The pickup was in Montgomery, Alabama and the drop-off was in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was supposed to take a projected three days and it ended up being roughly three days. The driver was efficient. It was a total of at least 1,000 miles and he managed to expedite it some way. He pulled up in front of my new home. He rolled the vehicle off the ramp and pulled into the driveway. There were a couple of noted scratches. But he was very professional in having noted any scratches that he noticed prior to driving the vehicle and picking it up. The quote was reasonable too. I was pleased with it.

The transport from New York to Florida took about five days. I was disappointed at the point of arrival because I wasn't there to receive the car. They got there too soon. They told me they would be on the day of or the day after and they were there two days early. Luckily, I had someone there to pick up the car. But the fellow who picked up the car was very good. The people that were here told me that he couldn't come down my street ‘cause it was too big. So he had to park about a block away. Somebody drove the car to him and he picked up my car and drove it back to the house. The vehicle came in good shape too.

It gave you all the information you needed. They also returned my call quickly. If I had a question and I called the Montway office, they were there to answer the call. They showed good service skills. I also had the number of the driver and I was able to contact him. I was also happy with the quote they provided. The rate was very fair because it was an open transporter. I had a friend drive the car down and his expenses were far more than Montway's. It was a very good thing for me to do. They were also very nice to deal with. I'm gonna use them again to take the car up back north.

It took a while to get one phone call but Montway answered my questions. I was calling almost every week and they told me they got it under control. I felt confident. My driver was fantastic. He saw how concerned I was to see how he loaded my Jeep up there. He was very patient ‘cause I was standing there, groaning the whole time he was driving it up there. The truck got here before we did. I had a friend waiting for the driver. They called me and said they'd be here in an hour. I called my friend and he was there, got the keys and brought it here to our condo. It worked out perfectly. The payment was easy. We had shipped our vehicle same distance a couple years ago. It was comparable to what the increase in prices are from several years ago to today. I have referred at least two people to Montway.

I checked around first and decided on Montway due to all the positive reviews, and I’m glad I did. When I talked to the representative we went through all the details of how my bike would be secured and transported, also pricing. I decided on from my door in Everett Washington to their receiving location in Phoenix Arizona. They picked up my bike on time and at my location, the driver was professional and he inspected my bike for any imperfections, and I took pictures. He then filled out a invoice that had prints of the different sides of a motorcycle. He was unable to note any preexisting damage, I’m proud to say my bike is in near perfect condition. He then let me drive it up on the motorcycle pallet and he secured the bike to the pallet, being careful not to damage the bike he loaded the bike on an enclosed truck and away he went.

Excellent door-to-door service. Car arrived a few days after pick up. The driver was courteous and experienced. He stated some of the cars on the carrier were owned by repeat customers. I paid an extra $100 in order to fill up the back seat. My car arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely use Montway again if the occasion should arise.

I have shipped my car cross country multiple times and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Montway is expensive. I paid a premium over other businesses because of the advertised promptness of pickup and delivery. Unfortunately they failed in both respects. The pickup was delayed by 1 day and the transport time was extremely delayed. Even ignoring the late pickup, the delivery was late. They advertised 7-9 days when I paid. It took 13 days. No one would address my concerns during transport and I got no response when asking about the delayed pickup or 4 day late delivery. The driver refused to do door to door pickup or delivery even though I have easy street access at both locations. To top it off the car was delivered filthy and missing a half tank of gas with no explanation. Don't pay the premium, use a cheaper service as Montway is clearly not worth the extra money.

I had a great experience, I called them on Thursday night to book it, they found a driver on Friday, he picked up the car Saturday morning in MA and delivered it Monday morning to FL. Smooth and easy process, and no damage to the car. Everyone communicated effectively and were very responsive.

Montway did a great job. I've been using them the last few times. I use them every year, taking my car to North Carolina and bringing it back to Florida. Normally, the transport is quick, but one time, it took four days, when it should have taken two, because the truck broke down. Besides that, the drivers are very nice. Sometimes, Montway has guys that speak English, but then they give a driver that can't speak English. Still, it works out and they do a good job. I'm not complaining.
