    BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT -- STAY AWAY! My daughter had her Camry towed to this Toyota repair shop on July 29, 2025, for what was most likely an alternator problem. A whining belt-like noise was coming from the engine before losing power steering and shutting off, leaving her stranded. She requested the service rep to check the alternator and belts and agreed to a diagnostic. After waiting hours on site for the car, all she got was a new battery ($290). She informed them on site the battery was recently replaced 9 mos ago and it should not be the battery -- they insisted over and over and told her to get a refund on the battery warranty (which they did not return to her).

    Upon cranking the car, the noise was still present. She went back in and was told "the battery and engine just need to 'Warm Up'". She drove the car immediately to CNC repair shop, where they found a severely frayed alternator belt and an alternator that had vibrated to the point of needing new bolts to anchor it. The belt and alternator replacement and labor cost another 1600 (all this was on the same day, so this was not a separate problem). MIRACLE TOYOTA RIPPED HER OFF AND PUT HER IN DANGER OF BEING STRANDED AGAIN.

    CNC not only properly diagnosed the problem (which was pretty easy for even an inexperienced mechanic given the circumstances), they repaired the car, offered my daughter transportation home and was professional all the way through. Upon calling Miracle Toyota to complain, their response was, "You have a new battery and we don't refund anything." If I could give them a negative 100 stars, I would. Even the tow truck driver warned her about this place, but I thought the dealership would be the best bet for having an alternator on hand so that she could get the car back the same day -- we rolled the dice and lost. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN DRIVING SAFETY!!
