I dropped my car off for a warranty check up on Friday, January 29th, after making an appointment. I made sure I got there early because it was a Friday, and left my number at the desk for them to call me to come back to pick up my car THAT DAY. After noticing that it was after 5 and I hadn't received a call to come back and get my car, I called to try to reach the service department but they were closed, so I asked to speak to a manager and was disconnected. I called back again only to be told by a salesperson that I wasn't going to be able to get my car until the following Monday because, they didn't know if my car had been started and they could not release my car.

I had a fantastic experience at Goose Creek Mitsubishi on September 17,2025 thanks to Mr Sugar **! He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find a perfect car within my budget. The financing was smooth, and I drove away in my new vehicle in just a few hours. I felt respected and valued from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend Mr ** and his team.

They will do anything crooked to make that sale. I'm going to leave it at that. They know what I'm talking about. They need to be investigated. And they don't return phone calls. Every time I call the manager isn't there.

DO NOT RECOMMEND — Poor post-sale service! I purchased my vehicle from Mitsubishi Goose Creek in October 2024. At the time of purchase, a third-party warranty was added to my contract for approximately $3,500. I contacted the warranty company (Rosemark Warranty) directly and requested a cancellation. On April 29th, they confirmed that the cancellation was processed and that Mitsubishi Goose Creek had up to 8 weeks to issue a refund.

Overall wasn't surprised by the eagerness to just take my money and then stop replying to calls and messages, what really got me was the "repairs" made on the truck, Repairs like superglued dash, and a rear window that still doesn't work or at the very least cleaning all of the broken glass out of a door when replacing a window so It doesn't rattle around but that might have been too much of an ask.
