My experience was very pleasant. There was a large selection of cars to pick from. My salesman was very helpful. All in all a very good experience.

Kenneth is very professional. Pleasant attitude and courteous. Test Drive by myself was different - outside personnel was great and fast. Waiting to see what's next... So far it’s been a very pleasant experience.

Maria was very helpful. She provided us with excellent customer service. Dashira was very nice and provided a lot of good information. Overall I would recommend this place to my friend and family.

He was really friendly, easygoing and kind. He did not pressure me to buy any car and he also helped to choice a car that fit my taste and within my budget. He helped me to avoid getting into a high car payment. The only thing was that after I bought the car I notice mechanic issue and a few fixer uppers, but I am here a week listen trying to get it fix and Alvaro (Manager) is helping. Overall I enjoyed my experience here and I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Only thing what I can say is great prices, great people helped me to find what I want without a problem. And another thing I want to say about the logo of business, the billboard is too high in height and you had a problem. I couldn't see it. If you lower the sign it will help.

My sales person was amazing, helpful, and honest. I also appreciated how nice everyone was. I felt appreciated as a customer even though my purchase wasn't guaranteed. Plus I loved the food.

Sales person attentive but kept repeating he was new, maybe an excuse for something. Besides that buying process was too long. We arrived 6:30 pm and finished at 11:30.

So far my experience has been really good. My salesman was very informative of what and how everything was going. Now I'm waiting to be approved.

My experience varies at my time in the store. First the sales representatives were knowledgeable, friendly, and they weren't aggressive. Getting to the point of test driving the car was very time consuming. After test driving the car and deciding to purchase it was even more time consuming. You may be well served in hiring more sales people and anticipating busy days. It would also be helpful if they could increase the efficiency of finance. They also need more restrooms!

Good Customer service. Yessica greeted me at the door as soon as I walked in. She offered me coffee and assigned me an amazing sales rep. He helped me out a lot and answered all my questions.

Erick was easy to work with. No pressure and knowledgeable. The dealer was very busy so I had to wait a few hours to complete the purchase but Erick kept me informed and full of Cuban coffee. My car did have a couple issues with the tires and brakes but I brought it back a couple days later and they made all repairs and were very professional. I was very impressed with the staff and their responsiveness.
