Bought a Nissan Altima. Explained everything very well. So far so good. Good deal for the loan.

I purchased a 2012 Mercedes GLK 350 on Saturday 9/6. Drove in from Lakeland to Lake Worth. The process to finalize paperwork took over four hours. When I test drove the vehicle there were several warning/status reports including washer fluid being low. I asked them to make sure this was taken care of because I had to drive over three back to Lakeland at 9 in the evening. They brought the vehicle to me after "prepping" it. The notice indicator light was still on. The salesman brought it to the back and came back and said that there was a crack in the washer fluid box so they couldn't fill it. Also, several exterior bulbs were not working and they could not replace them. I took the vehicle on Tuesday to local Mercedes dealer to have oil changed as a baseline and they called me to inform me that the vehicle had over 5k worth of damage to the underside (front impact) which pushed everything and cracked the washer box.

I was very excited when I saw all the prices online for what I thought were great. I called Paulino, he knew I had a 6 hour round trip to see a car, white Range Rover. He never even double checked anything. Never even looked at the car before I got there. Car had a check engine light on and then another service engine failure came on during the test drive. I asked him why he would have me drive six hours, and a very expensive car with the check engine light on and he can't even tell me why. Who wants to buy a very expensive Range Rover with all the service lights on.

Fast, efficient, friendly. Carlos was very patient and understanding. Fiancé, I was in and out Off Lease - provided us with grill food and cold drinks while we waited. I love our car and can't wait to save gas.

I came in and had my eyes on a white Toyota Camry and Joe ** was helping me out but the car got sold first. I came in the next day by the help of Tracey because I had no ride and Joe helped me pick out another Toyota Camry which is as nice as the one I wanted.

The first time we bought in June it was nice. Even though the place was hot as hell and slow as molasses we got a GREAT deal that was worth the wait. This was Palm Beach Off lease. SO.....when both of my kids needed cars we started looking with them-they could never find the car we wanted so we went to off Lease Miami-HUGE mistake. Made an appt and the guy spent 10 minutes with us before he started working other customers. We waited 40 minutes for them to bring one of 3 requested cars around and they said they locked the keys in the car---40 minutes - don't they have a bar that pops the lock?? So we drove 2 cars and the last car was the one we were most interested in. We had seen it first and suddenly between telling us we could drive it and our waiting 2 hours it was sold. I intended on buying 2 cars with cash and we got so frustrated with the waiting and no one giving a damn we just decided to get one and look later. HUGE mistake. I don't feel we got a got a good deal - we had no one to discuss anything with for the whole time - the salesman basically spent 10 minutes out of 4 hours with us. I wouldn't use them again.

Dealing with my salesperson Sam was a pleasant surprise. I love my Highlander. I had some issues with my paperwork and brakes but it was dealt with appropriately and immediately. The only negative is my phone calls were never returned as promised and so I had to drive 3 hours to Miami from Punta Gorda to get things resolved which always work out. My overall experience at Offlease was great especially Greeter Dashira, Sales Person and Finance. I'll be back for my daughter's car.
