My experience at Off Lease Only was phenomenal! My salesman; Andy ** was well educated and very informative about the different vehicles I test drove. Although purchasing a vehicle is known to be a long drawn out process; I didn't feel stressed out one bit. Andy made me feel comfortable and was very accommodating. I test drove at least three cars before I found the one I wanted. Nevertheless, Andy was more than happy to grab each car with a smile. When it was time to purchase the vehicle Pablo ** worked with me. He made the financing easy to understand and made the process pretty painless. He didn't pressure me into any additional services/ warranties but taught me the importance of the warranty and what it covers. Although I declined the warranty; he did not try to sway my decision.
It was such a pleasure working with this dealership. In fact, my boyfriend came back a few days later and traded his car in! We saw Andy again because of course he was AWESOME last time! Juan ** did his financing and we experience the same level of professionalism that Pablo offered. I really can't say one bad thing about this dealership or their employees. All I can say is I never write these reviews but I truly felt the need to express my experience. If you haven't visited Off Lease Only. what are you waiting for? You won't regret it.

I have been in the market for about 2 months because I needed a minivan for my family, and all dealers that we visited, they just tried to get my money out of my pocket, and I never imagine that for this day exist that kind of dealers. But when we get to Offleaseonly of Miami it was totally different. Those people are so great they don't put pressure on me, they let me drive the car and it was a unique experience. Went in on December 9th to buy a car, looked around, found one that looked fine. Test drove, looked at everything I thought was needed. Two weeks later the car was making a noise and the check engine light came on, car started to stutter as well. I took it back and said this was unacceptable, the salesman told me that it was the change oil light, which would come off and on (came on the day before). He was giving me attitude and saying it was my fault, they changed the oil and said it was running fine.
A month later the car starts to do the same noises and lights flickering. Took it to the Nissan dealer (since I was told when I bought the car, ANYTHING that was wrong with the car as is, would be covered by the warranty) and they told me the engine was SLUDGED, which means the oil wasn't changed properly by the previous owner.
I understand Off Lease only handles cars as is, but when I took it to the dealer this was spotted instantly, something that should've been spotted the first time (2 weeks after I bought the car) to get an oil change. But the car salesman didn't mention anything, put oil in the car and gave me the car back. Knowing that the car had that issue, I seriously can't believe someone would do that. The damage is anywhere from $1000 to $3000. Thanks OFF LEASE ONLY.

Off Lease Only in Lake Worth was the best! The dealership is quite busy with many smiling faces. The best customer service I have received from a dealership! I cannot thank them enough! They made it possible for me to get my dream car! With the help of their awesome finance and sales team I was able to drive away with my new Cadillac CTS, with and a huge smile on my face! I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received at Off Lease Only. Yes, we had a few glitches with delivery, but they might be more related to the vendor they used for safety repairs. The team at the Orlando site went above any beyond to rectify all issues. And in the end, I have a beautiful car in the garage.
Sunday morning I received a call from Darnell ** who first told me I could order a replacement key at the Mercedes dealer and they would reimburse me for the cost. Less than an hour later, he called back to tell me that they found the missing key. I told Darnell that he could drop it in the mail, but he said he would personally deliver it to my door tonight (a Sunday) after he is finished at the lot.

Rick, our salesman, for keeping us updated throughout the process and responding to my textsDanny, the finance person, for going through several finance scenarios and letting me choose what works best for me.
Rebecca, who must be a customer service rep who kept me from blowing a gasket while waiting and even staying in touch the next day. She also authorized a loaner car to make the delivery to our house possible.
Ashley and DT, who didn't really have anything to do with the transaction but kept me from feeling ignored while waiting for hours.
Darnell, who was able to get all of my issues resolved.
Original Review: Feb. 6, 2015
This isn't the place if you want to test drive one or two cars, sign and drive. Prepare to spend hours. Last weekend I submitted my credit application and Monday received an email from the finance dept asking for certain documents to submit with the application. I emailed everything that morning. I called to confirm receipt and said I would be in to the Orlando lot on Tuesday at 11:00.
It didn't take too long to be waited on, even though the place was very busy. We were put at a computer terminal to pick out a few cars we were interested in. Then we went to the lot, list in hand, and directed to the area where the available Mercedes Benz cars are parked. The first car we test drove was gorgeous but made a funny noise that my former mechanic husband couldn't diagnose and with an accident history, not willing to gamble with. The next car we drove was the one. The rear brakes were grinding and you could see and feel that the rotors needed to be cut. They agreed to do that since it was a safety issue - you could hear them grinding.
We went inside to do the paperwork. A couple hours into it I was told that they would have to send it out and it wouldn't be ready until the next day. They offered me a loaner car but I declined as I wanted my husband to check the repairs before I accept the keys. I signed all the paperwork, plates were even issued, with the understanding that I would be back the next day. We were there for over 6 hours. By mid-day Wednesday we still hadn't heard anything. The salesperson called after getting a text from us. He said the repair still wasn't finished. I suggested we wait to pick it up on Thursday to be sure they had time to finish.
Thursday, I again spoke with the salesman and said we planned to be there at 1:00. He was off but he said he would be in there at that time as he was delivering a car to another buyer, too. He called us when we were about 10 minutes away saying he was leaving but told us who to ask for when we got there. Ashley and Rebecca (who were both wonderful) greeted us and looked for the person we were advised to see. He eventually came over to us and said the car isn't back from Tuffy, the repair company they sent it to.
I went in to see the Danny, my finance person (another friendly staff member), as I had a little paperwork left. After that, someone came over and told us it would still be a couple of hours. We left to grab some lunch and came back when they told us to. The car still wasn't there. We waited, and waited.... I think it was about 5:30 when I was told that Tuffy couldn't get the wheels and tires off because there are locking lug nuts and they didn't have a master key. This means that nobody ever even looked at the brakes that whole time. At this point, Rebecca said that it wasn't going to be ready.
I live in Port Orange, over 50 miles away and wasn't going make the round trip again. She got authorization for a loaner car and delivery of the car to my house. It took over an hour for the loaner (thanks to Darrel ** getting involved). It was about 7:00 pm by the time I left. So that is about 12 hours so far, on this purchase not including the 5 hours of travel time for the 2 round trips.
I will update this, including the ranking if I ever get the car. At this point I'm just about ready to say just forget it. The friendliness of most of the staff kept me from having a melt down. They were all sympathetic to the situation, but I wasn't sure who was in charge calling the shots. Someone dropped the ball.

I saw a vehicle online that was competitively priced so I called and worked with a salesman by the name of Vinny. I let him know I had been pre-approved by my bank and asked him to send a purchase order, which I then forwarded to my bank for processing. Everything was ready to go, my bank just needed to have a front and back copy of the title to make sure everything matched. I called Vinny who is fairly new so he put me in touch with ** the finance manager. ** says they couldn't produce the title for a few more weeks.
I quickly began to get upset because I was literally in the middle of booking my flight to head down. The check was going to be sent next day shipping so it all should have been flawless, but these guys had a thousand excuses as to why they didn't have a title. I know from now on to ask if the title is on site because these guys wasted my time and almost cost me money. It should be illegal to advertise a vehicle for sale when one does not have the title. They would have cashed my check the same day, but made me wait 2 weeks or more to be able to register my vehicle! It's a horrible business practice and my only recommendation is to stay far away from this business!

The owner of the company did great responding ASAP, you can tell he cares about his customers. He is resolving everything as quick as possible. Mark wants to make sure everyone is happy, he even gave me something for my wasted trips. I gave them a second shot, thus far everything is going well. The prices are great, the people in Palm Beach are great, and Hugo (the salesman) from Orlando was great (just making sure I let that be known). It was just a couple bad apples that fell far from the tree that made my experience bad, but now I'm extremely satisfied.

"Plus, shopping from the comfort of your computer is a great way to choose the car perfect for you without having to step foot into the dealership or stand in the hot sun. Our website is updated six times daily to make sure our customers are browsing the most up-to-date inventory possible due to our high sales volume. Step two- Once you choose a used car that you love, then simply apply online for your car financing to get pre-approved in just a few minutes. Step three- come in to take a test drive of your new car!" (That is what is says on the website, nothing that says we do not hold cars after we run your credit and process everything.)
First off I can honestly say I was appalled when I received such poor customer service from the people at OffLease Only Orlando. I did the application online Thursday January the 29th. As soon as I received the email I sent all the information that was needed, also putting in the car I wanted; which was the DARK BLUE 2014 CHEVY MALIBU (which was the only one that was there out of all 3 locations). At the time I was conversing through email with the finance manager name **, which by the way was the only way I was able to get through to him or anyone. That was on the 29th still.
On Friday the 30th in the evening ** advised me that I was approved and I should come in there early. I then wrote him I will be there Saturday in the evening because I'm coming from Palm Beach. I also mentioned him I had to rent a car and get off work early to get there on time. Between then I called numerous times trying to speak with **, or at least someone, but I didn't get a call from someone till Saturday morning by the name of Guesly around 9:45am. I mean come on. I had been calling in since Friday morning. He asked me if I was coming in and I told him yes I will be there after I get off work early and get the rental. He said ok no problem. He also asked me what car I was looking at I told him that it was the dark blue Chevy Malibu, and I also gave him the stock number. He told me that it was still there. I spoke to Guesly throughout the day and told him the car I wanted twice.
Then around 3:17pm I received a text from a guy name Hugo asking me what car I wanted. I texted him the stock number and he said OK. So I arrived to Offlease Only and I called Guesly and he told me to ask for Hugo. So they called Hugo (who was very nice by the way) and he assisted us. Once I gave him stock number again he couldn't find it in the system and the reason being is because it was sold 3 hours before I got there he said. I was still in Palm Beach when the car was sold. So I was furious and was like how this could have happened. Hugo went to get a manager immediately. The manager that came was **. ** came out with an insensitive tone. He did not apologize not once. The first words that came out his mouth was "we do not hold cars here."
I asked him why didn't he tell me that in the email and he said "I'm not going to tell you that, I'm just making sure you know what exactly what came out my mouth. I did my part which was only to do your application." So he had the opportunity to tell me about the policy many times beforehand but opted out to. He said "That's why I told you to come early." I told him he gave me a late response and I had to make arrangements to make my way up there. You know what ** had the audacity to say to me "We are very busy here as you can see, so if you cant choose between thousands of cars then I don't know what to tell you." Then asked why do I have to be so picky???? I mean ** couldn't have cared less. He was RUDE, and to me that was unacceptable. Listen buying a car that is a major investment. 15k may not seem as much to you but to me it is, and I would want to make sure everything is in order.
After going back and forth with ** who was very adamant about covering his behind I was ready to leave, and still no apology. I know the first thing I have learned about customer service is that you have to show empathy. As a manager I would expect him to apologize or take ownership instead playing the blame game. If it wasn't for Hugo I wouldn't have looked at other cars. It took me about 1 hour to pick a car and I test drove it. In my head I was like ok I came all the way from Palm Beach, got off early, and rented a car to get the car I wanted. It didn't happen that way so I still decided to get one. While filling out paper work that Hugo gave us ** came out still no apology and said "Oh you still choose a car, huh?" I didn't respond because there was really no need to at this point. So he mumbled under his breath "oh the silent treatment huh." I gave him no attention.
Then Guesly came out and we went to sign the documents. Still no apology. I started mentioning to him that "I felt like you guys did me wrong. You should have informed me of everything from the beginning." He goes on to tell me that is their policy (still no apology). But why keep asking me for the stock number and letting me know that the car was still there? The website updates 6 times per day correct? So that is enough time from when the car was supposedly sold to update (approx. 6 hours). While we were still in the office the site was still showing the car when we left. I felt like I was baited there just to have everything switched up on me when I arrived then to get treated like I'm an idiot.
So since I spent such a long time deliberating whether to buy the car or not I wasn't able to drive off the lot with the car that night, because my insurance agent wasn't available. Then the next morning on Sunday when I called Guesly telling him I'm coming back to get my money he says "Well where else are going to go with credit like yours?" I know I don't have a perfect score but is this how you treat customers? I wanted my money back ASAP. I refuse to do business with people who could care less and treat you like you have no value. At the end of the entire process I felt disrespected with the way a manager spoke to me which led me to be emotional about my decision making process. Similar to how the fisherman holding the dollar on the end of the line "Oh! You gotta be quicker than that!"
A car is a big investment and one you want to be happy with it. Which is why I opted not to continue with purchase. The customer service I received was horrible. I may just be one person, just wanted it to be known how some people are getting treated. On another note I don't see why I had to return to the dealership if I wasn't going to get my down payment or sign any type of paperwork. I was informed my payment was going to be mailed to me in the form of a check. That information could've been presented to me over the phone to avoid me taking another 2 and half hour drive.

I was helped by Shauna **. She was kind, understanding, and helped me out a lot. Albert was my finance guy and he was a real pleasure. The owner was very nice and was helpful with negotiating the price of my trade-in. I also had the pleasure of being helped by TiTi. He was a doll and helped me put in my baby's car seat. Overall, my experience was wonderful. Waiting sucks, but who doesn't wait when buying a car? Love everyone and my new car!

Thank you very much Off Lease Only for crashing my credit history with ten inquiries at the time. I really do not see any sense on inquiring on ten different banks. This ruins people credit, just in case you guys didn't know. Bye bye dreams of getting a home loan.

After my first review I have been in contact with the owner and he is working to help us out. I believe the salesman we originally spoke with was in the wrong, but Mr. Fischer has worked hard to make it up to us and have found two more cars like the one we didn't get. I am waiting to hear more from them about these two cars today to see if we can work something out on purchasing one of them. We will see how this goes with a new salesman, but so far the I am satisfied with how Mr. Fischer is handling this. After I see how this deal goes I will post again. If you live outside of the state do NOT do business with them. We made a deal with the out of state salesman on Saturday. He sent us the buyers order to take to the bank on Monday to finish out our loan for the specific vehicle with all the vehicle info and agreed price and fees on it. We thought that was it and we booked our plane tickets to fly there that next week to pick up the vehicle. On Monday as soon as the bank opened we got everything to them to do the paperwork then spent my lunch hour there signing and getting the check then came back to work and sent the salesman copies of everything he said he needed including the check. We get a text back from him telling us that he got it all and it was all good. Then about an hour or so he sends a text saying the car had already sold. This salesman's name was Gerardin ** . Do not do business with him. We are now stuck with plane tickets we can't do anything with. This whole deal has cost us and we still have no car!!

We have over 3000 in stock all at similar savings with no dealer fees. Selection of cars was very good. MJ was very helpful without being overly pushy. A few girls were helpful, offering us water and coffee several times and the hotdogs and hamburgers were nice. I like not having to negotiate.

Salesman was friendly and helpful. The only issue was an unintended misleading trade value estimate leading to unexpected lower value. I also suggest when customers come from out-of-town just verify and/or on a trade-in vehicle title to avoid problems with a second needed party not being present.

The business model Off lease uses works. It offers vehicles at a competitive price. The Sales staff is helpful and sharp. I know what to expect coming in, so weeding through a few vehicles that did not meet mechanics inspection did not throw me off. I would have given you guys a five out of five, however one of the vehicles on the lot has severe issues, and was not pulled after being told of the severe issues. Guesly in finance was very helpful and professional and the coffee was amazing.

I liked the fact that when I entered, someone was quick to assist me throughout the entire process. All of my questions were answered and I didn't feel so hassled into purchasing which is a plus, being that this is the I've purchased a car. The only thing I would have preferred differently would be less phone calls and more text and or emails as they are the best way to communicate with me. Overall though they were willing to work with me and I would do business again.

Paulino was extremely straightforward and went above and beyond to help in any way possible. I left extremely comfortable and was never pushed into anything. He was really friendly, easygoing and kind. He did not pressure me to buy any car and he also helped to choice a car that fit my taste and within my budget. He helped me to avoid getting into a high car payment. The only thing was that after I bought the car I notice mechanic issue and a few fixer uppers, but I am here a week listen trying to get it fix and Alvaro (Manager) is helping. Overall I enjoyed my experience here and I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

My experience varies at my time in the store. First the sales representatives were knowledgeable, friendly, and they weren't aggressive. Getting to the point of test driving the car was very time consuming. After test driving the car and deciding to purchase it was even more time consuming. You may be well served in hiring more sales people and anticipating busy days. It would also be helpful if they could increase the efficiency of finance. They also need more restrooms!

Erick was easy to work with. No pressure and knowledgeable. The dealer was very busy so I had to wait a few hours to complete the purchase but Erick kept me informed and full of Cuban coffee. My car did have a couple issues with the tires and brakes but I brought it back a couple days later and they made all repairs and were very professional. I was very impressed with the staff and their responsiveness.
