I came in and had my eyes on a white Toyota Camry and Joe ** was helping me out but the car got sold first. I came in the next day by the help of Tracey because I had no ride and Joe helped me pick out another Toyota Camry which is as nice as the one I wanted.

The first time we bought in June it was nice. Even though the place was hot as hell and slow as molasses we got a GREAT deal that was worth the wait. This was Palm Beach Off lease. SO.....when both of my kids needed cars we started looking with them-they could never find the car we wanted so we went to off Lease Miami-HUGE mistake. Made an appt and the guy spent 10 minutes with us before he started working other customers. We waited 40 minutes for them to bring one of 3 requested cars around and they said they locked the keys in the car---40 minutes - don't they have a bar that pops the lock?? So we drove 2 cars and the last car was the one we were most interested in. We had seen it first and suddenly between telling us we could drive it and our waiting 2 hours it was sold. I intended on buying 2 cars with cash and we got so frustrated with the waiting and no one giving a damn we just decided to get one and look later. HUGE mistake. I don't feel we got a got a good deal - we had no one to discuss anything with for the whole time - the salesman basically spent 10 minutes out of 4 hours with us. I wouldn't use them again.

Dealing with my salesperson Sam was a pleasant surprise. I love my Highlander. I had some issues with my paperwork and brakes but it was dealt with appropriately and immediately. The only negative is my phone calls were never returned as promised and so I had to drive 3 hours to Miami from Punta Gorda to get things resolved which always work out. My overall experience at Offlease was great especially Greeter Dashira, Sales Person and Finance. I'll be back for my daughter's car.
