Off Lease Only gave me the best deal and once I met them, I had a very nice experience with them. I love the 2011 Jaguar XJL I bought from them. I financed it, and the process was great. It was very smooth, quick and made really easy. I corresponded back and forth with the salesman, Jeff, who was a great and very honest guy. At first, I didn't hear back from them. I didn't think they would be able to get me the loan and I was getting ready to buy another car I was gonna settle for. Then they called me at last minute and I set the other deals down. That was a great experience for me because I'm happy. In fact, I wouldn't have been as happy with the other vehicle than I would have been with this one. I really enjoyed doing business with Off Lease and I would do business with them again.

I've purchased a brand new car from Off Lease Only about 8 years ago and it was a little cheaper compared to other auto dealers. Recently, about two weeks ago, I purchased again from them which I refinanced and the process was very good. Our overall experience was excellent and I will recommend the dealer to all my friends for sure.

We only had one vehicle for my family and so it was time to get two. We heard that Off Lease works with you and they're reasonable. One of the guys that I work with purchased a car from Off Lease. And when we were looking online for a specific vehicle, my wife found it in them. We got a 2012 Nissan Murano and it's newer and more features compared to our previous vehicle. They were so easy and very simple to deal with compared to going to a regular dealer. It was crowded that day so financing took a little while, but other than that it was fine. I like their bare bones approach. We had a specific vehicle in mind, they told us how to find the vehicle and the one similar to it, and the salesman walked us through the process. I'd recommend Off Lease.

My car was 10 years old, so things started going wrong with it. Off Lease Only was my first stop and I purchased from them a 2014 Lexus ES 350 outright cash. Everything was great with our salesperson. It was a little confusing in the beginning not knowing how to go about talking with the salesperson, but once the process was explained to us, we were like, "okay, we got it now". They showed us the available cars they have in their lot and asked us to go out and look at them, and that's what we did. We've already had another friend go there and purchase a car.

I had an Expedition, which is a big vehicle. I use it for work and it’s a waste of gas. Since the Expedition is way too big just for me, I decided to buy a 2015 Camaro from Off Lease Only. I financed it, which was a pretty easy process. Off Lease's salespeople are very nice, helpful and patient. They even wanted to know that I'm satisfied and they asked if I had any questions, and they went over everything with me. It was a nice experience.

Off Lease Only had lower prices and so we bought a Toyota Corolla from them. It was for my daughter and her car was in an accident. We had it financed and the process was pretty quick compared to other dealers we’ve gone to. The salesperson was very positive and I like the fact that he kept us informed of the whole process and what was going on after we had done the application process so we weren’t just sitting there wondering what’s going on.

My old car got too old so I bought a 2015 Dodge Charger from Off Lease. It’s a pretty good price, and a lot better than my old one. I financed my vehicle and the process was simple and easy. The only thing is I realized later that the car was missing some floor mats.

In addition, most dealerships that provide replacement floor mats cover their costs with dealer fees, while Off Lease Only has no dealer fee.

I've gone to four dealerships and had walked out a bunch of times because they’re too much of a shark and I couldn’t handle it. I purchased a GMC Sierra at Off Lease Only. I upgraded from my Honda Pilot 2007. The entire process was fairly quick. I brought $5,000 cash and my information. They took me to a finance guy and he had everything signed already. He talked with a few different banks to try to get me the lowest rate. I’m 25 and it’s the biggest purchase of my life. I have good credit but I don’t have a lot of lines of credit, so it’s not a tried credit. Some banks were leery of lending me the money but he found one. I really wanted a truck and I was going to do whatever to get it, so I did.
The salesperson was very good. He was attending about five people at the same time and there were other salespeople who weren't attending anybody so I had to wait a little bit. He said he'd have the truck ready for me outside but it wasn't. But overall, he was very nice. It was a very good experience.

I recently moved from India to here so I needed a vehicle, and one of my cousins referred us to Off Lease Only. They don't have dealer fees, they have very good vehicles, I can go for test drives, and the process is so easy so I bought a Hyundai Elantra from them. Their salesperson was really helpful, and my interaction with him has been wonderful. Everything else was so easy except for the finance because I had to take that from another credit union outside and then I went with the cashier’s check.

The Off Lease sales rep was very good. He helped me with what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’d recommend them and I already had my son buy a car there the next week. The only thing I didn’t like was they try to sell this long-term warranty when the high-ends already had five years on. My son bought the warranty because he only has 6,000 miles on this. I got talked into the warranty but I cancelled it straight away when my son told me I can cancel, so it was no problem.

Often, the perception of “saving money”, by not purchasing an extended warranty, becomes a harsh reality down the road, when an unexpected and expensive breakdown occurs. Even new cars break down, which is why they all come with warranty coverage when they’re brand new. We’ve had customers advise us, after an unfortunate incident has occurred, that they wished they had purchased the extended warranty, especially on our higher priced vehicles, which are more expensive to repair, not to mention costly computer repairs that can occur with just about any vehicle.

I wanted to upgrade my vehicle so I financed a Volkswagen Passat with Off Lease Only. The process was long but it went well as far as them helping me out and getting me approved. I really didn't have any problems. Their salesperson was great and very patient with me. Everyone was really friendly, too. Additionally, Off Lease Only has pretty good cars. I was surprised with the prices and the variety of cars that they could have which were thousands. What's also great about them is they don't have dealer fees.

I needed to upgrade my '09 Cadillac and Off Lease Only had a good deal on the Cadillac they were offering - it was a low mileage. Early on, the salesperson called me to describe the car because I live two hours away, and he was helpful. Unfortunately, the car had problems so I didn't do the deal. But overall, the experience was good.

My husband found a car at Off Lease, so we called, made an appointment and went over there for three days because they had a problem with the bank. No bank want to take my credit because it's a new credit. But at the end, they found some agency that wanted to work with it. So they called me, I went there, and we finished everything. The only bad thing is that they checked my credit a lot, so it's very low now. We bought the car and it's a big difference compared to our previous vehicle but it's a good car.
The sales rep was a good guy and he helped us a lot. We had a problem with the registration because I put the same tag that I had in my old car and we had to call a few times because the financing guy has to send me by email the new registration. And he took a week to send it. My husband was a little bit upset. Then at the end, my husband called him and he sent me the tag. So we had a few problems but thank God we resolved everything, so now we are good.

Off Lease is much better than the other retailers. I bought a 2004 Nissan Altima from them which is also much better than my previous vehicle. There was a little wait time when I financed it, but I didn't mind. Their sales rep was very friendly and helpful.

Have been research used cars in anticipation of buying. Having already looked through Off Lease Only's inventory, I went to their dealership in Orlando FL with car options in mind. Upon arriving at the dealership, I found that the car in question was not as it was described online. Aftermarket tires described online were replaced with standard stock tires. The sales employee and sales manager both acted uneducated while trying to explain away the clearly different tires. Upon being unable to explain, I was told "sold as is, take it or leave it". As I awaited a test drive, I heard a finance manager telling a customer "go the ** to Mazda and spend $4k more - I don't care".
Shortly thereafter, another finance employee was asked by another customer how much longer before they can pay for their car as they were paying in full, he responded with, "about 40 minutes". At this point the customer explained that he told them 15-40 minutes over 45 minutes before. The employee in question responded with, "well I guess it will be another 40 then" and proceeded to walk away and leave the customer standing there. This dealership has terrible customer service and make changes to their advertised vehicles without updating their website. BUYER BEWARE.

I needed a van for my business and Off Lease Only had the best prices in town. I purchased my other car from them four years prior too. The sales guy was informative. There was no bait-and-switch and it was what it was over there. They were nice and there were no issues. I went ahead and see if I could get financing, but decided to pay for the car outright instead. But, because of that, it took a little bit longer than what I expected. Everything’s fine, though. I like them.

I purchased a Rav-4 in January. I had recently relocated to Florida and was temporarily staying with my cousins in Davenport, FL. The vehicle seemed to be fine when we drove it back. However, the first time I actually tried to drive it after that, it had a major problem with the front axle. We took it back to OLO to either have it repaired or get another vehicle. After three days, they determined something was bent (the frame?) So the sales manager, Glen **, said they would let me get another one, which I did, and also arrange for a rental car at no charge to me. This was the proper thing to do; however, it did take them three days to decide this, which during that time I was without a vehicle.
They transferred most of the items to my new vehicle. I had a different finance officer; I cannot remember the name of the first one--the second one was Guesly. So far my vehicle seems to be just fine. It is a 2015 Hyundai Sonata with a lot of miles on it for such a new car. The price was pretty good, about $13,000. However, I noticed a lot of things were added on to make the price a lot higher. I requested to not take the extended warranty and was told I had to get it since it was included with the first vehicle and they were transferring about everything over but could cancel later. I have since cancelled that with their warranty department and it went through.
I also cancelled the Etch, a vehicle identification program but not yet showing up on in my account. They gave me two more add ons--Gap insurance, which I am planning to cancel and Auto Armor, which it looks like I cannot cancel. The finance officers only give you limited information on most of these--the first finance person gave me very little information. With the Auto Armor, I felt it was as if it was included in the price, even though I did sign a form for it.
The Auto Armor is very expensive, $999, and I really do not know what they did and when. So I feel that all these add-ons are a bit deceiving, and they turn out to make your vehicle a lot more expensive. There are, of course, arguments the dealer cannot present for each of these; however, they are certainly a major expense and not properly explained. I am just glad I am able to cancel most of them; I just wish I had more information about the Auto Armor so I could have made an informed decision before I got locked into it.
In summary, I would say the people you deal with at Off Lease Only Orlando and their various offices are nice and friendly and helpful. Ben, my first salesman and especially Craig, my second salesman, went out of their way for me. My biggest complaint is the extra options are very expensive and are presented in a way that makes them seem like they are either part of the deal or very necessary as was the case with the extended warranty. My cost is about $2400 less now since I cancelled that and am hoping to lower it even more with the cancellation of Etch and Gap insurance, identified by them as Classic.

I bought a 2012 Nissan Altima from Off Lease Only. I did my homework on the place before we went in there, looked at their testimonials in all the cars that they've sold and what they had available which made it easy because I knew what I wanted before I went in there. The salesperson met us at the door. We didn't know what their process was but he found out what I was looking for and walked me through the process real quick. I actually already had the stock number of the car that I was looking for so he went out, got it, pulled it upfront for us and we took it for a drive. Financing it was a breeze. We went in, signed the paperwork and left with the new car. The car is a lot newer and has less miles on it than my previous vehicle.

Dear Car Shopper. WARNING - This review is from my personal experience with an employee of Off Lease Only in Orlando Florida, and this story very well should reflect the reputation of off lease only as a whole. One will find a great deal on a great car at Off lease only, and the floor sales experience is wonderful; although one will be wise to carefully read the contracts regardless of the appearance of a rush. It was explained to us that the $3,000 warranty was included at no extra charge to us - this was made perfectly clear after multiple times of us asking. The feeling of realizing that we owed an extra $3,000 was not a good one, but the feeling of being lied to after being made to feel like a friend is horrible. I will never trust anyone again by their word alone. We feel like idiots and for what? Because we trusted a man for his word.
I promise you reader that we were intentionally misinformed and encouraged to hurry so that we did not look over our contract more carefully, but this cannot be off lease only's standard business model because I sent my sister to find a van and she purchased from off lease only with no issues to report. I will be contacting off lease only to see if they will make right where we were wronged. If this issue is resolved by the standard of honesty among men (like being given what we were promised) then further reviews will reflect such action. God bless us all, and I apologize to off lease only's owners for having to carry the shame of having been a part of such deceptive behavior.

I had a good experience with Off Lease Only. I bought a Mercedes C250, got attended fairly quickly, got the loan in a few hours and was driving off the lot the same day. Their price was also great and they also have different options. Plus, most of the cars there are in good condition. Not to mention, they're honest - they showed me the car facts and the report right off the bat. What I like most about it is that I can walk around and just go in every car and I'm not being pushed to buy anything. They're really attentive and they give you time to think about it. The sales rep also made sure that I was being helped out. He made sure that the loan went through and that I was able to drive the car. I had a great experience with Off Lease. A friend of ours used them and recommended them to us. My old vehicle was a 2005 Honda Accord and it's got 181,000 miles on it so it was time for a new car. I looked at a few other places, and they had the exact car I was looking for, and their price was better. I bought it from them and it was so great, I went a week later and bought another one. My youngest son was getting his license, so I was giving him my old car and then I was replacing it for myself. I got a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. We financed it. The rep was fantastic and we loved him. In fact, when we went back the following week, we asked for him again. He was very professional and accommodating and he took care of us.
Off Lease's selection is fantastic in the Orlando facility and the finance guys were really good. While we were waiting and waiting to check out, they brought pizzas in for us because it was a long time and it was very crowded. Their customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend them and I have told a few of my neighbors and friends to check them out.

My nephew told me about Off Lease Only and I bought a Hyundai Accent from them in cash two months ago. Their prices were fair and I don't have to go through the hassle of going back and forth. When I was looking for the car I had put in a request through the internet and I got a phone call and so I looked it up and went to see it when I knew they had it. The only thing was that the manuals in the car were soaking wet and they didn't have any spares to give me so I had to go to the dealer who also didn't have any so they ended up sending me a disc. But my interactions with them were very good and it was a very pleasant experience.

I had a brand new 2015 Toyota Prius and it got totally destroyed because I was in an accident on New Year's eve. I realized I was paying too much for the vehicle, so I wanted to do something unique and Off Lease Only had the greatest views online. Their web page was the biggest reason I shopped with them. It was fantastic. I bought a 2013 Kia Soul from them about a month ago and financed it. It's a lot larger and I like it. It doesn't get us the gas mileage, but it's very comfortable. Eric, their sales guy, was great too. He made the insurance to settle everything first (with regard to the New Year's eve accident). I made a few appointments with him and he was great at moving some schedules. He was very friendly and very easy to work with. They don't do haggling on the pricing and I actually loved it.

I wanted to trade my car and went back to where I bought my first car, a BMW 3 series. The dealer had a problem with financing me with any bank. They were also pushing me to get another car and I didn't like that so I left. I wasn't desperate to get a car and if I couldn't get what I wanted, I wasn't going to do it. A month later, I went to Off Lease Only and they had the best prices. I bought a BMW 740 from them and I love it! I can't even compare it to my previous car like apples to oranges.
Jamal, the salesperson, was awesome. He met me because I couldn't find the place. Then as soon as I got there, I said, “Okay, this is what I want. I know how much I should pay. Our vehicle broke down. We were stranded in Florida and my daughter, who's in Michigan, went online, found Off Lease Only, and told me about it. A friend of mine took me to Off Lease Only. My Mustang was acting up so I had to get a new vehicle. I bought a 2015 Dodge Ram last month from them and it was great. They took care of me and the finance process went smoothly. The only problem is my credit, it wasn't perfect. So I wasn't too happy with the car payment that I got to deal with. It's $500 a month but I was hoping it would be $400 a month.

Cant get vehicle because of Off Lease policies is that they need bill of lading before they deliver vehicle to port. The freight forwarders are saying they need vehicle on the port in order to issue a bill of lading. I bought vehicle from three months ago. Off Lease is not checking because they already have my money.

We have to abide by state and national laws, particularly when it comes to exporting vehicles. Documentation has to meet all requirements and regulations before we can even send it to the port. It is true that we need a bill of lading. Otherwise, when the auditors come through, (and they will), that bill of lading needs to be in the file, to prove that the vehicle was shipped out of the country, or they will charge us the sales tax as well as a substantial fine. Selling over 3,000 vehicles each month, we can’t afford to change policies along the way and make costly mistakes. It would become too chaotic to be able to control. Mistakes would be made which would result in costs going up.

I'm a first-time buyer and Off Lease Only had the cars that I wanted and in the price range that I could afford. I purchased the E350, two-door, Mercedes-Benz through financing. The finance process was okay but I'm still having problems with the guy who was trying to do my warranty over. He didn't do it right the first time. I thought everything was signed, sealed and delivered. Now he's calling me back every other day saying I need to come in so he can change it. Also, I will have to bring in more money. It's a hassle because I'm only doing what I can afford and he's making me come in for more. That's the only problem that I'm having right now.

My car was no longer working and I purchased a car from Off Lease Only after hearing it from a co-worker who purchased a car from them. Their prices were good. I financed my Nissan Maxima and it was easy. The dealership itself was very crowded so it took a while to get back to them but once we got back there, it went seamless. Hasan, our sales rep, was very good. He was responsive. It was nice that if I call him, he was quick in getting back to me and following through. The people whom we interacted with personally in the dealership were very good. It's extremely busy so there's a lot of waiting time but it has something to do with the customer service numbers.

I bought a Chevy Volt from Off Lease Only. They have a good price compared to the other 4 auto dealers I visited. The finance process for my vehicle was very easy. It took a long time to get in the office. I got two keys and one of the key's batteries is already dead. I actually needed to go there and take care of this. But once I got there, I just explained what my needs were, and we went back and forth on different things until we got to a point that was agreeable with me. All interactions with my salesperson Bill were great. Everyone else that I worked with, except the guy outside, were great, accommodating and trying their best as much as they could to be helpful.

Off Lease Only was one of the preferred vendors of the credit union we were looking for financing. I've been working on cars since '99 and I got tired of it and wanted a new one. So two weeks ago I purchased a 2015 Volkswagen Passat. The way Off Lease Only works, you go find the cars that you are interested in and then the sales rep goes through the process with you as far as getting a test drive and whether you like it or not. As far as traditional salesperson point of view, they don't operate like that. They're there to help you get through the process, which my salesman did finely. Since my credit score was way better than I thought, I was able to finance the car which was very easy. Everything went according to plan.

I found Off Lease Only online and their reviews were good so I decided to buy my first car from them. Also, a friend of mine bought a car from them and he was very happy. That convinced me that this is probably the place to buy a car. I got a Nissan Sentra and I financed half of it. The process was very quick and straightforward. It didn't take more than an hour. The sales person was also great. He was very helpful and a top-notch salesman. He was well-informed and anything that I needed he responded quickly. But their office is crowded. They have a lot of customers and cars and they could do with a bigger office. After I bought the car, I found out that there was a nail on the tire. Besides that, everything was fine.

Off Lease Only's prices were pretty good and the cars seem in good condition. Because of this, I chose to buy my new vehicle from them. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and it is much better all-around than my previous vehicle. It took about an hour to find the right vehicle and the payment process was pretty easy. The experience with them was good and we had no problems whatsoever. Although it took a little a while when we purchased the car, they were a lot quicker than some other dealerships we've dealt with in the past. Everybody was pleasant and tried to work with us. Their guys were there to help show cars. Garrett, our salesperson, was great and he did whatever we needed him to do. We went to another dealership before and they screwed us around and kept us there for almost three hours. Off Lease Only has better pricing compared to others. They were super convenient because everything is right there for you and the cars are open. The cars were parked too close, though. I was actually interested in one car, but it was backed into another car, so I wouldn't have taken it. We financed a Lexus with Off Lease. It was an easy process, but during the long paperwork, I was pretty much robbed of $4,000. Our salesperson, Bill, was not really paying attention. He was just trying to make sure he gets out everything and I was like, "I hear what you're saying, but if you don't understand what I know, then you're not going to be able to help me." Off Lease has to be careful, because the whole financing process seems rushed.

I had a bad deal with the first car that I bought from Off Lease Only. It was a 2008 BMW and it didn't show that the car has been through an accident. From day one the headlights weren't working, and one headlight costs about 700 bucks. I found out the problem on the second day after I picked up the car. I fixed it myself. If I had taken the car to a dealership, it's another $2,000-$3,000 expense that I wasn't considering. They should have told me that the car had problems. The second car that I bought was okay.
My wife likes it and wanted to drive on there all the time to the point that I got her her own car. I financed these vehicles and the process was kind of difficult. As a matter of fact, I'm dealing with it right now. We were told that the bank is going to be financing our car and then I received close to 20 hot inquiries on my credit before. So, I'm not too happy about it and I have to dispute those items. But for the most part everything else is all right.

I bought a Nissan Altima from Off Lease Only. It's very different from my previous vehicle but better on gas mileage and a lot less maintenance. I financed it and it was very easy. They made it very smooth and everyone was very friendly and super helpful. Even though they had other customers they were trying to deal with, I felt very taken care of. I purchased an Infiniti G26 from Off Lease Only about a month ago and it was my first time shopping from them. They were great and I had a very good experience with them. I was expecting that their salesman was going to aggressive, but he was the total opposite and he helped us make the decision to purchase the vehicle. Moreover, their prices are much better compared to other auto dealers and the process of financing the vehicle was very easy.

Off Lease Only was shockingly professional and my experience was thorough, complete and unexpectedly positive, because it has an aura of a very high turnover car dealership. They have the best price so I got my Toyota Prius from them. I can have 55 miles a gallon with it compared to my previous GMC Terrain which only blows 20 per gallon. The salespeople who showed me the car were knowledgeable, very present and in the moment even though they had other distractions to deal with. They are excellent!

Off Lease is much cheaper than a lot of the auto dealers for the same cars. I purchased a car from them a month ago because my car was old and had a lot of miles. I got a 2012 Lexus and it’s awesome. It hits a lot more speed versus a Saturn and I’m happy. Also, the sales representative was very friendly and helpful. The process was fast. I had a terrific experience and I would recommend them.

I financed a Ford Explorer 2014 with Off Lease and I chose them to get better value for the cost. The financing process was very fast. The report about the car that they published in the internet was very precise, no surprises at all. I had a truly honest experience with them. When I booked for checking on the car the day before, I got an email saying that they will be waiting for me which was great. Once I arrived, they assigned me to Juan and he was very comfortable. He was open to respond to any questions. He was very fair in giving me the options, not only in terms of financing the car, but also additional services I may get. He was also able to buy my car, the Jaguar. I traded in because of him. It was a really old car and I wasn't expecting to be able to trade it in. He helped out on that.

Purchasing from Off Lease Only was a long wait, but worth it. I bought a 2013 Infiniti G37 via financing and I had to wait because it was a busy place. But it was fine because other than that, I just had to talk to a finance person. Eric, the guy who sold me the car, was a nice guy.

To be honest, my dad has been a car salesman my entire life. And I have dealt with many others throughout my life... I have never in my life come into contact with someone so patient and pleasant that I am actually flying to another state to buy from them. I found an ad on Craigslist looking for a specific vehicle, which is hard to locate in my area, and even harder with the options I wanted in it. Then, not only did I find that this lot has multiple options for the car I want, but it's literally about $10k less than local dealers, with less miles. And Laure has been absolutely amazing. She has helped me look at different vehicles. She understood my budget and hasn't pressured me to change my mind on anything. She has even let me know when she found a different one I may like. I haven't even bought the car yet, but honestly, I can't wait to buy from this lot.

It was a pleasure doing business with Off Lease Only. It's great. I know they're busy and there was a lot of people so we were for a while, but that's on any car dealership one goes to. I bought a Cadillac XTS via financing and it was very smooth because there was no haggling on the price. We enjoyed it. I went and picked the car, paid the price, signed the papers, and I'm out the door. I handed the salespeople the application form but they couldn't find it so we had to do it all over again. But Sharee helped us out and we did it, and everything was fine throughout the whole process. I already recommended it to friends.

My dad purchased a few cars from Off Lease Only the past few years. I noticed the deals and the quality of cars, and the amount of help that they gave when he was choosing a vehicle. I liked the helping aspect when choosing a car, so when I decided to purchase my own, I went to them and bought a 2012 Toyota Camry in December. The car was financed, and the financing process was a bit difficult at first. They mentioned that there was a little trouble with trying to finance based on the clean record of not refinancing a car ever before but they ended up working to make it happen. Manuel was amazing. I already knew what I was looking for, but he put everything in play. He waited around for information that I didn't have currently and I was able to get some information faxed over to him and he was really patient. A great service team. I'm very satisfied.

Off Lease Only had a location near where I live so naturally, that's where I went to buy a car. I purchased a 2013 Ford Fiesta and it was the first car I've ever owned. I bought it cash from my bank account debit. It's a good car so far. I didn't know how to drive a manual before, but I bought it so I can learn how to drive a manual. The sales rep was really nice. He took me around, showed me how driving with it goes and made sure that I check because it's my first time buying a car. He brought me through the entire process and showed me how I could check the history. Then, they had a guy drive it home for me because I was there with another car. I'd definitely recommend them.

Our older vehicle was 10 years old already and it was time to have a new one. We made our purchase from Off Lease Only a month ago. When we first drove up, a sales person came out and greeted us. At that time, we weren't really sure which particular vehicle we were really looking for, and so he showed us several and how to use the computer system where they have all their vehicles updated everyday. We looked at a couple of them and were very interested.
We were leaving town the next day so we ended up coming back on that Monday and buying not the one that we saw because they had said they were exactly alike and they had to bring it over from another lot, and that's the one we ended up getting. The sales person was very nice and helpful. He didn't give us any pressure in making a decision right away. He just said "If you come back, please ask for me." He didn't bother us all week. We paid cash.

Off Lease Only is very good and I'm 100% satisfied. They have a lot of cars on the lot so one should know what they're looking for. Zack, the salesperson, was absolutely fine and quite helpful. The good thing about it is it's very quick. There's not much fooling around and the pricing is very good. It's a no-frills situation but if one is willing to spend a little effort when buying a vehicle to put in some finishing touches on, cleaning it up and things like that, it's a very good concept and bargain. Generally, it was a very easy experience.

My ex-husband's co-worker was very happy with a vehicle he purchased from Off Lease Only. He referred us to them and we decided then to buy a 2013 Kia Optima specifically for the low mileage. The sales guy, Tyrone, was easy-going to work with and did a good job explaining things to me. He was also patient as far as letting me go out and drive the car and not only that, when I came back and had a question about the engine, he wanted me to go have it checked out.
They were very busy, it was gonna take several hours and I had my girlfriend dropping me off then. I told him my situation and he told me his experience with cars. I grew up around cars so we were able to do car talk. I was feeling different because I was used to driving a six or 8-cylinder car and the Optima was a 4-cylinder. He then went and got a couple miles of the same car, put them side-by-side and let me look at the engine running so that I could tell. I was impressed that he had done that and it helped make the sell for me.
The only thing is that I didn’t know that I had to have insurance on the car when I drove off the lot. I had insurance on my current car which was a minivan, and I had to call then and there and find an insurance carrier to join me on the spot to get covered. I would’ve liked to have known that ahead of time so then I could shop for some rates.

My car was a 2003 and I was ready to buy a new one so we went to Off Lease Only. Our salesman, Don, was fine. I didn't mind him but my husband didn't like him. There were times where he was in a hurry and he said, "if you're not gonna buy one, don't waste my time." And, "if you find one you want, are you gonna buy tonight?" I was ready to buy a car and paid cash for my vehicle. It did take quite a while. We got there at 6:00 and I picked out my car. It was not late but it was dark so they had to pull the first car up under the light and I saw a lot of the cosmetic damage. I didn't even try test driving it. I went with another one that I wanted. He didn't seem to like the fact that now we had to go and get another one, but he did. So overall, I'm satisfied.

I bought the 2013 Sonata from Off Lease as is and it needed a couple of little things but I guess that's why the price is what it was. I knew it was still within warranty so they can take everything off. As far as customer service, Hector and the finance guy was good. There was food when I walked in, and it was nice and cool. I came with all paperwork, I was in and out. The first day they said that it was going to be there but it wasn't. They did the ad quickly and so they had to do the tires then, but it was a good thing because I was the first one to get the car, anyway. All in all, I'm recommending Off Lease to my brother.

My wife came across Off Lease Only by accident. She googled cars.com and Off Lease Only popped up, and it was in the Orlando area near our airport. So we went there a month ago on a Saturday and liked what we saw. The following Friday evening, we went online and saw what they had in their inventory. My wife sent an email through the website asking if this one particular car was still available. A few minutes later, another sales rep responded and said yes, it is available. We went back the following weekend and the guy by the front door asked if we'd been there before. I said we were and he asked us whom we spoke with. We pointed at Zack and he said It's only fair that we deal with Zack. We don't find that in many businesses, especially when it comes to sales people. They were very nice, courteous and very accommodating. Zack was a nice young man and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

I heard about Off Lease from my co-worker who had purchased a vehicle from them. I needed a vehicle so I got a Volkswagen Jetta from them via an outright purchase. Ratty, the salesman, was friendly and every time I went in, he was there and was able to help me. There was nothing wrong with it but there was a lot of waiting done. I was at the dealership for hours waiting for the car and on paperwork alone. Everything else was fine.

Off Lease Only advertised that they can get under a manufacturer's price and beat any price. It was definitely true. I financed with them and the process was really simple. I was out of state and the process wasn't long and drawing out. We discussed the rates before I got there so that was a good thing. I wasn't sure making a big purchase over the internet but their salesperson was really helpful by sending me pictures. He made me comfortable with this purchase. My new vehicle is an upgrade from what I had which was also a Mercedes and I'm very happy with it.

I visited two other dealerships before I settled with Off Lease Only. Their price was far better than anything that we looked at - the price versus the newness of the vehicle would be a better way to put it. Also, we're having a baby very shortly and we needed something bigger that could hold more people. So we did it out of necessity and function. The process was easy, especially with the paperwork. It was nice not having the pressure of having somebody follow you around. We ended up having it financed.
It was all good with the salesman too despite the interaction being limited. He referred us to the computers to put in our information and told us how long we had to wait to be seen. He also offered us drinks and my wife a candy bar. He felt that because she was pregnant, he wanted to make sure she was okay. So that was great. I've got nothing bad to say about him. The only thing is they have so many people there that we had to wait a long time to be seen to have the paperwork done. That was the only negative part of the experience that I would want to be improved.

Someone had went to Off Lease Only and purchased a car and we liked the variety of cars there. My father and brother purchased a truck and a car from them, respectively. The mileage was a little high but the quality of the car was still good. The financing took about an hour and a half or two hours and it was in depth. Per the bank, the cars couldn’t have previous accidents even if they were minor so that was the only thing that we encountered that took a little longer than we thought but other than that I had no complaints. I love their salesman as he did everything possible he could for us. I've referred him to everyone I've recommended there.

I was searching for a car on the web and Off Lease Only had the best prices and a good selection of the cars that I was looking for. I bought a 2014 Honda CRV which replaced an older CRV. Financing my vehicle was a very easy process. I had contacted the salesperson through email initially to make sure that the cars I was interested in were still there because it was quite a distance from the dealership. We communicated several times through email and when we got there, he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I'd do it again and recommend them to anybody looking for a used vehicle.

I bought my car from Off Lease Only because of the variety of cars they had and its a lot of good feedback. Plus they were easy to deal with. The Off Lease Only dealership was busy but as soon as I walked in, a young lady asked me if I wanted a coffee or something cold to drink.
While waiting for Zack, our salesman, several of the salesmen came up and asked me if they could help. They helped me look for Zack. He was awesome and straightforward, answered my questions. I felt comfortable and enjoyed working with him. He was in the middle of an appointment when I came but he handled both of us great. I just wish financing was easier because Off Lease Only and my bank couldn't come up with an agreement so I ended up getting financed somewhere else. Overall, I'd definitely recommend them and I've already been telling everybody about them. I wish there was one a little closer.

I was looking at the car that I wanted from multiple sources, and Off Lease Only happened to have one. When I compared model, features and prices, it was a reasonable deal. My previous vehicle was a 2012 Ford Escape XLT and my current one is a Volvo XC60 T5 2015. I just paid for my vehicle, traded in the Ford and handed them a check for the difference. I had already been online and looked at what my car should be worth, so I walked in with some knowledge and was not at all displeased with the deal in negotiating the trade. I wanted to check out what Off Lease Only had as far as the claims they make about lowest prices and big selection. So I went there inquisitive and was pleasantly surprised to see that they're very truthful in their advertising. Our salesperson, Tom, was wonderful. I had a little bit of prior knowledge of him, from when he was at another dealership where I once used to do vehicle transactions. So there was a little bit of familiarity already, but he was as top shelf as they get and was absolutely awesome. I bought a Lincoln MKZ. I can't wait until the time comes to buy another vehicle from them again because I'm hoping to have the same level of success that we did with this one.

Off Lease Only has excellent price and they don't have a dealer fee. It was my first time shopping with them. I bought a 2015 Toyota 4Runner and my previous vehicle was a 1999 F-150 Pickup. Russell, the salesperson gave me a few different options and a favorable interest rate. And we asked about the extended warranty. He was able to find an even better rate that helped pay for the extended warranty. We talked on the phone quite a few times and then he let me know in advance of the parameters because it's a little different dealing with Off Lease and a regular dealer as far as setting things up like the financing and the down payment. We set up a time and I made it.
It wasn't the local Off Lease in where I live in Miami. It was up in Lake Worth because they had a vehicle that was a little bit cheaper. It had some minor damage that was repaired but must have paid $102,000. The only thing that kind of disappointed me was that it's hard to tell in advance exactly what kind of features and options the particular model that you're looking at has. They list so many things that it gets lost. I tried to find out about Toyota which has an app called Entune that lets you use your telephone with the installed radio. And the particular model I bought doesn't have it and somehow it's tied in with the VIN number. So even if you were able to buy one, you still couldn't use it because you don't have the correct VIN number. It has nothing to do with Off Lease but it's just a little disappointing.

I found about Off Lease Only from my aunt. I decided to go there myself one time, took three visits before I finally went for a Volkswagen DTR. This car is an improvement over my old one since it's more comfortable. I had the car financed and the process was smooth even though there was a lot of documents that I needed to hand over. Off Lease took good care of us and they're accurate as to how long it will take. It was a long process but it was pretty good. They have great customer service. Everybody, especially the salesman, took great care of us. He was attentive and always kept us updated with all the paperwork they needed, the status of the process, and we test-drove the car really fast. It was a really good experience and I was very satisfied.

My wife and I are in the military and we came back to Florida to visit the family. We were looking around for a car, and my mom found Off Lease Only online. She found a couple of cars that we're looking at and she called the dealership, and she called my wife while we're in Orlando. So we bought our Jeep from Off Lease Only. It's pretty easy to finance with them. I was already pre-approved because I had USAA and I think we are in and out in shorter than an hour with financing, and when everything was good to go, we're off in our car.

I bought a 2015 Infiniti QX60 from Off Lease Only from a different city and we were able to do all the transactions by phone. So when I came to pick the car up, it was a very seamless transaction. We found the price to be very competitive and the customer service was excellent. The salesperson was very responsive and knowledgeable in terms of answering my questions. Any time I called, he immediately got back to me. I financed the car and the process was very easy. It was a matter of taking a look at the cars, doing the test drive, and signing the paperwork. This was my first car purchase and I absolutely didn't have any experience in that area. My father is employed by Off Lease and he suggested that Off Lease was the best and that they would take care of me, which they did. Herb was my salesperson and Anthony took care of all the paperwork. I did worry a lot because I didn't know what to expect, but they were really good at talking me through everything and making sure everything was taken cared of. It was seamless and I didn't have to worry. All I needed to do was sign and ship back the paperwork, which they did an amazing job of providing a return label. It was awesome and I didn't pay for the return shipping label.
I purchased a Nissan Sentra 2013 model on financing. They told me to apply on the website, which was easy to find. My credit was very good too. The finance process was also one that was very well done as well and I even did a review on Google. I'm happy with the car and how they were able to handle everything going on, being that it was shipped out of state. I've had a really good experience overall.

I've known about Off Lease Only for a while. This is probably my fourth or fifth car I have purchased from them. I got a 2012 Hyundai Accent, and it handles and drives a lot better as well as the gas mileage. My old one was depreciating faster than I could keep up with so I decided to break even and trade it in for a new one. The Off Lease Only sales guy was straight to the point. He explained everything to me as if it was my first time. I didn't mention that I had purchased cars before from them. They're not like the typical salesmen. My lease on my old car was up and I turned it in, so I need to look for a new car. Then I found out about Off Lease Only from the internet. I bought a 2012 Audi A7. They matched what I was getting from another competitor and it was pretty easy. The sales person was great. He was attentive and answered all my questions every time I had one. Off Lease Only weren't pushing at all which meant a lot to me because I don't like being pushed into things I'm not comfortable with. Their staff left us alone. He wasn't hounding us. And even when we were checking out, everyone was really, really nice. I didn't really feel like I was getting ripped off or anything at all. And usually that's the case when you go to a dealership. You feel like they're trying to play you the whole time. I didn't feel that at all. I would recommend them.

My car is old so I researched on getting a new car. I got a boy in Miami and he told me he dealt with Off Lease Only before. I already knew what I wanted and I’m trying to find somebody who would finance me because I have never financed anything before. I could have bought a vehicle from an auction but I wanted to start building credits, so I figured I'd find a best deal at Off Lease. I bought a 2014 Dodge Durango. The process was quite simple. It was late at night so I forgot to contact my insurance agent, that was kind of a pain in the ass, but the actual finance process is simple.
There was nothing wrong besides when I was getting the warranty the finance guy didn't tell me the price. I didn't care because I was going to buy one anyways, but he just stuck his hand out and we shook on it. I really didn't want that, I only got 2500 stuck on my bill without them going over the prices. They pull the fast one as far as taking the interest rates out 4.5%, to get me to buy the warranty, but that's part of the business.
Once I brought the car into the manufacturer, there's a recall. They don't actually take care of it, they sell them how they get them. That's what Off Lease do, sell a bunch of cars and expect that kind of stuff when you go to a place like that. I don't want them to look bad, they were very helpful and I appreciate it. They didn't do anything wrong. Besides little minute details, everything was very smooth and they got me. I was in and out, about an hour and ten minutes.

I went to south Florida and I bought a 2015 Toyota Venza with a little over 6,000 miles on it from Off Lease. We looked at the salesman and I looked at the car facts - he said there was an accident and it indicates that there was previous front panel damage, which is usually cosmetic. There was a Hyundai that I wanted to look at but the salesman said they can't give me that car. Instead, he said that we can run diagnostics when we first get the Toyota and if there's something wrong with the car while it still has warranty, we take it to the dealership and have them fix it.
So I bought the Venza and came home to Jacksonville, Florida. I went through Gainesville where my parents were and they told me that one of the car's headlights isn't working. Nothing clicked at that moment however so I leave my house at 6:00 in the morning for work, went home at 8:00 at night and the car has 6,000 miles on it.
I go to the dealership and reported that the headlights are out and the windshield wiper fluid won't squirt. He pointed out to me that the car has been in an accident and that the front paint doesn't match with the back. He told me that my warranty wouldn't cover the stuff caused by the accident. I asked him to simply tell me what it will cost, whatever's not covered in the warranty.
The technician came back to me 10 minutes later and told me that the battery is crushed but not leaking. The radiator however is both crushed and leaking. There was also some windshield wiper fluid but then the headlights weren't working because there's a bunch of wires behind them that are severed and hanging. He advised me not to drive my car. It's a $26,000 car and I only had it for less than a month.
I put a review and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in south Florida and in the meantime, this customer service lady from Orlando (Ana) calls me back. We have spoken before because they write up a courtesy contract where I paid with my bank check, saying that if my bank doesn't pay them, they're going to run this other contract. (I got really nervous about that - I thought I should have never done it, with its high interest rate, etc.)
I told her what happened, that I have pictures of the whole thing, the printout from the computer, the things they found wrong in the first ten minutes they looked at the car, and that I sent it to the person that sold it to me. She didn't believe that my car was not drivable and said that the dealership told me those things about my car because they didn't sell the car to me.
I told her all large cities have Toyota dealer and I can choose randomly which dealer I want to bring my car to. I’ll bring it to my chosen dealer and ask them if there’s anything wrong with the car and we’ll go from there. However she told me instead to drive to Orlando and they’ll take my car to the Toyota dealership that they work with to repair those under warranty.
I thought if they’re that crooked then they will do something like that and charge it to a warranty even if it had nothing to do with the manufacturing problem. So they’re probably not going to do anything to the car, except maybe fixing the wires behind the headlight so they’d come on, and maybe squirt some windshield wiper fluid.
In the meantime, the owner of these three massive dealerships read my review and sent me an email which I didn’t see right away. Evidently the owner told her to call and offer me a repair or switch out the vehicle – whatever can be done towards my satisfaction – which Ana did. I told her I’d come down to Orlando that day.
On the way down that very day, the nice and wonderful general sales manager called me from Orlando and asked for me to come to a dealership closer to where I live so that we can switch out the car, or whatever I’d like to do. Once there, a salesperson helped me and we looked at possible replacement cars. They wanted me have the replacement car inspected but every place we called can only do it three days hence. I started looking through the cars and found one that is still under warranty, had clean car facts, and had never been in an accident. If there’s something wrong with this car, it will be under the bumper-to-bumper warranty; hence I took it.
I had some more trouble with the accounting department switching out the two financing because my credit union wanted to send the dealership back the money for the first car and send them a check for the second. They wouldn’t just switch out the collateral and pay the difference, which is what the dealership wanted, since the second one I got was more expensive.
Then I started panicking about the courtesy contract on the car - I’ll still have the loan on the first car, and now have $27,000 loan on a car I don’t have. I’ll have $70,000 loan on a car I do have, which is not good; I let these people dupe me twice. So I wrote back to the owner to tell him what happened and that I’m in worse shape than when I started.
The COO called me a few minutes later, told me I misunderstood and explained to me that they’ve unwound the deal with my credit union. I told him though that he’s the one who misunderstood since nothing has been unwound and they already cashed the check, so I owe the bank the money. He said he’ll fix the issue by the end of the day.
The person I had been trying to talk to in their accounting called me that day. (I had been calling her and leaving messages before but I could never get her to answer or call me back.) She told me she’s going to fix it and sure enough, the next morning my credit union had a check for the first vehicle and another for the second vehicle the next day.
This entire experience with Off Lease lasted for about a month and it was a nightmare. I thought their people worked pretty hard and were very polite except for Ana. Overall, I feel like Off Lease really has good value and good salespeople. With all the unfortunate things that happened to me, I also feel like they’ll stand behind what they try to sell and try to make it right until the customer is satisfied.

Albert from Off Lease Only instantly walked up and was eager to help us pick out the right car. He was very friendly and nice, and we're over the moon. We picked a 2015 car that had an accident but only had 8400 miles on it with warranties. They helped us with the financing and got a bank that was willing to finance us if we took the extra warranty and the gas insurance that they would take a 15.9% rate to 6%, and it dropped my payment like $30. It was a win-win situation. I got the discount and the bottom line was I still got it 3 or 4% below dealer cost. I really liked that the prices are right there, not having to haggle to have that extra money. So I've recommended them to people.

One of the things that attracted me to off lease only was the cost of the cars they sale. When I first arrived on the lot had to walk around for 10 minutes before anyone would even say hi or ask if I needed help. After finally getting someone to help we found the truck I wanted to purchase and took it for a test drive. I was very pleased with the truck and when I returned took me another 10 to 15 minutes to find the salesman so we could go to the next step. Now comes the appraisal of my current car. It took close to an hour to have the appraisal done. Let me note that they weren't that busy when we went. After waiting an hour someone finally comes out and gives me the dollar amount they are willing to give me for my car.
The problem with off lease is they don't pay what the true trade in value of the car is. They undervalued my car by $3000 dollars. Prior to going to the dealership I had two different offers for what my car was worth on trade. After telling the employee that the value they gave wasn't right he says he will see what he can do and he leaves never to be seen again. Then after 15 more minute of waiting I had to track down the salesman who I originally talked to get my keys back so I could leave. This was very disappointing. My advice to anyone going to trade in a car at off lease just beware of what the value of your trade is. They won't give fair market value.

I really liked the prices and the cars looked good, so I went there and bought a Toyota Yaris. I spoke with Johnny who helped me and explained everything that I didn’t know. The process for financing was really smooth. I spoke with Harold too pretty much the entire time. He was really nice, very helpful. I live in the area and had seen Off Lease Only when I drive by on the road. My old car died on me and it was going to be hard for me to get a car because my credit was too new. And if I was going to buy a used car, I figured that Off Lease will be better because they're known and the car would be in better condition. I ended up purchasing 2013 Chevy Cruze LT. Everyone there was friendly. Vinnie was my sales associate and he worked hard to make sure that I could sign a car that I like within my price range. He was always up front with me, told me exactly what he could show me, what happened to the car and if there had been any accident. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with the end result. I've already recommended them. Although I bought from Off Lease three times already, my last experience with them wasn't so good. We wanted to get a truck instead of what we had because the vehicle had an accident and the transmission was cracked. A few days later, they told us that we had to trade out with the car instead of taking it back. We lost money there. Despite that, I have recommended a lot of customers to Off Lease Only and I would still go back to them. I was completely satisfied with them in the past, and their finance process is good.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. The ONLY people that are seemingly nice and/or helpful are the lot guys who guard the gate. The salespeople are very unhelpful and instead of being cool about it they try to pressure you into taking any old car, not the one you actually want to shop for. The manager was 'assisting' a couple when I first walked in, in my first visit, and he was so dismissive and unhelpful to them I almost left, but I needed a new car at a good price, so I stayed. It is hard to find someone who wants to help. And I had absolutely no questions needing answered because I did all of my research before I came onto the lot, so I had a small list of the exact cars I wanted to look at.
And if you have more than one car you'd like to see, that is a bother to the salespeople so beware. And do not ask questions, I had no questions but when I saw people asking them I could tell the salesman was annoyed. I did not even get to test drive a car on my first visit, which I drove over an hour to go to. So I had to come back the next day at 6:30 pm, only test drove one of the cars I wanted to look at because it is so hard to find someone wanting to help.
The trips were so discouraging I put off car shopping a few weeks because I could not handle it. I went back a few weeks later with a specific car in mind. It was about 6:30 pm. Test drove it and decided I did want to purchase it. After sitting and sitting I slowly received help and was there until 9:30 pm. We completed every page of paperwork but I did not have the proper check on me for the down payment, so I would have to come back the next day. I went in the next day to pick up the car and had to wait an hour and a half. To pick up a car that was all ready to go and all paperwork done. They do not respect people's time at all.
I explained to the salesman, REDA, and the finance guy, ANTHONY, many many times that I would need to get a temp tag now so I could drive my current car home. I let them know I had a current metal plate I wanted to transfer. They both ignored me and title department ended up just registering my car and getting me a new metal plate. Which I then had to take time out of my day to go to the DMV to fix. I had to repay all of the amounts due just to submit a form to the State for a refund. What a headache!
Then yesterday I receive my refund check from the $500 they take out to register your new car. There is no paperwork or receipt stating what the title and tag cost, just the refund amount. So I had to call them to find out what the costs were. I was told by their call center that only the tag/title dept handles that and I would have to call back the next day. So this morning I called back to get the numbers I needed. I had to give my information to FIVE PEOPLE before miraculously I got to the right department. It took me an hour and a half to get this done.
This company is a joke. I got a good car out of the deal but this crazy stress and all these issues on top of getting horrible customer service??? I would buy a car from here, but just expect to get crapped on by every person that can possibly shove you to the side or treat you like dirt if you do not jump at the first car seen. I spent a total of approximately 10 hours at this place when it should have only taken 3 hours at the most. Plus all the phone time and getting passed around from one department to another, none of which know what they are doing. Just expect horrible service.

Off Lease Only has been nothing but helpful and friendly. I was contacted directly by upper management and was treated like they cared about every detail about my vehicle buying experience.
Everyone worked hard to get me into a wonderful vehicle that I can't take my eyes off of and love to drive. Aside from the great customer service I saved almost 4,000 dollars and was able to get an extended warranty. I would recommend the friends I made at Off Lease Only to all my friends and family.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Off Lease Only. I was drawn in by the great prices and was able to find a vehicle that I thought met my wants and needs. When my sales representative and I Sat down to find a vehicle, I wanted a vehicle with decent power. I was shown a vehicle that on screen said it was a 6 cylinder with excellent horsepower. I took it for a drive and felt satisfied given the short drive around the block. I then spoke to a helpful financial agent tried hard to find me a good interest rate. Driving home on the highway I was surprised by lack of power at high speed. I popped the hood and realized that my vehicle was a 4 cylinder. I immediately called back and explained my issue to a very rude manager, whose response after explaining was, "and..." I explained a second time and he said, "and..." I was finally given to my sales representative that told me to come back to the dealership (I live in Plantation, 40 min drive).
When got there they wanted to give me the same model with 6 cylinder that was listed for the same price, they had the paperwork made up, ready for me to sign and I asked to see the vehicle. It was then that I saw that my sales representative, a nice man when I was purchasing the vehicle was now annoyed with my request. I went to see the vehicle that I was going to sign for and I had to ask to pop the hood, of course the vehicle was also a 4 cylinder. I was told to come back tomorrow (another 40 min drive x2).
That night I researched the 11 Chrysler 200s they had on the lot with 6 cylinder in the description and looked at all the pictures, each one was a 4 cylinder. I returned and told them the news about their database and they blamed the "IT department" for the error. I was shown some other vehicles near the price I was financed for, but they were very similar to what I had already purchased and almost all vehicles were in previous accidents. I am now stuck with a OK vehicle for at least two years and feel that I was treated like an poorly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Offleaseonly.com.

I wanted to see one car which was in the shop at the Hyundai dealer because they said they look over all cars when they come in, and if they find something wrong which is under warranty they send it to the dealership for repair. I bought a 2015 Toyota Venza. The carfax they showed me said it had been in an accident with some front panel damage. It had less than 7k miles. When I got home I noticed a headlight with a lamp not working.
I took it to the Toyota dealership. In 10 minutes, they came out and told me the battery was smashed, the radiator was smashed and leaking, and the wires behind the headlight were not even attached to anything. They didn't look any further, but closed it up and told me that it was not advisable to drive it! It is just short of being totaled! They had to notice this when they checked it out when it came in! Not a peep, they just sold me a car that isn't drivable. Now to find the official complaint form on this site and the better business bureau! Oh yeah, it was missing the floor mats - they sent me some old worn out ones and it has no mat in the back and everything slides around!

Our vehicles are purchased from auto manufacturer’s auctions. Any vehicle that has been in a previous accident has been repaired according to the manufacturer’s specifications and signed off by the manufacturer before it is offered for sale. For added peace of mind, we invite our customers to take any vehicle of their choice to a third party mechanic for evaluation (prior to purchasing) and we offer 72-month, 100,000 miles service contracts effective from the date of purchase.
Did you have the car inspected by a third party prior to your purchase? I know Ben Goldberg is always adamant about advising each customer to take this recommendation. Because we sell used cars, as is, our salespeople are trained to strongly encourage customers to do this. Ben is also really good about going over the car thoroughly with the customer, including looking under the hood. We do look over all cars, which is why we are completely surprised that we could miss damage like a smashed battery, a smashed and leaking radiator, and loose wires behind a headlight. Did you immediately notify your salesperson or the sales manager at our Palm Beach location as soon as you discovered these issues? It doesn’t seem possible that the vehicle was operable with the types of damages you described. Trunk mats are available for purchase, same as they are with new vehicles. As for the mats, we always provide brand new mats, not necessarily with the branded logos but, none the less, new. We care about your concerns before, during, and after the sale.

They do have a good selection of cars at very good prices. They were able to get me financing that I could afford. They are a volume dealership. If it is personal service and attention to details, it will be hard to find here. I bought a 2014 Infiniti Q50. Great car!! The problem was the electronic key fob. It only worked if you placed it right on the starter button. The salesman told me to just replace the battery and it will be fine. I did that, but it still didn't work. I talked to the finance manager. He gave me a number of "the guy" who does their key work. I called twice, left voice messages and never received a return call. So back to the dealership I went.
Their next suggestion was that I used the key replacement policy that I had just purchased. Keep in mind that the policy only allows you to replace a key once a year. I called the company who covered the key replacement and that would not replace it. Since I was only given one key, I had to produce evidence that the car was incapacitated and was towed to a dealership. I ended calling my own locksmith. The key had a short in the transmitter and it cost me $300 to replace it. The second hiccup was that they mailed the new plates to my house. I have never had a dealer do that. The problem was that I travel most of the time and I was working about 5 hours from where I live. I didn't know this until the day before the temporary tags expired. I had to have the plates FedEx to my temporary work address. Sorry guys! Sometimes it really is about the details and the service. I would probably not buy another car from this company.

I had inquired about a car and eventually purchased it, didn't need any money down, from what the finance department advised me. However I still put money down because I didn't have a car and I have been commuting by public transportation and I wanted to get a good monthly payment. After putting a down payment and contract signed, I took my car to get a full inspection and I had to pay to get a car that I just bought repaired...brake light broken, dead battery, fuse out, cracked steering wheel, issues with my brake. And I feel that I was ripped off because they got me a car with a lot of mechanic issues, and took advantage that I was a woman that needed a vehicle and just put me in a car with a lot of issues.
Then the finance department now calls me, requesting for additional money to put down (after I have already signed 2 contracts, gave them a down payment) because someone in the finance department screwed up, and told me I didn't need a down payment and it was approved by the finance manager. I am extremely upset that now I am getting harassed for a mistake that the finance department made, asking me for more money. & also for selling me a car with issues that I haven't had in 3 days that I had to repair, when this car should've been fixed before putting on the market.
I have been waiting for the finance manager to call me back for a resolution. After I was told everything was being taken care of, & all I got was "he will be in touch with you". I advised the rep that this is clearly unacceptable, getting harassed on Sundays. I work in law firm and I am constantly being called at work or while I am in court, on my cell phone, asking me to leave my job early to re-do my contracts - after everything has been approved by the lender & finance manager, a payment has been made and cleared by off lease and so further on. I was only referred to Off Lease by a family member who said they have great deals and less hassle...which is false. And this truly has become a nightmare & I would NEVER EVER recommend Off Lease.

I purchased a used vehicle from Off Lease Only. I live in Kentucky and flew to Florida to get the vehicle. When I initially received the paperwork in the mail, I called and spoke with the finance manager regarding the $523.50 worth of fees that were being collected to register my vehicle in Kentucky. This was in addition to the $175.00 in fees that were hidden for the DMV Nationwide title agency. The manager broke down all the numbers for me and we figured it would only cost $48.50 to register my vehicle. He said any remaining amount would be sent back to me because it was illegal for them to keep any fees in Florida. He said they had to collect more than what is owed in case there are any registration issues. I reluctantly went ahead with the purchase and was reassured again I would receive a refund.
After they sent the paperwork to the wrong DMV and had me drive out of my way to get it, I got the car registered. DMV Nationwide sent a check with the paperwork in the amount of $48.50 in registration fees. This wasn't enough to cover it so I had to pay an additional $3.50 in fees to get the car registered. I then contacted DMV Nationwide to get a refund of around $470 in fees that were collected and not used towards the registration of my car. Sure enough they said I wasn't owed a refund and refused to provide me with an itemized list of charges they paid. The only thing I was provided was a paper stating the fees were $48.50. They said they don't owe me a refund. I want my money back. This dealer shouldn't advertise no fees then add on over $700 in fees and make false promises.

Unbelievable. Wow -- I called this Off Lease Only location and spoke to a salesperson regarding buying a '06 Cadillac they had advertised on the internet for $6,999.00. Since I am 200 miles away, I asked them how it handles at 65 mph. They stated, "Don't know. We can only drive our cars in the car lot," period. (SO YOU WANT ME TO BUY A CAR BUT WON'T TEST DRIVE IT FOR ME AT 65 MPH THEN?) "That's correct," they said.
ONCE again, WOW -- On 2 calls to 2 different salesman I was disrespected regarding that same car I wanted to buy, lied to, and was told they did NOT need my sale because they sell over 3000 cars a month, so whatever. AGAIN, WOW. I tried calling the GM directly, only to get some yahoo that again, was very smart-alecky, and I ended up having to say, *Fine, I will buy a car from someone else then."
OH, IT GETS BETTER. I then hung up and, wow, my phone rings with NO CALLER ID, so I let it go to voice mail. And wow again, it is the salesman I spoke to that left me a message, rudely stating, "We DON'T NEED YOUR PIDDLY SALE & DON'T CALL US AGAIN, YOU **. I have the message saved and will be filing a BBB complaint, and will also play the left voice message for the GM once I reach him as well as the owner of the company. I assure you. Update: I have placed a call to corp. to try and reach the CEO, BUT was unable to. Go figure.

In Lake Worth store they are very bad people. Please stay away. The financial guy didn't explain that he add it two warranties 3000$. He just give me some cleaning supplies. Now I call the financial company and ask why I owe you so much money. The car was this much, the interest this much and they told me "it's some warranties that you purchase" that I wasn't aware of. I am been calling them all day. They put me on hold for an hour and then hung up. Very bad. Be aware people, it's more than other places.

I don't like having to post a bad comment about any business or person. I am doing this one because I had a bad experience and I tried to let this dealership know through their website but you notice that they won't post bad or low rating comments because mine never got posted nor did I receive any feedback from them. I drove from Diamondhead MS to pick up my car. I did a lot of talking over the phone with my sales guy to get all this squared away so I can pickup and head back. Well... I get to dealership. He introduced himself and took me inside where it looks like Jerry Lewis telethon with all the sales guys lined up next to each other and you sit at a counter with absolutely NO privacy!
Next he goes to get the car so I can see it. While walking around the car 1st thing so noticeable was the tires were EXTREMELY worn to nothing! I know they noticed this and the sales guy laughs and says... "Yeah you may need to get some new tires". ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This dealership was letting me and my 16 yr old daughter travel all the way from Palm Beach FL to MS with a car with less than 10% ties left on them! I was stupid enough to give my money up and purchase this car only to put me and my daughter in danger.
I should have paid the extra money and kept my rental to drive back home. I will never purchase another vehicle from these folks. I have read some other reviews of unhappy customers and I feel your pain. If you are reading this to find out if you should purchase from this dealership... I suggest you do your homework! Don't get played like some of us!

Good day to all my name is **, and I was referred to this dealership by a friend of mine in St. Maarten that bought a car from this company. I saw his vehicle and the condition it was in and it was to my satisfaction seeing it was a second hand car. I then got the necessary information from him and contacted your Off Lease Only. My contact person was ** and from the get go he was professional and communicated well with me. He was with me until the end with all the information I requested. I received overseas calls from ** and I'm located all the way in the Caribbean. I felt really good that someone I never meet was helping me with great customer service like ** did.
We sent about 27 email back and forth about my vehicle purchase and today I can say my vehicle is on the way to the Caribbean thanks to the prompt service and response from **. My son found a VW GTI at Off Lease Only - we went to look at it that very afternoon over lunch. We were told that the car had just had the clutch replaced, among other items, but the CarFax was clear of accidents. Upon looking at the car, there was a check engine light on. We were told that they were going to make sure the car was ok and safe, because they were concerned they said about the light being on. They told us that once the car was done, they would call. My son and I returned to our respective jobs since our lunch was over. I called about four times inquiring on the status of the car and was told it still was not back from the shop. We were told that the car was in for service and was not finished yet.
The next day we received a call that it was ready, and we went in to purchase the car. Upon test driving the car that evening, there was a very strong odor of something burning. Additionally, there was some sort of feeling in the clutch pedal which gave indication of something being severely wrong. A mechanic friend came along with us to assess the vehicle. Once the test drive was over, we brought our concerns to our salesman and the sales manager, **. They seemed very attentive and willing to assist us. In fact, they told us they knew of the problem because it was brought to their attention by other test drivers, and, in fact the clutch being replaced was due to the fact that one test driver had "ruined the clutch."
However, they were very interested in assisting us getting the vehicle to be fixed. They stated that there was a lot of interest in the GTI, but they advised us that since my son already had approval for financing and since we had intended to pick up the vehicle that night to purchase, but the smell and clutch feeling in the pedal prevented us from making the purchase, that we would be given the right of first refusal since there was a lot of interest in the car. However, they said that no one would want the car anyway in the shape that it was in, and assured us the car would be fixed. They told us we could take the car to our own mechanic if we wished as well.
Yesterday, I made arrangements to have the vehicle taken to Schumacher for an appointment to diagnose, and advised ** of the appointment time. He told me he was going to get the car in yesterday so that way we wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary to move forward with the purchase. I advised Schumacher that the car would be there yesterday. I received a call from Schumacher advising that the car wasn't ever dropped off. I attempted to call **, but his phone rang to a voicemail. I advised our salesman of the appointment time, and he indicated that he had not been told by ** of the fact that the car was going to be taken to an independent shop. He said he would call me back.
He did and told me that the car was back at the shop where the clutch had originally been replaced, because they had already put money into the replacement of the clutch by that particular shop. They stated that once it was finished at that shop, that the car would go into the Schumacher shop for the scheduled appointment on Monday.
All this time, I'm thinking that Off Lease Only is reputable, that they really do care about their customers, and were doing everything that could to assist us -- despite the fact that everyone was telling my son and I that Off Lease Only was anything but reputable, honest and trustworthy. Now, I receive an email from **, the sales manager, indicating that the car CAN NOT BE TAKEN TO THE SCHUMACHER APPOINTMENT ON MONDAY BECAUSE IT IS NOT ON THE PROPERTY. What a sad sad ordeal... why is it not on the property? Because we were going to take the car to an independent shop where they would have told us all that was TRULY WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE? Because they sold the car to someone else who just "took their word for it" that the car "was absolutely fine?" I am so disgusted, disappointed and disillusioned with this company and their products. And what am I now to tell my son?

Bad service in Miami dealership. We bought Sentra 2012 in 3/21/2015 at Miami dealership. Drive it and notice front suspension noise, oil not change for long time, rear defrost not working, key fob missing, one rear floor mat missing, battery 3 1/2 years old and not holding a charge.
Updated 6/28/2015 - I went to Miami Off Lease Only for repair Nissan Sentra 2012, the first time they fixed some issue that the car had. After I had place a review, ** called me to repair the rest problem I had originally. I spoke to ** and explained to him the remaining problem (front suspension noise and defrost not working). He then promised me to take the car directly to the Nissan dealer to get those repairs done. But that never happened. They said that the repair noise in the spot we explained (front suspension) was said in Nissan dealer that it was not there and wasn't an issue because they didn't find anything. So they took it to their onsite mechanic and "supposedly" fixed both the defrost and the suspension problem, to which only the suspension noise was "fixed."
The defrost was said to also be fixed but it was a lie. They didn't even attempt to fix it to what you can see or didn't know how to. Which was weird when we heard that the car had been in the Off Lease Only Miami location for 1 week to fix a noise?? This seems preposterous. After several calls we had to make to which everyone that picked up was clueless to what our problem was or go, we were because the two people who attended us were not working or off for the day. Finally, ** told me that the car is ready for pickup. We went the next day and the salesperson that originally sold us the car ** (a great guy) was celebrating his birthday and ** had asked for that day off (what a coincidence) since we stated to him that we would be going that day.
So my advice is that people need to open their eyes in this dealership and own to the fact that a lot of employees there tell a lot of lies. They originally agreed with us that if we would purchase the car they would fix every problem that the car had, but that's not what happened. This was my first and last time that I will be purchasing any car from Off Lease Only because this has been the first time I get such horrendous customer service concerning my repairs. Minding you, I purchased the car in March and it's the end of June and I'm still with the repair issues. I had to personally go out of my way to take the car to the Nissan dealer on 6/26/15 and paid the $50 that they had originally agreed to pay for the warranty deposit when they had promised to take it to the Nissan themselves and get the defrost fixed but we finally got the defrost fixed.

We called & spoke with Mike M. and let him know we'd come in later that day, a Sunday evening. Fernando was working and boy am I glad he was! He was SO kind and stayed with me the entire time, making sure I was happy & answering all my questions with extreme patience. I highly recommend working with him - he is an absolute delight. I kind of knew what I wanted but looked at several cars. When I test drove the Cadillac Cue, I knew. This car is so me. Thank you to Yahaira - the Customer Service associate, Mike the Sales manager & to Fernando for making my second visit to Off Lease Only SO wonderful!

On the 7th of April 2015, my friend and I were both looking to buy a new car, so we made the hour and fifteen minute drive to check out several vehicles at the Orlando Off Lease Only location. I am in my sixties and friend is a young woman in her thirties. She is currently pregnant and we had her 10 month old baby with us. We arrived on the lot and ** started to assist us. I explained that I want a mid-size SUV since it is difficult for me to get in and out of a regular car. He took us on the golf cart to look at ONE vehicle (I was planning at looking at several that day) and then ** just left us there.
The Orlando lot is huge and there we were, a woman in her sixties who struggles to walk long distances and a pregnant woman carrying a baby on her hips. Several people went by on golf carts and never even acknowledged us. We made the long walk back to the front and ** saw us standing by the gate BUT never spoke to us again. I understand your prices are great but that is no excuse for the HORRID customer service that was provided to us. My daughter recently purchased a car from Off Lease in Orlando and had a good experience with her sales and finance people, so I know that it is possible.

As a professional in the sales and finance industry, my expectations on customer service and quality are very high. As we arrived at the dealership, we received a very warming welcome including treats which made us feel comfortable instead of feeling like someone wanted to haunt you down.
We met with **-Sales a true gentleman and professional individual. He was knowledgeable on the cars that we were inquiring, explain with details how the process work at Offleaseonly.com. Every car that we looked at included the Carfax report. Pricing off charts below market value...no wasted time having to battle with **. He made sure we felt at ease thru out the whole process. As we were getting ready for the application, we met the Sales Manager: **. He gave us a nice welcome, and advise us as what to expect during the waiting time. Meanwhile, ** -Customer Service Mgr came along to ask us how was our experience so far, and if there was anything she could do assist us? What a pleasant, motivated and all smiles personality.
Since everyone is a guest, they had a nice BBQ with music outside while our chosen car was getting a detailing. Once the loan application got approved, ** gave us the news. Time to sign paperwork with ** - Finance Manager hands down to this fellow. He had no idea that under my belt were 13 yrs + experience in Finance. Kudos to him on how he took the time to explain in detail, and never rushed us while reading and signing.
At the delivery, ** had our car immaculate, re-inspected and went over all features making sure he met all of our expectations. As we were leaving, ** -General Mgr came to thank us for our business. Absolutely, a unique satisfying experience on car buying!!! Today, I want to thank ** and all staff of Orlando-Offleaseonly.com for changing the car buying business perception, and making this experience memorable to us.

I don't know if being black had anything to do with it but went to purchase a car from Off Lease knowing my credit scores a month before from all 3 Credit bureaus was 779-820 based on refi of my home. First salesman stated, "Pulled credit came back with score 701"... went. Finally sat down with financing person -- Score magically dropped another 50 points to 650. When I asked why big differences, gentleman said, "Oh, we use a different scoring method," which ended up with me getting an almost 6% loan after salesman said day before, "We shop the best lenders." I contacted my own bank a month later who pulled my scores and gave me a loan at 3%, and this is a major bank. Wondering if this is common practice of Off Lease to get more money from customers in general or just black customers.

My first experience with buying a car at Off Lease Only was not a good one, but I now think it was a fluke. I was not happy with the car, and not happy with the salesman. I was so upset. I was then contacted by Bob **, Out of State Sales Manager, from Off Lease Only and he rolled out the red carpet for me, took back the original car I bought, and let me choose another car. Bob set me up with Mr. Mark ** who was absolutely wonderful. He was so patient and fun to work with.
He answered all my questions and the car-buying process was so easy with him. I test drove 4 cars between the Lake Worth dealership and the Value Lot. I narrowed it down to 2, and ended up leaving with a car I love and I am so much happier than I was with the first car. I am so impressed with the Customer Service Department at Off Lease. I thought I was stuck with a car I hated. I can't say enough good things about Bob **, Mark **, and Amy **who were so helpful and understanding of my situation, and they all genuinely cared about my satisfaction and happiness.
I've read hundreds of amazing reviews from Off Lease Only, now I can write one! I love the car I have now and a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. If you are an Off Lease Customer and are not happy with every detail of your experience, tell someone! I now agree with the thousands of other Off Lease Only customers who all say the same thing: Off Lease goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I'm so happy!! I should begin by mentioning I purchased my car from Off Lease Only's Value Lot in West Palm Beach, not the dealership in Lake Worth. I found a car online that I liked and drove down to the Value Lot for a test drive. I decided I liked the car and wanted to move forward with purchasing it. I was told I should take the 30 minute drive back home and come back with my check book at 8pm at night, because their cars sell so quickly, it "may already be sold in the morning". I was told the total amount for my vehicle was $11,305. I wrote a check for that amount, and returned in the morning to pick up my car. That morning, I was then told the actual price was $265 less than what I had written the check for, so I was signed up for some "Auto Armor Wax Job" to make up for the difference. I left with my new car, happy, and was told my title would come in the mail in 2 or 3 weeks, and they would call to set up the wax job appointment.
Fast forward about a month, I still haven't gotten the title, and I was pulled over for having a broken light on the hatchback. When in reverse, the tail light blinks to warn other drivers. However, it continues blinking when I shift back into drive, meaning when I am at a stop sign, etc., my tail light flashes. I was pulled over for this and narrowly avoided getting a ticket. My car NEVER should have been put up for sale with that kind of serious defect. The passenger's side window button is also missing, just gone. Nowhere to be found, and there are scratches on the back that could have easily been buffed out prior to sale.
I called the car salesman, and told him I still didn't have my title, and also that they never set me up with an appointment to get this $245 wax job. I was also charged $20 for a temp tag that I never had.
I was told to call back in a week if I still didn't have my title. A week later, I called. No title, no $245 wax job, no answers. I drove the 30 minutes down there to find out what the hell was going on with my title. I was then told that because my car had been repossessed before I bought it, it would actually be another 4 weeks until I got the title. I didn't want the stupid wax job anymore so I compromised with Off Lease that the $265 credit would be used to fix the tail light, and a few other problems. I made an appointment to have this work done. I organized dropping my car off at the dealership, paying another person to drive me back home, and back to pick up the car.
Less than an hour after dropping it off, I was called and told my car parts wouldn't be in for another week, so I should come pick up the car. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating. So, I picked up my car with plans to bring it back the following week, another time I would have to pay someone to drive me back and forth. I clearly made my appointment for a Friday, there was no doubt about it. When I arrived Friday for my appointment, the car salesman told me I was supposed to come on Monday, (not true, I work Mondays, and I was very, very clear that the car was coming in on FRIDAY). Car salesman then told me to bring it back Monday, because they don't have enough time to fix it. I am furious.
This particular salesman also left messages on my cell phone intended for other customers, lost my new cell phone number, failed to return many calls, and I absolutely believe he took advantage of me because I am young. He also seems to be very forgetful, senile, clueless. I finally told Off Lease to just send me a check for the $265 they overcharged me so I never have to go down to that stupid dealership ever again. I was sold a car for $2000 more than it was worth (a new Chevy Spark sells for $11k) with a serious dangerous defect in the reverse light that I had no way of knowing about, given the run-around for weeks and weeks, and was denied my repair appointment because this car salesman was forgetful and absent-minded.
Absolutely terrible customer service, I will NEVER buy a car from Off Lease again. I have many friends who have had great experiences with Off Lease Only, and I am very disappointed with the horrible service I received. If you do go to Off Lease, avoid the Value Lot at all costs. I am now left with a car that still needs many repairs that I could have had repaired months ago were it not for the empty promises this car salesman made to me, and the promise of a $265 check that supposedly will "be in the mail". Stay far, far, FAR away from this place.

We had friends that purchased through Off Lease Only and had a great experience. We were looking for a car for our daughter. She found one she liked in our price range. We went to see it. Liked it and bought it. The staff was very timely and knowledgeable. My husband and I have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the easiest transaction. We just got the car yesterday, so I cannot attest to the quality of the product, but the process was simple.

I came in Sat. to buy an SUV but wasn't quite sure as to which one. I had a list of stock numbers. The first person I saw was Demond **. I approached him and was very straightforward with what I was looking for. I was ready for the typical salesman that has a push, egotistical attitude. However Demond did not have those annoying qualities in the least bit! He was sincere, personable, understanding and extremely patient with me as I made my first car purchase. This is the second car in four years I bought from this company. I would not have come back if I did not have a positive experience. Carlos was helpful, friendly and did not pressure us. When my son is ready to buy his first car, I plan to see him again. We went in looking for a small SUV, my wife wanted a RAV4 but the price was a little out of our budget. However, because of their huge inventory, Carlos recommended a Chevy Equinox that fit our needs and we could afford. I recommend this dealership.

Even though I had to wait a few hours I'm glad I went to this dealership. The experience buying the car was good. I did not feel the pressure to just "buy". All the staff was friendly, Wilfredo ** was the first salesman to approach me and was reachable all the time through the whole process. I would buy there again and definitely recommend to friends.

I found the car I want. I contemplated for a week and thank God it was still there the day I said yes! Amy made things so easy.
