I had a wonderful experience. There was no high pressure and the cars were set at good price. There is no dealer prep charge and will buy again. I was here last year and spoke to Ted, plus came back to buy after following your inventory on the internet.

Prior to walking in today, I had previously purchased 2 vehicles and referred at least 5 clients who have all purchased. Usually, the experience with a car salesman is daunting, but working with Andrew was great. He was very in tune to our needs and we will definitely refer people to him, Andrew. I had an amazing experience. The people there are so friendly and attend to all my needs. Thank you Off Lease Only!

Ted was very helpful in all the test drives I felt no pressure. Greg was very friendly and helpful when I came to pick up the car on Ted’s day off. David, the finance guy, made the process simple and easy to follow. Tara is a major plus to the crazy office; she is always cheerful and has made sure everyone is happy. My experience was awesome, better than I could imagine. My salesperson was Paul ** and he was nice and patient. This was my very first car experience and I did not imagine it would be this great. The staff helped me get an interest rate that was lower than I expected. My rate dropped to an amount no young person would normally have. I would recommend this dealer to my friends. All the rumors about dealers that are "out to get you" is untrue and they helped me to a lower price.

We purchased a car last March 26, 2013 from Greg. When we got back to Ohio, we showed the car to our daughter. She really liked the car and had a birthday coming up in early April. We saw the Lexus we bought today online and contacted Greg. We asked him to look at the car and give us an honest review. He called us back and pointed out the fees flaws and helped to get the car ready for us to fly in and pick up without having to spend a lot of time getting the paperwork done. This was a great experience, and we will recommend Greg to our friends who are looking for a good used car.

Aubrey was extremely helpful, thorough and patient in answering the many questions I had. He made the transaction as smooth as possible. The only problem was waiting to be approved, which is understandable. Aubrey gave really good customer service.

Ricky did excellent research on my purchased vehicle, a Volkswagen Jetta, for my daughter. He also did research on my second and third choice. We eliminated high mileage and accidents with any damage. I narrowed it down to 2 cars. I called my daughter to have her select color and my purchase was over. Ricky was professional, courteous and exceeded my expectations.

Andrew spent a lot of time with me while he was working with 3 other customers. I have been to three other car lots in the last 2 days, and I received the best customer service here at Off Lease Only from Andrew and the rest of their amazing staff. The car I came to look at sold yesterday, but after showing me around, I found at least 3 other cars. I picked one that was newer and only $5,000 more than the first one I came to see.

After visiting the Miami location, we had a much better experience with Kyle at the Lake Worth location. Kyle is super! I recently purchased a 2010 GL450 black Mercedes-Benz at Off Lease Only in Miami. I traveled from NYC, so imagine how skeptical I was through the entire process. However, the process was smoother than I expected. The sales person I had was honest and straight forward. I am already looking forward to do business with him again for my next purchase. I got a great price on the car and low interest rate, yet the finance department tried to enforce an extended warranty that did not meet my standards as part of the deal. This situation was quickly fixed by the owner, who I contacted by email. He was so quick in addressing this issue. He also was very honest, and I really appreciated his intervention. Overall, I will recommend them as I personally had a good experience.

Roza was very good about returning phone calls and coordinating with us. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The price for the car we bought could not be beat. The staff were informative. So many cars to choose from, it can be a bit overwhelming. The staff was courteous, not only my sales guy but also every other employee in the dealer. From start to finish, I give Off Lease Only five stars all the way. In fact, it was almost serendipitous that I came here for my car as the manager Michael is from my hometown in Idaho. What a small world right? Michael and Ted were amazing with their ability to multitask and coordinate the work that went into my auto loan approval. We initially walked up to the front of the lot and were greeted by Eddy. I told him that we just wanted to browse. He showed us where to go and explained how it works along with a few key points of interest. He allowed us to browse on our own. We were able to browse for an hour or two. When we were selecting our car of choice, we let him know. From there, he worked hard with finance in order to get us what we needed to purchase. We’re very happy with the results of today.

There are many cars to choose from and all are beautiful and new. The service is good and fast and different from other car dealerships. Before you leave, they effectively wash and detail your car before you drive it off the lot. There are no crazy paper works that take you hours to complete. You are in and out happy/satisfied with or without a car. The service is that awesome.

This is a difficult review. First, the place looks great. It has beautiful cars. There is even an extremely beautiful girl that gives you a very warm welcome when you arrive. So the question is why 1 star. I saw a specific car on their website. I gave them a call right before closing time and I got connected to a real piece of scum salesman named Ricky. He told me the car is still available. I called them the next morning because I live 3 hours away to check if the car is still there and he told me yes. My wife and I both took the day off from work to drive down and purchase the car. Ricky called me, said the car is still available and that he would hold it for me. He also told me to call him when I'm about 20 minutes away so he can bring it out to the front for the test drive. I called him from an hour away just to keep him updated. I called again when I'm 20 minutes away and he said no problem, he'll be waiting for me.
As soon as I get there, I find Ricky and he told me a couple walked in 5 minutes ago and he's selling them the car, that they are just finishing the paperwork. Anyone who has ever bought a car knows it's impossible to have everything done in 5 minutes, so you know he was lying to me the whole time and on top of that, he was very rude like his time is more valuable than anybody else's time. My wife and I both lost a day of work, plus over 6 hours of driving. This guy Ricky made the whole experience horrible. This one guy is the sole reason car salesman gets a bad rap. It's a real shame that a beautiful place like this have scum like Ricky working for them. If you do happen to go and buy a car there, there was one salesman that calmed the situation down a bit because I was very close to smashing Ricky's smug face in. His name is Chris **. He took the time to show us cars that were not even on the website and was very helpful. Unfortunately, I was so upset by the situation that I was not interested in buying a car from there.

I was offered one price for my trade-in which was initially lower than Blue Book value. Then, finally after haggling, a price was agreed upon. After waiting over 4 hours, once in the finance office, the price for trade-in was rewritten to be lower than agreed upon, so they added thousands to the price of the car I purchased without informing me! Buyer beware! Read everything before you sign. Do not rush through. Get the final price of the vehicle with trade-in in writing before you sign! It's a total scam!

Eddy explained the buying process clearly. He helped us find the car we wanted online then located the vehicle, and he set us up on a test drive. He helped us work out the financing and insurance. Angel and John also explained everything in details. But Craig seemed to be bothered to have to do the paperwork; he did not explain any of the documents. I was in search of a pre-owned vehicle that was not going to be too costly! I think I searched everywhere! I went to Carfax and they did not have quite what I was looking for, which was my price range! I went online and googled 'buy used cars in South Florida' and came across Off Lease Only. Their webpage is amazing and very easy to use. I could not believe they had so many cars and at very affordable prices. When I called to find out some information because I thought it was too good to be true, the call rep I spoke to said I was able to see the free Carfax right on the website. That's very helpful! This is what a car buying experience should be. The most difficult part of shopping at Off Lease Only is selecting a vehicle from the huge inventory. Our salesperson Mark was very knowledgeable, professional and provided a no pressure sales environment. My wife and I spent nearly 8 hours test-driving various vehicles until she found the one that she wanted. Once she finally chose one, the rest of the process was quick and seamless. I shopped online and narrowed it down to my top three choices before I even got there. That saved me so much time. So I decided to make the trip to Florida and check this place, Off Lease Only, Miami, out despite all the negative reviews I had read. Being an out-of-state buyer, I knew that it was risky but they had the one specific car I was looking for and I was willing to go to South Florida. As I was getting out of the cab, I noticed that the one and only car I had come to see was being shown to someone else and they were giving it a test drive. At this point, I realized that the car could be sold to that person and I would not even have a chance to even look or test drive it. I understand their policy of holding cars for out-of-state buyers but was told "With your flight itinerary, they would put a hold on the car for 48 hours."
The salesperson who I had been dealing with via phone and email confirms my suspicion. Finally, I got the keys to the car and had a chance to do a test drive and carefully check the car out. Everything was close to my expectations. I decided to purchase the vehicle and now waited to go to financing to close the deal. Being preapproved, great credit score and putting a large amount down, I thought they would get me a good finance package, i.e., good interest rate and terms. Wrong! This was where they would make up for their low advertise prices.
They will hit anyone with high interest on loans, insist that extended service contracts be purchased in order to get better interest rates and terms. This policy is ridiculous and they know it. Simply put, they load up the back end of the loans with extras to make more money. This is even validated by an ex-finance employee writing a review on this same site. For anyone having good credit and able to put down money as a down payment, I suggest getting outside financing and not go through the ordeal I went through. Also look the car over carefully and if there's a chance, take it to a mechanic to inspect the car for things that were not disclosed on the Carfax report. Finally, buyer beware of this place. You may get a deal or you may get a nightmare.

No need to beat a dead horse as they say, but suffice it to say, you are dealing with lowest of the lowlifes. Their sole objective is to move cars at all costs. Whether it's been in accidents, floods, or bait and switch, they are masters of it all. They will not take any type of charge cards so as not to be the mercy of card policies and refunding the money. They want checks or cash and will prosecute if you cancel your check. They give no warranty at all and state it. The warranty they sell is just about as useless as they are. If you want, deal with a broker who can buy at an auction for you. You will pay less, and even the auction gives you a 30-day warranty.
Off Lease Only gives no warranty, no support, and absolutely no customer service. Read the reviews; I did but thought they had a few good reviews and they had what I wanted. The aggravation, wasting a day and a tank of gas on those **, was totally my fault for not going with my gut feeling. Don't let it happen to you!

We read a lot of bad press about Off Lease Only before buying our Audi Q5, about which we are beyond delighted with. The reality is that Off Lease sells a lot of cars. Sometimes people are going to be unhappy for whatever reason. For us, the experience was great. We got precisely the car we wanted at a price you just cannot match elsewhere (forget about Carmax). They run a lean and mean operation, but we were more interested in the car than a fancy showroom, coffee and magazines.
We had the car inspected prior to parting with our money; it checked out great. We have since had it looked at by our mechanic as the front brake pads needed replacing, and he said the car is perfect. Thank you, Barry - thank you Off Lease Only. We are happy customers, and we appreciate your no frills approach. We will be back for certain. There is simply no comparison out there.

The Porsche I bought had body damage and rips in leather that were not disclosed. The radio and cruise control did not work on the vehicle. After I paid for the car, they tried to sell my upgraded rims on my car on eBay; once I called, they removed the ad and said it was not there and that they remove nothing from the cars they sell. Since they only had one Porsche for sale and they had the pictures of the car with the rims, I know it was mine. After the car was delivered, the salesman was no longer employed. They charged me registration fees, and after one month when the temporary tag expired, I called them and they said they don't file out of state registration. So after all this and several phone calls, in which the lady in accounting was very rude, I finally received my money back.

I drove up all the way from Miami to try to get a nice car from this dealer. I spent 5 hours on the first day and they couldn't get us the deal we wanted. It got late and they said they would get us our deal the next day. They called us around lunch time the next day and told us we had gotten the finance and the APR and deal we wanted. We double checked with the finance person if it was the deal we wanted. I left work early to take the trip. When we got there, we brought all paperwork they needed and all of a sudden the deal wasn't what they told us it was before we drove up for an hour and a half to get there. These guys are crooks. They made us waste our time and our gas driving up when they told us our deal was done and all we had to do was sign. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.

I worked for Off Lease Only, doing finance. And I will tell you first hand, they crush you in finance reserve, meaning backend profit. After making this company $2,500 per car contract, they didn’t even pay my money owed to me. They partially paid me one month of work. And I’m still waiting on the second month of work that was still owed to me. And also this company’s finance dept. is ran by a woman who tells the finance dept. to pack the finance contracts with adds that the customers don’t need or they don’t even know are there. Under her power, you are forced to pack finance contracts in order for her to live her lavish life while customers pay at their expense! 2.- We offer extended warranties available for added peace of mind. Lets face it, problems can occur with a new car, adding coverage up to 100,000 miles is something many of our customers really take advantage of and love having as an option.
Now about Mario and how he was even hired. We opened our second location extremely quickly and the appropriate background check was obviously not completed in a timely fashion. This employee was here less than 60 days when we found out that this person has had a very unethical past. That is not something we cannot allow, again because our reputation means everything to us. When we hired him he seemed like a great addition, but when we were alerted to his past endeavors we realized his immediate termination was neccessary. At no point did we say we were not going to pay him what he was owed, but the month simply had not billed out yet at the time he started posting all of these slanderous and untrue remarks. We really work hard on our reputation and deeply care about our employees and customers. Off Lease Only now employs over 150 people between our two locations. If our customers or employees have a problem, question or concern, we urge them to come directly to us so we can answer/fix it. Please don’t give this review any merit as this person is not credible and not someone we would want working in our establishment. His report is an out and out lie. Without our repeat customers referring their friends and families, we would not experience the growth and success that comes from leading an ethical business. I went to this dealer on Lake Worth last weekend. I was just about to buy a Toyota from some smart ** named Tony. The guy showed me a car with a totally clean Carfax report. He was pushing the deal so much until I realized he was showing me the wrong report. I took the VIN number directly from the vehicle and it was a rebuild title. The vehicle was involved in a big accident and this stupid just said he made a mistake. Be careful, very dangerous people.

I purchased a 2010 Caddy DTS from Off Lease Only last February when I was in FL on vacation. I paid $8,000 less to that of a Caddy dealer for the same exact car with same mileage. The car wasn't perfect as it was an Enterprise rental, but after a little TLC and some paint work, it looks like new. Car came with Carfax and balance of factory warranty. They even sent me the spare set of keys, fob, and valet key when I returned to NY.

I test drove a 2008 Infinity G37 and the car broke down on the test drive! After looking at the other cars in the $25K price range, they had all been involved in a wreck of some kind. They should change their name to JustWrecked Only! Yes, the cars are for less than other dealers, but they haven't been wrecked! As a result, I purchased a 2008 Infinity G37 from CarMax for $2000 more, but it was in pristine condition with a clean carfax! It should be noted that the salespeople were not surprised at the least when the car broke down as this is a regular occurrence.

On 07-29-11 I, traded a 2003 Ford Escape for a 2008 Mazda Tribute. After several days, I had to take the car for repairs. The dealer agreed to pay for half of the work done. After the first payment was made, the vehicle was taken to a Mazda dealer for a quote on several issues (interior lighting, knocking noise on the right front, and humming noise). The estimate was for almost $700.00. And the extended warranty I had purchased did not cover any of the repairs. While at the Mazda dealer, I asked if the front lights could be adjusted. That is when I was told that the car had been involved in a major car accident, and that the front end was severely damaged. I took the car to Tire's Plus for a second opinion and I was told the same thing.
That same day I decided to text the general manager at the place where I had originally purchased the car. I informed him that I was going to report this to the BBB, FCA, and contact an attorney. A few minutes later, I received a phone call and agreed to meet again the next day. They offered to buy the car back from me and put me on another car (of similar value) out of courtesy. The next day, 09-11-11, I showed up, spent about three hours, and left with another car (2009 Nissan Altima). Recently, I learned that the previous vehicle (2008 Mazda Tribute), has not been paid off, and the extended warranty has not been canceled (as requested). I also found out that the car I am currently driving is not being financed by the company (or any other company) listed on my contract. Two weeks ago, I received a phone call from one of the managers, asking for $2,100.00 down. It was something that we did not discuss during the signing of the contract.
Today, 10-14-11, I received yet another call from one of the financing reps, asking for $3,000.00 down in order to finalize the deal, which is now 1 plus month old. I told him that If I did not have $2,100.00 two weeks ago, much less I was going to have $3,000.00 now. Today, 10-17-11, I received another phone call from the same finance person, this time providing me with three options: The first option was to come up with $2,500.00 and lower the payments. The second was no money down, but the payments will increase. And the last option was to take the car back and take the Mazda Tribute that they obviously were not able to sell. I opted for option three, a broken down car that will cost me an additional $700 to repair, because the car I originally traded in is long gone. Is this legal? Can dealers do this and get away with it?

I purchased a used 2010 Ford Focus SE, which I was told had no issues. I am now trying to sell this car and CarFax indicates that there was an issue with the odometer indicating that the odometer may have been rolled back. CarFax report shows that the odometer had 29,772 miles on September 1, 2010 and about 18,565 miles 3 weeks later, when I bought the car. I have had several interested parties inquire about purchasing the car but they are reluctant to purchase, without a deep discount because of questions on the odometer reading. This is particularly important since the car, if the mileage is correct, is still under full manufacturer warranty.
I have spoken to the manager at OffLeaseOnly, Don **, and offered me to buy the car back for $10,000. The Kelly Blue Book value for a private seller is $13,680. It also should be noted that this car dealer is offering a non-negotiable 2010 Ford Focus SE, which is exactly the same as mine for $12,900 the only difference being the car they are selling has 33,500 miles, while mine has only 25,700 miles.

I bought my first dealership car from this dealer, an '06 Ford Mustang V6, which I was told was in perfect shape and a supposedly clean Carfax. A year down the line, I was looking to trade in at another dealer only to find out (from an autocheck) that my car was t-boned on the passenger side at one point and had severe chassis damage. Also, they noted the very, very subtle differences in paint and the lack of a lot of factory stickers on the doors, also many missing screws on fenders and such. I went back to Off Lease Only only to be shrugged off and told that they had no way of knowing it was previously crashed and that it didn't matter anyway because I signed an arbitration agreement. The car is in good shape but only worth a third of what I paid. (I paid $13k for it and it's worth maybe $3.5k if that). If I go to the bank and try to get a loan for something, the car is worthless as collateral and I can't sell it because of the history.

Great Value! I have bought 3 cars from Off Lease Only since 2001 and would never go anywhere else. There is a reason why they sell over 500 cars a month! I shopped around and ended up saving $3,500 on my Black '09 BMW 328i plus I didn't have to pay any dealer fees. I would recommend them to all. More car for less money than anywhere else!

To my great disappointment, when I, Louisgino **, went to purchase a vehicle (2006 Ford F150 super crew VIN nr **) from Company Off Lease Only located at 3531 Lake Worth RD, Palms Spring Florida, FL 33461, that this vehicle was sold to me, after inspection of the vehicle and as reference to the Carfax report that reads as, on 03/10/2006 Florida police record, case **. Accident reported in Palm Beach county involving right front impact with non-fixed object, vehicle functional. After reviewing this report, I asked the dealer (Off Lease Only) if this car had been in a major accident there. The reply was it was struck with an object, and the car had to be spray-painted (the front), and the windshield was replaced. To my surprise, on 09/23/09, my wife was involved in an accident with the same truck mentioned above; the airbags did not deploy from the damage of the impact that was quite substantial to the truck.
The truck was sent for repair at Marbella Paint and Body Shop (4488 East 10th Ct, Hialeah, Florida 33013). The owner of the place called me and showed me the damage and that this truck had been in a previous major accident, that the whole front of the car was replaced with aftermarket, cheap body parts; and also, that we were lucky not to suffer physical damage from the impact because the front airbag sensor of the car was not placed properly. The whole front of the car was damaged in a previous major accident - from the radiator frame and condenser, both fenders, till the front bumper - and changed with all aftermarket parts and sold to me as a car that had impact in the front with an object and that it had to be only spray-painted.
Furthermore, I called Off Lease Only regarding this issue and that I wanted to be reimbursed. Their answer was “Go do what you want; we are not liable for nothing.” My question is if this car had an accident where (God forbid) my wife and kids passed away because of nonfunctional airbags, what would have happened? Would Off Lease Only sell people cars that were in a previous major accident and things excluded from the Carfax report? As a company that advertise that these cars were leased vehicles, and they don’t sell damaged, repaired cars, will they continue doing business, making money and selling people cars that are not safe? I paid $17,108.94 for a car that could have left my family injured badly because of nonfunctional airbags.
The car was a rebuilt car, which was excluded from the Carfax report, and sold as leased with low miles and with aftermarket parts. Printed Carfax on the day I bought the car (3/13/08) showed 1 accident, of which the dealer told me that the windshield had to be replaced and the front spray-painted because of scratches. And printed and other Carfax report on 10/14/09 ... now it shows on Carfax that the car had a major front accident that was disclosed on the report; when I bought the car, had I known this, I would have not bought the car in question.
