My first time here I enjoy it here. Everyone seems friendly, feels like home. Easy to deal with. The only reason I didn't give you a 5 it was too noisy. It wasn't that bad.

Our sales representative Jaime was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. The rest of the staff was also courteous, getting us drinks and providing food. The only downside was the amount of time it took. It took about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the paperwork. Overall, we were quite pleased with the experience. We were able to purchase a nearly brand new car for a price much lower than a traditional dealer would offer.

We were here three different days. We drove three cars. The first toyotas front spoiler came off while we were driving it on I-95 which was quite dangerous. It sounded like a blowout and was scary. That should have been checked out before we drove it. We then had to wait for your company to come with a tool to take off the rest of the bumper. The next day we came to test drive a car that wasn't even here, but no one called to tell us that. We came back third day and then test drove it but didn't buy. Finally bought a honda!

Recently I was intrigued by unusually low prices offered by the Off Lease company and went to do some research. I went through over 40 records of various cars I was potentially interested in. To my surprise ALL I mean ALL of them were post accidental low mileage junk or factory lemon or buyback. Those cars are worth well less than they offer it for and its resale value severely affected by those incidents. Buyers BEWARE!

Although the vehicle I initially wanted was sold in less than an hour of seeing online, there were multiple other options of similar vehicles and ended up getting just as good of a deal. They were very helpful with financing with a prior credit issue and I got the car the same day. Great service despite them being very busy and even provided lunch fresh off the grill!
