If you purchased a car from them, you should get it checked by the factory owners (like Audi, Mercedes, Acura, BMW, and etc.). I just recently went and they told me my car was a buyback lemon which they told me "manufacturer buyback" at Off Lease Only... 95% of their cars are manufacturer buyback..which if you take a good look at the Carfax, it says " salvage, junk, flood, lemon, & etc." They're a ** RIP OFF. Their top-of-the-line EXTENDED WARRANTY is basic when you show it to the manufacturer dealers... and if you go to refinance your vehicle, the bank will also tell you that you have premium insurance instead of the platinum insurance where it covers bumper to bumper and lost key, car toll, rental and more with NO DEDUCTIBLES ... Umm, that's ** up they put you with the ** insurance but their top-of-the-line like their CARS!!!!! :'(. I'm going to sue them for not telling me!! My car is ** junk. I don't care if they have the cheapest price but you're probably going to end up losing 10 thousands more!!!!!

My father and I came to buy a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, silver blue. We test drove the car, but it had a bad front left wheel thump so no fix, no sale. Then we drove a silver 2013, which we bought. Overall, it was a good experience, being able to relax about pricing knowing that we are already getting an excellent deal with no extra fees. Look at the price, drive it and decide, DONE! Obviously, they need a larger office space to employ more paperwork and Finance people for faster in + out. We would definitely buy here again but will never come on a weekend!

Second car was bought here. We appreciate the helpfulness of the employees. The only complaint is that it took quite a while to find the car we wanted to test drive; other than that, the service was great. You have a great selection of cars at all price points.

Wonderful experience working With Ted on the V70. Should be a great car. Ted has been very responsive and helpful. A little crowded on Saturday, but that is a good thing. Felt I was treated fairly and honestly. PS: The water spots on the car came out in detailing. If these come back, I will bring the V70 back and trade on another car.

Well to be honest, this place is crowded but I understand why. You guys have a high turnover and push rate. But I would like to compliment for salesman JB because we came down here unprepared with all the paperwork. He made it easy for us to print everything from online. We also had another salesman take the keys from us and was going to sell our vehicle out from under us. JB fought for us to keep our car. I appreciate his calm, collective attitude and all his help.
