I came here 3 weeks ago to purchase a car. It started giving problems so I returned it back to off the lease. Given the fact it’s a used car I took it to a dealer and had a diagnostic. Car needed to be switched. Off Lease Only took it back with no problems and I was able to pick another car out the lot with no problems. My experience with them has been a good one. I’m a first time buyer and didn’t really feel too pressured to buy anything. I recommend them to anyone who’s buying a used car.

I came on a day that was very busy but even with the wait, my experience was great. This is not your typical dealership experience. Everyone is friendly and most importantly brief and to the point. There is no haggling. Their website is up to date and easy to use. If you come in knowing what car you want, it's a very smooth process. Heard about Off Lease Only via the radio and friends. Prices are great, atmosphere is a little hectic. Ted is my salesperson. The Porters are rude. Really like the CTS, has a small chip min front fender hoping that can be fixed and don't like the $500 tag title fee, even though refundable.

Nice experience picking out vehicle. After hour and half wait for finance, we were told we were next. Multiple times of asking and still not in finance office. Was told 3-4 minutes 12 minutes ago. No help or assistance without multiple inquiries. Just walking out of door when now called in. Very poor.
