If you purchased a car from them, you should get it checked by the factory owners (like Audi, Mercedes, Acura, BMW, and etc.). I just recently went and they told me my car was a buyback lemon which they told me "manufacturer buyback" at Off Lease Only... 95% of their cars are manufacturer buyback..which if you take a good look at the Carfax, it says " salvage, junk, flood, lemon, & etc." They're a ** RIP OFF. Their top-of-the-line EXTENDED WARRANTY is basic when you show it to the manufacturer dealers... and if you go to refinance your vehicle, the bank will also tell you that you have premium insurance instead of the platinum insurance where it covers bumper to bumper and lost key, car toll, rental and more with NO DEDUCTIBLES ... Umm, that's ** up they put you with the ** insurance but their top-of-the-line like their CARS!!!!! :'(. I'm going to sue them for not telling me!! My car is ** junk. I don't care if they have the cheapest price but you're probably going to end up losing 10 thousands more!!!!!

Overall, it was a good experience, being able to relax about pricing knowing that we are already getting an excellent deal with no extra fees. Look at the price, drive it and decide, DONE! We came in and spoke with Carlos. He was upfront and honest with us. We had to come back with the vehicle we were trading. We test drove two vehicles and found one we liked. We had two different lenders. While we waited, he let us wait at his desk and waited with us until the deal was closed.
