Upon arrival at the airport, we were greeted by Yariandy. He was very pleasant. We told him we were hungry and he offered to take us to grab a bite to eat. We went to Chick Fil-A. At the door of your dealership, we were greeted by a friendly professional smile. Dashira assured me that our experience would be awesome. She offered free T-shirts when we checked in on Facebook and also a beach ball & beads. Jacob was outstanding from start to finish. He was very professional and friendly. All of these reps made our experience worth the flight to Miami & our 1299 mile drive home in our NEW car. Thank you!!!!

Our first attempt at contacting Off Lease was on Wednesday when looking the night before a new truck was posted on Auto Trader and it was exactly what my fiance was looking for. Contacted the dealership first thing Wednesday and was told they don't have the truck. The following morning my fiance received a call back from Carlos ** stating, "Yes, we had the truck..." Well, we are quite a few hours away from Off Lease and wanted as much information as possible so we requested they email the CarFax so we can look at it ourselves.

In January of this year, my husband and I purchased an Infiniti from Off Lease Only. We noticed a small leak and didn't know if it was oil or transmission fluid. We brought our vehicle to the Infiniti Dealer near our home for service and we were told that our auto was "out of manufacturers warranty". We called Off Lease Only and spoke to William ** and your Management Team. Your Management Team supported us and went to bat for us even 6 months after our purchase - and the dealer subsequently "reinstated" our warranty- within the day. Your team called us back immediately. Thank you William and your management team. My experience working with Ted ** was very good. He was attentive, knowledgeable, honest and diligent in getting me just what I wanted. I did not find my car on my first visit to the dealership. However, Ted kept me up to date on new cars coming in and set up an appointment to come back on last Saturday. I felt like Goldilocks, the first car shown, didn't do it, the second car was badly scratched and worn and also didn't do it, but the third car was a gorgeous, clean, corporate car, clean and I fell in love. So I bought the car on the spot for cash.
