While I’m happy and feel I got good service, My one concern would be that I saw four separate employees drive my car. They all wore masks but I would feel better for the health and safety of everyone if only one person drove my car.

Terrance **'s is our sales person. He was Fantastic, totally in tune with my wife and I as to what we needed in a new vehicle. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased since 2013 and we will be back again for servicing our vehicles with Bev Smith.

Everything went very well and in a timely manner. Frank was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Do you atmosphere was very clean and neat. I would recommend my friends to Frank for any sale that they would like. After the sale of the car he was very helpful with a few matters that we did not know how to work.

Brandon was outstanding with his help on solving the issue with my car. I did have to do the financing and would have liked more facts on it. I wasn't told there would be a down payment needed so that took me by surprise. The new team working at Bev Smith now is much better than prior. I do think the communication could be better; I received calls that were not relevant.

I have been taking my cars to Kia in Fort Pierce for a long time. It is very easy to make an appointment and the service people are wonderful. I also love that they are being especially cautious during the pandemic.

Service was good but it took longer than I expected. They said I had it on the wrong settings but I did not. I had it on the lowest but they said it was set on high. I have never put it on high. This was about the air conditioning.

I had an appt scheduled for routine maintenance & when I arrived at the Service Dept. I was told that there were 2 recalls that needed to be taken care of. Of course this was going to make the appt. longer than I had planned but my Service Rep., Brandon **, was great in explaining why & assured me that he would do his best to get me out ASAP. He was very accommodating & gave me updates throughout my wait & got me taken care of within the time he suggested.

Three people were involved in the process of my purchasing my Kia Sorento. Noelia was our sales consultant and was very pleasant to do business with. Pat was my salesperson, and he did such a good job that my friend that came with me bought a Kia Soul as well! He was professional, informative, helpful, and most importantly NOT pushy! I appreciate that he listened and was honest. If he wasn’t sure about something he said so and then found the correct answer. He also made sure I was happy with my choices and the car I bought. Bev Smith Kia of Fort Pierce is great. I live in Stuart so having to drive all the way up there is a pain in order to full fill my tires and battery for life program since the Stuart Kia doesn’t offer that program. I would prefer to go to Stuart Kia to save time!

Once again we had a great experience for our service appointment. We have been a customer of Bev Smith Kia for (7) years. We are in our 70's & have purchased many cars & trucks in the past 60 years and have never had the service that Bev Smith provides. They are thoughtful, considerate, knowledgeable and always able to answer any questions. Our service person "BILL" needs a pay raise because he's the best. The owner of Bev Smith Kia or the service manager may call me to ask us any questions.

All good. Kia sent e-mail to remind me in case I forgot of scheduled maintenance and after they performed scheduled maintenance they washed my car. The waiting time was very reasonable for the oil change and tire rotation etc.. I am glad I have the maintenance plan.

Good experience except for the requirement of having to write 40 words to submit. Motor failure. Service Adviser Bobbie ** took special interest in my case of excessive oil consumption. She took advantage of the tech support available from KIA for motor replacement, no luck but at least she tried. She is a great service adviser and listens to the customer.

The Service Rep. Jake ** is very attentive to the customers needs. He goes over and beyond. A perfect role model for other employees to follow. He advises the customer from start to finish also offering shuttle service while the car is being repaired. Unfortunately, we found out that he was terminated. Unacceptable. This service center's Mgr. has made a irrational decision.

I had a horrible experience a few times at this dealership. This time was not much difference. Found the service writer to be very knowledgeable & professional! He was obviously overwhelmed, what bothered me by this was the Service Manager just sat outside and just watched everyone going crazy and did nothing. I believe my advisor name was Kevin. We responded to a call from Ramone. Our lease was almost up, so we came in to talk about it. He was very professional and helpful. Great customer service. We went with another lease and are very happy with the car. There were things that we would have liked but your manufacturer does not offer much flexibility in color of interior (lighter interior was preferred) or exterior (silver was preferred). The only inconvenience is the distance we have to travel to get service due to the sale of Kia in Stuart. In order to maintain our tires and batteries for life warranties we need to drive to Ft Pierce. Otherwise all is good. Laura is always there to please, glad she is with you.

I purchased a 2020 Kia Sportage from Bev Smith Kia in Fort Pierce, FL. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. I did most of it by email and phone, Frank was fantastic. We reached a deal before I went to the dealership. I live 60 miles away. When we got there we met Frank and he turned us over to Chris, he also did a great getting us acclimated to the new vehicle, The finance person was also great. Did not try to oversell and took no for an answer. Overall I rate Bev Smith and personnel 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone.

August 9th we purchased a 2016 Kia Soul with 35,000 miles after not being allowed out of the dealership. I physically had to try and pull the license plate out of the salesperson's hand and hollered for my keys to no avail. A manager hollered out "If we sell you the car for $10,300 will you take it?" To get out of there we said "Yes." We were ushered from the showroom to a backroom and signed the necessary paperwork. Drove the car for two days when I notice a big oil leak under the car. Returned to service department; to shorten the story, the engine had to be replaced then the transmission belt and most recent there's a computer glitch that needs a part. Week after week it's been one thing or another.
We're seniors and they saw us coming; still we are not stupid enough to take this car given its issues, irritation and inconvenience caused. We simply asked for a 2019 Kia Soul with 30,000-35,000 miles with the same 2.5 liter engine, back up camera and options that match our first buy for the same price. This would be a fair resolution to all we've been through. We ask for no more and no less. No results thus far. We are presently working with the BBB and Kia Corporate to see if they will show good faith and consideration for a deal gone wrong and an auto that should never have been sold as a "Certified" used vehicle.

The service group did a fantastic job of finding the problem. Turn out the bulb was bad and made other lights not work correctly. I really thought the work should have been covered by warranty. My car is less than a year old with 13000 miles. They did cut the price some to help me.

Service is always excellent and any questions are answered promptly. Delivery of the vehicle on time as promised is another added feature of the service experience. The free car wash is also a nice additional feature. Also the parts department helped me out with some touch up paint that I needed which was reasonably priced.

Car started bucking while driving. It happened 3 times so I went to Kia. The first time I waited over 3 hours and was told there was nothing wrong they could not find problem. I less given the car back after spending $65.00. 2 days later it happened again. I called service and was told to bring car back. Malfunction light went on. After waiting 2 hours I was told it was sensors and I am getting hit with over $600 for this repair. I am not happy with service anymore since Scott left.

The battery died in my Kia Soul. I called the dealership in Stuart where I bought the car and where it had been regularly serviced. But, my emergency was a day late and a dollar short. That dealership switched to another company the day previous and would no longer honor the Lifetime Battery and Tire contracts. Nice. So I called Bev Smith Fort Pierce. They would honor the contracts no problem. I got my car jumped, and drove it up for a battery replacement. Turns out it was their busiest day of the week. But they got me in and out in under an hour. I was initially impressed with Chris **, sales consultant, when he found and brought us a Kia Soul to literally try on for size. We needed more passenger leg room for my husband's long legs. We were satisfied with the fit and returned the next day for the purchase. The whole Kia team went out of its way to find the 2020 Mars Orange Kia Soul S with two tone seats. We negotiated for a good trade in and purchased the car, picking it up the next day. Chris again went out of his way to keep us dry in the pouring rain when we finally got into the car to go home. Bob ** was very informative about the car and the value of extra coverage for future maintenance costs. The wait is always worth it (at least 2 hours) - even though you have an appointment! The service managers are always polite and do not force you into something you cannot afford at the time. The waiting room is comfortable and usually full of great conversation between patrons, considering it is early in the morning. This makes the wait unnoticeable!

I would like to express my gratitude to Aaron. He helped me immediately as I drove up to the service center. He explained the worked to be done. I did not know what a 30,000 mile maintenance included. Also, I asked him about new windshield wipers. Aaron got my bill together for me so I could make it to the Mets spring training game. Was checked out by tech and was told that the radio had a failure inside the radio. New radio ordered and with any luck they will call when it comes in. The only problem I have is I was sold a vehicle that was not 100%, but I will bite the bullet and pay the $50.00 deductible. My husband had to bring the car in twice before and I brought it in one time before and this last time they found the problem. The only thing they did on the prior visits was hit the reset hole.

I was very pleased when I went in for this recall. I made myself at home in a great massage chair, had a cup of green tea. I was offered a water bottle, but had tea. The only thing I was kinda sad about, they finished my car in faster time than mentioned. They said prob an hour in the letter. Done in 35 minutes. Darn, I missed lunch, which is always awesome! Everyone was great as always. Busy, friendly and knowledgeable!! No problems. I am glad I choose a kind soul. I don’t ever mind waiting as they make the wait pleasurable. Every service employee makes sure the job is done right. Even if the car gets washed and they see it could be better they make sure it is redone. So even the simple things are addressed. I think the sales department could be a little less aggressive and much more knowledgeable about the products they sell. I was told a CD player was in the vehicle and there wasn’t. Also I was not shown all the different buttons and how they work. Service is great. Sales needs work.

Scott from the Smith Kia service dept in Fort Pierce is very respectful, friendly, knowledgeable. Great asset for your company. The whole service dept team is great. My only concern is the high labor cost. The piece they just replaced costs $8.95 and yet my total bill was $279. I believe Kia should consider reduce their labor cost especially for clients like me who own 4 Kias. Thank you.

Great job, great crew, great people. Amazing customer service, everyone at Bev Smith Kia needs a raise because they are so amazing!!! I was literally in there for 2 hours but they fed me. Gave me a complimentary massage on the chair, time flew by and I’m just so happy with my car and the outcome.

What I appreciate about this dealership is that they talk with you first to see what you're looking for and how much you want to spend. They don't try to steer you to something you cant afford. Never felt any pressure at all.

The service representative was very accommodating and professional. He researched my service warranty to ensure maximum service. I really appreciated the extra steps he took. Another representative offered me a soda or water, along with a sandwich. He was very kind and friendly. The primary rep thoroughly explained the reason my indicator light was on, as well as explaining the repair procedure after talking with the repairman. The atmosphere in the waiting room was warm, friendly and inviting. I enjoyed the massaging chair and watching tv!

Everything went well everything went well. Got in real quickly which I didn't expect the oil and filter change was replaced and a air filter. I was in the waiting room for just one hour so it was really the fastest oil change I had gotten.

The battery died in my car right before I was supposed to go in to work. Your employees at Bev Smith Kia of Fort Pierce were timely and incredibly polite once I got my car in. they also made sure the work would be done before my wife and I came to get it after my work at school. I would most certainly recommend your service department at that dealership to anyone I know.

We had our normal car service a couple of weeks ago. I don't remember receiving a survey for him. I even requested one via email. This survey is for him. He did an excellent job like he has in the past for us. He kept us informed of the progress of the service. He made sure we had what we needed while we waited. Your other staff did an awesome job too. I watched them work as a team to make our wait comfortable. I give them all an A+ rating.

Semi-annual maintenance... Everything was provided for: coffee, tv, magazines, snacks, and a courteous and helpful staff. Work was complete sooner than expected. Great work I will definitely come again. They even took care of a problem on my rear passenger side tire. It had a bulge in it. Now I think I have a new tire.
