Had 7 am appt. Everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone was so very friendly and very professional, most definitely would recommend Bev Smith Kia for all your automotive needs, looking forward to visiting dealership and keeping my Soul in top shape.
The Forward Collision Avoidance Assist system becomes disabled from time to time and several visits to the dealership failed to fix it. However, after taking a test drive with Logan, a service tech I was informed why it became disabled. Neither the sales department nor the manual describes this normal occurrence. Hats off to Logan for finally resolving the issue.

One of the struts that hold up the rear hatch broke completely off the body of the car. When I stopped at Bev Smith Kia, Frank, the service manager, quickly determined that the repair was still covered by warranty. He made arrangements for me to have it repaired the next day. The Toyota body shop could not fix it, but Logan, one of the service techs at Kia, was able to repair it like it came from the factory. Great work and service! Thanks to Frank and Logan, I was back on the road with no charge that day, and you even washed my car.
Our experience at Kia was amazing. Albert is just great and have made our car shopping way easier and fun. We are so proud to be part of Kia. We do not regret walking into Kia and meeting such a great team.

I am very satisfied with this car. It looks great and gets great gas mileage. It is dependable and Bev Smith Kia has made every effort to give me regal treatment. It has plenty of pick up and go. It is a little bit light so I slow down on windy, rainy days for more confidence in maintaining control but no problems to report.
Everything was done in a professional manner and timeframe to accomplish the service was excellent. While doing the tire rotation they discovered a nail in one of the tires which they fixed immediately.

I went in to get service work on my 2017 and while waiting I spoke with Quentin who offered to take my 2017 in on trade and upgrade me to a 2022. I didn't think he could do it but I was wrong. Quentin was fantastic and friendly and personable. He got me a great deal with a lower interest rate and I left with a brand new 2022. I drove 90 miles one way to come to this dealership because of the people and the service. There are at least 4 other dealerships within 20 minutes of my house but the service is what makes me drive to Bev Smith.
Our salesman Doug was awesome, he was knowledgeable and when he didn’t know the answer he asked someone else. I love my Kia K5 and will send anyone I know that needs a new car his way. Thank you Doug.
Was a wonderful experience bringing my car in for the first maintenance check. My car was taken in right away. My service attendant was friendly, smiled and laughed easily. Several other attendants asked if I needed anything while I waited.
Chris **, has been such a big help. He was not even involved in the sale of my vehicle. He did a great job days after I bought my vehicle. He spent several hours with me to help me understand my new Sportage. My salesmen did not.

As soon as I get to the service department everybody is on top and ready to take the car in to get serviced and are on point! I have never had any problems with this service department. they always have plenty of snacks, water, coffee, etc, etc. All we need is the steak!!
Quick and easy service, excellent service attendant. Clean and comfortable dealership facility. Vehicle was returned cleaner than when I brought it in, all settings were the same, there was coffee and other beverages and snacks offered. My service person, Justin was really kind and considerate and answered all my questions and concerns.

I have been dealing with Bev Smith Toyota and Kia from several years ago and I never had a complaint about any buy, repair or service that I made with them. In my last first service on my Kia I not even have an appointment because it happen to be an emergency, and they were receptive about it and performed the service with the professionalism they always do.

You really need an expanded service facility. Appointments at times are 10days or longer. I only needed an oil change & filter which took almost 2 hours. Most dealerships have a Quick Change oil service lane which takes a few minutes to maybe 1/2 hour, see Sunrise Ford's Quick Service lane.
Arrived on time, greeted nicely, service was quicker than expected. People were friendly. Car was washed and vacuumed as they said it would be. Checkout went well by a nice young lady. PETA was very helpful. Will look forward to my next service appointment.
Our entire experience was outstanding standing. We were not side blinded by any hidden or extra fees and sales consultant was very down to earth and upfront. Bev Smith Kia did not try to sell us something we not want or ask for. They showed us exactly what we wanted.
While this is confusing. In May 2021 we purchased a 2021 Kia Soul that had oil burning issues that Toyota/Kia of Vero Beach Service gave me a hard time over. Brought Car to Bev Smith and was offered an excellent deal on another Kia Soul, 2021 with 5000 miles on it.
Zach was my advisor and he was very courteous, helpful, and professional. He provided me with information about what would happen at this visit and and made service recommendations before I left for the next visit. The waiting room was full, so we waited in the showroom area and everyone was very pleasant, even offered us water or a snack.
The whole experience was great. I drove up. Was immediately greeted by a friendly salesman. Told him my price range, monthly payment range and what I wanted and he showed us a perfect match. From start to finish took only 3 hours. They even delivers the car all the way to Okeechobee the same day. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
So my new car needed a few things done. From the moment I arrived Amanda made me feel at ease, showed me where the coffee and the phone changers were, and assured me my car would be cared for in the best way possible. Throughout the service visit she kept me informed every 30 minutes or so and when finished, she explained everything that was done in technical terms and with the utmost care for me as the customer. Bev Smith should be proud that Amanda is on the front line assuring customers that they have chosen the best dealer with which to have their car serviced!
The only issue I have is our finance person not going over the sales contract by line item. This would have flushed out the cost of each warranty that we were purchasing. Our Sales person was fantastic, explaining all aspects of what the vehicle had for features. Of course price was higher than what either one of us wanted to spend.
My experience was top of the line. Juan, Lou and John were very, very pleasant and attentive. I felt like part of the Kia family. Lol!! My experience with them topped my first experience by far. Wonderful Salesman Jose, worked diligently to complete the deal, quick process for paperwork, all around a great experience. One of the few dealerships to have a quick and seamless process from initial sale to completion of all paperwork. All staff members were friendly and courteous. Everyone was very nice and although I was not looking to buy a car, I do love the Forte GT. The price was just a lil high for me but Geoffrey did help get the payment where I could afford it. I had a Forte Hatchback SX and was told they really wanted my car and would give me a great deal. In my opinion I got a Good deal. A great deal would of had me waking out with the same payment I had before and the manager taking more off the car. I wasn't looking to buy a new car. The reason I did, I’m a traveling nurse and the safety features were the selling point.

3rd car we purchased from Bev Smith. Staff friendly and helpful. Worked with us to get us to where we wanted to be in payments. They have a good selection of vehicles on hand (not all models, hybrid Sorento) but they are hard to find in South Florida. So far car is nice.

Oil change tire replacement and the team found an axle that needed replacement. All work was done excellent and great customer service. The team honored their free tires replacement as they advertised. They also cleaned under the hood. Just all around excellent.
Petra was exceptional as usual. She explained what was going to be done and the cost. The work was performed as discussed. Also being able to have the shuttle take me home and then pick me up again is very helpful, not having to sit and wait for your car can make all the difference.
My service advisor was very good, explained everything and kept me informed as to when the car would be ready. Each person who I came in contact with from when I pulled in to when the car was ready were all very friendly, was offered a cold drink while I waited.
I appreciate the letter you sent me in regarding to the recent purchase I made at your Dealership. I purchased my 2019 Toyota Tacoma, my third, over the years, and really enjoy it. While I met others on your Sales team upon my arrival, the main individual I dealt with was, Albert **. He is the ultimate professional. Very courteous and respectful, and goes the "extra mile" to make sure all is well and done the "right way". I truly appreciate his attention to detail and taking the time to make sure I knew everything about my purchase.
Your Dealership was the right choice for me but Albert was the difference with this purchase and he also stayed in touch with me after "the sale" to make sure all is well and if I needed anything to reach out. STAY AWAY!! DO NOT BUY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE. IT TOOK 23 DAYS TO TELL ME THAT THE DEAL COULD NOT BE FUNDED!!! My experience with this dealer has been by far the worst of my life. I went in to trade out of a Soul I had purchased there a few years before. As a female I already knew I needed to be extra careful not to be taken advantage of or be intimidated into a deal that would not work for me. After finding the car I wanted and telling them my absolute maximum amount for Down Payment they sent Ray to "convince" me to put down more money, he told me to ask my friends and family for money. He also asked me to put some of the down payment on my credit cards and when I said absolutely NOT he tried staring me down and intimidating me. When that didn't work he went away and they eventually "got" me into another car.
After several hours waiting to meet with the finance guy I was sent to Erick (who is apparently the finance manager). I had arrived at the dealer at around 11 am and did not leave until after 6. Erick had me sign a contract on Saturday January 23rd, he began sending me messages to provide additional information on Wednesday January 27th. The next day, the 28th of January, he sent me a message stating I needed to come back to resign documents. I Went back in on Saturday the 30th and signed another contract. I saw he added Road Hazard to my contract which I had already told him I did not want, He stated if I added the road hazard my interest rate would be lower. He continued to communicate with me until February 2nd via text. And then I did not hear from him again.
At which point I began receiving messages from the sales rep stating I had to come back in AGAIN. When I sent a text message to Erick asking for clarification he did not reply. I received emails and a letter from Bev Smith Kia congratulating me on my purchase so I thought everything was worked out. Boy was I wrong! I kept receiving communication (combination phone calls and text messages) from the sales rep stating he was told the car would be repossessed. I frantically began calling to figure out what was going on and did not receive ONE call back either from a sales manager or a finance manager. Finally on Monday February 15th, at 9:20 am (23 DAYS LATER!) I received another call from the sales rep stating I had to bring the car back to the dealer or it would be repossessed.
After asking again what was going on, Erick the finance manager called me. He was rude, condescending and all around nasty, he implied I was trying to keep the car and stated that he would begin to charge a fee per each day I kept the vehicle, I asked him as per their contract for something in writing stating the reason the deal did not go through and that I had to bring the car back. At this point he replied the car had to be back that day! I explained to him that I was nowhere near the dealer and the earliest I could bring the car in was Wednesday to which he agreed, then he turned around and told the sales rep to come get the car!
At that point I told the rep to bring my car, money and both my keys. He said would, at around 5 pm I sent a text asking for an ETA, I was told he would head my way after the dealer closed at 8 pm. It is an hour and 1/2 drive to which I stated I would not be available at that time of night. I told him I would be at the dealer the next day around 2:45pm and wanted everything to be ready as I was taking time off from work. I was told to speak with Jesus who is the sales manager. I asked him for an explanation and expressed my frustration and anger at how poorly the entire process was conducted. He somewhat explained what happened to the deal.
When he gave me my key back I told him I had turned in 2 keys not one. He was adamant that he logged in only one key. Again I got the stare down trying to get me to blink, I felt that he was attempting to intimidate me as Ray did originally. I held my ground and he went and "found" my key in another building. With this whole experience, I felt that because I went to the dealer alone as a female I was treated with complete disrespect! NO COMMUNICATION from the finance department! Not to mention that some of the items on their website are NOT in their vehicles. Recap!! It took 23 days to tell me that the deal could not be funded!!! Females stay away. They will take advantage of you and not care if they are intimidating!!
Tony and James were very helpful in selecting the perfect car with me. The only thing that I would change is in your waiting area you need healthier snacks. The snacks you provide for waiting customers are terrible and unhealthy.
We are satisfied with our experience with leasing with Kia. Patrick ** did a wonderful job throughout the entire process of the sale. He was helpful, encouraging, and understanding. The vehicle was already at the dealership for us to look at and test drive. Patrick ** spoke to my father many times making sure he understood what we were interested in and what we could afford. The only issue would've been the length of time we were at the dealership. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we appreciate it.

The process from start to finish was very pleasant. Went in for routine service on a vehicle and ended up driving a new car home. No pressure; all persons involved with the process were pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable of their part in the process. This is the second lease we’ve had with Kia.
1. Car was not washed. 2. Two days after service, all 4 tires had low pressure warning at 28 and 29 psi. 3. Original tire stem covers were replaced with 4 little black ones. I would like to get back my original stem covers.

Due to our budget, my wife and I had ruled out most vehicles including the Telluride that we really wanted. During our vehicle search we must have had 30-40 salespeople call us across 10-15 different dealerships but, when we made the decision to move away from our first choice (Kia) we wanted to tell the sales guys face-to-face since they were so patient, honest and helpful for us. I called them up to let them know that we had to choose another vehicle and that they were the only reps that I chose to call since we felt that we owed them a call at a minimum. Before I could hang up, they asked for me to hold while they had some discussion with their managers. When they got back on the call, they asked for us to come back in, they wanted the deal to work for us.

While I’m happy and feel I got good service, My one concern would be that I saw four separate employees drive my car. They all wore masks but I would feel better for the health and safety of everyone if only one person drove my car.

Brandon was outstanding with his help on solving the issue with my car. I did have to do the financing and would have liked more facts on it. I wasn't told there would be a down payment needed so that took me by surprise. The new team working at Bev Smith now is much better than prior. I do think the communication could be better; I received calls that were not relevant.

Service was good but it took longer than I expected. They said I had it on the wrong settings but I did not. I had it on the lowest but they said it was set on high. I have never put it on high. This was about the air conditioning.

Bev Smith Kia of Fort Pierce is great. I live in Stuart so having to drive all the way up there is a pain in order to full fill my tires and battery for life program since the Stuart Kia doesn’t offer that program. I would prefer to go to Stuart Kia to save time!
They got me in and out the same day and fixed the problem. Washed the SUV without asking. WOW prefect work and went above expectations. Called later that day to thank me and inquire if I made it home safe.
Once again we had a great experience for our service appointment. We have been a customer of Bev Smith Kia for (7) years. We are in our 70's & have purchased many cars & trucks in the past 60 years and have never had the service that Bev Smith provides. All good. Kia sent e-mail to remind me in case I forgot of scheduled maintenance and after they performed scheduled maintenance they washed my car. The waiting time was very reasonable for the oil change and tire rotation etc.. I am glad I have the maintenance plan.
As usual Kia's Service Department showed excellence from beginning to end, always, going that extra mile, even with all that is going on with Covid 19. Keep up the good work and Kia will always be a great place to shop for a vehicle and have a great place for service and repairs.

Good experience except for the requirement of having to write 40 words to submit. In the future I will not fill out a survey with this requirement even though I was very pleased with the service I received.

Motor failure. Service Adviser Bobbie ** took special interest in my case of excessive oil consumption. She took advantage of the tech support available from KIA for motor replacement, no luck but at least she tried. She is a great service adviser and listens to the customer.

The Service Rep. Jake ** is very attentive to the customers needs. He goes over and beyond. A perfect role model for other employees to follow. He advises the customer from start to finish also offering shuttle service while the car is being repaired. Unfortunately, we found out that he was terminated. Unacceptable. This service center's Mgr. has made a irrational decision.

I purchased a 2020 Kia Sportage from Bev Smith Kia in Fort Pierce, FL. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. I did most of it by email and phone, Frank was fantastic. We reached a deal before I went to the dealership. I live 60 miles away. When we got there we met Frank and he turned us over to Chris, he also did a great getting us acclimated to the new vehicle, The finance person was also great. Did not try to oversell and took no for an answer. Overall I rate Bev Smith and personnel 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone.

August 9th we purchased a 2016 Kia Soul with 35,000 miles after not being allowed out of the dealership. I physically had to try and pull the license plate out of the salesperson's hand and hollered for my keys to no avail. A manager hollered out "If we sell you the car for $10,300 will you take it?" To get out of there we said "Yes." We were ushered from the showroom to a backroom and signed the necessary paperwork. Drove the car for two days when I notice a big oil leak under the car. Returned to service department; to shorten the story, the engine had to be replaced then the transmission belt and most recent there's a computer glitch that needs a part. Week after week it's been one thing or another.
We're seniors and they saw us coming; still we are not stupid enough to take this car given its issues, irritation and inconvenience caused. We simply asked for a 2019 Kia Soul with 30,000-35,000 miles with the same 2.5 liter engine, back up camera and options that match our first buy for the same price. This would be a fair resolution to all we've been through. We ask for no more and no less. No results thus far. We are presently working with the BBB and Kia Corporate to see if they will show good faith and consideration for a deal gone wrong and an auto that should never have been sold as a "Certified" used vehicle.
From calling in, to getting a courtesy ride, to getting my trunk fixed was great service. Friendly staff and quick service is all anyone can ask for. 2019 Kia Optima S. Angelo was able to match a deal I found at another dealership, and that dealership lost the sale. Great car and easy process. Everything was in order. My father also bought a Kia Optima, but a 2014 model and has been great so far.
