We were provided very good service and we had an overall great experience. I’m happy that we were able to get exactly what we wanted. I’ve been a customer for years and this was another good purchase. After an acceptable amount of time we drove away in the Wolf Gray and Black 2023 Sorento that we had our eye on.

Roy and Kerby and the Sean Connery look alike finance mgr from Bev Smith Kia were all great. I love my new K5. I also really appreciated the gentleman who sat in my car and showed me the features of the car. Great experience. Thank you everyone! I would definitely buy another car from this dealership. My new kia is sporty and fun and fast, and great on gas.

Cory went out of his way for us. We thought the doors leaked but there is a drain. If water ever got into the doors it will drain out the bottom of the door. So the leak never existed. That is great. Thank you Cory. From Bob and Carol **. Also we LOVE love the car!!!!

I went in for an oil change, but he neglected to tell me that the tire rotation was an extra charge. I felt that the two hour wait time was a bit too long, although the vehicle wash was added (no charge). Overall the service was good. This was the second time I was in for service, then I had a Kia-Soul, I was very satisfied with the service I had there. The Kia dealership in Fort Pierce is very close to where I live so I would definitely go there again and recommend it to my friends.

Very helpful. Made the process go quicker. He was very courteous and very attentive, and made sure I was comfortable and everything was great. My car was emptied for me, and everything was put in the proper place and they explained everything to me about the insides of the car and then fix my GPS and my phone so everything worked properly. Very good job.

I had a really good service on Saturday morning with my oil change and tire rotation and also my free grass fill up. Tony C and Justin in the service department was exceptional, professional, and very courteous. They are very big asset to your place there and I enjoyed meeting the both of them. Great service at Bev Smith Kia in Fort Pierce. The staff - sales, finance and delivery managers are all to be commended on their excellent service and knowledge of the product they are offering!! When I brought the vehicle in I was told I must have hit something. No I didn’t. I explained that Kia had just put a new engine in and A/C parts. I had spent close to $6k on that trip. I thought that perhaps the techs might have damaged it while doing that. Fortunately, Justen talked to the manager and had it done without cost to me. So now I’m a happy customer again.

From the time we parked to the time we went into the dealership we were greeted with smiles. TJ was our salesman and did an outstanding job along with Dewon. Both of these guys were very helpful and the deal went through without a hitch. Craig the GM was very helpful as well. Everyone we talked with was friendly and accommodating.

I find the Sportage to have been a wonderful purchase. No mechanical problems with the vehicle. The fuel mileage is better than expected. I’ve received many compliments on the interior and exterior color. Cargo capacity has been great, but can’t put a 4*8 sheet in the car, requires the roof rack for that.

My sales associate was brand new, just out of training, Schneider. Did everything he was trained to do, very friendly, nice guy. Everyone was nice, knowledgeable and friendly. My only issue, and it’s a huge one, is the market adjustment of $7000. If I didn’t need a car right now I definitely would have waited.

I love my 2024 KIA Telluride. Joe ** was a great salesman, along with Jayvon & John, both in the Finance Dept. My ‘must haves’ included: black leather, V6 engine and a roof rack. I got a sunroof and heated & cooled seats as a bonus. I recommended my neighbor friends to KIA and they bought a 2024 KIA Carnival.

Had no intention of purchasing. Just came in for recalls. Husband wanted a hybrid and you happened to have one. We took it for a ride and ended up purchasing the vehicle. We are happy with the vehicle but still have to get used to it. It's a bit different than our 2022.

Seth was great. My appointment was at 9am and Seth was right there at 9 am sharp when I pulled into the service area and made sure I was aware of what was happening while my car was being serviced via text message and in-person until my car was returned to me after being serviced.

My experience with Bev Smith Kia, especially the Certified Sales Consultant, Carlos ** was extremely good. We spoke to Carlos ** on the phone first, he went above and beyond expectations by looking for the color vehicle I was interested in. Once he located several vehicles, he called us to let us know that there were some available that he could get even though they didn't have one in stock. He made an appointment for us to bring our trade-in to be inspected before they could get the color I wanted.

The sales team tirelessly worked with me to find the exact vehicle I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Tony was outstanding. What a great guy. This is the second car I purchased from him. He goes above and beyond. I tell all my friends and family about him. The only feedback that I can give is that the showroom is a little loud.

I brought my car in for problem with not being able to put gas in tank. I was also going to schedule a yearly inspection. They had fixed problem with gas tank before but needed to be taken care of again. They took car and did both services. They drove me home and picked me up later. Service Mgr Mike was excellent. I brought my 2021 Kia Soul for oil change and tire rotation. When my husband left, he felt like the car had a flat. He drove it right back and they didn’t put the Tyron correctly. Thank God he felt it or the tire would’ve fell off. We had told him to check the car because we were going on a trip to Texas. We got 600 miles in the engine light came on. Also, the service light came on. The guy never reset it even though he change the oil, I’ve been using them for five years, and the service has gone down, I will only take my car back there if there’s no other place around no other Kia. Very unhappy customer.

Bobby ** was so nice and helpful. Great customer service. I love that they offer snacks, drinks and a shuttle if you need a ride somewhere close by while your vehicle is being serviced. They are really good about checking you in. They always have someone outside ready when you pull up.

Albert was outstanding in every respect. Bev Smith Kia is more than one hour away from my home but Albert and I were able to agree upon the out the door price of the vehicle including the value of my trade-in using the Internet and telephone. When the deal was made he delivered the car to me in Boca Raton, had me sign about a dozen papers and drove back to the dealership in my trade-in 2019 Lexus. Great customer service!

I have one issue with the car is a scratch on the driver side passenger door. This is the only complaint. I bought the car it was dusk so I did not see it. I called Tony ** my salesman and he promised it would be taken care of. I just want to make sure cause the scratch does have rust in it.

The Forward Collision Avoidance Assist system becomes disabled from time to time and several visits to the dealership failed to fix it. However, after taking a test drive with Logan, a service tech I was informed why it became disabled. Neither the sales department nor the manual describes this normal occurrence. Hats off to Logan for finally resolving the issue.

One of the struts that hold up the rear hatch broke completely off the body of the car. When I stopped at Bev Smith Kia, Frank, the service manager, quickly determined that the repair was still covered by warranty. He made arrangements for me to have it repaired the next day. The Toyota body shop could not fix it, but Logan, one of the service techs at Kia, was able to repair it like it came from the factory. Great work and service! Thanks to Frank and Logan, I was back on the road with no charge that day, and you even washed my car.

I am very satisfied with this car. It looks great and gets great gas mileage. It is dependable and Bev Smith Kia has made every effort to give me regal treatment. It has plenty of pick up and go. It is a little bit light so I slow down on windy, rainy days for more confidence in maintaining control but no problems to report.

Everything was done in a professional manner and timeframe to accomplish the service was excellent. While doing the tire rotation they discovered a nail in one of the tires which they fixed immediately.

I went in to get service work on my 2017 and while waiting I spoke with Quentin who offered to take my 2017 in on trade and upgrade me to a 2022. I didn't think he could do it but I was wrong. Quentin was fantastic and friendly and personable. He got me a great deal with a lower interest rate and I left with a brand new 2022. I drove 90 miles one way to come to this dealership because of the people and the service. There are at least 4 other dealerships within 20 minutes of my house but the service is what makes me drive to Bev Smith.

As soon as I get to the service department everybody is on top and ready to take the car in to get serviced and are on point! I have never had any problems with this service department. they always have plenty of snacks, water, coffee, etc, etc. All we need is the steak!!

Vehicle was returned cleaner than when I brought it in, all settings were the same, there was coffee and other beverages and snacks offered. In my last first service on my Kia I not even have an appointment because it happen to be an emergency, and they were receptive about it and performed the service with the professionalism they always do.

Whenever I have questions Luis is right there either getting me the answer or he already knows the answer. I am disabled and Luis helped me in every way to make my vehicle buying a great one!!!

Salesperson Jay was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to do business with. I have already recommended him to my daughter who also bought a car from him, and will continue to recommend him to people looking for a fair price on a quality vehicle.

Everything was excellent. Zachary was exceptional. Timing perfect. Wait was short. Transport home was super. Everyone was very nice and professional. Kept informed as to the status of my car and the length of time for service, Would recommend to all.

You really need an expanded service facility. Appointments at times are 10days or longer. I only needed an oil change & filter which took almost 2 hours. Most dealerships have a Quick Change oil service lane which takes a few minutes to maybe 1/2 hour, see Sunrise Ford's Quick Service lane.

Arrived on time, greeted nicely, service was quicker than expected. People were friendly. Car was washed and vacuumed as they said it would be. Checkout went well by a nice young lady. PETA was very helpful. Will look forward to my next service appointment.

Our entire experience was outstanding standing. We were not side blinded by any hidden or extra fees and sales consultant was very down to earth and upfront. Bev Smith Kia did not try to sell us something we not want or ask for. They showed us exactly what we wanted.

While this is confusing. In May 2021 we purchased a 2021 Kia Soul that had oil burning issues that Toyota/Kia of Vero Beach Service gave me a hard time over. Brought Car to Bev Smith and was offered an excellent deal on another Kia Soul, 2021 with 5000 miles on it.

Zach was my advisor and he was very courteous, helpful, and professional. He provided me with information about what would happen at this visit and and made service recommendations before I left for the next visit. The waiting room was full, so we waited in the showroom area and everyone was very pleasant, even offered us water or a snack.

The whole experience was great. I drove up. Was immediately greeted by a friendly salesman. Told him my price range, monthly payment range and what I wanted and he showed us a perfect match. From start to finish took only 3 hours. They even delivers the car all the way to Okeechobee the same day. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

So my new car needed a few things done. From the moment I arrived Amanda made me feel at ease, showed me where the coffee and the phone changers were, and assured me my car would be cared for in the best way possible. Throughout the service visit she kept me informed every 30 minutes or so and when finished, she explained everything that was done in technical terms and with the utmost care for me as the customer. Bev Smith should be proud that Amanda is on the front line assuring customers that they have chosen the best dealer with which to have their car serviced!

The only issue I have is our finance person not going over the sales contract by line item. This would have flushed out the cost of each warranty that we were purchasing. Our Sales person was fantastic, explaining all aspects of what the vehicle had for features. Of course price was higher than what either one of us wanted to spend.

My experience was top of the line. Juan, Lou and John were very, very pleasant and attentive. I felt like part of the Kia family. Lol!! My experience with them topped my first experience by far. I would recommend Kia dealership to anyone that I know in a heartbeat. Thank you all for not only a memorable experience and an awesome new vehicle but for a great deal overall.

Wonderful Salesman Jose, worked diligently to complete the deal, quick process for paperwork, all around a great experience. One of the few dealerships to have a quick and seamless process from initial sale to completion of all paperwork. All staff members were friendly and courteous. Jose even called a few days later to follow up on the purchase. Highly recommended dealership.

I’ve been doing business with Bev Smith Kia since moving here in 2014. As far as the service department they are outstanding. The best I have dealt with in my 78 years. As far as the Sales department I have purchased a Niro and a 2017 Sorento.

A very good experience from Sales person to closings and would recommend to friends. My salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns as we came to a final price of car. The test ride was very favorable.

Check engine light came on. I notified Kia. I spoke with Tina and she said bring the car in and they would check it for me. I took the car in and they promptly checked it for me and resolved the problem.

Everyone was very nice and although I was not looking to buy a car, I do love the Forte GT. The price was just a lil high for me but Geoffrey did help get the payment where I could afford it. I had a Forte Hatchback SX and was told they really wanted my car and would give me a great deal. In my opinion I got a Good deal. A great deal would of had me waking out with the same payment I had before and the manager taking more off the car. I wasn't looking to buy a new car. The reason I did, I’m a traveling nurse and the safety features were the selling point.

3rd car we purchased from Bev Smith. Staff friendly and helpful. Worked with us to get us to where we wanted to be in payments. They have a good selection of vehicles on hand (not all models, hybrid Sorento) but they are hard to find in South Florida. So far car is nice.

Petra was very nice and did a great job. Car appointment was at 2:30. Told Petra I needed to have it by 4:00. My car was done on time. Being able to pay invoice online saves time. However, I was under Scott at the service department and he knew my car.... You should have NEVER let him go.
