We had a great experience with the whole team at Bev Smith. We love our new Telluride. They always were available and answered all our questions. They looked hard for the car I wanted and made sure I was happy. They even had to trade with another dealership to make it happen. They called us and checked in on us too.

I love my new NIRO EX hybrid! Schneider & Todd helped me find the car that fit my needs. SUV’s were too high & too big- SEDAN'S seats & door opening too low- the NIRO (crossover SUV) is perfect! - can get in easily, don’t hit my head, smooth ride, easy handling AND LOADED with features!!

The staff at Bev Smith Kia knew I was having a problem with the car I purchased in Dec 23 and helped to get me in a new one. I had to pay more but needed a car since I was moving shortly. They really helped me out.

I usually go to Wallace Kia in Stuart for service, but will schedule again at Bev Smith FP with Adam as my advisor. Waiting area was clean, had snacks and beverages. Everyone was friendly. Nice to deal with an outfit that wants you to make the purchase. They are willing to go the extra step and have you go home with the vehicle of your choice. Wonderful sales associates that don’t pressure you. They give you time to make up your mind as to what you want to do.

Everything was great, my car was finished before expected and the my service adjuster Fred has excellent customer service skills! I didn’t feel like he was out to sell me stuff I didn’t need! My salesman was James ** I had been looking for a used Gladiator with Max Tow. James was excellent with his communications, was fair in his description, and his delivery. There are a couple of warranty issues that need to be addressed, but I really appreciate James's delivery of the truck to my home.

Both Todd ** and David ** gave me excellent care in showing me the car and its many features and even though I was trading in a two year old model of the same car I learned a lot from Todd about the features previously unknown to me. David also helped explain the benefits of leasing at my age. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Caitlyn was so accommodating. I arrived before my scheduled time and Caitlyn assured me it was not an issue and I didn't have to drive all the way home and then return, she made it work and I was truly pleased with the treatment and wait time, Most places would have had me wait until it was my scheduled time for service but Caitlyn fit me in and the wait time was pleasant.

Had a tire leak, it was a screw near the edge and could not be patched. Advisor Carmen explained why to me. He worked me into the service on short notice. Car was ready before promised. Good communications. Fortunately, we had purchased road hazard coverage because this is the second time I have had to replace a tire!

Everyone that assisted me in sales and finance worked as a team to get me the best scenario for me. They were aiming to please and very accommodating. I would tell anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in. It was refreshing to even have the staff that wasn’t directly working with me to check to see if I needed anything as water, coffee or a snack. And they made sure someone was helping me. I have to say it was a pleasant experience.

I leased a new Kia Niro on Sunday June 9t!h. My sales person Dave C and his partner Todd were very helpful. This is the first time I'm leasing. I took the car for a test drive and it was very easy. The ride was very smooth. The car has many safety features which were explained explained to me. I was told I could come in any time with questions about the car. The financial department was also very helpful. I can't remember his name. He explained the leasing options to me which helped me make the right decision.

I had my needs met, and I was advised of my needs. Fred was very helpful. I received a clean and vacuumed car. The cost for the work was not excessive, but it was reasonable. The service waiting area and restrooms were very clean. The coffee selection was very good, and the dealer had snacks available to its customers. Very good experience!

The service was very good, would recommend Bev Smith Kia to anyone. Very informative and on time. My car was well serviced and very clean when I got it back. Some recommendations was made to help with the performance of my car which I will be dealing with in the near future. I have been dealing with Bev Smith Kia for a few years and I am very pleased with the way they go above and beyond to provide very good service. I really don’t have anything much more to say. Hey Kia Team, Ricardo made this process very easy, very respectful, and for me most importantly patience. His style of customer service is very influential and I can only hope that he will be valued and treated as a true leader. When asking somebody to commit to financing $50,000 or more or whatever, it’s not an emotional perspective, but you’re also communicating with someone while they are at one of their most vulnerable moments in life. Ricardo shared something about his personal life that many people, especially men, will never understand or likely may never experience. Ricardo is absolutely, 110% recommendable.

Pleasant experience. Elio and D-Wade were excellent salesmen. Everyone else throughout the purchase process was friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was very upbeat. The area was a bit cold for me and the music a bit loud but nothing I would complain about. I would recommend to others seeking to purchase a vehicle to at least go and look at a Kia.

My Kia Soul oil was over filled at another oil changing company. It was caught by your maintenance technician and the technician drained the excess oil from the Kia soul and check for any recall I had on my Kia soul, which I did and they fixed it all the recall.

Arrived for oil change at appointed time. Greeted promptly, washer fluid filled. Service person was there momentarily. Service was completed on time, including car wash. They even honored my coupon. Other services suggested, which I will attend to soon. This was similar to other times I have used Bev Smith Kia. That is to say, exceptional. While there, I looked at the Carnival. Looks like a great minivan.

Kerby and the team at Kia are great. They answered all my questions before and after the sale. Kerby took his time to find the car I am happy with. He wanted to make sure the car fit my needs and he was successful. He wanted to make sure the car was a color I would be happy with. The finance department answered all my concerns about the purchasing the extended warranty. Buying a new car can be stressful but the team at Bev Smith Kia made it a great experience. I went in for an oil change, but he neglected to tell me that the tire rotation was an extra charge. I felt that the two hour wait time was a bit too long, although the vehicle wash was added (no charge). Overall the service was good. This was the second time I was in for service, then I had a Kia-Soul, I was very satisfied with the service I had there. The Kia dealership in Fort Pierce is very close to where I live so I would definitely go there again and recommend it to my friends.

When I brought the vehicle in I was told I must have hit something. No I didn’t. I explained that Kia had just put a new engine in and A/C parts. I had spent close to $6k on that trip. I thought that perhaps the techs might have damaged it while doing that. Fortunately, Justen talked to the manager and had it done without cost to me. So now I’m a happy customer again.

I find the Sportage to have been a wonderful purchase. No mechanical problems with the vehicle. The fuel mileage is better than expected. I’ve received many compliments on the interior and exterior color. Cargo capacity has been great, but can’t put a 4*8 sheet in the car, requires the roof rack for that.

My only issue, and it’s a huge one, is the market adjustment of $7000. If I didn’t need a car right now I definitely would have waited.

I love my 2024 KIA Telluride. Joe ** was a great salesman, along with Jayvon & John, both in the Finance Dept. My ‘must haves’ included: black leather, V6 engine and a roof rack. I purchased this car for my daughter. The sales rep, Daythan wasn’t pushy and was very helpful with the car buying process. The finance team were very resourceful helping me to get an incentive and the best interest rate for my loan. There was technological specialist that went over all of the features making sure I knew how to use them. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely return to get my son a car in a year.

My experience with Bev Smith Kia, especially the Certified Sales Consultant, Carlos ** was extremely good. We spoke to Carlos ** on the phone first, he went above and beyond expectations by looking for the color vehicle I was interested in. Once he located several vehicles, he called us to let us know that there were some available that he could get even though they didn't have one in stock. He made an appointment for us to bring our trade-in to be inspected before they could get the color I wanted.
He (Carlos) listened to me during our general conversation and showed me not only a different Model kia (Seltos) in a color I would like, but also showed me a white Soul that I could have wrapped to make it something I would like. I ended up purchasing the white Soul. He dealt with and made the appointment for the "tuxedo wrap". He also came in on his day off for the wrap appointment.

I brought my 2021 Kia Soul for oil change and tire rotation. When my husband left, he felt like the car had a flat. He drove it right back and they didn’t put the Tyron correctly. Thank God he felt it or the tire would’ve fell off. We had told him to check the car because we were going on a trip to Texas. We got 600 miles in the engine light came on. Also, the service light came on. The guy never reset it even though he change the oil, I’ve been using them for five years, and the service has gone down, I will only take my car back there if there’s no other place around no other Kia. Very unhappy customer.

The Forward Collision Avoidance Assist system becomes disabled from time to time and several visits to the dealership failed to fix it. However, after taking a test drive with Logan, a service tech I was informed why it became disabled. Neither the sales department nor the manual describes this normal occurrence. One of the struts that hold up the rear hatch broke completely off the body of the car. When I stopped at Bev Smith Kia, Frank, the service manager, quickly determined that the repair was still covered by warranty. He made arrangements for me to have it repaired the next day. The Toyota body shop could not fix it, but Logan, one of the service techs at Kia, was able to repair it like it came from the factory. Great work and service! Thanks to Frank and Logan, I was back on the road with no charge that day, and you even washed my car.

I went in to get service work on my 2017 and while waiting I spoke with Quentin who offered to take my 2017 in on trade and upgrade me to a 2022. I didn't think he could do it but I was wrong. Quentin was fantastic and friendly and personable. He got me a great deal with a lower interest rate and I left with a brand new 2022. You really need an expanded service facility. Appointments at times are 10days or longer. I only needed an oil change & filter which took almost 2 hours. Most dealerships have a Quick Change oil service lane which takes a few minutes to maybe 1/2 hour, see Sunrise Ford's Quick Service lane.

Petra was very nice and did a great job. Car appointment was at 2:30. Told Petra I needed to have it by 4:00. My car was done on time. Being able to pay invoice online saves time. However, I was under Scott at the service department and he knew my car.... You should have NEVER let him go.

From the time we pulled up to the time we left with our new Sorento we were treated kindly and respectfully. Our salesperson Natassia was amazing from start to finish. Oil change tire replacement and the team found an axle that needed replacement. All work was done excellent and great customer service. The team honored their free tires replacement as they advertised. They also cleaned under the hood. Just all around excellent.

Very courteous and respectful, and goes the "extra mile" to make sure all is well and done the "right way". I truly appreciate his attention to detail and taking the time to make sure I knew everything about my purchase.

STAY AWAY!! DO NOT BUY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE. IT TOOK 23 DAYS TO TELL ME THAT THE DEAL COULD NOT BE FUNDED!!! My experience with this dealer has been by far the worst of my life. I went in to trade out of a Soul I had purchased there a few years before. As a female I already knew I needed to be extra careful not to be taken advantage of or be intimidated into a deal that would not work for me. After finding the car I wanted and telling them my absolute maximum amount for Down Payment they sent Ray to "convince" me to put down more money, he told me to ask my friends and family for money. He also asked me to put some of the down payment on my credit cards and when I said absolutely NOT he tried staring me down and intimidating me. When that didn't work he went away and they eventually "got" me into another car.
After several hours waiting to meet with the finance guy I was sent to Erick (who is apparently the finance manager). I had arrived at the dealer at around 11 am and did not leave until after 6. Erick had me sign a contract on Saturday January 23rd, he began sending me messages to provide additional information on Wednesday January 27th. The next day, the 28th of January, he sent me a message stating I needed to come back to resign documents. I Went back in on Saturday the 30th and signed another contract. I saw he added Road Hazard to my contract which I had already told him I did not want, He stated if I added the road hazard my interest rate would be lower. He continued to communicate with me until February 2nd via text. And then I did not hear from him again.
At which point I began receiving messages from the sales rep stating I had to come back in AGAIN. When I sent a text message to Erick asking for clarification he did not reply. I received emails and a letter from Bev Smith Kia congratulating me on my purchase so I thought everything was worked out. Boy was I wrong! I kept receiving communication (combination phone calls and text messages) from the sales rep stating he was told the car would be repossessed. I frantically began calling to figure out what was going on and did not receive ONE call back either from a sales manager or a finance manager. Finally on Monday February 15th, at 9:20 am (23 DAYS LATER!) I received another call from the sales rep stating I had to bring the car back to the dealer or it would be repossessed.
After asking again what was going on, Erick the finance manager called me. He was rude, condescending and all around nasty, he implied I was trying to keep the car and stated that he would begin to charge a fee per each day I kept the vehicle, I asked him as per their contract for something in writing stating the reason the deal did not go through and that I had to bring the car back. At this point he replied the car had to be back that day! I explained to him that I was nowhere near the dealer and the earliest I could bring the car in was Wednesday to which he agreed, then he turned around and told the sales rep to come get the car!
At that point I told the rep to bring my car, money and both my keys. He said would, at around 5 pm I sent a text asking for an ETA, I was told he would head my way after the dealer closed at 8 pm. It is an hour and 1/2 drive to which I stated I would not be available at that time of night. I told him I would be at the dealer the next day around 2:45pm and wanted everything to be ready as I was taking time off from work. I was told to speak with Jesus who is the sales manager. I asked him for an explanation and expressed my frustration and anger at how poorly the entire process was conducted. He somewhat explained what happened to the deal.
When he gave me my key back I told him I had turned in 2 keys not one. He was adamant that he logged in only one key. Again I got the stare down trying to get me to blink, I felt that he was attempting to intimidate me as Ray did originally. I held my ground and he went and "found" my key in another building. With this whole experience, I felt that because I went to the dealer alone as a female I was treated with complete disrespect! NO COMMUNICATION from the finance department! Not to mention that some of the items on their website are NOT in their vehicles. Recap!! It took 23 days to tell me that the deal could not be funded!!! Females stay away. They will take advantage of you and not care if they are intimidating!!

We are satisfied with our experience with leasing with Kia. Patrick ** did a wonderful job throughout the entire process of the sale. He was helpful, encouraging, and understanding. The vehicle was already at the dealership for us to look at and test drive. Patrick ** spoke to my father many times making sure he understood what we were interested in and what we could afford. The only issue would've been the length of time we were at the dealership. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we appreciate it.

The sales process at Bev Smith Kia was the smoothest and easiest process I've ever had when buying a car. My salesperson, Albert, was extremely knowledgeable and very patient as I had many questions. After filling out the initial paperwork, he showed me a Kia Sportage which I immediately fell in love with! My payments were amazingly low! Lower than I had thought they were going to be. Due to our budget, my wife and I had ruled out most vehicles including the Telluride that we really wanted. During our vehicle search we must have had 30-40 salespeople call us across 10-15 different dealerships but, when we made the decision to move away from our first choice (Kia) we wanted to tell the sales guys face-to-face since they were so patient, honest and helpful for us. I called them up to let them know that we had to choose another vehicle and that they were the only reps that I chose to call since we felt that we owed them a call at a minimum. Before I could hang up, they asked for me to hold while they had some discussion with their managers. When they got back on the call, they asked for us to come back in, they wanted the deal to work for us.
My wife and I decided to stop at the Kia dealership on the way to the other dealer that we were going to buy from and at least see what the Kia dealership could offer. The team managed to provide us with a deal that worked on the car that was our first choice, the Telluride. This wouldn't have happened without the hard work of the team at Bev Smith Kia, especially Justin and Steven. Thank you all.
