Angela was first-rate in taking care of my service. Thanks, Bev Smith for the service coupons. But I did miss the car wash. I will ask for Angela to be my service advisor next time.

Hi, purchase a new 2025 Kia K 4 GT on 1/1/26/. My salesperson was Heather, she was good and knew the car. But things went downwards from the second day owning it with only 30 miles. While driving the car was making this very strong rubbing or grinding noise. I check underneath thinking it was something hanging from the dealers prep/. Nothing there. Called Heather and was told to call service which I did. Took it in the next morning. Spoke to Tim at service. He took it out for a test drive. Heard it. Also it usually comes on about 20 mph to 35 mph/. It sounds like a possible rubbing sound/. Well Tim and Richard took it up on lift. Saw nothing and no sound/ but was told to return back on the next Thursday 1/16/26 at 8am/.
This is my wife’s car needed for work. Was told by Richard to bring it in earlier on Tuesday 1:14/26 and promise by Heather and Richard there would be a loaner car waiting for me. Well came here at 8 am Tuesday And was told to wait for Kiki for loaner. Waited for Kiki to come in and at 9 am met Kiki. “Had no idea about a loan a car for me” and there are none available. Well here I am still here at the dealership service waiting room waiting for service tech to tell me what’s wrong.
Not a happy customer since 1) was told a loaner car was here from me. 2) Brand new car with 300 miles has this problem. I read there was a recall from Kia on the 2025 Kia K4 on engine bolts need replacement? Service manage had no idea/ it's recall. # ** as of 8/24:25. Please I am sitting in the service room waiting for their result as of 9:46 am. No idea/. P.S. By the way I had purchase 4 Kia’s here since 2009. Thank you. Don **

Have always received excellent service at this dealership. I have been coming here for 20 years and highly recommend this dealership. Their service department is very attentive making sure that your vehicle is properly up to date with maintenance. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle or have service done on your car, I highly recommend this dealership.

The service was excellent, I had an appointment to have the service done and I was helped on time, Adam who was my advisor was excellent, explained in detail what they were going to do and when the work was done, he took his time to explain everything. I am very please with the service.

James and Joe, really met my needs in purchasing this vehicle. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. I feel it is worth the sacrifice to pay a little more than I expected but I'm very happy with my purchase. Would recommend it to my friends. My 25 Kia K5 was great. Ricardo was very awesome and very patient. He also broke things down to my understanding and make sure I left satisfied! Ricardo Also made sure that I was comfortable with my payments. If I was to trade again in the near future I would definitely hit up Ricardo.

Car check engine light came on and noticed very little power being delivered. Set up appointment online... very next morning. 30 seconds after arrival we were approached by Caitlin... who was just awesome. Put our minds at ease, explained the warranty situation, put me in a Telluride and sent me on my way. About 4 days later, and again at the 7 day mark Caitlin called to give me status. By Day 7, the car was ready and retrieved. Awesome experience... set up nicely by a VERY "on'-point" employee. Kudos to your service center!!

We brought our vehicle in for an 10 thousand service. Adam our service advisor was extremely friendly and professional during this service event. He took the time to call, explain and recap the service upon completion. Bev Kia provided a much appreciated coupon to assist with the fees. Great service and care was provided by Katlain. She took care of me with a welcoming smile and kind words. Assistance with transportation back to my house and immediately notified when my vehicle was ready for pickup. No complaints. I’m a very well satisfied customer. I will most definitely be returning. The flap protecting the under car components is made very cheaply & doomed to break. Part not in stock & made a second trip for the actual work to be done. Work repaired. Service was friendly and professional.

Brought my car in for recall work. They had previously ordered parts needed. I checked in with Angela and went to waiting room to wait for shuttle. Before shuttle arrived, I received a text that my car was ready!! Less than an hour total from drive in to drive out. That is truly exceptional service!! Service advisor Cory was amazing! He went above and beyond, for sure. Will definitely be requesting him from now on. One of the vehicles I bought in needed extra work and Cory stayed on top of it, keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle the whole time. Very well spoken and professional.

Adam was amazing! I had a high need for this rim as I was moving to GA after I had an incident on the turnpike where my factory rim was bent (3K miles on the vehicle). He walked me through a very stressful situation and was there to help. Adam kept me updated through the process and was helpful till the end.

Excellent service experience. Angela, my service advisor, kept me informed along the way as the work was being performed. The work was done properly and to my satisfaction. I will return in the future for routine maintenance and any other work that needs to be performed. I bought a used Kia Forte from Bev Smith Kia in Jan 2025. On Feb 18 I got a "trouble light" indicating my upper brake light wasn't working. I made an appt online and got an appointment for the same day. The issue was handled quickly and fairly. It was just a burnt out bulb. My agent Celine ** was friendly and helpful and even looked up my warranty to find out that I could get a second key as I really wanted it. I have nothing but positive thoughts about the experience. I am 100% satisfied.

The whole team at Bev Smith was amazing!! But our salesman Jake was the best salesman I have ever had!! Felt like I was buying from family!! This was definitely one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Minimal haggling, got what I wanted for my trade-in, they helped me download the app, went over all the options in the vehicle, wanted me to feel knowledgeable before I left the showroom. Will definitely come back here to buy! Especially if Jake is there!

Great leasing experience. Salesman very knowledgeable and accommodating. The rep Ron showed us all the electronics and set up our radio, GPS and cellphones. The finance rep made everything easy to understand and covered the terms of the lease. They set up our first service date for the vehicle.

Returned the car in a very clean condition. Staff were very polite, did not pressure me to buy a new car which I liked. Not more to say, it was only a oil change, Waiting room and toilet were very clean. Informed us what needed to be done the next time I had the car checked in.

Sales team was very very good. He got me where I want my payment and they took their time. The chair room was clean and tidy except for the music was too loud. They allowed his test drive our new Kia Telluride and it drove so well. I have always bought Kia over the years. We’ve had five Kia automobiles..
