I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe two years ago from the Hyundai Edwards dealership in Council Bluffs. I love the Santa Fe but the dealership manager and finance guy were terrible. I went into the dealership today and was very impressed. The previous manager and the finance manager have both been removed. The new manager David ** is outstanding. He makes sure the customer is happy during the sale but more importantly he makes sure the customer is happy well past the sale. I used to only recommend buying a Santa Fe but now I recommend buying it from Edwards Council Bluffs.

Lack of support. I have purchased several vehicles (10) from Edwards. Each purchase the quality drops in terms of customer service. My last purchase, a Ram Tungsten, should have been issued with it an NFC card. I purchased the truck in September of 2025. It's now March 2026 and all I get is the run around. I have dealt with Ram Care and they point me to the dealership- the dealership says it's not sales, it's not finance, service says, it's not them- the last call this morning, I was told my sales person is no longer there so I need to chase it down. It's incredibly frustrating that I am told that I need to chase this down- This is not a base line vehicle, this is the top of the line vehicle they offer with all the bells and whistles- for the amount I am paying, the dealership should be working with the manufacturer/Ram Care to resolve this issue. Be advised, get everything before you drive off the lot. You're just a number after you leave.
