You guys are liars. I went on Drivetime.com to see if I can get a vehicle, my credit said 600 before I started and when I was done it was 559, you guys are absolutely Liars. It definitely takes a hit to your credit. I will never ever go on your website again, how dare you lie to people to mess their credit up when they're shopping at your establishment. Why would you give them less chances to buy a car at your establishment that makes absolutely no sense at all but because I'm not rich, you guys don't care!

I went in with family to purchase a vehicle, the spouse and I had choose a car friday evening for a really nice price. Ended up leaving with a SUV for a really nice price. Salesperson was quick, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to file everything and finish process within the hour.

Thomas and Kekeau was very helpful in finding a vehicle that fits my budget and needs for my family. Also in the West palm division, where I picked up my vehicle, Paolo was also amazing as far as customer services goes. I would send friends to those specific employees. One other employee that dealt with me was terrible, I was very annoyed but at the end Paolo gave me a change of heart. I would like to add, Thomas the GM was Absolutely helpful and also humble from beginning to end, even though I didn’t purchase at there location. That was big for me. I never knew he was the boss till the end. Props for that.

I had a great experience with the entire staff. Three people assisted me in my transaction. The staff was helpfull and patient. This is my third purchase through DriveTime and had great experiences each time. The automation systems such as verifying income and pulling a title was amazing as I did not take any documents with me. I didn’t intend on walking out with a new car. The pricing cost interest payments is easily understood and transparent.

This was by far the best experience I have had in purchasing a car in quite some time. Everyone was very helpful and listened to what I was asking and looking for. When a problem was identified, they sent the car to be repaired and kept me informed on the progress before the purchase was completed.

My husband and I have been car searching for while now. Every dealership we went to we had waited 2 or more hours to be turned down or told we need $4,000 or more down. I saw DriveTime Auto on Google search and submitted an application. I was approved and when I arrived with my husband the whole experience has been the best we have ever had in our years of buying vehicle. Cody ** was amazing and very knowledgeable! He listened to what we wanted and found a few options. We test drove a vehicle and loved it. I will be returning back to DriveTime for all my future vehicle purchases!

I enjoyed the experience except for the pushing of the more expensive package. I will be asking for the paper to be sent to opt out of the LoJack and Gap I felt forced into purchasing when I told him what I wanted if I’m being honest. Everything else was great and a pleasure. I would like to know when maintenance was done.

This was absolutely the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I was desperate to get a car so I could give my daughter my car and drive time made it so easy from start to finish on the internet to the final touches in the dealership. All of those fun commercials are absolutely 100% true and accurate about how easy it is, how friendly everyone is, and how helpful they would be with working on monthly payments. I had no down payment and they worked with me until the payments were affordable for me. I am completely glad I did this.

I must say I was skeptical at first, not sure if the commercial had some catch to it. And sure enough the commercial is accurate. Yup I put $195 down on a 2020 Kia Optima!! Your credit is not a factor at all..If you have a job then you can get a car!! Wow! Thank you.

I got the best customer service. Everything was on point, they got me right even in the rain. The salesperson went through everything with we and made sure I understood everything. Very good people at DriveTime. They even ran a car facts to show me how many people had the car before me and if the car was ever wrecked.

I was beyond satisfied with my experience at DriveTime! That team made the overall process easy, smooth, and had me in and out of there without any hiccups. Yunni and Alan both went above and beyond to help me with everything, answered all my questions, and made sure to check in with me throughout the process as there was a slight delay in my end. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend this place! I got a car on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday the engine light started blinking and the car will not accelerate. I took it to autozone to run a diagnostic test and it said the car would not pass an emissions test if I had to get one, although I was told that it had one done. I am very disappointed that I was sold a car that has engine issues. I didn’t have it 24 hours. I was happy with my choice after looking at several cars. Everything happened so fast I knew it was too good to be true. I am not a happy customer at all.

Sean was most patient from start to finish. Very helpful and not at all pushy. Made sure the process was smooth and the vehicle was just what I wanted. Provided and explained all reports and documents... greatly appreciated. Even when he had multiple customers to deal with he held his composure and never showed frustration he remained professional and super calm. He apologized when he needed to and kept everyone feeling like top priority.

Everything went well as planned just felt a little pressured but other than that it was a smooth okay experience! I would have like to take more time looking for what I want but seems like the sales rep was getting a little impatient. However, great experience for bad credit people like myself!

My first initial experience with Drivetime was amazing, very easy financing. Straightforward process. I drove 240 miles to pick up my new vehicle. During my test drive process. I noticed a lot of interior damage with the vehicle online not shown in pictures. I then changed vehicles to the same year make and model different color. Once I chosen my vehicle the process took longer than anticipated. I believe the sales rep was having a hard time with the process due to me being out of state (Which was no big deal). The sales rep quoted me a 300 higher price than the website stated. This rep failed to disclose the Add-Ons that he selected without further discussion before I questioned him.
Once I drove the vehicle home the same day, I got the vehicle I noticed that the windshield wiper motor is loose off of the vehicle. Like the screws were removed and never put back on. Still waiting to hear from SilverRock but they are probably not going to honor this due to their coverage. My overall experience with DriveTime. I rate them 2/5 stars. Could use some work on how paperwork is handled and notices and pictures of damaged to vehicle on the website. Inspection process of vehicles needs to be stricter. I haven't even had my car for 4 hours and already has an issue.

Everything was great, the process was time consuming, but I think that's a system issue not a human issue. Daniel was very nice and very patient. I did not like the choice of music they had playing while you wait but other than that I would say it was an overall good experience.

I went to the Gladstone location to purchase a new vehicle. I submitted all the paperwork earlier that week to Mark. Two vehicles had my interest, and I was able to test drive both of them. I purchased a vehicle but had to return it but I received a better one. My sales representative was nice and considerate. I like the 5 day return policy and the fact that what you put in the app is what they take from you. The variety of vehicles is good as well.

I bought a car. Wasn’t pressured. Great experience. I did have the AC making a noise but they are taking care of that Friday. Omar really made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I really liked that there was no pressure. I got a 2021 Hyundai Elantra which is the exact car I was looking for. I did want leather but other than that I got what I was looking for.

My first contact with DriveTime was in November of 2019. It was one of the most professional, and outstandingly rewarding business encounters I have had in the longest, resulting in my purchase of a Kia Optima. Excellent choice of vehicles and great purchasing/financing options. All I have just said was repeated with my purchase of a 2020 Mazda 6 on Tuesday March 5th 2024. Aaron is the best. If you need to find a top quality used car, don't walk but run to Riverside Drive Time to get it done.

On February 6th of this year I put a hold for a car. After a week I decided not to go with the car that it was looking at. Henceforth I asked for my refund back. As of today which is 3 weeks I still have not received my money back. Expecting a check since they won't put it on my new card. Which is the same account. I've called, I've shown up, they still don't have my check. Advise them I'm still not buying a car from them, I'm going elsewhere. Also with this review I'm going to end up probably taking them to small claims court.

Great assistance from Amber and John at Raleigh NC location. Very friendly and had great selections for down payment. Nice and low mileage vehicles. I would suggest having more on a down payment to lessen monthly payments. Really needed a vehicle and glad that I came to this location. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent, Customer Care, excellent customer care. Customer Care was super good. The team at the lakeland location was the best and when a small issue happened they treated me with respect and honestly took care of my concern and rectify it. Five stars all day. To steven, Matt and yamelet, think I might have spelled her name wrong, lol but it was a great car buying experience with all the sales department there. Keep up the good work. The entire process was great and fast, accurate service. My only recommendation would be to deliver car with full tank of gas!! I am a 40-year-old single mother with a not so great credit score. I needed a new vehicle as mine was on its last leg and I drive 40 minutes to and from work. I actually work at a different bhph dealership but my dad had told me about DriveTime as he bought his truck through them. After work I decided to stop by as I work just down the road. I was looking at vehicles when Cary came to help. We went inside and I told her what I was looking for. She was able to narrow down my wants and needs and we scrolled through my choices on the computer screen. I decided to test drive 2 different Jeeps.
She was extremely patient with me as I was on the phone with my father to help me through the decision-making. I was able to get my APR down about 14% with the down payment I was going to make as well as my payments. I had a trade-in that they offered me a great price for but I did not have the title for at the time. It was a Saturday evening so we made an appointment for Monday after I got off work. On Monday I arrived for my appointment with my title. Cary was off that day but had things ready for Valerie. Valerie was a very nice woman. She was very informative about my Jeep. She was a great help and I drove away with my new vehicle an hour later. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend them! Thank you so much DriveTime!

He handled my old-school car knowledge with grace and eased me into embracing new technology. I am telling the news and anyone who will hear me about DriveTime. I should of listened when my daughter gave her car back to drive time. She told me don't get a car from them. I wished I would of kept my truck. They came up on me because my truck had rims on it. It was nice but I just wanted a smaller car. I feel so stupid and they have these false commercials telling you something that is so different once you get there and then they didn't even let me get my stuff out the car. My grand baby car seat was in the car. It's crazy but it's ok because now I have a better car I got from another car dealer. I have a 2015 and my payments is only 373.00 a month. Drive time need to be exposed to the lies they sell people on TV.

I think the test drive route is too short to get a true feel for the vehicle, or to determine if there is a problem after a good open road drive. The open road drive is only about a mile and the rest of the route is start and stop between traffic lights.

It was represented online as a ONE owner, no accidents. Same way through the process. DriveRime uses Experian auto check. Carfax after purchase showed it as a lease vehicle and TWO owner. Always trust Carfax. Only thing I gained was knowing the full service history which made my wallet unfold.

I purchased a Ford Escape on a Saturday. Yes I did test drive in the rain. I mentioned to them about an alignment before I left. I didn't drive that fast going home. The next day I went somewhere and when I was on the highway, as you gave the car gas, it would immediately pull hard right. When you would let of the gas, it would nose dive and immediately pull left. It was very unsafe to drive. I took it back on Monday and returned. I then purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox. Test drive in the snow storm. I purchased it. Very nice looking car. When driving this vehicle, it jerks, chugs, or something with the transmission in lower gears. I then read about it and it is a common issue with this car. Then to top it off, it was a wreck vehicle (which I knew) that was half ** repaired and painted. Still has bent up and smashed in parts behind the new bumper they put on. I don't know if I should return the car or use the 30 warranty to get repaired.

I purchased my vehicle Saturday night. The salesman said he had to jump start the car because someone left the lights on and the battery died. I drove the car home and the next morning it wouldn’t start. Now I have to jump start the car before every use. I reached out to the manager and received no response. I will be bringing the car back. I missed a day of work because I had no vehicle.

Staff was rude, I was referred by a family member. As I walked in no one said, "Hello. How may I assist you?" I was ignored, my wife was with me the whole time. She assisted me in the process. I didn’t find the staff friendly at all, the staff made me feel as if they didn’t want to assist me in buying the car.

If you need some wheels, I'd highly recommend DriveTime. 5 stars for the ease of getting terms you can afford to finance a vehicle. However, the car was filthy when we picked it up. The outside was so dirty we couldn't accurately evaluate the paint/body. The interior wreaked of cigarette smoke was not wiped down. Also there were no floor mats. The engine department was super clean and the tires were new. Again, great way to get the terms you need to finance a vehicle, thank you DriveTime.

You sold me a bad jeep, my brakes went out 12 days into me having the jeep. I took to 3 repairs shop to get it fix and no one could get in contact with Silver Rock warranty and then my radio went out and never came back on. The dealer said I need a new radio. I am still within my warranty and it seems like you sold me a bad car. I want my money back.

DriveTime in Williamstown NJ is the worst company I have ever stepped foot in the lord. From the very beginning never answering phone calls. Forced us into a SUV we did not want and now we can’t trade in it because of equity. Are you serious? I don’t know what was worse. The way we have been treated or the SUV. The management all he could say is after stumbling on his words was, "Oh well. It’s decided. It’s our policy. If I was you I’d keep on driving right past and go anywhere else." I’m absolutely appalled how we were/are being treated.

Yes, I had an very humbling experience at DriveTime. The Salesman Albert treated me like he was a friend of mine. Even when things started to go sideways for a minute, Albert tried to encourage me and let me know that everything was going to be alright. At that time I really didn't want to hear that. We purchased a vehicle and it was in bad shape so we bought it back. It wasn’t cleaned at all. Normally when you bought a car the dealership takes pride and will have it cleaned and detailed. The car had not been washed nor detailed inside. When we were able to see it in the daylight we seen it was scratched up pretty bad. Better Customer Service is needed.

Warning to all. Once you sign a contract with DriveTime. You will be LOCKED IN to accepting a a vehicle that has multiple issues and Silverrock will not fix them. They’re going to send you all over to different establishments just so you can run out of your warranty. They’re not going to replace the vehicle. When you get your diagnostic, there’s going to be multiple things wrong with your car. In which no one disassociated with drivetime as far as Silver rock or anyone else, drivetime corporate everyone has a nasty ass attitude, and no one cares because it’s not their vehicle. They will not get you a rental.
If anything was wrong with your car they will tell you that they will reimburse you for getting a rental but you will not receive your money for up to 6 to 8 months. You’re gonna keep calling them and no one‘s gonna care. Everybody is reading from a book that’s Scripted, no one is there to help you and they are going to give no help at all. They don’t care about anything but you making that payment and you signing that contract so people watch out because it’s sad how they taking advantage of everyone and there’s going to be nothing you can do at all, so please boycott drivetime by any means.

Too HIGH! Why is a monthly payment almost $800 for a damn 2020 Ford Edge that has nearly 57k miles on it? It makes no sense. Now the representative that assisted me - she was lovely to work with. She's extremely cordial and professional. She needs to be promoted and given a raise. She went above and beyond. She made sure my experience was the best I could have in spite of the HIGH ** COST.

I came in originally for a 2015 Mercedes. Just as I was about to leave due to the price change Jacoby jumped in and saved the day. The length Jacoby went to ensure I left with a vehicle. He crunched numbers and found a way to make it happen. Destiny tag teamed to get me finished up and Ian the manager was there supporting every step of the way. 3 days after the purchase I was driving out of a parking lot and the car shut off in mid traffic. 2 weeks into purchasing the Kia Optima from DRIVETIME, started having shut off issues. This vehicle would literally shut off while driving it, at STOP signs etc. Going on 1 week of it being at “mechanic” shop…PEP BOYS after I had to drive 30 minutes to them, risking causing an accident, possibly killing myself or someone else because they couldn’t even offer to tow the damn car. And they still have no idea what the issue is. No offer from the manager for a loaner until they resolve the issue, no offer to cancel the contract and get something else, just a bunch of excuses and nothing more.

So basically I got the car this past Saturday December the 2nd, upon driving it back to Maine I noticed a noise coming from the front end of the engine. Excuse me, the front end. I just got this vehicle and it's now already making noises, I contacted pep boys but they cannot look at it until tomorrow December the 4th. This is not a good way to start a relationship with a car dealer. I hope I will not encounter any kind of pushback from Drivetime or from pep boys in regards of coverage of parts if it does need a new part. I am very disappointed that the car was not looked over properly and it was delivered in a very unclean way in regards of the interior. Unfortunately I cannot add any images since I do not know where the noise is coming from. The noise got progressively louder as I continue to travel to Maine. We shall see what pep boys has to say tomorrow.
