Everyone was very welcoming and friendly from beginning to end. They explained the process while going through the steps. They didn't hover while I looked at the different cars and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone that may have been struggling with what place to go to for a car.

The salesman Evan at Drive Time at the Eastpointe Michigan location went the extra mile of customer service to make sure he got me on the road that same day. Customer Service is excellent, friendly and supportive with decision making on car purchases. I left the same day with a car I'm satisfied with.

I wasn't too excited to come in, I didn't know what to expect. But our rep made us feel right at home as soon as he opened the door to the office. He gave us 2 options even though we came in for one. He was patient, wasn't pushy or giving too much small talk. He covered everything, even things I didn't think to ask about and we drove off the lot in our new car feeling great about the purchase.

The Salesman got me together real quick fast and in a hurry. He really worked with me and informed me of everything upfront. No more walking around in the cold on my leather personnel carriers, no more getting around on BMW (Bus, Metro, Walk). Now it’s get in your car and go!

I saw the commercial like everyone else and decided to download the app just to see what I could find. No credit hit no problem I said. After a couple weeks later I get a hit in my credit history from none other than who? DriveTime of course, dings me with a hard hit that lowered my score by 50 points. I tried calling the creditor they use to see what they can do to remove this and all I get told is that there is nothing they can do about it and that I am now stuck with this hard inquiry on my credit report for 3 years. Do not use this app unless you wish to lower your credit score by 50 points!

I was looking for a car because I was having issues with the car that I have. I did find a car that I liked filled out application was approved. Then something came up and I couldn't get the car and my application expired but I did keep in touch with the gentleman there and just told me to fill out a new application which I did end up still getting the same car that I test drove. And I'm a happy camper.

Emily was very helpful and friendly. Did not like the way I got the test drive info, but did enjoy the test drive. The car had some minor damage but in good shape. Could use Carfax to get more details on servicing of car.

From the first moment I spoke with Ty on the phone to being guided by Fan through the test drive and purchase process, I had an excellent experience. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase. Call to get help having to go through too much to get car fix. Called many time. Still no help. Car had to sit overnight at the market because it wasn’t start. Had to get a Uber home and pay for a Uber work the next day as well as getting home which was a really inconvenient to me and my family.

Glen was great at the point of sale. He was great at listening and understanding. Great with assistance throughout the process. One issue I have is that Glen spoke of repossessing the vehicle without the breach of the subject. Glen stated that if I were not to pay “the people who repossess the vehicles for DriveTime are very good at their job.” I will make every effort to pay for this vehicle and in a timely manner. I do not appreciate being selected as one who will not follow through with my commitment. This subject was brief but stayed with myself.

One of the windows doesn't go down automatically. It stays stuck, and the speakers and the car. Some of them are busted so they don't even play the music correctly and it doesn't sound nice, I hope it gets fixed and I'm able to get it replaced. Only one part of speakers work in the car.

We have bought for quite a few car dealerships, all the from brand new cars to used buy here pay here places. This was hands down the best experience I've had buying a car. The only stressful part of buying was which car did I like the most. Chad and Natalie were the best!!

Updated on 11/22/2023: I am back and this situation just keep getting worse with SilverRock's warranty. Today 11/22/2023. I was finally able to pick up the vehicle. SilverRock "NEVER AUTHORIZED ALL OF THE RECOMMENDED REPAIRS THAT TWO REPAIR SHOP REPORTED NEEDED TO BE DONE". Both repair shop is in their network, and they still "REFUSED" what both shops recommended. Both shops provided the same diagnosis for the vehicle. As mentioned above I picked up the vehicle today 11/22/2023 and the car sounds like something is rubbing against something. So, I contacted SilverRock again, as usual. I told the lady in the resolution department that I wanted to take the car to a Chevy dealership. I do not trust SilverRock's to do the right thing. She told me that they will only pay up to 1 hour for diagnostic. "I have the warranty. "FIX THE CAR THE RIGHT WAY".
I am so tired of this and regret this purchase in a big, big way from DRIVETIME. "SILVERROCKS REFUSED" to fix the vehicle using their unethical 3rd party so-called inspectors. They work for them. The car is not safe to drive. I was told the transmission needed to be replace. Now, this the killing part. I was told that the inspector told the repair shop that he didn't feel anything off about the car. You heard me right, "he didn't feel anything". So, he did not authorize the claim for the transmission. What happens if this car was to stop on the expressway on the streets or if worse, I hit someone else as a result of SilverRock's transparency to be ethical and honor their own warranty. They do not care about the consumer.
Original Review: I purchased a car from Drive Time in Midlothian Illinois. They use Silver Rock Warranty which is a rip off and a joke. However, I am not laughing. I purchased this car at the end of October. I did not have this a whole week when I heard some knocking noise coming from the back of the car. I did not buy a car "AS IS." But, that exactly what happen. They sold me a piece of junk. I contacted Silver Rocks on Monday 11/6/23 and took the car to one of their authorized repair shops. That shop told me the car need a lot of work and gave me a report of everything that was needed. However That repair shop could not do all the repairs needed so another authorized repair shop came and picked the vehicle up the same day. Silver Rock Warranty was aware of everything going on with the vehicle. I have called them every day since 11/7/2023 and each day I get another story and a different Liar on the phone telling me something different.
Today 11/16/2023 Silver Rock try to make it sound like they were waiting on the report from the repair shop which was a lie. The repair shop had already sent the report to SilverRock several days ago. How do I know? The repair shop sent the report to me as well as the consumer I have a right to know what is going on with a vehicle that I now have a car payment for that I cannot drive. Silver rock has been giving me the runaround non-stop. They even want to let you speak to a manager. And they love to place you on hold. It’s a stall tactic. I regret buying this car because I would have never been introduced to these unprofessional thieves. Silver Rocks will not have their own warranty and everything that needs to be fixed is covered under the warranty. I was also told that I could rent a car and they would think about reimbursement. NO LIE! SilverRock has not approved the repairs and now the car is sitting in the repair shop.
This company is the worst. So, be careful where you buy a car. Or better yet after this experience I have had and still dealing with look up car dealership before you buy that uses Silver Rock Warranty and if you see this warranty company RUN!... It’s not worth the hassle or the aggravation. SILVER ROCK IS THE WORST. Just look up reviews on them. You will see for yourself. You can also tell reviews that may have possibility been written by someone who works for them as well. The writing is the same. The repair shop cannot begin until Silver Rock authorized the claim and they are refusing to honor the warranty.

I bought a 2014 GMC Terrain in July of 2022. I have had endless issues with it since buying it. Thankfully, I decided to drive it many miles when I initially bought it so I could use the 30 day warranty. The car completely stopped working and shut off, my children and I were hundreds of miles from home. Thankfully I found a local in Alabama who was able to fix it for me on a weekend, which was not fully covered by Silver Rock since they weren't an "in house" service provider. I have kept up with regular maintenance and continued to have issues.
Now my Stabilitrak and check engine has been coming on. Who knows if one day it will reverse, a different day it will not accelerate until after 20 seconds. As a single mother who works extremely hard to take care of responsibilities, places like DriveTime take advantage and sell lemons, which further puts people like me in debt. So please save the "we have a 30 day warranty, here's our customer service number" phrase. This is so frustrating and I can't even sell it because I still owe WAY more than what it's worth and I wouldn't sell it knowing what's wrong with it. Drivetime is ridiculous.

Absolutely the worst experience anyone could have endured, approved, ready to sign papers and manager says $100. That's right $100 down on a $20,000 purchase at 24% interest. Pure greed!!! Buyer be aware of Drivetime forced sale and pricing, I won't be back and will spread the word!

Damion did a great job walking us through the process for an easy and stress free car buying experience. The whole staff was courteous and the dealership was clean. I would definitely buy a car from Drive time and Damion again. The numbers online matched what I was expected to put down and what my monthly payments would be. No hassle, no cover ups, sincere and honest about payments and down payment. Very helpful people. I would definitely recommend to a friend or anybody that is looking for a good and affordable car even if it’s your first car or not, this was my second time buying from them and just like the first time I was very pleased with my purchase and experience with the deals the offered, paperwork was easy to fill out and very fast.

I had a quick & fairly easy process. I feel like I got a fair trade in amount as well. The staff was super professional, friendly, and nice. Marisol was really really awesome to work with. The only thing that I was unhappy w/was that I didn’t get a full tank of gas & a car wash. The car could have use a vacuum & wash. I also drove off w/a little less than half a tank of gas.

Brian ** went far out of his way to help me drive a car off the lot when I needed it the most. I came in with 3 test drives in mind. I took 3 and left with the car I actually wanted (none of the three I drove first…). I was surprised at a generous trade in value on my truck as well. I was down and out that day, I had a panic attack earlier in which I was hospitalized. All this was stress over finding a vehicle so that I can safely commute to work and school and transport my kids to school, doctor's appointments, etc. Somehow I was put thru to Mr. Samuel V. aka Sam. I told him what I was looking for and he said just come in that he'll take care of me but they close at 7. I called him about 615. He told me to come in. He was patient, calm, gentle voiced and I appreciated that just after having a serious panic attack. I was approved and drove out of there some time before 9pm. I really appreciate him helping me and the patience I have to say is 100% great for customer service. Thank you Sam. L.

Amazing customer service! I love the straight to the point not a typical dealership.. Although I am disappointed with the vehicle. I recently purchased a car a month ago. Drove it down south and the check engine light came on as soon as I hit the grapevine! I almost didn’t make it. One issue that was noticed was the air filter was completely filthy. Hasn’t been changed in who knows how long. Tried to deal with warranty and that was frustrating. So that is affecting the turbo in my car causing the issue. Whatever you do after purchasing a car have it completely checked out!

The service and staff were awesome. My complaint is not with them but with Drive Time. I purchased a vehicle and drove 3.5 hours one way to pick it up. The car was dirty inside and out. One of the salespeople washed the outside but didn't really clean the inside. They stated that they have to clean the vehicles and they don't have a cleaning crew to do so. When you purchase a new vehicle, it's suppose to be clean. I had to drive back home 3.5 hours inside of a dirty vehicle. This is NOT good customer service. No one should leave with a nasty new car that you just purchased.

Today made my 30 day mark of having this car and the bumper fell off and the car cut off. The radio stopped working. Every time I close the trunk glass falls out. I can’t believe this. And then the repair shop that Silver Rock sent me to said that Silver Rock stated they don’t cover maintenance fees and that my bumper that fell off they won’t pay for or my radio and since the car is not cutting off now they can’t do anything about it. And now I have to pay $45 for a diagnostic test after I was told it would be free as long as I was under the mileage and I am. But I still have to pay this man to get my car back. This is absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional. Just a company full of liars.

This company should be out of business. Selling shiny lemons has to be against the law or at least should be. I purchased a car from Drivetime in March 2023. The car has been in a shop every month since and is back in the shop now. No lights showed on the dashboard yet a week after purchasing the car the transmission had to be changed. The car sat in the shop for 3 months for this issue. Customer Service had nothing to offer or say to help the situation. It's like a "oh well" type of answer. Silver Rock is a part of Drivetime and the customer service agents on that side are just as disconnected and could care less about the predicament the shiny lemons has you in. This company needs to be investigated. Too many things don't add up and the way they cheat you is criminal.

I purchased a 2021 Kia Rio with 21,500 Miles on it. With in 3 days of driving the vehicle all dash indicator lights came one. The check engine light, the abs light, the emergency brake light, the traction light, the tire pressure sensor light, the power steering light. These light come on and off randomly sometimes they stay on for days and some time they come on and off several times in one day. On August 9th the car was services at A-1 Auto (See attached text message) and a claim to Silverrock was done. A-1 Auto basically charged $110 to do nothing as the light came back on the very next day on August 10th 2023. I was told by A-1 Auto it was a Kia issue and to take the car to a Kia Dealership so I made an appointment that day for Sept 2nd 2023 that was the soonest they could get the car in to be diagnosed.
On September 2, 2023 I had the car diagnosed at Shawnee Mission Kia. After 4 hours of trying to find out what was wrong with the vehicle the Certified Mechanics at Shawnee Mission Kia discovered an aftermarket device AKA the lo-jack go GPS device was spliced into the wiring harness of the vehicle and was causing all of the electrical issues on the vehicle. Drivetime Gladstore was notified on Sept 2nd by telephone of the issue. Drivetime on Gladstone was notified again on September 5th of the issue and I was told I would get a call back within 24-48 hours. I received no phone call back at all. I had to call Drivetime Gladstone again on Sept 8th 2023.
Every time I call Sperion-LoJAck they tell me I have to contact Drivetime since they had the device installed and every time I call Drivetime they tell me to call Sperion to have the device moved. Both corporations are just sending me in circles. I also cannot get a hold of anyone at Spireon that is in the USA all calls go to a call center in the Philippines
As of today September 15, 2023 Drivetime, Lo Jack Go, Sperion, Bridgecrest still have no definite answers of how they are going to rectify this issue. Kia has recommended the device be removed and the vehicle be brought back to Kia for retesting and possible repairs (See attached service report from KIA). Drivetime, Sperion, Lo Jack Go, Bridgecrest are refusing to remove the device so vehicle can be repaired by Kia. Kia will not repair the vehicle until the device is removed. I was told by the manager at Drivetime Gladstone this issue is so rare he doesn't know how to deal with it and Drivetime has never experienced this before, A simple google search has yielded thousands of similar complaints and issues. So this issue isn't that rare it only took a 5 minute google search.

My experience with DriveTime was initially great; however, my satisfaction took a significant hit just three days after my purchase when the engine light came on. I promptly reported the issue, and I was informed that it might be a minor problem. Following their recommendations, I took the car to multiple mechanics, all of whom were referred by DriveTime and covered by the SilverRock warranty. Unfortunately, I received conflicting diagnoses from each of them. It was only later revealed that the root issue was a head gasket problem. Due to the back-and-forth trips to the mechanics and work, I exceeded the 300-mile limit for returns, which meant I couldn’t return the car. As a result, my vehicle is currently in the shop for repairs, and I’m left relying on uncomfortable public transportation for another two weeks.
Although the warranty covers a rental car, I’m financially strained and can’t afford to rent one, which has put me in a difficult situation. While the Torrance DriveTime location made an effort to assist me, the Downey location was not as helpful in resolving these issues. Overall, this experience has been highly inconvenient and has caused a significant disruption in my daily life.

Ryan was very helpful. I had to wait a long time for credit/application review because the agent went to lunch without completing the process. I wasn’t happy about that. This was my 5th experience with DriveTime. I wish the financing were cheaper and payments were true “monthly” and not when you get paid. The actual price of the vehicle is like two to three times the sticker price. That can be a bit deceiving, but I always know I can get a vehicle even with bad credit. The pandemic ruined my credit.

Car purchased 8/31/2023. Car had overheated some on test drive but salesman advised us to put coolant in if it overheated again. It did and the coolant was added a week ago. Today the car is overheating again. On Sunday 9/03/2023 the check engine light came on and is still on. Now the emergency brake shows a malfunction. When I called on Monday 9/4/2023 I was told to get in touch with Silverrock. I guess when you claim you can return the car in 5 days if you are unsatisfied with it is somewhat misleading. It's a good thing you pushed buying insurance to cover repairs as I think most of your cars need it. I contacted Silverrock and they will estimate the repairs. I am very unhappy with the whole transaction. The car was purchased in Round Rock TX. The car is not even two weeks old and I have to get repairs. I believe it qualifies as a lemon.

Drove 2 hrs to get the vehicle and the experience was awesome, as far as customer service. However, the car broke down 1.5 hrs away from the dealership. Luckily, we still had a rental to use and will be reimbursed for it but it was still an inconvenience. We also ended up spending $135 to have the vehicle towed but will only he reimbursed up to $75, even though we didn't even get the vehicle home.
This is my 2nd purchase with DriveTime and this was a complete 180 compared to what my 1st experience was. While I'm grateful for the warranty, I still feel there should've been a little more courtesy being that we had JUST purchased the vehicle. We were literally just thrown to the warranty company once we notified the dealership. Vehicle is still in the shop after just purchasing it 4 days ago.

I visited the Dayton Ohio store. As I walked in, I only saw 2 employees & there was no acknowledgment of me standing there. A male was with a customer, the 2nd employee, walking by & even looked right at me & never spoke. A simple "Someone will be with you in a moment" would've sufficed. Nothing until I spoke up asking about a restroom. I then saw a 3rd employee, he spoke immediately & was waiting for me when I exited the restroom.
Now, for the fake, bogus issue I witnessed 1st hand. Drive Time commercials gives the impression customers can pick their own down/monthly payment, which (possibly) doesn't include various factors. Totally WRONG! I filled out a pre-approval app online, I included what I wanted to pay as down payment & what I preferred my monthly payments to be. I was fully aware those numbers could change some once numbers were actually on paper. I was pre-approved online. So, the young man walked me to front counter, asked me couple questions all while he entered something on the laptop. He proceeded to tell me the only way I could get a vehicle from them was with a down payment of about $11,000. $11 GRAND! To pay that much as the down payment, I'd just go ahead & buy a car out-right.

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe from Bad Engine in 19 days. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe from Drive Time Auto Dealership in Lewisville, Texas on 8/16/2023. The vehicle seemed to be fine, the test drive went well and systems APPEARED to be functioning. On 8/20/2023 my side panel of driver do fell off. Glue was noticed on the door as if it was rigged in place. I took it to Christian Brothers in Aubrey, Tx and was told I would have to leave to vehicle. I contact Silver Rock the warranty company and they tell me that it was a cosmetic issue and not covered under warranty.
On 8/26/2023 the headlight on the passenger side went out. On 8/28/2023 a warning light described as a triangle with an exclamation inside appeared on my dashboard. I contact Silver Rock and spoke with an agent and was notified that I would have to take into a shop and get a diagnostic and would have to cover the $100 deductible prior to diagnostic. I asked about the car rental in the event my car needed to be repaired. She notified me they do RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT. Now SEPTEMBER 4, 2023 and I’m on the freeway driving when all of a sudden my car stops accelerating as if it lost power. This could have been a terrible tragic accident. THANK GOD I was already next to the shoulder and the traffic was not horrible.
I now have pulled to the side of the road turn on my hazards. The car does restart and now there is a rattling/clunking noise coming from my car and all I want to do is get back home to safety because now I’m scared for my life. I don’t know what the sound is and pray it doesn’t cut off on me because now the car is hesitating. 9/5/2023 I took the car to Kwik in Little Elm for a diagnostic. I was told by the mechanic that the noise and description of what happened that it sounds as if there is an issue with my engine and that I should notify the dealership. It has only been 18-19 DAYS since purchasing the car. I called and notified the dealership being that I cannot afford to pay for the deductible, the CAR INSURANCE, CAR RENTAL, AND CAR PAYMENT. The gentleman at the dealership gave me the number for customer relations.
I called customer relations and spoke to some VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL lady. I explained to her what happened and what the dilemma was and she told me that the car payment still needs to be paid and that cars break down all the time even brand new cars. I explained to her that yes cars break down but engines are major parts to car that don’t just break down. I tried to get this UNPROFESSIONAL LADY to understand how dangerous this situation was and could have been and that I just purchased this vehicle. SEPTEMBER 8, 2023 and I have no vehicle and I am paying insurance on a shell of a car (because the engine is bad.) I have had to pay for a car rental and for towing out of my pocket and am now behind on all my bills. These companies SILVER ROCK and DRIVE TIME are some sorry companies or have some sorry employees.
They have not tried to do anything with this situation. SUPPLY AND DEMAND. I did not get what I purchased and now am out more monies than I can afford. This issue has cost me mental pain and suffering, it has cost me a financial burden and directly affect my life. I purchased this vehicle because my car broke. So why would I want to pay for another broken car.

This was my first experience at this company. I stopped by on Tuesday with an appointment and met with William. I wanted to see a car from online. He was super helpful in answering all my questions and explaining their process. I had to return the next day to make my downpayment and finish signing. The next day I met with Juan. He also was very friendly and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. We even did an inspection of the car together which I never did at a regular dealership. I would recommend this office for buying a used car.

Terrible experience. I got my vehicle in August and this is my second trip to the mechanics to see what wrong with the vehicle I got from the lot. First, the battery was bad and Silver Rock paid but I had to take off work and lose money. Now the check engine light came on and I will have to pay a deductible to get it looked and hope that I am covered under warranty to get fixed. I would never buy a vehicle here and tell everyone I know not to for this reason. I have only have the vehicle for 5 weeks.

While Adaria & Brian were helpful, the vehicle is not reliable & I am stuck dealing with out-of-pocket costs of over 1K because the warranty does not cover an active TSB issue. Just three months down the line I am dealing with something that can’t possibly be considered “normal wear & tear” when I haven’t even had the car long enough for that. It’s disheartening, sad, disgusting & quite frankly predatory that their finance company won’t provide assistance knowing that this is an ongoing issue simply because the loan is “new”.
Wouldn’t it make more sense that since it is new & there is an active TSB that their “warranty” refuses to cover, that they work with someone rather than against them having them pay over a grand in repairs plus immediate loan payments? They seem to have zero concern whether or not a car runs properly as long as you purchase it & go. You have 5 days to return it & after you are stuck with whatever issues it comes with. Not saying this about the two people mentioned but about the company overall.
This is exactly what I did not want nor need when I have important medical appointments to get to & from. To be stuck with a headache like this just three months down the line is exactly what I did not want or need!!!! To be stuck with a vehicle that is unsafe & shuts off on a major highway. It’s not a matter of IF repairs are necessary, the repairs are one hundred percent necessary. It’s a matter of being stuck with no vehicle for several days & no one is helpful which includes their so-called “customer relations”. To have a vehicle for 3 months with under 40k miles on it & for it to break down is just nuts.
To have to dish out this amount plus immediate loan payments is outrageous! I’ve taken care of the vehicle, I’ve not driven it without proper care, & 3 months is simply not long enough to say that this is normal. So beware when purchasing from them & read every single piece of information, run your own tsb checks on the vehicle & purchase additional coverage because if you look up Silver Rock warranty, you’ll see the horrible reviews & how they consistently deny claims. It’s disgusting, ridiculous & predatory. I’ve read that someone else recently was forced to hire an attorney so it seems that may be the path I’ll have to go down as well. This should not be legal.

A nightmare. The worst decision I ever made was going to DriveTime for a car. It has had mechanical issues from the beginning. First the key fob would not start the car after changing battery then O2 sensor and another sensor forgot the name of it. Then the alternator went out and now rpm is fluctuating and jerking like it is about to shut off. I’m not even driving it. I bought it for reliability and it has cause the most stress and with the amount of time I called off work because of these issue is adding to the financial burden. Over 600 months car note. I’m stress, I’m further in debt and feel trapped with no help from customer relations. All they keep doing is sending me to the shop. This company has ruined my life and everyone around sees my crisis but drive time. If you are looking for a reliable car please save your money and do not go here! Please 2017 Nissan Altima.

The experience was great. I wasn't there all day. I look at as many cars I wanted. Test drove more than one car. I Wasn't pressure into getting nothing didn't want. The representative did a good job. He was very well spoken and passionate about his job. He communicated with us good. You can tell that he knew what he was doing.

My wait time wasn’t long was able to make it back to work on time. Anthony was a very kind man. He treated me like he knew me before. I went through seven Vehicles till I picked out the one that I needed. I was there from opening at 11:00 and I left like 4:30 but I left there with a smile on my face and wasn't that depressed. Again I will always come back and refer my family Drive time.

Customer service was great upon purchasing the vehicle but once you get it and you run into problems with it you're on your own they act like you don't exist. Call, they put you on hold and never return. They just give you a complete run around and I will never go there again. Haven't had my vehicle 2wks, ran into problems with it and had to handle everything on my own with all the extra warranties they sold me. Totally pissed, and they don't do nothing they promise so don't fall for the okie doke. This company is HORRIBLE!! I take my 5 stars back and I give them a 0 HORRIBLE

West Indianapolis was fabulous, no West Chicago was very good as far as the dealerships & customer service. However, I did drive a long way to pick up my vehicle which stated they had heated seats and power seats and it does not have either. I have actually considered the second day switching into another vehicle so they do have options. I would just suggest to make sure that the features you’re looking for and if they’re listed are actually on that vehicle before you drive long distance since they cannot transfer inventory. The vehicle I just purchased also has very bad brakes on it so I have a brake job in my first week - That’s kind of disappointing.

When I purchased my vehicle, I kept tell the young man I had already spoken to someone. He wanted to help so I let him but I regretted it because he would not listen to what I was telling him. We did the same thing over and over again and it made the process much longer than it needed to be. I got done finally but it was a long process.

Their job is to sell cars if you need one. Great but make sure you look at the interest or you will be paying $40,000 for a $19,000 car. The people there were helpful and fast to get you in a car. Duane was very helpful and informative. Just be sure you can afford to get in it for the long run.

I finished my purchase. After a few hours the car broke down & I needed a tow truck. I had to have it towed to DriveTime in Owings Mills, MD. I was dissatisfied with the purchase & I got a refund the next day. I would not recommend DriveTime to anyone.

I had heard about DriveTime from online ads (on Hulu) and when the need arose to buy a vehicle, I decided to give them a try. I found a couple of cars that seemed about right that were parked at the Henrico, VA office. The experience was fantastic. I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner and my preferences and concerns were heard. I never felt any pressure to buy. I did find the right vehicle and Jason ** was amazing handling the transaction with our bank and insurance company. The customer service from Nathan and his supervisor is amazing. I wanted one thing I set my mind on but end up leaving with something better. Now what would have gotten the overall rating a 5 star if the car would have been detail to be clean and not sold dirty, and for the purchase they give you your first full tank for appreciation….
