I have never experienced such a fast process in buying a car. Ms. Aurelius ** was very kind and exceptional customer service skills. My son and I loved dealing with her. I had mentioned I loved Mickey Mouse. And guess what? She gave me a Mickey Mouse Folder to place all my paper work in. (That made everything an unforgettable experience.) Just know I will be back to buy another car next yr and I will definately be referring more customers her way. :-)

The young lady that helped me and my husband was very professional and helpful. I would recommend my whole family to buy a car from DriveTime. It didn't take that much time to get all the paperwork done. It was a very short time. Also, when driving the car, it was good.

Very easy to work with, no pressure, in and out within 1 hour! We were looking for a used truck. Trucks were very clean and well taken care of. And the application process was very easy. Would definitely recommend for buying a used car. Easy location to find.

My the truck was extremely easy and convenient to buy. But our truck broke down exactly 29days later! I have purchased a car from a tote the note and had no problems 5 years plus. This made us extremely dissatisfied. There's no way any car purchased should break down thirty days later. We have the warranty which we had to pay $150 to get it looked at buy their mobile mechanic. That then took five days. Then, after the truck was fixed, they wanted to charge us another 100 instead of refunding us our $50. Our deductible for that was $100 per the warranty. So 🤷♀️ it was the water pump, and it exploded in our driveway. No, Check engine lights, no overheating, no clue anything was going on until the truck broke down. Very suspicious. Anyway heed your warning or don't. Would never recommend to anyone else.

I had the misfortune of going to this store today to look at a car. The service was terrible. The salesperson asked for my driver's license, and since I just moved to Charlotte, my license is still from another state. He kept questioning why I have a driver's license from another state. He called me illegal without knowing my immigration status. I don't recommend this store to anyone. I was very embarrassed and embarrassed. I feel relieved that I didn't buy the car there. The salesperson's name is Jordan Watts. It was the first and last time I went into this store.

Wasted my time, I gave them real time bank statements from my bank and cashapp, cashapp report to the IRS just like all other banks and they told me they couldn’t take my statements from cashapp. I had proof of income no matter what, never again to DriveTime… bad business.

Nathan and Crystal went above and beyond to make sure I could get my car the same day with little money down. They explained everything I had no questions and was impressed they went through the car with me before I left to let me know all the features. Quin was very helpful! I got an SUV about 2 1/2 years ago under a lease/purchase agreement. The lease was up in August. A little over a year ago, my husband died and left me with creditors to pay off and my credit score fell dramatically. Even though I am now making almost twice the income, the credit score is the determining factor for the majority of financial institutions. I stepped into Drive Time on Monday. Quin and I did some of the initial paperwork then and a lot of it via email and text messages the next day. My previous SUV was a 2023 Cadillac XT4. I was able to drive home in a 2024 Chevy Equinox on Wednesday with a very low down payment and monthly payments $50 less than the Cadillac! I am thrilled! It drives great. I can already tell it gets good gas mileage. The A/C is cold! I love my new ride!!! Thank you Quin for your help and diligence in getting me the SUV I needed!!

I had reserved an appointment to look at a vehicle. I showed up at the correct time. From there, everything went down really fast. I wanted to reserve and place a deposit on the vehicle and was told no, that it is first-come first-served. So we went home to get the needed paperwork to apply for the loan and when we returned, someone else had purchased the vehicle. Say NO to their high-pressure sales tactics. They do not care about you, the customer. When I asked for a supervisor's phone number, I called it when I got home and it was the Richmond DMV office. Horrible.

I went through three cars and stuck with my third one giving me a Carfax statement that says they haven't been in a wreck and two of the three had been in a wreck that I was sure of selling me a car with that needs brake jobs, two of them, the one I'm in is definitely been in a wreck, where the Carfax says it was not. Not very satisfied with the process and they're charging you a hell of an interest rate for junk cars.

I had a wonderful experience at DriveTime. My salesman was not pushy at all, did not talk down to me because I am a female. He answered all of my questions, helped me to get financing, and it was a wonderful experience. I had gone to another car lot just before, it was very sketchy and they wanted a large down payment and bi-weekly payments that ended up equalling more than the deal I got at DriveTime!!! The Manager will not be honest. He lied about the radio and didn't tell me about a bad tire. Never do business at this place. They get the car back today and I will never buy from here. I should have leaned my lesson about places like this.

I had a 10 am appointment. I arrived 5 mins early. I waited around for 4 hours while they helped everyone besides the one with the appointment. I received no info on car until it was time to sign the contract. I was running late on picking up my kids from school. I had no time to come back there for a 4th time, so I had no choice but to sign contract due to me needing a vehicle and no more time for questions or to check out lower monthly payment price. Very unsatisfied.

I would say that my experience at DriveTime Savannah was a good experience not like other dealerships. Even though our sales guy was handling multiple people at one time, I must say he did a great job. Staff was friendly and efficient. Thoroughly explained my options, and the process. Gave me a good deal. Got me approved and added great warranty for 3 years and limited for five years. Then when went outside to drive away in my new car, surprised us with a big green ribbon on the hood, and took pictures. Had a great experience here.

Things were not pointed out on the car. Like a cracked front bumper an almost empty fuel tank no floor mats to mention a few things. The sales paperwork went smoothly but I'm still not happy to a point where I will recommend others to you. A follow-up about my purchase would have been nice too.

I purchased a truck from here years ago. A Dodge truck to be specific, single cab. So after getting home with the truck for some reason it hit me to look up the Kelly blue value of the truck I purchased for $16,000 to only find out the value of this truck was around $6,000. On top of that after financing I was paying over $20,000 for a truck worth $6,000. Man was I screwed big time. This truck was basic everything with no power options, if you wanted to roll the windows down, you had to roll them down manually. Basic AM FM radio only. No power locks, etc...
And also it was sold to me as never being wrecked but later I found one front quarter panel had bondo work done on it and you could see it if the sunlight hits it just right. Before you purchase a car here, please look up the blue book value of the vehicle they are selling so you don't pay $10,000 over the value of the car. Be careful people. Someone is getting very rich off people that don't know and need a car fast because of a hardship. That's my experience with Drive time and I would purchase another vehicle from them.

Very simple process. I just wished the monthly payment on the website matched the payment at the dealership. What gets you is the fees and warranty. Site isn’t too clear on that part. Other than that, good overall. Car is well maintained. Almost like new.

I had a very long process with DriveTime. From going out to another state to get my car just for it to not be ready then going to another state to get a car. Then when I left the car’s transmission is faulty. They say they inspect the cars but my car had 3 recalls prior to me purchasing the car and they were never fixed so I have to do it!

Had no appointment - showed up early before opening hour. Had enough time to walk around the lot to see all vehicles - selected vehicle - business opened up (9:am) - was the first customer - drove out with vehicle close to 4:pm - was there 6 / 7 hours - that is much too long to make a purchase. I am the co-pay with a credit score of 801 also a homeowner with the house valued at over 300k. I also have a active 401 retirement plan, only water was offered in the beginning, although the establishment has a vending machine for snacks. I personally do not eat from vending machines. A true meal was needed by the fifth hour. I felt like we were being checked if we were illegal aliens.
The time spent in a dealership can vary between customers but we strive to provide a quick and streamlined car-buying process for all customers. DriveTime’s vehicle inspections cannot be trusted—hidden damage only shows up after the short return window expires. They sold us a car with undisclosed structural issues, then ignored every attempt to resolve it. Add in their arbitration-only contracts that block you from court, and it’s clear: this company profits by trapping customers, not helping them.

I stopped by on last Wednesday the test drive a 2020 Nissan rogue and immediately I fell in love with it. I bought a car from DriveTime I had been looking at them for a while, I paid an additional 3700 for a warranty and glad I did. I have had this car for 12 days now and the last week or so experiencing transmission issues. The car stalled while I was on the freeway, engine light came on it then when finally getting it to drive it proceeded to accelerate.
I took this car to a shop twice that was recommended by the warranty company. Finally the shop ran the codes and I had send it to a transmission shop my warranty company recommended. Not only did this cost me for the car then I had to rent a car at my expense and go miles and miles from where I live. Called customer service and the dealership they were no help. They only provide you 5 days to return the car. They should at least give you 10. I have to say they knew about this had not checked this car out so if you decide to go this route spend the 100 dollars and have the car checked out, they don't care, just want to make the sale that's all.

Mike, Hayden and "T" were amazing! "T" (I didn't get her real name) started me off by introducing me to my new vehicle. Hayden helped her with the paperwork. The next two days I contemplated and on day two, decided to bite the bullet. I called DriveTime and spoke to Hayden and said, "Start the paperwork. I'll take it! And I'd like to have this done in a few hours, so I don't miss any more work than I have to." Hayden had all the papers that I could sign online sent to my email and I continued to work while he worked the papers for me. I left my employment at 2:00 and showed back up at 4:00 with my new vehicle!!!

My sister recommended that I call Drivetime. I honestly dragged my feet for about 2 weeks before I went to Drivetime in Plymouth Meeting. I had a few challenges and, frankly, was unsure if I was ready to do this. Upon my arrival, Tahlia greeted me with a welcoming and a professional demeanor. Their so called 30 day 1500 mile warranty is a lie. They don’t honor it. They put sealant in the car to make it run for a while and repainted it to hide an accident. When you talk to them about it they are rude and arrogant.

I bought a car from you guys. It's real good. I even went on a mini trip to Dallas came back everything was fine. Woke up the next morning The light is on check in your light. Went to Pep Boys they said it was a knock sensor. Monday morning to get the Midas then The motor is no good. That made me sad. 3 days later I receive a call from customer service saying that they apologize and I can go and find a new car or another car. I found a new car so far it's okay. Everything's is working fine. But I'm so terrified. I just put 5 or 10 dollars in it. I'm scared to fill it up cause this one may break down too but I'm going to be positive and take it one day at a time.

First off, everyone I worked with was 5 stars. I went online and got approved for a truck. I was told it was at the FT Worth store. I drove 1hr just to find out it wasn't there. By the time I got a final approval. The truck I wanted was sold. I had 1 truck to choose from and had to drive another hrs to get it. I bought the truck, but I am not happy with it. They should have held the truck I was originally approved for. Austin and everyone was great. Communication and everything else, I'm wasn't real happy with.

Bought a 2018 Ford Eco sport from Salt Lake City dealership. The car lasted 7 day before it broke down. Working with Silver rock. The turbo went out. 2 shops later it was supposedly fixed. Driving home after 2 weeks of waiting, the car did the same thing and broke down. Warranty company is horrible. Requests are blown off from customers. Wanted to return car for a different one. Was denied. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!

The sales person was friendly, however I test drove 7 cars & they all had issues. I finally settle on a car & thank God I got the warranty because transmission went out in less than 24 hrs & warranty don’t cover tow for more than $75 reimbursement. Tow was $180. Very disappointed in Drive time.

Do not buy from this place. The vehicles they have are worthless. They have issues that they will not tell you about when you buy it. They will not fix anything. They consider everything cosmetic so they don't have to repair it. Radio mounts are considered cosmetic and crash bars that have things mounted to that are needed is cosmetic.

I got a car from them around 2 to 3 weeks ago. It's already broke down. My first payment is not even due yet. I would suggest to take a mechanic with you. They are a rip off. I would not buy from them again. When you contact them it's a runaround. You call them and they give you a number to call but they can't help. Then another number and another number. But no one can help. They aren't worth the money or your time. They may have a good rating because they are not showing the bad and it says that on their website. I have to give one star because there's not a star for zero.

I bought a car yesterday from Drivetime on Decatur. The experience was nice and easy. I went to get it inspected and it won’t pass due to the tires being bad. Drivetime nor Silver rock will approve new tires. I have to come out of pocket to put new tires on my NEW suv. This is horrible customer service. I am very upset. I will not recommend them to any one I know. 😡

Well on Thursday I bought a 2017 Santa fe. It died of less than 50 miles so I paid more money to have it $179.80 on Friday. I then picked up a different vehicle on Saturday and it literally didn't make out the lot. I was told it was a battery issues. And on the way to work it cut off. Because the battery cables weren't secure and the positive lead was loose. So I reattach the cable but the battery died and I missed a Day of work.

The actual vehicle is great and the buying experience was fine except that I was lied to. I was basically forced to get the gap, GPS theft protection, and extended warranty coverage. I asked the salesperson if I changed my mind about those coverages, would my payment go to what I was showed it would be without the coverages (which when I said I wanted to do to begin with he went into a long explanation of why I needed it) and I was told yes, it would. However, when I tried to call and cancel them, I was told that my payments would not be reduced. I only accepted those coverages so I could move the purchase forward with the intention of cancelling because I was told I could and my payment would lower.

DriveTime of Greystone Blvd Sold me a lemon!!!! I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul in November 2024 with a down payment of $1,800. I drove the car less than 1000 miles and it was less than a month later from the purchase date when engine light came on and the transmission died (I'm a very conservative driver). After the transmission was replaced twice by two different transmissions, the check engine light came back on a week after the transmission was repaired. I contacted Drivetime. They took no responsibility for selling me a car I now can't afford as a result of the multiple issues with the car. I need a reliable vehicle!!
This car literally put me completely down while driving it twice!!! I need to get to my medical appointments!!! This undependable car put me in situations that could've landed me in the hospital or even worse. I'm on oxygen 24/7 and this car left me stranded!!! Do you know how scary that is!! A portable oxygen tank is powered through the car while driving. What if my oxygen tank would have died while being stranded in the interstate out in this hellacious heat?! This company put my LIFE at risk!!! This is the only transportation I have. And I'm at a $1800+ loss. I am highly disappointed and upset!! They treated me like I was the one that was suckered into a trusted purchase from them! I have not been treated fairly or with any kind of concern for the lemon they sold me!!!!

Our salesperson wasn't really helpful with making car selections. I felt that I was rushed and while I was interested in other vehicles. So I just went with what I thought was convenient. Also I noticed at the end when signing the contract that the APR is very high. That was a disappointment.

Car has a crack motor, left us stranded. Was not detected during inspection. 😔 Need new car, was stuck for 10 hrs on side road. No water, no help, was a nightmare. The service was good, few things I didn't like is that you feel on rush for everything, once you look at cars the first one you test drive they want you to basically buy it even if you have a few more options, the other thing I really didn't like is that once you buy a car they give it to you dirty, they don't clean the cars at all. Not even vacuum, I asked if it could get a wash they said. They don't have anybody to do details on cars, the gas on the car empty with 30 miles left to go, that's the only things I didn't like. Other than that there is a lot of good cars and they give a lot of options according to your credit as well, only if the issues I had could be fixed it could be a 5 stars rating.

I bought a car in Ohio, I have my permanent residence in TN. I told them I have a place in Ohio that I stay one week a month. They put that on all my paperwork when I told them my primary residence is TN. I'm having a hard time getting my car registered in TN because they registered it in Ohio. My temp tags expire prior to being back in Ohio. Now I'm stuck with a car and I can't drive it unless I risk getting fined for an expired tag. It's the worst experience since buying a car I have ever had.

Man we finance a 2018 Camry for 600 a month. What I'm undertaking the car was wrecked before over spray all over just took to shop 157000 miles. They wanted 3000 for ac. They would not help. Same day they picked up 6 other codes wrong with the car. Don't know what all that is yet. Our warranty isn't done till 169000. Still won't do anything. After saying after a year you could trade it's been 18 month and on time every time. They were very rude in Gaston. Didn't even acknowledge we were there. Honestly racist and didn't want. This is still on going and am working beside with channel 9. We were OK also with losing 10 grand. We already paid and start fresh just to have a car that wasn't a LEMON. Thank you. I bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from Drivetime in February of 2025. The first month and 3/4 were good. Then the problems started. Just before we made our second payment the car stalled on my way home from work. I called Drivetime and they asked me if I bought their extended warranty. Mind you when I bought the car the salesman said I was actually purchasing the car in its last year of extended warranty and that it was transferable. I asked about their extended warranty and the salesman told me that I would have to come up with another $2500.00 as they will not add the extended warranty to the financing which by the way has an extremely high interest rate.
Well I fixed that issue myself and now I am in month 4 and the car's engine seized and now I have a new paperweight in my driveway that cost my wife and I about $650.00/mo. for the next 8 years. If you decide to buy a car here ask how much time you have to drive it before you can't. This place is crooked, overpriced and unwilling to stand behind their product they are selling. They take advantage of people with low credit scores. AVOID DRIVETIME AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I tried signing up. Was said I had to go in to take documents for verification. I took them in and said I had to wait 7 days. After the 7 days was said I had to come in again to bring documents for verification when I had done that twice. I stay a hour from the closest Drive Time and having to get a Uber back and forth was not working. I had already been there twice and was asked to come in a third time to do the same thing. I just had my account deactivated. Just too much of a lengthy process for nothing. How many times do you have to verify that you are you? Smmfh! I pass!

My experience with DriveTime was mediocre at best. At first glance, this company seemed to be all the hype that the commercials suggested, but upon further examination, this company is just a shell company for a financial institution. After they sale you the car, they have no other dealings with you. You have to go online to a contracted warranty company that is paid for by you because of being included in the total purchase price which you are not aware of at the time of sale. They also tack on other things without your knowledge like LoJack, which I had no idea that I was purchasing until reading the fine print on my contract. They show you a video about the products being offered, but offered is the magic word here. They didn’t give me the option to turn it down. They didn’t give me the option of finding my on warranty company. Everything was already in my contract without my knowledge.
Being that these products would be useful to me in the future, I let it go. However, 3 days after purchasing the vehicle, there were things that needed to be done to the vehicle that were simple things that should have been covered by the warranty that I purchased but was not! They couldn’t even tell me weather the oil had been changed or not. The lights (dims) on the vehicle were almost nonexistent and the brights were dim. So dim that if going down a dark road, you would easily run off the road because of lack of visibility!
When I called DriveTime about this matter only having the car for 3 days, they gave me the runaround. Now, I read my contract thoroughly and it said that I had 5 days to decide whether I wanted to keep the vehicle or not. Well, my decision would have been based on the service I received from the small problem I was having with the vehicle and how it was handled. Well, these people are smart, my vehicle was in their referred shop for 2 days only to tell me that there was nothing they could do. In the meantime, my 5 days to return the car is over! 1 day over the 5th day.
When I asked them what would be the procedure then for returning the car if I didn’t want it. Their response was that I could do a voluntary return and would not be able to get my down payment back! How unfair that is. I bought that vehicle in good faith that I would be treated with the utmost respect, but instead. I was cheated out of my money, my rights, and my dignity for allowing me to believe in a company that was too good to be true. Remember people, when you see those commercials about what you see is the price you pay, don’t believe the hype unless you’re really desperate for a car and don’t care about your car or your money!

Do not buy from buy from this shit hole dump dealership. Brought a 2018 Chevy Equinox transmission slipping and they expect me to pay for a 20k truck. Not happening. They knew This. I told them the truck not driving right so now I have to drive in a truck with issues and I wouldn’t put it past. It was a flooded truck. Drive time sucks. Go somewhere else. They had to pay over $8 million dollars in harassment and reporting incorrect balances.

My experience went great while in the office. Test drive went well. Was told, "See you in 10 mins.," and test drive went fine. However by the time I got home (and came straight home from dealership) 29 miles I had lost 3 hubcaps and my check engine light came on. It’s only a 3 cylinder so I stayed in right lane most of time. I need this resolved please. Just went to take pictures of hubcaps missing and now it’s all 4. I work 2.25 miles from home in a 25mph zone. Not foolish driving here.

The day I purchased the vehicle my engine light came on. I have taken it to the repair shop that SilverRock recommended and the issue was not fixed. I was finally sent to dealership and now I have to pay out of pocket for a diagnostic as Silver Rock cannot guarantee they will pay for the Service. No one should have to deal with this after just buying a vehicle. I have wasted too much time and money trying to fix a vehicle I just purchased. I'm a very unhappy customer.

Well, they are very nice people and do whatever it takes to make a deal, HOWEVER, they do this regardless of interest rates, slowed our payments, but what bothered me the most is they will tell you, no matter what they make sure the vehicle is right to start out. Couldn't be a bigger lie. We bought a car and immediately I had to change all brake rotors and brakes. This was a major inconvenience when leaving on vacation the week we purchased. Not trustworthy, I'm what is told to a customer. Very deceitful!!

It just seemed odd that this one vehicle that I wanted was the one that did not have admission done on it. Drivetime sells and finances under Bridgecrest, and sells warranties under SilverRock. All three companies fall under the same umbrella. So, buy a bad car, bad warranty, and bad auto loan all with the same place. Threats under the same umbrella, with no resolutions. Past 7 months, no car as in for warranty repair, paid all payments during 7 months, still no car, no resolution, and now, no end in sight. Credit threatened, employees all taught to lie and threaten as well. Do not do it. My regret runs so deep.

I finally had the car I've always wanted, it was perfect. All the features I wanted, the size I needed for my family, AND it was a beautiful, bright red. Unfortunately, it was not meant to be. 30 days after my purchase, while on my way to the grocery store, someone hit me. Listen, I don't have a lot of money, I was pushing it with the new car, but I really worked hard and wanted it. I knew this process of totaling out my new baby and getting the loan (of which I have yet to even make my first payment) paid off.
The dealership where she came from said they could not finance me for another vehicle, even a stripped-down version, until the first one was cleared. DriveTime came to my rescue, not only approving me, but helping me navigate the whole process. My salesman, Chris was kind and knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and attentive. I bought a vehicle there 2 and a half years ago. The staff were nice and polite, but make sure you understand that you will be paying a lot of money for several years for a car that is far from worth it. The interest rate will be very high. Like many of the reviews say, it was very easy to purchase a vehicle. The fact that is so easy will most definitely keep you from focusing on how long it will take to pay this vehicle. My husband and I purchased a Jeep Cherokee latitude May 19, 2025. Drive it one day and the next day the engine light came on. Mind you, I am at this time out of town and my husband take it to Pep Boys and they said return the car but we have to wait for me to return (another story). When I return and we return the car May 27, and now we get a Hyundai Santa Fe sport nice. My husband drives it to work on the way home, it overheats now back to Pep Boys. They fix the car so we go on with the week, only for the 7 days to past and here we are June 6 and the engine light is on. Thank God for the 30-day dealership warranty and the extended warranty. With that being said, I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM DRIVETIME. THEY are a big company selling lemons 🍋. WORST experience ever. I don't recommend DRIVETIME. They need to take the commercial off TV.😡🤬

Honestly, the transaction was easy and understandable. My agent (and his associates) were accommodating and knowledgeable. Everything was up-front, and my agent stayed past closing to get me the right vehicle as my initial choice proved to be unattainable due to circumstances beyond (our) control. Worth missing the ball game for (lol). I love my new car and will recommend Drive Time!

Good evening. Overall outstanding job. Customer service the greetings no problem. But the SUV was not clean well. It got dog hair everywhere. And it miss the rugs front to back and the jack to lift the car and the tools. But other than that the suv is nice. Thanks for everything and I will see you guys soon for any updates or feedback. I had a good experience with my salesperson, but the next day I get a message showing up saying that it needs service, it’s overdue; today it says it’s overdue by eight days. I don’t know if I need to bring it back or if I need to call the extended warranty people; in my opinion, the vehicle should not have left the lot with this message showing up! This is a real inconvenience already.

Jonas was great. He explained everything to me so that I could understand. The only issue is when I left something started hanging from the bottom of the car and making a loud noise when you press the brakes. Jonas told me I could bring the car back. Hopefully DriveTime will fix the car as I have only had it since Saturday.

We were able to purchase a beautiful used car from the dealership. We were welcomed from the time we entered, test drive the car and returned. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here. Got car, they say 200+ inspection, drove off lot, 2 days later, ac started blowing hot air then engine light came on. Took it to Pep Boys on warranty, kept it week for ac, they put a new gas cap on it and ac still blows hot air. Told them, "Well, the techs cleared the code."

The car had a bad battery. They switch with another car's battery and we have had it 9 months and nothing but mechanical problems a whole lot of tape use to rig things up under the hood. It was just expensive and non dependable and they charge too much for a monthly payment for those raggly cars.

Came in expecting a horrible car-buying experience. But surprisingly, it was the easiest and best car buying experience ever. John was helping us and he made it easy and amazing. Excellent customer device from start to finish. The vehicle I wanted was 3.5 hours away and I was able to do most the paperwork and confirm terms and approvals at my local dealership then reserve the vehicle. Upon arrival to pick up my suv they went over step with a fine tooth comb and performed an inspection and sign off with me, completed all paperwork, answered all questions fantastically. Would definitely recommend, as a manager of fact I already did refer my wife to buy here when she buys a second work for work travels.

I wouldn’t recommend DriveTime to anyone who wants a reliable car. Didn’t have my car a year, gave me nothing but trouble. First transmission went out, oil leaks everywhere, even in turbo line. The price I need to fix the car was more than how much I owe on the car. They wouldn’t let me trade in cause not had it a year. Their warranty they sold me paid for new transmission just to get back and pouring transmission fluid out of it SilverRock nor the shop would take responsibility in fixing it.
