Josh was pleasant and easy to work with! I originally was working with a different location and the experience was definitely memorable but not in a good way. Will continue to use the Antioch location even though it is further for me to drive to. Josh had me out within 2 hours.

I had a really good experience getting my Chevrolet Equinox from DriveTime. The process was smooth from start to finish — no pressure, no hidden surprises. The staff was professional and made sure I understood everything before signing. My Equinox runs great, looks clean, and was priced fairly. I also liked how simple the financing process was compared to other dealerships I’ve dealt with. Overall, I’d definitely recommend DriveTime to anyone looking for a reliable car without all the dealership headaches.

I recently purchased a vehicle and had it for 18 days. As I was driving every light in the vehicle came on from the dashboard. I contact the DriveTime and they told me to contact Silver rock, which is the warranty company who advised me to send it to AAMCO Transmissions. Silver Rock later denied my claim and blame it on outside influence, which isn’t stated in the things that are not warranted even when AAMCO disputed that the damage was not done by outside influence. This is a complete scam. Do not use drive time.

The sales person was great! Very low pressure and informative. Can use more people on the weekend. I had to leave and reschedule for a weekday because of the wait. Sales person was on point and great for the next visit. Guess they had a lot of walk ins.

I had such an easy and fast experience with John! He made finding the right car for me such a great experience. I’m very picky and indecisive but he was so patient and gave me so many different options until I found the right one for me. The paperwork and everything after was all so simple. I would definitely recommend DriveRime to anyone looking for a car and I would definitely recommend John ** down in Lakewood!

Had a good experience. Employees were all helpful. Made the decision a easy one to make. Also gave us a couple of test drives to make sure we was happy with are choose. Will definitely use again when I get ready to upgrade in about 3 or 4 years when I have built my credit up.

Purchasing a car is no small move. But visiting Drive Time and working with Anthony ** made the whole experience great! Questions? Answered. Comfortability? Don’t do it unless you really know what you are getting yourself into! At first everything seems so good to be true then before you know you are leaving with a vehicle! Dealership don’t pressure you but if you don’t know much about the buying process of a car don’t do it or go alone! Their interest rate is very very high. Not worth it when you end up getting a car that you may not really see yourself driving and end up paying the interest rate of over 30%. It’s like you will never really pay for that car just a bunch of wasted money and you will be paying forever! Remember just because some things sound good doesn’t mean it will end good for you in the long run! Get yourself something you really desire even if it will cost you but not like this! And always look at your options/reviews and cause getting yourself out of this will cost you! Also they go with a bank called bridge crest very bad bank in terms of loans, interest and so on! Don’t buy here!

I am very thankful for steve and Ross at the Pensacola location. I came in Friday and told them what I was going through. We had been to 6 dealerships prior to coming to them. Steve greeted me very positively and politely when I first got to the store after telling him our situation. He proceeded to tell me he knows he can get us out the door before they close with a vehicle. After getting our appraisal on our truck we were trying to trade in. Me and my partner came back to the store around 6:30 pm and was greeted with Ross to help us with car options. He made it very easy and made sure we understood everything. We ended up walking out with a 19 Santa Fe and couldn’t be any happier. I will be dealing with y’all from now on and will be sending anyone looking for a vehicle y’all’s way. Was happy with end result but felt like I was bait and switched. Had been in 6 days earlier and had done paperwork on different truck and instead of holding it for 7 days as I was told it was sold. So I ended up with a different truck. I'm happy with it but it is a step down from the original one that I was trying to purchase.

This has been the worst experience ever. The first car I had to return because something was wrong after a couple of days. I traded that car for a car that needed wipers they wouldn't replace and now the bumper is coming off. When you buy a car you shouldn't have small issues. That makes me think what major issues does this car have that they haven't and not willing to fix.

Sorry for the late response. I am extremely pleased with the entire service that Nickola ** provided to me on 11/26/2025. While in Temple; she showed me many parts of the 2022 Toyota Corolla letting me know that they were working properly. She helped process my paperwork; she helped obtain my metal license plates; and she also helped me contact my lien holder to start my car payments via auto-payments.
Ms. ** does her job very well and she didn't hesitate to answer any questions. She made me feel comfortable and she provided excellent service during the entire car sell. I couldn’t write a well enough post for this company. I walked in after viewings a large selection of vehicles on the website. I arrived greeted with smiles and friendly help. The process was seamless and super helpful staff in all areas not competing with each other but helping hands everywhere. I test drove and was blown away. Newer, low, I mean super low miles, full size suv. I was so impressed with that vehicle I was ready to make it mine and it happened thanks to amazing staff and easy website and process. And to top it off my mom was out shopping with us that day and she took a new Honda home as well And she couldn’t be more excited and happy about Drive Time.

Well, I’ll probably never buy a car from you again and I definitely will not recommend anybody purchase a car from you. The staff was friendly. The staff did their job. The cars were dirty and thousands of dollars of extra charges were added to my car without being explained to me. This is not good. I’m actually quite pissed off because I asked about the low Jack and told him I did not want it. He said it was part of the package and then I looked later on and there’s a huge charge for it. You guys add it so many hidden fees without explaining it I thought there was laws against that, but anyways never never again.

Our family's experience was amazing! Sabrina, Sherrod, Brandon and Israel were great! They made us feel like family! Every thing was explained in full detail. My blood sugar dropped while I was there, and I needed sweets. Everyone was offering me assistance with snacks and I recovered quickly. Hopefully, this review does bring about a solid change. I purchased a vehicle in Lewisville. Purchase experience was exceptional. The vehicle was not. I drive that vehicle to Austin and got a different vehicle. The person that changed the oil didn’t screw the drain plug in correctly, so the car was leaking oil. No floor mats came with the vehicle. No spare tire. Sun roof doesn’t close correctly. I have to get that fixed. Noticed this was a problem when I was inside a car wash. Headliner is stained (ruined). Had no idea the sun roof has an issue. I know when you purchase used cars they will come with issues. This just surpassed my understanding.

Drive Time makes it easy to buy a car and have the financing. I am so happy that I went to Drive Time the first time and then again for my second vehicle. I purchased the car that I wanted, but I wasn't sure if it was affordable for me and I was given options. I got a very nice car and it's almost a new vehicle. This car is a year old and had very low mileage. My trade-in was eleven years old and still running good and I never had a problem with it. I trusted them for a dependable car. Drive Time gave me a better deal than I could have gotten at another dealership. My credit score is not good, and Drive Time takes other things into consideration. I am very pleased with my decision.

The worst experience I've ever in my life seen! This has been one big lie from the day I set foot on the lot. The sales clown went as far as lying on me in my face to his manager, that right there is where I had to draw the line, it took all I had not to go beyond verbal. That had to be one of the most ignorant, dumbest s.o.b I've ever encountered. Now my bestfriend is considering filing a suit them and a civil suit against the lying ass clown. Mr. Garcia is not going to be pleased especially with all the other lawsuits already in progress.

Very friendly and excellent customer service. Really like the idea that you can negotiate your down payment and car payment. When you make it affordable to purchase a vehicle, it's easier to make your payment and not lose it. Love my new car and really excited that it's cheaper on gas. I'm actually disappointed, I was so happy and excited to get my Jeep. I didn’t even drive it for 2 days and check engine light came on, I had a hard time finding a place to that Will take the warranty. There was a hose that was taped. My batteries was installed incorrectly that I had to pay for! They paid 800. I had to pay 530$ not even a week after getting the car Just to have the car back. But guess what? I started the car and my lights are back on. I have only driven 150 miles since I got it back. I used all my money for a down payment. I used my money for bills and groceries. To fix a car I didn’t even have for a week.

I'm not even giving these morons a chance. I went to the site and was trying to get a better deal and it asked me to link my bank account. I didn't want to do that so I backed out. They blew my phone up all day! I had to block them even after telling them I wasn't interested please take me off their list they kept trying to call.

I made my second car purchase from Drivetime. This time my sales guy was Kee at the Morrow. Kee was very patient and helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a great car and reviewed the car features step by step. I came late evening after work, but he was upbeat and didn't make me feel like I needed to hurry to make a decision. In fact, everyone was very polite and helpful. I appreciate Drivetime making the process pleasant and easy.

Please do not do it! Please click on lower reviews, and you will see numerous reviews on the GM Nicole at this location. Firstly, when I first entered Drive Time, Newport News, Nicole was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I sat in the waiting area with some nice other woman. When a woman asked me if the lady upfront was rude to me? As they stated that she was rude to them. I observed Nicole, as I sat, and she had her picking of whom she chose to be rude too. I did not purchase a vehicle that night. A couple of days later, the assistant manager, Selina Call me to ask about my experience. Explain what happens with my experience and she invited me back in. I worked with the salesman Mike, who was completely awesome. Mike and Selina assisted me with parting a vehicle that I would need to pick up from Richmond, Virginia.
A few days later, I decided to check in to see if there was a vehicle closer to my location before I drove to Richmond for the purchase. Nicole picked up the phone. She was very rude, condescending, and passive aggressive. She said that I would need to come in just to ask simple questions. I eventually asked for the human resources number and she gave me all digits but one. I had to call the Norfolk Chesapeake location to get the correct number. I will tell you the GM in the sales reps. There were also awesome. They answered all of the simple questions that I had. I ended up speaking with the Richmond location prior to picking up my vehicle on a Saturday. I will tell you, Lucy and Brandon were awesome at that location. I did not have any bad experience with any sales reps at all. However, the vehicle that I purchased was a lemon.
The vehicle did not make it the hour and a half drive back home. It was undrivable and I was stuck with my toddler. I cannot reach anyone for that Saturday and until Monday. I do not blame the sales reps as if they do not handle the condition of the vehicle. Monday morning I did call customer Relations back as that how I already been my second call, because I had already caught complaining about Nicole. I had to have a vehicle towed myself to the closest dealership, which was the Newport News location. The GM Nicole has no sympathy or empathy at all. I was extremely upset because I have just given down payment, drove to Richmond on my day off, and a card did not make it back. I was gonna look into another vehicle at the Norfolk Chesapeake location however I decided not to give Drive Time any more of my money. Also, with Nicole, being in the face of that location made find another vehicle even more tasteless.
I recall the loan and requested my down payment back. I did explain to her that that vehicle was a lemon and she is lucky no one has sued them. I decided to have every conversation through customer relations. Nicole has full customer relations multiple times that my down payment check will be coming to the store itself. As of yesterday they followed up with her again and they sent it to my address without an apartment number. As of right now is very possible for the check to be out in limbo. She has lived multiple times. The guys in the location are awesome. Mike and Joseph. I am positive. Their selves are affected by Nicole’s Customer Service.
The energy in the branch is completely different with Nicole not be in there. As awesome as the guys are. I do not recommend this location at all. Also, I do not recommend a vehicle. I will also like to give kudos to Bobby and Ryan from customer relations who helped assist me through this horrible circumstance. Please read other reviews about Nicole. I’m not a fan of anyone losing their job. However, she should not be working for Drive Time.

No option for 0 stars. I was told about prior wreck damage after the lease was signed. It was spoken of lightly. After closer inspection, prior damage was significant. 8 months after purchase had to get a new engine (warranty only allowed used engine). A few months after that, I had to buy a new battery (1 year after purchase). Currently dealing with possible wiring issues. Vehicle cuts off at any time, rarely starts on 1st attempt. (This is the 2nd attempt to fix this issue) 😡 This company uses predatory practices & needs to be investigated. Can’t get out of this high interest contract. Additions don’t work (i e, vehicle location). Customer service is horrible and deceptive.

I bought a car in March and had to return it because the window stopped working and wouldn’t go all the way up. They told me it wasn’t covered under warranty. Now, 7 months later, the brand new battery they installed before the test drive is dead, and they’re saying it’s not covered under anything.

In all my years of buying cars, this was indeed my best experience. Purchasing a car should be a fun experience, but many dealerships take away the excitement leaving you wondering if you will even be able to afford the car you want to drive. With DriveTime I received a large amount of keys, and was told to go pick your vehicle. No salesperson following you, you are given the opportunity to really enjoy the experience. I found a car, and to my surprise within an hour or two I was on my way home with my new vehicle. Very pleasant staff, very affordable prices and when they say to “Pick your down payment “ that’s what they mean. I have found a dealership that I will be dealing with from now on, thank you!!

This place sells shitty cars. I've only had my car for 7 months. My brakes, rotors and struts, tires are terrible. There is no way I did this. I barely drive it. Just to work and back. Now I'm out $2300.

We looked at 2 vehicles before we found the one we wanted. The first smelled like cigarettes and dog. The second had serious transmission issues. I'm not sure they clean their vehicles or inspect and maintenance them like they should. After getting our vehicle home we noticed a noise when we turn left and sometimes it turns over a few times before it starts. I'm going to have to call and set up an appointment to have it looked at. I understand now, why the sales lady was trying to shove the $4000 warranty down our throats. I wouldn't choose DriveTime again.

The dealership was understaffed due to unforeseen circumstances and James and Nia were absolutely perfect!!!I was amazed how they handled a Saturday afternoon with just the two of them. I was under the impression that I was buying a $24,000. Vehicle turns out I’m paying double that price for a car that is not worth $21,000. When I called to discuss the misunderstanding I was automatically directed to Bridgecrest financing and was told there’s nothing they can do.

I was happy with the service and it was an easy purchase. I live 2hrs away and the thing I did not like especially since this is my 2nd car I've bought is that I was told the car went through a thorough inspection and when I took it to a mechanic I was told the CV joint on the driver's side needs to be replaced because it was knocking when I make a very sharp turn. I feel like this should have been repaired prior to my purchase and there is no way it went unnoticed if an inspection was actually done correctly.

Looked and got 2 cars. Both had engine problems. 3rd car worked and had no problem. Was disappointed with have to return for the 3rd time. The first car had to be taken to the shop. Where told me the engine was about to go. And the second car had black sot and smoke coming out of the tale pipe. They took them back and told me if the 3rd car could not be returned. But it seemed to work fine and we had no problems.

My the truck was extremely easy and convenient to buy. But our truck broke down exactly 29days later! I have purchased a car from a tote the note and had no problems 5 years plus. This made us extremely dissatisfied. There's no way any car purchased should break down thirty days later. We have the warranty which we had to pay $150 to get it looked at buy their mobile mechanic. That then took five days. Then, after the truck was fixed, they wanted to charge us another 100 instead of refunding us our $50. Our deductible for that was $100 per the warranty. So 🤷♀️ it was the water pump, and it exploded in our driveway. No, Check engine lights, no overheating, no clue anything was going on until the truck broke down. Very suspicious. Anyway heed your warning or don't. Would never recommend to anyone else.

I had the misfortune of going to this store today to look at a car. The service was terrible. The salesperson asked for my driver's license, and since I just moved to Charlotte, my license is still from another state. He kept questioning why I have a driver's license from another state. He called me illegal without knowing my immigration status. I don't recommend this store to anyone. I was very embarrassed and embarrassed. I feel relieved that I didn't buy the car there. The salesperson's name is Jordan Watts. It was the first and last time I went into this store.

Wasted my time, I gave them real time bank statements from my bank and cashapp, cashapp report to the IRS just like all other banks and they told me they couldn’t take my statements from cashapp. I had proof of income no matter what, never again to DriveTime… bad business.

Quin was very helpful! I got an SUV about 2 1/2 years ago under a lease/purchase agreement. The lease was up in August. A little over a year ago, my husband died and left me with creditors to pay off and my credit score fell dramatically. Even though I am now making almost twice the income, the credit score is the determining factor for the majority of financial institutions. I stepped into Drive Time on Monday. Quin and I did some of the initial paperwork then and a lot of it via email and text messages the next day. My previous SUV was a 2023 Cadillac XT4. I was able to drive home in a 2024 Chevy Equinox on Wednesday with a very low down payment and monthly payments $50 less than the Cadillac! I am thrilled! It drives great. I had reserved an appointment to look at a vehicle. I showed up at the correct time. From there, everything went down really fast. I wanted to reserve and place a deposit on the vehicle and was told no, that it is first-come first-served. So we went home to get the needed paperwork to apply for the loan and when we returned, someone else had purchased the vehicle. Say NO to their high-pressure sales tactics. They do not care about you, the customer. When I asked for a supervisor's phone number, I called it when I got home and it was the Richmond DMV office. Horrible.

I went through three cars and stuck with my third one giving me a Carfax statement that says they haven't been in a wreck and two of the three had been in a wreck that I was sure of selling me a car with that needs brake jobs, two of them, the one I'm in is definitely been in a wreck, where the Carfax says it was not. Not very satisfied with the process and they're charging you a hell of an interest rate for junk cars.

I had a 10 am appointment. I arrived 5 mins early. I waited around for 4 hours while they helped everyone besides the one with the appointment. I received no info on car until it was time to sign the contract. I was running late on picking up my kids from school. I had no time to come back there for a 4th time, so I had no choice but to sign contract due to me needing a vehicle and no more time for questions or to check out lower monthly payment price. Very unsatisfied.

I would say that my experience at DriveTime Savannah was a good experience not like other dealerships. Even though our sales guy was handling multiple people at one time, I must say he did a great job. Staff was friendly and efficient. Thoroughly explained my options, and the process. Gave me a good deal. Got me approved and added great warranty for 3 years and limited for five years. Then when went outside to drive away in my new car, surprised us with a big green ribbon on the hood, and took pictures. Had a great experience here.

Things were not pointed out on the car. Like a cracked front bumper an almost empty fuel tank no floor mats to mention a few things. The sales paperwork went smoothly but I'm still not happy to a point where I will recommend others to you. A follow-up about my purchase would have been nice too.

I purchased a truck from here years ago. A Dodge truck to be specific, single cab. So after getting home with the truck for some reason it hit me to look up the Kelly blue value of the truck I purchased for $16,000 to only find out the value of this truck was around $6,000. On top of that after financing I was paying over $20,000 for a truck worth $6,000. Man was I screwed big time. This truck was basic everything with no power options, if you wanted to roll the windows down, you had to roll them down manually. Basic AM FM radio only. No power locks, etc...
And also it was sold to me as never being wrecked but later I found one front quarter panel had bondo work done on it and you could see it if the sunlight hits it just right. Before you purchase a car here, please look up the blue book value of the vehicle they are selling so you don't pay $10,000 over the value of the car. Be careful people. Someone is getting very rich off people that don't know and need a car fast because of a hardship. That's my experience with Drive time and I would purchase another vehicle from them.

Very simple process. I just wished the monthly payment on the website matched the payment at the dealership. What gets you is the fees and warranty. Site isn’t too clear on that part. Other than that, good overall. Car is well maintained. Almost like new.

I had a very long process with DriveTime. From going out to another state to get my car just for it to not be ready then going to another state to get a car. Then when I left the car’s transmission is faulty. They say they inspect the cars but my car had 3 recalls prior to me purchasing the car and they were never fixed so I have to do it!

Had no appointment - showed up early before opening hour. Had enough time to walk around the lot to see all vehicles - selected vehicle - business opened up (9:am) - was the first customer - drove out with vehicle close to 4:pm - was there 6 / 7 hours - that is much too long to make a purchase. I am the co-pay with a credit score of 801 also a homeowner with the house valued at over 300k. I also have a active 401 retirement plan, only water was offered in the beginning, although the establishment has a vending machine for snacks. I personally do not eat from vending machines. A true meal was needed by the fifth hour. I felt like we were being checked if we were illegal aliens.
The time spent in a dealership can vary between customers but we strive to provide a quick and streamlined car-buying process for all customers. Our main goal is to ensure you leave the dealership feeling informed and confident in your purchase by covering all aspects of the deal with each customer. We certainly don't want anyone to feel rushed and hope to personalize each experience.

DriveTime’s vehicle inspections cannot be trusted—hidden damage only shows up after the short return window expires. They sold us a car with undisclosed structural issues, then ignored every attempt to resolve it. Add in their arbitration-only contracts that block you from court, and it’s clear: this company profits by trapping customers, not helping them.

I stopped by on last Wednesday the test drive a 2020 Nissan rogue and immediately I fell in love with it. I bought a car from DriveTime I had been looking at them for a while, I paid an additional 3700 for a warranty and glad I did. I have had this car for 12 days now and the last week or so experiencing transmission issues. The car stalled while I was on the freeway, engine light came on it then when finally getting it to drive it proceeded to accelerate.
I took this car to a shop twice that was recommended by the warranty company. Finally the shop ran the codes and I had send it to a transmission shop my warranty company recommended. Not only did this cost me for the car then I had to rent a car at my expense and go miles and miles from where I live. Called customer service and the dealership they were no help. They only provide you 5 days to return the car. They should at least give you 10. I have to say they knew about this had not checked this car out so if you decide to go this route spend the 100 dollars and have the car checked out, they don't care, just want to make the sale that's all.

Mike, Hayden and "T" were amazing! "T" (I didn't get her real name) started me off by introducing me to my new vehicle. Hayden helped her with the paperwork. The next two days I contemplated and on day two, decided to bite the bullet. I called DriveTime and spoke to Hayden and said, "Start the paperwork. I'll take it! And I'd like to have this done in a few hours, so I don't miss any more work than I have to." Hayden had all the papers that I could sign online sent to my email and I continued to work while he worked the papers for me. I left my employment at 2:00 and showed back up at 4:00 with my new vehicle!!!

My sister recommended that I call Drivetime. I honestly dragged my feet for about 2 weeks before I went to Drivetime in Plymouth Meeting. I had a few challenges and, frankly, was unsure if I was ready to do this. Upon my arrival, Tahlia greeted me with a welcoming and a professional demeanor. Last time I was told things online and calls and that's exactly they did. This time was completely opposite. Wanted more money, higher payments, even a cosign after I was completely approved at a zero down so no deal.

Their so called 30 day 1500 mile warranty is a lie. They don’t honor it. They put sealant in the car to make it run for a while and repainted it to hide an accident. When you talk to them about it they are rude and arrogant.

I bought a car from you guys. It's real good. I even went on a mini trip to Dallas came back everything was fine. Woke up the next morning The light is on check in your light. Went to Pep Boys they said it was a knock sensor. Monday morning to get the Midas then The motor is no good. That made me sad. 3 days later I receive a call from customer service saying that they apologize and I can go and find a new car or another car. I found a new car so far it's okay. Everything's is working fine. But I'm so terrified. I just put 5 or 10 dollars in it. I'm scared to fill it up cause this one may break down too but I'm going to be positive and take it one day at a time.

First off, everyone I worked with was 5 stars. I went online and got approved for a truck. I was told it was at the FT Worth store. I drove 1hr just to find out it wasn't there. By the time I got a final approval. The truck I wanted was sold. I had 1 truck to choose from and had to drive another hrs to get it. I bought the truck, but I am not happy with it. They should have held the truck I was originally approved for. Austin and everyone was great. Communication and everything else, I'm wasn't real happy with.

Bought a 2018 Ford Eco sport from Salt Lake City dealership. The car lasted 7 day before it broke down. Working with Silver rock. The turbo went out. 2 shops later it was supposedly fixed. Driving home after 2 weeks of waiting, the car did the same thing and broke down. Warranty company is horrible. Requests are blown off from customers. Wanted to return car for a different one. Was denied. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!

The sales person was friendly, however I test drove 7 cars & they all had issues. I finally settle on a car & thank God I got the warranty because transmission went out in less than 24 hrs & warranty don’t cover tow for more than $75 reimbursement. Tow was $180. Very disappointed in Drive time.

Do not buy from this place. The vehicles they have are worthless. They have issues that they will not tell you about when you buy it. They will not fix anything. They consider everything cosmetic so they don't have to repair it. Radio mounts are considered cosmetic and crash bars that have things mounted to that are needed is cosmetic.

I got a car from them around 2 to 3 weeks ago. It's already broke down. My first payment is not even due yet. I would suggest to take a mechanic with you. They are a rip off. I would not buy from them again. When you contact them it's a runaround. You call them and they give you a number to call but they can't help. Then another number and another number. But no one can help. They aren't worth the money or your time. They may have a good rating because they are not showing the bad and it says that on their website. I have to give one star because there's not a star for zero.

I bought a car yesterday from Drivetime on Decatur. The experience was nice and easy. I went to get it inspected and it won’t pass due to the tires being bad. Drivetime nor Silver rock will approve new tires. I have to come out of pocket to put new tires on my NEW suv. This is horrible customer service. I am very upset. I will not recommend them to any one I know. 😡

Well on Thursday I bought a 2017 Santa fe. It died of less than 50 miles so I paid more money to have it $179.80 on Friday. I then picked up a different vehicle on Saturday and it literally didn't make out the lot. I was told it was a battery issues. And on the way to work it cut off. Because the battery cables weren't secure and the positive lead was loose. So I reattach the cable but the battery died and I missed a Day of work.

The actual vehicle is great and the buying experience was fine except that I was lied to. I was basically forced to get the gap, GPS theft protection, and extended warranty coverage. I asked the salesperson if I changed my mind about those coverages, would my payment go to what I was showed it would be without the coverages (which when I said I wanted to do to begin with he went into a long explanation of why I needed it) and I was told yes, it would. However, when I tried to call and cancel them, I was told that my payments would not be reduced. DriveTime of Greystone Blvd Sold me a lemon!!!! I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul in November 2024 with a down payment of $1,800. I drove the car less than 1000 miles and it was less than a month later from the purchase date when engine light came on and the transmission died (I'm a very conservative driver). After the transmission was replaced twice by two different transmissions, the check engine light came back on a week after the transmission was repaired. I contacted Drivetime. They took no responsibility for selling me a car I now can't afford as a result of the multiple issues with the car. I need a reliable vehicle!!
This car literally put me completely down while driving it twice!!! I need to get to my medical appointments!!! This undependable car put me in situations that could've landed me in the hospital or even worse. I'm on oxygen 24/7 and this car left me stranded!!! Do you know how scary that is!! A portable oxygen tank is powered through the car while driving. What if my oxygen tank would have died while being stranded in the interstate out in this hellacious heat?! This company put my LIFE at risk!!! This is the only transportation I have. And I'm at a $1800+ loss. I am highly disappointed and upset!! They treated me like I was the one that was suckered into a trusted purchase from them! I have not been treated fairly or with any kind of concern for the lemon they sold me!!!!

Our salesperson wasn't really helpful with making car selections. I felt that I was rushed and while I was interested in other vehicles. So I just went with what I thought was convenient. Also I noticed at the end when signing the contract that the APR is very high. That was a disappointment.

Car has a crack motor, left us stranded. Was not detected during inspection. 😔 Need new car, was stuck for 10 hrs on side road. No water, no help, was a nightmare. I watch on TV, hope this don't happen to anyone. 😭 I need a rental car. I don't have money get it. I think Drive Time should be responsible for getting me a rental asap. I'm having pay for rides, please help. I need get work daily, too hot to walk.

The service was good, few things I didn't like is that you feel on rush for everything, once you look at cars the first one you test drive they want you to basically buy it even if you have a few more options, the other thing I really didn't like is that once you buy a car they give it to you dirty, they don't clean the cars at all. Not even vacuum, I asked if it could get a wash they said. They don't have anybody to do details on cars, the gas on the car empty with 30 miles left to go, that's the only things I didn't like. Other than that there is a lot of good cars and they give a lot of options according to your credit as well, only if the issues I had could be fixed it could be a 5 stars rating.

My experience at drive time was the BEST experience I’ve had at a car dealership. They did not run my credit a million times, The service was OUTSTANDING. Everyone was so friendly & accommodating, all of my questions were answered and last, but not least the service was quick. I did not have to stay in there all day trying to fill out paperwork. I was absolutely amazed at how quick I got in and out and was able to leave with a new car. The service was 10 out of 10. I recommend.

Blake was amazing during the whole process. I had test drove, had paperwork completed and was on the road in an hour and a half. In all of my car buying experiences, which I have had several, I have never had such an awesome experience. Is the interest rate high, sure but you should know and expect that when shopping there because the rates are high due to my choices in life. Overall would highly recommend them to anyone and honestly will probably be back for my next car.

I walked in at 6:30pm right after a long day at work. I was greeted with a smile and a great attitude by JT, he went straight to introduce me to a great guy Shaun who didn’t hesitate to get me to test drive the car I had previously discussed with them by text. I bought a car in Ohio, I have my permanent residence in TN. I told them I have a place in Ohio that I stay one week a month. They put that on all my paperwork when I told them my primary residence is TN. I'm having a hard time getting my car registered in TN because they registered it in Ohio. My temp tags expire prior to being back in Ohio. Now I'm stuck with a car and I can't drive it unless I risk getting fined for an expired tag. It's the worst experience since buying a car I have ever had.

Man we finance a 2018 Camry for 600 a month. What I'm undertaking the car was wrecked before over spray all over just took to shop 157000 miles. They wanted 3000 for ac. They would not help. Same day they picked up 6 other codes wrong with the car. Don't know what all that is yet. Our warranty isn't done till 169000. Still won't do anything. After saying after a year you could trade it's been 18 month and on time every time. They were very rude in Gaston. Didn't even acknowledge we were there. Honestly racist and didn't want. This is still on going and am working beside with channel 9. We were OK also with losing 10 grand. We already paid and start fresh just to have a car that wasn't a LEMON. Thank you. TN was very informative, patient and thorough, explain the terms in plain English, I was very satisfied with his service. He was trustworthy and did not come as a pushy salesman, which I found very helpful a a deciding factor for me to stay, otherwise I was set to leave, very professional.
