This was probably the best car buying experience I have had. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Kerona my sales rep was super patient and very pleasant. I was very pleased and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Absolute nightmare vehicle, hasn't run a month and I'm missing work and given the run around. Now the repair shop says it need to go to a dealer for more repairs and more time? How am I supposed to get to work after a significant down payment and insurance. I'm stranded, left in the dark and no one to assist me

I was extremely disappointed with how the vehicle was cleaned up. Trash in the bed of the truck. Tire pressure varied from 53 PSI to 40 PSI and recommendations for tires is 35 PSI. Oil life was 47%. I was told the vehicle went through a 14 day inspection? Took 2 hours longer than I was told to conclude the transaction. Manager was rude. Extremely disappointed with the whole process.

Good experience, could have been great if stores could trade vehicles. Customers don't want to drive from one store to another to get vehicles. Just food for thought, I enjoyed the experience and staff was awesome.

I started out with Jacob and then he resolved, so I spoke to Calvin a couple of times, but he never returned a call like he said he would. I called back and spoke to Art and he got me into a vehicle. He was such a pleasure to work with, but I was Jacob.

I purchased a 11 yr old car from them so obviously it wasn't in perfect condition. The mechanics were perfect I admit but had several dents and cracks on the bumpers. Since it ran perfect, those few flaws didn't bother me. Unfortunately, due to income loss, I had to return the car to them. I expected to pay no more than $2,000.00 to them after they auctioned the car since I only kept the car but a few months. They finance company, BridgeCrest, came back saying I owed them $12,000.00. No Way! Since I didn't agree to pay that large amount, they contacted my insurance company and "claimed" that I caused the dent in the bumper. Same dent from when I initially purchased the vehicle. Here's the real catch. They made this claim 8 months AFTER I voluntarily returned the car to them. If this claim was true, should they not have made this claim upon inspection of the vehicle when I personally returned it? They're just scammers.

I started reviewing the inventory on the Drivetime website prior to setting an appointment. I called to make sure my pre approval wasn't just an advertisement. My time is important and I was in the market for a vehicle. My credit is not the best so I am looking for ways to improve it. My salesman was polite, knowledgeable and straight to the point. My questions were answer, my time was considered and I am extremely happy. I highly recommend the Dallas Drivetime. I highly recommend my salesman. He made this experience painless!!! I'm Grateful and my new SUV is a beauty!!!

It looks like a used car that was put on a lot to be sold. No care put into it, mostly cleaned, other than that. I like the way it drives. It does not have a new car smell. It is smaller than I originally wanted. But larger than my last vehicle. I'm paying too much for a vehicle like this one. No bells or whistles for the money. I will make the most of it. The salesman was cool.

Absolutely the best car buying experience from the internet, user friendly, to meet him with Marshall and Tyler. I know that Drive Time caters to a specific group but prior to a divorce in heaven low credit I bought many cars and I rate this experience one of the best if not the best. Full disclosure, honest, up front, no hurries, took the time, explained everything, made you feel totally 100% part of the process. Extremely competitive interest rates.

I had a bad experience the first day I bought the car. We went down the road after signing the paperwork and the Pay 💛 in the car didn't want to go to end gear then I came home and it was that engine light came on then I brought it back to you on Wednesday. It was a transmission and you gave me another car and that car light was on, but the mechanic said it was just a sensor so now I am having a good experience so far with the car because of the car is running good with a new car.

Dealer that prays on individuals that are down on there luck. Although I know of my credit situation and the difficulty with getting regular credit, the selection of vehicles and conditions do not supplement the price that is put forward. The vehicles that I test drove were dirty and varying mechanical conditions which would normally warrant significant service. The car I chose was about 8,000 overpriced but due to the necessity for a vehicle I still chose it. Automobiles at these dealerships are generally overpriced and there’s no ability to negotiate.

Please remove the guidance on your review of how fear the client should be, to begin with I’m a returning client and this last experience that I have on the Conyers GA dealer was extremely stressful, I drove three hours from Birmingham, Alabama. I started the paperwork on the Pelham location and for starters I make a comment to the sales rep that I have to drive back to Birmingham to make funeral arrangements for a family member and this transaction should’ve last no more than 30 to 40 minutes but lasted three hours, they were expecting me and the least that they could do is wash the vehicle that I purchased properly. The Mats were laying on the back of the truck. I asked them to re wash the truck and they refused. One point they didn't took in consideration is this maybe my first vehicle and if so, should I care about the ringing the bells on a successful transaction? Or should they took in consideration if in fact, this would be my first vehicle.
They couldn’t make my experience Pleasant, but they didn’t. They didn’t even knew if the fluid is in this vehicle that they sold me was replaced previously and when I called corporate office, they tell me if I want to get that information. I need to subpoena them, what type of company operates like this? No fair to the client whether it is a returning or a new client. Very stressful and unpleasant transaction. After this review, I will expect from somebody to contact me and I apologize formally.

So originally I was working with the Lakewood teams manager Jose and purchased a beautiful silver Murano. Well that one ended up having some minor issues so I found a different murano at the Denver Havana St location and spoke to Danny! Jose had already called over to the other location to get everything set up for me to trade cars. Honestly the entire experience was incredible. Both locations here in Denver are phenomenal! We test drove 4 different vehicles. We decided on a Hyundai Accent for $9995. We've only had our vehicle for one day, so I'm hoping it lasts a while. The whole process was quick and easy, even with my bad credit history. Our down payment and bi-weekly payments are cheaper than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone with bad credit that's looking to buy a decent vehicle.

The salesperson I worked with was great, I think she did a great job of explaining the process, I don't have any issue with her and don't want what follows to reflect on her. I drove a car off the lot a bit more than 24 hours ago, and then rushed home to get my dog to a vet appointment. I loaded her into the car I just got at the dealership, the car wouldn't start. I had to walk my dog 20 minutes to the vet, and 20 minutes back so I could clean up and get back to work for an event. Tried the car again, absolutely dead.
Called the deal number, not much help. Finally was able to call back just now BECAUSE I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS, and got a couple of repair shop numbers. Repair shop starts talking about "bringing the car in" BUT I CAN'T, THE CAR IS DEAD. Turns out, I now have to call and pay the up front for a tow to take care of a car THAT SHOULD BE WORKING. So because I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO and can't easily get to my dog's follow-up vet appointment, I will have to reschedule it. Which means she'll get her treatment later than she should. Now I have to run around trying to fix this myself, what a terrible investment. This whole process has lost me work time, money, and personal time.

We got a nice, beautiful Honda Accord, and unfortunately, it decided to break down and lose all power. And everything on the seventh day when you have to be there by five days for them to fix it, however, Jordan help to make things right and the upper management also agreed to let us trade. The car for another one and they didn't even want another dime payment on the new one. They did make it right.

That's right! On the 27th day after purchase driving only 557 miles, my 30K vehicle is broken down! I am fresh out of a bankruptcy, I'm at the point I wish I could Chapter 7 this vehicle. They sell lemons, but get away with it since the vehicles are used. Don't buy from them.

Avoid this dealership. I wasted hours here after receiving a digital pre-approval, only for them to refuse to honor the agreed-upon terms once I arrived. Their financing practices are deceptive, and they lack basic transparency. I've already filed formal complaints with the Oklahoma Attorney General and the Used Motor Vehicle Commission regarding their bait-and-switch tactics.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Please I repeat, please don't buy from them. They are selling lemons. My husband brought a car in November and the car was broke down by January and I'm talking major problems. Then he had the warranty with is a complete joke. I mean every problem the car had they said it doesn't cover it. So now we are trying to figure out what does it cover. My husband is now stuck with no car and out of money and they won't even try to work anything out. This is frustrating.

Overall, the experience was great. My sales associate, Adaria was professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Everything was straightforward and there were no surprises. I was in by 10AM and out by noon. The only thing I would recommend is that the company do a better job of tracking its clients. DriveTime is a bunch of thieves. I bought a car and had it for 7 days before it broke down from a major fuel leak. It's been in the shop for 12 days with no work done on it. The warranty company is blaming the car shop the car shop is blaming the warranty company and the manager at the drive time won't answer my emails or call me. They took a huge down payment from me on a car that clearly did not go through the 24-point inspection that they stated it did.

Understand that people work hard for their money. Those same customers are what keeps your doors open. Be more upfront about the 300 mile return, also require more detail on warranty information. I just bought a vehicle yesterday around 5, it broke down couple hours later. I was getting that car to give my daughter the other car. And being disrespectful to customers after the sale will only lead to bad reviews.

My sales representative was helpful and courteous. He did all I asked of him. The corporate level is trash. I drove 2 vehicles the first day. Those cars were broken and had significant issues. Brakes steering engine skipping. Cigar smell was atrocious on another car. Windows too dark of tint see out of back window. The Equinox that I first purchased ended up overheating after I left to go home. I spent 2 hrs in the road to to limp to the house. Very frustrating. I brought the car back the next day, and swapped for another Equinox. All I WANTED WAS FOR THE POWERS THAT BE TO COME DOWN A LITTLE IN THE PRICE OF THE 2ND CAR, AND NO? That is very bad business. Help me out. Why? I am not happy at all!

I’m extremely disappointed that only a few hours into owning the vehicle the check engine light is on and my car is now at the mechanics. Even with warranties in place, it’s frustrating to be buying a new vehicle and shortly later not having the ability to drive it and possibly having to return it. I’m fortunate enough to have a working reliable vehicle but to be struggling to get a second vehicle for the second year in a row because of drive time is highly disappointing.

Found a vehicle online at the Savannah GA location. I was called quickly and after answering and asking a few questions I made an appointment, for 7:00 PM, to test drive the vehicle. My wife and I drove over an hour to the dealership. We arrived 30 minutes early and saw the vehicle sitting out front. My wife was really excited at the first sight of the vehicle. The vehicle was unlocked so we looked inside. At that time a salesperson came walking up telling us that vehicle was sold and to get out of it, in a very rude tone. We went in to check in and was informed that the vehicle was sold.
When I informed the salesperson that greeted us that we had an appointment to test drive the vehicle, she told us that the appointment does not hold the vehicle. It would have been nice to have been informed of that when scheduling an appointment, especially after I made the appointment early in the afternoon and was called two separate times from two different asking if I was still coming to my appointment. The two ladies I interacted with while there were rude, condescending and nonchalant in their attitudes. It is safe to say the I will definitely let anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle to steer clear of this dealership. I sincerely hope others have had a better experience than I did.

So I bought a Chevy trax and within a week, past the 5 days return policy, it started acting up. Contacted SilverRock, car was diagnosed and was going to cost more to fix than my purchase price. Driveline in Tallahassee, FL made it right. They offered to return the loan and let me pick out a different vehicle. I was so impressed with how I was treated after what I thought was going to be my longtime ride ending in a rare disaster, that I even increased my budget and got something with a little more bells and whistles. This was my first "big girl" purchase all on my own in a really long time, brought along my husband for support and to step in when my eyes got bigger than my set budget. 🙃
I honestly don't know if this review will help or hurt but I hope it helps. The insurance company was awesome, I recommend budgeting to add them to your payment. Car repairs ain't cheap. Driveline has a lot of nicer vehicles at decent prices and allows you some control over your down payment, the add ons, nice selection of vehicles of every type, and most of all, they are going to do right by you.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at DriveTime. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told that my car payments would be due on the 1st and 15th of each month. I am on a fixed income, and this payment schedule was a major reason I agreed to move forward with the purchase. Only after everything was finalized did I find out that the account was actually set up for biweekly payments, meaning a payment is required every two weeks. At no point during the sales process was I told this. Had I known, I would not have agreed to the deal. To make matters worse, the financing company, Bridgecrest, has refused to change the payment terms and stated they will not even consider adjusting the schedule until six months of payments have already been made. This puts an unfair and unnecessary burden on someone living on a fixed income.

The “pre approval“ process is a joke! I put all my correct information in came back with low down payment said all my income and residence was all verified and I did not need to provide proof of either. Said I was approved with $45 down and payments of $500 a month. Call the dealership on Greystone Blvd. in Columbia SC. The girl who answered was rude to start. I explained that my pre approval said my income and residence was already verified and it said no need to bring that proof and asked if I just needed to bring the down payment and id. She said no bring proof of income and residence and that they will have to run credit check to determine down payment. Why even have an online pre approval if I need to do all of that in dealership?
The commercial even says get approved online and lock in financing. Why tell people you are approved for these terms only to get told in dealership sorry we need X amount down? Just to get warm bodies in the dealership? If I was approved online and told my down payment and monthly payment is set why do I need to jump through hoops when in dealership? This place just lies to us to get us in the door and flips on said approval. I even contacted their online agent and called their corporate.

I spent about 15 years in the auto industry and found at yesterday there is an easier way for things to be done. Started on the website, Approved and had legitimate terms in two minutes. I was turned away at multiple places. I’ve made some past financial mistakes and from the second I started with Drive Time my past was forgiven. I have turned a new leaf and they give you the opportunity. All I needed was my License, my down payment & insurance. It’s really all seemed to good to be true till I was adjusting my seats and mirrors to head home in my new vehicle. Not only did I got approved. The payment is affordable, the car is practically brand new. Super low miles and mechanically sound. This makes buying a vehicle like purchasing a cup of coffee. You see everything you need. No need for high pressure sales tactics. Pleasant sales rep, Olivia was efficient and understood what I was looking for.

We’ll start off with they're no better than a buyer payer only they charge more for the car. I bought a 2015 Camaro. It was dirty so I didn’t notice it but the next day I noticed that it was two different color blues and it had been wrecked. They act like they didn’t know but then I noticed other things. The passenger side door panel fallen off, had one clip holding it on the trunk leaking. The middle console, not going all the way down. The hood, not going all the way down and shut the body kit on the passenger side, broken and zip tied together. It completely reminded me of a buy here pay here car.. Then I’ll make reservations to go to Cincinnati to rewind the Camaro and get a Mustang.
I start heading down there and I was gonna call the corporate office on the way so I did and they transferred me to down their Cincinnati branch. Just so I could find out they sold the car without even telling anybody that had you know test drive scheduled reservations whatever. So anyway, I called the loan company and find out that Carvana’s a part of it or put it this way Drivetime, Carvana and their Bridgecrest are all one and the same.. So anyway I call the loan company and find out that Carvana is a part of it. Well put it this way Drivetime, Carvana and their Bridgecrest are all one and the same.
Drivetime is there for poor people. Call our lot that they sell junk too at high interest rate and overpriced. And Carvana obviously is people selling their cars which seemed to be better interest rates but they want huge down payment payments where Drivetime is zero. You know two or $300. It’s all part of the selling junk to us poor people with bad credit while selling the good stuff to the rich people. Worst experience I ever had.

The fastest and easiest we have ever bought a car, it took us 6 hours at other dealerships before not here, everything was basically done before we arrived, verified and all we had to do is sign and pay our deposit and drive away… even put gas in for us before we left.

The customer service was top tier... very helpful and went out of his way to get me into what I wanted and didn't try to put me into something I didn't want just because it was cheaper. The only issue I have is that I have to make two payments a month. And even though I had more, I came with my wife. They couldn't put her on it because she didnt have paychecks. So it made the down payment and monthly higher. I'm already tight with money. I only got the SUV because I needed the room.

Updated on 02/21/2026: Purchased '22 Hyundai Sonata 2-4-26. Front fender is detached with scuffs on front with the fender itself showing 'ripples' left over from shoddy repair. Have 3 different brands of tires with completely different tread patterns, severely affecting steering, ride, and handling. Front rotors were warped, mechanic described them as toast. Air filter completely black. Windshield wipers not only worn but have scarred the windshield. Oil was very dark. Air sensor for the turbo failing, causing check engine light to remain on. Battery is rated at 25%. All service and warranty work has to go through and be approved through SilverRock.
When pointed out to dealership, was given a printout with the numbers for SilverRock and Bridgecrest (the finance company). Was given 2 options for repair facility. Was told the tires roll and hold Air, therefore there is no failure. They did replace rotors and air filter. Having to pay for an oil change, tires, and wipers out of pocket $1545 total. For the sensor,, was told I had to take it to a Hyundai dealership, who wants to charge $150 for a diagnostic first. Staff from Drivetime also added 6 different scratches on top of the car removing the snow and ice, this is in addition to the 37 other scratches that were poorly touched up prior. I was taken.
My advice to anyone shopping for a vehicle, regardless of credit situation, DO NOT purchase from Drivetime!!! The cars are overpriced, especially considering the condition, the interest rates are comparable to credit card rates, and you will quickly bury yourself into a situation that is impossible to pay for and make numerous repairs at the same time. Even the facility SilverRock sent me to, questions what they possibly could have checked in their resale inspection as so many items were glaringly obvious and ignored. Worse... Drivetime does not care. Was told that I could bring car back and deal with a voluntary repossession. Buyer beware is an inadequate statement, STAY AWAY from these people!!!!
Original Review: Process was easy, staff was courteous and professional. However, the car purchased turned out to have body damage (reported as having no accidents) on the front end. Front fender is detached from the body and can see the ripples from the repair. Staff left 3 serious scratches removing snow from vehicle, has 3 different brand tires and treadmill patterns, front rotors are warped, 44 poorly done touch ups in the paint, one good, one useless windshield wiper. Estimated cost to repair/ replace tires and rotors $2000. Body work $1500. 3500 total repairs on a vehicle that was already overpriced as a vehicle listed in "excellent condition".
Buyers beware!! On the surface, it seemed nice to have an alternative to help overcome credit issues, but in the end, overpaying for a vehicle at a substantially high interest rate, that has multiple issues adding further cost will very likely put you in an even worse position than what you went in with. I would recommend any and all options before considering a purchase at drive time.

I totaled my previous vehicle during an ice storm here in Texas. I saw a low mileage Subaru XV Crosstrek limited and was pre-qualified. It was just a tad over market value but that was acceptable to me as it was what I wanted and the staff at drivetime made things so easy.

Do not get a car from this place. After 2 months we needed breaks and a factory reset, which left us without a car for a week. Now there is a recall on the car and there is a gas leak. The worst part is they are giving us a hard time on fixing it. Save your money.

Purchased vehicle within the last week. Both rear brakes need replaced immediately. 3 of 4 TPMS sensors are bad, which were clearly shut off until 50 miles had been driven. Fuel filler hose is defective causing fuel to spill all over the place. Associates I dealt with were unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Added additional products and fees that were not discussed or explained. Would absolutely never do business with DriveTime again, and will most likely return vehicle considering I’m within 5 days.

Enjoyed the people and the process. Until the next day. Car has 42 scratches, 33 poorly touched up. Has 3 different brands and treads of tires which affect ride. Found damage to front end and body panel is loose. Bought the car at night, covered in snow and did not see all the items wrong with the car. Working 5 12 hr shifts starting the following day and could not return until the following week. I do not recommend.

Don’t buy a car from Drive Time. Worse car. They know the cars no good and will sale them anyway just to get commission. I had my car one month, motor went out. My car been in the shop at Ford dealership almost 8 months. If you try to trade in it’s more and payment are higher. Buying a car is stressful RIGHT? I admit it. But as a parent, they had an area for the kids, yes tablets and a few lounge chairs to chill at. Free Coffee and a professional atmosphere, quiET, and private AREAS but friendly. Low credit score, Low down payment is tough they made it work for me based on my income, and at times if things fall apart sometimes the salesperson has no control OVER THE BANKS, but NICHOLAS C. at KISSIMMEE WAS EXCELLANT, CALM, AND PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT. I’ve had this car for quite a while, and even when I was making every payment on time, the payoff balance barely changed. The car was already overpriced, but I was desperate and needed transportation. Looking back, this was a predatory sale. After a full year of payments, I still owe over $18,000 on a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, which is completely unreasonable. On top of that, my daughter’s car broke down just days after she bought it. The repairs were covered under warranty, yet they were refused. We couldn’t afford the repairs out of pocket, so she had no choice but to stop paying on the vehicle.
It’s incredibly sad how quickly you’re mistreated once your finances are damaged—especially when that damage was caused by the dealership itself. This has impacted our stability and quality of life. As someone who has worked in car sales myself, I now tell everyone I meet to avoid dealing with you. The way customers are treated in situations like this is unacceptable.

I am currently dealing with Bridgecrest regarding a vehicle repossession, and the lack of transparency and communication has been extremely concerning. My first payment was less than three weeks late and was later brought current. The delay occurred because the vehicle was unusable due to a serious mechanical issue covered under warranty, which left me without the car for weeks and required me to pay for a rental. Bridgecrest was notified of the situation.
When purchasing the vehicle, I was told by the dealership that it had never been in an accident. However, when the vehicle was inspected by a mechanic due to the mechanical failure, I was advised that there were clear signs of prior accident damage, including aftermarket parts, visible welding, and rust in the engine compartment — issues that should have been apparent during inspection.
Despite the payment being cured and the vehicle being under active warranty repair, the vehicle was repossessed. Since then, I have repeatedly requested a written reinstatement or redemption amount and clarification of my options, but Bridgecrest has not provided clear information in writing and has gone silent for extended periods.
While a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is pending, I received electronic notice that my access to the vehicle was revoked and that the vehicle was moved from its storage location, without any clear notice of sale or disposition being provided. This situation has left me without transportation despite my efforts to resolve the matter in good faith. I strongly encourage anyone considering financing to carefully review how disputes, repossessions, and vehicles with mechanical or prior damage issues are handled.

So I had been debating buying a new car for a while, And this last week has forced me into it, but that being said, I started looking for cars and my credit isn't the greatest or the worst but I still needed a car with a low down payment to get me started. So I found Drive Time, I did the prequalified to see if I qualified and I did and I couldn't believe the low down payments were really that low, but it was!!! I made an appointment for and went down there and spoke with Gabriella. She was fantastic, They greeted me when I walked in the door and I signed in and took a seat, Gabriella came over and introduced herself and told me she would be there soon she was finishing up with another couple and she would be done soon. When she came to get me she had the car ready that I had chosen to test drive ready to go no waiting, she handed me the keys and I went out.
I was satisfied with the car and went to have a seat at her desk, there was no high pressure sales. No nagging etc. I love that. I told her I wanted that car and we discussed the terms and started with paperwork, Gabriella had me out in under an hour and on the road with my new Hyundai Tucson. Not only did I buy the car but it came with a 5 year 50k warranty!!! That's unheard of for a used car, only a $100.00 deductible after the 1st 30 days. It's free until then. Not only that she helped me set up my bank info with the finance company, the car came with a LoJack no doubt to locate if I miss payments but I can also use it if the car is stolen So it's a win/win situation for us both.
Gabriella was great!! I'll use Drive time again if I buy a car. But I want to be clear!!! The low down payment is real!! There are no hidden tactics to get you in the door. I also want to mention I'm a TRANS WOMAN and I was treated with the same respect any other woman would get. So this is an LGBTQ safe dealership! NO JUDGEMENT!!! Thank you so much Gabriella. Great place to get a car fast!!! Got it in less than 2 hours! If you need a car fast and have less than perfect credit then you should go there. They have a full line of cars and it's way better than catching a bus or trac. I like to go places. The sale agent Lisa was phenomenal!! She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Good ol east side Cleveland customer service. All I did was look around their website as was called several times urging to make an appointment. So I did got there and was told someone would be right with me. After about 40 minutes I got up saying I didn’t want to wait anymore and salesman at his desk shrugs his shoulders at me so that’s that. I wouldn’t be mad had I not got called a bunch of times to make an APPOINTMENT. Complete waste of time.

Drivetime is a joke. I'll just tell you, I did an online approval form. PUT IN ALL MY INFORMATION AND NOTHING CHANGED. Online said I was approved for cars with little to no money down and I put in my income based off my last paystub of 2025. They tried to say it's $1,200 less than what it really is and I even had the paystub. NOW THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO HAVE $1,450 plus down AND NOW MIND YOU, NOTHING CHANGED. THIS WAS OUT OF THE FAIRFIELD OHIO LOCATION, working with Lemont.

Our salesperson was fantastic. The condition inside the vehicle was disgustingly. We were told that the vehicle would be cleaned prior to purchase and also have a full tank of gas. This never occurred too. Under the front mats there was dried up food (never vacuumed as promised). The mats were fill of mud (never washed as promised). We were told they were taking the vehicle to fill the gas tank because the low fuel light was on. The tank was not filled.

I bought a Nissan Altima 2017. Have not drove 10000 miles. It’s in shop again for the third transmission. I’m stuck with a car that’s worth nothing and I owe 17000. I feel they took advantage of me. The cat is only worth 4000. I own 4 times that much.

Well, I was looking at stuff filled out. The application was not expecting the answer. I got been a many dealerships and they all tell you the same thing, but for once somebody stuck by their word was true to their word. I showed up with all my documents and pick out my truck. Drove to North Carolina and picked it up. They guys was cool and good for the first time ever they say this what it is and didn’t chance like 90 % of dealers I’ve been to. Now that is true honesty and integrity. That’s what makes people come back. And no it’s not because of this or that. I’ve been to many big dealers and they say one thing and do but backwards everytime so yea thank you guys.

The process was pretty straightforward and seamless. Although I do not love that I am in the situation I am in regarding my credit and the fact that it limits my purchasing and financing options, I am grateful that Drivetime was there to get me in a vehicle and provide me the opportunity to get back on my feet. I do want to say that Jaden is a ROCKSTAR! He was the kindest, most helpful and genuine soul. He was entertaining and patient and courteous. You definitely have an asset with Jaden!

The salesman was awesome. Very responsible. Help me through all my paperwork. Was a very, very excellent salesperson. I will recommend anybody to go to a Drivetime. Very very excellent service. Nice nice people.

Mrs. Sierra ** was great. She did everything to help and got me in something I actually liked. The customer service is great there. I do recommend Drive Time. My overall experience turned out good and drive time has great cars

Guy that I bought the car off of seem legit and the car runs up to most normal standards but a check engine light came on and got a diagnostic for it and bad readings were coming off of the catalytic converter and the airbags are not connected to the computer. Putting it in the shop tomorrow to see what's going on. I got the 30 day and the extended warranty. On top of that I am still well within the 5 day return policy. I am taking it to car x to have a technician look at it. I don't have to pay anything at this point for repairs due to the fact I've only had the car for a few days because if I had to pay for repairs this early that car would definitely be going back. Be careful what you buy. Drive multiple cars before you make a decision but that's at any dealership.

I purchased a car in Modesto CA Drivetime. No sooner did get home 12 miles away at night raining the car just quit stopped and would restart. I was stuck in the middle of the dangerous road with no help. Needless to say I'm on day two with a car that is crap in my driveway. I was and I am being ripped off out of big money and bent over. I am beyond upset. The amount for this 2016 crap car 18,000 when all said and done. Something wrong with this world today is a under statement. Used and abused. I'm not happy.

I had David ** as my salesman. He was awesome. Not only did he keep his word on everything, but he was as quick as he could be to get me in and out. Not only that the vehicle I bought had a low tire pressure light on due to a faulty sensor and he had it fixed before I even took it off the lot. I have been loving my car more and more every day since I bought it. He definitely did an amazing job with my entire process.

Rick was everything with helping me. He was very busy and still was able to see me through on a nice car and very polite. I was in and out. No hold ups. Only on my side with my insurance. I will definitely recommend others to come to DriveTime to purchase a car.

Raven was cool, so the experience itself was decent. The problem is due to being low on gas. I chose a truck. I only drove around the parking lot and upon return to purchase, I didn’t get to test drive again and now rear end is shot and I haven’t had the truck a week, yet. I’m disappointed at this point. This is my second purchase and right now I feel a bit let down once again.

My experience at Drive Time was great. They listened and answered any and all questions I had, made sure to give me all facts about the car I purchased and the car came with a lot of features most used car places don't give you, like a loJack feature, for instance.

Bought my car in 5/23. Had to replace a module in the for the computer in 12/23. Was told by the dealer the steering module also needed replaced which I couldn't afford. So all in all my timing chain went out and caused my engine to fail and neither DriveTime nor SilverRock care to assist in this manner. I was sold a shitty vehicle and now I'm stuck with nothing.

Do not buy. They sell junk. They do not Stand behind problems in 3 days after getting they did not want to fix. Took warranty 3 weeks to fix. Every week it’s nothing but junk. Warranty is junk. Run. Do not buy from them!!!!
