I did an approval online and got approved instantly. I received a call and text from DriveTime. I worked with Khalil on Cassatt and he was great. No major issues. I think I got a decent vehicle. It was quick and easy overall.

On Friday night 02-06-26 we had an 5:30 appointment. Andre was our salesman. He was fantastic. He took his time and explained everything he was doing and went over all the different options. I would recommend Andre to friends and family. He was able to get me in a 2022 Chevy Equinox. Love the SUV. Thanks Andre. You're awesome.

I absolutely loved the whole experience buying a vehicle from DriveTime. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had while buying a car. Garrett listened to my concerns and needs and showed true care for what I was needing in a vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me decide. Also, very encouraging on things I did want like tinted windows. I also appreciate South for helping me finalize all the paperwork. He was very helpful in everything. I highly recommend using them for your next vehicle.

Enjoyed the people and the process. Until the next day. Car has 42 scratches, 33 poorly touched up. Has 3 different brands and treads of tires which affect ride. Found damage to front end and body panel is loose. Bought the car at night, covered in snow and did not see all the items wrong with the car. Working 5 12 hr shifts starting the following day and could not return until the following week. I do not recommend.

Man! When I tell you this group of people are my NEW favorite people, I mean it. Mrs. ** was soooo helpful and patient with me and my bank! She was with me from the very beginning to the end! And Joe, was the life of the party! Him and that beautiful spirit and smile was needed for this long day. At the end of it all I had my keys, packet and keys to my new car! Don’t buy a car from Drive Time. Worse car. They know the cars no good and will sale them anyway just to get commission. I had my car one month, motor went out. My car been in the shop at Ford dealership almost 8 months. If you try to trade in it’s more and payment are higher. They lied on down payment just to look like they are trying to help but only hurting the people who buy their cars. Stop, go somewhere else!!!

Buying a car is stressful RIGHT? I admit it. But as a parent, they had an area for the kids, yes tablets and a few lounge chairs to chill at. Free Coffee and a professional atmosphere, quiET, and private AREAS but friendly. Low credit score, Low down payment is tough they made it work for me based on my income, and at times if things fall apart sometimes the salesperson has no control OVER THE BANKS, but NICHOLAS C. at KISSIMMEE WAS EXCELLANT, CALM, AND PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT. HE GOT ME SOMETHING I LEFT HAPPY AND CONTENT WITH. Follow what the commercial states. I went in there knowing what I can afford, I processed all my info on my phone and brought my documents they requested, 3 hours we left with a safe, reliable car I can afford. Caleb helped me when I walked in. He was nice, professional, patient and asked all the right questions and helped me get into something affordable. He didn’t make me feel pressured to get into a vehicle that I wouldn’t like or out of my price range like they do at a lot of car lots. He was thorough in going over all of the details of the add ons and the contracts. I changed my mind to switch to a different car and when I went back the staff was helpful and very efficient in making it a quick painless process. Definitely recommend 5 🌟.

I’ve had this car for quite a while, and even when I was making every payment on time, the payoff balance barely changed. The car was already overpriced, but I was desperate and needed transportation. Looking back, this was a predatory sale. After a full year of payments, I still owe over $18,000 on a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, which is completely unreasonable. On top of that, my daughter’s car broke down just days after she bought it. The repairs were covered under warranty, yet they were refused. We couldn’t afford the repairs out of pocket, so she had no choice but to stop paying on the vehicle.
It’s incredibly sad how quickly you’re mistreated once your finances are damaged—especially when that damage was caused by the dealership itself. This has impacted our stability and quality of life. As someone who has worked in car sales myself, I now tell everyone I meet to avoid dealing with you. The way customers are treated in situations like this is unacceptable.

Salesman was great however they did not have enough help and even though we had an appointment they took others first. We did purchase a car from them but it was a long process because of him running back and forth between 3-4 clients which was unfair to us

I am currently dealing with Bridgecrest regarding a vehicle repossession, and the lack of transparency and communication has been extremely concerning. My first payment was less than three weeks late and was later brought current. The delay occurred because the vehicle was unusable due to a serious mechanical issue covered under warranty, which left me without the car for weeks and required me to pay for a rental. Bridgecrest was notified of the situation.
When purchasing the vehicle, I was told by the dealership that it had never been in an accident. However, when the vehicle was inspected by a mechanic due to the mechanical failure, I was advised that there were clear signs of prior accident damage, including aftermarket parts, visible welding, and rust in the engine compartment — issues that should have been apparent during inspection.
Despite the payment being cured and the vehicle being under active warranty repair, the vehicle was repossessed. Since then, I have repeatedly requested a written reinstatement or redemption amount and clarification of my options, but Bridgecrest has not provided clear information in writing and has gone silent for extended periods.
While a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is pending, I received electronic notice that my access to the vehicle was revoked and that the vehicle was moved from its storage location, without any clear notice of sale or disposition being provided. This situation has left me without transportation despite my efforts to resolve the matter in good faith. I strongly encourage anyone considering financing to carefully review how disputes, repossessions, and vehicles with mechanical or prior damage issues are handled.

The experience was rushed and non personal. Our sales person was doing 2 sales at once and we had to keep waiting. Didn't find out until after we signed the contract that the car had been wrecked and had some really bad safety problems.

My sales rep was okay at first when me and my daughter was walking out the building after purchasing my car. The rep sprayed his desk done and was so loud and obvious it was kind of rude as you just made a sale.

Great place to get a car fast!!! Got it in less than 2 hours! If you need a car fast and have less than perfect credit then you should go there. They have a full line of cars and it's way better than catching a bus or trac. I like to go places. The sale agent Lisa was phenomenal!! She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. No pushy sales and it was all on my terms. Thank you so much for all your help. This place is great and I highly recommend going there.

Good ol east side Cleveland customer service. All I did was look around their website as was called several times urging to make an appointment. So I did got there and was told someone would be right with me. After about 40 minutes I got up saying I didn’t want to wait anymore and salesman at his desk shrugs his shoulders at me so that’s that. I wouldn’t be mad had I not got called a bunch of times to make an APPOINTMENT. Complete waste of time.

Drivetime is a joke. I'll just tell you, I did an online approval form. PUT IN ALL MY INFORMATION AND NOTHING CHANGED. Online said I was approved for cars with little to no money down and I put in my income based off my last paystub of 2025. They tried to say it's $1,200 less than what it really is and I even had the paystub. NOW THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO HAVE $1,450 plus down AND NOW MIND YOU, NOTHING CHANGED. THIS WAS OUT OF THE FAIRFIELD OHIO LOCATION, working with Lemont.

Our salesperson was fantastic. The condition inside the vehicle was disgustingly. We were told that the vehicle would be cleaned prior to purchase and also have a full tank of gas. This never occurred too. Under the front mats there was dried up food (never vacuumed as promised). The mats were fill of mud (never washed as promised). We were told they were taking the vehicle to fill the gas tank because the low fuel light was on. The tank was not filled.

When I applied for a loan with DriveTime wasn't sure I would get one but they called me and said I was approved. So I went down, met with San and he was great. He help me with everything and I got to drive in a really nice Chevy Trax and I'm very happy with it.

He went above and beyond by displaying patience with me. He used active listening skills and was able to address all my questions and needs. I had an amazing car buying experience with DriveTime thanks to Jacob. He had true dedication to help and made sure I left happy in a car I love. He was friendly and made sure things went easy and I understood all terms. I just wish I didn’t waste my time at other places and came here first. I bought a Nissan Altima 2017. Have not drove 10000 miles. It’s in shop again for the third transmission. I’m stuck with a car that’s worth nothing and I owe 17000. I feel they took advantage of me. The cat is only worth 4000. I own 4 times that much.

Well, I was looking at stuff filled out. The application was not expecting the answer. I got been a many dealerships and they all tell you the same thing, but for once somebody stuck by their word was true to their word. I showed up with all my documents and pick out my truck. Drove to North Carolina and picked it up. They guys was cool and good for the first time ever they say this what it is and didn’t chance like 90 % of dealers I’ve been to. Now that is true honesty and integrity. That’s what makes people come back. And no it’s not because of this or that. I’ve been to many big dealers and they say one thing and do but backwards everytime so yea thank you guys.

The process was pretty straightforward and seamless. Although I do not love that I am in the situation I am in regarding my credit and the fact that it limits my purchasing and financing options, I am grateful that Drivetime was there to get me in a vehicle and provide me the opportunity to get back on my feet. I do want to say that Jaden is a ROCKSTAR! He was the kindest, most helpful and genuine soul. He was entertaining and patient and courteous. You definitely have an asset with Jaden!

Guy that I bought the car off of seem legit and the car runs up to most normal standards but a check engine light came on and got a diagnostic for it and bad readings were coming off of the catalytic converter and the airbags are not connected to the computer. Putting it in the shop tomorrow to see what's going on. I got the 30 day and the extended warranty. On top of that I am still well within the 5 day return policy. I am taking it to car x to have a technician look at it. I don't have to pay anything at this point for repairs due to the fact I've only had the car for a few days because if I had to pay for repairs this early that car would definitely be going back. Be careful what you buy. Drive multiple cars before you make a decision but that's at any dealership.

I purchased a car in Modesto CA Drivetime. No sooner did get home 12 miles away at night raining the car just quit stopped and would restart. I was stuck in the middle of the dangerous road with no help. Needless to say I'm on day two with a car that is crap in my driveway. I was and I am being ripped off out of big money and bent over. I am beyond upset. The amount for this 2016 crap car 18,000 when all said and done. Something wrong with this world today is a under statement. Used and abused. I'm not happy.

I had David ** as my salesman. He was awesome. Not only did he keep his word on everything, but he was as quick as he could be to get me in and out. Not only that the vehicle I bought had a low tire pressure light on due to a faulty sensor and he had it fixed before I even took it off the lot. I have been loving my car more and more every day since I bought it. He definitely did an amazing job with my entire process.

Raven was cool, so the experience itself was decent. The problem is due to being low on gas. I chose a truck. I only drove around the parking lot and upon return to purchase, I didn’t get to test drive again and now rear end is shot and I haven’t had the truck a week, yet. I’m disappointed at this point. This is my second purchase and right now I feel a bit let down once again.

My experience at Drive Time was great. They listened and answered any and all questions I had, made sure to give me all facts about the car I purchased and the car came with a lot of features most used car places don't give you, like a loJack feature, for instance.

Bought my car in 5/23. Had to replace a module in the for the computer in 12/23. Was told by the dealer the steering module also needed replaced which I couldn't afford. So all in all my timing chain went out and caused my engine to fail and neither DriveTime nor SilverRock care to assist in this manner. I was sold a shitty vehicle and now I'm stuck with nothing.

Do not buy. They sell junk. They do not Stand behind problems in 3 days after getting they did not want to fix. Took warranty 3 weeks to fix. Every week it’s nothing but junk. Warranty is junk. Run. Do not buy from them!!!!

I bought a car from y'all on Monday December 29th. But Tuesday evening my dashboard light up like a damn tree. I call DriveTime and y'all tell me to call someone else! That's horrible. I'm already regretting my decision. I shouldn't have to call a third party after 24 hours!

This place is all Bs, its says 99% people are approved which is BS. You're only approved for what they want you approved for then they run your credit which puts a dent on your credit report but yet advertising bad credit, good credit or whatever so my credit shouldn't matter, This place is joke people.

Yesterday when I got my car I gave a 5 star review. My sales guy Matthew was great. My only concern is that my car did not come with a Fob but in the pictures shows it has one so it makes it hard for me to get into my car. I now have a concern about the battery. I love the car but I may be returning it back to the dealer.

Well, I went to three different Drivetime dealerships and the one place I went to in Greensboro kept trying to give me a Ford in which I didn't. I told them I wanted a Chevy Silverado and they kept on trying to sell me a Ford pickup truck so they sent me to Winston-Salem and they had a Chevy Silverado, I tested drove it and I liked it so I was going to buy it but was told that I had to pay 100.00 for them to hold the vehicle but the manager said she would wave that fee until I came back to buy it. When I came, she told me the truck was sold, and they didn't have any more Chevy Silverado's so I said I wanted a GMC Sierra 1500. So I was sent to Charlotte, NC, and I Charlotte, they had the vehicle ready and waiting for me. The service manager was good and the salesperson, Andre was excellent. I would recommend them to my friends or anyone that asked me.

I like my car but the interior is not up to par and I’m contemplating if I want to keep it. I had a really good experience getting my Chevrolet Equinox from DriveTime. The process was smooth from start to finish — no pressure, no hidden surprises. I recently purchased a vehicle and had it for 18 days. As I was driving every light in the vehicle came on from the dashboard. I contact the DriveTime and they told me to contact Silver rock, which is the warranty company who advised me to send it to AAMCO Transmissions. Silver Rock later denied my claim and blame it on outside influence, which isn’t stated in the things that are not warranted even when AAMCO disputed that the damage was not done by outside influence. This is a complete scam. Do not use drive time.

Don’t do it unless you really know what you are getting yourself into! At first everything seems so good to be true then before you know you are leaving with a vehicle! Dealership don’t pressure you but if you don’t know much about the buying process of a car don’t do it or go alone! Their interest rate is very very high. Not worth it when you end up getting a car that you may not really see yourself driving and end up paying the interest rate of over 30%. It’s like you will never really pay for that car just a bunch of wasted money and you will be paying forever! Remember just because some things sound good doesn’t mean it will end good for you in the long run! Get yourself something you really desire even if it will cost you but not like this! And always look at your options/reviews and cause getting yourself out of this will cost you! Also they go with a bank called bridge crest very bad bank in terms of loans, interest and so on! Don’t buy here!

I am very thankful for steve and Ross at the Pensacola location. I came in Friday and told them what I was going through. We had been to 6 dealerships prior to coming to them. Steve greeted me very positively and politely when I first got to the store after telling him our situation. This has been the worst experience ever. The first car I had to return because something was wrong after a couple of days. I traded that car for a car that needed wipers they wouldn't replace and now the bumper is coming off. When you buy a car you shouldn't have small issues. That makes me think what major issues does this car have that they haven't and not willing to fix.

While in Temple; she showed me many parts of the 2022 Toyota Corolla letting me know that they were working properly. Well, I’ll probably never buy a car from you again and I definitely will not recommend anybody purchase a car from you. The staff was friendly. The staff did their job. The cars were dirty and thousands of dollars of extra charges were added to my car without being explained to me. This is not good. I’m actually quite pissed off because I asked about the low Jack and told him I did not want it. He said it was part of the package and then I looked later on and there’s a huge charge for it. You guys add it so many hidden fees without explaining it I thought there was laws against that, but anyways never never again.

Hopefully, this review does bring about a solid change. I purchased a vehicle in Lewisville. Purchase experience was exceptional. The vehicle was not. I drive that vehicle to Austin and got a different vehicle. The person that changed the oil didn’t screw the drain plug in correctly, so the car was leaking oil. No floor mats came with the vehicle. No spare tire. Sun roof doesn’t close correctly. I have to get that fixed. Noticed this was a problem when I was inside a car wash. Headliner is stained (ruined). Had no idea the sun roof has an issue. I know when you purchase used cars they will come with issues. This just surpassed my understanding.

Drive Time makes it easy to buy a car and have the financing. I am so happy that I went to Drive Time the first time and then again for my second vehicle. I purchased the car that I wanted, but I wasn't sure if it was affordable for me and I was given options. I got a very nice car and it's almost a new vehicle. This car is a year old and had very low mileage. My trade-in was eleven years old and still running good and I never had a problem with it. I trusted them for a dependable car. Drive Time gave me a better deal than I could have gotten at another dealership. My credit score is not good, and Drive Time takes other things into consideration. I am very pleased with my decision.

The worst experience I've ever in my life seen! This has been one big lie from the day I set foot on the lot. The sales clown went as far as lying on me in my face to his manager, that right there is where I had to draw the line, it took all I had not to go beyond verbal. That had to be one of the most ignorant, dumbest s.o.b I've ever encountered. Now my bestfriend is considering filing a suit them and a civil suit against the lying ass clown. Mr. Garcia is not going to be pleased especially with all the other lawsuits already in progress.

I'm actually disappointed, I was so happy and excited to get my Jeep. I didn’t even drive it for 2 days and check engine light came on, I had a hard time finding a place to that Will take the warranty. There was a hose that was taped. My batteries was installed incorrectly that I had to pay for! They paid 800. I had to pay 530$ not even a week after getting the car Just to have the car back. But guess what? I started the car and my lights are back on. I have only driven 150 miles since I got it back. I used all my money for a down payment. I used my money for bills and groceries. To fix a car I didn’t even have for a week.

I made my second car purchase from Drivetime. This time my sales guy was Kee at the Morrow. Kee was very patient and helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a great car and reviewed the car features step by step. I came late evening after work, but he was upbeat and didn't make me feel like I needed to hurry to make a decision. Please do not do it! Please click on lower reviews, and you will see numerous reviews on the GM Nicole at this location. Firstly, when I first entered Drive Time, Newport News, Nicole was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I sat in the waiting area with some nice other woman. When a woman asked me if the lady upfront was rude to me? As they stated that she was rude to them. I observed Nicole, as I sat, and she had her picking of whom she chose to be rude too. I did not purchase a vehicle that night. A couple of days later, the assistant manager, Selina Call me to ask about my experience. Explain what happens with my experience and she invited me back in. I worked with the salesman Mike, who was completely awesome. Mike and Selina assisted me with parting a vehicle that I would need to pick up from Richmond, Virginia.
A few days later, I decided to check in to see if there was a vehicle closer to my location before I drove to Richmond for the purchase. Nicole picked up the phone. She was very rude, condescending, and passive aggressive. She said that I would need to come in just to ask simple questions. I eventually asked for the human resources number and she gave me all digits but one. I had to call the Norfolk Chesapeake location to get the correct number. I will tell you the GM in the sales reps. There were also awesome. They answered all of the simple questions that I had. I ended up speaking with the Richmond location prior to picking up my vehicle on a Saturday. I will tell you, Lucy and Brandon were awesome at that location. I did not have any bad experience with any sales reps at all. However, the vehicle that I purchased was a lemon.
The vehicle did not make it the hour and a half drive back home. It was undrivable and I was stuck with my toddler. I cannot reach anyone for that Saturday and until Monday. I do not blame the sales reps as if they do not handle the condition of the vehicle. Monday morning I did call customer Relations back as that how I already been my second call, because I had already caught complaining about Nicole. I had to have a vehicle towed myself to the closest dealership, which was the Newport News location. The GM Nicole has no sympathy or empathy at all. I was extremely upset because I have just given down payment, drove to Richmond on my day off, and a card did not make it back. I was gonna look into another vehicle at the Norfolk Chesapeake location however I decided not to give Drive Time any more of my money. Also, with Nicole, being in the face of that location made find another vehicle even more tasteless.
I recall the loan and requested my down payment back. I did explain to her that that vehicle was a lemon and she is lucky no one has sued them. I decided to have every conversation through customer relations. Nicole has full customer relations multiple times that my down payment check will be coming to the store itself. As of yesterday they followed up with her again and they sent it to my address without an apartment number. As of right now is very possible for the check to be out in limbo. She has lived multiple times. The guys in the location are awesome. Mike and Joseph. I am positive. Their selves are affected by Nicole’s Customer Service.
The energy in the branch is completely different with Nicole not be in there. As awesome as the guys are. I do not recommend this location at all. Also, I do not recommend a vehicle. I will also like to give kudos to Bobby and Ryan from customer relations who helped assist me through this horrible circumstance. Please read other reviews about Nicole. No option for 0 stars. I was told about prior wreck damage after the lease was signed. It was spoken of lightly. After closer inspection, prior damage was significant. 8 months after purchase had to get a new engine (warranty only allowed used engine). A few months after that, I had to buy a new battery (1 year after purchase). Currently dealing with possible wiring issues. Vehicle cuts off at any time, rarely starts on 1st attempt. (This is the 2nd attempt to fix this issue) 😡 This company uses predatory practices & needs to be investigated. Can’t get out of this high interest contract. Additions don’t work (i e, vehicle location). Customer service is horrible and deceptive.

I bought a car in March and had to return it because the window stopped working and wouldn’t go all the way up. They told me it wasn’t covered under warranty. Now, 7 months later, the brand new battery they installed before the test drive is dead, and they’re saying it’s not covered under anything.

In all my years of buying cars, this was indeed my best experience. Purchasing a car should be a fun experience, but many dealerships take away the excitement leaving you wondering if you will even be able to afford the car you want to drive. With DriveTime I received a large amount of keys, and was told to go pick your vehicle. No salesperson following you, you are given the opportunity to really enjoy the experience. I found a car, and to my surprise within an hour or two I was on my way home with my new vehicle. Very pleasant staff, very affordable prices and when they say to “Pick your down payment “ that’s what they mean. I have found a dealership that I will be dealing with from now on, thank you!!

This place sells shitty cars. I've only had my car for 7 months. My brakes, rotors and struts, tires are terrible. There is no way I did this. I barely drive it. Just to work and back. Now I'm out $2300.

We looked at 2 vehicles before we found the one we wanted. The first smelled like cigarettes and dog. The second had serious transmission issues. I'm not sure they clean their vehicles or inspect and maintenance them like they should. After getting our vehicle home we noticed a noise when we turn left and sometimes it turns over a few times before it starts. I'm going to have to call and set up an appointment to have it looked at. I understand now, why the sales lady was trying to shove the $4000 warranty down our throats. I wouldn't choose DriveTime again.

I was under the impression that I was buying a $24,000. Vehicle turns out I’m paying double that price for a car that is not worth $21,000. When I called to discuss the misunderstanding I was automatically directed to Bridgecrest financing and was told there’s nothing they can do.

I was happy with the service and it was an easy purchase. I live 2hrs away and the thing I did not like especially since this is my 2nd car I've bought is that I was told the car went through a thorough inspection and when I took it to a mechanic I was told the CV joint on the driver's side needs to be replaced because it was knocking when I make a very sharp turn. I feel like this should have been repaired prior to my purchase and there is no way it went unnoticed if an inspection was actually done correctly.

Looked and got 2 cars. Both had engine problems. 3rd car worked and had no problem. Was disappointed with have to return for the 3rd time. The first car had to be taken to the shop. Where told me the engine was about to go. And the second car had black sot and smoke coming out of the tale pipe. They took them back and told me if the 3rd car could not be returned. But it seemed to work fine and we had no problems.

My the truck was extremely easy and convenient to buy. But our truck broke down exactly 29days later! I have purchased a car from a tote the note and had no problems 5 years plus. This made us extremely dissatisfied. There's no way any car purchased should break down thirty days later. We have the warranty which we had to pay $150 to get it looked at buy their mobile mechanic. That then took five days. Then, after the truck was fixed, they wanted to charge us another 100 instead of refunding us our $50. Our deductible for that was $100 per the warranty. So 🤷♀️ it was the water pump, and it exploded in our driveway. No, Check engine lights, no overheating, no clue anything was going on until the truck broke down. Very suspicious. Anyway heed your warning or don't. Would never recommend to anyone else.

I had the misfortune of going to this store today to look at a car. The service was terrible. The salesperson asked for my driver's license, and since I just moved to Charlotte, my license is still from another state. He kept questioning why I have a driver's license from another state. He called me illegal without knowing my immigration status. I don't recommend this store to anyone. I was very embarrassed and embarrassed. I feel relieved that I didn't buy the car there. The salesperson's name is Jordan Watts. It was the first and last time I went into this store.

Wasted my time, I gave them real time bank statements from my bank and cashapp, cashapp report to the IRS just like all other banks and they told me they couldn’t take my statements from cashapp. I had proof of income no matter what, never again to DriveTime… bad business.

Quin was very helpful! I got an SUV about 2 1/2 years ago under a lease/purchase agreement. The lease was up in August. A little over a year ago, my husband died and left me with creditors to pay off and my credit score fell dramatically. Even though I am now making almost twice the income, the credit score is the determining factor for the majority of financial institutions. I stepped into Drive Time on Monday. Quin and I did some of the initial paperwork then and a lot of it via email and text messages the next day. My previous SUV was a 2023 Cadillac XT4. I was able to drive home in a 2024 Chevy Equinox on Wednesday with a very low down payment and monthly payments $50 less than the Cadillac! I am thrilled! It drives great. I had reserved an appointment to look at a vehicle. I showed up at the correct time. From there, everything went down really fast. I wanted to reserve and place a deposit on the vehicle and was told no, that it is first-come first-served. So we went home to get the needed paperwork to apply for the loan and when we returned, someone else had purchased the vehicle. Say NO to their high-pressure sales tactics. They do not care about you, the customer. When I asked for a supervisor's phone number, I called it when I got home and it was the Richmond DMV office. Horrible.

I went through three cars and stuck with my third one giving me a Carfax statement that says they haven't been in a wreck and two of the three had been in a wreck that I was sure of selling me a car with that needs brake jobs, two of them, the one I'm in is definitely been in a wreck, where the Carfax says it was not. Not very satisfied with the process and they're charging you a hell of an interest rate for junk cars.

Well, the dealer at DriveTime never gave me a Fair deal with the car that I like,. He could have knocked off at least $25 more dollars than what he did! For the car! I'm really disappointed with the Price,, Not very Good!! I don't think I want.

I had a 10 am appointment. I arrived 5 mins early. I waited around for 4 hours while they helped everyone besides the one with the appointment. I received no info on car until it was time to sign the contract. I was running late on picking up my kids from school. I had no time to come back there for a 4th time, so I had no choice but to sign contract due to me needing a vehicle and no more time for questions or to check out lower monthly payment price. Very unsatisfied.

I would say that my experience at DriveTime Savannah was a good experience not like other dealerships. Even though our sales guy was handling multiple people at one time, I must say he did a great job. Staff was friendly and efficient. Thoroughly explained my options, and the process. Gave me a good deal. Got me approved and added great warranty for 3 years and limited for five years. Then when went outside to drive away in my new car, surprised us with a big green ribbon on the hood, and took pictures. Had a great experience here.

Things were not pointed out on the car. Like a cracked front bumper an almost empty fuel tank no floor mats to mention a few things. The sales paperwork went smoothly but I'm still not happy to a point where I will recommend others to you. A follow-up about my purchase would have been nice too.

I purchased a truck from here years ago. A Dodge truck to be specific, single cab. So after getting home with the truck for some reason it hit me to look up the Kelly blue value of the truck I purchased for $16,000 to only find out the value of this truck was around $6,000. On top of that after financing I was paying over $20,000 for a truck worth $6,000. Man was I screwed big time. This truck was basic everything with no power options, if you wanted to roll the windows down, you had to roll them down manually. Basic AM FM radio only. No power locks, etc...
And also it was sold to me as never being wrecked but later I found one front quarter panel had bondo work done on it and you could see it if the sunlight hits it just right. Before you purchase a car here, please look up the blue book value of the vehicle they are selling so you don't pay $10,000 over the value of the car. Be careful people. Someone is getting very rich off people that don't know and need a car fast because of a hardship. That's my experience with Drive time and I would purchase another vehicle from them.

Very simple process. I just wished the monthly payment on the website matched the payment at the dealership. What gets you is the fees and warranty. Site isn’t too clear on that part. Other than that, good overall. Car is well maintained. Almost like new.

I had a very long process with DriveTime. From going out to another state to get my car just for it to not be ready then going to another state to get a car. Then when I left the car’s transmission is faulty. They say they inspect the cars but my car had 3 recalls prior to me purchasing the car and they were never fixed so I have to do it!

Had no appointment - showed up early before opening hour. Had enough time to walk around the lot to see all vehicles - selected vehicle - business opened up (9:am) - was the first customer - drove out with vehicle close to 4:pm - was there 6 / 7 hours - that is much too long to make a purchase. I am the co-pay with a credit score of 801 also a homeowner with the house valued at over 300k. I also have a active 401 retirement plan, only water was offered in the beginning, although the establishment has a vending machine for snacks. I personally do not eat from vending machines. A true meal was needed by the fifth hour. I felt like we were being checked if we were illegal aliens.
The time spent in a dealership can vary between customers but we strive to provide a quick and streamlined car-buying process for all customers. Our main goal is to ensure you leave the dealership feeling informed and confident in your purchase by covering all aspects of the deal with each customer. We certainly don't want anyone to feel rushed and hope to personalize each experience.

Tierre was very friendly and attentive despite being busy. He took the time to answer my questions and explain anything I didn’t understanding. It wasn’t my first time purchasing a car but every experience is different. I didn’t feel rushed and pressured. It was very straightforward and efficient. I love the fact that the bulk of the paperwork was signed electronically and emailed. I didn’t feel like I was leaving with a book.
