Just let me say that Sierra is the best car sales person who I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She went over everything with us and explained everything we were wanting. We went in there looking for a specific vehicle and she sure did get us into it. This was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. It all took about an hour. I will always go back to Drive Time every time I need a new vehicle.

My initial purchase at the Pittsburgh North location was disastrous with a faulty vehicle and extremely pushy salesperson. I decided to return the car but made the 250 mile trip to Columbus, Ohio, and purchased a beautiful Jeep from Hayden **. He couldn't have been more kind. Understanding, helpful, and laid back if he tried. All salespeople should strive to behave like a respectable person as himself. I'm extremely happy after my second attempt with Drivetime.

Extremely pushy salesman who wouldn't take no for an answer. Car is full of stagnant moldy water in the spare wheel well and rear floors are also soaked. I plan to return the car as soon as possible.

I had a great experience with DriveTime!! I was approved on the spot and I drove off the lot with a 2018 Silver Chevrolet Cruze. I love my car!!! It drives good and is great on gas!! Customer service there is Excellent!!! Thanks Quee!!

Literally the easiest and fastest process I’ve ever had when buying a vehicle. I was at the Toledo location, and Devin exceeded my expectations to make sure I got everything I possibly needed. The vehicle is perfect. And I got lower interest rate than I would have anywhere else.

We worked with Jeff. He was very knowledgeable about the process. It went smoothly. The downpayment was a little more than we wanted to spend, but still wasn't high. He was great. Will go back for next vehicle.

Arrived at the dealership and they didn’t have any of my paperwork that l did online. Basically had to start from scratch. Was at the dealership from 10 am to 3 pm. Happy with the car but could have been a little better if the paperwork was done ahead of time like I was told.

Ash was great throughout the whole process. She thoroughly explained everything. When it came time to look at vehicles and test drive, she let us go on the lot and look at the cars with no pressure. There was one vehicle I was interested in, but when she went to move it so I could test drive it, there was something broken, and she didn't show it to me. I thought that was great.

The process was easy enough to complete. The prices of the vehicles were also decent and the staff was very polite and professional. I ended up staying a little past closing time to complete my purchase, and they didn't rush me.

The associate that helped us was great. He was patient, and understanding and explained everything to us. My Son bought the car. He was scammed by a car lot in 3 fountains about 6 months ago. After we paid in full for the car and it ran for 1 hour and he called them and they NEVER returned his calls we found out that it needed a step down motor and an ENTIRE TRANSMISSION. Needless to say he was very much on edge about getting another car. Places like that give lots that are honest, and sell used cars a BAD NAME. NOBODY deserves to be taken advantage. And your agent and company made him feel safe.

My saleswoman, Elena, was very nice and professional. She showed me the vehicles that I was interested in and requested... Toyota and Nissan. She showed me the history (no accidents). After test driving both, I decided to go with the newer one. 2025 Nissan Sentra.

I had vehicle one month. Two repair companies told me my brakes were at 70% and needed replacing. DriveTime said they didn’t need to be replaced. Can you really wear down brakes in just a month. So had them replaced for my safety as I am 72 and felt I should have been reimbursed. DriveTime disagrees.

I honestly thought it was going to be difficult to purchase a vehicle or I wasn’t going to like any of the vehicles on the lot. I thought wrong! You guys made it super simple to purchase a vehicle. I just couldn’t believe I was actually able to purchase a vehicle that I actually loved! Granted of course, APR is higher than ideal, but I can’t be picky. It’s my fault I ruined my credit. I’m so thankful DriveTime gave me that chance when no one else would. Everywhere else wanted at least 4k down, I walked away with 200 down. Thank you so much!

The staff at the Gladstone store were beyond amazing! I was facing a difficult decision regarding my previous vehicle and needed to get into a used car with less-than-stellar credit. The entire team, Troy, the manager, Mykel, Emily, and Connor, all them were awesome! They made the process seem so seamless. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a reasonable price! Great place to go if you’re trying to rebuild your credit! I can’t thank them enough! HUGE SHOUTOUT.

This will be my second go-around with DriveTime. I love the customer service and the patience taken with every customer. They seem to always come through but this time I was going for what I usually would get denied for, an SUV. I finally got what I’ve wanted for longest a SUV. They delivered that and more. Was very disappointed to arrive for my 11:00 a.m. appointment right on time with Trayvon only to be met by Raymond and find out Tavon had taken another couple during my set appointment time. Also the option to have my photo taken with the trademark green bow was not made nor mentioned only to have Tavon do so for the other couple. I came to this particular dealership because my sister raved about the experience she had when she purchased her car back in 2021(bow photo was not offered then either).

Your place at New Castle, I think the people are wonderful there. I have the highest regards for them. They were very polite, very willing to help you in any way. They took their time to go over everything with us. I will definitely be coming back again.

Great experience, and was able to get me in something I wanted with a reasonable down payment. They went over all the details of the vehicle with me, and Ariel was great to work with. I purchased a 2024 Chevy Equinox, and for this to be a used car dealership, the mileage on it was very low.

This was probably the best car buying experience I have had. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Kerona my sales rep was super patient and very pleasant. I was very pleased and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Staff is friendly. Cars are trash. 1 month 2 vehicles breakdown. Stay away!!!

Absolute nightmare vehicle, hasn't run a month and I'm missing work and given the run around. Now the repair shop says it need to go to a dealer for more repairs and more time? How am I supposed to get to work after a significant down payment and insurance. I'm stranded, left in the dark and no one to assist me

I was extremely disappointed with how the vehicle was cleaned up. Trash in the bed of the truck. Tire pressure varied from 53 PSI to 40 PSI and recommendations for tires is 35 PSI. Oil life was 47%. I was told the vehicle went through a 14 day inspection? Took 2 hours longer than I was told to conclude the transaction. Manager was rude. Extremely disappointed with the whole process.
