Getting approved was fast and easy, I was able to look online at the vehicles at the dealership and picked out the perfect one for myself, went to the dealership and spent a couple hrs. doing the paperwork and finalizing everything and drove off in the same exact car I decided to purchase.

Horrible experience. Bought a car that violated DTPA Deceptive trade practices I am trying to work with you directly but no success, car has been in shop or bringing to shops more than I have have on my driveway. If you think this is okay I will make sure it is known. I was told to lawyer up, how is this diffusing a situation?

I bought my 2020 Nissan Rogue on 9/19/2026 and had to open a claim with SilverRock on 9/28/2026-NINE DAYS LATER! Front and rear brakes are bad-pads, shoes and rotors, shocks and struts are bad, cabin air filter is DISGUSTING, tire rods are bad. SilverRock denied over HALF of the issues with this car!! I called Drivetime and asked why they put this vehicle on the lot to be sold and I was told the vehicle was inspected! If it was inspected, they would have seen the brakes were bad and there were serious issues with the vehicle. They are taking no responsibility at all! Lying about the inspection makes it worse!! Firestone on the other hand has been absolutely amazing as I am on day 2 of waiting to get my vehicle back!

Drivetime is very reliable and dependable. They will get you a vehicle financed and you will drive off the lot on the same day.

The first vehicle I wanted was not available so they showed me another one that I actually liked better but was at a different location. Test drove that vehicle but there was a problem with the car. Demond and Robert at the Marietta location worked diligently to get me into a car that works for me. Rose at Stone Mountain did a great job of getting me started. The process was straightforward and I feel good about the experience. I would recommend DriveTime as a great place to buy a car, especially if your credit is not so good. They said "YES" when a competitor said "NO" and they seem to care about the customer.

I was sold a car that has a nail in the tire and per Firestone has been there for a while. I called the store who told me my only option was to come and swap the vehicle out which would cause me to have to pay more money down due to the qualifications of my income. I also had to ask the salesman to find a spare tire for my vehicle which didn’t have one during the checklist time.

My sales brad Henderson was the greatest. He made my experience wonderful. I wouldn't have bought a car if it wasn't for him.
