Mallory saleslady was best. She even washed the car, checked fluids, test drive three cars with me and my wife. Then she had to change the loan twice. She was so nice. You need more like her. Best salesperson I've ever had. She probably sells a lot of cars for you.

The employees at DriveTime were very helpful and willing to work with my husband and I on trying to get another vehicle. Each person we worked with were polite, respectful, and explained any information we may had questions about and went over all the information we needed to know that was related to our vehicle we were purchasing. With just turning 18 and having no credit it was so hard finding a car and being approved. Not only did DriveTime get me approved but they got me into a car I love! The service was awesome and even though they had to stay over for an hour to finish my paperwork they were so kind. Thank you DriveTime! My experience with DriveTime was beautiful and I feel really good about the car I chose. The staff at DriveTime was very helpful, especially Shannon **. I didn't feel any pressure from the staff and I was allowed to look at cars without any pressure. The paperwork was very simple and easy to follow; Shannon answered all my questions. Overall, the whole staff was very kind and respectful.

Customer service was very professional and friendly; however, the start to finish process of purchasing our vehicle was too lengthy. We are from out of town and it took two days to complete the purchasing of our car.

When I went to DriveTime I never met so many helpful people. They greet you as soon as you walk through the door not knowing which one to choose from but for me mine was already picked. Mr. ** was the most helpful person I ever met. He broke down everything so that I may understand because at the age of 22 we don't know much but I'm glad I've met him. Buying a car from here was like amazing for me. I went a whole year carless and they set me up on installments so that I can pay my down payment which was awesome and I thank them for that. If I knew I had to put as much down I would have picked a different car but there was a mix up on what Altima's. One was for 400 down, and the other was for 1150.00 down but the car shown to me I was told it was the 400 down car when it was actually the higher down payment car, but didn't find out or told this in until the end. My helper was wonderful. The mistake was made by his manager. Overall they all was friendly and the process was so long I didn't want to start over.

My purchase at DriveTime was smooth and stress-free. I applied online prior to the in-person visit to the dealership location. Since I utilized the website, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I knew which vehicles I was interested in. Once I decided what vehicle I wanted, it only took an hour to be on my way home with a clean new to me car with a full tank of gas! However, with pre-owned vehicles, we are unable to determine if any future issues may present themselves at a later time. Please keep in mind, if you purchased the vehicle, we do offer a five day vehicle return program for our finance customers. If you are unhappy with your vehicle for any reason, this program allows you to return the vehicle to the dealership within five days from the date of purchase, to cancel your contract.

When I was referred to DriveTime I walked in thinking I would receive the same answers I have before.. NO! Renata was my initial sales person. She was relatable, and extremely pleasant. Justin broke down everything in words I could understand. Lol.. And in the end Emeka finished up the sale. It only took literally 20 minutes to get approved. This is my third car with DriveTime. Why is it my third? Every car I have from them was terrible so I traded them in within the 5 days. Now not to mention I am 6 months pregnant so I really need to get around. When I first got the 3rd car Ivan the store manager promised me all kinds of things that would be fixed through warranty.
I called warranty because every time I came outside to go to work my tires were flat. Yes FLAT!! So the warranty says "okay". They will approve it even though it's something they usually don't. Okay good. So I call the warranty and they say they are waiting for DriveTime a customer relations to approve my tires. I call customer relations which is horrible!!! And they say "nope we aren't fixing anything." Literally that's what the man says. Now my tires are only okay if I put fix a flat in them which is not a good thing. Remember I'm pregnant right? So my tires could just fall off at any time.
I don't think it's fair and I don't think I should have to replace the tires. I've been TOLD they would be approved because I've had so many issues. Smh. I have called the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer to handle it because it's been that bad. I would never recommend going here ever to anyone. I'm going to let everyone I know not to go there.

When I was first looking into a car, Jamarcus was assigned to me first. He helped me pick out the perfect car, at a perfect budget, perfect everything actually. I took my boyfriend with me the day we went to see the inventory and it was full of laughs and smiles but getting down to business as well. By the end of my visit, I had a 2013 Chevy Cruze picked out. We told Jamarcus we would be returning in 2 weeks, but sadly he was transferred to the Camelback location. So if you need help, and comfort about a car you will be selecting, I highly suggest you ask for Jamarcus. Exceptional service.
As for Cody, he was assigned to help me when Jamarcus left. Exceptional service as well. It was getting in and out and everything was understandable. Few jokes, laughs, and smiles here and there. He made sure that I had a good idea of what I was getting into, and broke down the information again. Overall, my visit here was AMAZING. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I honestly will recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

I had a wonderful experience with DriveTime! I have to give a huge shout out to Matt for going above and beyond for us. He took the time to drive to the Lombard, IL location to pick up the vehicle that I wanted! Super guy!!! Exceptional customer service!!! And then James - another great employee. He assisted us when we came in to pick up the vehicle. He went over all of the paperwork, recall information, history and went through all working components one by one on the vehicle. And last, but certainly not least, there was Shelly. Her bright smile and professional demeanor made the buying experience even more enjoyable. She explained all of the financing in detail and made sure there was nothing that we did not understand PRIOR to signing any paperwork. She did an awesome job as well!! I found a 2011 Jeep Liberty online at the Lakeland dealership so my daughter drove me to Lakeland. Amber, Matt and Alfonso were absolutely wonderful! They were professional and friendly. They were extremely helpful with the financing and made certain all aspects of the financial agreement were clear. I was dreading buying a car however the Lakeland team, especially Amber and Matt, made my experience a pleasure. I now have a car I love to drive with payments I can afford. From the moment we walked in, **, **, and a couple of other gentlemen were treating us like we were royalty. I love the attention, courtesy & professionalism given to us, as it made my choice of companies and vehicles the best for me and my family. Just a few hours after picking up my striking black, 2006 GMC Envoy (which ** had ordered and called me upon a very timely arrival) I was stopped at Walmart by a young man who admired my SUV. I happily gave him DriveTime's crew location and was assured over & over that he will certainly be there on Monday morning to speak with one of the folks there. I am so going to miss that group! I do plan on bringing them "Thank You" Krispy Kremes (if that is allowed). They are just phenom at what they do, and I was so extremely comfortable in their company.
I wish I could put a flag in front of my home that says "DriveTime is the bomb-diggity... So stop on over & say hey to ** and the crew, they'll treat you royally". By the way, this is the first time I have driven a vehicle in 2 years. I'm a survivor of a stroke, and I couldn't even see, nor walk properly, until recently. I'm a God fearing woman and feel that I was led to this company and to the individuals who (unbeknownst to them) treated me with the utmost of professionalism and care. I love them sincerely. Awesome customer care is what they've treated us with.

Was at the dealership 2 Apr '16. I was going in with the expectation of looking and test driving but not leaving with anything. For a car shopping experience it was overall pleasant and I was surprised that I was able to leave with a car. The car I got wasn't one I had been considering but after I drove it I did love the car. Looking at the first communication through the online to the delivery was seamless and I would say unusual. The customer service skills with James to Laval were incredible to say the least. I know customer service and the eye contact and open lines of communication leads to a fantastic customer service experience that wants me to not only provide the information to potential future customers but also shout the experience from the hill tops. The experience and your 1515 E Bell Rd dealership was good. We were satisfied with the customer service from the facility. We were disappointed that they did not wash the vehicle or provide floor mats before delivery but I guess that must be your company policy because when asked about washing the vehicle Curtis the salesman looked at us like we just landed on earth and said he guessed he could run it through a $3 carwash if he could find one. Other than those two issues we were satisfied with the experience.

I went to DriveTime because they did indeed approve me over the phone to buy a decent car but when I got to the Fairfield Ohio dealership it was a nightmare. Had appt for 1:00, checked in at 12:25, didn't get help until well after appt time. Looked around, found the perfect car I wanted, started the papers to buy it and was almost complete when they told me "Oops can't have it because it's already sold and we forgot." Then after that they tried to get another like it from one of the other DriveTimes and the car they brought back was nothing like the one we found first plus difference in price and it was not in the same condition. By the end of the day I was worn out and pissed off so we left empty handed.
The other DriveTimes around that one didn't have a similar car that we wanted. So we had to go out of state to the other DriveTimes which were far away and found the perfect car but was lied to over and over again about important facts that can't be that hard to explain. It's either true or not true. Plus the car had a major safety recall on it and wasn't told about and it had been posted for a year. Since then I've found out many more lies I was told and I'm not a happy customer. I called the dealership to talk about it and was blown off and transferred to main DriveTime customer service where they blew me off and apologized for being given the wrong info time and time again. Just be forewarned that what you're told and what the truth is can and will be two different things and I wish someone from DriveTime corporate office would contact me to resolve my issues. Bought at the Shadeland, Indianapolis IN store.

To address your concern with the safety recall, prior to sale, all of our vehicles go through a multipoint inspection at our DriveTime inspection centers. At that time, any parts that fail inspection are replaced. However, if there are any open manufacturer recalls present, we are unable to address them prior to sale. Manufacturer recalls can only be addressed at an original equipment manufacturer. To ensure our customers are aware of any open recalls, a safercar.gov recall report is pulled at the time of purchase, and our customers are notified of the results. We encourage our customers to review this information to ensure they are comfortable with their purchase prior to sale.
