Oscar ROCKS!!! I have been to the SW Freeway Location 3xs and was unable or unready to purchase a vehicle until yesterday! Each time I visited, I was treated with patience and understanding... not pushiness or a sense that I was wasting anyone's time. I had an older car with worries everyday it would break down on me. Applied online and was approved in minutes. Took down my old car with title, and required docs and drove away a couple hours later in a newer car that I was happy with. Drivetime is awesome!!

It was very good. Sudan was very helpful and very honest and that means a lot but then everyone made it very easy to buy a car. It has been the best experience in a long time. I would recommend anyone to DriveTime to buy a car.

I have never been treated so kind and polite at any car place the way I was treated at DriveTime. I got follow-up emails and it made me feel very good about my decision. I had a recent repossession on my account due to that vehicle costing almost $500 monthly, and the salesman and his manager worked, literally all day, to get me into a car that I can afford on my $10hr wage. There seemed to be obstacles constantly thrown at them from every direction due to the recent repo, but they never lost their sense of humor, never seemed to get upset or stressed out, and when I was the one on the verge of having anxiety attacks, helped keep me fairly calm through it all. They were my last hope and they really came through for me. I will recommend DriveTime to ALL of my friends and family!

This was our second car to purchase from DriveTime. We met many of the folks we dealt with before. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We received a good review of vehicles available and then took a tour of those that we felt met our needs. We sat down with the rep and reviewed potentials, and made our choice. Although everyone was pleasant, the interior/exterior was not cleaned. Was offered to be picked up the day before, but salesperson never called back. Was given vehicle with just over half a tank. Thought it would be filled up, especially since I live 58 minutes away. I don't get it.

I was quite skeptical before visiting DriveTime in West Palm Beach. After reading so many positive messages from satisfied and happy customers on the website, well it really seemed too good to be true. Fortunately I was mistaken!! Greg and the entire staff at DriveTime are friendly and efficient professionals who work as a team to get it done quickly. My credit is pretty bad right now but they didn't even flinch once during the process. This is the first used car purchase I have made in over 30 years and I have to say it turned out to be a great move. Amanda was an outstanding sales agent. I planned ahead and researched the vehicle I wanted on the website and brought the documents I thought I would need for a loan approval. Amanda gathered all the information and the loan was approved quickly at a better interest rate than I was expecting due to recent credit problems. I was in and out with the car I wanted within an hour. Amanda and the staff were amazing, and look forward to doing business with them in the future. So I decided to go look at new vehicles and there was a few on drivetime.com that caught my eye. I applied online and was approved for 200 off the rip. We head up there the following day, I had an appointment with someone but her was busy so I got Steve instead which was a blessing! Steve went way beyond what he needed to do to get me into a car. My case was a fun one, due to the fact I'm off work on injury leave. After 4 or 5 trips back and forth (mostly because I still wasn't sure about buying a second car), they got it done.
Steven came in on his day off, just got make sure I got the car. Who does that? The last thing on my mind is work on my day off, but he came in. What was supposed to be a quick thing, turned into a 5 hour cluster. Not because of DriveTime but because the lenders were being a pain. Long story short, if you're looking for another vehicle and you're in Columbus, stop by the Morse Road store and talk to my boy Steve. If they can't get you into a vehicle at this location, then I'm pretty sure you can't get one anywhere!

I arrived to sign paperwork on my 2009 BMW 328. I asked that it be cleaned and the oil change and returned the next day to pick it up. As I arrived home the service engine light came on. Now DriveTime won't call me back.

All DriveTime vehicles come with a 30 day/1,500 mile limited warranty administered by Aeverex. During the span of the limited warranty, if the vehicle is taken to an in-network repair facility to be diagnosed, it will be at no cost to the customer. Completing a diagnostic test allows DriveTime and Aeverex to see the full scope of the vehicle concern, determine coverage under warranty, and review any options of assistance available. Please keep in mind, if you are unhappy with your vehicle for any reason, DriveTime does offer Vehicle Return Programs for both our lease and finance customers. The commercial is only to get you there. So is the "pre-approved" application. They tell you that you have been approved on a car but what they don't tell you is that you need $1000 until you get there. Big and false advertisement.

Naomi was very attentive to me and really tried to understand what I was looking for in a car. The rest of the team was very helpful as well. Great customer service! The only thing I would probably say is perhaps offering a car wash upon sale would be a great customer service move. The bottom of my car looked like someone had previously took the car off-roading. Naomi was kind enough to rinse off what she could. I understand these are used cars, but they are new to the people buying. The establishment is new, so additional perks could likely be added on later in an effort to provide that higher level of customer service. All in all my experience with DriveTime was a pleasant one. When you go to Drivetime in Duluth see Kamar **. He is great. He works with you to get you the car you want and like as soon as we got there he came out and greeted us and gave us his card at that time. Said that if he could do anything to let him know. We went to look at cars then went in and Kamar greeted us again. All I can say is he is great to get a car from so go see him for a car.

I was looking for a car with navigation. DriveTime sold me a car and said it was equipped with navigation. I couldn't figure out how to work it so I called DriveTime and they told me to drive to a Dodge dealership and they can show me. I drive 25 mins to find out it's not equipped. DriveTime refuses to have it installed... Even though it was false info they gave me... And I'm sure the feature was included in the price.

I wrote an extensive review for Google reviews, so I'll keep this one short. I've never had the type of experience when buying a car like I did with DriveTime Pittsburgh. I never felt like they were trying to just sell me and I got a great car. A gentleman named Brett made me feel comfortable while I waited with some snakes and a beverage; also he has a great personality, Hannah came through in the clutch for me when she heard me say to my sales advisor my phone's battery was very low. She brought me a phone charge so it wouldn't die. I was in the process of setting up my car insurance over the phone and I needed to add my reference phone numbers which were in my contacts. I appreciate her so much for that!
Matt who I was calling "Clemson" because he's fan and was wearing a polo shirt of the college football team was the sales manager who explained how my 3 payment options worked for me to choose the best plan for financing my car. I appreciated that he took the time to help me understand how everything worked in building up my credit. Mohammad who was there from Arizona's corporate building, explained everything for me to understand and provided so many great benefits that is going to help me in the long run as I make my payments. He also was cool in general and even how he interacted with other associates we worked with shows that DriveTime Pittsburgh has a great team of managers and advisors.
My sales advisor Christi ** was a delight and joy to work with. There's so many things I can say about her but one thing that really stood out to me was how she took the time to help me through the entire process of getting the car and made sure everything worked out with the car before I drove it off the lot. Not only will I be a returning customer because of her, I will refer anyone in need of a car to her and DriveTime Pittsburgh. I'm truly blessed and thankful that I went with DriveTime for my purchase and no one else!

Everyone was friendly, answered all our questions, treated us with respect and kindness. It was a great experience. We looked at a lot car dealerships, nothing compared to the DriveTime experience. They treated us fairly - found us a lot of cars to choose from. I would recommend them to anyone I know. There was one thing that kind of shocked me. I know my credit was not the greatest but the overall end amount we would pay for the car was a little extreme. I think they should of warned us in the beginning that it would be that much. No one said anything until I seen it on the final paperwork myself but the car is nice, runs great so far and we will be keeping it for a long awhile. Thank you all for the great service!

Everything was good. I just didn't like the part I purchase. My car got down the road and had a wreck with a crazy person and DriveTime didn't try and help me any...I need information. I didn't get the accurate information to where or who my next stop were to and that disappointed me. But all the salesmen were wonderful.

Lorenzo and the staff at the Beechmont Ohio location were very helpful in helping me get the car that I wanted. I got a car from DriveTime yesterday. I test drove it and noticed it needed a wheel alignment and I informed the salesman, Darius of that. He said someone would check it out. He later came back and told me that whomever "checked it out" only put air in the tires and said that may have been the problem. I drove the car home and still noticed the problem so I called DriveTime and told them. But they said it probably wouldn't be covered under the warranty and connected me to the warranty dept. who told me the same thing. I know that there are risk with getting a used car and I do like the car. But I am really having second thoughts about getting this car because I feel like because I just got this car YESTERDAY, I shouldn't have to pay for an alignment.

Dee (sales), and Bernard (underwriting) must be recognized for going above and beyond at the Morse Rd location. They did everything possible to get me the vehicle I wanted, and that's exactly what they did!! They were helpful, cheerful, patient, and creative. I was even offered transportation to another city by these gentlemen to obtain a signature. They made me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase and provided all important details of the car. They got me a low down payment and low monthly payments. They went out of their way to help me get the items required for my purchase. I was referred to DriveTime by a friend and I will also refer friends to them. This was easily my best car buying experience. I enjoyed all the time I spent at DriveTime. I can appreciate the quick turnaround time it took to get me into a vehicle. Now this was a great experience. I would have to say it is 5 stars. The only reason I gave a rating of a 3 is because of the young lady that handled the title. Sadly, an encounter with one bad apple will spoil the show. When I requested a car from another dealership, twice the car was not suitable. The first car had a large crack in the trunk lid. The second vehicle was not what was listed in the description online. The vehicle was listed as a 4x4 and when it got here we noticed that it was not a 4x4. This was very disappointing! We considered taking our business elsewhere but the manager was able to make up for this discrepancy and was very willing to try everything he could to keep our business. I was pleased with his attempts.

My encounter at the DriveTime on Vine Street it was very good except it took a little longer than what was expected. The vehicle I've got it has small problems. They seem to be interested but then tell me I have to take it to the warranty company or they would have to replace the vehicle but they would have to find one or I would have to choose a new vehicle and none had the requirements that I want it so I somewhat feel like I have to just take what I have which I don't think it's a good thing with the money that I have to pay but the people was kind. They acted interested but no matter was resolved.

Antoine ** in Laurel was awesome! Would go back there again as long as he is the salesman. After we chose our SUV it was a pretty fast process... Although the sales management was not aware that the vehicle we chose was not yet inspected and after waiting an hour and a half to leave with our new car we were told that it would be another day which in turn took 2 days to have items done to the car! Overall we are happy with the service we had, just suggest that the management took a better look at the sale before we had to wait a few extra days. I applied online and was very worried that we wouldn't get approved, but we did and I sent my husband to check it out before I went because I didn't want to get my hopes up and they say no! But it went really smoothed and the car we picked out for our daughter is great. Our daughter was in a really bad accident back in Feb and we were told we were very lucky to have her still. The accident was not her fault but we were dealing with so much with insurance companies and my daughter's injuries. That DriveTime made it so easy and smooth going to a new car for her. I wish we had went there before.

This was my first experience with DriveTime. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have options for warranties which seem to be reasonable. I was very happy with the car and price I received. I am hoping it will be a supercar. I have never had such a positive car buying experience. As expected interest rates are higher but they have a program which will help you reduce the interest rate. I was not looked down on for some past credit issue which were outside of my control. They were upfront about options and financing. On our first visit to DriveTime to figure out how the process worked and to finish the approval (which was hard to get elsewhere). Our customer service representative was extremely nice and patient. She never tried to rush us or pressure us into a specific vehicle. They checked their inventory in the whole region to make sure I was satisfied with the car I picked. We came back a few days later to sign all of the paperwork and to pick up the car. It was quite busy when we came back during the week so the process took much longer than anticipated. I did appreciate getting a full tank of gas in the car but was disappointed that the car was not washed on the outside or vacuumed on the inside. Maybe my standards were set too high. Overall very pleased with my experience.

I have read the glowing reviews about how easy it was to purchase a car through Drive Time. I was one of those happy people, 3 years ago. Now, I wish I had never made that purchase. I owe $12000 on a car worth $5000. I am paying 22% interest, and my income has changed dramatically. I am on bi weekly payments which no longer works for me. I am paying $7.87 daily in interest! I have tried to modify my plan to a once monthly payment, since now I am on Social Security and only paid once a month, and they said NO!
I have tried twice to do this modification and have been told no both times. I am not given a reason and not allowed to speak with a manager. I am extremely upset and do not understand their logic. They call me relentlessly when a few days late, send me emails that say how they can help, they want me to succeed etc... but it is all puffing. So, please think down the road, think long term. I was so happy to get a car at the time it didn't matter I was paying outrageous interest and twice the car value. Now, three years later, with three more years to go I cringe every time I make that $450 payment on a 2008 Ford Fusion. What a rip off!??

Bought a car from Hialeah DriveTime. Staff were not really respectful of my time and when I finally was able to drive off the lot the car was almost on empty. Not too impressive.

I want to take a moment to tell folks that we received some of the best customer service I have experienced in quite some time. I am in the hotel industry and know good service when I see it and this team at Northwest Freeway outdid themselves. Buying a car in today's world has to be one of the most painful and frustrating experiences out there. They made sure to email us in advance to make sure we had all documents needed and we were in and out in under an hour. Kelly went above and beyond and please ask for her if given the chance. You can't go wrong!! No fuss. No haggle. Thank you all for your efforts in getting us into the car we wanted!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with DriveTime. From my initial acceptance from online inquiry, to Sudan for helping find the best vehicle that I wanted, to Lamont completing the deal, I am thoroughly happy with my purchase. I had no idea DriveTime was actually true in person as they were advertising on the commercials. Only critique I have, need a little more help to minimize the long wait time on their most busy days. Great to see the Managers pitching in to help to alleviate that long wait times.

My salesman was very helpful and he listen to what I was looking for and I got what I wanted. Every one was so friendly and greets you with a big smile. My salesman name is Trevor. He was new but you couldn't tell. Only thing I hate is that I didn't get two keys or a keyless remote. They were great.
