My daughter and I were in a rush to get a car after she had a car accident. We decided to go to DriveTime because I remembered the commercials and I knew I didn't have the best credit score. We entered the dealership and were immediately greeted by Kester. He showed us to a desk and got the application process started. We were approved very quickly. We then went to see cars. We found exactly what we wanted and took a test drive. My daughter decided on a car and we finished the paperwork. It did take a little while for everything to get completed, but that wasn't a problem. We were treated very well and kept us entertained. We drove off very happy and my daughter had a great experience buying her first car.

Excellent choice for a dealership. I really enjoyed my experience with DriveTime. My salesman Van was excellent and the Senior underwriter Jeff was great. I didn't expect to get approved for a car but with the friendly customer service and good choices of cars I was able to drive away with my Nissan Altima the same day. My experience with DriveTime was outstanding. The salesman Bryan, was so helpful. He came and got me from my home and brought me to the dealership, so I could see the cars and to test drive the vehicle that I wanted. So I wouldn't have to ride the bus in the rain on my day off. The day that I got my vehicle he came and got me from my job, on my lunch hour to take care of the paperwork, and I left there with the car that I wanted. No more having to ride the bus anymore.

I purchased a vehicle from DriveTime on January 30-2016. The customer service was great. The problems comes in where I've only had my car for three months and I have to fix it already, not even put 3000 miles on the car yet, very upsetting. I called the warranty company. She explain to me that if I used the on-site place where they send our car too I would have to pay 100 deductible or if I decides to use my own I would have to pay 200 out of pocket and for the labor and parts, so I used the warranty company. MY CAR WAS POPPING AND BACK FIRING WHEN I DRIVE. SO I HAD MY CAR TOWED TO PALMETTO AUTO on Tuesday. It took them a whole day to figure out what was wrong with my car. First it was the fuel pump then he call back saying it's still firing back. I said would could it be so the guy said "I would call you back once I figure it out."
A couple of hours later he said it was my spark plugs. So I said "fix it we gotta do what we gotta do to make it happen." On that Friday I picked my car up. On my way home my car started popping and firing back again so I took it back to the shop. His guys put the car back on the machine. Then he says to me "it's your abs system so we just reset it. If it happens again over the weekend just bring it back and he would have to look deeper at the car." I'm so upset because not only he got 400 dollars from me he got 500 from the warranty people as well and my car still not fixed. All I'm asking for is my 400 hundred dollars back. I turn the car back in to DriveTime and one of the guy there said "you are not the only one that has complain about the company."
My question is why would you keep using a company the rip your customers off and not fix the car and cause more problems to the car. That company is a rip off big time. I called DriveTime. One of the representative were very rude, didn't even act concern about why I'm wanting to return my car back and I only had it for three months... Where have the love for people go? The world is evil...

I apologize for the mechanical concerns you experienced with your vehicle, as I understand how frustrating car repairs can be. I can assure you that before we offer a vehicle for sale, it is subjected to a thorough inspection at one of our DriveTime Inspection Centers. If our certified mechanics find any failed components, these components are replaced. However, as with any pre-owned vehicle, we have no way to foresee if or when future issues may arise. For this reason, every DriveTime vehicle comes with an initial 1,500 mile or 30 day limited warranty, as well as the option to purchase an extended warranty for further peace-of mind.
As the warranties offered are limited in nature, we understand that not every component will be covered. I would like to start by saying the staff was extremely helpful and nice. It felt like a family atmosphere, I felt like I was welcomed with open arms and smiles. I would recommend Drivetime to all my friends and family. We were greeted by Trey as soon as we walked through the door and he knew who we came to see and made sure we got to the right person. Matt was an awesome sales rep and very knowledgeable. Everyone made sure to introduce themselves from the GM to the Mechanic. Shawn was awesome at the contract signing and answered every question I had. I am extremely happy.

I made my way out to the Montclair dealership from North Hollywood to see one particular car on the lot there. I do not think that I have ever had a more simple and no pressure process with a car dealer before. I went into it knowing what it was I wanted and how much I was thinking I would pay, and ended up bettering that. So I had a great experience for sure, thanks to Josh the sales associate. I did not feel pressured, he was willing to take me on a test drive with any car I liked, I never felt rushed. I drove the one that I came to see and was hooked right there though. I am glad I got it. Wonderful car, so comfortable. Well worth the trek out there.

We recently bought a SUV from the Louisville location. The salesmen were very helpful and made the process very easy on our behalf. However when we left in the vehicle we discovered the heat did not work so the next day after buying the car we had to take it to the shop for repairs. I also was disappointed in the variety of vehicles to choose from. We originally were looking for a truck but there was only one on the whole lot. In general it was a good experience other than having to spend an hour and a half at the shop today.

I can honestly say it was the easiest car I ever bought but I now understand why because you're getting screwed over. I asked about the no hassle pricing and was assured that the car was marked at a fair market value. Well after I bought the car and got home I looked up the nada. I found out that I was charged double for the car plus an apr of 21%. I went to DriveTime because my wife wreck her car and this place took advantage of me with a smile on their face.
Well I will be turning this over to the BBB and will write reviews all over the Internet. If I can stop people from buying a car from this place I will do everything within my power to do so. I'm going to write my state officials as well. I got screwed by DriveTime but I will go well out of my way to do anything I can to stop this from happening to anyone else. You will pay triple what the car is worth if you shop at DriveTime. They are not there to help you - they are there to take advantage of you and your bad situations. Please take my advice and stay as far as you can from DriveTime.

We understand that many consumers are weary about how a dealership prices their vehicles, which is why we disclose our prices online and post them on every vehicle for sale at our dealerships. Our haggle-free pricing is part of the DriveTime experience for our customers and truly emphasizes our transparency with how much our customers will pay for their chosen vehicle. We also invest, on average, over $1,200 in parts and labor in every vehicle we sell to ensure it meets our standards, an amount representing 10% or more of the NADA value of the vehicles. We utilize NADA Retail Suggested Value when evaluating our pricing, which are within the “fair market range” displayed on the “Buy from a Dealer” page on Kelly Blue Book (KBB).
At the time of sale, we provide our customers with what is called a “Federal Truth in Lending” disclosure. My wife and I had a great overall experience working with Daniel from the Glendale, AZ location. The process was rather quick and I would recommend this to friends and family. The financing is in income based which makes it easier for us who have a pretty new credit history. The only issue we had was that the cars don't come with a warranty from the dealer. Only an add option for more $$...

I did a application online for DriveTime. I was notified that I was approved for a certain amount. Went into DriveTime. They tell me about a program they have for leasing to own. I was ok with that until they tell me I cannot get a car unless it had 100,000 miles on it and they only had 3 cars available which was the worst cars. DriveTime tells you they can get you approved, but they want to give you what they want you to have and want you to put a lot of money down to get a car that will break down quick. I was told if I put 8,000 dollars down I can get a car that has 42,000 miles, then they are crazy. I feel I didn't get the best service because they didn't even try to offer me anything else. They didn't even care. DriveTime needs to take their sign down in their building. You can't get anything you want but what they want to give you which is garbage.

Alma School Rd. and Kaileigh walked right up and helped me get into a ford c-max hybrid. She showed me everything about the car and let me test drive it. Overall a pleasant experience. Only minor difficulties, those being, incomplete information BEFORE arriving to choose vehicle, or starting purchase paperwork. I am the co-signer for my son. He set up via phone the meeting with a sales member, informing them of his limitations (no drivers license for example). He was NOT told until paperwork was started that a co-signer was required because he had no license. This forced me to provide information I normally do not give out, to allow him to continue. It also forced me to make a return trip home and back to retrieve information needed for insurance. If he had been told all of this UPFRONT, the process would have been faster, if it happened at all.
This is the second vehicle purchased from DT. The first experience was much faster because all information was on hand. The sales rep was very friendly and worked around the issues as best as he could. Normally I do not co-sign for anything, however, since the process had gone as far as it had, I decided to continue rather than stop.

When I was there the staff were very friendly but knowledge of the cars don't seem to be their strong subject. I wanted a car that was good on gas so they gave me a 2010 Jeep Patriot which I loved when I saw it. The test drive was ok but apparently it's not enough to really test the car because 2 weeks later after purchasing the car we had to get it towed because it just didn't start as we were leaving for work which was not good and caused my husband to not be able to go into work. And then the mechanic said there was all types of damage in the front area of the car which caused the starter and battery to be replaced along with other things which we then had to come out of pocket for it to be fixed.
And now we are still dealing with problems with this car. I feel I should not have been sold the car with so many problems in the beginning stage like this, they had mentioned that they just received that car the day before I got it and that they looked at everything, they also said it has only had one owner and never in an accident. I feel as if I was tricked seeing as I know nothing about cars, so no I will never recommend this place to anyone. If anything I would recommend no one ever goes there, I have never had this problem before and I am very disappointed. Not only do I have to make car payments but I also have to fix the car when I first get it, that defeats the whole purpose. With all this money I'm spending I could have just rented a car without all the hassle.

I am a person with no patience to wait. Reggie was quick to assist me. What I like most about him was that he listened to my spoken words and picked up on my unspoken cues. He engaged me in conversation, so he could find a vehicle to meet my needs. I came in with the make, model, year and picture of the car I wanted to purchase. He showed me the car I wanted, but based on my needs, he found me a better car that would fit needs. I fell in love with the vehicle. Great experience. I would refer a friend.

I was very leery about purchasing a vehicle from DriveTime as the name was new to me and all of the vehicles had high mileage. My salesperson was very good and had very good customer service skills. From the beginning of the sale until I walked out everything went perfect. About a couple of weeks after I purchased the car I noticed that when you close the passenger front door, it sounded like a tin can! Now I am extremely pissed! I had a mechanic look at it and tell me that the door was re-skinned after an accident improperly and they probably didn't put the necessary items back in. Yes the Carfax (can't remember the name of the company that DriveTime uses) shows that the vehicle had never been in an accident. I couldn't hold that against DriveTime as those reports are only as good as the police/insurance companies/ mechanics that properly report it.
I immediately went back to my local DriveTime dealership to report the issue. Within about 4 days I was contacted by DriveTime corporate to take my vehicle to the body shop and that they would cover the repairs 100%. I have since had the repairs done and everything is now good to go. As frustrating as this situation could have been, DriveTime acted quickly and efficiently. And I just want to say thank you!

Before I came here, I was having the most stressful couple weeks trying to find myself a vehicle. I have no built credit and every dealership either denied me, or quoted me an outrageous payment for a crappy car that wouldn't last me a year. DriveTime is a small dealership which I LOVE. The small atmosphere is way less intimidating than huge fancy places and everyone treats you like you are an old friend. I went in hoping to find myself a great deal and that is exactly what I walked out with. With no built credit, I drove home in a 2015 Ford with 20k miles. Great car with an amazing warranty AND cheap payments.
My sales rep was Erika and she was great! Super nice and fun conversation. She worked hard and it was definitely noticed and appreciated. Daryl, the sales manager, is also incredibly friendly and made sure I was well informed the whole way through. Not once did anyone here lie to me or haggle me for more of a down payment. They tell it like it is and will try their very best to get you something that you will love AND be able to afford! They also arranged my payments to be taken out the days that I get paid, which is a huge stress reliever. Definitely 10/10. Have already recommended them to several of my friends who are also looking to buy a new car. Thanks to everyone here. You are great!

I did not like the way DriveTime might or might not have changed my income to get it approved. My income is 1500 a month, they might or might not have increased it to 2000. Wink wink. Not very good business. It is almost like they set you up to fail. Would I recommend them to a friend? NO. Another thing they do is say "You will have 30 days 'til your first payment." That would only happen if the planets align with the center of the Milky Way on the 2nd Tuesday of the month or allow them to auto-withdraw from my account (of course the only person who can do that is not available today). "Would you like to wait?" I have 13 days, give or take a couple of days, from when I made a down payment (set up to fail?) to my first payment.
Truck already has a drive train issue. Will let you know how that goes. Robert and Marly were great. Patel not so much. I think shady (in my opinion) would be a good word. I would recommend a buy-here-pay-here car lot. Less chance of being sued. I signed the contract and will meet my obligation but I would advise a different dealer for your next vehicle purchase, I will. Good day to all. God bless.

These people are so unprofessional. I've given them 1000$ to put down on a car and I changed my mind about the car and here it is a week later and they still haven't given me my money back. They're acting as if I owe them. Never ever go to these people. They are true con artist.

I seriously had the best time at the dealership which I honestly did not expect! Armon was awesome! He gave me advice, listened to my needs and wants. We had some trouble with paperwork from when I was in previously, so the paperwork took a lot longer but he was awesome about it! He made the time my parents and I spent there go by quick and we had fun as well. My parents loved him as well! He made them laugh and made it so they enjoyed being there. Though there were some unfortunate delays in the process, making the length of the transaction to be stretched to over 3 hours, the attitude and personal nature of our Rep (Armon **) made this experience nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. Armon cares about his Customer and goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is comfortable with each phase of the sales process. Kudos to Armon and the entire DriveTime Management Torrance staff. I have only had the car for 7 days and have had to take it in to have it serviced twice so far. Not a good start for Drivetime. Also upon further review of my contract I see that I will be paying almost $30,000 for a 2014 vehicle, but the rep told me that I would be paying $17,314 during signing the contract. The interest rate is over 23% in spite of my credit score being above 600. I don't feel that they helped me at all. I could have gotten a brand new car for what they are charging me.

The weather was very bad and this was my first vehicle purchase and Mykeal made made feel comfortable and drove through traffic and flooded roads to get me the car I wanted. I went to the Waukegan location on May 13th and Kris welcomed me and had everything set up for me. He contacted me prior to my scheduled appointment and went over a few details with me and even was willing to email back and forth and give estimations of a few vehicles I had my eye on. I felt fully prepared for my appointment and confident I would be buying a car. I knew around how much I would need to put down which definitely helps and it stayed the same when I arrived. A lot of dealerships will quote me something low to get me to come in, then when I get there I have to refill all my paperwork out and everything is totally different.
Kris had me my own folder with all my information in it. He knew exactly who I was and just needed to put a face with it. That was the Best service ever. I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in. The other staff are kind and helpful too. It really seems like a great place to work, everybody was smiling and just having a good time. Seemed like all customers were happy to be there including me as well as the employees. This was the most uncomplicated process ever. I would recommend everybody to go to DriveTime to buy a car. They are so thorough and you leave there feeling valued and confident that you were taken care of.
I felt like VIP, Kris had pulled the car I wanted inside for me and I was able to do the viewing inside their garage instead of in the rain. That really was an added touch. A lot of places make you walk around in the rain, not here. Overall I am highly satisfied with my purchase! It was my very first car purchase and I'm so happy I went to DriveTime. Thank you Kris! After searching for a new SUV for 3 weeks, I was referred to DriveTime by a friend. I applied online and Carlos ** returned my call the next day. I came in just to get a run down on how DriveTime works. Carlos was very helpful in answering all my questions. I didn't see what I was looking for on the lot that day but I gave him my checklist of what I wanted. He worked hard and found me a couple so I came back a couple of times to check out a few SUV and test drive them but I wasn't sold on them. Well we found one in Gainesville. Carlos got it brought up here to Tallahassee and in a couple of hrs I was driving out in exactly what I wanted.

Overall your staff was friendly (B). The manager Woody read his documents to me rather quickly and monotone. Frankly I didn't hear much of anything he said. It was late though. He was probably tired and ready to go home (B). Todd the salesperson came off a bit too pushy/desperate. I probably would have bought a car regardless. However I did want to discuss it with someone. I wanted to sit on it for a day or two but every time I hinted at something he came back with a reason not to do it, if that makes sense (C). I was there with my toddler who got hungry. Todd was nice enough to buy some chips for him (A+). The bathrooms do not have changing tables and that really STUNK. I had to change my baby on my lap while I sat on the toilet (F). I wanted 3rd row seating and I got it. My new van is so much better AND safer than the hoopty I was in previously. I LOVE my new ride. THANKS AGAIN!!

This dealership staff has very poor communication skills with each other and the other dealerships that they work with. I have had a very good experience with working with Kenny and Meredith. They were extremely helpful, listened and have excellent customer service skills.

My experience with DriveTime was THE BEST EVER! We have never been at any car dealership that was not only considerate, they are POLITE, THOROUGH, VERY DETAILED, HONEST! My husband and I purchased a car from Drivetime in april 2016. We had issues with it the first night we drove it off the lot. We had it 3 weeks with the issues not getting fixed. Had enough. Went back to Drivetime and I have to say they worked their tails off to fix the problem. Needless to say Daryll and the rest of them are great. They got us in another car even better than the one we had. I can honestly say we were impressed on how they worked with us. Now we are very pleased and happy. Would definitely would recommend them. Well to 100% honest it seemed to start off good from the time I did the online preapproval then a member of DriveTime, Bryan was his name, reached out to me to let me know I was approved for any vehicle on the lot with no money down. I was like, "Cool, that's awesome". Said I had one of the best approval ratings he ever saw come thru DriveTime then before I come up to check out truck he calls me and says I may have to bring $200 for down payment then when I get there the price went from $200 to $400 then to $1900 then to $1500 then to $1200. I was actually pretty upset about the whole deal with the down payment I actually almost walked out and said, "Forget it" and then they try to offer me a 2012 Dodge RAM for $400 down.
It just don't make sense how you can tell people one thing then come back 4 times with different dollar amounts each time from what I was originally told and then offer me a newer year vehicle for $400 down when I was wanting a 2008 model but since I already knew what vehicle I came for I paid the $1200 to get what I wanted, not what they tried to talk me into getting little to say I wasn't happy about it but I still tried to stay positive then after driving the truck for a few days notice that the truck has been leaking tranny fluid in my driveway at my house and has made a nice oil stain in my driveway that I have to be responsible for and I also find out the lock to tailgate don't work and back window don't work properly and error code stating my hood is open when it's not.
Just overall has not been what I was told or expected and of course I find all this stuff out after I sign the contract and if this truck was inspected properly then I wouldn't be dealing with these issues days after I sign. Just frustrating and nothing, no one can do anything about my experience with DriveTime and not only did I buy this truck. I had a friend come buy a vehicle same day I did just make me upset to bring DriveTime $50,000 plus by the time these 2 vehicles paid off and this is what I have to deal with and there is no one trying to offer a "I'm sorry. Is there anything we can do? Can we give you something back for the bad experience?" or "How can we make it up to you?"
Seems like as long as DriveTime made 2 sales that day that what seems to matter not how the customer feels or has been dealt and I still try and stay positive but when you think about the kinda money I spent on this truck and the money my friend spent on his car/or will be spending when the 5 yr loan is over with it's just super frustrating as a customer to want to be a repeat customer as I have bought 3 cars from Oak motors and have always been treated awesome there and then I try and venture out to have to go thru this.

My husband was desperate and needed a car to work, went to Drivetime, purchased a Volvo SUV. After buying car it had many problems that were costly to repair as well as the car was not worth what he paid thousands of dollars over worth of car so we can't sell it or trade it without losing money and not just a little thousands. Plus if you do not pay your payment on time for any reason they harass you by calling every number you have at least 6 to 10 times a day. Even if you speak to them and explain you have a problem they continue to call. Do not buy a car from them. You will be sorry. This is the worst purchase we have ever made and no way to get out. Beware of this company changing their name. Does not change the fact that they are a rip off.

I was there this week to shop for a "New To Me" vehicle. My sales guy was Quinton **... He was amazing! He was patient with me as I went through the vehicle choices and he answered all my questions the night before via phone, so he knew what I was looking for when I got there. He then took me to another car lot to find a car I wanted on that lot and drove us back. He made us feel so comfortable and had many laughs on our trip. The inspection they do before you drive off is great, and they even made sure there was gas in the tank! The staff were so great and polite! I recommend this Antioch DriveTime to anyone!! They are so friendly and dont pressure you to buy. If you go ask for Quinton **... What an awesome salesman!

I am very upset to this day for the dealership ripped me off & jacked up my credit within the 1st year of purchasing a vehicle from them. I decided to go there to rebuild my credit since I had very little & only to go to find out that the vehicles they sell breaks down on you within the year of purchasing it. I really plan on suing them for the fake car inspection & giving me a car with a inspection sticker that expired a few months after purchasing the car.
It breaks down on me. I try to take it back to them. They didn't want anything to do with fixing it so it could pass inspection & then they had me pay into this so-called platinum warranty that didn't cover anything that was wrong with it. And I was a very good customer paying months in advance on this vehicle only to get close to the inspection expiring that the damn car breaks down & I reviewed this little pink slip they automatically always have in the glove box saying everything was passed just a year before I purchased it. Yeah right & the other thing the warranty company told me is they always selling folks lemons. Smh. Unbelievable.
The fact is they are a fraud because they have a mechanic shop on the lot that they use, a machine to temporary fix major issues & they fake the print out as though it approved all that is wrong with that vehicle. I would not ever buy or refer anyone to that place ever. I had to do a voluntarily Repo because I had no help from that dealership getting my car fix. It is a rip off place. Do not trust any of them greedy salesmen there! They lie hard! The devil lives there! The picture of your dream car is painted green only in their eyes meantime your heart desire is left burnt to pieces because they took all your hard earned $ for a way to rip it off of you. What a waste & the trauma they caused??? Smh. I'm still going to fight them for what they did to me.

This is the 3 car that DriveTime has ripped me off. For the first one I found out the oil they changed the plug and filter was not on right and it had no oil. The next one the engine almost fell out and the warranty did not cover that. And this last one is the worse. The SUV when we got it I was told they put new tires on it and just now the tire sensor went out. It will be 1200 and it had to be towed since it almost got me hit in traffic and they should have had the tires sensor set by a professional according to Mitsubishi. And again the warranty that they say covered everything is not covered and the last thing they said they would check it out and get back to me. Meanwhile I am missing work and they expect to get a payment this month. First off who has 1200 cash to fix a car and secondly if they want a payment they should work it out and get the car fixed and on the road so I can work to pay them.

First of all, they write their own reviews. The employees do. The guy that helped me with my car said it was required and then asked if I wanted to just do it for them. So the "terrific" reviews you read, probably aren't written by the actual customers. I have had such a terrible experience with this company, DriveTime (now apparently Bridgecrest) ever since becoming a customer. Every time I have to call them they act like they have no idea who I am, and they never know what is going on with my account.
It took MONTHS to receive my license plate, because every time I called they said "Just give it more time." Then come to find out they hadn't even put in the request for my plates!! And now I am dealing with trying to get a refund because they made a mistake on their end and ran a payment they weren't supposed to. After trying 3 different emails that were invalid, I faxed them my bank statement and they said it takes 10-14 business days to review??? How does it take that long to review a simple bank statement? (I work for a company that has to review them all the time. It takes SECONDS to do. Not DAYS!!) So I have to wait over 3 weeks now to get a refund for a mistake that they made... On top of all the other mistakes they have also made in the year I have had this car.

Overall it was a good experience. The only thing I would say is it took way toooooooo long to talk to finance and sign my contract. I was thinking "hey I got approved online, it won't take that long." We were at the dealership for almost 6 hours, 4 of which was waiting on the finance team. People expect to be in and out when they do things online. Work on that and you would have a lot more happy customers.

I had a DriveTime Lease and was told it was a cancel anytime lease. After 6 months of having the vehicle I gave it back to Drivetime. Way too many issues with the SUV. Was costing me too much to keep it on the road. Now I am hounded every day for my "late" payment and being it was NOT a cancel anytime lease. Interesting because I was told by the salesperson and the dealer that ALL DriveTime leases are cancel anytime, the website also states this. Liars! You should be ashamed to be taking advantage of people who have credit issues. Piece of crap vehicle and I should have know because it had 6 or 8 previous owners. You could start the car with no key! I called and they would do nothing about it.

Sheranda was my salesperson. I feel she is a great salesperson. At the dealership we had to wait a long time but sheranda made us feel at home while waiting for the contract to be drawn up. My first car the Nissan versa just wasn't for me. It caused me back pain. So the dealership worked with me, got me into my Chevy Malibu. This is the right car for me. Being skeptical, and a little put off that I was driving an hour to look at vehicles, I have to say that the 5 trips to your Bedford location were WELL worth it. I got the vehicle I was interested in, with a payment I was comfortable with. Andrew @ the Bedford location went over and above to help me choose the right car for me, spending 4 hours driving to Columbus and back, to get me the specific car I wanted to look at. Everyone at this dealership was friendly, courteous, not pushy and did everything they could to make purchasing a car an easy process. Would I return to purchase another vehicle? You Bet! Will I refer other people to this lot? Absolutely!

Not only was this the smoothest and quickest auto purchase, but despite my special circumstances Heather ** at the Northwest Freeway location in Houston as well as the entire team there they were all very friendly and so helpful! I pick my new beautiful 2006 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab on Wednesday or Thursday! I now have a vehicle I'm proud of and am amazed at the quality of vehicle it is! I would highly recommend DriveTime even if you want a new car. They have very new to even a little older! They so much inventory to choose from!!!

Very friendly staff - they delivered great customer service and got me into the truck I wanted that night. Also stayed almost two hours after closing time to get me in the truck. Would recommend anybody. Also was impressed with the 5-year 50,000-mile warranty.
