    The dealership on Broad Street in Columbus Ohio was great. I had been turned down by Jeff ** and Ricart ** even though they approved me online before I went. Total waste of my time and this was my last hope. Jerrell could not have worked harder to get me approved. The interest rates are high but if you have credit issues that is to be expected. I have read complaints from people who bought 10-year-old cars and had problems. What do you expect... it is a 10-year-old used car! I would recommend to anyone who is in need to go here and ask for Jerrell.

    For weeks I checked online over and over looking for the right car. Finally found it in Mobile, called to make sure I could get the 2014 Chrysler 200 I feel in love with for the down payment approved online. Drove 2 hours, got there, loved the car, then was told I needed triple the down payment. Found and got another 200 for $100 more than the internet down payment, loved the car. Drove it home, had problems, called. Drove another 2 hours and had to settle for a car, not the make or model I was wanting. Very disappointed.

    The new car I purchased had and smelled like vomit. Then they couldn't refund my money back to my debit card. Now I have to wait for a check. This is ridiculous. I will be putting a review up about this experience. I won't be doing business with DriveTime again.

I want to assure you that we want all customers to feel comfortable with their vehicle, which is why we encourage each customer to thoroughly inspect their vehicle prior to signing the contract documents. Now we understand that customers may change their mind about a vehicle, which is why we have a 5 day Vehicle Return Program (VRP). This program allows a customer to return their vehicle within 5 calendar days, not including purchase date or Sundays, and receive their down payment in full. The vehicle must also be returned in the same condition it was purchased and the mileage should not exceed 300 from purchase. Should a customer partake in the program, we will begin the refund process immediately, however the speed of the refund greatly depends on how the initial payment was made. For credit card transactions, we are able to swipe the card at the dealership and initiate the refund right then and there. If the payment was made via cash or debit card, we must return the funds in the form of a check, in order to ensure all processes are validated. This process can typically take anywhere from 7-10 business days and is not meant to hinder the customer; we must ensure all funds are properly accounted for and refunded.

    DriveTime is overpriced on cars, monthly payments too high so is down payment, even wanted me to go and get a co-signer. They have too big of overhead too many employers. That's why people overcharged, we have to pay more because there are employees just sitting around doing nothing. It doesn't take that many people to sell a car. l that they were there to help people.

    My car has to go in the shop already and I just purchased it on 5/19/17. Very dissatisfied with my purchase. The car should have been inspected before it was sold. I wouldn't recommend anybody to this company. They need better cars and service them better.

    They didn't wash my car and it stick in the inside. Horrible service when I come to how the car look inside and smelt sour. At least they could've washed it and aired it out so the smell could go away, but other than that everything was good. I'm good.

    I just wanted to say how THRILLED I am with my recent purchased of a 2015 Chrysler 200. I asked my salesperson Derek (hope I spelled that right) what would he put his mom or sister in on my visit that evening. He rolled up in a silver Chrysler and I rode that one for a bit and LOVED it. Then I asked if he had any in any other colors (he rolled up in the BLACK one)...which is my favorite. As for an amazing salesperson, and his supporting staff, I am THRILLED.

    I will say, however, I had to go four star because I bought the black car in the night and I did not see how terribly someone had buffed the car. When I saw it in the daylight, the buff job completely ruined how beautifully the car could really be. I think if you are going to display a car it should be as 100% on the lot as possible. I tried to go back and talk to the manager about rebuffing the car but he said, “HEY, YOU BOUGHT IT AS IT!” That will put me on reserve for HOW I recommend your business in the future. It wasn't fair to me that I did not see this until the following morning. My experience was wonderful, however, when it came to Derek as the salesperson. I give him 200%. As for management to resolve my paint issues, I give them 1%. Big difference. So sad that even though I bought ALL the extras, management told me it is MY LOSS.

    The reason for my review is I bought a car from a Time DriveTime which is not Bridgecrest and I thought I was getting a really good deal but come to find out I've been nickeled and dimed on repairs, not told about a recall on a passenger airbag that is deployed and shoots shrapnel out of it now. After not even having the car 2 years and major always putting money into the car and then told, "Let's roll your payments back," and sugar coating everything. Nobody gets back to me. So now I have a car that I can't drive and they were going to put it under review and then I called today and no I've got to tow it again to their in-house, text and pay for them to diagnose it and send an estimate into them to see if they're going to prove it. This company is a joke. They feed on people with bad credit who will give them all their money and try and do good and do everything they got and then totally give them the runaround.

    So my options are either get a repossession or pay for a car I can't drive because this company will not take responsibility for the only the drive train ran out. I mean they're good. I'll give him that. I mean they almost got payments out of me again. "I will help you. We just need to payment." I'm so tired of this. It's ridiculous. So now I've been out of work for 2 weeks because I've been waiting to hear from them on the prepared to find out again have to tell her money out of my own pocket. So so far into this car and repairs too much money for somebody who's only had a car not even a year-and-a-half. Everybody at this company has something different to say. Nobody has the same policy. Nobody Does the same thing. There's nothing structured at this company.

    DO NOT GET A CAR FROM DRIVETIME! I'm a college student in Tally. Went there to get a car because believe it or not they actually have nice cars. So I thought it was a regular car dealership. At first I saw a Nissan Sentra, test drove it and came back the next day for it. When I got there they had given it away. That should have been my warning. I instead got a Nissan rouge. Drove it home when putting down 3000. BIG MISTAKE! Got the car and everything was going well until my job switched the pay frequency. Boy did things start going downhill from there!

    Bottom line I had paid over 10,000 on a car which is no longer mine. I got a couple weeks late and they came and got the vehicle out of my yard at 3:00 am after telling me they wouldn't if I made a payment of 166 or more which I did at Walmart. Right now I'm trying to redeem it! Big mistake just to keep crappy ** like this from going on my credit but everyone knows their reputation so hopefully I'll be covered and understood and after reviewing the amount that I paid my bank was puzzled on the repossession.

    These people are frauds and so are the call center representatives. I owe 1,000 to redeem it. After losing my first job I got two more which I have informed them. I paid 200 on the $1000 but have been told by Bridgecrest which is DriveTime that I only have 7 days to come up with the rest of the 1000. When I get paid biweekly. Like really! So basically these people don't give a crap about you at all! They're here to scam and steal money. Don't be the misguided girl I was! Do. Or go to them please!

Since DriveTime and Bridgecrest (our loan servicing company) specialize in working with customers with less than perfect credit, we provide a Federal Truth in Lending Disclosure during the contracting process. This disclosure details the APR, the finance charge, the amount financed, the total amount expected to be paid throughout the life of the loan, and the total sales price.

    I understand completely your frustration regarding the change to your payment frequency. Unfortunately, anything regarding payments and payment frequency would need to be handled with Bridgecrest. Any changes that can be made to the loan that you have with Bridgecrest are only negotiable through them directly.

    I want to apologize again for the frustrations that these events have caused. I see that you have been speaking with Bridgecrest in regards to redeeming your vehicle and encourage you to continue to do so if you are looking to stay in the vehicle.

    I wasted my money on a 2012 Buick Regal. It had only 50000 miles on it. I didn't have it all week. The transmission is messed up. It has a rattle in the front that no one can seem to find, not even the Buick dealer and after the third oil change there is metal shaving in the oil. It has no power. I'm afraid to pull out in traffic. It won't go. The so called mechanic said it supposed to shift like it does. Liar and that it supposed to burn the transmission oil again. Liar.

    I have spun wrenches for way too long to know an automatic transmission is not supposed to burn the fluid. When stopped at a light the transmission wants to stay in gear and tries to shut down the engine. By the way it has done and some times when I start it it's in gear and shuts off. I have to start it several times to get it to run on the highway, to pass or climb hills. I have to really push on the gas over halfway down before it starts to move in my line of work. I meet between 50-100 people a day. Oh yes I tell them and they feel the car doing what I'm saying. The engine sounds like a diesel. Only 50000 miles. Wow what a waste of my time and money. I would have been better off going to a buy here pay here. At least I would have known what I was getting and not paying new car price for a used piece of junk.

    I bought a car with DriveTime and have had it less than a year and the car just broke down. I have called DriveTime to try and resolve the issue and they keep on sending me back to the warranty department. I would like to solve this issue either by returning the car or something. Please someone HELP!!! And would I recommend DriveTime? Definitely, "NO".

    I am extremely disappointed with my purchase with DriveTime. I put down almost $2000 and have made all my payments on time even though for the last month my vehicle has been in the repair shop. They are now telling me it needs an entire new engine. I am 9 months pregnant and due in two weeks and was sold a lemon. How can they be allowed to do something like this to people? I was just past the 30 day warranty period when all of the problems started. It is really fishy that this car has only 80,000 miles on it and has issues so bad arising that I need to spend almost $5000 on an engine. This is not acceptable. I will never recommend anyone to go here. I deserve for them to give me my money back or give me another vehicle. Instead I am stuck without a vehicle and in a situation that I cannot even get myself to the hospital to deliver my baby when it is time. Shame on them!

    I bought a 2008 Dodge Ram truck. Looked nice, sounded good when I drove it at the time of the deal. I drove it home and hadn't really got to drive it till a few days later, I noticed that the truck was shaking really bad when coming to a stop. Also the front end felt loose and something was not right? I called the dealership after 4 days to let them know I need the truck looked at because of these issues. I was told to call the warranty company even after 4 days? I called the warranty company and that was even more disappointing! It took a whole day of back and fourth before they even considered fixing the problem that was pre existing obviously. After all that, they agreed to replace the Rotors but not the brake pads? Ridiculous!

    Truck still shaking and radio doesn't work. Speakers on passenger side are blown, the truck had about 1 inch thick of mud under it. All this after only having the vehicle 4 days! I called the Dealership back and spoke with a manager and she said, "We can't do anything about it. You will have to call and fight with the warranty company to cover these issues"? I went to a credible company because I thought these vehicles that are for sale are pre checked and inspected before ready to be sold? I feel like I bought this truck from a private owner with pre existing problems.

    I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima on 04/04/2017, and had to take it to one of the referred transmission auto shops to only find out it needs a new transmission. I am thoroughly annoyed at the fact that I have had the car for only 30 days before I was totally car-less. If DriveTime does an inspection of their cars why and how did I end up purchasing a "lemon" for a car.

    The vehicle has 70,000 miles at purchase and it was purchased for me to drive back and forth to work. As of right now we are going in to week two, the shop still has the car waiting for the warranty company to decide whether or not they want to purchase a new or used transmission or rebuild the current one in the car. Meanwhile I am without a car still paying more for a car that I have had for 30 days. I would not refer anyone to DriveTime after this purchase as well as I feel like I've been duped in my purchase. I am so frustrated and not feeling much like anyone really cares about the inconvenience it has caused me.

    It's got a bad front end. This makes 2 cars I have tried. I have told Joe and 2 other salesman that I was not happy with the first car and the manager Joe told me they have sold my traded in and how can that be? The deal was not done and he told me they hold your traded in for 5 days to make sure you want the car. I told them all 3 out on bookpark. The first day after driving the car on the freeway I didn't want it so where is my van and money I put down. I don't want the car or SUV. Plus I drove 2 more cars out there one with bad brakes and noise in front in plus one that you let go of the wheel and it went over 2 lanes by its self and Joe just put them out there to be sold anyways.

    I have paperwork on a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu that had a 1000 put in it and still pulls to the right. The car was hit 2 times in the front and that was not told at the time of sale. I am taking this SUV to have it checked out to see how much it needs. All I want is my van back or the $350. I was gave traded in for plus my $250 back that is the $600.

    I bought a car from Drivetime and unfortunately it was stolen. My insurance company paid promptly. Drivetime then informed me that the GAP insurance they sold me would cover the balance and to come pick out another car. I did so. Upon doing the contract for the new car I was informed that even though I did not want the GPS theft protection or the extended warranty I had no choice but to accept it and that my contract was being shorten already because of having to do the new contract and raising my payment almost another $100 per month. How is this legal? Despite threats to repo my car I am canceling these services and asking that my original contract length be put back. I am notifying the Alabama Attorney General's office of this situation.

    I have had my 2007 Ford Fusion for 3-ish years now. I have had two late payments due to unexpected life event. During that time I requested to move a couple of payments to the end of lease so I can have some wiggle room to hop back up on my feet. When I called customer service the agents were willing to help but when they transferred me to their supervisor or to another department they flat out said they WILL NOT help. So after making that back up and getting back on track I setup a monthly payment instead of bimonthly.

    Now I continue to receive calls asking to make my payment. No one there is understanding, they just want to take you money and verify the info on your account, and they always ask why I can't pay them now. My answer is always I setup a monthly payment and they still expect me to pay anyway. My interest rate from this garbage company is 24%, a fact they did not share at the time of making the purchase because I would not have accepted the deal. Now I have a car too old and too high of miles to refi and the car was only worth 9k at the time and I will be paying over 25k for a piece of crap deal they got me on. Worst car company ever. Go somewhere else, you can get better quality and much more professional service and respect you deserve as a paying customer. Especially since they overcharge you for deal. I will NEVER EVER EVER go to them again!!! Worst car dealership I have found.

    Worse car dealer in the world. They are scams. They prey on people who are desperate or in need of a vehicle. They seem to be too nice. They car prices are outrageous. After you paid them you would have paid them double to triple what the car worth. For example a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu cost around 12,000 after financing and adding in all possible fees they can think of. They will financed it and the total price would be 33,000 and remind the car has 61000 miles and it is standard. Better deals are out there. I found one after that cheaper, loaded and with lesser mileage 25,000 and it's a 2013 for only 8,000 dollars and no money down. How about that.

    Originally everyone in the office was professional. I had my car for 3 months before the check engine light came on. According to the warranty company the parts were not covered due to normal wear and tear. I have taken my car to their vendor 3 times and the check engine light is still on. Every time they have to use the diagnostic machine it cost me $100!!! Apparently Drivetime does not do a complete check of their vehicles before selling them because if they had they would have known that this car needed major work. When car salesman see a woman they automatically think that we are gullible and will fall for anything. The good thing about this is that they will have to replace my engine, therefore my car will be like new.

    I had see the commercials for Drive Time on TV and decided to pay them a visit. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by a salesman that was very helpful. He even seemed to go beyond on what I wanted to purchase. I'm in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy case. I had talk to the Trustees' office prior to visiting the dealership. I mentioned what we needed to do to expedite the process. I gave the number the finance manager and the lady I had spoke with. I'm not sure what happened but my trustees office never received anything by fax, not even a follow up was done. The corporate office called and asked if I would revisit the dealership, I was off so I said I would.

    Upon arriving a second time I watched the car I had wanted to purchase go out the lot by someone else. I decided I would get the information needed, so I had to come back a third time. Upon giving the letter to the manager I was told it had to be verified. I was stunned and shocked, I gave them the letter that had been emailed to me. I didnt make the letter up. But I was told it was the process. After 3 hrs of waiting I had enough. My wife and were left sitting in the dealership waiting on what, nothing, the sales guy that was helping us left to help someone else after telling us he didnt get paid on commission and trying to sell us another vehicle we didnt want. After finding a car to purchase having it sold, then finding another vehicle then being made to feel like crap and having a letter verified, I can honestly say I'm am done with Drive Time. Thanks for nothing.

    BAIT AND SWITCH!!! This dealership will say all the right things to get you in the door and then they change the quoted terms on you when you show up; thinking you're desperate and will just accept whatever they spew and take the car anyways. The guy I had my appointment with never introduced himself. They raised all of the terms of the financing on me; despite what I was told, so my wife and I walked out and left. What is the point of even filling out your information with them online when they change everything when you get to the dealership? This company is no better than a payday loan company and deserves to be shut down. I guess I wasn't low income enough for them and couldn't be taken advantage of.

    I wish I could give 0 stars. Don't go there, please. They sell cars that are very unreliable. I read nothing but bad reviews when I googled it in place of going on their website. I bought a 2007 Dodge Nitro. The very next day my car wouldn't start. I put it in the shop 7 times before it was found unfixable. Then they put me in a 2007 Jeep Compass and again in the shop two days later with a list of repairs so they agreed to refund me my deposit on the 4th of May. Here it is the 21st of May and I still have not received my money so now I have no car and no money... I'm in the process of starting a civil suit against them. Please comment if you have any complaints against them. I feel they treated so many people so badly. We should take a stand against them. I want them closed down.

    Where do I begin? Let's go back almost a year ago to when I purchased my Honda. Great car, has been reliable, no complaints there mostly because it's a Honda right. So when closing the deal for financing they slap me with a 24% interest rate, so when all is said and done I'd pay close to $28,000 for a used 106,000 mile vehicle. To add insult to injury I've recently realized they charged me 2X the book value of the car in the beginning, so look up the value of whatever vehicle you're looking to purchase.

    I recently injured myself at home and was immediately restricted from work. Had to have immediate surgery so I had no time to save up funds to be out of work. Now I understand it's not their (Bridgecrest) place or concern about my personal affairs. But when I've called each of my creditors to arrange payments and they're the only ones not working with me, there's a problem. I've had my payments set up on biweekly auto draft for 11 months without a hitch. No late payments, no missed payments. Sprint, DirecTV, Capital One, Wells Fargo, all of my creditors have made arrangements but these people. So even when I told them I had paperwork from my surgeon all they could talk about was when my payments were due and what I'd be behind.

    Very disrespectful company that could care less about you or any issues that may have come about, they want that check period. I Will NEVER do business with these people again and I strongly suggest if your credit isn't worthy of a large Company then find you a buy here pay here lot, they'll be more understanding than these clowns.

    No late payment in 7 years, I made payments on time religiously. One time missed one "Dated" payment because of my boss but then I made a double payment the following due date. Three months later I was told I owed a payment. I asked for a "Financial statement" to prove it and they refused to send the info, so I said, "Until I receive that I can't help you because my bank statements say I am up to date." So that didn't stop them from ruining my credit, after I worked my ass off for 7 years to bring it back!!! Now I owe 1000 dollars more than what I am supposed to pay just to get my title because they can't supply a simple statement proving their claim. Bridgecrest/DriveTime = scammers.

    I was originally worried that once I arrived at the Judson dealership in San Antonio that they wouldn't be able to help me get into a nice, dependable vehicle. How wrong I was!!     The worst experience I ever had from Melissa the manager, the directors Rick, Mike and their boss Acosta. The lies, getting laughed at, rolling the eyes, sending emails and leaving messages and no one calls or emails back. I wouldn't recommend anyone there. They get below a zero.     DriveTime is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. They say they are there to help you but the fact of the matter is all they are is scam artist. I went in there really needing a vehicle due to the fact I started work at a new job and didn't have any transportation. The customer service was good although on the other hand knowing what I know now you have to be nice to get away with as much lying and scamming as they do. I bought a 2015 Kia Forte and can't even begin to start with the problems I have had. First off the car is covered in scratches. It took me a month to get the smell out of the car. They told me I bought the car that I would have a full tank of gas. That was once again one of their lies. Now I haven't even had the car two months and the transmission is going out.

    I called to see if they would take it back and I would get a truck from them and continue payments. They told me and pretty much on the phone to suck it up. I was stuck it and the finance company Bridgecrest don't even get me started. They have screwed me over ever since the first payment. They had my payments to come out every two weeks which was fine but when the first payment come due, instead of taking out one payment like they were supposed, they took out two then when I call to tell them I need it fixed, they tell me that it is my fault. Once again very rude people. Then I ask them to refund one of the payments to where I'm on track like I'm supposed to be they turn around and tell me, "Yes sir, that's fine," and then I look at my bank account and they refund me both therefore impacting my credit because now it says I have a late payment.

    They also gave me back the payment they were owed which is completely stupid. Why would they give me back money that was owed to them. Never heard a company work that way. After a hour on the phone and $416.00 later everything was supposed to be worked out or so I was told. Come time for the next payment and I find out my payment is $30 more than it is supposed to be. So I call to ask why and find out that the hour on the phone done nothing. I was now being charged after paying need I remind you $416 to get thing straight that I am now being charged 2 late fees for money they refunded me that they owed me.

    This is has been the worst company to deal with by far. I am looking now for every and any way possible to get rid of the car and go to a different company that can do what they told me would be done from the start. So with all of this being said please, please, please take my advice and DO NOT GO TO DriveTime NO MATTER WHAT. They are nothing but scam artist who care nothing about you. All they want Is a sale and then screw you. They could care less what happens. This company sucks **.

Please know, we try to prevent mechanical malfunctions by inspecting each of our vehicles prior to sale. For this reason, we provide a 30-day, 1,500-mile warranty with the option for our financed customers to purchase additional coverage. Please know that when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle that signs of wear and tear from previous owner(s) may be present.

    Also, once the vehicle is on our dealership lot, we take the customer for a test drive to ensure that the customer is comfortable with the drivability. The customer is also directed to complete a walk-around inspection of the vehicle to ensure that we address any concerns the customer may have. All of our vehicles come with a 5 day, 300 mile vehicle return policy (VRP) that the customer can use to return the vehicle for any reason should they be unhappy with their purchase. After that point the loan does go forward.

    First time buying a car from DriveTime. Had the worst experience ever. I got a Dodge dart from them. The very next day I had to take it back because the check engine light was on so I took it back and got a Ford Fusion and engine went out. Only had the car 2 days, 2 cars in a week so I ask for another car. Same make and model. They told me I had to put more money down for the exact same car just black. They didn't try to accommodate me at all so I asked for my money back and no I have to wait for a check 5 to 6 business days and I paid for the car with my card. They sell lemons. They don't inspect the cars like they say and I spoke with corporate and they denied my app because I said I was going to have to involve my lawyer. DriveTime is the flimflam people. I will never send no one there.

    I refuse to give them any good reviews or reference to anyone, anything good about this dealership. It is a ripoff especially if women do not know what they are doing when purchasing a vehicle from them and whatever you do, do not be desperate seeking a vehicle or truly in need because the truth is they sell lemons. The cars look great on the outside. Once you get in and drive it past their 14 days warranty which mine was supposedly platinum bs!

    How I know this? Within the 20 days of purchasing the car I start having light blowouts, the headlights then the back lights. Then I say, "Hey I can get that fix." "Nothing major," I thought. Then I started having lights come up on the dash after getting light bulbs replaced. Spent $500 to do that after remind you only had this BMW for 1 month. It already had electrical malfunction and the salesperson I had was a joke also because upon having these issues with this whip I went back up there to hand them the keys to it and they laughed at me. Did not put me in another car. All they did was send back out the door with a lemon that they falsified the inspection on it.

    Also remind you got the car the inspection was already due within the same year of purchasing it. I never got to drive this car for the remainder of the same year. Was only able to drive it for three whole months on and off as more things kept falling apart so I went to BRB the so-called place that accepts my so-called platinum warranty and you already know what they said, they got a sucker. Which as depressed I already was searching around and saving up down payments and that 1st three months I paid them double on my car payments and got screwed every time. So yes I will tell everyone I meet about this experience whether it gets reviewed here or not.

    I am crushed and this caused me major setbacks and unfortunate for me I am back where I started looking for another vehicle but now I trust none of these crooked dealers here in VA. This DriveTime I had issues with is located in Virginia Beach area on Virginia Beach Blvd and until they are ready to get me a new car or take this voluntary repo of my credit I will continue to tell everyone I meet I see as they see me struggle or depend on them to get around. I lost a lot because of DriveTime taking my money and jacking up my credit has truly affected my family and me. They have done nothing yet to resolve this with me... nothing! They are a complete, scamming, ripoff company. Are they even under the Better Business Bureau??? I wonder. That's my next step before I go to television and write newspapers. I am going to tell everyone and video-record how this has affected us.

    I would not ever do business with DriveTime in the state of Virginia. They need to be investigated seriously and thoroughly like they did Charles dealership here! It was all over the news. Now his car lot looks... well you have to see these dealers here for yourself... scams waiting to happen. It pays great to do your own investigating these folks and thorough research, and always read and reread reviews before shopping, buying anywhere here in VA.

    After my experience with DriveTime they rush through paperwork, did explain the biweekly payments or five return. All the talk about was other offer. They took back the car. I explain to manager my experience with stuff. Week later I pick up my refund and the name on it was wrong. Wow again they didn't look at my ID and paperwork. I couldn't suggest this company to no one. Then the manager told me that he seen my review. I was so scare. I just want to get out that I did notice my name was spelled wrong.

    The loan term is way too much you end up paying more than the car is worth because of the simple interest loan. I really feel like I live in North Korea.     I am in the car business. Don't sell cars but I set up extended car warranties on cars that are just purchased. The DriveTime location in Richmond, Virginia, took advantage of a senior retired couple. They were 84 years old. Sold them a 2009 Grand Caravan with over 100k miles on it. 485.00 dollars a month for 5 years. They are paying 485 bucks a month for 5 years. The total amount paid for this car will be close to 29,000 thousand dollars. This company should be ashamed of themselves. This car isn't worth 8k most. This is how DriveTime stretches out the old folks.

    Do not, do not, do not let your older retired family members walk into this facility without someone guiding them because DriveTime will stretch you out, take every last dime you have. These retired folks just in talking to them on the phone were so upset. Didn't know why they were paying so much. This company will rape every last dollar from you and could care less if it's your grandpa, grandma. It's a shame.

    I have been dissatisfied since the 2nd month of having loan, I was lied too upfront that I can trade it in at 6 months. I have been repossessed within 30 days of having loan. Now I had to wait six months to get a monthly payment. I can not get out of this loan. I suggest if anyone deal with this terrible company ask all questions upfront and take a recorder with you. They lied to get my money, reported me to credit bureau and it was their error. They had to go back and remove negative reporting. If I did not look at my credit report I would have never known they repossessed my car for nothing and it cost me 700.00 to get it back. I had to pay them 300.00 upfront and the next day I call to pay them they sent my car to auction after I have been in contact with them the day before. Do not and will not recommend this company. I am trying my best to get out of this loan.

And while it is true that we are able to change a customer’s due dates, it would require paperwork as it is a loan modification. Simply requesting the change over the phone will not suffice as we are changing a legal document and we require a customer’s signature to complete the process.
