My associate, Alan, at the Morrow location was so professional and helpful with my purchase. It was smooth and he was very detailed. I didn't feel pressured or anything. He was very nice to my family and even thanked my husband for his service in the military.

I was treated with respect and allowed me to test drive all of the cars I wanted before I made a decision. My salesman was patient and very professional. He explained every program they offered. His name is Clay at the Rivergate location.

When I got to the dealership it was very busy. I got an application from the person I spoke to over the phone. I filled everything out and spoke with Matthew about what kind of car I wanted. While I waited for a salesman to finish up with their current customer, no less than 5 people asked if I had been helped and were so courteous when I said yes. The whole experience was painless and I picked up my car just a few minutes ago.

solid downpayment, the loan length & terms become much more desirable. You must understand & accept that if you let your credit go bad, & want a car dealer to loan you money, it's a risk to them, a risk that Drivetime will take, but in turn, they want more $ down & more of a security interest from you, such as autopay & bank statement verification.
If you do things right at Drivetime, meaning have a solid downpayment & don't let your salesperson trick you into things you do not need or can't afford, & you keep to your contract as agreed, you can easily walk out of there with a nice vehicle at a halfway decent price & payment within 2 hours. An added benefit is the fact that they do full credit reporting to all 3 agency's every month. So it can & will improve your auto-credit score drastically after 12 months or so of on time payments. The staff at my location was friendly, attentive, fast, & efficient despite being pretty crowded at the time, I never felt neglected. Overall a good experience, I needed another car, they gave me a nice one, & the loan terms were better than initially expected.

Review. Did not know what to expect when I arrived. Matt ** some reason I trusted him. He seem like a high character guy. He did a great job. I bought a car that I had to pick up the next day. It was Alan’s day off. Tony filled in for him. Did all the paperwork. He did a great job. I met with Kevin the general manager. He explained a lot of things to me that there were very important. Overall a surprisingly excellent experience.

I started my journey with the DriveTime in Miamisburg Ohio. The man who worked with me, worked diligently, and took all the information I gave him on what I wanted and found me the perfect car. He told me it was in Pittsburgh, and I told him that was no problem whatsoever. He started the entire process and made everything as easy as possible for the journey. The representatives in Pittsburgh were thoughtful and thorough and answered every single question I had. They made sure everything was perfect for my way home. They walked through all the steps with me and helped me with genuinely everything I could think of. I have already recommended DriveTime to multiple friends.

Drive Time was able to approve us with bad credit and a $600 down payment. Overall experience was pretty good and the only bad thing I can say was that it took about 3-4 days to finalize everything. The cars were a little overpriced but in great condition.

I contacted them about a Jetta I saw online on a Monday. Just gave them a little info, didn’t even need to give docs, they did the research themselves. I decided Tuesday morning to buy, they got the car and paperwork ready so pickup would only take 1 hour. According to all my insurance background on the car, it’s as good and clean as they said and it runs great, plus looks completely new and for a good price. I couldn’t be happier.

I had called everywhere and could not find a decent down payment until I called Sergio at DriveTime. He was amazing! He helped me complete most over phone. When I got down there he actually took the time to talk about the cars with me. He was honest and upfront and helped me beyond a salesman to get a great down payment and a great vehicle. I appreciate everything he did to help me and my children. If you ask for anyone there always always ask for Sergio!!

Had a wonderful experience with Drivetime. The sale representative Marshall ** was so helpful and professional and listen to what I wanted. Did not spend a great deal of time there. I was able to look at different cars and pricing. Test drove the car I was interested in, got the paperwork done and did not spend that much time there during the process. Would recommend to others.

This is my 3rd purchase with Drivetime and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Won't be returning for any future purchases. When contract was written up apr was at 22% because the person I was cosigner for bad credit score but then I was put as main buyer and apr didn't change.

The sales lady and the manager both after taking my money for the car and me purchasing insurance they say to me, "We can't sell you the car because we don't have the title." I said, "I don't want my money. I want the car. So are you going to give me a loaner or send me home in a cab?" They said, "Nope. Nothing we can do for you." I felt disrespected and started calling Drive time corporate office. When I did that they came up with A form for me to sign and close the deal. I will never refer anyone to that office and if I didn't want that car I would have not did the deal but my experience there was horrible.

I worked with Samuel ** on getting a new car Friday night and had a great experience. He took his time with me even though I came in a little late. I was extremely worried that I wouldn't find the perfect car due to my credit but luckily with Samuel's help I found a car that I was extremely happy with! For everyone who is thinking about buying through DriveTime beware Bridgecrest financial is the lending institution of DriveTime. You will regret being financed with BridgeCrest. This company is the worst company. I refinanced my car with a credit union for a better interest rate. First of all it took them 2 months to cash the check my finance company sent while calling me 4 times a day demanding payment. Once they got over the duh moment they cashed the check. To my surprise a month and a half later I wake up to a repo man trying to take my car. Of course unsuccessful with a .45 in his face. I call Bridgecrest, I get hung up on 2 times then talk to a half decent manager and asked wtf is going on. They say I owe 246.00 dollars. So instead of trying to fix the issue they put the life of another at risk for 246.00. I try to make the small payment and they deny it. Might want to take business elsewhere. You will get screwed.

I was very impressed with the service and support from Nicole and Keku at the Lauderdale Lakes branch. However I was unimpressed with Miami. Staff were friendly but slack in getting the car ready even for the test drive. Despite me arranging an appointment and notifying them that I would be late the car was not ready, was only 3/4 tank of fuel and I was not given an explanation on key matters concerning the vehicle. Despite letting them know that I had a young baby with me and an elderly parent to return to the appointment was dragged out for hours while the salesman kept wandering off to "see if the car had been washed!" This was very disappointing. Had it not been for the excellence of your Lauderdale Lakes staff I would not recommend DriveTime to anyone.

I Chose to go to Drivetime because one of my friends recommended it to me. I Picked out my car online and made the initial deposit and started the insurance all before arriving at the dealership to pick the car up. The dealership had knowledge That I was coming To pick this car up for five days. Upon arrival they brought the car up to me and the interior of the car was never detailed. It was dirty and stuff all over the steering wheel and inside the door handles. Also the car was never washed on the outside and I was expecting to get into a nice clean car for the money that I spent there. I still chose to take the car because I already sold my other car to get this car.
I went to AutoZone, got cleaner and detailed the car myself. The next morning I went to drive the car and the rear driver window rolled down but would not roll all the way up. Also while driving the door locks started locking and unlocking all by themselves very erratically. I will be calling drive time in the morning since they are closed today to try to get this fixed. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service Of what I should’ve got. I will never recommend drive time in Columbus Ohio One 4000 Broad Street ever to anyone. If I cannot get the window situated and the locks fixed or agreed to be fixed I will be returning the car within the next four days since I bought the car yesterday And taking my business somewhere else.

I want to assure you that all of our pre-owned vehicles go through an inspection where they are mechanically inspected and detailed to meet DriveTime standards before being placed on our sales lots in an effort to prevent mechanical concerns after purchase. Since we are unable to determine when mechanical repairs might arise, each vehicle includes a 30-day/1,500-mile Limited Warranty. We also offer an optional Vehicle Service Contract for purchase to assist in most situations after that. If you haven't already, we encourage you to contact SilverRock, our warranty partner, at (877) 584-3848 to initiate a claim.
Please keep in mind if the repairs needed on the vehicle are determined to be non-covered components, they would be considered the customers’ cost of ownership.
I would also like to note that most of our dealerships that do not have a detail location on site will have a mobile detailer routinely come in for any necessary touch-ups. We are sorry if the cleanliness of the vehicle you purchased was not up to DriveTime standards and left you feeling dissatisfied. Bought this car 2 weeks ago and very, very unhappy. Test drove car and ran fine. I asked if car had been inspected and was told it absolutely had. Once I got the car home, I checked the air filter and it looked like it hadn't been changed in years. Replaced that and took it to get an oil change at Express. As of now, the transmission is shifting hard in various gears, the heat works sometimes and not others, the ac isn't cold at all, and the smell of coolant is strong when you get out of the car, so obviously the car wasn't inspected at all and I'm at a point where do I use the warranty and hope it covers everything wrong or park in back in the lot where I got it from with the keys in it and wish them good luck with it? Very, very frustrated and unhappy. Would not ever recommend buying a car from Drivetime to anyone.

Every bit of information I was given was incorrect. Feels like I was pressured into buying this car because the one they had for me had a rust problem. Would like to speak with someone. Because for two weeks I was given the runaround and every excuse for why I couldn't get the car they made a verbal agreement with me about.

There was an issue with the bankruptcy order however it was not recognized until we had been misled by being told that we just needed to pay a little more to get payments below $400/month so we did that and got them below $400 only to be told that was not going to work because of the extra weeks in 3 of the months per year! I should have been told this from the beginning of the deal and not misled! We had a great salesman Brooks, however I believe the general manager should make sure his employees are more trained! Brooks admitted that he only had one other deal like that!

I went here because I needed something safe and reliable. I read reviews, did my research and thought this would have been a better experience. There was no sign of care. I basically sold myself the vehicle. Then as I pull out of the lot and head home from purchasing it the transmission starts acting up! I’ve had my car for not even a week and it’s already getting a transmission replacement. Just disappointed with the entire experience.

The afternoon on January 21, 2021 I was on my way to Drivetime to look for a car because I was in a bad car accident that morning and my car was totaled so when I went to drive time I met a nice lady Marilyn **. I was having a bad day. The Adjuster told me that my Altima was totaled. Everything was going wrong for that day. I I was talking to Miss Marilyn ** the sales lady. It was no pressure. It was the greatest experience I ever had when I purchased a car. I purchased all the cars from other places but she made me feel so comfortable. No pressure, no rush. She took her time. She answered all my questions. She was very patient with me. They should have more people like that in car dealerships. In less than 48 hours my maintenance light came on for oil and filter, this should definitely be the dealers problem. Car was supposed to be taken care of before being purchased. I do not feel I should have to pay for the oil and filter to be changed when I just bought it one day ago.

Purchased a Buick Encore. Went through all the paperwork and checklist and upon leaving I noticed a puddle of oil on ground. Salesman checked and found oil filter leaking. I refused to take car and decided on another one. Redid all paperwork and drove home to Lawton OK about 90 miles away. When driving into driveway service light comes on to service oil and filter. On the window above driver it say next service not needed until 87000 miles- oil is dirty and loe car has 64000 miles on it. What a joke. Somebody didnt even change the oil as stated or even checked it on their list. Very poor service. Thinking hard about returning it before 5 days- shysters. It seems will never recommend them but salesman was great. Michael ** and manager was helpful getting me a second car but car had to be never checked by anyone and whoever put that sticker on drivers windshield need to be held accountable. Very concerning- not reputable.

Please know we do our best to prevent our customers from having to be concerned about mechanical concerns by inspecting and evaluating every vehicle before placing them on our sales lots. During this process, our centers check all fluids to make sure they are clean and full as well as making sure that all filters are pristine. As mentioned in your review, every vehicle sold from DriveTime comes with a 5-day/300-mile Vehicle Return Program (VRP). Still no title after 6 months! We bought a car in August 2020. It is January 2021 and we still have not received a title! In spite of many phone calls, I was given no information and no help. In November 2020, I called MVA. They attempted to contact DriveTime to get the title. The MVA is now investigating DriveTime. I was recently in contact with the investigator from the MVA. DriveTime is not being cooperative with him either. Do not buy a car from this dealership They really deserve 0 stars and that is being generous given how little they have done to just do their job. As I mentioned I contacted the dealership directly and the corporate customer service department. They were of no help. They are not cooperating with the investigator from MVA either.

Faisal assisted me with my car purchase. I initially started the process online, then called to see if I could complete the rest of the process via phone. I was able to submit my information, get an amount for downpayment and approximate car payment. I then set-up an appointment to go in to finish the process. I test drove my car and decided to purchase. Although the process was fast over the phone it slowed down after that, however I was always told what I was waiting for. The only thing that disappointed me about the experience was the fact that the car was a little under quarter tank of gas and they only filled it up to half. There were also no car mats in the car, which I ended buying immediately as not to mess up the carpets. Other than those two things, the overall process was good.

I had an excellent experience at the South Bend location from the initial call with Brian. When I arrived the vehicle I wanted to purchase was sitting upfront waiting on me to get to the store. Within minutes Brian introduced me to Mr ** which took over the sale. Once I was ready to look at the car Joe had the car running, trunk opened, hood open and driver’s door ajar. Very helpful. The only thing is we were there 6 and half hours but they were all working hard. Sidney is great. Wait was the hardest. Sidney was working on 2 people at once and kept us informed. Place was clean and everyone was friendly. We are having small thing wrong with our Jeep but they are going to get fixed under warranty.

Me and my husband were in need a big family car, we spent hours at dealerships and it became stressful and we almost gave up. I was not please with the quality of vehicles because we went thru 3 vehicles before found to start. Spend about 3 hours at the dealership waiting for a vehicle I started to leave. I feel they should have offered a discount for my trouble and time. I had to return back to sign paperwork after I got home.

I was one of the first at the dealer. They couldn’t find the key to the car I wanted to purchased. After driving 3 cars the salesmen says “they're all used cars, it could be something wrong with all them” so I chose one of his recommendations. The car is now slightly knocking on the 3rd day. The cigarette's lighter doesn’t work, and the USB port isn’t working. All the repair shops are booked which will put me out of the 5 day warranty if I was to wait. This is only my 3rd day driving the car. Only drove it 115 give or take.
The manager of the dealership doesn’t see it as an inconvenience. I’ll add that I pointed out damage on the bumper before buying the car and the agent helping me said the same thing “they're all used cars”, I’m guessing you’ll train them to say this. Anyway. Now I’m stuck home after being home a month saving for this car, because if I plan to trade it for better I can’t even drive around, due to the mileage policy. I’m very disappointed in this purchase and I’ll probably never recommend anyone to purchase here.

My experience was great, the salesman was awesome. The thing that shocked me was the vehicle needed to be detailed and the gas tank was almost on empty. I have bought several cars down through the years and this was the first time I've ever gotten a vehicle in that condition and no gas. I have on one other occasion, purchased a vehicle from Drive Time but I don't remember the vehicle being not cleaned up and having gas in it!!! I live in Fort Worth Tx. but went to Lewisville to get this particular vehicle, so it was of most importance that I stop and get gas in order to make it back home, Fort Worth is not around the corner from Lewisville!! Yes the vehicle was not detailed and the salesman was great but I must also say I love my vehicle!!!

Overall my experience with the people at Drivetime was superb, they were friendly, speedy and prompt. However, I did find a good amount of cosmetic damage that I was unaware of and they did tell me there were no scratches or damages. I don't suppose there's a way I can renegotiate the overall price of the vehicle? Or get it fixed for free, or receive some kind of discount? Once I receive a response from someone about this I will be happy to send pictures of said damages.

Please know that we make our best effort to avoid these situations by evaluating each of our pre-owned vehicles at our inspection centers before transporting them to our sales lots. However, due to the history of pre-owned vehicles, concerns may sometimes occur post-sale. It is for this reason that we include a 30-day/1,500-mile Limited Warranty with each of our vehicles, as well as the optional Vehicle Service Contract that is administered by SilverRock and offers additional assistance thereafter. It is important to note this does not cover maintenance or cosmetic items, and if repairs happen to be non-covered, they would be considered a cost of ownership.

On 11/18/20 I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from Brian ** at your Mishawaka branch, this man went above and beyond the call of his job to not only get me approved to buy a car but to buy the car I wanted.. He worked with me very well over the phone and email to save me from wasting an hour's drive just to be told no.. He even had the thought to have a co worker call to check in with me on his day off..
I would HIGHLY recommend Brian and Drivetime.. I have very challenging credit to work with due to a very nasty and bitter divorce and Brian made it happen despite me not thinking he would be able to... And then he made a follow up call the day after my purchase to see if I had any questions about the car or transaction... SUCH a great guy.. And best of all .. He didn't use car salesman me... he didn't try to talk me into some piece of crap car I didn't really want so he could get his sale.. He worked his butt off to get me in the ride I wanted.. A++++. My family hasn't been in a vehicle for more than 5 years. To our surprise, The Drive Time family at W. Colonial, made us feel completely welcomed. Our Credit issue was never addressed or they never made us feel that we weren't worthy to purchase a vehicle. The atmosphere there is enlightening and the women Sales Reps scream EMPOWERMENT. My overall experience was Good. Ms. Lee ** worked very hard to get me approved and to be sure I was satisfied with my vehicle choice. However, I believe because I had to wait from Tuesday thru Friday to find out the vehicle, 2014 Ford Explorer, I wanted to purchase had mechanical problems that could've been resolved sooner if my observation about the air conditioning was taken more seriously on Saturday when I pointed it out to the salesman (not Ms. Lee). Also, no incentive was offered to me even though I had to wait four days (1500 down submitted on Tuesday 11/10/2020). Also the vehicle I purchased was not cleaned out when I drove off the lot.

I called beforehand telling them I needed an easier way to do the purchase so when I arrived I can give them what I need and go. I have 2 small children and both of them got aggy and my 9 month old was crying most of the time when I was there 3 hours and was only supposed to be there 30min to an hour. Plus the man who helped me was a bit rude. I honestly wanted to leave but they had already took my money so I just took it. Very disappointed.

Great customer service, the only thing we didn't like no one was wearing protection masks for Covid 19, neither customers nor sales people or managers. We were the only ones wearing them. The other thing was both cars we purchase had issues, we told the sales person about it and told us we have 4 days to return them. We return one car and looks like we are going to return the other, issues with the brakes and we told the salesperson before we got the car, and unfortunate we do have kind of warranty so is up to us to pay 400 dollars to fix them. Sorry but not going to pay 400 dollars. We are returning it, and I don't think we buying another. This is our second Car with issues. Thank you.

Customer service was great.. Blake did an awesome job accommodating the fact that I do not live nearby... Process was fast, and super efficient... The only issue I had is this.. The mirror was damaged and had to be fixed, so I had to wait 2 more days before I could get my car... When I was finally able to pick it up, the mirror was not fixed, and I will have to drive back out to the location to have it fixed again...

I had but my car a Ford Fusion 2017 on September 7 and 2 weeks after me and my kids found 4 to 5 life bullets, 3 days ago I had to get a new battery ($126) cause the battery was bad and I been trying to go to the office but is always close.

The worst car experience I have ever had. My fiance went and bought a car from them and it's caused nothing but problems and now DriveTime wont even take a second look at the car they sold him. About 5 months after we got it the transmission welds itself together. It take "Bridgecrest and Silver Rocks" 2 to 3 weeks to get that fixed so we was out of a vehicle and had no income that time. Now not even 3 months later the engine is messing up and drive time refuses to take responsibility for selling us a messed up car and says it's up to " bridgecrest and silver rock" to fix it not them. Now the car's been sitting at a mechanic's shop going on 2 and a half weeks and my fiance and I havent been able to get to work so we have no income coming in because of the car drivetime sold us but refuses to take responsibility.

Please know that every vehicle is evaluated at our inspection centers so we can detect any mechanical malfunctions that need to be addressed prior to being placed on our lots for sale. We take pride in our products which is why we take every step possible to make sure our vehicles are safe and measure up to the national highway standards. Every customer that purchases a vehicle with DriveTime is provided a 30-day/1,500-mile Limited Warranty, along with an optional Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) to assist in most situations thereafter. These coverages are provided since we are unable to determine if or when vehicle issues may occur. Please keep in mind that some pre-owned vehicles may show more wear than others depending on their usage both before and after the time of sale. If repairs happen to be non-covered they would be considered the cost of ownership.

Hello, I'm only writing this review in Hopes that the future clients get better service & products ESPECIALLY for the amount of money, effort, & interest that must be paid in order to obtain a sufficient vehicle. I believe Bill or Denis, & William assisted my purchase. I had already been searching for 3 agonizing weeks for a vehicle so by time I found the vehicle I wanted I was over the "fluff" of the sale. Initially I had reserved to test drive a 2015 Nissan Sentra on Saturday Oct 24th for $10,500, at this time I didn't know a deposit was required, on Oct 26th I called to start my paperwork process in which to my surprise I'm told the vehicle was just sold THAT DAY!
Annoyed with the unprofessionalism of not getting notified of this incident, I ask why that wasn't a part of the Drivetime protocol - wasn't given a answer. The salesman (Dennis/Bill - not sure of name) goes on to try & sell me other vehicles in my price range. Being desperate after looking for over 3 weeks, I settle for the 2017 Nissan Sentra. However this vehicle was $12,300 - $1,800 over my intended budget. I put a deposit of $100 down to guarantee the hold for this vehicle. From Oct 27th to Oct 30th I had to call drivetime to get my paperwork in to the office, not one time during this week was I followed up with about if my emails had gone through or if received - I HAD TO verify, so follow up calls on confirmation of information would be nice!
Through talking to Dennis/Bill (one man - unsure of correct name) I was made to feel rushed & condescended to due to my ignorance of vehicle knowledge, which I did not appreciate! Moving forward to Oct 31st I showed up to the drivetime dealership where I was greeted by William. After my test drive I decide on the vehicle & start to call my insurance agent. William rushed me through the process WHILE I'M STILL ON THE PHONE WITH MY AGENT! I did not appreciate this as I would've preferred if he waited until I got off the phone so I could focus on the financial details he was giving me & making me sign. Once he gives me the keys I realize there isn't a spare, to which I'm told I would have to call Nissan directly if I want one.
For a $12k vehicle at a 21% APR - I would think a $100-$200 key would be covered for my comfort. I also was left with a half of tank of gas that I felt was very displeasing as again, I'm about to pay $12,300 PLUS taxes & $4,700 in interest which is very displeasing. For these various intents, I will not recommend drivetime to anyone I care for due to the treatment I was given. Had I not been so desperate & been more patient in my search, I might've gotten better service & benefits. However, I accept the consequences for my actions & will accept this experience as a lesson learned. Thank you for the opportunity to speak my peace & Good Luck with future clients.

Also, I am sorry to hear that your vehicle of interest wasn’t available when you called to start the paperwork. As mentioned, DriveTime offers a layaway program that allows customers the option to secure their desired vehicle and lock in their sticker price. In order to take advantage of our layaway option, our customers must visit the dealership, agree to contract terms, as well as pay a portion of the required down payment.

The guy I had been working with via phone was not there that day, so another sales guy stepped in. Everything was great with him. However, we got to the dealership right when they opened. Everyone (all 4 people) just stared, or looked up and then looked back down..including the GM who came off as super arrogant and walked by us at least 3 times without even saying hi. Nobody introduced themselves. I still couldn’t tell you the guys name who sold us the car and we were with for 2 hours. Way to welcome people in and make them feel wanted....
While we are super pleased with the car, it was extremely dirty when we came to purchase it, we had it on hold for a week. There was sticky all over the back, crumbs everywhere and I literally had to wipe dirty off the radio to see the numbers. Good thing that’s an easy fix, just not so pleasing at first. It’s hard to complain because I love the car, there were just a few things that were super in pleasing.

I was in search of a new car and submitted my application online. The Morrow team was quick respond with an approval and list of vehicles Chris hit the nail on the head with the first two cars he text me. Helped me with the filters and what to look for. I reached out to the team in Gwinnett and was greeted with a smile you could hear over the phone. I don’t have this man's name however he was what really sealed the deal. The loan department on verifying my income was a disaster, had bank statements and sent statements over to them electronically and the response took for over several hours and they had so many questions, it was like I had made them up ever after bank sent them electronically. Wow I felt like a criminal during this process. My income was there in front of the loan department and the experience with them was terrible but my salesman was on top of it. Thank you William **.

It’s the typical buy here pay here car lot. The interest is high the payments are low. I’m already upside down on the car but i was desperate and they were able to help so I’m not complaining. I personally wouldn’t use them again unless I was desperate because even though most cars are priced the same they only give you a small selection for low downpayments.
