It started off good. But when my fiancé was added as co signer they lost the ball. Took us through a lot of changes at the end. Had us sitting for almost 2 hours twice in one week to sign some papers, that he said he had already printed and ready to sign and it would take 10 15 min. First time my fiance had exactly 5 min to get to work at 230. The second time he called us on Wednesday about some mistake he made and we need to come back in. We got there a little after OPENING @10. We didn't leave til almost 12. They didn't have my vehicle serviced like they said. They didn't even clean it out. It looked and smelled like the previous owner just dropped it off. I'm happy with my selection and the price and down payment was nice. The whole service just took the JOY out having a new car. I will never return nor will I recommend that dealership to anyone.

Sean ** was professional, nice, friendly and made our car buying experience wonderful. We both truly think that this was our best car buying experience we have ever had. We came prepared and knowing exactly what we wanted and Sean showed us everything. We had already done the online approval system and walked in there prepared and Sean answered questions that we had. Justin and Shane originally started my experience. We weren’t able to prove my fiancé’s income through bank statements because we didn’t have enough, but after Justin going above and beyond for us, we decided to wait the month and come back. When we returned this weekend, we got a different Justin who was just as great. He really went above and beyond to figure out what vehicle we could get in our budget and we ended up with a vehicle we love.

Process to buy was great and good customer service. Just wish The car had tires with more life on them. Took car to get tires looked at day after I bought the car and uneven wear. Needs tires ASAP. That’s the only bad part. Wish y’all could help with the tires.

I had Mike for a car sales men. He was very very helpful. I normally don’t like going to a dealership because there are some that try to get you into what you don’t want. I had a good experience with Mike. He printed off a list of cars that were in my range and always asked if I had questions. Thank you. He made my experience change my mind.

I (we) purchased the 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. It's good two problems arise. When we left the lot we discovered the driver's door didn't lock. And the driver front tire had a hole. Went to look for the safety/inspection checklist didn't see it. However we returned to the dealership immediately, just for him to turn us around. Your problem not ours. This whole ordeal cost us what the first month payment is wow, wow, wow. That's not good customer service. The warranty covered the door, but you sold a car with a busted tire knowing it.

The salesman was awful. He told me nothing about the cars. He pulled them up to test drive and walked off. I got Mr. ** and he was awesome. He helped me and told me all about the cars. Ross did paperwork. I went out to the car and came back in to finish asking warranties questions and he was gone! If buying a car from here ask for Mr. **!!!

The car was overpriced and the interest on the financing is ridiculous! While I know that my credit is poor, this company takes advantage of people in my position. I have had setbacks due to Covid 19 and was desperate for a car. This left me with no choice but to pay these prices.

If it wasn't for the actions and professionalism of the Corpus Staff I would not have bought a car. The internet and actual dealership is such a large disconnect that I felt lied to especially because I am repeat customer. I understand COVID has changed the way we live but not to honor the Corpus market place down payment for a vehicle in Houston is not cool I don't mind driving to pick up the vehicle but to charge 2 different prices on a down payment because of the market is just plain greedy. You place a reserve online but I didn't read that it's not actually reserved and can be sold before with no heads up or phone call is just wrong. People spend the time to find a great car are happy with it and press the reserve button and to find out it was sold is wrong.

The one issue with the car is that it was filthy.. (All the cars were filthy.) They don't have anyone on site to clean their cars. To pay a large sum of money for a car you would think they would clean them. Really didn't know they hadn't cleaned it until the transaction was completed... The saleswoman did offer to clean it herself but I believe she was being polite and it would have taken too long seeing that I had a two hour drive ahead of me. I would suggest to anyone that they demand Drivetime clean their cars!!! That's the least they can do!!!!! This is not to take away from my saleswoman, (Kelsey) she was great!!!!

I have brought several vehicles in my lifetime and this was absolutely the most efficient, satisfying, easy, comfortable, professional and gratifying experience I have EVER had. The sales team work as a TEAM, not as individuals out for "cut throat" commissions. Everyone in the dealership is willing and able to assist you no matter when or what time you call. I was disappointed by the $199 administration fee and that the car had less than 1/2 tank of gas when I departed. The sales help were all very good and attentive. I did not like that the car was dirty until after the purchase, which made seeing the defects difficult.

The salesman was slow. They couldn’t find the keys when ready to purchase to test drive and didn’t communicate with me. Just let me stand there and when I asked questions they seem to get an attitude. Then I called and they keys were there so I asked was the car at least washed. The lady who had back surgery and could barely walk said yes she washed it and it looked like someone wiped it with a paper towel which is ok if she would have been honest. Then the manager made it a little better at signing but the experience was not the best for me to spend so much money.

Mike and Brendan were very helpful. They took the time to help get my payments within my budget. My credit is poor but they got me in a beautiful car. I was treated with respect and they were attentive to my needs and concerns. I would recommend DriveTime to my family and friends. Thank you for helping me get the car I previously only dreamed about. Only bad thing was the tag hanging in the window wasn't the actual price, it was an "old" price and the new price was almost $1100.00 more which was disappointing but I had already fell in love with the car, and with my credit I was just thankful to get a car!!!

Everyone at DriveTime was super friendly but I really have to especially thank Tia. Unfortunately I had to have my toddler with me while completing the paperwork and he was completely running amuck. Tia was so understanding and kind in taking him to see our new car so I could focus on signing all of the paperwork. I really appreciated it and how accommodating everyone was. As soon as we left the lot, my family and I went to look for a place to eat and the engine light came on and there was a message on the dash saying the car was overheating, so we took it back to DriveTime and let them know the problem so they refilled the engine with coolant and windshield wiper fluid. So, we left drove around for a while then came back home to Gallup. The next morning, I drove my daughter to school and noticed the heater was coming out cold and then when I got back home, I checked the engine and the coolant fluid was empty again, then I look on the ground and saw signs of leakage. I called DriveTime and they referred me to Silver Rock. I then took my vehicle to Pep Boys and they said the water pump was leaking and that the Turbo is cracked. I don't know why these issues were not addressed sooner. That should not have happened since I just purchased the car.

This was the most enjoyable, easiest car buying experience I have ever experienced. I already had the approval and knew which vehicle I wanted. It was parked out front and I went in signed for the loan and I was shortly driving away in my new truck. Mixed reviews on how I feel about DriveTime. Their lack of consistency from dealership location to location isn't always the same degree of support and knowledge as it relates to their vehicles. Their prices can be high, but when educated by a prepared and knowledgeable staff person, I've been intrigued with purchase opportunities. I've yet to buy a car there, but helped my best friend get a vehicle with DriveTime and they've loved it and have had a quality experience with no real issues or concerns about using them again.

On Monday 04/05/2021 I visited the DriveTime dealership at 3525 Satellite Blvd Duluth Ga at approximately 4:12pm. I was very eager and hopeful to find me a vehicle that I actually liked and would be reliable. Upon my entry I spoke with Zach who was sitting at the front desk he had me fill out a few papers to get me started with finding a vehicle. I waited an hour later because they were very short of staff and couldn’t accommodate everyone in a reasonable amount of time. I finally was able to review some vehicles and came across an all black 2018 Chevy Malibu with a reasonable amount of mileage on it I then took the car for a test drive and agreed to purchase. I didn’t leave until 10:20pm the next day. I took the car for a diagnostic test because I realized when I put the vehicle in reverse it jumped into gear harsh.
I went to mechanic and they told me the car was “no good and to send it back” so I therefore went to the AAMCO dealership associated with this drive time and was told that my transmission oil was “burnt” under the vehicle had some used car parts which led them to believe that it was involved in an accident that was not listed on the Car Fax, the suspension on the vehicle was off and the car made a loud whooing noise when going over 30mph. And I’m their expert opinion to return the vehicle and find another one.
When I did what was told Zach was very short with me in the beginning and gave me a vibe that I didn’t like so I agreed that I would just take my money back and find a car somewhere else my down payment on my vehicle was $2700 and I was told that it would be able to go back on my card. Late on I was told I would have to wait 3-5 business days to which in reality is hindering me from purchasing another vehicle. Overall I rate my experience here very poor and unsatisfactory. I feel that drive time should do more detailed diagnostic test verse just relying on Car fax when selling a used vehicle because it will save the consumer as well as the customer time and money.

While the Raleigh office that I went to was an excellent experience the office in Maryland was not as great. The car that I purchased was not cleaned and no gas was even put in the tank for me. I drove from Raleigh, NC to pick up my car and they did not even offer to do those two things. My car also had no mats. When my wife mentioned this we were told there were no mats and were not even offered any or even one of the paper mats for the floor. While we like our car the experience we had was extremely lacking. We went to DriveTime because we were told how great the experience was and this experience was lacking for what we purchased. Also, we had to resign paperwork we had already filled out.

My customer service was incredible while looking for vehicles, when I was in the store doing the contract. Everyone was pleasant, personable and knew what they were doing. Within the first two days of owning this car I have had one issue after another. First My windshield wiper fluid is spraying into the air intake. My mirror on the passenger side does not cannot be adjusted with the door control. The back up camera while you are backing up sometimes the screen goes black and says contact the dealer. When I called the dealership I was told to call Silver Rock who then processed to tell me that those things may not be covered under the 30 day warranty even though it has only been 48 hours and that I may have to pay for these issues out of pocket.

Went to DriveTime and purchased a car for $12,000. The interest rate was 27+ %. As I was going over the paperwork, I noticed 3 "optional" charges totaling $5,000+. When I told the salesperson that I didn't want them. She said "Oh, you can just take it off tomorrow". The next day, I called the company that provided the options and asked for removal & credit back to the bank. I was told that it would take 4-6 WEEKS for it to be removed. Meanwhile, I would be paying 27% interest on $5,000 That I NEVER ASKED FOR
Went and spoke with the Manager who said "I'll take the charges off, give me about 30 minutes". He had REFINANCED the loan... But, the interest rate had GONE UP TO 28+%.!!! When I questioned that, I was told "oh, you can just refinance the loan" In the end, they had made it so I was STILL paying the $5,000 (which should have been a simple credit), it reduced my payments by $10 a month and my total amount by $13,000. I have 2 days to bring the car back. I may just do that.

Horrible experience at both Birmingham and Pelham Drive time locations. Michael ** from Pelham needs training on how to conduct a transaction and how to communicate with customers. He moves extremely slow and was not thorough at all. KASSAN Ali ** made personal remarks about me to another coworker. He said "he doesn't know how my husband puts up with me." As if that is a part of his job responsibilities, is to judge me. I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND AM SO UNHAPPY WITH MY OVERALL 8 HOUR VISIT BETWEEN 2 DRIVE TIME STORES. Worst experience ever.

I bought a Jeep Patriot. Well, not even within 24 hrs the thing starts to sound like it’s going to fall apart. Sputtering, rusted brakes, rotors, calibers, struts, shocks, the whole nine. This is a joke, I have 20 days to obtain a tag for a vehicle that is not drivable. I have a payment due in 2 weeks on a vehicle I’m not driving once again... totally unhappy. I could have lost an axle and killed myself or someone else.

If I could give a zero I would without a doubt! I leased the 2016 Kia Sportage on 3/20 and it went out on me the same day maybe 2 hours later on the highway with my young child. A very scary experience. Had to pay $353 to get it towed back to the dealership. I called the dealership the next day to let them know. Got no sympathy AT ALL not even when I went and got my money back.

After spending the entire experience talking about our monthly payment I noticed the paperwork (that I already signed) said biweekly payments. So I’m paying twice as much. And the oil light came on the day we brought it home. And since they’re closed on Sunday I haven’t been able to bring it back or discuss it.

Tim the salesman was the best by far. He didn’t try to put us in a car we didn’t want. We told him what we wanted and that’s all he focused on. Hospitality was awesome. Only problem I had but still purchased a car was that it seemed to be way overpriced. When we actually tried getting the car it messed up after test drive and they sent it in to get fixed. With all being said we had to wait a week which was fine. We was getting what we wanted but they could of filled the gas tank up. It was pretty much on empty after putting all that money down.

It has not been one month nor 1500 miles and having issues with the car. If you don’t know when the oil was changed or don’t have the correct history of the vehicle then you shouldn’t be able to sell the cars. My opinion. Then when confronted they have the audacity to be upset. The customer should be upset. They are paying for the vehicle that was NOT suppose to be on the lemon list. I don’t recommend them at all now. We were very please with the service provided by Jerrod. He did a great job walking us though our purchase, answering all our questions, and taking care of the issue when delivery of the truck we wanted was delayed. When the issue came up he was honest and didn't try to come up with excuses. He also offered up a little bonus for the inconvenience and that was very much appreciated.

Exceptional Personal Service. We elected to proceed with 3rd party financing and ran into delays waiting for Trade-in's title to be received. Staff at Shadeland Ave location in Indianapolis was extremely patient in waiting for for our clean title and loan check to be provided. Would definitely recommend your company to friends and family members!

The salesperson was excellent. She provided exceptional assistance and guidance with the purchase and treated me with utmost courtesy and respect. My chief complaint about the dealership as a whole is the amount of paperwork involved in the process and signatures and the way the vehicle is given to the customer, as is dusty and dirty. Usually all dealers will sell you a fresh washed and clean car. You are making enormous monetary gains on each sale so was a little wash and shine is going to cost you.

Car was not ready when they told me it would be. I talked to someone and they said the car would be ready at 11:30 am. So I took. Off work to go get the car. On the way to get the car someone called me and said the car was not there because it was at the dealership. Someone had taken the car to the dealership so I had to go back to work and pick the car up later which caused me to be late for my part time job. So I lost money. Someone should have told him not to take that car. The guy that took the car said he filled the car up with gas. (He didn't fill the car with gas.)

I purchased a vehicle on a Saturday, it had to be towed to a shop on Monday, which they claimed I wouldn’t have to pay for anything due to being in the 5 day policy. Not true. I spent $400 within 4 days of the vehicle purchase. The only good thing was they refunded my money in full for returning the vehicle but I had to have it towed to the lot myself, they wouldn’t tow it.

We understand that mechanical concerns are never ideal. It's important to keep in mind that all our vehicles are pre-owned. While our vehicles are inspected before placing them on our lots, we are unable to predict when future repairs may be needed. For this reason, we provide a Limited Warranty (LW) for mechanical failures within the first 30-days/1,500-miles. We also have an optional Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) to assist in most situations thereafter. Please know SilverRock offers towing reimbursing for up to $75/occurrence for covered repairs, per VSC terms.
As mentioned in your review, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5 business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). It's important to note that returning the vehicle within the 5-day VRP would be the customer's responsibility.
