Everyone was great and very helpful and went above and beyond to help me, great team I would definitely do it all again with them if I had to. I had a small problem with my driver license and they did everything they could to do to help and kept in touch until I got it figured out!

The salesman was very professional. Very courteous. Offered me some water if I want it. Took his time and went over everything with the with the contracts. Very very very knowledgeable and also we shook hands at the end of the deal and I think I thanked him and he stated to me if I have any questions please be free to call.

I am very happy with the car I purchased although I was only allowed to test drive 2 vehicles. There was another vehicle I wanted to see and test drive but I would have probably still chosen this one as it had low miles and the price was great.

Had to return one vehicle that I absolutely loved.. Unfortunately not happy that I have to take vehicle to motor vehicle for emissions test. Wish I had known that upfront. Great customer service. Service by appt; however, they are easy to contact.

Very nice folks at the Huntsville Alabama location. Purchased my wife's car there. In and out in about an hour or so. I did make an appointment and arrived early, they worked me in any way. On my next car purchase in the next two or three years I'll try to shop there again.

The people there didn’t seem to care about helping me obtain the Jeep. In the end I actually had to drive to a bank to get the loan and it was clear that I wanted the car more than they wanted to sell it.

Walked into the building at 11pm and was out of there with my new car before 1pm!! I was shocked at how fast this process was. Richard was an amazing salesperson. He did not rush me at all with my decision. He showed me my options and then let me test drive my car. Would recommend to any and all who will listen.

I had an issue with the car after I bought it but it was under warranty so I took it to one of the in-network repair shops and they fixed the problem with no deductible. I did not have to pay a penny for the repairs and the vehicle is running like new!

Car broke down. 5 days later/about 600 miles/ transmission fail/broke down 2nd time. After repair/ refused return/or trade in. Very dissatisfied. Broke down on side of road/. Had to have family help me tow off the highway. Want my money back or a trade in/extend the warranty. Have seen many other poor reviews/. Will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from DriveTime.

It is important to keep in mind, that all the vehicles we sell are pre-owned and some vehicles may show more wear than others. While our vehicles are inspected prior to placing them on our lots, we are unable to predict when future repairs may be needed. It is for this reason that DriveTime provides a Limited Warranty (LW) for mechanical failures within the first 30-days/1,500-miles, at no cost to our customers. Should the vehicle have a mechanical failure or fall below the safety guidelines from inspection. As it is DriveTime’s goal to provide affordable and reliable vehicles to all our customers, we also offer an optional Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) for 5 years/50,000 miles to assist in most situations. It is important to keep in mind that the VSC does not cover maintenance or cosmetic items. Any time a customer may be experiencing a mechanical issue after purchase we would encourage them to contact our warranty provider, SilverRock, for the next steps aimed to resolve our customer's concerns.
In addition to the Limited Warranty of these services, we would like to remind you that we do offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP) which allows time for any customer to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. I wouldn’t trust this company for anything due to the CONSTANT advertising. I can’t watch a show on HULU without the ad every few minutes. Their campaign is absolutely ridiculous. If you’d like to purchase a vehicle, I would highly recommend finding someone in your town.

Deal entered wrong by the first location. Get to the second location, spent six and half hours there. Not a very good day. Yes, I got a new car but there should have been no reason to sit in a dealership for that long!

Nothing wrong with customer service. More wrong with the vehicle I bought! Got a chevy equinox. Drove for 1 day. Now the left side of the car shakes while driving 45mph! Told to go to tires kingdom or pepboys... Now has availability to look at or fix it until next week! I was very specific with the sales person about ending up with a used car with mechanical issues right off the lot and now I have a car that is 2013 and it shakes worse than my 2003 vw ever did! If I could use profanity on here the way I'd like too trust me I would! Very displeased and unsatisfied with the quality of cars DriveTime offers! I should've spent that 1k down payment on another crappy beater instead!

Got the car yesterday, tested the battery after it failed to start after driving home, the battery is tanked. I either want a new battery or the car is coming back to you tomorrow. 1/10 experience. More words aren’t necessary to convey this message.

I came in a week ago not knowing anything about what I was going to do or what I was going to get and I didn't get anything the first day. I have the choice to get something but I decided to come back a week later. I came back a week later and I was a lot more prepared. I had a better idea of what I wanted to get. I had a better idea of the process and was a lot more informed. Would I go through the process again definitely. It was one of the quickest cleanest car buying experiences I have ever had.

When I arrived for my appointment, I spoke with Dakota. He located my information and notified me that the vehicle I had spoken with 2 different representatives about had been sold, despite them saying it would be held. He was very lackluster and of no assistance after that point. As I was leaving Douglas walked me out and asked what my plan was from that point. He directed me to a vehicle comparable to the one I initially wanted and he followed through from there. He was helpful, insightful, and made sure I got what I wanted.

For my first car this was the best experience. My rep Brandon helped me for an entire month with finding a perfect car in my price range. I wanted to go to the location in my area but luckily I got in touch with Brandon in Pensacola instead and he showed me that they had a bigger selection with a lower down payment required. Car runs great, the sale was very transparent and smooth. He really took care of me! Even when I had to reschedule the sale date they keep my reservation for me and that really showed me how Drive Time is dedicated to helping their customers.

Smooth, accurate, simple. Pleasant staff and a responsive, engaged salesperson. I never got an answer if the 90k service was completed or not, and if so, Registry is not updated. This forces me to take to dealer or will void the $3500 extended warranty they just sold me. Oh and half tank of gas! I just gave you 16k by cash or contract you thinking would come with basics like fresh oil change and FULL tank of gas. This is why failed full stars on 2 categories. Just being fair and honest.

I never heard of this place my brother was look at get car from there and so I apply I also needed a car I had some money save. I apply and was approve I waited couple weeks just cause I was was nervous and wasn’t wanting to get hope up and be disappointed. Finally I made appointment and when I went in I said I have this amount what can I get and glad the guy who helped me told me I look at car that I could get and I ended up getting a car and the process of it was so easy and glad was really helpful on questions I had. I was easier car buy experience I’ve ever had. The next day my bro went in and got a car.

Overpriced vehicles but I guess that is to be expected. The experience was good though. Customer service was good and quick. He gave me options to make it work to get e vehicle I wanted. I was just very disappointed in the online form in their website that asked for my social and then said $100 down. Went I came in, it changed to $1000. So beware and have more money on you because the down payment changes from what they quote online. It is a fake sales tactic to get you in the store.

Would not buy here again. They lie about the down payment and monthly payments. If I could I would give no stars. Went to three of their dealerships. The last one I went to the salesman was the best. Most of the car they showed me were junk. They said I was approved for no money down. That was a lie.

I purchased a vehicle from Drivetime on May 7th 2022. I had to bring the vehicle to the mechanic already 3x. It started not even a week and half I purchased the vehicle. The check engine light keeps coming on and blinking. The car also shakes constantly. I called Drivetime explaining the situation. I even have proof from Aamco. The warranty company was notified of the situation of the misfires. Due to the engine I can't drive the car until this is completed which I was told I might need a new engine. Drivetime refused to work with me and give me another vehicle or even my money back that is supposed to be under the 30 day lemon law which it has been under 30 days. I am financing this car paying a lot for a car I cannot drive. I am a single mother paying my own way with everything working 2 jobs. I don't deserve this. No one deserves this. Something has to be done. This is unfair to myself and my children. Please help me.

I was able to finally trade my car in for a lower payment. But I did get a dirty, gross, unclean vehicle. They said they no longer have people to wash and clean up cars. I don’t even know if it was checked prior to me buying it after all. It was like “Here. This is all you get”.

They are selling lemons.. I shoulda listened to the lady crying up there telling me don't buy a car from them.. They not gonna help you when your wheels fall off a week after you drive off the lot.. The warranty company suck. They not gonna help and the customer service is even worse.

The only thing I did not like was, when you do the application online, it tells you how much you are approved for and the downpayment and everything but when you get down there it's a whole different ballgame, you need to evaluate that.

Experience started off well. In and out of the door pretty quickly. I handle financing and all that. Tire pressure was off in the driving light and not even 24 hours later the check engine light was on again. Kind of feels like I’m driving a limit but I’m glad that these problems have come up only a day later.

I had a dirty car that cost me 21,000. Gas tank was not full and the floor mats weren’t placed in the front. Quick and easy to get a car but not much customer service as far as the car being ready to go.

I have always hated having to go buy a car because you normally get "the run around" Not true at DriveTime. I walked in the door at Ft. Worth location, met Laura and provided necessary information and got approved within minutes. She was personable and did not care only about "the sale." She truly cared about me as a person. First of all the customer service was great… the guys actually did a great job trying to take care of me… my problem is with the vehicles… the first one I purchased… I drove 15 minutes down the road and it started running hot… after inspecting under the hood … water reservoir was completely empty… after further inspection I noticed it had a hole in it… called the dealership who dispatched a tow truck that took 3 hours to come… again the customer service from the employees was great…I found another car I like well after the dealership had closed.. the car battery was dead so it needed a jump before I even left the dealership.., should have been a warning… I parked for the night… so the next morning I try to start the car it doesn’t crank … come to find out the alternator is no good … one more thing I actually came from out of town to get this done… I doubt these cars are actually inspected as claimed.

We started out in a different store. The van I liked was overheating so we moved to the independence store, and worked with Austin, he was great but when we drove the Path Finder the check engine light came on so we left with nothing. However they repaired the car, picked it up a week later, drove the car home, engine light came on and I got to spend from 8-4 at a repair shop waiting for them to replace the Mass Air flow sensor. To sum it up I still would recommend DriveTime because Austin was great and warranty covered all repairs. I enjoy my new car.

I had a great experience from when I called in until I left. Roderick was great and helped me go over all of my options. This decision was made on a whim after renting a car through Lyft Flex and paying $250-$300 a week. I would have drove off the lot in a ice cream truck. I enjoyed visiting the dealership and speaking with an actual person about my human experiences. Compared to putting all of my information in computer just to see if I would qualify.

The brake oil and antifreeze were almost empty and shortly after I left the dealership the check engine light came on. Also the oil remaining life was at 17%. I thought the dealership would of made sure these were taken care of before selling the vehicle. The sales person Kelly was awesome. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Shonte ** was rude and nasty. She lied to me about everything. I was so desperate for the car I almost took it as it was which was dirty, stinky, sticky and had a muffler problem. She told me I need to get Safe Auto which was $185 a month which was a lie cause I already had a provider so now I'm waiting for my refund on that. She then told me that I would only be paying $26,000 but when I went over the paperwork with my family they seen she was really charging me $38,000 for a car worth $13,891 at best. I took it back and got a refund which took 5 days to receive. She wanted me to pay $240 biweekly for 70 weeks which is 5 years after I put down 1,850. Worst experience of my life. Never ever go there. I truly give them 0 stars but I am forced to give them 1 to post this review.

Went in on Friday with an appointment. Efrain helped me but did not seem that interested really. Saw a car I liked said I would bring my significant other when he got off. Went back about 7 found a couple other cars he wanted to look at. Everything was a process and a waiting game. We found an Equinox but down payment was more then we had. Asked if any wiggle room and was told no. Asked him to reserve it till the next morning.
We made appt for 12:30. Already knew which car we wanted. A girl proceeded to help us. It was another very slow process. They had all of info and had been verified. She did not introduce herself and when almost done found out her name was Dana. We literally did not leave there until about 3:15. For everything being verified it should never have taken that long. Oh and when I called to make appt and informed Will we were going to put down to hold it. No wiggle room but yet he lowered the down to $1550. Makes no sense. I love the car and so hope it is a reliable car. So just not thrilled with the sales people and the wait.

There is a great staff at the Woodbridge location. BUT they work within a system that will try to take from you dollar they can. These great guys are saddled with a set of rules. They are not your friend, nor someone who really cares about hardship. Their in-house finance companies are not any better. The truth, if you can’t avoid it, and don’t have any other option but to buy a car.... go somewhere else.

Apparently the salesman was new and didn’t know all the policies from what I found out afterwards. I was told I was getting a grace period on my first payment which I found out wasn’t happening when I spoke to the finance company. I called them to find out what was going on only to encounter a very rude and unprofessional receptionist.

I have contacted these people, and found them to be distasteful and awful. They consider retired income as not sufficient Income.. They will not accept retired folks. Only employed people. Either excellent Incomes from jobs with high paying people to buy cars with monthly payments. Also at least $5,000 down payment on vehicle. Sadly I am not recommending them. I want all retired folks to look elsewhere because we all are being told go to buy here. Pay here lots for bad cars sold with car problems. This person at Drive time laughed. Said, "Try those places." Drive time and Carvana same way. Not worth wasting time with them. Thank you.

I had to put a quart of oil in it, change all the fuses to make the electric key work (myself) and everything else work in the vehicle like the charging outlets, clock on the dashboard etc. Also the cover for the antenna system on the vehicle fell off when I drove off the parking lot. The tires are pretty worn and brakes need to be done, needless to say even though it's still under warranty after I got it 2 days ago I have to pay for all of this when it should have been done before purchase.

Totally unhappy with my new vehicle, it seems to have many issues since February that have come up. My initial vehicle I wanted wasn't inspected and I had already put insurance on it, I then came the next day to just pick it up and was told, it wouldn't be ready until Monday. Pissed, I chose another vehicle only because I was spending nearly a hundred dollars a day to travel by Uber from my home to work. I found this location to be unorganized and my new vehicle wasn't even clean and only filled the tank to half. They also don't pick up your new tags, you have to. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this company. Totally unsatisfied.

While they go through an inspection, we are unable to predict when future repairs may be needed. For this reason, we provide a Limited Warranty (LW) for mechanical failures within the first 30-days/1,500-miles. We also have an optional Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) to assist in most situations there-after.

As a first time car buyer, this was the absolute worst experience ever. I didn’t feel that my experience mattered to the car dealer whose name was Georgia. She was very rude and shady. I brought my wife with me as we are a married couple making a financial decision together. Georgia (car dealer) constantly tried to send my wife away. When I asked her could I pull up another chair for my wife, she stated, “You can’t move these people furniture.” She did this about 3 times. When we came in, we asked if we could see cars that were in our budget as far as a down payment. Our budget for the down payment was $500. She stated that we could not see the computer and that we had to walk around the lot and come back and tell her what we wanted and then she would tell us the down payment.
Mind you I have already been to a DriveTime where they had no issue with showing me the cars and down payments on the computer before wasting our time on something that was not in our budget. After her over hearing us and another car dealer relaying our frustration, she showed us some cars in our budget on the computer… but again.. this was “against policy” but you were willing to show us when she believed that she would lose our sale. She never walked around the lot with us and she didn’t even do a walk around the car that we actually chose.
When I left I noticed that the car was missing a windshield wiper, the inside wasn’t clean at all and there was a white haze on the inside on the windows. I had to detail the car myself. She also did not give me a grace period on the car payment so my first car payment is due on April 15, 2022 and I purchased the car on March 25, 2022. Lastly, someone that bought a car before us had a whole clap out celebratory session… We got nothing but handed keys and sent on our way. Overall, this was the worst experience I could have had being a first time car buyer and I would not recommend anyone to work with Georgia, especially if you are married.

Only 2 hours after purchasing SUV the check engine light is on for bank2 sensor 1. Rattling noise sometimes in driver rear of suv. Overall suv is nice and roomy. Payments are outrageous for the vehicle. Poor people being taken advantage of because life threw a curve ball lowering credit scores. Interest rate too high.

Price was high unless you pay off early. First day there did get there near closing. Wasn't really help. Selecting was limited and then came back again later to more inventory and found a car. Not the best price due to the total loan amount. If paid for the next 6 years is 44k for an 18k vehicle. Could have been a bit better on customer service like washing the car and a full tank of gas. Not half. I did get approved though.

This wasn't my first time buying from DRIVE Time... Now that's all I'll say on that one. BUT, this time The Team at the 2401 South Virginia St. Reno, Nevada, was Awesome!!!! I started the process With Jacob, but my job's worksheet was down for routine maintenance. So I had to wait another day to be able to drive off the lot. I was approved by the finance company they just needed a most recent pay stubs to release the loan. Now my credentials are not the best at all but they was able to get me financed with a not so bad finance app.
Now when I came in the next day Bo assisted me by helping me however she could even though my new phone was too new and not every app had uploaded yet. So quick thinking that she is she just shared the doc thru her email then she updated it. She worked as fast as she could to have finance approval pushed forward, seeing as I had to be to work that day I was late but I had to get a car.
My life as well as my disabled and dying mother's health and safety was at risk if I lost my job. Now once Bo asked me all my probing questions on my likes and dislikes in cars what kind I was looking for and if at all what do I not want. Using that with everything and then teaming with GABBY, who is awesomeness incarnate... The best she pulled around a car that we had looked at but just wasn't at the top but definitely nowhere near the bottom. Now I understand I can afford what I can and they still helped get me into a very nice car.. GABBY was WHAT I CALL THE TRIPLE F Rating, now I know but just wait. Fast, Friendly, and took my needs and worries onto herself and Fiercely haggle the Underwriting and get me the assistance that I needed to drive off the lot in a nice clean newer car that checked off 80% of my list I needed the car to fill in my needs of a car.
All I want to say is this team is great and rocks.... Jacob, you're the man spam... Bo, you was the brightest start to my day and then helped me to go even further in my career by taking my needs as your own and starting me on the great choice that you choose for me. Much love... Now I want to talk about this crazy awesome finisher named Gabby, wow that's the start she is awesome sauce... Lol she made the whole underwriting and contract understandable and informed me of all the great specials that drive time has for any and all... She made me feel like she wants to be my sister and take care of her older brother. I will forever be in debt with the care, Gabby, Bo and Jacob gave to my situation... I was looking at a 2013 SUV at my local Drivetime. I applied to see what my down payment and payment would be on that particular car, was told my down payment would be $159 and payment $561. Once I got further into the process I was told my down payment would be $1500-$2000. Only two months ago they told me it would only be $600 down. Their commercials are VERY misleading! No one seems to be on the same page, I get a different answer every time I call there. I won’t be buying a car from them, now OR in the future.

Worst dealership EVER..Car have front end noise..when pressing the brakes...Noise when turning the Steering wheel..Some employees and management are very unprofessional..That car should have be checked out..by real mechanic..before having customers test drive the car..I would never ever recommend people to shop there..I should've known something was wrong..There had no customers in that dealership..They took my cash money quick..They need to give me my cash money back..not a ** check..

Frank at the Sanford location went above and beyond to help me get in the vehicle. There was some challenges but he searched vehicles around the area to find a vehicle that works in my budget. My only complain is that the vehicle was not cleaned when provided, I had to fill the tank and get the vehicle cleaned on my own.

I was very happy with my experience, excellent service made feel like the Venessa ** cares about me and my mom, with buying a pick up truck. I would refer to everyone I know. It was a long day but worth it, got a nice pick up truck.

When I arrived at your Bakersfield location, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by Stefan. This gentleman made sure that everyone was greeted and assisted or at least let them know they will be attended to very soon. My whole buying process took less than 2-1/2 hrs from start to finish and at no time did he wonder off without letting me know he was coming right back. He explained every part of the process with patience and respect. He offered all options and at no time try to hard sale me something I did not want. What a great experience I had there and not to leave out the other sales staff, even though I had little contact with them. They made sure to check on everyone on the sales floor or outside. We were helped by Oscar and he was a huge help. He made everything super easy and fast. We were out of there with a new car within an hour. We did have one hiccup but it honestly wasn’t the end of the world and he at least tried.

When I received the vehicle and took it home the vehicle wouldn't crank. Had to bring it back the same day and they had the wrong size battery on the vehicle. Then on Saturday 3/19 I had a blow out as I was driving. I mean I am beyond pissed.

While our vehicles are inspected prior to placing them on our lots, we are unable to predict when future repairs may be needed. It is for this reason that DriveTime provides a Limited Warranty (LW) for mechanical failures within the first 30-days/1,500-miles, at no cost to our customers. Should the vehicle have a mechanical failure or fall below the safety guidelines from inspection. As it is DriveTime’s goal to provide affordable and reliable vehicles to all our customers, we also offer an optional Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) for 5-years/50,000-miles to assist in most situations. It is important to keep in mind that the VSC does not cover maintenance or cosmetic items. Any time a customer may be experiencing a mechanical issue after purchase we would encourage them to contact our warranty provider, SilverRock, for the next steps aimed to resolve our customer's concerns.
In addition to the Limited Warranty of these services, we would like to remind you that we do offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP) which allows time for any customer to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5 business days or 300 miles (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays).

I walked into Drivetime expecting a typical car buying experience with pushy, fast-talking salesmen and overpriced vehicles (especially in today's market). What I found was an easy, no pressure, friendly experience. From the start, Allison made my whole day a pleasure. She helped me narrow down what cars were available that would fit my budget and needs. She showed me several good options with no pressure to choose the more expensive option. I chose a vehicle and reviewed the financing options. I decided to go with my own bank to finance the purchase and that was a smooth process as well. (Even the bank commented on what a good value the vehicle was.)
On the way home, a headlight sensor came on in my newly purchased vehicle. With their 30 day warranty through Silverrock, I called a participating mechanic, got an appointment the same day and for no out of pocket costs and no hassle, the issue was repaired. I will definitely recommend Allison and Drivetime as often as possible.

Kevin went above and beyond to ensure it was a smooth process and even looked for another vehicle just in case. This is the 2nd car I bought at Drivetime, very disappointed. The car was dirty inside and less than a quarter of gas, scratches on both sides of the GMC that could of been removed before selling it. Called to talk to manager and I talked to Jeff? I will not recommend Drivetime and will not be back.

I recently visited the DriveTime in Greenville, NC. Jerry and Mike were wonderful and actually listened to what I wanted and was looking for. I didn’t feel pressured to buy or to look at cars we couldn’t afford. They recommended some vehicles to me and took me out to see them. It was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car and I’m very happy with the 2017 Ford Escape S that I left with. I wouldn’t hesitate to make another purchase from them, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to some of my family and friends.

Was not pleasant. At first I gave all my info online, and then got to the laurens rd greenville location to be asked for the same info again and told that the quote I got prior was a lie, then a salesperson explained and showed me the vehicle I qualified for and submitted my info to the bank and said I would hear from her yesterday before closing. I sent a email message asking about my application and still haven't heard anything from them. Which is very disappointing! That's not how you run a so called professional business!

I bought a 2014 Chevy Impala, 3 weeks of driving car started making noise. Took it in Silverrock. Had to repair $1700 worth of repairs, the next week car wouldn’t start, took it in and another $3500 in repairs, and here I am in week 5 of having this car, the air doesn’t work and the car isn’t starting again, because I’m on day 45 Silverrock is saying the repairs are not covered, I will never buy another car from Drive time. They sold me a $15000 lemon and it’s been a little over a month. I have a huge payment and still no car to drive. Buyers beware. Do not buy from drive time!!!

Very helpful & determined to get you into a vehicle you will be happy with... Greeted with smiles and upbeat positive attitudes. When I came back to pick up the car it was a little dirty on the outside. One of the salespeople overheard me say something to my friend... She went and washed the car for me without me having to ask. That meant a lot to me A+++.
