The cx50 I purchased had excessive dirt/mud on the undercarriage. So much that it was inside the gas cap as well. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until the day after the return policy. The same day as pickup, within minutes of leaving with the car, I noticed a chip in the window which you all did not approve to repair. And now, on the 7th day after picking up my car, I have a engine malfunction.

Don't expect a great Facebook or any other online review from me on selling my car today. It was a nightmare, which is still ongoing after your driver has been here for 2-1/2 hours! The car is loaded onto your truck, I have a check. The driver was very nice, but he just screwed up and locked the cards/keys and my check in the car and I couldn't help get into the car. After standing in the sun for over an hour, I gave up and retreated to inside my home. Carvana sent someone to bend the driver's window enough to activate the door latch. To think that I paid $290 for this pickup is outrageous, but my wife won't drive on the Interstate around here so, for a 20 mile drive, I paid for terrible service. I expected a full refund of that charge, as when I was working before retiring 11 years ago, my billing rate was $125/hr minimum for weekdays 8-5PM.

Carvana is compensating(?) me with a $50 refund, saying that they HAVE TO PAY their driver for his time (2-1/2+ HRS) and gas for all this time, caused solely by his error! And, this driver insisted that I include my mobile connector, which he INSISTED is the "charger". He finally left with the car, but the bad taste in my mouth and impression in my brain after standing outside in 92 degree heat, is not likely to leave me soon. I should have stayed with the trade in from Tesla, but at the last minute, Carvana upped their offer so I changed to them. MY MISTAKE, which I will never make again!

An absolute NIGHTMARE. To look at the vehicle 2020 Lincoln Nautilus, it's beautiful, very few scratches. Our attempt to purchase a 2022 Nautilus went well until the date of delivery (May 16th) and the driver ended up calling me to let me know that there was some damage to the bottom of the vehicle so we refused it after seeing the pictures of the damage. We later went back on the Carvana site and found another vehicle to swap it out with. Completed all of the paperwork and scheduled for it to be delivered on May 22nd. Received a call within an hour telling me that I needed to upload the insurance information for the swap out. I explained that I would get it on Monday because the agency was closed and the vehicle wasn't scheduled to be delivered until that Friday, the caller said that would be fine and we got off the phone.

I received several calls and texts that Monday the 18th about the missing insurance information and I had to keep explaining to them that the insurance company was working on switching out the policy. I stopped by the agency on Monday afternoon at 4:52pm, picked up the new binder information and uploaded it to the Carvana site at 5:15pm EST. I received another call at 6:42 pm EST stating that the information was received and after reviewing it everything was in order however he needed me to upload it again with all four corners visible and it needed to be uploaded by 8pm or it would cancel my upcoming Friday delivery.

I confirmed that they were on EST and asked him to give me a few minutes to get outside as I was as the nursing home with my mother. I walked outside at 6:47pm EST, uploaded the information with all four corners visible and went back in to the account to make sure it was there. I waited in the parking lot until 7:20pm EST just in case they called. Pulled into my driveway at 8:02pm EST with several texts stating that I had failed to upload the documents by 8pm EST and my delivery appointment had been cancelled.

I immediately called customer service and spoke with Shameka, once again confirmed they were on EST as she proceeded to tell me that I had not submitted the proper documents. She ended up getting our appointment rescheduled after several arguments back and forth and determining that the paperwork was in fact submitted on time and they failed to review it. Vehicle was delivered on May 22nd by Jaylen and Brandon and I will say they were amazing. We test drove the vehicle and it purred like a kitten.

On 6/1 I had to drive the vehicle to Columbia and noticed the vehicle skipping and shaking like it didn't want to go. Called SilverRock (another nightmare) on 6/3 to find out where to take it to be checked out. Our town only has two authorized locations. I scheduled an appointment for 6/6 to have a diagnostic scan done, however the manager(Bradley) of Firestone called on 6/4 to tell me that he would be short handed on that Saturday (6/6) and needed to move me to Sunday at 8am. I got there on Sunday and Bradley informed me that the only guy that knows how to submit the SilverRock claims had just called out sick about 15 minutes prior and they would not be able to service my vehicle. I then asked if as the manager did he not know how to submit the claim request and he told me NO. Our only other location is located on our local base and that requires military access in order to go to them for service.

I called SilverRock back on Monday 6/8 and spoke with Sophie, who then insisted that I drive it back to Columbia to Pep Boys to be inspected and have the diagnostic testing done, so I made an appointment with them to be there first thing Tuesday(6/9) morning. I checked in with Mike who quickly got someone on it. After they test drove it, they came back in and informed me that I needed to get it to a dealership immediately because it was the transmission and they don't service the transmissions. He stated he would have to call SilverRock back and let them know what was going on with the vehicle and recommend to them to either swap this vehicle out since we've only had it about 2 weeks or they can send authorization for it to go to a dealership for an estimate and repairs.

So now all we can do is sit and wait and NOT even drive the vehicle because the transmission can go out at any time. What started out as a Mother's Day gift from my husband has turned into a nightmare. This has been the worst experience ever, and I'll never ever purchase another vehicle from Carvana nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Bought a $40,590 Lexus ES from Carvana only to find it came with one key set. They offered $250 to cover it — insulting for a car at this price. I authorized the purchase Sunday night at 11pm EST and cancelled Monday morning before any bank opened and before any ACH was ever initiated. No money ever moved. After 180 minutes on the phone between Drew N. and manager Sabrina, not one solution was offered. Drew confused ACH with a wire transfer, disconnected the call, and refused to let me speak to anyone else. Sabrina then cancelled my entire order — the exact opposite of what I asked.

Carvana is now holding $35,000 of my money for 10-15 business days on a transaction that never cleared, while earning interest on my funds as I have zero access to my own money. I escalated this directly to CEO Ernie Garcia by email and received no response. For a publicly traded company, this is deeply troubling — Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls exist precisely to prevent this kind of financial mishandling and lack of accountability. This is how a multibillion dollar company treats its customers.

The car was clearly not properly inspected, and their so‑called 150‑point inspection feels like nothing more than marketing. After purchasing the vehicle, I brought it to a mechanic and discovered multiple issues that should have been caught before sale. Several cosmetic defects were also never disclosed in the listing. When I picked up the car, I walked around it with their advocate, who took detailed notes on every issue I pointed out. Despite doing this in front of me, none of those notes were recorded or used anywhere in their system.

It has now been almost three weeks, and I am still dealing with their SilverRock warranty to get approved repairs completed. Even after certain items were approved, SilverRock has refused to let the body shop proceed, leaving me stuck in limbo. Overall, this has been an extremely negative experience from start to finish. I will not be buying another car from Carvana, and I strongly recommend that others stay away.

I purchased a 2023 Mercedes-Benz C-Class on 5/6/2026 for nearly $40,000 cash. At pickup I immediately noticed a chip in the windshield and flagged it to the representative who walked me through my paperwork and explained the 7-day policy. I spent the full week driving the car to make sure there were no other issues before submitting my claim. On Day 6 (5/12/26) I submitted through Carvana's platform and received a confirmation email stating I'd hear back within 48 hours. I never did.

When I called on 5/22/26 I spent 42 minutes on the phone being told no claim was on file and that the 7-day window had already passed. The representative's manager ultimately said nothing could be done because the chip was outside the driver's line of view. I have the confirmation email. I followed every step I was told to follow. Carvana's own return policy only requires the customer to make contact within 7 days — and I did, with written proof. Their failure to process and follow up on my claim should not fall on me as the customer. Spending this much money and being dismissed over a pre-existing defect I reported on time is deeply disappointing. I am now pursuing a formal dispute. I hope Carvana takes this seriously, because right now their process is failing customers after the sale is complete.

Carvana has no quality control. They shipped my Tesla Model 3 with a charge cable that wouldn't fit my car on one end and wouldn't fit my household outlets on the other. They said they would ship me an adapter for the Tesla but it would take a couple of days to get here. I then borrowed an adapter from a friend who owns a Tesla only to find out that the EV cable had an unusual plug that doesn't fit any of my household outlets. I have had the car three days now and have only been able to drive it a little because I can't charge it. I have ordered my own adapter but it won't come in till Monday or Tuesday which is 4 to 5 days of my seven day evaluation period. I love the car but hate Carvana. I will never use them again.

Getting my car through Carvana was incredibly easy and straightforward. The financing options were very fair and ended up being close to what my personal credit union, Navy Federal, offered. Throughout the shipping process, they provided regular updates on the vehicle’s location and delivery status. On delivery day, they called a couple of hours before my appointment to make sure I had everything needed for a smooth pickup. After getting the car, I took it to a dealership for a full inspection to check for any damage, wear, or mechanical issues. The only items that needed attention were the cabin air filter and rear brakes. Other than that, the vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition. Overall, it was a great buying experience, and I was very satisfied with the condition of the car and the level of communication throughout the process.

Body work is finally getting done but rims are still not fixed. Have had to contact BBB and State Attorney General's Office because of how bad things are with this purchase.

Original review: Did not help at all. So far I don’t have a claim number for some of the cosmetic repairs that were not disclosed. Upon seeing car in person on 5/29/2026 multiple cosmetic and undisclosed issues were found and they said everything would get fixed but already had denials before it was even looked at was only allowed to upload 2 images for the excessive wear damage to rims including one that looks cracked was denied again today after uploading 25 pictures which are now on the BBB and next is state attorney general. While you may see it as cosmetic I see it differently when I’m a traveling nurse. I love the vehicle itself, just want Carvana to honor their word and fix. Bad enough I have to buy new tires. I have been happy with Carvana ever since we bought the 2024 Hyundai Tucson. So, we purchase one. I am, however, a little disappointed that in the description of the car online, it was not noted that the actual physical key, not the fob, but the key that helps to access the car in the event of the battery dying, was not mentioned as not available.

I called to complain and was told it is on me to cut that key, which will cost me perhaps a couple of hundred dollars. It should have been said that the manual key is missing to allow me to make a better judgment in purchasing for Carvana. So, I am very disappointed with that and may have to reconsider for any future sale. My daughter is trying to trade in her Rogue, but she has second thoughts because of my experience and may just go back to Nissan for the purchase.

Carvana's process for trading in and buying a car is flawed, and places financial burden on the buyer when things don't work out. In addition, Carvana offers little in the way of solutions, placing the burden again, on the buyer. Yes, the customer service reps were available, and the chat-bot (Sabastian) is actually helpful, but their ability to provide solutions is extremely limited, apparently by management.

Specifically: I purchased a CRV around May 4, and made an appointment to pick it up in Philadelphia (an hour from my house). I drove my (then) current car there & traded it in. I was aware I would not have the opportunity to get that car back, but I had wrongly assumed the car I was getting would be ok. It was not. See the photo of the mechanic's report - this car was in awful condition, and so I returned it (via a pick up)

I called customer service and arranged for the credit. During that, I found another car to my liking, and arranged to acquire it. I was told it would be available for pick up on May 14. That morning, 60 minutes before I was to leave to get it, I got an email saying it was delayed, and would be available on the 18th. I arranged for the new time, and also called to see why it was delayed. The customer service rep said she did not have, nor could get that information.

Monday morning the 18th, I again receive an email saying the car will not be ready until Thursday the 21st. I now called customer support and demanded to know why it was delayed, and was informed that it was due to waiting on new tires. So apparently, they do know why and hadn't disclosed this earlier? I then asked to speak to a supervisor and explained how these delays, which Carvana only notifies me of 2hrs before pick up, is causing me to find other forms of transportation at the last minute, at expense to me. I asked for free delivery, but he said he could only grant $250 off the total price.

You can only guess what happened on May 21st. I get a v/m at 8:01 saying the car isn't ready, and that maybe I ought to start looking for another car. I called customer service, asked for the supervisor, and explained the whole scenario. He replied that, because the v/m said I ought to look for another car, then perhaps there are more problems with the one I was trying to purchase that merely a flat tire. I wanted to speak with his supervisor at this point, but apparently he was the end of the line for customer contact. To his enormous credit (Joshua?), he spent time going through the current inventory to provide a solution, and we actually found a CRV that met my needs, bought it, and it was delivered the next day. However, I would think the delivery charge would have been waived at this point, but he said he was unable to do that, and apparently, I had no other channel to appeal. I was just happy to have a car, which is in good shape.

In summary, while I could see getting a "lemon" first time around, I cannot see the runaround I got when trying to get a replacement. Three delays, misdirection each time, feigned ignorance of why it was delayed or outright lying about its condition, do not make me confident about the type of training your people receive. Furthermore, it seems that management is too cowardly to get involved and hide behind the youngest, less experienced reps. Why this lack of transparency? Why the last minute appointment changes? Why is there no room for negotiation given to the customer service reps? Why is it hard to find someone who can actually fix the problem?

Secondly, when I arrived at the Body shop, they informed me that the front end had been replaced and was not factory - this was not listed in the information on the vehicle. Thirdly, I had set a down payment on the vehicle, which mysteriously disappeared in the process and was not applied to the financing. They have made so many unfulfilled promises (such as delivery dates), the chat assistance is complete crap and stops responding to me, and JUST when you think you're finally done and the purchase is complete (I mean, they tell you "Congratulations! The car is yours!"), they come back with something else that they need.

I am paying CASH with a trade-in for a car, and I have never in my life had such a difficult time! You would think they'd want the money... I'm sure I'll be leaving a LOT out of this review to try to keep it short and to the point. But here is how my experience essentially went:

I chose a vehicle. Initially, I was going to finance it. I had the purchase (financing) and my trade-in all set up and ready to go. Clicked to confirm the purchase. Got a delivery date of 5/30. Perfect. Received an email from Carvana asking me to upload my title and other documents. I did. Received an email the next day and THE DAY BEFORE MY DELIVERY DATE telling me that my title is titled in the wrong state, and I need to upload a title from the correct state. Well. That's a mess! And not their fault at all. So I looked into this and discovered that I was now looking at probably 2 weeks before I'd have the correct title in my hands. I pushed out the delivery date to 6/12 and set up an appointment with the DMV and decided instead of financing to pay cash.

THEN, in another email on May 29, Carvana tells me that my documents (title and all) have been approved. Awesome! I went ahead and canceled the DMV appointment and rescheduled my delivery for 6/2. I can't even tell you how many "Woohoo! Marissa, your order just got approved!" and "Your appointment is rescheduled" emails I have in my inbox from Carvana. After all was said and done, when I finally PAID for the vehicle yesterday (6/1) in cash, the soonest delivery date that was available was 6/5. OK. I took it.

Keep in mind that Carvana requires you to provide proof of insurance PRIOR TO THEM DELIVERING YOUR CAR. What this means is that I have now added, removed, added, removed, added (and now need to again remove) the vehicle that I was purchasing on my policy. Currently, I am insuring a vehicle NOT in my possession (and which will never BE in my possession after today), and my own car is now not insured.

OK. So delivery will be 6/5. Alright. So I updated EVERYTHING I could think of. Toll tag info. Reservations for a ferry (with the car) that I have coming up in July. EVERYTHING has been updated with this other car's VIN. The purchase was made, the money was transferred to Carvana. I ordered a few things for the new car. Some of them arrived today (Amazon is fast).

I received an email from Carvana this morning advising that I needed to sign and have notarized a POA so that Carvana could "sign on my behalf" for registration etc., and did all of this through a Zoom call with an online notary per their instructions. (A notary working for them.) Good to go, right? You would think. But you'd be wrong.

This time I get a phone call from Carvana after 2 pm my time. I missed the call but the voicemail message said that they would not be able to deliver my car until they got the proper title. SERIOUSLY?!? THIS AGAIN???? I thought this had been resolved! And he further tells me in the voice mail (left after 2 pm) that I have until 5 PM MY TIME to take care of this!!!

I lost it. I started shaking with anger and frustration. IT WILL TAKE 2 WEEKS for me to HAVE A NEW TITLE in HAND. My title is GOOD, it's just that it's from the state I was living in when I purchased the vehicle, and I no longer live there. They need a title from THIS state. And I get that. That's fine. BUT DON'T TELL me EVERYTHING is APPROVED and GOOD TO GO, and then turn around and call me 3 HOURS before my DEADLINE to tell me everything is in fact NOT GOOD TO GO!!

But it gets better. I called immediately. It was about 2:30 my time when I called. I wanted to find out what options I had. Should I pull the trade-in out? What if I just sold my car to them outright? Here's what I was told: I could sell them my car outright with the title I have, but they wouldn't be able to get me the money for at least a few days (even with ACH). So that wouldn't work if I wanted to keep going with this purchase.

When the agent tried to see what the total would be without the trade-in, instead of giving me that information when he got back on the line, he got back on the line to tell me that by doing what he'd done, we lost my delivery date of 6/5, and the SOONEST we are looking at now is 6/8! We never even got into the details about how much more it would cost me without the trade-in. I was WAY TOO tired of dealing with them by this point. AND YET, IT STILL GETS BETTER.

So I finally told them to cancel my order. Here's me thinking, it took my bank ONE DAY to get $24k transferred to Carvana's bank. Surely, Carvana can refund me back by the end of the week so I can use that money to go purchase a car elsewhere!

HAHA. NOPE. It takes 10-15 - NOT from TODAY, but from the time "THEY RECEIVE THE CANCELLATION" (whatever that means) before they initiate the REFUND!!! So they are literally HOLDING ON to my money while I sit here without the car. I DESPISE this company. I HIGHLY recommend staying AWAY from them.

We placed an order for our 2023 Defender 90 S and planned on trading in our 2011 Honda CR-V as part of the deal. We had all the paperwork signed, and delivery was expected on May 22, 2026. At the last minute, my wife decided she wanted to be generous and see if we could change the deal so we would no longer trade in the Honda. She felt in her heart that we should donate it instead. The representative we worked with was very helpful and changed the deal for us at the last minute. We were hoping to beat the clock and still receive delivery of the Defender 90 that same day. We even came up with an additional $4,000, which was roughly the trade-in value we were receiving for the Honda, plus a little more. Unfortunately, we did not beat the clock and instead took delivery the next day, Saturday, May 23rd.

The part I struggle with, and the reason I called and spoke with representatives and managers, was what happened when I reviewed the “new” paperwork after revising the deal with more money down and no trade-in. The interest rate had gone up 3 points, and our payment was higher. As I mentioned, I contacted Carvana and spoke with a representative and the representative’s manager, only to be told that, sorry, it is what it is and it cannot be changed. We have purchased three or four other vehicles from Carvana in the past and truly feel it is a superior way to shop for and purchase cars. I would love to keep Carvana as my dealer of choice going forward, but the lack of flexibility here is disappointing. The fact that we chose to do a “better” thing and were penalized for it is quite disturbing and puts everything into question about the process.

It felt sneaky because I was not warned about the change, and due to the attempt at expediency, I overlooked it. Yes, that is my fault for not fully reading over every detail again, but I thought I was getting the same deal. I am left feeling a bit taken advantage of. I suppose the saying is true in many cases: “No good deed goes unpunished.” Please do what you like with this, but after seeing the opportunity to share my experience I felt it was important that you received my feedback. Thank you very much, Jason **.

We went to the Carvana lot instead of paying the extra for delivery. That part was easy, they gave us a decent amount of time to look over the vehicle and do a test drive. The advocate there was very nice and had no problem giving us time we needed. The problems we pointed out (tires were absolutely terrible on the vehicle) were not able to be dealt with at that time. We ended up doing the deal and drove home the next day (5/24/2026). The check engine light came on before we started back home (a 2 hour drive) and there was a popping noise coming from the front at low speed. We were able to secure an appointment to get the vehicle looked at locally thru SilverRock warranty that Carvana uses, this was 5/26/2026. It took longer than expected due to the shop's schedule but they actually covered the repair for the popping noise (just a loose sway bar) and even replaced the tires with the same brand YAY!

Problem is, the repair shop was unable to fix the check engine light. I made an appointment for a dealer at SilverRock's suggestion (5/28/2026) where it still is as of 6/2/2026. I reached out to Carvana to extend my 7 day trial as I basically drove the vehicle home and to the repair shop. They could only give me 2 days thru the chat but was supposed to send a request for more time. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. So now I'm stuck with this vehicle that has been sitting at repair shops for a week now.

I will for sure be recommending Carvana to friends and family, and use them for future purchases. Oh and the car looked way prettier in person than the photos! Huge plus!

I am a disabled veteran 15 years of military service. I am currently a police officer 8 years of service. Carvana had my dream truck. I paid the shipping fee and the downpayment. Carvana shipped the truck. I waited 2 weeks. After two weeks I called Carvana to find out the vehicle was in Oklahoma. I volunteered to drive up and pick it up, however they assured me they would transport. Another week went by and the vehicle showed up. I drove 43 miles to location to pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival they said my trade in was being rejected. They said I could not pick the vehicle up on that day and would need to reapply. I contacted Carvana and they admitted the vehicle mileage had been entered into their system in error.

They told me the vehicle was no longer at the location and could not be purchased. The following day I received an email saying the vehicle was on its way. I called carvana and they said the vehicle had mechanical issues. Carvana then told me it was fixed and I could continue the purchase. The advocate was unable to adjust the trade in mileage. They told me it would be 48 hours before they could change the mileage. Once they did I could pick up the vehicle. I called back 48 hours later and they said it still was showing the incorrect mileage. The next day they called and said the mileage had been fixed.

I requested to have the advocate proceed with the purchase since I was already on the phone. The advocate then told me it would be an additional 8k to pick the vehicle up. Carvana advertises vehicles at false prices and then charges you downpayment and shipping and holds your money several weeks. After you are exhausted they raise the price and try to get you to chose another vehicle. As a veteran whom suffers from PTSD and a officer who willingly accepts community problems. It was extremely disheartening. Carvana is such a low agency. If you are someone looking to purchase do not purchase from Carvana unless you want them to choose the vehicle they want you to have. The vehicle you choose will just go back on their website for their next victim.

When I called Carvana, they pushed the issue off and told me I needed to call Tesla customer service. I called and was informed it could take up to 3 days before I can get the vehicle registered to me and only then could I charge. Luckily, Tesla customer service provided me with a world-class experience and was able to get it done in less than 5 hours. The car also gave me a low coolant warning on the screen. Still trying to figure out service and warranty with Carvanas 3rd party warranty and finding a service provider. The car also is completely covered in PPI film, which was a nice surprise. Still smells new, even having 54k miles. Super easy experience with the vehicle drop off, and really liked having the 7-day test drive to make sure nothing went wrong after delivery. I try to never go to dealerships anymore, and normally go to CarMax or other "no haggle" locations, but they still try to pressure you into buying extended warranties and whatnot. Carvana, you don't even need to talk to anyone at all and can accept or reject whatever you want. Super enjoyable experience and recommend you try it for your next car!

For example, there is a huge scratch on the front hood from what looks like a tow truck back end hitting it. A lot of scratches all along the entire side of the vehicle. Even a few deep scratches that someone tried to touch up with paint that was not the same color black of the vehicle. It's worth mentioning when someone submits all of their documents before the cutoff time due, they get their vehicle on the delivery date as promised. Paying almost 600 bucks to have it delivered and it was pushed back 2 days because the paperwork was verified was not ok. Then no compensation or anything for it.

Second reason is that the Jeep Gladiator did not have a good detail, we spent 3 hours the day we bought it getting all the mud and dirt off it and cleaning the inside too. The only issue I have is the scratches and wear and tear on this vehicle are the reason I’m returning it. I really like the car, but there’s more damage than what was shown in the pictures. I took it to a body shop and it would be 4 to 5K to fix it along with having to fix the curved wheels which weren’t in any of the damage pictures. If Carvana could help me address this through a shop that you all have ties with or some kind of credit off the purchase price to cover some of the repairs I would keep the car. If not, I understand, but I would say no one would want to spend 100 K on a car and it have the amount of unseen scratches and scuffs, and wear and tear that this one does. On top of that paying $290 for shipping when all the damage wasn’t shown is kind of discouraging.

My requirements were very specific, and Carvana’s website made it incredibly easy to filter through inventory and narrow down the exact make, model, and year I was looking for. Before making the final decision, I still visited a few local dealerships to see similar cars in person and get a feel for the interior and driving comfort.

That experience only reinforced my decision to go with Carvana. The dealer quotes were significantly higher, and the actual car quality often didn’t match what was advertised. Once I confirmed the model was right for me, the rest of the Carvana process was seamless. Ordering the car was simple, pickup from their lot near my home was convenient, and the vehicle was fully inspected and ready for me to drive away. What stood out most was how stress-free the entire experience felt. No pressure, no endless negotiations, and no dealing with aggressive sales tactics. Just a smooth, transparent process from start to finish. I honestly don’t see myself going back to traditional dealerships again.

I purchased a 2020 Volvo S60 Momentum on 5/9/26 from Carvana. At first, I was impressed with the professionalism of the service but 17 days later, I am not. First, I noticed the performance of the safety system while driving on the road was overreacting. I found the vehicle had 3 different makes and models of tires which was affecting the safety feature performance. I had to purchase a full set of new Michelin tires, which has taken care of the issue. This was not disclosed in the vehicle prospectus. It is also standard knowledge that today's vehicles need matching sets of tires, which otherwise can lead to drivetrain damage and more. Other issues: the moon roof does not close properly after opening, and a rust spot from rock damage was clearly visible above the windshield on the passenger side (this was noticed within the 7-day "guarantee" period and is being repaired at no cost).

Yesterday (5/26), the car was brought to the body repair shop to repair rust damage, and my son noticed the driver's side mirror housing is cracked and internally damaged. Carvana will not fix this because it is out of the 7-day guarantee period. Clearly, all of these issues should have been disclosed before purchasing the vehicle. Further, Carvana likes to tout their 150 point inspection process before selling a vehicle. In my onion it is blatantly obvious these mechanical and cosmetic issues were overlooked and not disclosed. I give Caravan points for their ease and professionalism when purchasing a vehicle. Like any other used car sales business, it is buyer beware. Lesson is to make sure you go over any vehicle you buy from Carvana very closely within the 7-day guarantee period. Unfortunately, the photos I have won't upload.

I selected this vehicle which said "pick it up on Monday" and delivery date would be before I started travel. I felt like it was a "bait and switch" when I completed the order process and then when I went to schedule pickup, the earliest date available was not Monday but 5 days later! So then I had to reschedule my whole travel plans to accommodate this new earliest pickup. It felt very scummy when I was a victim of your false advertising. If you cannot accurately advertise a vehicle delivery date, I think it would be better to not advertise it at all! Next Issue. I'm having multiple conversations about this issue with your team.

While everyone I talked to was great and friendly, I felt like I talked to at least 5 different people who I had to explain my situation to over and over like groundhog day! So frustrating! It would of been nice to have one dedicated person assigned to my purchase process who I could continue to work with on the issues I was having. Next issue. The vehicle pickup date was delayed AGAIN due to a maintenance issue found. I understand that these things happen but again, don't advertise that a vehicle is available and available on a certain date if you haven't even done the point inspection yet! Next issue. I asked to have the maintenance records of the glo plug and wire harness fix before I received the vehicle sent to me. I have still not been sent the information.

Next issue. After all of these issues, never was I offered any compromise and discount. Because of all the delays, I could not receive my vehicle on time to travel to my next duty station, nor could I even drive the vehicle during the 7 day trial because I had to report to work across the country. SO, I have to now have my Dad ship my vehicle across the country to my new duty station which is costing me $3100 and I have a rental car which will cost me $1900 while I wait for my truck to arrive. Overall, not having to deal with a dealership is a blessing. However, it didn't feel much better having to deal with all of this.

10s across the board- this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. It was SUPER EASY, from putting the information in on my old car to the delivery of the new car. The Zoom call with the notary was also fast and easy. The drop off of my new vehicle and the pickup of my old vehicle was awesome. Sean my delivery guy was AMAZING. He was knowledgeable and kind. He was the best. I have been recommending Carvana to anyone who listens. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased my first electric car, a Tesla, through Carvana, without prior experience with electric vehicles. Before my appointment, Carvana confirmed the car vending machine process and assured me that an experienced employee would guide me, as I was nervous. Despite my expressed concerns—having read reviews that the vending machine often malfunctioned—I was assured it was working.

When I arrived at 10:00 a.m., the vending machine was broken, wasting my time. The car was handed over to me, and I traded in my previous vehicle. When I asked how to start the car, the Carvana employee admitted he had no experience with it. After some trial, I noticed the battery had only about 40 miles of range, while my drive was 67 miles. The employee told me to charge it at a Tesla station, saying it was easy.

I drove to the station but couldn’t get the car to charge. I called Carvana customer support, who told me I needed the Tesla app and a registration process. After downloading the app, it required a photo of the registration, but the photo I was given by the employee, was a random jumble of papers. A desk image, a picture of my license plate which sat beside someone else's, a fire safety certificate, and a photo of a cat, making the whole photo unusable. I called support again, and they told me to contact roadside assistance, which also couldn’t help. Another call to carvana support and I was told to call my insurance company??? After 5 HOURS of calls and being left in a parking lot in the heat, I was advised by yet another customer service employee to call a ride service. Carvana offered no further assistance. I was left stranded in a parking lot.

The car itself is fine, but the entire process was a disaster. It caused hours of unhelpful phone conversations, stress and anxiety. I have contacted a lawyer, as I believe I deserve compensation beyond a simple "I'm sorry that happened to you" by your leadership team. Carvana should not have let me leave that lot without a full charge or proper guidance on registration.

Carvana is misleading and unhelpful. The car came with substantial front end damage that wasn't noticeable the night they dropped it off. I haven't had a car for over a month and I still can't drive this one because there are no inspection stickers and I can't get them until after the plate comes. Someone should have noticed the wreck when it was being prepared for shipment. I should have the cost of the damage refunded to me so that I can have it repaired to the condition it was presented in on the website.

I received the car Monday, May 18th at 7pm. Today at 7pm would be seven days but that's not even the point. I reached out Thursday, and Friday to resolve this and Carvana waited until Sunday PM to respond on a HOLIDAY weekend when it was almost certain I would not be home to go on the computer to submit the damage claim. So essentially you gave me about six hours to put the claim in. I am submitting my complaint to the BBB and will make sure my friends and family know about this experience. Very, very disappointed and now I know why people just buy from a dealership.

I was very pleased with the vehicle I purchased, a 2018 Toyota Corolla LE. However, the Advocate (Vincente "Vinny" **) who delivered my car was not very knowledgeable or helpful, especially at the end when I really needed his help. First, he says I can take the car for a spin. I'm in the car getting ready, and Vinny is standing by the window. He's not doing anything for a while until he tells me I need to get out of the car. I need to sign the agreement, or everything is null and void. If that was the case, why did he say I can take the car for a spin in the first place?

Why did he not address me, signing the documents first and foremost? Then he sent those documents to my smartphone (which took a while to show up on my phone). It was hard to read where I needed to sign. Why did he not have it on his tablet? A couple of years ago, I sold my car to Carvana, and the Advocate I had was exceptional. I signed all the documents on his tablet. Then, as I was taking the car for a drive, I had these stickers on the driver's side window, and they were very distracting while driving. Vinny removed them, but one left a huge amount of residue on my windshield. I am still trying to get it off.

Lastly, I was trying to open the trunk with the key fob. I tried opening the door with it, too. It would not work, I figured it out. It was likely the battery. Vinny suggested I get a certain battery, a CR2032, or something like that. Later on, I purchased one on Amazon and had it delivered the same day. Guess what...Vinny gave me the completely wrong battery model number. Now I have to go to the UPS Store to get a refund. In the meantime, I later found out it is another battery model number for my exact key fob. Vinny was in his delivery truck when I tried to flag him down to come help me open the trunk manually with the key. He simply sat in his truck, ignoring me. I was in full view, and I know he saw me. That was literally the dealbreaker for me dealing with this inept Advocate of Carvana. Overall, it was highly frustrating with the delivery, but the car is a dream. Thank you.

The first first expedition we received was supposed to have a towing package installed. It did not so we had to go through a return process. Which was fine and great. Everyone was cooperative. It was fast easy and smooth. After we received the second vehicle, the side of the front 2 tires was completely bald. The mechanic and AI both told us that the tires were way too worn and they're not sure how it passed an inspection. So they need to be replaced. When we reported this to both Silver rock and Carvana, they completely denied the claim and fought us tooth and nail because they said the middle of the tire was still good. So it's okay to drive an unsafe tire because the middle still has tread. It makes a lot of sense. It's insane to me that you are willing and ready to put my family at risk and make me spend an extra six hundred dollars on a car that I just bought, because you didn't want to fix the issue that you sold me.

I was literally told by multiple carvana reps and silver Rock reps who saw the pitchers that they're not sure how the tires got past inspection. But then, when speaking to the claims expert, he said, wires literally had to be showing for them to replace it. If wires are showing the tire is gone, not going. The fact that they were so bald that normal people were looking at the pictures and saying, yeah, that's not right yet. Your claims department kept denying. It is totally insane to me. You have no customer support and from what I've been reading online, you do this a lot.

To make it even better, the supervisor in charge of our case who we tried to call five days in a row and were told by everyone multiple times that he would call us back completely ignored us. We had service reps, tell us they could see him in the office, and they would force him to call us only for him. Not to call us. I will never buy a car from you again. I will never use your service again. Because anything I do buy from you. I have to spend my own money to fix. Because you're selling me pieces of shit. And you don't care at all.

Dear Carvana Customer Support, I am deeply disappointed with the condition of the vehicle when I collected it from the Beacon location. The interior was dusty and poorly cleaned, with mud on the floor mat and pedals, footprint marks on the back of the driver’s seat, and leaves inside the engine bay. In addition, there appeared to be hardened wax or tree sap residue throughout the exterior of the vehicle, including the roof, front windshield, and rear windshield. There were also numerous scratches on both the interior and exterior that were never highlighted in the vehicle photos or description. I further discovered multiple paint chip areas that had been poorly touched up with blobs of paint that were neither professionally blended nor smoothed out. These defects were not disclosed in the listing description.

    Additional concerns include:
    1. Scratches behind both the driver and front passenger seats.
    2. Interior surfaces that were not properly maintained or conditioned.
    3. Cabin air filter filled with leaves and debris, and apparently never replaced.
    4. Right front turn signal bulb not functioning.
    5. Missing front license plate bracket, which required me to purchase a replacement myself.

    6. A strong unpleasant odor inside the vehicle after removal of the air freshener placed by Carvana. I had to disinfect the interior myself and purchase additional air freshener gel products. Due to the smell, I avoided driving the vehicle for several days.

To date, I have driven the vehicle less than 100 miles. I also noticed that the vehicle performance feels sluggish, and the engine noise is considerably louder than expected. Regarding the vehicle condition, Mr. Jerome ** at the Beacon location also observed that the interior cleaning was poorly performed. He personally had to use chemicals to clean residue from both the front and rear windshields. At the time, I did not yet realize that additional residue was also present on the roof and other exterior surfaces. I took an Uber to reach the Beacon location and genuinely expected Carvana to uphold its reputation for quality online vehicle sales. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been very disappointing.

Since the vehicle is still within the 100-day warranty period, I would like to request approval for the following items under warranty coverage:
    1. Full interior and exterior detailing, including correction of paint chip touch-ups and scratch remediation.
    2. Walnut blasting service to clean the intake manifold and intake valves, as this GDI engine appears to have significant carbon buildup causing sluggish performance and power loss. Based on the Carfax report, this maintenance does not appear to have been previously performed.

3 Reimbursement or coverage for installation of the front license plate bracket.

Please advise whether the above items can be reviewed and approved under the warranty claim process. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. Best regards, Suresh

My husband and I recently tried purchasing a truck through Carvana, and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. We entered all of our trade-in information and were offered $22,200 for our vehicle. We accepted the offer, found a truck we wanted, completed the financing process, got approved at their lowest interest rate, and finalized everything on our end. We even paid $990 to have the truck shipped. The truck was supposed to be delivered between 4 PM and 7 PM. At 4:17 PM, we got a call from Carvana telling us the truck was in terrible condition. The associate admitted it reeked of cigarette smoke, had dents and scratches everywhere, and had a windshield cracked all the way across. None of this damage or condition was disclosed or pictured online. The associate actually canceled the order himself because the listing was so inaccurate.

We were told the $990 shipping fee would be credited back to our Carvana account so we could purchase another vehicle. We spent the evening finding another truck on their site, only to discover the refund was nowhere on the account and our trade-in offer had expired. The new trade-in value? $21,000. So because of THEIR mistake, we suddenly lost $1,200 in trade-in value. I contacted customer service expecting them to fix a problem that was entirely created by Carvana. Instead, I was told it would take 48 hours just to submit a ticket for the refund to appear on the account. When I asked for the money refunded directly instead because we didn’t want the buying process delayed even further, I was told it would take TWO WEEKS.

Then I asked about honoring the original trade-in offer since none of this situation was our fault. The customer service rep ignored the question and ended the chat. When I reopened it, another rep blamed “system issues” for ending the chat. She then said nothing could be done about the trade in value. At this point, we’ll gladly take our business elsewhere to a company that actually cares about accuracy, accountability, and customer service. Carvana wasted our time, tied up our money, lowered our trade-in value, and expected us to just accept it.

We absolutely love the vehicle itself, and the trade-in process was smooth and straightforward. Carvana provided what we felt was a fair trade-in value based on the condition of our previous vehicle. However, we are extremely disappointed in the safety and inspection standards Carvana claims to uphold. The vehicle we purchased arrived with a significant chip in the passenger-side windshield that was neither disclosed in the listing nor visible in the 360-degree vehicle images.

When we contacted customer service within 5 minutes of leaving the lot, we were initially advised to file a claim through our personal insurance. After further discussion, we were informed that while the damage had been documented internally by Carvana, they did not believe they were required to disclose it to the consumer prior to sale.

The only resolution offered was to return the vehicle and start the process over, which would leave us once again searching through inventory and hoping not to encounter similar undisclosed issues. Buyers should be aware that Carvana’s “limited warranty” is, in our experience, extremely limited, and important vehicle condition details may not always be transparently disclosed.

I will leave the country but I can’t have my money that is urgent for me especially now! Carvana blamed me for depositing the check online though they had not given me any notice about that before. What was I supposed to do without a car? To go to the bank on foot for 1 hour? Also, Carvana blames the bank policies and wasting my time by referring me to some different guys who have not done anything but repeating the same rhetoric. They were a total nightmare!

We bought a 2020 Honda Accord EX-L from Carvana and paid a premium price (thousands over Kelley Blue Book value) for the convenience of buying online, sight unseen, with the expectation that the “150-point inspection” meant the car would be in solid, road-ready condition. The car was delivered on Saturday, May 9, 2026. By Monday, we had it inspected by our own mechanic, and what they found was unacceptable:

    - A damaged front strut requiring replacement (and both must be replaced together)
    - All four tires were dry rotted, low on tread, and one had a nail
    - Vehicle needed an alignment
    - Brakes were at end of life
    - Engine air filter and cabin filter were extremely dirty and likely never inspected or replaced

    - Coolant, transmission fluid, and brake fluid were dark and overdue for service

This represents nearly $3,000 in immediate repairs and maintenance on a car that was supposedly inspected, ready to go, and safe to drive. When we contacted Carvana, we were directed to the extended warranty company. They approved only one strut and an alignment. They denied coverage for the other strut, 4 tires, brakes, fluids, and filters as “wear and tear,” leaving us to pay $1,861.64 out of pocket at Tires Plus for everything except the brakes, which still need to be replaced. These are not issues that developed over time. This is the condition the car was delivered in. We also obtained another independent quote that confirmed the issues, reinforcing that these were legitimate, pre-existing problems.

If Carvana’s inspection process allows a vehicle in this condition to pass, then the process is either inadequate or not being properly followed. We paid extra for convenience and peace of mind. Instead, we received an unsafe vehicle that required significant work immediately and limited support to resolve it. Very disappointed.

I am writing to formally document my dissatisfaction with the purchase of our 2019 Nissan Pathfinder from the Grand Rapids Carvana location on 28th Street. The purchasing process was marred by significant delays, inaccurate information from your representatives, and unexpected out-of-pocket expenses totaling $367.00.

    1. Registration and Tag Transfer Issue. Prior to delivery, we completed the online checklist and explicitly requested to transfer our existing license plate, uploading the necessary registration documents. However, during the paperwork signing, the Carvana representative issued a temporary plate instead. We were assured that we could contact customer service after the 7-day trial period for a full refund of the tag fees. Unfortunately, due to Carvana's automated customer service system, we were unable to reach a representative or find an option for tag reimbursement, forcing us to absorb the cost of a new plate.

    2. Battery Replacement and SilverRock Warranty Issue. At the time of pickup, we were informed that the vehicle's battery was dead and required a jump-start. The representative noted the faulty battery in our file and stated that it would be replaced free of charge under the SilverRock warranty at an in-network repair shop. We scheduled an appointment within the first week. While the shop confirmed the battery was defective, SilverRock refused to waive the $100.00 deductible, claiming the timeline to waive it had passed—despite our appointment being made within the required window. Resolution Requested. The communication errors by Carvana staff and the lack of accessible customer support resulted in $367.00 in unfair charges. I request a full reimbursement of this amount to resolve this matter.

Option 2: Polished Review (Best for Google, Yelp, or Trustpilot). Rating: ⭐ / 5. We had a highly disappointing experience purchasing our 2019 Nissan Pathfinder from the Carvana on 28th Street in Grand Rapids. The pre-order process was incredibly slow, taking over a month just for inspections and photos to be completed. Our main issues stemmed from misleading information provided by staff and a total lack of accessible customer service, costing us an extra $367.00 out of pocket: Tag Transfer Failure: We selected the plate transfer option online and uploaded our registration. At pickup, the rep gave us a temporary plate anyway, claiming we could easily get a refund for the fees after our 7-day trial. Because Carvana’s customer service relies entirely on automated bots, it was impossible to reach a human, and we were stuck paying for a new plate.

Bait-and-Switch Warranty: The vehicle had a dead battery at pickup. The representative assured us it was noted in the system and would be replaced for free via an in-network shop under the SilverRock warranty. We took it in during the first week, but SilverRock charged us a $100 deductible, claiming the timeline to waive it had expired—contradicting what Carvana told us. The Pathfinder itself is a great vehicle, but Carvana's customer service is non-existent. Representatives will tell you whatever it takes to get you off the lot, but once you leave, you are on your own. I highly advise future buyers not to leave the location until every single issue is resolved in writing. We will not be buying from Carvana or dealing with SilverRock again.

This was my first experience using Carvana. I really don't like the dealership experience due to dishonest salesmen, sales manager greed, and long process at the dealership. My experience with Carvana in Tempe was initially good. The online process was smooth and efficient. The delivery experience was great except that I failed to look to see if a spare tire was included and it turns out it was not. Instead I was given a slime kit which I would know how to use if I tried. The crack on the from windshield wiper, however, was my biggest disappointment. The photo showed a small and barely visible crack.

When I noticed it most notably was on a trip to New Mexico when the sun was shining on it making it glare quite a bit. I am beyond my 7-day return and my trip to New Mexico was over the 400 plus mileage mark, so unable to return for another Jeep Compass. I feel that 7 days is not enough time to decide if the vehicle is the right fit or condition. I will now have to work with the Jeep dealership in the Chandler area and my insurance to see how this issue can be fixed.

Buying from Carvana was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. At first, everything seemed great. No issues at all. Then we receive something in the mail about some recall, so no big deal, took it in to get taken care of. While in the shop, we were told there was no oil even though the reader said it had 80% life left. Ended up having to have that fixed under the extended warranty we purchased and having to pay the deductible. Then soon after we started noticing a strange sound and jerking. Took it back in and then was told it was the transmission. So again had that fixed under the extended warranty and another deductible. But still had issues after that and was told something was wrong with the rear end, again another deductible.

And to this day, the reader still says there’s oil life but no oil will be on the dipstick and Chevrolet can’t seem to figure out why. And lastly, while our truck was there, they informed us that one of our tires was a completely different size than the rest so of course we had to get all new tires which came out of our pocket when we should have had much longer before having to be replaced. We’ve had our truck for just over one year now and for 9 of those months, it was in the shop. Carvana hasn’t covered a single thing nor would they take the truck back because when we found out the issues when we took it in for the recall, we were 5 days past their 100 day policy. It is very complicated to complete paperwork with not much time.

I suggest to send all paperwork the you guys need to be done giving us two days to complete so the people can come home from work and they can complete all requirements and paperwork the same day, instead of doing paperwork twice a day different days, it will be more efficient to request all information 1 time and 2 days to complete paperwork, before delivery, anyways I love my car in the delivery. I find Carvana is a reputable used car dealer. This is my second vehicle purchase. Unfortunately the first car had to be returned due to faulty transmission. Carvana is a super simple buying experience and it’s always exciting to see the car being delivered to your house. The only improvement I would say for Carvana is their policy on the tires that come with the car. They keep old out of date tires on the cars they sell. The criteria is as long as it has the correct tread depth they are good with it. Every car they sell should come with new or near new tires. The other thing that I have noticed is specifically with buying a BMW i3. The Charging cable was rusted out and a cheap after market charger missing the 110 adapter.

To me this is the most important element of an electric car. I called carvana and got a bit of a run around. I requested a new BMW charger but they sent a cheap aftermarket replacement. This didn't make me happy so I ended up buying another one from the dealership. The cars you buy from carvana should have a bit more scrutiny before they go out. My other complaint is the interest rates they charge are on the high end of the spectrum.

They backed it into a pole when loading it and expected me to take it in on my time to get it repaired. Swapped it for a second. Terrible service after the sale is made. I purchased a vehicle the was delivered with scratches that weren’t called out on the vehicle detail. The Advocate took pictures and submitted them before he left. Caravana’s policy is to wait for a response, which didn’t come, and put me outside of the 7 day window.

I called, they had no record of the claim. They looked at the foggy pictures and saw that they didn’t disclose the scratches and said they’d put a claim in. They said it would be 24 hrs and didn’t call me back. I reached out again to hear it takes up to 48 hrs. Nothing back, so I called again. Third advocate sent me to their partner SilverRock, which said there was an approval on the wrong account. They had me call Maaco, who said they don’t do business with them any longer since they don’t get reimbursed. Sent me back to Carvana, who then said there was no claim and they can’t help since it’s outside the 7 days. I asked for a manager who ALSO saw the issue with their pictures and non disclosure of the scratches. I submitted more pictures and she said she’d call me back in 24 hrs.

Two days later I got a call saying the scratches are within scope of their policy and they won’t be making any repairs. The vehicle is $47k and they can’t stand behind their mistake for a few scratches? I won’t be buying from them again and I just want others to know about my experience before they buy. I understand they are a business, but they should do the right thing when they mess up.

Car came with 2 new scratches on the driver side door, and tailgate door, dry rotted tires probably because they are 5 years old and overfilled with air, as well as uneven. SilverRock denied replacing just one of the tires even though it states in the warranty they will. It was the 2 front tires that were super dry rotted. Not to mention when I tried to get the exact tires they had on they switched to the absolute cheapest tires and still rejected it (I ended up coming out of pocket and getting better ones). The back ones were deemed "okay" by the tire specialist (one being a 4 the other a 5). I was supposed to pay for one and then the other but they decided they would repair the cosmetic damage only, rear taillight went out after a week, one windshield wiper was broken (didn't really care so I replaced it) brake pads are starting to scratch the rotor after 1 week, and the remote start feature doesn't work). Transmission shifts pretty rough.

And I thought they went through a multi point inspection who woulda thought. Did an oil change myself, oil was darker than my afro. Would not recommend unless you want a new looking car that they let sit and probably didn't maintain. They also don't do much of an inspection of cars when they purchase them off you after they low ball you so when you buy a car it's pretty much a gamble. Mine is rough around the edges but good thing I had plans for it and already had the money saved to do it and some parts to throw at it otherwise I'd be pissed. Bought a 2016 Ford F-150. All the loan company cares about is getting paid. This has ruined my credit and I'm struggling to get another car because of it!!

I loved this experience and I will never buy a car from anywhere else. I am so pleased with Carvana and the app which made car buying simple and easy. My new Chevy Blazer is exactly what I was looking for and using the app with no pressure assured me that I was making the right choice by myself for myself. Thank Carvana.

I purchased a vehicle from Carvana on March 7, 2026, and within approximately 700 miles of driving, the vehicle developed severe mechanical issues that ultimately required an engine replacement. A vehicle with this type of condition should not have been cleared and sold to a customer without proper inspection and quality assurance. I have now been without my vehicle for nearly one month while continuing to make monthly payments and manage ongoing rental expenses.

Throughout this process, communication has been extremely inconsistent. I was repeatedly given repair timelines that later changed, often contradicting what the repair facility told me directly. My assigned case manager, Jassy, frequently stated she was unable to reach the repair shop for updates, yet I was able to contact them myself and obtain information. This left me feeling as though I had to manage and monitor the process on my own instead of receiving the support expected from a dedicated case manager.

Another major concern has been the lack of written follow-through. On multiple occasions, I requested email documentation summarizing what was discussed over the phone, and those follow-ups were either delayed or never sent. Given the amount of conflicting information I have received throughout this process, this has made me feel the need to personally document every conversation and timeline myself.

I understand delays can happen, but customers should not have to repeatedly chase answers, request promised follow-ups, or struggle to receive clear communication during a major repair situation shortly after purchasing a vehicle. This experience has caused significant financial stress, inconvenience, and frustration. I trusted Carvana with a major purchase and expected the vehicle to be properly inspected, reliable, and backed by professional customer support when problems arose. I am sharing this experience because I would not want other customers to go through the same situation.

I absolutely love my new vehicle. When I started searching I clicked on a dealership inventory and started getting so many calls, texts and emails it was overwhelming. I appreciate how seamless the transaction was with Carvana. The price was there. My financing was available so easily. The entire process was stress free which allowed me to enjoy the purchase as it should be! Thank you Carvana!!!

Carvana sent me a car that was almost a death wish. Something was wrong with it suspension and I couldn't even drive it to the airport without being scared for my life. SilverRock is freaking ridiculous. Also, they made me go to a tire place for my suspension. They realize they couldn't fix the suspension, but they could work on my back brakes. Instead of sending the car to somewhere they can do both first my car had to get his brakes done at one shop took all day then I had to drive it clear across town on my own knowing that he scared me to drive it to bring it to the BMW dealership. My car I have owned for already a week and I haven't even driven it yet and it's still not fixed.

I tried purchasing two different vehicles from Carvana and both arrived with major mechanical issues. Clearly they do not check, inspect, or test these vehicles too well, or even worse, they try selling these vehicles knowing of the issues and not disclosing them. I would recommend to stay away!!

Buying a car from Carvana was super easy and straightforward! I’m so glad I didn’t have to deal with any pushy salesmen. Once we got there the car was cleaned and ready for us. Ayana was very friendly and the process was quick. The only thing I wish we could do is see the car in person before the time of pick up, especially since I had a trade in and this was a lot of money to risk even with a money back guarantee. Luckily I took the Porsche to the mechanic and they said it’s in great condition since it was a one owner car. Good job Carvana inspection team!!

My jeep was advertised as having two scratches, yet there were about five scratches. This is blatant false advertising, and Carvana would do nothing to help me except refund the money for the car, but I still had to pay the $2,000 shipping. I would never buy a car from these people again. They could have given me some money to make the scratches right, and I would have been happy, but they gave me nothing, and they're dead to me.

The overall experience was good. Picking up the car was fun with the token and watching your car come out. Even more when it’s a corvette instead of the family SUV prior. The AI answered most of my questions and were helpful. There was a young nice lady that called me about my pre approved check that saved this review. The one thing that almost had me cancel the deal even with 1200 non refundable payment was the gentleman that called me prior to the lady. It in the chat as well for reference. He couldn’t answer my questions and just told me to follow the instructions he gave me. Felt like a scam call and was rude and almost tainted the deal. His customer service pain and simply sucked. I don’t even remember his name and it’s the one time I wish there was a survey after the call. I could go on about his service.

The only other thing I didn’t like is that I have to get the tires replaced already and the transmission is in the shop already for the known issue the old sell hid from y'all. TB 18 NA 355 from Chevy is the issue I have already. So that’s a 600 fix and tires are three thousand almost. For passing the inspection it must have just passed. $59k after all said and done and already $3600 in for tires and repairs.

I purchased this vehicle from Carvana and paid for it in full, and my pickup was scheduled for today at 1:30 PM. Only two hours before my scheduled pickup, I received a text and email stating that the vehicle had not arrived and that my pickup would be delayed another 10 days. I had already taken the day off from work and made arrangements based on Carvana's confirmed pickup appointment. What is most frustrating is that this vehicle was being transported from several states away. It is very difficult to believe that Carvana did not know until two hours before pickup that the vehicle would not arrive on time. They should have known at least a day or two earlier and notified me before I rearranged my schedule.

During my call with customer service, I asked how often this happens. The representative told me that approximately 5% of their transactions are affected by this type of delay. That means about 1 out of every 20 customers experiences a similar last-minute cancellation. If that figure is accurate, this is not an isolated incident but a recurring issue. I understand that transportation delays can happen, but waiting until the last minute to notify a customer after a confirmed pickup appointment is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for the customer's time. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and expected much better communication and customer service.

Extremely fast, easy process, the employees are actually well informed, on top of tasks and very friendly which is the biggest reason I’ll only buy from Carvana in the future. After dealing with multiple nightmare dealerships it was a pleasant experience. My only reason for not giving five stars is the company in general isn’t properly equipped for dealing with people would work in non traditional work environments and even though I make great money their system doesn’t recognize my income as income. Forcing me to use a co signer even though I make more than that person. In this economy I feel they need to meet the modern day and have systems in place to ensure hard working non traditional workers have the right and opportunity to buy quality vehicles.

I had a terrible experience with this company and would absolutely NOT recommend them to anyone. The listing only showed two scratches on the vehicle, but when I received the car, I discovered scratches all over it. On top of that, something had been spilled in the trunk area and never cleaned properly, and the entire car smelled awful. To make matters worse, the front passenger-side window arrived would not close. They told me where to take it for repairs, but it has been two weeks and I still haven’t received any response or proper support. I ended up paying $650 out of my own pocket for professional detailing and cleaning just to make the car usable. When I asked to exchange the vehicle, they created endless problems and excuses instead of helping resolve the situation. Very unprofessional service, poor vehicle condition, and terrible customer support. I strongly advise people to stay away from this company!!!

Carvana pricing was by far better than any dealer we checked and much less than your direct competitor. It was an easy decision to buy with Carvana. The Carvana process was somewhat confusing and inconsistent. The Chat group provided very brief info which many times turned out to be wrong after talking to a live customer service agent. From a process standpoint, I would have preferred a phone call, rather than getting a text and uploading information I interpreted one way which was not what Carvana needed. Case in point, I uploaded an insurance card roughly eight times. All in all Having been a staunch purchaser at dealerships, I can say buying from Carvana gave me a great price and a vehicle that was in better shape and cleaner than expected. Great job Carvana, I will be back for my next vehicle purchase. Thank You!

From a “fair” trade in price, “fair” new car price, to a seamless QUICK PROCESS to obtain financing with extremely competitive rates, I could not be more happy. Delivery was easy, as was the trade experience.

Buying my 2018 Toyota Camry through Carvana was a terrible experience. My paperwork was approved in the app, and I even confirmed the night before delivery that everything was set. I spent hundreds on plane tickets to fly home and be there for delivery, only to get a call during the delivery window saying they could not bring the car because of an insurance issue they should have caught beforehand.

I had to reschedule for two weeks later, fly back again, and then they almost repeated the same problem. At one point they canceled and redid my purchase, took my down payment, and then processed the new order without applying it correctly. When I asked about my money, I was told I could not get it back for seven days after delivery, even though I needed it to complete the purchase. One rep actually suggested I just make a payment toward the car later, which was absurd.

When the car finally arrived, it was missing a front plate holder and did not come with the actual registration paperwork, which made inspection and legal setup even more difficult and wasted part of my 7-day window. I spent hours on the phone with Carvana, repeating the same story to different people over and over because nobody seemed to know what was going on. The car may be fine, but the process was a complete mess. Next time I would rather just go to a dealership.
