Bought a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica with “clean” record and no accidents. 12 days after it was delivered I took it to be washed and water was coming inside the vehicle from the top of the windshield. The mechanic looked at it and said the roof of the vehicle was damaged and they repaired it with paint and Bondo. Also saw numerous other clues throughout the vehicle of damage and accidents. I have to take it to an auto body shop to fix what Carvana didn’t do properly.
Further, my disabled child needs this van to take her to numerous medical appointments at the children’s hospital. I now have to pay for a rental van for the next several months because the warranty o my covers certain repair places and they are all backlogged for at least 8 weeks. Trying to get ahold of anyone at Carvana and SilverRock their contracted warranty company is ridiculous and no one can help me because it’s “policy”. They can’t do anything once the car is purchased and the 7-day return policy expires. I paid $40,000 for what I thought was essentially a new car with accidents, and I got a piece of crap that wasn’t even properly fixed after it was in a major wreck.

Carvana did not correctly put vehicle details on the description of the car. The details said there were blind spot monitors installed and there are not. Plus the remote start feature is not available either with the keys I was given. I am very disappointed with this purchase since I should be happy with the car in its entirety but I was mislead. Very very disappointing. I called and spoke to a representative but I was not given compensation due an expired 7-day return policy. There should be a compensation even after the 7-day period of return for any features that are missing (which were advertised on the page of the car) as the purchase and vehicle should be in the best interest of the customer. Just sad. I am hoping there is some change of heart and more care for the Carvana customer.

Everything was fine except for a 7 day delay in promised delivery. When delivered, the front brakes shuddered for a few days and then were smooth. I took it to a Carvana approved repair shop and he said there must have been build up on the rotors from non use for a long time. I also discovered the rear brakes are "OK" but would need replacement of the rotors and pads due to rust. Safe to drive but in September I face a bill for brake work I feel should have been done during prep. Minimal cost but a cost. Otherwise the service reps and contacts were helpful with text and phone messages and the delivery driver (Alan) was superb to deal with.

Deliverer went to wrong address. Could not reconnect her to tell her where I was as phone she called from would not receive calls. She was able to put car in driveway. However when I tried to drive it it would not go into gear. Tried hard to get it working to no avail. Was told I would have to get it towed to recommended shops. Called two of them. Both said too complicated and they could not fix and would end up having to go to dealer. Was very difficult for me to speak to someone at Carvana throughout this situation and given limited replies especially by unhelpful AI assistant.
Got car returned. Person who picked it up was eventually able to get it going enough to get it on the carrier and he said it was very messed up. He did not give me the check I should have received for my trade in which he was supposed to do and it had to be mailed to me. Was told it would take 3 or 4 days to get my payment for the car back. When inquired was told 5 to 10 days. Today is day 7. I was told I’d have to contact someone(?) about the almost $700 delivery back which I feel sure I should not have to pay as was delivered a non working car. I am hoping I do not have to fight for that.

When my previous car died beyond repair, I knew I needed a new one quickly. The Carvana app was very easy to navigate and the process was not difficult. It was nice to search exactly what I wanted with no sales pressure. Having the car delivered to my place was a bonus as I had no easy way to get to a dealer.

The staff was very polite, professional, precise to answering questions that I had as well as giving me detailed instructions on the process, professionalism. Car arrived halfway detailed, the exterior doors had been buffed but top of car was in need of waxing and dirty and windows were dirty inside and out as well as trunk opening was grimy. Plastic trim from rear seat back was loose and laid in the cargo area unattached and had to be figured out and fixed back into place. Tires were dry rotted and cracked inside the treads dangerously and had to be replaced immediately. There was a dent in the driver's door not reported and glue-like substance on the dash that won't come out and not reported. Front rotors appear to be gouged and in need of replacing or resurfacing. I like the car but there were many things not reported and in need of immediate attention that I should not have had to deal with. It looked as if the car had been sitting long-term on a lot and simply the sides were wiped down and tires sprayed with tire shine and the car was delivered.

I was a bit skeptical at first...but wow! It is stupid easy to buy a car from Carvana! Get pre-approved first...then browse "the lot" and find what you want. I bought my Nissan in 30 minutes. Sooo much better than sitting in a dealership for hours. I can't recommend Carvana enough.

Look, I know that these cars are basically a sure thing sale but our salesman was AWFUL. Complained about other customers and workers, would just walk away without telling us what was going on, was completely unprofessional and made us feel like a bother. It took over a hour to do get our car, and that is with signing all the paperwork online ahead of time. I’m not asking for them to put on a show but just communicating with us that he had to do a checklist (instead of just walking away and sitting in the car for 5 minutes) would have made us a lot less annoyed at the process.

The car arrived 1 full hour outside of the the delivery window (no apology for being late). We sat around for 4 hours. No tracking through the app. Car arrived with a dent in the passenger door and two starbursts in the windshield. I opened warranty claims for both but they were denied. I will NEVER buy from Caravana again - absolutely shameful.

I had a wonderful experience with both of the gentlemen that dropped off my vehicles. I have nothing but great things to say about both of them. My first exchanged vehicle however was never picked up and I wanted to call and remind Carvana it was still on the street. I got Landry. Landry seemed nice enough to start but quickly it became apparent that his customer service execution was solely to serve the company in the short term. I was so frustrated with his lack of empathy, caring or ability to help me that I told him to have a good day and that I would need to get off the phone before I regretted saying something.
I have worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years and when Landry told me that the buck stopped with him and that there was nothing he would/could do, I lost respect and faith in the interaction. Either it was Landry or the company’s stance on customer service but this will probably be the last time I buy a car from Carvana which this was my second.

I was super anxious about buying a car online, they did all the work while I sat hoping I made the right choice. I picked a 2013 Captiva it's beautiful, has power windows ac and the defrost works, if you saw my other car you would understand. The advocate was great. He brought the car, answered all my questions. I live in Arkansas so them paying the sales tax and the assessment part was amazing, all I had to do was go to the revenue office and get my tag, the only bad thing I can say is I wish I could have had a better understanding of this process, but it's done and hopefully this helps someone else. I had an electrical issue and they fixed it. They had many choices and customizes your search to your needs.

First let me say this. When I first got the car I paid for inspection and Carvana was suppose to refund me my money and didn’t so I proceed to do a trade in so I put 190 dollars down for a dodge charger that would be available July 2024 so I canceled the order and they never even refund me my money back so yes I am done with this scamming company.

From the very beginning this has been an absolute mess. The day I ordered the car they overcharged me by 758 dollars. An “advocate” called me to tell me they would be refunding this. Almost a month later and I still haven’t seen that money. The car they sold me broke down 5 miles from the “car vending machine” I picked it up at. It’s been sitting at the dealership for over 2 weeks just waiting for them to approve the repairs. Now we are pushed far beyond the 7 day return policy so I’m stuck with the car. There is multiple spots on the car that’s been repainted poorly. Overspray on all of the black plastic. Even some on a window. Also found a spot where Bondo was added the body. According to Carvana the overspray is “within their guidelines”. Wow. What kind of company has an acceptable level of overspray? NONE of the issues with the paint were noted on the “imperfections” list. They will toss you around and around to put off fixing anything.
It’s looking more and more like I will be stuck with an over $6,000 dollar repair bill because they will not approve the dealership to complete the extensive repairs my car needs. Be very very careful if the car you buy has a delivery fee. It is not refundable even if they don’t describe the car correctly. I would lose $1800 if I returned it. Even the brakes on the car were almost totally worn out. What a joke of an operation. I can’t believe they are still in business.

I am amazed at how easy my purchase through Carvana turned out to be. Initially I was very hesitant to purchase a vehicle through Carvana because of concerns about not seeing the vehicle before delivery. All of my concerns were instantly resolved through accurate representation of vehicle condition, high quality photos of the inside/outside of the vehicle, and the knowledgeable Carvana team members I interacted with. I was pleasantly surprised. I have never had a buying experience that was so hassle free and not nerve racking. The entire process was very easy. From getting approved to the search. Complete communication the entire way. Filling out the application and submitting the required documents and signatures. Car was exactly as described. Caesar was absolutely the best. Easy, fair pricing and easy pickup. Only problem I had was title was in Fl and Me in Mi. Carvana said they can take care of title but then said I had to have title in hand to pick up vehicle. I did not trade my vehicle in which I wanted to do. Then the gal at the pick up was surprised it did not work out. Said they usually take care of electronic titles for Fl.

This is about my experience with customer service. No one knew what a purchase order was or anything like that for my car and my date got pushed back 2 weeks to pick my car up because the transaction on my card too 5 days to come. It was a very stressful process knowing that they reposted my car back on Carvana even though I paid for it. 30k car paid for just not the shipping fee because it was coming late and they reposted my car and pushed my date back 2 weeks. I ended up getting my beautiful 370z and I love it. Still the car was worth it. Just the customer service was very confusing non helping and non understanding and stressful. The car 5 stars. Customer service trying to get my car and lack of intelligence 2 stars.

I bought a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan back in 2022 with 63,000 miles on it. About 10 days after getting it, the engine started to idle really hard and the engine light came on. Luckily we had the Carvana Limited Warranty and they took care of it. Fast forward to today. I traded the van in for a 2023 Mazda CX-5, it got delivered and was beautiful. Took it for a spin while they loaded up my trade in. I got less than 2 miles down the road and it immediately went into the red and started running hot and the air started blowing hot. WILL NEVER USE CARVANA AGAIN!!!

Guys who delivered my car were kind and professional. The VIN located on the driver's side of the vehicle matches my documentation. I did not observe any serious mechanical defects on operation of the vehicle. The only complaints I have about the car are: 1) Vehicle did not come with a remote locking device; 2) Windshield wiper fluid tank cap is loose and unable to be affixed to the tank; 3) There was a check engine light that was not disclosed. None of these problems appear to affect the safe operation and reliability of the vehicle as of date. I did not hear any knocking, banging, other loud noises, nor did I experience bucking or missing. The vehicle came without an owner's manual. There are some cosmetic defects to the vehicle that I am not overly concerned with. However, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding the vehicle prior to signing the contract.

This is our second purchase from Carvana and we love it. In March 2022 we purchased our first vehicle and there were just a couple very small hiccups that were resolved really fast. When it came time to downsize our pick up due to health reasons and go to a SUV, of course we looked at Carvana first and we came up a winner again through Carvana.

Delivery of minivan was perfect, Sean (delivery driver) was great with communication and customer service. I went on vacation after receiving van then it was blistering hot, didn't notice the loud rattling noise coming underneath until I had the window open one night. Warranty company gave me list of service locations: 1st location, Firestone, Northfield, NJ couldn't find the noise and said call the warranty company. 2nd location, Mr Tire, Hammonton was understaffed to look at the van. 3rd location, Pep Boys, Absecon, NJ suggested I go to their EHT location because he wasn't interested in looking at the van.
So finally I get to Pep Boys EHT, they look van over and find that brake pads were installed incorrectly and that's what was making the noise. Silver Rock would not pay for this to be done so I had to. The service dept was very nice and customer service oriented. So this time around using Carvana was frustrating. This is my second car purchased through Carvana.

My 1st Cavana experience was wonderful. Drove the car several years, no problems, passed on to my teenager and got another car for me. And the nightmare begins. Car initially seemed great. Very smooth drive. But it was after that 7-day return period that the downhill slide began. The 150-point inspection checklist is totally bogus. SOOOO many problems that contradict with that list. >10k of repairs needed just to make the car safe and the Silverrock criminals are covering less than half.

My AC is only blowing warm air so I went to have it looked at in a local approved shop, they could not get to me so I had to reschedule, next time I’m available would be after the 14 days so I have to pay $100 to get my buster AC fixed. All other aspects of the purchasing and selling was amazing, delivery and pickup were painless, delivery driver was great.

I'll never go to a dealership again. This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! Very quick, excellent communication, no-haggle, and super friendly staff! They gave me a very fair price for my trade. Car was exactly as described and was the best price anywhere. The registration process was a bit odd since I bought from Missouri and had to register in Illinois but the registration team assured me that I would have no problems....I had absolutely no problems! I went through the purchase process with Carvana only because I found the exact Toyota Prius I was looking for. The car was priced higher than Blue Book but I was willing. So, we get through the process and then delivery came. The minute I looked at the vehicle you could clearly tell that there was awful body work done on both the driver and the passenger doors. There was even Bondo still present that they failed to wash off. The paint that they applied had dripped. It was awful. Yet, they were trying to get top dollar for the vehicle. Oh, and one of the tires had a massive gash out of it which would have been very dangerous. Nowhere in the Carfax or the disclosure was anything about these clear issues with the vehicle. I didn’t let them get it off the truck and rejected the vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM CARVANA!! They’re slimy and fraudulent.

I would've rated the entire process a 5 star but some of the options you listed the car had on your website, the car did not have (heated and cooled seats). I had heated seats on the car I traded in and I really loved that feature. I am disappointed to find out after the car was delivered that those features were not on my new car. Every other aspect of doing business with you was perfect. A very easy was to purchase a car and I will use you again for my next car purchase.

Overall this was a very good experience. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that when I took it to my mechanic for inspection after I bought it, he identified the tires as original to the vehicle. The vehicle is a 2015, so the tires are 9 years old. While the tread is still ok, the rubber has become hard, making it somewhat unsafe. I will need to replace the tires in short order. Which not a deal breaker, I think this should have been done by Carvana to provide as safe a vehicle as possible.

If I could leave a "0" stars I would. I purchased a car through Carvana and that didn't go very smoothly but I did get the car. For that car, they advertised it as "hands free calling" and it was not. I complained and they sent me 100$ to upgrade to handsfree calling which obviously was not enough to convert my sound system to handsfree...it cost me 300$ for system and install. That was disappointing. They also changed the pickup date of the car without a reason which caused alot of trouble changing the start of insurance date and coordinating the pick up on a day that was not convenient for me. Also disappointing.
THEN, when I wanted to trade-in my car for another recently, I went through the entire purchase/trade-in process only for them to change the pick up day AGAIN contributing to the same difficulty with changing the insurance date and creating trouble coordinating the pick up. They ALSO took out $800 dollars more for my deposit and when I chatted with a representative they "assured" me, that I would receive a refund at the time of car pick up. Eventually, after I protested, the representative drew up new paperwork that documented the $800 refund at time of pick up.
I was very skeptical and suspicious at this point about Carvana's practices and decided to cancel the trade-in/purchase and did so. HOWEVER, Carvana has not refunded the $2790.00 deposit they withdrew from my account 9 days later. I have chatted and spoken with 3 different representatives and each gave me a completely different answer on the time it takes to receive a deposit refund. One said 5-7 business days, one said 1-5 business days and the last said 10-15 business days. Obviously this is HORRIBLE business practice.
It is almost impossible to speak with a live person as well. Clearly the deposit amount is a lot of money and causing some financial stress for me and they say they can't "expedite" the refund. I just think Carvana's business practices are unethical and that representatives just lie. I am a 56 year old nurse practitioner. I leave this review to discourage you from using Carvana unless you can pay for a car outright and not deal with financing, trade-ins, etc.

My experience with Carvana was amazing. No need to talk to many vendors, no need to spend all afternoon at a dealer, just choose my car, fill out paperwork, pick up my car and drive it to test for a week and took it to my mechanic! I would definitely buy another car with them.

You all need to make sure that your electric cars do not have a defected charger cord. Upon arrival I was not able to charge the vehicle because of it. The cord was defected and I needed a replacement. Instead they are mailing me a refund check for the cord.

I wanted to sell my car without buying a new one. I received an offer from Carvana for about $4,300. The car was paid off and it had a clear title. I went to the Carvana location in Schaumburg IL. I went in, checked in for my appointment, showed them the car title and my ID and took a seat. After a few minutes the attendant calls me and says the contract is ready to sign. He hands me over a small tablet and tells me to initial each page and sign at the end. As I get to last page the price of my car was $100.
I asked the attendant if that was a mistake. He looks at me with a straight face and says “no, that’s how much your car is worth - your title is no good”. Of course that was a lie. I always stay on top of those things. Had I not noticed the very small font stating Carvana was giving me $100 for my car, they would have not blinked an eye for offering me $4300 and then changing it to $100 at the last minute without a word. I left completely incredulous to what had just happened. I sold my car to a local dealer the following week for $4,872. And of course there were no issues with the title. Stay away from Carvana!

There's still some confusion on my part about the transfer of my current license plate. Although the online chat advocate said that would be easy, I really haven't gotten a straight answer about it. Other than that, the car seems fine, and I'm hopeful this will be a good buy.

In an emergency situation with no working vehicle to take my dog to his weekly chemo appointments. Spent an entire paycheck on a down payment for a vehicle through Carvana advertising 3-day delivery. Was told the day before delivery would be delayed. Then, an hour before my original delivery window, I was told the frame of the vehicle was bent during transit. Now I must wait 10-15 days for a refund of my deposit so I can use it on a different vehicle. Zero transparency throughout the process. It wasn’t until I googled “Carvana delivery delay” that I realized how common my exact situation is. For others it is worse, being held on the line for weeks or even months due to “delivery delays”. Do not waste your time, hopes, or money on this dishonest company. Go to a local dealership.

This is the second car I've bought from Carvana. It's the best way to buy a car to avoid the time-wasting, insulting dealer nonsense you have to go through to buy anywhere else. Carvana's pricing is crystal clear before you start to buy and although the price initially seems a bit higher than what you would pay to a dealer, by the time you get through the dealer required add-ons (who wants door guards for $1500?) Carvana's price is the same or lower. The delivery people are professional and very pleasant. The car arrives on a clean trailer and the car itself is spotless inside and out. Carvana takes care of all the paperwork. I highly recommend buying a car from Carvana.

I purchased a vehicle from Carvana. It stated it had a scratch on the left rear bumper. When it arrived there was damage to the right front corner, left and right rear quarter panels, that happened during shipping. Carvana refuses to repair it, after that said it would be repaired to the quality that it stated on the website. What upsets me the most... they tried to cover up the damage with spray paint.

I have bought and sold 3 cars now with Carvana. My 2022 Tacoma arrived with new damage that occurred during the delivery at some point. Both Carvana and SilverRock put me through a menagerie of long, drawn out phone calls pointing the finger at one another until finally it was decided that the damage was "within standards" and was not going to be addressed. Secondly, the tires that came on the truck were on their last legs. The tire shop I went to clearly expressed that they needed replaced immediately due to safety concerns. I was told to go to said tire shop to get things taken care of by both Carvana and SilverRock just to be denied because even though the tires were in bad shape, they were, again, "within standards." The lack of actual support and ownership were the definition of insanity. I will not be purchasing from Carvana again unless significant changes are made.

I just want to start by saying that I read enough reviews to make myself almost paranoid to attempt a purchase with this company, but as a person who learns from his own experiences good, or bad, I took the plunge. The online process was easy as hell and was great for comparing multiple vehicles within my price range. Filters were great, detailed for searching for what you want, and the site navigation was simple. (Also have an app) I was able to get a price for my trade in that was as fair as my honesty with its description. Filled out 6 forms online and even with my checkered credit was able to get financing. Ordered the car for pickup and had to pay shipping. (Makes sense lol) And... It was late. (It was 4th of July weekend.) I received a call from Julio there, who was really friendly and understanding. He explained my options, and even potential refund if I opted out. (*Gasp)
I stressed for a minute, proceeded with the sale, and scheduled a new date. When I got to the Carvana store in Norfolk I was greeted by a gentleman named Rasheem who was a genuine human being. He seamlessly guided me through every step of the process. Answering questions, giving me adequate time, and all while training a new hire who was also kind. After being there for maybe 30 minutes I was handed keys and was free to go. Next day I went to get my inspection and it failed. I chatted with the ai support and that sucked. After attempting to make a claim online and being frustrated with the navigation and functionality of that area of their site I decided to call. After a hold period of irritation I was able to speak to a person. She was super helpful, gave me all the information I needed about the shop location and what was covered; via text, voice, and email.
I called the shop and they took the car that day. While I was there I asked the employee about his experience with their insurance company? He was very in depth. Explaining how they call and haggle (with any company) and how they come to an agreement. He said that honestly they were the best both to deal with, and that they covered just about everything. I said I also got their extra insurance and he said that's smart, it covers even more, and adds even more time.
While I wait for my car to be fixed I think back over all my experience with dealerships and private sales. Carvana sells used cars. A lot of them. Read reviews, look at the Carfax, scrutinize the pictures. Get as much information as you can. Talk to the people. Attempt a purchase, win, lose. This is life, and buying a used car. My trade-in and purchasing experience smooth other than delivery delays close to a week from first appointment. I like the vehicle but it has several things that were not as described. The listing stated that the vehicle has Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. It does not. The vehicle when received is missing a trim panel in the interior of the vehicle that was not disclosed during the transaction. These things put a sour taste on what would have been a positive experience overall otherwise.

On a Thursday evening after dinner, my husband and I spent about 20 minutes looking for a car. After a few short questions and getting pre-qualified, we were on our way to a car! Tuesday we had the car delivered to our home and were handed keys within minutes. We will never shop for a car another way. One notable thing was the car was not vacuumed but there was still dog hair on the dashboard and you could smell the previous owner had a dog. I wish there had been more care in cleaning the car before delivery. Otherwise, a very good experience!

All around the process of buying from Carvana was simple and seamless. I was disappointed to learn the DAY OF the delivery that the air conditioning doesn't work. I was wondering how that could happen if there was such a "thorough inspection." Was it just sitting for a long time and nobody thought to check? I then had to take it to a local dealer where they confirmed the compressor was faulty and they had to order a new one but it's taking weeks to come in.
I purchased almost a brand new truck with no AC which was kind of a let down. Also the blindspot mirror was broken which wasn't on the website pictures. Also the truck bed had many many scuffs which was not outlined on the website beforehand. Other than those things, everything else was good. I would recommend Carvana but I would tell people to be very cautious of mechanical to cosmetic issues on vehicles when you actually get vehicle. The driver was very nice but I felt like I was rushed and didn't have enough time to really look the car over.

First, let me say that I really do like my car and the delivery guy was awesome. That being said, I purchased my car with the windows all tinted. On the delivery day I was contacted and told that the tint had to be removed in order to pass inspection per NC law. In retrospect, I should have refused the car, but I was in need of transportation quickly. I would love to deal with Carvana again, but, unfortunately, this is unacceptable as I will now have to pay $350 to have the windows done. I gave a 3☆ simply because of the driver and Sasha from customer service, great people!

I ordered it on Friday at 5pm and it was delivered exactly 48 hours later. The vehicle was spotless and in great condition! You can tell that they did a great job reconditioning this vehicle.

Received my new car and before it even arrived the advocate called me and advised they damaged it loading onto the transport. It arrived with front end destroyed by reckless transport drivers and now I have to deal with the body shop and insurance company. The incident truly soured the experience for me.

Again the 150 point inspection came up short. The coolant overflow tank was empty, the spare tire had only 15 lbs of air and the power steering fluid was low. There are many more paint imperfections than shown/described in the listing. It would be much more honest to say there are many small chips and scratches than to just show two or three. The interior plastics also have scratches not mentioned. It was similar with the other two vehicles I bought from Carvana. I wouldn't buy any car from Carvana with more than 35k miles due to the questionable inspection and description process. I love the truck but it took me days to bring it up to my standards.

The buying experience was great, the delivery experience was not. Every communication told me that I had completed everything. Ten minutes before the car arrived the delivery person called and told me that I needed proof of insurance with the car's VIN. No one mentioned that before. I use a local insurance agent with a small office. I had to leave a message. My car arrived, I didn't have the document they wanted, I watched my car leave. I had the insurance straightened out two hours later. I went to the Carvana website to reschedule the delivery and found that I no longer owned the car. Someone cancelled the purchase and a different customer was in the process of buying it. I was able to call someone very good at their job and cleared it up. It is like there are two companies with different policies. One is trying to sell cars and the other is trying to tick people off.

Fast and easy, but when it goes wrong it goes very wrong. I tried to buy a car. There was problem with my paper work which I discussed with (humans and AI). They claimed to be looking into it. When I called back they said I should cancel my order and said that everything should be fine within moments. Instead, thousands of dollars were taken out of my account. They then said it would take 10 to 15 days to refund my money. 10 to 15 days is ridiculous! I don't have that kind of money to play with. Also, their AI bots will text you and not identify themselves as bots, making it very confusing and often providing unhelpful and contradictory information. Some of the humans I spoke to also were often confused.

Once I decided on the truck, the entire process of filling out information and submitting documents (not counting the time I had to wait for my insurance to give me what I needed) took less than an hour combined. The only reason I would ever not use Carvana again is if I couldn’t find the vehicle I want which is highly doubtful considering vehicles from across the nation are available.

We purchased two 2017 Jeep wranglers from Carvana in the last month. The first one had the check engine light on after the 7 day return policy ran out. Now we have to try and figure out getting that checked put. The other issue is a bait and switch play. We purchased the second 2017 Jeep wrangler as show in the pictures with custom rims and tires. When the Jeep showed up we accepted it based on customer service talking me they would make it right. Now we are being pushed off probably until we are out of the 7 days return policy.
We were told that the rims and tires were damaged during delivery. No one called to let us know that, they just delivered the jeep that way. Delivery driver told us that the Jeep was picked up that way. We were offered 500 dollars for a missing set of rims and tires that run around 2500 before the custom paint. The second carvana bait and switch issue is the listing states that the jeep has leather interior. The jeep has no leather interior. I believe that the price of this vehicle is overinflated based on the opinions listed on the website. The transfer case skid plate is missing as well.

I am utterly disappointed and deeply concerned about my experience with Carvana after purchasing a vehicle that has put my life and the life of my newborn child at risk. The car I bought from Carvana had less than 40,000 miles on it, and yet it has repeatedly stalled on the highway, creating near-fatal situations for me and my child. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation by seeking help from the dealership, the issues persist, leaving me in constant fear while driving this unsafe vehicle. When reaching out to Carvana customer service, I was met with indifference and incompetence. The representatives gave me the runaround and offered a measly $1,500 off my next purchase, completely disregarding the severity of the safety concerns I raised.
It is appalling that a company like Carvana would sell a faulty vehicle and then fail to take responsibility for the life-threatening consequences it has caused. The lack of concern for customer safety and well-being is alarming and unacceptable. I implore anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Carvana to think twice and avoid the potential dangers that come with their irresponsible business practices. If I could give zero stars I would. This has put me in awful situations that I don’t wish on anyone.

In this day and age I would have expected these to have been checked as everyone has cellphones etc that require charging.. Other than this they made the entire process easy. Paint was damaged during transport, being corrected. Small chip in windshield that wasn't detected until the following day due to it raining at time of delivery, not being corrected as Carvana doesn't replace glass....but it also was not listed as known damage.... Delivery was in the evening and that day starts as day one of your seven day return option.... Overall, these issues are minor and somewhat expected buying a vehicle online, site unseen. I am really pleased with the process. 4.8 out of 5.

I was sold a car that was clearly in an accident with a poorly painted body panel and shifted hood. My claim response was, “It’s minor. Deal with it.” But will cost me thousands to fix. I was overcharged for a damaged car and will never use Carvana again, although I was looking for this vehicle for a long time and options were limited. I was very leary about buying a car online. I ended up buying a 2019 Chevy Equinox. The delivery was great, came exactly when they said, the guy that delivered was great (shout out Chris). The only reason I took two stars away is that I had to put new brake pads on (the mechanic said the back pads were non existent!). Obviously they do not check their checklist. I wish they wouldn't say they do if they don't. Other than that the mechanic said it was a great car, I just had to decide if I liked it enough to fix it myself, their warranty does not cover brakes because that is considered maintenance. You have seven days to decide as long as you don't put more than 400 mile on it, you can send it back. I loved the car and I paid zero down so I just paid to have it fixed myself. I have had it about three months now. I would buy again from them, but I would do just what I did and make sure a mechanic looks it over first.

Worst experience ever. Little to no customer service even after I asked for help completing the online process. The trade-in process was not described at all... I was told that Carvana would handle the car registration process by one person and then informed that I needed to contact the DMV about my trade-in. So which is it. Additionally, the gay pride "love is love" in your face theme was RIDICULOUS. The customer service matched. I would NOT ever return to Carvana nor recommend to family and friends.

My experience with Carvana has been bittersweet. I got my car and loved it but there was an issue with the volume on the radio which no one seemed to be able to fix so I opted to try for another vehicle. The second vehicle came and I immediately refused it as it had more imperfections than what was described. The third vehicle is perfect and I love it. Carvana’s customer service team was always professional every time I called and quite understanding and always tried to find a solution for my problems. I would rate your team as 10/10. I’ve had pretty bad anxiety going to car dealerships before and felt like I was being pressured into getting something. I really appreciated that I could take my time picking out a car on Carvana’s site and that they could deliver it to me. I also like the 7 day return policy. Takes the pressure right off. I will say it might be nice to include a list of things you need before ordering. I was scrambling to find my proof of address and etc. Other than that it was pretty stressless. I also thought the driver that dropped off my car was really nice and informative, and I had to call Customer Service a couple times, and they were nice and helpful too. It took over a month and a half for the car to be delivered to us, when we called to find out where the car was we were told that they don't actually know where their vehicles are at if they're not at a facility. When the car was finally delivered, we only were given 10 minutes to decide if we wanted it or not and were pressured into signing the documents. I contacted the driver saying that it wasn't going to work out and they waited hours to respond. We had a family emergency out of state and had no choice but to use the car and by the time we had it resolved and tried to return it, our seven days were up and now it's not an option and we're stuck with a car we don't really want. I reached out to see if we could try to return it as we're only a few days over that 7 day period, but was told it was not an option. If I had realized that the service was going to be this terrible I would never have used Carvana. 0/10, do not recommend.

Buyer and seller beware! I sold my car to them back in april and purchased a car from them as well. After everything was said and done all of a sudden they tried to say I owed several hundred dollars before I could pick up my new car. They finally let me pick up my car without any money down because it was in fact a glitch in their system.
Then I discovered the car I bought from them had all 4 dry, rotted tires to which they refused to do anything about because they are wear and tear parts. The car should have never passed a state inspection with 4 bad tires. And now today I get toll bills for my old car. They have been joyriding around on toll roads in my car with my plates and refuse to do anything about it. They never reported that they purchased my old vehicle. And tried to tell me that, "You have to go to the dmv to remove yourself from that car." I have bought and sold many cars in my life and have never once had to remove myself from a car that a car lot bought. They are a shady, messed up company. Do not give them business!

I was easily approved and quickly received a 2016 Chevy Escape that had went through Carvana's inspections. What I received was a nicely painted ** that when drove sounded like I was driving through a train yard. It squealed like the breaks were bad even when not on the break and the metal on metal grinding sounds were loud and frightening. When I called about it I was given a list of 5 local mechanics on their list, none of which could look at it within the 7 day money back guarantee time frame. So I called to have it returned the same day it was delivered. A giant waste of time. It's basically a paperweight in my driveway waiting to be picked back up.

This is my second car through Carvana, overall pretty happy with both purchases. This purchase was for a 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie. While I love the truck, I just noticed it is missing a piece of the exterior trim, which is very disappointing. Would I buy another car from Carvana in the future, probably, but not happy that I have to go out and purchase the missing piece, that should have been there.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience purchasing cars from Carvana. Despite the convenience of buying a car online, the quality control seems severely lacking. Here’s a rundown of my troubling experience with three separate cars:
1. **First Car**: Upon arrival, I discovered significant damages under the hood. This was a major red flag that should have been caught during any basic inspection.
2. **Second Car**: The interior had a pervasive bad odor, making the car unpleasant to drive. It was as if no effort was made to ensure the car was in a livable condition.
3. **Third Car**: The interior was not only visibly worn and broken but also made a constant cracking sound while driving. This again indicates a serious lapse in quality control.
I am very disappointed with Carvana. While the buying process is indeed easy and convenient, it appears that the cars are not being properly tested and inspected before being sold. This has led to a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience that I wouldn’t wish upon any other customer.

For starters, my delivery date was adjusted without anyone reaching out to set a date and time that was convenient for me. As such I had to rush home from work to accept delivery. Upon arrival, I noticed that I didn’t receive any floor mats. I later noticed a chip in the windshield, but since everyone else who handled the car also missed it, I’m told there’s nothing that could be done about it. On the 6th day of me having the car, the AC dies. The next morning, the check engine light comes on. The only plus (if you can call it that) is that most (not all) of the issues are covered under the 100-day warranty. But having to pay over $300 to get a vehicle that I’ve had for a week repaired isn’t sitting well with me. I’m not sure what can be done to remedy this issue to my satisfaction, but I don’t think that I’d recommend them to anyone else, nor do I think I’d be willing to give them a second chance.

Overall the purchasing experience was easy to complete. I was happy with the deal I was able to find. The car delivery was good overall; it took a bit longer than I thought it would but it was acceptable. The car did not come with a tool I needed to use its features; it came with the wrong model manual; and it was missing a piece of glass to one of the exterior lights. I was told by Carvana, "Sorry for the inconvenience" and there was no intention to rectify these issues-- that was the disappointing part.

Never again. Purchased a car for our daughter and ended up having to put another $2000 into it due to immediate maintenance issues. After the 7 day trial period one of the tires got a nail in it so we took it to the store and they indicated that all 4 tires were bald and the spare was even bad. Submitted a claim to their third party (Silverrock) who is useless and will not approve anything. Spent hours on the phone which ended up being a waste of time.
Carvana was not helpful at that point either. We decided to take it to a mechanic shop because if the tires were bad what else was wrong with it? The mechanic shop came back with a whole list of issues, but the most concerning was there was too much engine oil, low coolant, and the transmission fluid had never been replaced. How can they claim they conduct a multi point inspection when it has dangerous fluid levels. Silverrock denied these claims as well. Lesson learned to never trust what a company advertises. If you are going to buy a car from them make sure you pay to have it inspected yourself within the first 7 days.

The car is overpriced, the trade in was criminally underpriced, and the terms for credit were soul breaking. That said I can see that the trade off is to make the process of buying a car so easy and stress free that most people would accept all the above drawbacks. I was one of them until the car was delivered dirty. The center console was sticky and you can could still see the brown stains of a spill. The inside appeared to have been wiped down with a damp rag at best. Streaks were so bad it affected visibility. It’s clear to me that Carvana's model is to absolutely take advantage of people’s disdain of dealing with dealerships. But no decent dealership would have ever looked a customer in the eyes and delivered a car like that.

Everything about my initial buying experience was top-notch. The original person to help me was a younger guy named Ronan. His service and attitude was exemplary. He got me into a Nissan Juke. And since I am only one human, I could not drive the Juke home as well as my personal Jeep, which I was not trading in. I asked him if it would be OK to leave the Jeep there until I could get a friend to come with me to get them both back to my residence. He said that would be fine. He instructed me where to park it to keep it out of the way, and off I went. I told him it would be a few days. Potentially even the weekend before I could get assistance. He said that should be fine.
After only a couple of days it became obvious I was not going to be keeping the Nissan. There were several issues which were dealbreakers. So I picked out an alternate vehicle to swap. On Thursday afternoon, I was actually on standby for my job, retrieving donated organs and transporting them to the hospital where they can be transplanted into recipients. I came by in the Carvana vehicle and retrieved my work badge from the jeep. This was Thursday late afternoon or evening. As I was getting items out of my jeep, I saw a Carvana employee. She gave me a funny look and I explained to her that it was my personal vehicle, I needed my work badge out of it, but it would be moved in the next few days. She said That would be perfectly fine.
Saturday I arrived for my appointment to swap one Carvana vehicle for the other. I met with a different advocate. He was also polite and professional. The new car came down and everything was fine. Until I noticed my jeep was no longer in the place where I parked it. Within just a few moments I had located Ronan, and inquired. He said he would find out where it had been moved. Another employee brought out a manager who was immediately rude, condescending, and demeaning. He told me my jeep had been towed.
When I told him I had been instructed where to put it and informed it would be acceptable to leave it there until the weekend he literally laughed at me. Gave me the number of the tow service. Got into a debate with me on the semantic difference between “a couple of days“ and “a few days“ as if the difference between those justified him towing a car that had been given permission to stay there. His attitude (and statement) was “nothing you can do about it, go ahead and try to sue us.“
I’ve never experienced an individual in a management position with such a poor attitude and such abysmal customer service skills in my life outside the realm of maybe fast food. This man obviously does not care one bit about the reputation of Carvana as a brand. I have not had a chance to address this issue. I had to scramble to get my car out of impound as it was the weekend and would have cost me even more money in storage fees if I didn’t retrieve it immediately and had to wait until Monday to get it out. Since then I’ve been working multiple 24 hour shifts, we’ve had multiple donors, and I’ve literally been running organs and surgical teams all over multiple states. Rest shared however, that I will be contacting the GM of this specific location. Corporate to complain, and making a giant scene on every social media platform available to me.
While everything else about the Carvana experience was convenient and pleasant and convinced me not to ever go to an actual dealership ever again… The interactions with this specific manager was legitimately one of the worst I’ve ever had. He shouldn’t be managing a fast food joint, much less a car sales establishment. He is absolutely liability to your brand reputation.

I purchased a car through Carvana that initially seemed like a good deal. The car looked nice, had low mileage and came at a good price. When the car arrived everything seemed in working order with only some minor issues, some visible rust, but not too bad and the car smelled funny. I made plans to have the car inspected at the dealership before my return period ended.
BEWARE: It wasn't made clear to me that your return period starts the day you get your car and not the day after. The dealership was only able to get me in on the last day of my return period. They said that there was a large amount of rust and rodent damage under the car where we couldn't see initially. One of the belts was also dry rotted away. This news came to us too late to return the car so now we are stuck with it and hope the warranty that came with the car is good. Beware with this company. They don't give you the car's whole story before you sign the dotted line and it causes problems like this!

Carvana located in Tucson AZ sold me a car. The day it was scheduled for delivery I received a text saying there was a "battery issue" and rescheduled the delivery. Since they dropped it off, the car had a cranking issue where it does not crank. I've called them on several occasions and they said I did not have a warranty. After finding the warranty and verifying I paid $1,300.00 for the extra warranty they now say I am past my warranty date. Even though it says 3/1/2025 on the contract. They sold a disabled vet a junk car then lied and lied to keep from having to fix the car. Do not buy vehicles from Carvana. They did not do the 150 point inspection and can not provide it to me. Replaced the battery and not the mechanical issues. Now I'm paying for a car I can't drive and they won't take responsibility for selling me a lemon. Customer service lies and is rude. Don't be stuck in a position like me. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them.

Horrible!!!! Was put through so many loopholes for paperwork, etc. Every was finally going smooth. Denied my loan because I didn’t have my suffix on my bank statements!!!! My bank issued me a certified bank letter stating that I am who my license matches and they still denied it.

The transaction was really easy and quick. When my delivery date was delayed and was rescheduled. I tried doing the AI chat and it wasn't helpful at all so it gave me the number for a live person. He sounded like a robotic AI and offered no reassurance just a vague template answer for everything.

I recently bought a 2023 Hyundai Elantra and was extremely happy with the whole process. Fast forward just one week. My wife wanted a new vehicle and I recommended using Carvana again. So we ordered a 2023 Honda Odyssey with the assumption we were going to get the vehicle on June 27th, 2024. On Tuesday, June 25th, I received a phone call stating that it was less than a month that I ordered my Elantra, that I was required to pay my first month's payment a whole month early or I would not get the approval for the Honda Odyssey.
To say the least I was not happy about this ridiculous policy! I made the payment begrudgingly and thought this was over. Oh was I wrong! I looked on the app and I was tasked that Carvana would initiate a three way call to verify payment. I never received the call and my order for the Honda Odyssey was cancelled! I looked and had to do the whole order all over again and the new delivery date is set for Saturday June 29, 2024. I spoke to several reps since then and all of them admitted that Carvana messed up but there was no way for me to get the vehicle on the original scheduled delivery date! I am severely frustrated with this second purchase and will now doubt if I say anything great about Carvana from here on out!

The Carvana’s communication system is terrible. The AI Sebastian guy is very irresponsible and not kind. The customer service is not communicative about the car attendants where it was being stored. Why there are no actual person can help our needs to check the condition of the car and the belongings? We asked Customer service person to see if there is any adapter for to change at home come with the Tesla, but they not sure about it so we had to purchase it at local Tesla. And we requested to charge Tesla up to 80% when we are picking up from over 110 degrees Tempe, AZ, because we are driving back to over 100 miles to Tucson’s home, but the attendant said it was charged to 50% when we got there because the battery was only 5% and it’s been charging since the morning with level two charging since Tesla doesn’t let super charging until the ownership has transferred.
So we sit and waited at Carvana extra hours to go up to 60%. But it was not enough to reach to Tucson in the super heat so my husband had to stop at a city in between to charge another extra hour. Carvana could damage Tesla’ battery letting drain the battery to that low. It might, but it’s charging ok so far. The battery charging adapter came with the Tesla so we didn’t need, but when we went to Tucson Tesla to return the place was already closed. We had to go to Tesla the next morning again to return the charger adapter. Why Carvana can’t provide just a little kindness service?

I struggled to decide between 1 and 2 stars. I like the car but the experience purchasing this was terrible. 1. I received the car with the following issues: no front license mount (legally required in the state of Virginia); no emergency key in the FOB; a very leaky front driver's side tire which I had to put air in every 2 days (which appears to be known due to a fix a flat kit included but passed the inspection?); and was not including the remote start which was listed in the listing as being included.
2. 2 of the 3 "real-life humans" I spoke with were unable to assist at all. The one exception (and the reason I gave this two stars rather than one) was Samantha who got the remote start taken care of (by offering a refund for that cost) and instructed me on how to take care of the rest. 3. I went to a Silverrock approved facility and am still waiting for the issues to be taken care of. While I like the car. The missing parts and fault tire has led me to be unable to actually drive my vehicle for the first week I owned it. This caused me to have to find alternative transportation while I wait for the car I paid for. The only reason I didn't return it is, that I did get an inspection and was told that it was a good car.

Carvana "supervisor" "Sam" laughed and laughed about how Carvana will not repair my vehicle of the damages that were admittedly done during shipping. They continue to not honor their guarantees. Sam was not a supervisor and refused to escalate me over my concerns or the complaint I was attempting to make about him being extremely rude and literally laughing repeatedly at me regarding them. Today is day 14 since my purchase was finalized - paid in full by me from my bank. The car delivery required several steps for verification that were not immediately clear upon initial purchase. In addition the car delivery was cancelled last minute because of an email sent at around 10 am the day before pickup that was not immediately answered. Order cancelled around 12p that same day, just 2 hours later. After many more emails, texts and calls over the ensuing days, on the day of pickup (five days later, 10 days after finalization of payment and insurance on the vehicle, also being paid while my car sits in their fancy display in Long Island), another call and text requesting an update to the insurance card came through.
I was able to contact my agent and get the update sorted and around 3pm another verification (about 5 that day) came through saying the vehicle was ready for pickup. 2.5 hours in traffic and and hour and a half on the phone with the people at Carvana (this particular operator from Arizona reassuring me that everything was set and we would be able to pickup the car despite being late to appointment) - the car disappeared from the queue as it was supposedly cancelled. That glitch prevented them from giving me my car and I am still waiting for information. 5 hours of driving endless emails and phone calls. I have been paying for insurance and they have my money for the past two weeks. There is no resolution. The order was cancelled. Somehow, someway - and no answer.

Purchased a vehicle from Carvana and everything went fairly smooth. Make sure you look the car over before you sign or accept anything which is where I messed up. Carvana was an hour late and I was in a hurry, noticed the back window wasn't attached to the vehicle and the vehicle had previously been in a wreck which Carvana did not show in their vehicle profile/pictures. Called them a few hours later on the same day but was told I accepted the vehicle in these conditions and I need to come out of pocket for the back window. Carvana was an hour late because I was told they needed to detail the vehicle yet upon arrival you could tell it was never cleaned or detailed. Just be careful when dealing with Carvana. This is my 2nd vehicle purchased and the first one is sitting in the barn with a blown motor after two years of ownership.

Everything went very smoothly, and getting my car from the vending machine was way cool! I just wish the details about registration and inspection had been made clearer, so that I could have scheduled those as well as the car pick up. By the way, the brakes were bad but passed inspection. I would have kept the car anyway (I love it!), but I recommend having a good mechanic check it over within the 7-day window if something like that might be an issue for you.

There was a minor ding in the windshield that was marked with a red marker that I did not notice when I picked up the vehicle. I first noticed it when I pulled into a parking space pulling forward. It was not depicted in the pictures on the website. Check the car over thoroughly because all imperfections are not on the website.

Was very apprehensive when handed a stapled packed with a QR code at the time I picked up the vehicle, but it turns out, the packet was everything I needed to get the ball rolling. I did miss out on having someone show me the features of the vehicle, but was able to figure most of it out on my own. I will be taking my vehicle to our local MB dealer to have a service done to ensure everything is good to go, but the process is super simple. That being said, if you're looking for a full service purchase, this is not for you.

Second time my car is being delayed. The estimate they have is consistently lying and you won’t know the real date until you have paid for the car. Even then, that date keeps changing while I had to rush to get the insurance and paperwork done. The tech is so bad that you can’t change from pick-up to delivery or check if it is possible without first losing the appointment date and risking to get a later date instead of sooner. Customer service is so bad they know less than you do and can’t answer any question beside the robotic “delays happens, please check the app for more information.”

Honestly had a great experience with Carvana from start of shopping to completion of delivery. Website was super easy to use, I love that financing was also really simple to acquire, and the people who delivered the car were super friendly. But, I’m 7 days into using my new car and the battery inexplicably died last night. My friend was with me and gave me a jump and all was well, but that is disconcerting. Really hope it's just a simple thing that needs attention and not a much bigger issue, that would significantly alter my opinion of the whole transaction. Guess we’ll find out!

I purchased my car from Carvana in May 2024. Which was a trying experience. They do not tell you up front all of the documents they will need, you are on a time limit to complete each process. If you do not do in the correct time from of a few minutes, the process will stop and car will be on hold. But once done did not have to submit again. This was the second attempt. The. First attempt, I cancelled because the pickup date was extended due to a check engine light that I was told would take a week to fix. The second car was picked up on time. The first problem was the stereo touch screen did not work properly. We noticed all the tires were different and later even different sizes. Within 4 days the battery had to be replaced. And now I have an oil leak.
They do have the limited warranty which is difficult process. When battery needed replacing there were no approved shops open. For the oil leak they want to keep car for two weeks. And speaking to customer service is a joke. It’s like talking to a computer, which you do unless you ask for a person, who does nothing to help. With high finance rates you pay more than it’s worth.

Not like any other car lot experience. WAY WORSE!!! I have bought probably 20 cars from dealerships over my lifetime and this experience by and large is worse than all of them. The car they sold me was listed with at least $3000 worth of features that upon delivery were 100% for sure not in the car. Features like heated seats, and Remote start were clearly listed on the details. These features impacted the sales price by at least $3k and after these guys took my trade are only offering to refund the money but based on the lower value of the car not with the features they claimed were on the car. The Missing features effect the value by at least $3k but even after admitting that it doesn't have these features has offered me $500 for my trouble?
Of course there was no negotiation, they kept my trade, didn't change the price, kept my deposit and only offered to refund $500 for seriously misrepresenting the value (Bait and Switch). $500 is an insult, and they kept my trade, and my deposit ($1260.00). DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS. The Value with the features listed dropped the value by $3k dollars and now I have a car loan for a car with less features than what was quoted. I don't have my trade and I'm out easily $3k in lost value and they grossly mispresented their value. I have screenshots of Chats with employees where they admitted these features were not on the car and in one employees words "This treatment was unacceptable."
I told Carvana that I am going to take them to small claims court to recover my losses and they would rather me Sue them in small claims court and get $3k in losses plus fees, etc.... rather than pay me a fair amount that I asked for (Less than my $3k I'm out of pocket). I offered to split the $3k costs with them. 50/50 as a reasonable settlement but they preferred to not give me more than $500 even though they acknowledged multiple times that this effects the value by more than $3k, they even admitted they didn't care that they would lose customers from bad reviews. I have screenshots and chat logs all saved and can prove this 100%.
Do not trust these guys, do not buy from these guys spread. The word they are liars, and unethical and they misrepresent and lie about their vehicles and won't back up what they sell. They admitted the features were not in the car. They admit the value missing is over $3K AND YET THEY ONLY WILL GIVE ME $500 AND tell me that's all I'm getting?

Buying my 2019 Nissan Altima was so easy! You all were very helpful when I had questions and made the process amazing! I went to go pick up my car in North Carolina and the customer service there was amazing! They were friendly and made it so easy to get my new car. While driving back home to Tennessee with the new car, I noticed a squeaking in the engine/tire area. I took the car to one of SilverRock’s repair facilities listed and they said that the rotors were rusty and grooved. The rotors were on the 150 point inspection, so I was not happy that it needed fixed. It should have been good to go, but I understand things happen.
The mechanic said I needed the two front rotors need fixed because they were bad. Silver Rock refused to cover this because it was “normal wear and tear” but rust that bad would not of been cause during the 5 days I had the vehicle, so I was VERY unhappy I had to pay $500 extra on my new car because I just spent 21k on it. The 150 point inspection said the rotors were fine when obviously they weren’t. God forbid the rotors fail and I can’t break and crashed my brand new car because the rotors weren’t good. Needless to say because the warranty company was so negligent and refused to help and the 150 point inspection was not accurate, I will never purchase another Carvana vehicle and I would not recommend it to people I know.
With my car it was the rotors but who knows what else could be wrong with it. I trusted Carvana and Silver Rock to provide a safe car and that was not the case. And when I called Carvana to see if they could help, they offered to get me to exchange the car but then I would be out more money with shipping cost. All I wanted was new rotors with the warranty and instead I got a hard time. I love the car and don't want a new one. I just wanted it fixed. I recommend changing warranty companies because SilverRock ain’t it my friend.

Car needed brakes and rotors and Silverrock only paid for rotors because the brakes were a 5 still. I paid $160 out of pocket for pads on a car that I didn't even put 100 miles on yet. This was supposed to be a good car with a 110 point inspection. Looks like this one only got a 108 point inspection. Highly unpleasant experience.

Overall the car buying experience was a 10, it was easy, smooth and quick. The only thing I have an issue with is that the car itself had issues right off the bat. I believe the alignment is off on the car, so the car shakes at a certain speed. I’ve been to 2 mechanic shops that work with Carvana and both times they let me know it might be an all day thing so I would have to leave my car. (Which I couldn’t because I have stuff to do.) Hopefully this issue doesn’t cause any more damage to the vehicle's tires. I’m remaining hopeful that this issue gets fixed because I enjoy driving this car, and I enjoyed the car buying experience with Carvana.

The process of purchasing and receiving the car was simple and painless. Every time I called to speak to representative, they were always polite, helpful and friendly. The only issue I have is that there were cosmetic damages to the vehicle that were not disclosed to me. Sure they may be scratches, dents, and dings, but I thought I was receiving a vehicle with only the damages that were listed on the site. After addressing my issues with Silver Rock, I was essentially told to screw off and deal with it. On a different note, Silver Rock is doing great with handling the mechanical repairs the vehicle needs. But other than cosmetic issues, the experience was fine from the very beginning to the very end.

The vehicle we ordered had a cut in the headliner and damage to the driver seat that was not listed as an issue on the description and photos of the vehicle. The rear brakes also squeal when applying the brakes. We kept the vehicle because it was not worth the time or trouble to return it. We do however feel that Carvana left out important information pertaining to the condition of the vehicle. The paint has also been damaged (burnt) in multiple places due to excessive buffing when detailing the vehicle. Paperwork and delivery driver was great. Very quick. Overall not very happy but we needed a vehicle. Probably will not use Carvana again.

We wanted to like this process but unfortunately, the information about third-party financing was very misleading. We found a car we liked at a good price and started the order process, paid the down payment and shipping fee (5k). The website stated that they would confirm availability of the car with the partner company once we submitted all our documents. We uploaded driver's license. Then they asked us to mail them the loan check for the balance of the cost of the car (38k)... BEFORE even confirming the car was available.
This seemed so crazy to me that I reached out and confirmed it with two different representatives. If you use third-party finance (we were pre-approved through our credit union) you have to pay for the car in advance of them confirming availability. If the car isn't available you can "choose another one" from their inventory (but the loan starts charging interest the minute the money is disbursed, and is tied to a specific car). I cannot believe this is legal!

Bought a Civic in March. Air didn't work day 1. I was told by Carvana to have it repaired... Warranty will cover. 3 shops & 3 months later, all components have been replaced, pcm was even replaced, still no air. I also needed an oil change in the first month, even tho they claim they did that & that they thoroughly inspect their cars. That clearly isn't true. Carvana will not even discuss trading in the car at this point, even though they did not honestly hold up their end of the deal, which was selling me a properly operating car. Reading other reviews, I'm glad mine is just the a/c. Others have had their entire motor go out in the first few days. Do your research on this company before buying. I am now stuck with this car.

It is a beautiful car, it responds well plus accurate to a light touch. The car turns corner with ease. Changes lane without any problem. I love the rear camera that helps me back out of driveway and parking spots. It is great on the highways and the cruise control responds with ease.

The automobile was delivered on May 10, 2024 by your representative. During my inspection of the vehicle, I observed the following: Some issues with the vehicle include mismatched tires, a missing sunshade for the sunroof, faded vents, tint removed from the front driver and passenger windows, and a missing SD card, among others.
The representative photographed and clarified that I would need to submit tickets for both cosmetic and technical faults. This is because the representative informed me that after a vehicle is unloaded from the truck, it becomes the consumer's responsibility to file any necessary tickets. I have submitted multiple tickets and invested my funds in acquiring a diagnosis for this vehicle from a respected dealer. In addition, SilverRock, which offers no assistance, informed their mechanic that Carvana will cover the cost of all repairs.
I urgently require my vehicle to be fixed, and it is of utmost importance that a senior member of the leadership team supports my cause rather than opposing it. Ensuring the safety of my children is of utmost importance, which is why I prioritize having a secure vehicle. The dealership has notified your warranty company that the vehicle has been equipped with defective tires, which is the cause of the loud roaring noise and the disturbance in the wheel bearings. The dealer's recommendation is to replace the tires, install a new SD card, change the cabin air filters, and install a new sun cover. According to the FAQ on your website, Carvana emphasizes their meticulous inspection process. Nevertheless, problems such as this should have been addressed prior to selling the product to the customer. Kindest regards.

As I am writing this I still haven't gotten my car. They made me drive 100 miles to the pickup to tell me I couldn't get the car. Then when I switched to delivery they just keep delaying. Not to mention they devalued my trade in because of all the miles. Oh and carvana financing wanted 12%. My bank gave me 7%. The cherry on top is the $1900 nonrefundable deposit.

Back in 2017, I purchased my 2016 Sonata. It had 47k miles on it. And I had a seamless transaction. The car was decent and the best part of it all was I only paid 12,500 for it. Perfect! I raved about Carvana and their outstanding customer service. Back then you were able to return the car within a week (this can be done 3 times) if the car was not a good fit for you. 5 star rating right??? Fast forward 2024 car paid for. I wanted to trade it in and buy another car from them. They offered me 2800 for my car. I had a lot of miles but that’s was it. I live in Douglasville GA. So yeah highway miles are pretty much expected. The part that kills me is I put filters for the same type of vehicle range with same under 50k miles. The prices were ridiculous 15k-16k some higher. For a Sonata? Used?
This is not the Carvana I knew and I’ve been researching them and it seems like their customer service and support has drastically declined. SMH I know things have changed since Covid but I feel companies are just going too far. Anyway I’m not crying about it. Just informing people that they are not the same Carvana from 5 yrs ago. The 3 star is because of the great experience I had before. But don’t buy from now. I suggest you look on Reddit or just research first.

When I contacted the company to bring this to their attention I was given the runaround for days having to speak to a different customer service agent each time. It took dozens of "support" chats and calls and an immense amount of frustration to get the money refunded to me nearly two weeks later. I was also promised that if I submitted my bank statement after receiving my refund that I would be reimbursed for the overdraft fees incurred due to the error. I had ten overdraft fees at $36/each. I confirmed with a customer service agent that they had received my statement and that it was being submitted for reimbursement. I was told that I would be contacted within 72 hours to discuss the refund.
I had to contact the company five days later after no one reached out to find out that they had mailed a refund check for $36. When I asked to speak to someone in management after all of this frustration I was denied and told "they cannot tell you any more than I have". I will be contacting the BBB, Attorneys General office as well as my personal attorney regarding filing charges in NYS courts. I could not discourage someone enough to not do business with this company. Hands down the worst mistake I have ever made.

When I picked up my car the lady who handled my paperwork was great. My car on the outside was absolutely FILTHY…Bird poop, dirt all over like someone drove in the mud… Scratches that WERE NOT in the pictures… LARGE SCRATCHES… The girl tried to clean as much as she could and apologized.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from you guys. When the car arrived I immediately noticed more cosmetic damage than what was disclosed in the listing. Then it didn't come with a remote key as advertised so I requested a replacement with your team. The original rep I was dealing with told me he had to check and when I messaged back I was told it was approved. I told my local Kia dealership to go ahead and replace it but when my mechanic submitted the claim it was denied. When I got back in touch with you guys I was told they made a mistake, but they wouldn't honor the approval. Now I’m out almost $400 for the key that you said was approved. This put a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not be purchasing another vehicle with you guys ever again. At least the car is mechanically sound. The jeep was delivered with a chip in the windshield. Door was repainted and the door seals were missing/not installed. The carpets all completely covered in dog hair. The Carvana delivery driver was told about the chip in the windshield but did not document at time of delivery. I have a phone video during the drop off and Carvana and the warranty company both refused to help.

First car I bought was damaged in transportation. I had to wait 2 days for a shipping fee to transfer over into my account before ordering another one. Had another Camry picked out and went to place the order with the carried over shipping fee and was receiving an error. Called customer service and they said they knew why it was giving me an error message but couldn't tell me what the reasoning was. Customer service told me that a 72 hour hold would be placed on the car so no one could buy the car while they were figuring it out. The next day customer service told me that the car I had picked out was not available anymore even though I had been waiting with a hold on it for 72 hours. I was without a car for over a week and had to call off work multiple times. I would not recommend Carvana to anyone, it was not a good experience. I would have cancelled and went somewhere had I not paid $300 in a shipping fee.

Didn’t receive any paperwork for my loan or anything and couldn’t even push my first payment out after putting down 4500 dollars. After my free week they want payment in two weeks. The car delivered with a chip in the windshield. I told the delivery driver before I signed for the delivery. He said it would be no problem and Carvana would replace the windshield. I had to call a bunch of times and kept getting the run around saying they did not cover the windshield and the driver should not have said it would be replaced. The car was in a previous accident based on my mechanic and a Carvana repair facility. I was told the car should have been totaled and to return it immediately. I am in the process of returning it but they are saying I need to be available from 8am to 8 pm. I am trying to chat with someone about getting a courtesy call before they come since I have work but I have not received a response. I will never buy from this company again. There is no reason the fact that this car was in an accident was overlooked as part of the 150-point inspection. This company has lost my trust and confidence.

So today, they were supposed to deliver the car to me. But! An hour before the delivery time, they called me and said that the rearview mirror on the car is broken, so they can't deliver it to me. When I tried to find out from the support service what happened, they just replied that they're sorry and that they could only deliver it in 5 days. When I asked "why is the broken mirror not listed in the car's profile?" They said they don't know. When I asked "why does it take 5 days to replace the mirror?" (It's not an engine or a transmission!) They said they have a lot of work already, and they don't have time for my car's repair.
In summary: The scheduled delivery for today wasn't fulfilled (I'll have to take another day off from work); there are damages to the car that aren't mentioned (probably they got it during the transportation of the car); and the unwillingness to solve the problem promptly (they don't care that they're at fault in this situation - they don't have time for my car!). I myself am located in Alexandria, Virginia. The office from which the car was supposed to be delivered to me is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. I have all the screenshots of the correspondence. There were many cosmetic issues with my vehicle that were not listed in description. It is deceptive to list only a few minor scratches, because it leads the buyer to believe more substantial blemishes would be noted. However, most of the more serious cosmetic damage was not listed, nor will responsibility be taken for bad listing practices. I’ve been relaying my photos to anyone thinking of purchasing through Carvana in the future.

I was skeptical about using Carvana and the entire concept of buying a car unseen on-line. The online reviews seem to be a bit bi-polar. Carvana ended up having the best selection of the model I wanted, so I began saving/tracking them. All of the prices were in-line with local dealers and other online price tools. Once I clicked "buy" the process went smoothly and exactly as stated on-line. The car is exactly as described. I received my plates within 3 days of the 7 day trial. I chose to pick up the car from their local lot; the car & paperwork were ready and waiting for me. The staff was friendly; I was out in 10 minutes. I would buy from Carvana again. I'm very happy with this purchase. I guess this IS the new way to buy a car.

Purchased 2 vehicles. First vehicle they showed good customer service, helpful easy process. When I obtained a 2nd vehicle they lied about the process of the purchase. Changing many things from the first purchase and not informing of any changes and assure me process was exactly the same. I was conned out of 20000 for a vehicle that doesn't even come to be anywhere near worth that amount And stuck with paying the first month's payment around 2 weeks after receiving it and a registration that was supposed to be included in the purchase for another 800. I received my car from Carvana on 6/4/24. The car then had to be taken to the shop on 6/8/24. And it back in the shop today 6/12/24. It supposedly went through a 150 point inspect yet I am already having issues with it. I had to have the entire car realigned and I had to have the brakes replaced. No issues were disclosed to me when the car is dropped off. I should not be having these issues with a car I just got. while it has been covered with the warranty I have lost money from having to call off work and have lost time with being stuck on the side of the road and being at the dealership.

We purchased a vehicle from Carvana on 04/01/2024, which is especially fitting since this whole experience has felt like one big joke. We jumped through several weeks of hoops trying to get them to accept the cashier's check from our bank. We had to recut the check three separate times due to conflicting info from the "advocates." The first one told us not to include the non-refundable shipping in the check. Then we got called back days later stating that we needed to include the non-refundable shipping in the check. So we went back to our bank to recut it, only to be told a third time by a different rep that their underwriters absolutely would not allow use to include the shipping in the check, and we were basically treated like we were crazy forever trying to include them in the check, despite being told by two separate advocates that we were supposed to do so.
Frustrating, but whatever, we got it resolved with a lot of patience and elbow grease, picked up our car from the vending machine, two weeks later than we had originally anticipated. Hilariously, the car was filthy on the inside, after paying 1200 in non-refundable shipping. Nasty. But, I was happy to clean it out myself, understanding that this sometimes happen, and plus we had the car we had wanted and we could just put the terrible customer experience behind us.
Oh how wrong I was. Carvana lost the cashier's check en route from the Memphis location to corporate. Our bank can't issue stop payment on the check until the end of June. Carvana is HOLDING OUR REGISTRATION HOSTAGE. I asked specifically if them losing the check was the cause of the delay. The advocates lied to my face saying that wasn't the issue. They're now telling us they "don't have customer-facing employees" who can resolve the issue. That they can have us talk to a manager but they will not release registration despite promising the payment wasn't an issue and owning that it was completely their fault that the payment was lost.

Vehicle was very dirty, looks like was not even cleaned in the inside. The outside had a lot more scratches than mentioned on vehicle profile, a lot of touch-up paint was unnecessarily applied to the driver's side of the vehicle over scratches that easily buffed out. For paying a premium to buy from Carvana I am pretty disappointed.

I finished all my paperwork within deadline. Friday a gentleman called me twice about my bank's check. I told him I was picking it up at 4 and sending it in as soon as I got it. For some reason a bad hunch I reached out saturday to make sure everything was good for Sunday. I was told no, I had to reschedule because y'all called my bank after they were closed to “verify check”. 7pm east coast time. We all know banks are closed, did not attempted 9-12 on saturday but that's my fault also, at least to who I spoke with multiple times on the phone and chat.
I call in Monday because still nothing from no one at Carvana, they call my bank, put me on hold, come back and say everything is good. Didn't even need me to verify anything with bank. I signed all paperwork, insurance papers, check and all other paperwork that was asked. Was supposed to get car Sunday, couldn't get it until Tuesday. Checking out car, which wont in pictures, looks like something got on drivers door bazel for windows and caused discoloration. Went to put the cover on the cargo section, one of the clips broken on that. Look up the warranty and imagine that doesn't cover either. So it's return the car or deal with the flaws not address at sale.
Now we hit the 7 day mark and now we have paperwork problems, registration is delayed and again falls back on me to handle. After all the signing online to “save trees” the signing at the dealership. Now I have to inconvenience myself to go into a fedex to drop of paperwork. By far the worst buying experience out of the 10-15 cars I have bought over my lifetime.

I received my car from Carvana and noticed an issue within 15 minutes. I immediately called and followed their instructions, but I had to use the car before getting it to an authorized dealer. Silverock, the warranty company, is refusing to cover the cost of replacing the batteries or diagnosing the issue, which amounts to $550 just to identify the problem. Additionally, Carvana is demanding over $850 to return the car because I exceeded the 400-mile limit. Carvana sold me a defective car and is now passing the repair costs onto me. I am seeking others in New York State who have had similar issues with Carvana to file a class action lawsuit.

I applied for a car on Memorial Day weekend. Carvana asked for a down payment, but stopped the purchasing process of the car because they were unable to verify my credit history. The credit bureau was closed. However, Carvana proceeded to take the down payment out of my bank account without a loan approval for a car. I called and asked why did they take the down payment before the loan was processed and approved, they could not give me a valid reason. I asked for my money back and I was informed that it would take 10 business days from 5/31/2024 to refund my money. I did not sign any documents, the loan process was not completed, nor was I approved for a vehicle loan. As of today, 06/11/2024, Carvana has not returned my down payment.

When my 2019 RAM arrived via your truck the front paint was scratched due to your loader driving it into the front white skirts. Also, the bedliner piece was off. The driver and I put it back on but subsequently blew off. Because your website had issues loading issues it took some time for you to agree to fix your scratch issues. First vehicle arrived with body damage that wasn't disclosed. I took pictures before it came off the delivery truck, informed the driver and informed a customer advocate within an hour or so. I also informed the person who reached out later to confirm the replacement purchase, and she did get the second shipping charges dropped off. She also advised that I immediately upload the pictures to the website. Ordered a replacement vehicle, which arrived in perfect condition, albeit after a week long delay. I told the second driver about the damage, and she said that NO ONE noted in the transaction the damage and that I'd have to pay for it. But she was extremely helpful and was able to get it worked out so I didn't get blamed.
BE SURE YOU GET WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION OF EVERYTHING. But, even with these major frustrations, I would still say it's much easier than dealing with a high-pressure sales person at a dealership. This is the second car I've purchased from Carvana, and when it's time I'll likely buy my third from them as well. A couple of people dropped the ball, but the rest of the Carvana team went above and beyond.

Delivery was delayed 3 times, but I was not contacted by any human until 2 days after the 3rd delay. It took a month to receive the vehicle and paid insurance the entire month. They offered $200 to compensate, but waved the instate Delivery fee after several conversations. The license plate bracket was broken when it arrived, I submitted a claim on last day of my 7 days and no response. Vehicle was not detailed prior to delivery.

After purchasing five cars and all five cars have major safety issues. I am stuck with a vehicle that supposedly passed 150 point inspection that was sold to me with a nail in the tire oil inside the motor and now I have to deal with all these problems and headaches, and God only knows what else is wrong with this vehicle. There is glue all in the inside of my windshield, and I sat here and listed all the things that was wrong with the other four cars I returned we would be here all day.

Very easy buying process but unfortunately there is no way to physically see or sit in a car prior to buying it. As soon as we sat in the car we knew we had made a mistake due to the smoke smell. It looked great in the pics and there was no mention of the car having been smoked in. But at this point they have already handed you the keys and gone into locked doors back into the building. I returned the car but now I’m out the non refundable shipping fee.

(Carvana damaged my vehicle and will not let me have it for three weeks from purchase date and will not disclose the damage they caused) Well here I am I bought a Carvana vehicle with delivery expected in 6 days. On the 4th day I get a notification that the car was “delayed in transit“ adding two weeks from the initial delivery. So I called and called and chatted and chatted for 5 and a half hours to finally find out my car (which I’ve already paid for) was damaged and they will not disclose why how where it is absolutely nothing. This is a perfect history low mile GEM with never having had any damage or paint work in its life, and trust me I paid for that part.
No car matching exists in the country at this point in time and probably never will I had a specific option and trim that I wanted and Carvana had it even though I’ve been told too many times not to buy there they had THE car. They refuse to answer any questions about my car and they hang up and disconnect from the chats when they get tired of me wanting to know where my car is and what happened. They ensure it will be repaired and do not want to deliver a vehicle not as described but refuse to tell me why. This car matters on what was damaged paint work, devalues the vehicle. But again zero resolution and unwillingness to talk to me about what’s going on at all

A couple of nitpicks. The car was delivered with just less than half a tank of gas, and with the coolant level low. I received a Low Coolant error message within 10 miles of driving. I am not sure how that is possible given the car was supposedly serviced prior to delivery. And shouldn't there be a full tank of gas?

You did not openly disclose the windshield was cracked. Internally you knew it was and "fixed" it with silicone to stop the spreading. No pictures were on the site to show the damage and this was blatantly hidden from me when I purchased. I've filed with the CFBP and once that is completed, I will file suit if necessary to have a jury decide if you were deceptive in your advertising.

I bought a red 2018 Dodge Journey SXT and the description said “no reported accidents” but I can tell that a good bit of the vehicle has been repainted and one of the reflectors in the back is loose. There was still masking tape with paint on it in a few areas of the vehicle. Also, the bumper screws were loose. There was more wear and tear than was shown in the pictures, the screws and bolts under the seats are really rusted in the interior so I’m not sure if it’s been in a flood or not, considering that’s extremely abnormal. It only came with one smart key fob when the vehicle always comes with two. They’re very expensive to get a spare.

Thought this was going to be a good experience. Buying was easy, but the customer service so far is awful The vehicle was delivered a total mess, mud caked everywhere, definitely not cleaned. Several other dings and scratches than on site. I let that go, but it was also advertised with a hard top but came with a soft top and when I required they basically said, "" oo bad and we will send you a whopping $100 in about 6 weeks for the inconvenience. I also tell them they have the wrong address on my registration, they assure me it will be registered and paperwork will go to the correct address.
Now I get texts stating they need me to send back more registration paperwork before my temp tag runs out and I have not received anything. I try to chat, but communication is poor and sat almost 20 minutes waiting on an agent to “look up my account” with no response to messages. Try to call and you’re on hold for 40 minutes. So is I guess my temp tag will run out because I can’t get anyone to help me with something? I’m guessing they sent the paperwork to the incorrect address on another State but who knows since customer service seems to be non existent.

Bought 2023 Chevrolet Bolt with low mileage from Carvana. The wait for the car was 10 days, but now that we have it we are very happy with the vehicle. We were fully informed of every step of the process. The license plate and permanent registration have not arrived yet, but expect them soon. The hand over of the car went without a hitch. We got only one set of keys which was accurately mentioned somewhere in the lead up documentation, but I still found it irritating. Happy with our car, and Carvana.

I bought a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV through Carvana. It had been owned previously by Hertz. Although I could have purchased a similar model directly from Hertz, I chose to work with Carvana for multiple reasons. Firstly, Carvana provided an accurate portrayal of any imperfections through photos and description. Hertz Online did not. Secondly, Carvana made the transaction very easy; even providing a delivery option (which I paid for). In addition, you cannot beat Carvana's 7 day return and exchange policy. My only criticism is that I initially purchased and received a Bolt EUV that was advertised to have Adaptive Cruise Control, which it did not have. I exchanged it for a lower priced Bolt EUV that had only Standard Cruise Control.

Carvana struggled with customer service. The phone tree is a joke. Live agents are dismissive and unable to provide real service. Carvana struggled to meet their own deadlines. The pickup was the only smooth part of the process. Once we got the car, it was ridiculously evident that Carvana did nothing to verify condition of the car. 12 engine codes popped in addition to drivetrain errors. Car had not been serviced in almost a year. To say the entire process was a disappointment would be an understatement.

The process was so easy and they delivered my car. They were on time with my delivery too. The gentleman that delivered it was super knowledgeable. I would never go to a dealership. And I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase. Thanks, Carvana. I know that I will be a repeat customer.

This was the first time I purchased a car online. The process was simple and resulted with more time for myself. No more spending several hours in dealerships wasting time. Felt more in control with the buying experience. Plus the selection was very vast and the alerts are very helpful as well.

Purchasing the vehicle was super easy. It's a beautiful Rav4 Hybrid that I've wanted for some time. The reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because it was slightly damaged during transportation and now I'm dealing with that inconvenience. They wouldn't give me a discount on the transportation fee for the damage and inconvenience either. Not sure I would buy from them again because of these reasons.

Having purchased many vehicles over the past 50 years in the traditional method, this was so different. No hassling, no phone calls or texts, no pressure. I learned that when you find a vehicle you want you had to act quickly or someone else would choose it. Overall a great experience although unsettling for a traditional purchaser.

I totally understand not all cars are great... We had to really get on them, and finally, they did one repair... the car has electrical problems. After that it became a rabbit hole for money. The car is not working and too expensive to fix. The body great, the inside great, the car just sitting in a space. With a note to be paid... Will never refer CARVANA.

Everything but the pickup was pretty good. When I went to get my car, the location was not the best neighborhood, and neither were the staff. Staff was not adequate in their knowledge when I had my questions which made me not want to ask more questions. The vehicle itself was very dirty when picked it up, streaks and dirt among some unknown substance that remains in my door pocket. The vehicle itself I was happy with but not the appearance nor the presentation of the establishment.

My experience was very good. The speed in which all the tasks were completed and verified was fast. The attentiveness of staff was outstanding during phone calls. The car was flawless. The only issue I noticed is that the gentleman that drove the car on the apron manually pushed the electric side mirrors in and back out by hand. I told him that the mirrors were electric and he replied, “I didn’t know.” Hopefully there is not damage found later. Just a little training on different vehicles would benefit your customers. The attendant was trying to do a good job. As I researched I heard a lot of horror stories, but I am glad I have an excellent experience. Thank You!
